Newest Update Ruined App
by Laradiane on 2019/09/17 17:25
I’ll take this down if this is fixed, but today’s update ruined the whole app for me. Weeks of progress is gone- yesterday it said I had completed 450 total habits, now it says 93 and entire days of progress are gone from the calendar section. Also, each habit is now listed twice.
Can’t even use this app.
by Ashla NightShade on 2019/09/17 13:05
I tried to set s reminder and it wouldn’t let me do anything without having to pay for the premium. I don’t have the means to do so that’s why I rate this 1 star.
Update messed up my data
by Syko168 on 2019/09/17 12:45
New update is messing up all my habits and it’s deleting all the notes I write on the habits.

I really love productive! I have issues with memory loss but this app gently keeps me on track. My only problem is that there is no, buy-once option. The once a year is pretty cheap, but still, Even so.
Getting worse with every “update”
by ButMadNNW on 2019/09/17 06:33
I’ve been using this app since the “premium” version was a one-time optional payment. It was simple, clean, and did the job of counting how many times I completed a given task. Lately, it’s been degrading harshly as the developers try to add silly bells and whistles. - Items I have scheduled to do X days per week “break” their streak every Sunday. - Two items duplicated themselves for no reason. - All day today, since updating the app, “Today” has been tomorrow and everything I’ve yet to do today is marked as missed. Stop adding pointless “improvements” to an app that worked just fine before - you’re breaking it. I want my streaks to carry over week to week more than I want an annoying “way to go” pop-up every 50 item completions. UPDATE: I just changed how many times I wanted to do something in a week (which I do frequently with some items for my own reasons) and ALL my previous data for that task (HUNDREDS of completions) has been erased!! What are you doing?! UPDATE 2: Just had a reminder chime (at 23:30) for a task for which I never set a reminder. And there’s no way to delete it! You’ve completely broken what used to be a fine app. At this point, the only reason I haven’t given up on you is the hundreds- and thousands-long streaks of which I’d like to keep a record.
A little quirk
by Ergon09 on 2019/09/17 05:38
I love the app, but all of a sudden it’s now a day ahead. It thinks today is Tuesday when it’s actually Monday
The days are currently broken.
by Josh A. Val on 2019/09/17 02:24
App worked well for years but now the days are broken and all my streaks have been broken too. It says it’s tomorrow when it’s today.
Ugh
by Squeek73 on 2019/09/17 01:58
I’ve loved this app for years! What did y’all do to it? It’s telling me it’s Tuesday and it’s Monday. It undid all my habits for the last week and made duplicates of others. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. Ugh! No. I’m helpless without this app! lol
Pretty cool app
by lachicpetite on 2019/09/16 18:29
This has been really nice for tracking activities. I use it to remind me to drink my water and get up from my desk and various times during the day and it helps me keep up with my daily “to-do” lists
Perfect Encouragement!
by KSLadybug on 2019/09/16 15:48
The productive app has been something I’ve looked for for a long time. I can choose what to put into each and every day or what to put into one or two days a week the matter what my schedule might be like. Many apps do not allow you to choose different days of the week to be repeated. This one does. But what is most exciting to me about this app is that it is not pushy but is a gentle reminder and voice is very encouraging. I find it hard to make most of my goals during the day but I feel good about the ones I make and I don’t feel bad about the ones I missed. That has a lot to do with the total attitude of this app! Thank you for helping me. ☺️
Zero.
by Louv4 on 2019/09/16 14:15
I thought it was a free app. I got billed and then I found out. Not even a good app. I rather buy a paper journal.
Beautiful App but...
by Saintwalker_9 on 2019/09/16 14:11
I’m looking for a goal or reminder tracker that will be displayed with Apple Watch faces. 🤷🏽‍♂️ If possible I give the developers permission to email me when that feature is available.
Buggy, confusing
by Jen1018 on 2019/09/16 12:24
Paid for premium back when it was a flat fee, and it was worth it. Really helped me cope with ADHD. But I don’t think it’s worth the subscription price. Recently the weekly habits have broken. Habits due on a particular day of the week are fine, but habits that need to be done once a week on any day always show up as missed the next week, no matter when I do them. The monthly habits system is basically useless. It gives you a 2-4 day window in either the beginning, middle, or end of the month to complete it before it disappears from the list and counts it as missed, and you can’t pick what those days are. If you chose the whole month, instead of beginning middle or end, it still does a 2 day window at the beginning of the month (It’s the 1st of the month right now, and my monthly habits all popped up as due by the 3rd). Looking at my calendar and deciding it makes more sense to do most of those chores next week for a variety of reasons, so now I’m swiping those as done even though they’re not done yet, which defeats the purpose. If it were at least a 1 week window, or we could pick the timing, that would really help to provide flexibility. I’ve reported this to the developers multiple times over the last few years and I always get a canned response that they’ll think about adding this feature... as opposed to fixing this broken feature... or even explaining why it works this way.
Exactly what I was looking for

Too many “Buy me! Buy me!” Messages
by John Warner on 2019/09/15 14:52
I am sure the app is great, but there were just too many reminders to buy a subscription and it turned me right off. It ended up being obnoxiously pushy and I uninstalled.
Such a great app !

Love it so much 🤩.
Limitations and constant subscription badgering make this too annoying
by hja91 on 2019/09/14 06:40
I liked the idea and aesthetic of this app. Unfortunately the paywall and its limitations makes it not worth downloading. The help section states that you can add notes onto completed tasks from previous days but you actually can’t. It would make sense that if you clicked on a task then clicked the notes section, you could edit notes but instead it says “swipe left on a task to add notes.” You can’t swipe anything on completed tasks from previous days. I accidentally deleted a completed task from yesterday and had no way of reinstating it. You can only have a limited number of tasks without paying. The to do list function is pretty similar to Wunderlist but with stats on how often you stick to your habits, which I don’t really care about enough to pay for. Every other click on the app leads to a pop up to in app purchases which is really annoying. I’d rather sit through a 30 second ad twice a day than pay for this or continue to use it and deal with the constant pop ups. Maybe I’d pay a onetime nominal fee to use this but not a monthly charge.

Just wait for iOS 13 Reminders update.
by Xyphonix on 2019/09/13 12:17
The app functions properly, as in its not glitchy or broken, but this is like a Palm-Pilot-era reminders app, with no in-depth features or capability. It’s basically Apple’s Reminders with the ability to see how many times you’ve completed each task on a calendar. It’s absolutely not worth the deceptively high subscription fees. (I say deceptive because they threw 3 different prices for the same thing at me within 2 minutes of opening the app). It doesn’t even have simple features like proper cross-device syncing or a library of tasks to choose from. That’s right, you have to create every task completely from scratch, just like Apple’s Reminders, just like a PDA from 2003, down to manually choosing things like background colors and icons pulled from some free to use clip art gallery. I would have just deleted it and moved on but they have some sleazy hoops to jump through when you open it for the first time that aim to trick you into signing up for a “free trial” that auto-renews a week later for $30. If you don’t fall for it then they throw another screen at you offering the same thing for $15 (but only if you take the deal within 59 minutes, lol). They even put a countdown clock ON THE HOME SCREEN of the app after that like those awful Clash of Clans type games 🙄 So yeah, those practices rubbed me the wrong way so I felt inclined to leave this completely honest review about what this app is and isn’t. Bottom line, if you’re interested in paying a premium price for a full featured and innovative productivity app then there are MUCH better options available. Better yet, just wait a couple weeks and use the improved version of Reminders in iOS 13.

I have only been using this app a few days so I don’t have a good routine down to check it consistently. I gave it a four because I’m expecting great things...hopefully I won’t have to downgrade it. And maybe I can give it a 5...we will see!
LOVE this app.

Garbage
by Jonah_Bear on 2019/09/09 03:44
Okay so I get forced to make a new habit then can’t change the name. I delete it so I can make the same habit but with a name and when I do I can’t set a time for it because I’m getting choked with pop ups for a subscription because I wanted to name a habit. Amazing app 10/10

This is the only app I've made an effort to rate. I used the app for about 10 minutes and recognized right away it would be a helpful tool to improve my daily life. Already paid for the upgrade. Thanks for the hard work in making such a clean and useful app. All the updates over the years using this app have been great too. It's continually improving.

i would love to use this app, it’s such a great idea and i’m sure it would really help me because more organized. the thing is that i personally cannot afford to pay for a yearly/monthly subscription thing. this is just a bummer because this seemed like it would be such an amazing app to use:/
Fantastic app! Please don’t use if you don’t like the price
by LisaT0611 on 2019/09/08 05:45
This app is working great for me. I needed an app to remind me of my daily supplements intake, at different times of a day, and some other various habits like what time to go to bed, doing some stretches in the middle of a working days. This app did just that but in a really convenient way, much better than just the free reminder app. I especially love the Siri shortcut to signal completion of the task. Please stop complaining if you’re not happy about the pricing structure. The free reminder is there on your phone to do a decent job if you’re not willing to pay. I understand not everyone is willing to pay a certain prices for certain things but you simply don’t buy something if it’s out of your budget or you wait for a sale, not giving it bad review based on their prices you’re not willing to pay

Lies about being free
by jtphonehome on 2019/09/07 11:09
This app looks great, and I was excited to use it. In the description, it says there is a free and then premium version. However, in reality, it is all paid. You can get a 7-day free trial, but after that, it is $7 a month.
Only Good If You Want To Pay
by CL126 on 2019/09/07 01:49
This app is only good if you want to pay twenty five bucks just to get a reminder every day. You can do that on your calendar or in reminders for free.
expensive sub 👎🏼 greed
by Yowzoe on 2019/09/07 01:21
Edit: Could be good, but flagrant greed ruins it. I received a Developers Response that was generic and did not address any of my points. Developer: please explain the value proposition of a subscription, and why in the world would I spend $300 over the next 10 years for an app that is not substantially different for a user than the Streaks app, which is free? How is this anything else but greed? Sure they’ll be people that wanna spend that money, and I’m calling them uninformed, foolish, or both. Review: I’ve spent some time looking for an app that would help motivate me to develop habits that I want and avoid those that have been a drag on my life. I wanted an app that would work both on my phone and my watch. I took the time to write this because developers should not be rewarded for their greed. How is this app worth $30/year, when other better alternatives are so available without a subscription? How do people not know that an app like “Streaks“ is a one-time cost, and is better in every single conceivable way? A one-time payment get you a prettier, more practical, more polished app than this. Why pay every year? Avoid subscriptions when you can – especially when alternatives are significantly superior.

Auto-Renewal - SCAM
by MsMementoVivere on 2019/09/06 07:53
In order to even try the app you have to enter your payment information for the “free trail”, which is pretty standard and not alarming. Immediately after downloading it I quickly learned that I didn’t care for the app and had a difficult time figuring out how to cancel the auto-renewal. By the time I was able to get an answer on how to do so, I’d already been charged an ANNUAL membership. It’s interesting that after the “free trial” it AUTOMATICALLY enrolls you in the MOST expensive option. This app is a clear money grab I regret downloading it. Not worth it.

Could be better

I like it a lot it lets me look at my habits and keeps me doing them it. It can get a little cluttered tho and i don't like that feeling i would love to see times next to the things you need to do and have it be in order from ascending time it would make it organized especially when looking at all day for example
Definitely worth it

Really annoyed 🙄
by hreiiternberi on 2019/09/03 22:19
Ugh is all I can say for this app. I downloaded this thinking it was going to change my life and make me a better person. But unfortunately, the only lives changing here are the ones of people that pay the app for more habits. I could only create like three or four habits until it reached the limit. That really annoyed me, and it's the reason I gave this app one star. But to be honest with myself and the developers, without the habit limit, I probably would have given this app five stars. This app really has a lot of potential, and I have nothing against the developers, it's just that this app didn't live up to its potential. First up, you all know my good friend the habit limit, the layout also is one of my worst enemies, I hate simple layouts, even though I know most people love them, and I'm not quite satisfied with the way the icons work, maybe instead of icons, you could maybe have a drop down box with topics like "Workout" or "Around the house" on it, and it would immediately add an icon to the side of a habit, it would just be easier than looking through each icon and seeing which one corresponds with a specific habit. One more thing I need to complain about, who needs a to-do list app anyway? The only thing u might need it for is the notifications. But u could literally just take a pad and paper and be done with it! Like seriously! But there is one good thing we can salvage from this wreck of an app, and it's the coloring. I know, so LOOOWWW, but I love the black background and the standard colors, I might not love simple layouts, but I love simple colors. That's all I have to say for this app, and I wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't willing to spend money on something you could do on a pad and paper. Sorry, but this app could have been so much better, but it didn't live up to the expectations I had for it.
Love this app! So helpful!

New Update Made This App Perfect
by Chronological Annoyed on 2019/09/03 21:01
New Review September 2019: Thank you times 1 million for updating the app so I can check off the previous day. I use this app basically every day & this update has made it so much more enjoyable. If I completed a habit, but forgot to say that I did on this app, I’m able to still go back to yesterday & change it to done. I’ve already used this feature numerous times because I don’t remember to check all of my habits off every day. Thank you for listening! Sincerely, loyal app user. Old Review June 2019: Hi Productive is a great app that I use every day, besides the fact that I can’t check off the previous day. There are so many times when I forget to check stuff from the previous day. It then ends my streak, logs my habits incorrectly because I really did it, and I can’t do anything about it. Please change this Productive App!!! It’s not like I’m going to go back and check of yesterday if I didn’t do it. Sincerely, loyal app user.

by jankinpetrovich on 2019/09/03 08:46
I love productive, and I've been using it for over a year now. One of the things I loved about it was how well it used to be integrated with Apple Watch. I could just check off my tasks without getting my phone! Now the watch app doesn't even open and crashed every time I try to check off a task. Please fix, I need you guys to stay productive during the day!

The actual price, a $33.00/yr subscription - which you’re only told about upon downloading and starting the app- is way too high for this app. UPDATE: as a business, when you are accused of wrongdoing or dishonest business practices - specifically deceptive pricing - the appropriate response is NOT to reply by stating the obvious ( i.e., “It is up to you to decide whether or not you want to get a subscription”...obviously it’s up to me, it’s my money) and ignore the consumer’s actual complaint or invite the consumer to purchase your other products (i.e., “You can always check out our other apps”...why would I want to purchase something else from the very same company that I just accused of wrongdoing or dishonest business practices??) I’d appreciate it if you address the actual complaint of deliberately deceptive pricing - of which you have been accused several times by reviewers in the reviewer feedback. You can correct the situation by changing your dishonest practice of deceptive pricing - not by offering the user a canned, deliberately disingenuous response.
Subscription charge removal

They have a stupid trick that trick people into sign up for the annual subscription after 7 day trial. Now I want to unsubscribe it, and I can not do it. It is a shame.
One extra feature required
by Sannsiger on 2019/09/02 13:37
Incredible app which significantly helps to build constructive habits, but one aspect which is missing is better insights with the statistics feature. The stats only describe the days when you completed all your habits or didn’t, it fails to describe useful information such as the most commonly skipped habits for you/the least. It could also show patterns about for example what percentage of habits were completed on certain days, and show trends with the data to make it easier to not skip habits.
Does not work between devices
by LDS14LDS on 2019/09/02 12:39
I have been using this app for a year now. Here’s what I think. The app under the same login and account look totally different on my iPhone and iPad. Tracking is off and it does not let you fix. Although I am competing with my self as far as doing task daily I think I should not have to worry about checking off task on each device or adding each habit to each device. I do not remember seeing anything that said adding or checking off habits should be done on one or another device for the app to sync. For instance I am starting over on one task on one device and sitting at 50 on my other device. I sync one device and according to the app it synced on my other device. The problem is it did not, some of the habits are still different. I do like the app but wish that everything would sync and regardless of which device I complete the task on or add task too that it syncs with other device. I have sent emails to the app designer from the beginning with no resolution. I was told that it would be addressed in an update several months ago. If anyone knows how to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated as I really do like app and it has been useful for me. I do have the full subscription and would give the app a 5 if this issue could be resolved.

Last Update Broke My Streaks
by Gadget Girl83 on 2019/09/01 14:39
I loved this app and used it daily to keep on track with my critical habits. Notice I said “loved”, past tense. With the latest update, almost all of my streaks were broken. When maintaining a streak is a real motivator, starting all over with an update has started me looking for a new app. My “Time with Family” streak was a 3 times a week habit and I had a streak of 539. Now it says “Great start!”. Not happy, not happy at all! Bye bye, Productive.
No use for this!

Sounds good in theory but this app never helped me. It’s not something that makes you want to use it.

I absolutely love this app my life is dysfunctional messy and unorganized this gives me a little bit of normalcy and has helped me to clean up my act a little.
so far so good—it does help
by youknownino on 2019/08/31 21:51
i’ve just started ACTUALLY using the app... the first time i messed around with it and thought it was okay, but i burned through my free trial on that one. this time around i’m more dedicated to making changes in my life so i paid and decided to spend some time up front building out my routine. it takes a bit to get use to and proper set up seems key as the beauty is it’s flexibility to customize to your own habits. so far so good. my only real criticism so far is the reminders, it’s a bit confusing with having them set individually and then the general reminders on top of that—but i need to spend more time with it. other thing is i’m not sure what triggers stats to reset when editing a habit. if you need something to help you form better habits give this app a go.
Good tool for habit building
by Righteousviking on 2019/08/31 18:01
I’ve been looking for something to help me build habits and routines and this has been very handy. The only downside is that it isn’t free, but I am using it and am hoping for some good long term results.
Too complicated

There's this theory that I'm a near genius. This app shows me that I have a long way to go to reach that status. Really, there's not enough time left for me to drop everything to figure this app out.
Great self care tool
by Phoebe Allistein on 2019/08/31 13:08
This app has really helped motivate to complete daily self care habits like drinking water and meditating. I love the sound it makes when you finish a task. I’ve never upgraded to the paid version and am satisfied with the free features; you get to track 5 habits for free with stats.

I love the app, and paid for the full version because it’s helped me stay on track so much. Lately though, the app crashes after the timer goes off. It often marks the wrong task as done. If this doesn’t improve, I won’t renew for another year. **Update** Thank you for the response!! The issues have completely resolved. I really appreciate the attention to my review. 4 stars bumped up to 5, and I will renew. I love this app and it helps me structure my every day.

Need to pay to use
by mamalikeswine on 2019/08/30 03:45
App says it’s free, then says it’s a charge to use after a free trial. Total scam. And not worth the money at all. Telling me in response I could have just done the free trial and not subscribed for a year after you’ve read my review is bull. You know your app is set up to trap people into paying for the first year and then canceling, which is exactly how you caught me. But thanks for trying to make me feel dumb

Great app!
by CheekySweetie on 2018/03/08 17:51
I'm 16 and I got this app to keep track of chores and other daily habits I often forget. It's exactly what I needed. I'm not trying to schedule my day down to the minute or even the hour. And I needed an app flexible enough that as long as I complete my habit that day, it doesn't break my streak, but still keeping certain habits to certain times of day. I like that you can schedule an individual habit for multiple times a day instead of having to create the same habit 3 times, each time scheduling a different time. I also enjoy how customizable it is, how you can choose the icon, color and order of the habits. My favorite thing about the app is the general scheduling. There are 3 times to schedule a habit to; morning, afternoon and evening. And you can choose between which times each of these apply. Even if I miss a habit during its schedules time, it isn't counted as missed until the day is over, which keeps my motivation for the streaks up. It's the perfect level of simplicity for me. My only complaint is that I have to pay a subscription for more habits! I don't really care about whatever else comes with premium. I love this app and it's exactly what I need but I can't pay a subscription. If it was a one-time fee for premium forever then I could do that. Even if it was $20 as long as it was just once. Otherwise, this app is just about perfect for me.
My Main App
by riddled1103 on 2018/05/31 16:55
I have paranoid schizophrenia, and having a stable routine along with medication and therapy is essential to my recovery. This is hands down the best app for creating and maintaining a daily self care routine. Being schizophrenic it is hard to stick with a routine. I am always forgetting what I need to be doing. Not anymore with this app. I use this app to remind me of the things I need to do each day. For projects I use Things 3, for one time reminders I use the standard reminders app, and for appointments I use the basic calendar. I keep these four apps in a folder called Daily. If I see a number over the folder, I know that something needs to be done. What I like most about this app is nothing has a time that is set in stone. There are three periods: morning, afternoon, and evening. This gives me needed flexibility, in case I am having a bad day. Also these periods keep me from becoming overwhelmed by looking at a whole days worth of tasks. (Although you can look at the full day if you need to). There is also a satisfying sound when you swipe a task complete. This app has worked wonders in my day to day life living with schizophrenia. If you don’t have a serious mental illness this app will still be extremely handy. If you do have a serious mental illness it is a necessity.
Very Helpful and Encouraging
by Katierae5 on 2019/01/03 05:19
I don't often take time to write reviews, but I am sincerely enjoying this help! It has been so helpful and easy to use. I love how easy to customize this, and if you miss or skip a goal for whatever reason its not degrading. Rather it encourages you to keep going, and do what you can to succeed with whatever size goal/task/daily chore/project/new habit you recorded. I have tried other apps similar before and have been very disappointed, and then ended up losing interest and feeling more defeated by not getting something done. If you are a personality where you need to record your tasks or enjoy the satisfaction of crossing something else off from your day this is for you! I will admit that in the free version I only had the ability to record 2 goals/habits, which was not close to what I was hoping for. The company offered a timed promotion that Im not sure if it was only over the holiday or just as a new user I got a chance to upgrade too. However, I decided to give it a shot as it was only $12 for the full year which was easily affordable and I am really loving the fact I did. I highly recommend!

I love this app for tracking habits. The premium version is well worth the price, especially if you consider the cost per month of the annual option. I’ve been trying to start a bullet journal, but have struggled with motivating myself to go through and physically set up the format myself to track each habit, with this app it does all the work for me and has a nice design. I wish there was a little bit more flexibility with scheduling monthly habits, like if you could pick an exact day of the month when something needs to be done, or the number of times per month you’d want to do something, similar to the layout when setting weekly goals. Another feature I’d like to see is the ability to “overachieve” on a goal. Like if I set my gym goal as a minimum of 3 times a week, it would be nice to be able to mark it done if I go a fourth time in order to track progress and help reevaluate goals later on. I’d especially like it if this was a feature able to be turned on or off depending on each habit. Overall this is a great and easy to use app that helps me stay motivated and productive.
Confession of an Appaholic
by Anyabells on 2019/05/01 13:48
When I see a new and interesting app I can’t help myself- I download and try it. Every few weeks I find myself trying a new “productivity” app, whether it be a to-do or habit tracking or what have you. But this is the app I always find myself coming back to ever since I first downloaded it about six years ago. No other app has been as easy to set up, enjoyable to use, or useful. And every time I come back to it there are more features! Useful features, too, not ones that make things more difficult or overwhelming: they integrate smoothly into what is already there. The only reason I ever stop using this app is because I am so bad at sticking to a routine. But when I put forward the effort, this is the only app I have found that actively encourages me. Just the idea of using it is enough to help me recommit :) And I have never regretted buying the full version, which is not the case with so many other apps. Give it a try and you’ll understand why the ratings are so consistently good.
Quite a good app
by 17374850483761919384649 on 2018/06/19 01:53
I especially appreciate this app, since the calendar it has tracks when you do things and when you don’t do things. This gives you a satisfying cross-off of the days of the week you do the things you planned, making you feel compelled to keep up the task instead of putting it off another day. That being said, all of the features (in the free version at least) besides reminders can be done using a regular calendar, which would give you an even more satisfying cross-off since it is being done physically. However, I would still recommend this app, for people who are still struggling with procrastination, since it isn’t the laziness but rather the will, and personally the will has kept me going with this app. The only downside is that I think the not free version is quite a bit expensive, especially for a mere habit tracking app, and especially considering that all of the features it has and offers in the paid version could be done with other apps that are free (like apps that come with an iPhone). Nevertheless, this is still an amazing app and it has helped me with habit tracking.
Works well, but...
by Imperialmeasures on 2019/06/24 05:04
I like how this app is set up and what you can do with it. It is really good for keeping track of the things that I need to do. However, it is clear to me that this app really isn’t free. In the free version, you can set 5 habits, which doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of what I need to keep track of on a daily basis. maybe of all i wanted to do was remind myself to go to the gym every day, it would be usable, but then you could just use one of the free apps that comes on the iphone. I understand that the developers want to make money, but the subscription pricing model is a big turn-off for be and i assume based on other reviews many other people. The price is really not that expensive, but personally i would rather have ads than have to pay $30 a year for an app that really does not do anything particularly interesting or unique. It’s nice to have, but for me, it’s not worth having to pay a per year price indefinitely when i could do exactly the same things, mind you less conveniently, with a free service like google calendar. So maybe if this app had a one time payment or ads i would use it, but currently, i am not prepared to spend 30 dollars a year so that i can be reminded to go to the gym.
Working so far
by L Corder on 2019/07/04 02:56
I’ve only had this a day, but it’s doing exactly what I want it to — which is to help me stay on task with a fairly regimented routine. I’m a mother of two children not yet in school, and my older son is enjoying having a schedule to follow. So far, so good. UPDATE: After one week, I’m still really liking this app. The interface is appealing and easy to use once you figure out where all the features are. The notification flags are great for keeping me on task. My days have gone much more smoothly and my kids are getting really great at knowing what to expect during the day for the past week. We have far fewer struggles and see much better behavior from them. I’m Type B when it comes to schedules — even though I thrive with one, I have a hard time staying on task by myself. I’ve done yoga every morning for a week! I’ve even had enough time to go to the gym. By myself. With two kids at home with their dad. Seriously! So glad I found this app.
Disappointing, not intuitive enough, 7-day trail offer beware!
by MomWApps on 2019/07/04 03:34
Wanted to use the FREE 7 day trial to play around in this APP to see if it was the right fit. I ran into limited functions within the first five minutes. To use what felt like basic functions I was prompted to upgrade. I thought I was upgrading what I would be billed after the FREE to trial. That if I didn’t like what I experienced in the first 7 days, I could cancel. That’s what a FREE trial is. I wasn’t happy with the limited functions so I unlocked more. (What I needed to do was so basic. Set a reminder twice a day for one thing I needed to remember to do daily.) I was showing my teenager the functions and he laughed and said he couldn’t believe I paid for it. I was showing him because if he liked what he saw in the TRIAL on my phone, I was going to get it for him too. I decided in the same day I downloaded it, it wasn’t for me. It was too complicated, not intuitive enough. I went to cancel the trial and I was already billed for a full year! I stopped my subscription but it won’t end until JULY 3, 2020! My FREE trial started July 3, 2019. AND ON THE SAME DAY I’M BILLED FOR A FULL YEAR. No refund. It really makes me mad. It’s not right. Beware of the “free trial.”
Scheduling Habit
by Katherinesings on 2018/09/24 16:42
Organizational aids and visual tools are imperative to progress for my day. **I have already bought the Premium option. But, if there was anything that make the all-amazing app the ALL-IN-ONE for me it would be to be able to drag and drop tasks onto a daily schedule (dare I say like Time Finder app). It allows you to set up a full schedule, see at a glance where you are on a time line with your tasks- copy and repeat days to minimize fuss.... AND linking that to one’s calendar, including that content with all of your appointments?? That would be the biggest stress reliever for me EVER! Moving times that the task was completed, even just for that day, and being able to look back at the pattern of when certain tasks were better able to be executed than other times of the day. It would serve as a visual aid in my time management, instead of sort of feeling like I’m living aimlessly from one random chime to the next. Please consider. :)
Nice app but lacking some important features.
by -Gatherer on 2017/10/01 12:16
I’m a premium user of this app, and overall it’s nice looking and moderately functional. My biggest complaint is that it’s almost useless for data tracking. I meditate pretty much every day, but I consider doing it at least five days a week a success. So I went ahead and set the goal for five days a week. I meditated five days in a row, and suddenly I’ve lost the option to track it anymore for that week. Say I meditate every day for a week, I can’t track that under the five days setting. Meaning if I want to go back in time to see what days I usually miss, notice any patterns in the data—I’m out of luck. If I set it to the every day setting, and I miss a day, I lose my streak in the habit. Either I set it to five days, and I can’t keep accurate data records, or I set it to a week and I lose the motivation of maintaining a streak. It’s a really big flaw in the app and it would be nice to have it fixed. At least an option to allow a user to go over the set number of days would be nice, even if it wasn’t the default setting.
Update: Still Using the App Daily!
by ChelsBug88 on 2019/08/21 19:07
UPDATE:: Still using the app daily to track my habits, I know I’m going to do things like walk my dog, drink water, brush teeth, but it is easy to check it off my “did today” list and the little push to keep up with things like tidying my bedroom or dishes is pretty motivating!! So 2-weeks later I’m still on a roll! Yay! First day of downloading:: “I just downloaded this app and got it started today, but so far it’s easy enough. The layout of using the app is kind of confusing, I thought I could add things for specific dates, but that’s okay that I can’t. I’ve started adding simple things like drinking water, walking the dog, etc... it does already feel good when I can mark things “done”. I just know personally I get bored easily with apps I have to use daily but since this doesn’t require writing things down or jotting anything in the app I might actually have a reason to want to keep using it!! 🙂”
I liked balanced better
by Kathrynelise.art on 2017/09/10 20:55
I appreciate the ability to schedule todos or habits on specific days of the week but balanced had the ability to actually set the frequency of a habit for seasonal and yearly tasks. Productive doesn't seem to do that. I thought it did once actually but it looks like it doesn't now either way. For me, i use this mainly to keep track of household chores. I like not setting a specific day but rather a frequency. I know i need to clean bedsheets once a week... other things once a month. Other things once a season and others like spring cleaning, once a year. So this doesn't work for me anymore and balanced is gone. Fortunately i can just download it still from the backup so I'm just going to continue using that instead. Also i like that theres functionality for the apple watch but i find that its a lot more useful to have a complication for these kinds if apps. Just a simple complication that tells me whats at the top of the list for today. Something like that. So yeah bring back seasonal and yearly frequencies and make a complication. :)
The free version doesn’t let you do anything at all pretty much
by bgbvvvvvv on 2019/08/20 09:09
Wow first off I was super happy that I found an app that would fit me perfectly and keep in mind I am aware about the whole free aspects of apps and I’m Not new to the free treatment but Holy cow you cannot even do anything why would we only have at least three habits the whole point of the app and we can only have three I can download another app that would let me do way more than just three I get you guys might not have the best reasons to push users to get a premium but oh my gosh that is not making me I want to get a premium it makes me want to immediately delete the app I’m a student and I’m on a budget I even needed this app of checking my subscriptions for other things and wow how ironic the reminding app Also wants a subscription to!? Look all I’m asking is I hope you guys find a way to give users more habits than just three at least six I mean come on now it’s a reminding app and I’m not even touching on how expensive The premium is for just a DAME REMINDING APP! That’s all this app is I don’t even know why it’s offering a subscription to begin with but just let us have more reminders that’s all I ask
This is a killer app
by zcochran88 on 2018/03/29 12:42
I am beginning to love Productive. It is a customizable app that makes it easier for you to build and stick to habits. I started trying this out for a week and didn’t use it very much, because the app is really valuable if you dedicate time to customizing it and using it. When my free week expired, it auto-bought the year membership, so I thought, fine, let me give it a second try. Boy am I glad I did. I use Productive between 1-3 times a day, which makes sense: the app has 3 built in reminders to do tasks (morning, afternoon, and evening). It has been a tool I’ve used to put into action the morning and evening routines I want to do on a daily basis. It has also helped me figure out what habits I am building effectively and which ones I am not, because I see how many days in a row I’ve done something and it’s a signal to me that my system is broken if I lapse more than a day in a row. It also helped me to realize that being specific and actionable is super important because there is nothing to “do” on an item that is general and vague. All in all, I’ve started to recommend this app to my clients and think if someone is a self-starter, they will appreciate this and might even love it! The one thing I hope Productive improves is adding more images to assign to habits. They have a large list, but to boost it further would be great. Bottom line: worth the $20!
Cool app, could use some more features
by Mrs Tyler on 2019/05/31 11:02
I literally just downloaded this app, and will probably revise my number of stars once I get better acquainted with it, but I wanted to share this thought before I forget... I think it would be cool if you added the feature to tap certain goals each time you do them. Like for example: posture. I need to check/correct my posture more than 3 times per day, but that’s the most frequent option the app allows. I’d like to be able to tap my posture goal each time I check/correct my posture, and for the app to keep a count of how many times I did that throughout the morning/afternoon/evening/day/week. And that tap count option would be something you could toggle on/off for any task. Then I can see how engaged I am with that task, since good posture ultimately and ideally needs to be done 100% of the time that I’m awake. This feature could help me track how my engagement with this task improves/declines day to day and week to week.
Shameful there’s no free option at all
by amber hates canva on 2019/04/21 01:00
So sad. This app used to be free but now you can’t use it at all without shoving out $30. I don’t understand why it’s so expensive as the only changes I’ve noticed is geo tagging habits? I understand it’s only $2.50 a month but my mind still can’t justify why, seems just desperate. Wish they introduced any free option, maybe with ads. But not having that option at all, even with limited functionality, is very disappointing. It just seems like, it’s all about money and that’s it. Also saw a note that if you paid before ($3.99 for unlimited use) you can restore that purchase. That’s great for some people but my Apple ID is different. Sounds like I’m out of luck. UPDATE//free option is available—when prompted to try free before subscribing just click the x to be taken to the app. Wish this was clearer, there should be something that says “try free option”. Either way, happy it’s free. The aesthetic and modern vibe of the app is great but that shady little trick about subscribing is disappointing
Scam!
by juju10537 on 2018/11/02 05:13
I got the app and decided after a couple of days that it wasn’t a good fit for me, so when I went to unsubscribe from it, there was no option to unsubscribe as there usually is with apps. After messing with it for awhile, I assumed there was no option to unsubscribe because I wasn’t going to be billed anything - I ended up getting billed $23 all of a sudden, a month later, for an app I don’t even use! I’m a broke college student - I can’t afford to lose that money. The option to unsubscribe NEEDS to be more available and user-friendly. Edit: I’m fully aware that manually unsubscribing from the app is necessary, as is with most apps, but there is literally no option to opt out under those settings - the button in red font at the bottom of the page that should be there is nonexistent, but it’s present in the other apps I have. As I said above, I already tried to unsubscribe but eventually assumed that I wasn’t going to be charged since every other app I had, and the format of the page in the tutorial, included a very obvious “unsubscribe” button. I’d just like to know what my options are for getting my money refunded.
Helpful for Reminding/Bad for Data Tracking
by Anxiety Shopper on 2019/01/19 15:20
I’ve been using this to set goals to increase meal prepping, eating cooked meals from home and working out. I love the actual checklist part, but the way the app tracks data doesn’t make sense. If you complete all of your daily goals you get a filled in bubble for the day. If you have a goal set for 3x/week, the days that you do that goal will be filled in but the days that you don’t remain hollow. I think at the end of the week if all of your weekly goals are met that all of the bubbles for that week should become filled in to show you had a perfect week. Additionally, I don’t understand how the streaks work (yes I read it in the app). Sometimes if you skip a habit or don’t do it, it will break your streak (which makes sense), but then I’ve also had it happen where if I have perfect days in a row somehow my streak has been broken. I really wish the data collection piece made more sense so I could get a more accurate picture of my hard work.
Small price to pay
by GeekyPanda on 2019/03/20 04:28
If you want a habit and nothing else is working I highly recommend this app. I’ve read so many books on the psychology behind building habits and this app touches upon those same principles. Being able to make a streak is extremely rewarding and instead of doing something to achieve a reward you are competing against yourself. Being able to check something off as completed is very satisfying. The app really is best used in premium but if you’re serious about your goals then you can spare the cash. In my case, paying up the money is actually more motivating because I want to make sure I don’t waste it by ignoring my goals. Overall, great app. Wish you could go into more details as far as times a reminder happens but it’s a good investment in yourself.
I didn’t use it
by swagro on 2019/04/20 14:57
So it’s a free service, but.... blah blah blah. No it’s NOT a free service, there is a subscription price, and if cancellation takes effect, you get downgraded to the free service after paying for the subscription! Is it free or not! Make it clear, make it plain, smoke and mirrors is for the Friday night comedy show, not my personal life. I downloaded just to find that there is a 7 day “free” trial, after which the subscription price takes effect, but you can cancel, oh but wait, cancellation takes effect 24 hours after the last use of the upgraded..... and you lost me. If I want to read ramblings I can just click on some random privacy policy in anything at all. A waste of m time, and I want to be compensated for wasting my time that I should have been using to do chores and be productive, like the name of your highly elusive 1 star app. So I deleted the app, but now I’m combing through my account settings to see if you somehow hooked into my Apple Pay for some strange subscription that I don’t even want any part of! I have a note pad! It costs $.25! Give me my time back!
Great app but.. Always a catch
by Aroi lama on 2019/07/31 17:37
The app is really good and I like the concept. Except i can barely use it. I can’t put more than two habits in and there’s a constant ad/reminder for their subscription which is frustrating. Then on top of that there is no option for a one time fee altogether. I understand people have to make income off the app but it shouldn’t be listed as free since in order to use it to be productive you have to pay money. It’s really disappointing but hopefully I find a better app with a similar concept. Update: I only ended up downloading this app because this is the first app advertised and I liked the color scheme. The reply they gave was generic and seem to place the blame on the consumer versus taking responsibility like they do with positive reviews. The app along with the price is simply just a waste of time. There is other apps with the same concept that does more which are free or offer a reasonable one time purchase which will save money. Please look elsewhere because this will increase and encourage other apps with basic use to add subscriptions.
Could be better.
by Rings_of_kaylers on 2018/11/28 14:56
The Productive app seems to be a great app, allowing you to keep up with habits and reminds you of events or tasks you need to complete. Yet, the amount of ads it has promoting itself is distasteful and will bug out to where you can not add another task. The main screen also has another bug. The text that comes down when you’re adding a new habit will merge with the line of text that comes up stating that you don’t have any tasks at the moment, but later in the day. I’m disappointed that such a highly ranked productivity app does not simply have a tab in the settings area asking if you want to upgrade or not. As an example, the P. Schedule has this system to where you can upgrade for better quality, but you aren’t bombarded with ads asking you for a yearly membership. And for an app that hasn’t been updated in 11 months, I think I’d give my money to them. Until this type of problem is fixed or becomes less of an annoyance, I will not be using this app any longer.
Skip Justification Option?
by Raider1317 on 2019/02/18 00:31
So far I am enjoying it and it is helping me with my various tasks. I would like to see though, a feature where I can make a task as ‘optional’ or something to where if I don’t do it/skip it, it wouldn’t count as a negative strike for it. Or maybe have a justification block come up to explain why I can’t do a task. For example: I have a task to hit the gym in the morning but sometimes I can’t because I have to go into the office instead to get some work done which makes me then ‘skip’ it. But for those days I have another hit the gym task set in the afternoon just in case I can’t make the morning one. So at some point, one of those hit the gym tasks is going to be ‘skipped’ since I’ll do the other one. Unless I’m missing a setting or setting these up completely wrong I would like to see this feature added so it doesn’t seem like I’m always skipping something.
Impressive
by Lalablahci md on 2018/01/05 03:36
I honestly really enjoy this app! I’ve been able to keep up my daily habits much more frequently. I’ve tried other habit trackers in the past and it just wasn’t as effective. I this app has various options. The scheduling really helps, as well as he option to boost one particular habit. I’ve made noticeable growth in my yoga practice and haven’t stopped since (: This app has really helped me to put my habits into practice. I throughly enjoy it. I even bought the premium version. And I NEVER buy apps. But I’m glad I made he small investment. My only thing is, I wish maybe it was more informative. I think it’s a wonderful app. But sections on science behind habits would be awesome, or studies concerning habits and providing that to the public, maybe the premium users. I think it’s wonderful, but it’s definitely missing something (: The stats are nice but I barely ever use them.
Pay for a subscription? $3.99
by Tim Jordan on 2018/03/05 18:03
This a great app but instead of having a option of buying it like they used to have now you have to subscribe currently at $3.99 a month. This subscription trend is something we as consumers need not support. If you think you will just use the 5 reminders for free and not subscribe think again. The ads to subscribe are near ever present! Why not give consumers a way to buy it once for a higher price. It looks like they can raise the rate any old time they choose (fine print) meaning you will have to pay more or get a new app. Highly annoying for me as a consumer. It’s a good app. However the way they are forcing ads on you is annoying. DON’T SUPPORT THIS TREND. Please rate all these subscription type apps with one star and then just don’t buy them. If you support subscription apps soon that is all we will have. As consumers you have a voice. They won’t give you a choice later if they want to raise rates. This type of pricing is not consumer friendly and should not be supported by the marketplace.
Pricy & highly limited...
by Frustration isnt the word. on 2019/06/29 10:38
I could really use extra help remembering everything when I have a daily list of a million and one things to do but at the cost per year on top of my living expenses, I just couldn't see this being any better than a reminder on my phone thats not costing me a subscription every month/year. I would have gave a better rating if I had any chance at using it without so many limitations. I'd rather deal with ads for the free version than to be limited as much as the free version sits now. It seems reasonable for the price unless you do more work than what you actually are paid for and let's face it, that's the reality of working class America. Not cost effective or considerate of supporting the lower class efforts in succeeding much like the rest of the tax free high class. Smart people work towards cutting out the unnecessary cost in order to get ahead and while the idea of this app is nice, it's not bringing any competition to it's competitors let alone effectively supporting the very market it's looking to attract.
Gets you focused and then gets out of the way
by zshall on 2017/12/05 00:55
I’ve been using Productive for 9 months and I start and end every day with it. Adding new tasks is fast and it’s easy to set and modify schedules as you go. The concept of “perfect days” has been especially motivating since it pushes me further. It may have been a long day and I might be tired but the app will tell me that if I just get the mail and clean up my kitchen it’ll be perfect, and so I do. I haven’t gotten behind on my chores in months anymore and I’m never at a loss for what needs doing. Besides chores, adding other activities like exercising or reading has helped motivate me to do those more often. This is a simple tracker but the essentials are very well polished, and it doesn’t feel weighted down with too many options. Super nice app overall!
Loved Balanced, not a fan of subscription
by pipelinebreak on 2018/03/19 07:06
I'm REALLY not a fan of the subscription model - I would rather pay for an app with unlimited habits and no ads. Right now, the adverts are incredibly annoying and actually ruins the experience of an otherwise lovely app, especially since I was such a huge fan of Balanced and IIRC even paid for that one to be advert-free for life. However, I actually prefer the way Productive splits the day into parts - one of the biggest issues I had with Balanced was that it made it impossible to organize tasks manually or by specific times of the day. Will work with this for a bit until the adverts start being too intrusive, then will delete unless there's an option to pay a one-time fee for this app. Just not worth the pop ups and ugly adverts to ruin the otherwise perfect minimalist aesthetic this tries so hard to maintain.
Helps my ADD
by bigcitysmallpatience on 2019/07/19 21:43
I’m working on streamlining my days and weeks so I have to make less decisions in the mornings and day to day about prioritizing my time while still taking care of myself, and this app is hella worth it. The price is pretty steep for a student, but it honestly is very little if you think about it per month, and it’s been invaluable. It’s easily color coded, more flexible than similar apps without sacrificing simplicity, and I just have to glance at it to know what my priority is in that moment. Plus, seeing your streaks is really motivational and gives you an idea about the place that task has in your life (ie. if you keep avoiding it, if it’s always done without fail and therefore you should attach other habits to it etc etc).
Swindled into Paying $20 that is Apparently Non-Refundable
by t_c_987 on 2018/04/19 18:34
I downloaded the free trial of this app and while it’s got a nice principle function, there were some features the app was lacking, in my opinion. For that reason I didn’t want to purchase the app’s premium subscription. However, the developers did not make cancelling after the “free” trial easy to do. You have to cancel your subscription through a link that’s not easily found in the app, that takes you to the Apple support site and you have to cancel through that platform instead of within the app itself. If you do not cancel before the 7 day trial is up, you are automatically charged the premium subscription fee and that purchase cannot be canceled (ie no refund). Usually apps will refund the automatic charge if you cancel within a day or so of when the free trial ends. This was not the case, and I feel like I was swindled into paying $20 that is apparently non-refundable, which is extremely unsettling. Beware of this.
Buggy, buggy, and oh yeah, BUGGY!!!
by JeepnickAZ on 2019/08/05 13:54
I downloaded this app and paid for a year subscription based on all the neat feature and thousands of positive reviews. After hours of setup and fine tuning of my habits I began to use it and thought it was pretty good. But then I tried to use the timer function for a habit. I had set the timer for a habit to 40 minutes and turned it on, and about m hour later I went in to check how much time was left since it felt like it had been too long. Turns out the timer doesn’t work it you leave the app or lock your phone. It just stops and then picks back up when you open the app again. I submitted feedback and was told they would consider adding the feature at some point. Why even bother in the first place guys? Then as I used the app more and more, I found my habits were starting to show up randomly as “Overdue,” even though ALL previous days habits were marked “Done,” or “Skipped.” So I reset the stats and started over. Then it happened again, and then again this morning. You can’t be productive, with Productive, because you will spend all your time trying to figure out why the app is behaving erratically. Year subscription? Guess I’ll chalk it up to a learning experience, delete the app and go back to Reminders, which is getting an overhaul in iOS 13 anyway. Enjoy the $30 guys, you won’t get another dime from me ever.
Good, but some issues
by Cmlucas on 2018/05/06 02:34
I like this app for what it is. I bought it fully a year ago and emailed some feedback which I think is important and easy to implement which still hasn’t seen its way through. I think that the ability to check something off every day even if you have met the “quota” for the week is important. For example if I have a goal to read 4x a week, I should still be able to at check it off 5-7x a week to reinforce my habit. Put in an option to have completed quotas greyed out at the bottom marking them as “done” but still doable. Also, the stream system needs to be fixed. If I make a habit today, then delete it, I cannot “finish” today. If I go back to yesterday and finish a weekly task and it eliminated it from today’s options, I cannot “finish” today. It ruins the streak. Ruins the whole reason of using the app.
Great updates in latest version
by avsratings on 2019/04/19 13:28
The last few updates of this app have been pretty good, providing new functionality and fixing previous formatting errors. But, the latest update has been awesome. They remove the annoying “swipe down to create a new habit” function, that would always invoke inadvertently when you didn’t want to create a new habit. You can also go back and update any day in the past, if you made a mistake or forgot to complete a habit that you did. Also the day buttons at the bottom are much better now, allowing you to even look at tomorrow. And the new buttons at the top that allows you to look at either the current time of day or the entire day are fantastic.
Lacking simple features
by GeekyGirl007 on 2018/02/25 19:07
Reply to developer: Thank you for your reply to my review. However, I will not pay for a basic feature that most other apps give you for free. I have already deleted your app and replaced it with one that does pretty much everything your does and more without making me pay. I’m all for supporting developers, I know how much work goes into it, however I just can’t get behind it when it’s making people pay for something so basic that every other app on the market like it lets you do it for free. If this one thing were changed, I’d give a much better rating and even redownload it to give it another try. As it is now, I can recommend. I really wanted to love this app but you can’t choose a specific time to do your habit or task. You can not tell it to remind you at 1:00pm, for example. You can only say remind me morning, noon or night. Useless as a reminder app of it can’t do something as remind me at specific times.
Expensive and only allows three alerts per day but good features
by ari@SF on 2018/04/12 04:37
I just started playing with this, it looks like it’s got a lot of interesting features but you can only set reminders three times a day, you can’t set it up to remind you every hour or every other hour. It’s got a $4/month subscription model so that’s not so exciting for such a small set of functionality. Honestly I think four dollars a year would be more competitive with other apps. I don’t mind some kind of ongoing fee because I know app development takes continuous work but I don’t think it’s gonna be worth this much to me. It does collect stats which is useful for me because I’m trying to keep track of how often I do short exercises a few times a day.
Less than a week and I’m hooked
by colorful.cole on 2018/02/16 17:30
I decided to just pay for a 6 month subscription instead of doing a week free to really to and be committed to my daily goals. I only work part time but still find the housework and daily tasks slipping away from me. Already after less than a week I have gotten more “thanks” from my boyfriend for helping deep clean more regularly. I have “tidy the house” every other day with deep cleaning specifics on the others. When you live with a neat person but are naturally more messy it can cause tension. This has helped so much! I have also been better about doing my daily yoga and I’ve read more this week then I have in the last month.
Great idea...
by Kanselmi on 2018/10/05 20:59
So the habits idea is great and love I can have a reminder for things that I have to do everyday. However, it would have been more helpful to also be able to schedule reminders that may not be an everyday item but an item that I need reminded to do next week. Also, you have a habit making a to do list but would again be helpful if you could also create the actual to do list in the app without creating individual habits for each item. Now I either make a choice of continue to use your app and also another app to accommodate those things or just leave your app I was excited about for one that accommodates everything in one place. I appreciate the 7 day trial because that’s what hooked me on the habits part. Great concept. Just a few flaws for me.
Amazing!
by LarryATaylor on 2019/06/19 03:39
I love this app. I have been using it for over a year and it has helped me to be accountable with myself to do the things I want to do. If you're looking for an app to keep track of your daily activities this is great. I used the app for a few months, just tracking a few habits with the free version. Once I used it I realized it really helped to keep me on track and find out what habits I needed to focus more on. I knew that I was going to stick to it so I bought the year subscription and have since renewed and am still sticking to it. Has helped me accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals by tracking everything in this one app!! Definitely recommend it!
Really? Three free habits only?
by Yums3286 on 2018/09/06 00:29
I'd give this app 5 stars if only you could have at least a couple more habits for free. Now I have two separate apps for habit tracking: this and Google Calendar. At least Google Calendar's "Goals" is completely unlimited, but the thing is on that app I can't set these goals to remind me to do them on specific days. That's why I like this app. I also like this app because of the cute little icons you can put next to them and that you can assign a color for each of them. But this app would be more useful if I could put at least some more habit trackers here. If Google Calendar had the specific days feature, I'd only use that app. I was really excited about this app, and it could be a little more useful.
Good
by Arbitrary Nickname 2 on 2019/07/02 12:49
This is a good app. But it is lacking a few things: - The ability to mark something as NOT done and thus dismiss it from your list for the day (or whatever period). This is the case for those habits you’re working on of NOT doing something (i.e. quitting something), and when you fail to NOT do whatever that is. It’s not helpful that they linger in your list all day until you can’t remember for sure anymore if you did or did not do the thing. - Habit history should not reset when you make minor tweaks to the schedule—such as changing a habit from morning to afternoon. The app should kindly handle such adjustments rather than nuking your history as though you had changed from weekends to weekdays or something so drastic.
Great, Easy to Use, Lots of Features
by tiggerette2003 on 2019/01/03 15:16
Love this app! I just started using it but so far it’s been fabulous. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and allows many customizations. You can set a habit for daily, weekly, twice a month, monthly, or even for any number of days per week OR specific days per week. A built-in timer can be set for any amount of time to keep you on track. The only thing I don’t love is that I haven’t found a way to see which habits I’ve completed on a given day from the home statistics page. I have to go to the individual habits page to see how I’m doing with that specific habit. Otherwise, great app that is already helping me meet my goals!

Okay so I get forced to make a new habit then can’t change the name. I delete it so I can make the same habit but with a name and when I do I can’t set a time for it because I’m getting choked with pop ups for a subscription because I wanted to name a habit. Amazing app 10/10

I understand not everyone is willing to pay a certain prices for certain things but you simply don’t buy something if it’s out of your budget or you wait for a sale, not giving it bad review based on their prices you’re not willing to pay

by jtphonehome on 2019/09/07 11:09
This app looks great, and I was excited to use it.

Deceptive Pricing
by Jsbdy on 2019/09/02 18:09
Developer not honest about the price.

Couldn’t start my day without it

Too complicated
by Magic Drum on 2019/08/31 14:21
There's this theory that I'm a near genius.
Very useful

Reasons why you should upgrade

Great app!
by CheekySweetie on 2018/03/08 17:51
I'm 16 and I got this app to keep track of chores and other daily habits I often forget.
