The app logs out after only a couple minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. The flow of the app makes little sense.

But why do I keep getting code 403 forbidden? Last week it did this with my cell internet (TMOBILE) when my wifi was down. NO problem on my Cox wifi until this morning. Through app or going online it’s says code 403 forbidden Can you all please fix this issue. Other than that I love the app I just pray the VEC updates the app more with personal claim information.

The process to start works but the file weekly was nonexistent. I had to call every time. Never gave updates to why payments weren’t coming through and always told me I didn’t have weeks but would pay. Totally backwards. Have had to reapply four times and never accepted my pin but would still pay

At first the app was working to file my weekly claims. Now whenever I try to do my weekly claim, it keeps kicking me out to page before. Because of this I haven’t been able to get my unemployment in over a month.

Upon starting the app for the first time, I’m immediately given a 403 error and cannot proceed further. The app literally does nothing since it breaks on the startup screen. Evidently not tested properly by the developers

I’ve been using the app to file since the beginning. It stopped responding and is stuck on April 20. I’ve been filing by phone since and that works. I noticed there was a a new version of the app on the App Store. I thought a bit strange that the app never prompted to download a new version but I did so now I have 2 versions on my iPhone 12 and both are still stuck on April 20. I didn’t think you could have 2 versions of the same app on an iPhone. Any tips on what’s the problem?

It is impossible to get a hold of VEC. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Too bad they can’t help out VEC until Covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks Again!

This app doesn’t work. I’ve had a 403 Forbidden error for weeks on the app and the site. I have tried clearing cache, deleting and redownloading to no avail. I messaged them on Facebook but they do not respond (there are a host of groups posting about their frustration around this).

The app and the website are both terrible. I just want request my form 1099-G. But to so that I would need the 6 digit PIN that was apparently mailed to me when I can’t even find if I have an address on file. The message allowing me to request my 1099-G disappeared after I clicked away from it. It would be marginally better if I could even call to ask for assistance in using the app and website but the automated caller system provides none of the information I am looking for and I cannot reach a representative. I just need to do my taxes. I just want to be able to find my 1099-G.

I have been trying to file my initial unemployment claim for over 3 weeks now and keep getting a message saying “The system is temporarily not available due to maintenance. Please try again later.” I understand things have to be updated but it’s been almost a month. Unemployment Offices are closed due to covid. You can’t get a real person on the phone and their automated filing system is down too. How are people supposed to get unemployment and financial assistance?

The app keeps telling me there is an update but there isn’t. It also keeps logging me out and won’t let me log back in unless I force quit the app. Seems like the app wasn’t ported to iOS very well.

I have never had as many problems as I do with this app. It’s been days and I’ve been trying to file a new claim and it keeps saying it’s down for maintenance. This is ridiculous. It’s also very hard to navigate and when I was filing weekly claims I had to unenroll and enroll again for it even to come up. I don’t know why this app was even released with all these problems.

IOS fingerprint login doesn’t work .The log in is down today. Previously The my messages tab was glitching out and didn’t allow scrolling. You could only view the top 2 messages. Works fine if accessed from a browser. Update: I was able to login the app manually. My best guess is it was refusing to accept log in with fingerprints. The messages issue is still there.

There are errors over the phone which hinders you from attempting to do your claim over the phone! I understand this is a new application. But I feel it is lacking in some parts. We should be able to edit the email receiving address. But there is no place to change email settings. Also for the unemployment pua side. Of the app it would be beneficial if we could upload documents to ui. That would be directly linked to our social. Because what is going on with unemployment. Some of us are stuck. No answers no help. At least add a few updates. To the email settings. If I can’t go past prompts. How am I supposed to submit information that is required by the gov. By a certain date. Have been trying since March first waiting for a update of some type. Just a suggestion.

I tried to file through website, however it glitched when I tried to submit my paystubs, and I could never get back to finish the claim but it said “submitted”. So I tried to do it again via this app, now it just rejects me entirely. How can I be rejected when I can’t even start the process? I can’t say I am surprised, our government is garbage, doesn’t matter who is in office.

This app is not intuitive or useful. The learnability is bad; I have to figure out how to use it each time I log in. For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t successfully found a way to file through the app because there is no link available in the “File for weekly benefits” page. The times I have been able to successfully file, I’ve found an entry point through the events section. I appreciate that the government is offering an app, I can’t successfully file weekly claims through this app and usually just end up calling.

First ever review written, I’m in Virginia, not only is this app horrible (removes option to let me file weekly) but unemployment insurance for the majority of people using it during the pandemic is complete and utter garbage. I have not received a single payment since December yet they continue to tell you to file. They have flexed the number of Virginians who filed being so low but it is only low because now one has received benefits since December, in short, there are a lot of Virginians not only suffering but being used to flex statistics that are fraudulent. This is sad, might as well not download, they won’t help you.

Ok not to be dramatic but this is by far the worst app I have ever used. And for some unknown reason this app is missing a key elements like the “back” button and file weekly claims button. It lets you register for unemployment but doesn’t let you file weekly claims. I tried to use the website but it just directed me to this app which is honestly the biggest downgrade because it’s not user-friendly at all. Needs A LOT of improvement.........

It is impossible to use the mobile platform to access government services that I am enrolled in. This app feels and operates like it was designed solely by programmers with no consideration for user experience design. If you are enrolled in a government service through the site, there should be a button on your dashboard to access that service easily. This isn’t rocket science....The only thing I can access is a confirmation that I am enrolled, not the actual service. Recommend that the developers invest in some real UX designers to improve the apps operability.

I set up a COVID test back in December through the app and it was just fine. I had to get tested again in January and this app made it such a pain to set another one up. There's no obvious link or section in the app to do so. I finally found how I was able to by clicking through my old appointment under My Events?? Why is that the only access point to making another appointment?

i hate gov2go, this app wont let me sign in! i have been using the other site for VEC Instead of this app.. but for some reason the other website says i have to use the GO2GOV website now.. i have already filed my weekly claim acouple times on the gov2go website, but for some reason it wont let me file anymore its says im enrolled but it gives me no option to file again! im deleting this app as soon as im done with this review good luck to anyone who can actually use this site

To be honest this is my first time using this app. Happened to be unemployed and needed to apply for UB and my state switched weekly claim to Gov2Go. So what’s funny with this app. My first surprise was there’s no go back button once you navigate to any other pages, really? 😆 so I have to close the app and come back every time I need to go to diff places? I don’t think it will work for weekly claims. QA testers hellooo, test it properly...

Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

It’s like the new app is going out of its way to discourage someone from booking the Covid-19 testing. If something isn’t broke why try to fix it? I’ve been having the hardest time trying to locate how I can book an appointment and I still can’t find it. I ask the chat and it’s telling me if I missed my appointment book another one. I try to word it differently but I continue to get the same answer. This is annoying and quite frankly an unnecessary update change.

I literally never write reviews besides star ranking but I had to write to express how frustrating this update is on the app. The app worked perfectly fine for what it was being used for.. schedule testing, they updated to add more features now it’s almost impossible to figure out where to schedule testing. The chat doesn’t help for anything. Once you finally figure out how to schedule testing the page keeps freezing on the consent form waiver and won’t go past that.. and no it’s not my internet. Some things should really just be left the way they are, it’s a difficult update I can’t imagine an older person like my grandparents figuring this out.. seems disorganized although I’m sure they were trying to be more organized. Regardless I need the app to schedule the antigen rapid testing but unfortunate that they had to make something simple pretty complicated.

After updating to iOS 14.0.1 it seems my Gov2Go app isn’t updating my timeline I’ve received no weekly claims nor have I received any messages news anything I spoke to local vec rep and they informed me the Gov2Go app can cause users to have outstanding issues with there claims so if your like me and have a outstanding issue contact a live agent and re file the weeks you have the issues

I have gotten a request to upload my W-2’s. It says it takes JPEG and different formats. Well, I can’t upload anything. I have tried for 3 days. I got an email saying uninstall and reinstall. I did, didn’t work. I was told to go to the website and it just directed me to the App. I sent in the error message, hopefully they can help me. Why are we using this App, when it has nothing connected to the office the notifications are coming from. I think the App. Must be down, not just all in my head, because I can’t even get through with the phone number provided. It just says try again and hangs up.

This was advertised on Facebook claiming the Montana’s Voter Page was being phased out/closed and I should down load this. I did and it never sent me a link to establish a password as it promised. Today I checked in the Montana Voter Page which is perfectly fine. I called the Secretary of State office tasked with elections. They confirmed their page is fine, is not in process of being discontinued and they had never heard of this. I deleted the app. I will be contacting FB is investigate as that is where this was advertised. Not sure this is credible anywhere, or what else it may try to do with your information it gleans. But it clearly misrepresented the Montana Voter Page.

I literally never write reviews besides star ranking but I had to write to express how frustrating this update is on the app. The app worked perfectly fine for what it was being used for.. schedule testing, they updated to add more features now it’s almost impossible to figure out where to schedule testing. The chat doesn’t help for anything. Once you finally figure out how to schedule testing the page keeps freezing on the consent form waiver and won’t go past that.. and no it’s not my internet. Some things should really just be left the way they are, it’s a difficult update I can’t imagine an older person like my grandparents figuring this out.. seems disorganized although I’m sure they were trying to be more organized. Regardless I need the app to schedule the antigen rapid testing but unfortunate that they had to make something simple pretty complicated.

I’ve been using the app to file since the beginning. It stopped responding and is stuck on April 20. I’ve been filing by phone since and that works. I noticed there was a a new version of the app on the App Store. I thought a bit strange that the app never prompted to download a new version but I did so now I have 2 versions on my iPhone 12 and both are still stuck on April 20. I didn’t think you could have 2 versions of the same app on an iPhone. Any tips on what’s the problem?

I have gotten a request to upload my W-2’s. It says it takes JPEG and different formats. Well, I can’t upload anything. I have tried for 3 days. I got an email saying uninstall and reinstall. I did, didn’t work. I was told to go to the website and it just directed me to the App. I sent in the error message, hopefully they can help me. Why are we using this App, when it has nothing connected to the office the notifications are coming from. I think the App. Must be down, not just all in my head, because I can’t even get through with the phone number provided. It just says try again and hangs up.

I understand this is a new application. But I feel it is lacking in some parts. We should be able to edit the email receiving address. But there is no place to change email settings. Also for the unemployment pua side. Of the app it would be beneficial if we could upload documents to ui. That would be directly linked to our social. Because what is going on with unemployment. Some of us are stuck. No answers no help. At least add a few updates. To the email settings. If I can’t go past prompts. How am I supposed to submit information that is required by the gov. By a certain date. Have been trying since March first waiting for a update of some type. Just a suggestion.

This was advertised on Facebook claiming the Montana’s Voter Page was being phased out/closed and I should down load this. I did and it never sent me a link to establish a password as it promised. Today I checked in the Montana Voter Page which is perfectly fine. I called the Secretary of State office tasked with elections. They confirmed their page is fine, is not in process of being discontinued and they had never heard of this. I deleted the app. I will be contacting FB is investigate as that is where this was advertised. Not sure this is credible anywhere, or what else it may try to do with your information it gleans. But it clearly misrepresented the Montana Voter Page.
A great, helpful App. Government has never been so well designed.

This is a wonderful app! Most of the reviews that rate low stars are not related to the app but just peoples frustration with the bureaucracy the app is the harbinger for. In reality it makes otherwise complicated and opaque systems very clear! Their support team was immediately responsive when I reported an error in the chat bot. It’s beautiful, simple, and well laid out. Very grateful for its great design!

First ever review written, I’m in Virginia, not only is this app horrible (removes option to let me file weekly) but unemployment insurance for the majority of people using it during the pandemic is complete and utter garbage. I have not received a single payment since December yet they continue to tell you to file. They have flexed the number of Virginians who filed being so low but it is only low because now one has received benefits since December, in short, there are a lot of Virginians not only suffering but being used to flex statistics that are fraudulent. This is sad, might as well not download, they won’t help you.

The app and the website are both terrible. I just want request my form 1099-G. But to so that I would need the 6 digit PIN that was apparently mailed to me when I can’t even find if I have an address on file. The message allowing me to request my 1099-G disappeared after I clicked away from it. It would be marginally better if I could even call to ask for assistance in using the app and website but the automated caller system provides none of the information I am looking for and I cannot reach a representative. I just need to do my taxes. I just want to be able to find my 1099-G.

I ran into a lot of problems initially with the Gov2Go App, but after getting in contact with the support team everything has changed. Chris and Neill, who I spoke with, were absolute dreams and helped me with my issues. If you’re struggling with anything in the app, get in contact with support and they will sort you right out.
Confusing and Non-Functional

This app is not intuitive or useful. The learnability is bad; I have to figure out how to use it each time I log in. For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t successfully found a way to file through the app because there is no link available in the “File for weekly benefits” page. The times I have been able to successfully file, I’ve found an entry point through the events section. I appreciate that the government is offering an app, I can’t successfully file weekly claims through this app and usually just end up calling.

I have used this app for quite a while but after moving to a different county last summer in the same state I have been bombarded with text messages telling me I need to assess in the former county. I’ve contacted the former county assessors office and and the current county assessment office. We are good on everything we need to do but the text messages to assess in the precious location continue......I am not sure who the technician is behind this but the app needs to be more current on information.

It’s like the new app is going out of its way to discourage someone from booking the Covid-19 testing. If something isn’t broke why try to fix it? I’ve been having the hardest time trying to locate how I can book an appointment and I still can’t find it. I ask the chat and it’s telling me if I missed my appointment book another one. I try to word it differently but I continue to get the same answer. This is annoying and quite frankly an unnecessary update change.

It is impossible to use the mobile platform to access government services that I am enrolled in. This app feels and operates like it was designed solely by programmers with no consideration for user experience design. If you are enrolled in a government service through the site, there should be a button on your dashboard to access that service easily. This isn’t rocket science....The only thing I can access is a confirmation that I am enrolled, not the actual service. Recommend that the developers invest in some real UX designers to improve the apps operability.

IOS fingerprint login doesn’t work .The log in is down today. Previously The my messages tab was glitching out and didn’t allow scrolling. You could only view the top 2 messages. Works fine if accessed from a browser. Update: I was able to login the app manually. My best guess is it was refusing to accept log in with fingerprints. The messages issue is still there.

I tried to contact the customer service online and their email support no kne has responded yet. I files my claim for the week ending 23rd May but didnot receive any benefits. This week I am not even able to see my week to file a claim. No customer support is present to assist. I called all numbers more than 50-60 times. Highly disappointed. I emailed customer support email from the app but no response.

I have been trying to file my initial unemployment claim for over 3 weeks now and keep getting a message saying “The system is temporarily not available due to maintenance. Please try again later.” I understand things have to be updated but it’s been almost a month. Unemployment Offices are closed due to covid. You can’t get a real person on the phone and their automated filing system is down too. How are people supposed to get unemployment and financial assistance?

It is impossible to get a hold of VEC. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Too bad they can’t help out VEC until Covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks Again!

This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

After updating to iOS 14.0.1 it seems my Gov2Go app isn’t updating my timeline I’ve received no weekly claims nor have I received any messages news anything I spoke to local vec rep and they informed me the Gov2Go app can cause users to have outstanding issues with there claims so if your like me and have a outstanding issue contact a live agent and re file the weeks you have the issues
This app is ridiculous, and tech support is unhelpful.

Used the app for about a year and it worked fine, then suddenly, it dropped all my license plates. Contacted tech support for help and got terse, one-line responses with no explanation or customer service. They wanted all my plate and VIN information again; I might as well have done it myself and re-entered all my vehicles again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, better to waste your time waiting in line than to waste it trying to deal with this app.

The bottom line on this app is it doesn’t work. I went through the set up process, verified my email, then attempted to renew my tag. Once I entered all the information, it got rejected saying I did not verify my email. In addition, the app will not rotate on your phone so when you attempt to select your insurance company you cannot read the full name. Apparently there are multiple State Farm companies. So I had to guess; gotbit on the third try.

Ok not to be dramatic but this is by far the worst app I have ever used. And for some unknown reason this app is missing a key elements like the “back” button and file weekly claims button. It lets you register for unemployment but doesn’t let you file weekly claims. I tried to use the website but it just directed me to this app which is honestly the biggest downgrade because it’s not user-friendly at all. Needs A LOT of improvement.........

At first downloading this app it would not let me sign in. I would put my credentials in & push sign in several times but screen would stay frozen. After trying for days to login it finally worked. Once logged in app works great. Recently app has logged me out and I’m running into same problem all over again.

I set up a COVID test back in December through the app and it was just fine. I had to get tested again in January and this app made it such a pain to set another one up. There's no obvious link or section in the app to do so. I finally found how I was able to by clicking through my old appointment under My Events?? Why is that the only access point to making another appointment?

To be honest this is my first time using this app. Happened to be unemployed and needed to apply for UB and my state switched weekly claim to Gov2Go. So what’s funny with this app. My first surprise was there’s no go back button once you navigate to any other pages, really? 😆 so I have to close the app and come back every time I need to go to diff places? I don’t think it will work for weekly claims. QA testers hellooo, test it properly...

I have never had as many problems as I do with this app. It’s been days and I’ve been trying to file a new claim and it keeps saying it’s down for maintenance. This is ridiculous. It’s also very hard to navigate and when I was filing weekly claims I had to unenroll and enroll again for it even to come up. I don’t know why this app was even released with all these problems.

I tried to file through website, however it glitched when I tried to submit my paystubs, and I could never get back to finish the claim but it said “submitted”. So I tried to do it again via this app, now it just rejects me entirely. How can I be rejected when I can’t even start the process? I can’t say I am surprised, our government is garbage, doesn’t matter who is in office.

Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

Seriously I’ve been trying to file a new unemployment claim since Friday of last week and every time I try I am getting this feature is under maintenance. How long do we have to continue to wait to file for Unemployment while you do maintenance? I have unenrolled and stated over twice with same result for the last 4 days.

Better pay December renewals in December. Even if you’re still within the 30 day window in January, you can’t see anything in the previous year. Also, my truck still shows as a vehicle but I can’t pay because there’s nothing in my timeline— even as I hold in my hand the renewal card I got in the mail. Keep working.

The app logs out after only a couple minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. The flow of the app makes little sense.

This app doesn’t work. I’ve had a 403 Forbidden error for weeks on the app and the site. I have tried clearing cache, deleting and redownloading to no avail. I messaged them on Facebook but they do not respond (there are a host of groups posting about their frustration around this).

Like everything else in the government, this app doesn't work, doesn't let you log in. Then it's missing PUA weeks in timeline. Is this so you don't have to pay them?? You're playing with people's lives. Shame on you! All the negative reviews here and not a single FIX!

But why do I keep getting code 403 forbidden? Last week it did this with my cell internet (TMOBILE) when my wifi was down. NO problem on my Cox wifi until this morning. Through app or going online it’s says code 403 forbidden Can you all please fix this issue. Other than that I love the app I just pray the VEC updates the app more with personal claim information.

How long do we have to continue to wait to file for Unemployment while you do maintenance? I have unenrolled and stated over twice with same result for the last 4 days.

I have never had as many problems as I do with this app. It’s been days and I’ve been trying to file a new claim and it keeps saying it’s down for maintenance. This is ridiculous. It’s also very hard to navigate and when I was filing weekly claims I had to unenroll and enroll again for it even to come up. I don’t know why this app was even released with all these problems.

IOS fingerprint login doesn’t work .The log in is down today. Previously The my messages tab was glitching out and didn’t allow scrolling. You could only view the top 2 messages. Works fine if accessed from a browser. Update: I was able to login the app manually. My best guess is it was refusing to accept log in with fingerprints. The messages issue is still there.

There are errors over the phone which hinders you from attempting to do your claim over the phone! I understand this is a new application. But I feel it is lacking in some parts. We should be able to edit the email receiving address. But there is no place to change email settings. Also for the unemployment pua side. Of the app it would be beneficial if we could upload documents to ui. That would be directly linked to our social. Because what is going on with unemployment. Some of us are stuck. No answers no help. At least add a few updates. To the email settings. If I can’t go past prompts. How am I supposed to submit information that is required by the gov. By a certain date. Have been trying since March first waiting for a update of some type. Just a suggestion.

I tried to file through website, however it glitched when I tried to submit my paystubs, and I could never get back to finish the claim but it said “submitted”. So I tried to do it again via this app, now it just rejects me entirely. How can I be rejected when I can’t even start the process? I can’t say I am surprised, our government is garbage, doesn’t matter who is in office.

This app is not intuitive or useful. The learnability is bad; I have to figure out how to use it each time I log in. For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t successfully found a way to file through the app because there is no link available in the “File for weekly benefits” page. The times I have been able to successfully file, I’ve found an entry point through the events section. I appreciate that the government is offering an app, I can’t successfully file weekly claims through this app and usually just end up calling.

First ever review written, I’m in Virginia, not only is this app horrible (removes option to let me file weekly) but unemployment insurance for the majority of people using it during the pandemic is complete and utter garbage. I have not received a single payment since December yet they continue to tell you to file. They have flexed the number of Virginians who filed being so low but it is only low because now one has received benefits since December, in short, there are a lot of Virginians not only suffering but being used to flex statistics that are fraudulent. This is sad, might as well not download, they won’t help you.

Ok not to be dramatic but this is by far the worst app I have ever used. And for some unknown reason this app is missing a key elements like the “back” button and file weekly claims button. It lets you register for unemployment but doesn’t let you file weekly claims. I tried to use the website but it just directed me to this app which is honestly the biggest downgrade because it’s not user-friendly at all. Needs A LOT of improvement.........

It is impossible to use the mobile platform to access government services that I am enrolled in. This app feels and operates like it was designed solely by programmers with no consideration for user experience design. If you are enrolled in a government service through the site, there should be a button on your dashboard to access that service easily. This isn’t rocket science....The only thing I can access is a confirmation that I am enrolled, not the actual service. Recommend that the developers invest in some real UX designers to improve the apps operability.

I set up a COVID test back in December through the app and it was just fine. I had to get tested again in January and this app made it such a pain to set another one up. There's no obvious link or section in the app to do so. I finally found how I was able to by clicking through my old appointment under My Events?? Why is that the only access point to making another appointment?

i hate gov2go, this app wont let me sign in! i have been using the other site for VEC Instead of this app.. but for some reason the other website says i have to use the GO2GOV website now.. i have already filed my weekly claim acouple times on the gov2go website, but for some reason it wont let me file anymore its says im enrolled but it gives me no option to file again! im deleting this app as soon as im done with this review good luck to anyone who can actually use this site

To be honest this is my first time using this app. Happened to be unemployed and needed to apply for UB and my state switched weekly claim to Gov2Go. So what’s funny with this app. My first surprise was there’s no go back button once you navigate to any other pages, really? 😆 so I have to close the app and come back every time I need to go to diff places? I don’t think it will work for weekly claims. QA testers hellooo, test it properly...

Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

It’s like the new app is going out of its way to discourage someone from booking the Covid-19 testing. If something isn’t broke why try to fix it? I’ve been having the hardest time trying to locate how I can book an appointment and I still can’t find it. I ask the chat and it’s telling me if I missed my appointment book another one. I try to word it differently but I continue to get the same answer. This is annoying and quite frankly an unnecessary update change.

I literally never write reviews besides star ranking but I had to write to express how frustrating this update is on the app. The app worked perfectly fine for what it was being used for.. schedule testing, they updated to add more features now it’s almost impossible to figure out where to schedule testing. The chat doesn’t help for anything. Once you finally figure out how to schedule testing the page keeps freezing on the consent form waiver and won’t go past that.. and no it’s not my internet. Some things should really just be left the way they are, it’s a difficult update I can’t imagine an older person like my grandparents figuring this out.. seems disorganized although I’m sure they were trying to be more organized. Regardless I need the app to schedule the antigen rapid testing but unfortunate that they had to make something simple pretty complicated.

After updating to iOS 14.0.1 it seems my Gov2Go app isn’t updating my timeline I’ve received no weekly claims nor have I received any messages news anything I spoke to local vec rep and they informed me the Gov2Go app can cause users to have outstanding issues with there claims so if your like me and have a outstanding issue contact a live agent and re file the weeks you have the issues

I have gotten a request to upload my W-2’s. It says it takes JPEG and different formats. Well, I can’t upload anything. I have tried for 3 days. I got an email saying uninstall and reinstall. I did, didn’t work. I was told to go to the website and it just directed me to the App. I sent in the error message, hopefully they can help me. Why are we using this App, when it has nothing connected to the office the notifications are coming from. I think the App. Must be down, not just all in my head, because I can’t even get through with the phone number provided. It just says try again and hangs up.

This was advertised on Facebook claiming the Montana’s Voter Page was being phased out/closed and I should down load this. I did and it never sent me a link to establish a password as it promised. Today I checked in the Montana Voter Page which is perfectly fine. I called the Secretary of State office tasked with elections. They confirmed their page is fine, is not in process of being discontinued and they had never heard of this. I deleted the app. I will be contacting FB is investigate as that is where this was advertised. Not sure this is credible anywhere, or what else it may try to do with your information it gleans. But it clearly misrepresented the Montana Voter Page.

I’ve been using the app to file since the beginning. It stopped responding and is stuck on April 20. I’ve been filing by phone since and that works. I noticed there was a a new version of the app on the App Store. I thought a bit strange that the app never prompted to download a new version but I did so now I have 2 versions on my iPhone 12 and both are still stuck on April 20. I didn’t think you could have 2 versions of the same app on an iPhone. Any tips on what’s the problem?

This is a wonderful app! Most of the reviews that rate low stars are not related to the app but just peoples frustration with the bureaucracy the app is the harbinger for. In reality it makes otherwise complicated and opaque systems very clear! Their support team was immediately responsive when I reported an error in the chat bot. It’s beautiful, simple, and well laid out. Very grateful for its great design!

The app and the website are both terrible. I just want request my form 1099-G. But to so that I would need the 6 digit PIN that was apparently mailed to me when I can’t even find if I have an address on file. The message allowing me to request my 1099-G disappeared after I clicked away from it. It would be marginally better if I could even call to ask for assistance in using the app and website but the automated caller system provides none of the information I am looking for and I cannot reach a representative. I just need to do my taxes. I just want to be able to find my 1099-G.

I ran into a lot of problems initially with the Gov2Go App, but after getting in contact with the support team everything has changed. Chris and Neill, who I spoke with, were absolute dreams and helped me with my issues. If you’re struggling with anything in the app, get in contact with support and they will sort you right out.

I have used this app for quite a while but after moving to a different county last summer in the same state I have been bombarded with text messages telling me I need to assess in the former county. I’ve contacted the former county assessors office and and the current county assessment office. We are good on everything we need to do but the text messages to assess in the precious location continue......I am not sure who the technician is behind this but the app needs to be more current on information.

Works fine if accessed from a browser. Update: I was able to login the app manually. My best guess is it was refusing to accept log in with fingerprints. The messages issue is still there.

I tried to contact the customer service online and their email support no kne has responded yet. I files my claim for the week ending 23rd May but didnot receive any benefits. This week I am not even able to see my week to file a claim. No customer support is present to assist. I called all numbers more than 50-60 times. Highly disappointed. I emailed customer support email from the app but no response.
Horrible way to file unemployment

I have been trying to file my initial unemployment claim for over 3 weeks now and keep getting a message saying “The system is temporarily not available due to maintenance. Please try again later.” I understand things have to be updated but it’s been almost a month. Unemployment Offices are closed due to covid. You can’t get a real person on the phone and their automated filing system is down too. How are people supposed to get unemployment and financial assistance?

It is impossible to get a hold of VEC. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Too bad they can’t help out VEC until Covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks Again!

This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

The feel is off at times and I can’t seem to always see what I want at a quick glance. It should also be location based. Don’t care about what Colorado is doing when I am in Carolina. 😀 Just show me what services that are available to me. #LBS

After updating to iOS 14.0.1 it seems my Gov2Go app isn’t updating my timeline I’ve received no weekly claims nor have I received any messages news anything I spoke to local vec rep and they informed me the Gov2Go app can cause users to have outstanding issues with there claims so if your like me and have a outstanding issue contact a live agent and re file the weeks you have the issues
This app is ridiculous, and tech support is unhelpful.

Used the app for about a year and it worked fine, then suddenly, it dropped all my license plates. Contacted tech support for help and got terse, one-line responses with no explanation or customer service. They wanted all my plate and VIN information again; I might as well have done it myself and re-entered all my vehicles again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, better to waste your time waiting in line than to waste it trying to deal with this app.

The bottom line on this app is it doesn’t work. I went through the set up process, verified my email, then attempted to renew my tag. Once I entered all the information, it got rejected saying I did not verify my email. In addition, the app will not rotate on your phone so when you attempt to select your insurance company you cannot read the full name. Apparently there are multiple State Farm companies. So I had to guess; gotbit on the third try.

Ok not to be dramatic but this is by far the worst app I have ever used. And for some unknown reason this app is missing a key elements like the “back” button and file weekly claims button. It lets you register for unemployment but doesn’t let you file weekly claims. I tried to use the website but it just directed me to this app which is honestly the biggest downgrade because it’s not user-friendly at all. Needs A LOT of improvement.........
Login screen not working

At first downloading this app it would not let me sign in. I would put my credentials in & push sign in several times but screen would stay frozen. After trying for days to login it finally worked. Once logged in app works great. Recently app has logged me out and I’m running into same problem all over again.

I set up a COVID test back in December through the app and it was just fine. I had to get tested again in January and this app made it such a pain to set another one up. There's no obvious link or section in the app to do so. I finally found how I was able to by clicking through my old appointment under My Events?? Why is that the only access point to making another appointment?

To be honest this is my first time using this app. Happened to be unemployed and needed to apply for UB and my state switched weekly claim to Gov2Go. So what’s funny with this app. My first surprise was there’s no go back button once you navigate to any other pages, really? 😆 so I have to close the app and come back every time I need to go to diff places? I don’t think it will work for weekly claims. QA testers hellooo, test it properly...

I have never had as many problems as I do with this app. It’s been days and I’ve been trying to file a new claim and it keeps saying it’s down for maintenance. This is ridiculous. It’s also very hard to navigate and when I was filing weekly claims I had to unenroll and enroll again for it even to come up. I don’t know why this app was even released with all these problems.

I tried to file through website, however it glitched when I tried to submit my paystubs, and I could never get back to finish the claim but it said “submitted”. So I tried to do it again via this app, now it just rejects me entirely. How can I be rejected when I can’t even start the process? I can’t say I am surprised, our government is garbage, doesn’t matter who is in office.

Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

The process to start works but the file weekly was nonexistent. I had to call every time. Never gave updates to why payments weren’t coming through and always told me I didn’t have weeks but would pay. Totally backwards. Have had to reapply four times and never accepted my pin but would still pay

Seriously I’ve been trying to file a new unemployment claim since Friday of last week and every time I try I am getting this feature is under maintenance. How long do we have to continue to wait to file for Unemployment while you do maintenance? I have unenrolled and stated over twice with same result for the last 4 days.

Better pay December renewals in December. Even if you’re still within the 30 day window in January, you can’t see anything in the previous year. Also, my truck still shows as a vehicle but I can’t pay because there’s nothing in my timeline— even as I hold in my hand the renewal card I got in the mail. Keep working.

The government never seems to work. They take all the money in the world that they want, by force mind you, and still manage to have the worst systems ever. Why can’t I log into my account? It just freezes when I try to access my account. This has been going on for about a month now. I give up! You win government! You win! I surrender!

There are errors over the phone which hinders you from attempting to do your claim over the phone! The app logs out after only a couple minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. The flow of the app makes little sense.

This app doesn’t work. I’ve had a 403 Forbidden error for weeks on the app and the site. I have tried clearing cache, deleting and redownloading to no avail. I messaged them on Facebook but they do not respond (there are a host of groups posting about their frustration around this).

This app only work for a few weeks with my PUA. Then it stop showing me the timeline. Now all the sudden doesn’t even let me see that I have submitted a PUA application. I have try to call customer service and they have me on hold n won’t help me at all. It is very frustrating

Like everything else in the government, this app doesn't work, doesn't let you log in. Then it's missing PUA weeks in timeline. Is this so you don't have to pay them?? You're playing with people's lives. Shame on you! All the negative reviews here and not a single FIX!
