The day of the concert, when doors finally opened and ticket scanners were scanning tickets, the app kept crashing and spent 20 min trying to get the app to open and give me my tickets. My boyfriend was able to download the app on his and we were able to get in. Never using vivid seats again.

I am not happy that during my 9 minutes to put in my info and submit, the ticket price went up. I think that isn’t a fair practice and disappointed in that happening. This will be in the back of my mind the next time I look to buy tickets from an outside vendor.

Not everyone is a 25 year old tech whiz. Trying to figure out where my tickets are switching back and forth between emails with directions, downloading the app, trying to find the video that explains how to do it ... all because they won’t accept my paper ticket at the door. I hate this.

I always check the fees and compare them among all the main apps but every time I go though vivid seats app, I have to create a new user name and use a different email because the login refuses to work through Facebook or email and password. (Yes, I have tried to reset passwords to verify that isn’t the problem and it still will not work.)

I can’t even give them a 1. Second time I use this app the first time they messed up my order it took two months to get it back because they didn’t know where they sent my refund. This time they got me for close to 200 dollars. I know what event and date I picked when I went to check my tickets the day of the event it was the wrong date. I could not for the life of me get a live person. I really believe they do that on purpose because no one has 20 hour to try and resolve anything with their animated system. Because they won’t even pay employees to answer calls. If ur buying tickets to any event, you have better chances of getting what your buying from a complete stranger on the streets than from this app. I hope someone audits them and find out their business is a scam

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Going to a Red Sox game at Fenway has been on my Dad and sister’s bucket list forever. My Dad bought the 4 of us tickets to this game in December of 2018 and we paid airfare, rental car fare, and for a hotel to be here only to check in and scan our tickets to learn the company DOUBLE SOLD OUR SEATS!!!!! How devastating. We don’t live in Boston and had made the trip only to learn someone else was sitting in our seats on May 27th. After calling the company, hearing the answering message talk about “100% satisfaction guarantee” I can tell you, not only are we not satisfied, but we are devastated and heartbroken. NEVER purchase from this company. Their customer service is terrible and you could end up heartbroken. - disappointed customer

This company is a scam. I bought tickets for my wife to see Pitbull. They were suppose to be VIP table tickets or at least that’s how they were advertised. They were not! Let me tell you it’s not a very happy wife when she and her friend figure out that they don’t have VIP table tickets! Will never use this APP again!

I like using this app but the only problem is is if your tickets is $127 and you buy two of them your cost is $254 but somehow they find it right to charge you $317 total including their service charge which I believe is BS. I’ve use this at two or three times and probably way overpaid so I’m probably going to stop using this app unless I absolutely have to get the tickets.

Called to try and get a refund for the rescheduled Cardinals game from 5/21 to 5/22. We were not able to attend the rescheduled game, so I tried to resell the tickets for someone else to enjoy. Unknown to me, you cannot resell tickets less than 2 days out of the game or if you happen to download the tickets. Of course I would download the tickets, I was checking to see if my seats were correct. Called customer service and was greeted with a rude explanation about how their policy works. No where on the site or app was there an explanation of how this works. It is frustrating for customers who cannot attend rescheduled events and not having an opportunity to get any money back. As there is no place mentioning the “policies” that Vivid Seats has.

Hello, I attended a baseball game at Fenway park on Sunday May 19th. The tickets on Vivid App never had seat numbers. I bought the tickets hoping they would have good views but a giant pole was in the way. This was very upsetting and not worth the prices I paid. If sellers put seat numbers on vivid so that you know what view you actually have, it would make the experience MUCH better.

Service fees should be included in the price when comparing seats. Since they are not the same for all tickets it can be misleading when trying to compare prices because you don’t see the service fee until you add the ticket to your cart.

I had bought BTS Love Yourself:Speak Yourself tickets from Vivid. Because of some of the reviews I was a bit nervous about my tickets from Vivid, but as promised my tickets we just fine!! They weren’t fake, I got the exact seat I had bought, and it was amazing. I didn’t have any issues when scanning my ticket through my phone!! I will definitely buy more tickets from Vivid :)) (no they didn’t pay me for this review)

Do not buy tickets from this website , they advertise ticket seats that do not exist and then send you different seats from what you pay for . Their prices are overinflated and they are dishonest as the day is long . If you dispute the salr they will tell you to go on line and attempt to sell the seats they dishonestly send you /again stay far away from this resaler - they deserve to go to jail and be sued

Great amount of choices at reasonable prices. 24/hr app access is very convenient. There is a per ticket service fee. However the App is organized and very user friendly. App allows for a Vivid View of most seat choices available for purchase. I Absolutely Love this Apps Convenient Choices for Vivid Seats. I 100% recommend you give Vivid a try before you call the usual ticket Outlets and take pricey No Choice seats.

I buy tix all the time. This is one of my least favorite apps to use. You have to enter your login info/phone number every time you purchase a ticket. I wish you could save it and update it if your info changes. The app desperately needs to be updated and simplified.

If u buy from them use the website. The app does not tell you the total cost. I was charged a $50 service fee per ticket and it never showed it before i purchased. Spoke with customer service 1 minute after purchase and they don’t do refunds and said that it showed me the final cost. Which is not true because even when I go pretend to purchase tickets it still doesn’t show all the fees that will be charged. Terrible app and customer service

I bought tickets to take my daughter to see her favorite group (Why Don’t We) in St. Paul in April. We got 8th row tickets through Vivid Seats. They came through my email within a day or so. Our seats were awesome. E-tickets were super easy to use with my phone app. Best show I’ve ever seen. It was the time of her life. So far. She doesn’t know I just bought 2nd row seats to see them in August! 😂😃

The map for seat selection is tiny on an iPad and it doesn’t allow landscape mode. Nor can you choose to select seats from a zone. Instead you have to touch each section, one by one, which is cumbersome. Fees are hidden until the end.

I bought 10 tickets to Michelle Obama in Nashville on yesterday 5/12/19. Tickets were purchased in December 2018. At one hour before the show I was informed that 3 of tickets were unavailable. So 3 of us sat in front of the venue, Ryman Auditorium, unable to go in. I am highly disappointed and I do not plan on ever purchasing tickets from the site again. Horrible!!! Ended up in seats that were downgraded. Found out that me and my neighbor had exact same seats for an event, the same day it was happening. We spent 3 hours attempting to work things out over the phone. Her with Ticketmaster and me with Vivid. Both stated that our tickets were valid. No way when we have the same exact seats! So basically we were told to just go and that we will find out when the ticket doesn’t scan. Bad idea. The venue was an hour away and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted so badly to see Chris Brown in our 3rd row middle section seats. So. We all decided to ride together since hey we have the same tickets. Guess what. My neighbor’s tickets scanned and mine said refunded. Let me tell you I was LIVID!!!! vivid seats ended up giving us new tickets but at a downgrade. We ended up in the 4th row way way way on the far end. They claim they are going to compensate us and I hope indeed that is true. But the disappointment on my daughters face when she couldn’t see the concert....(props in the way since we were in the corner)......is enough to never ever ever depend on tickets from Vivid. What sad is that when we initially called, upgrades were available. By the time we got to the event...there were only downgrades. This company doesn’t care what your seats end up being. Stay away.

I have used Vivid Seats dozens of times to purchase tickets to my favorite sports teams and artists. I love Vivid Seats because they make the ticket purchasing and delivery process so streamlined I can buy tickets to Cubs and Bears games up until minutes before the game. They do a good job of showing you if the ticket is an instant download, mobile ticket, or shipped ticket so you know right away what you will be getting. I also like that they have views from sections in lots of stadiums. It helps me get a sense of where every seat is and if it is worth the listed price. Lastly, and arguably most importantly, I am always sure to compare prices at checkout rather than the listed price because all of these secondary ticket companies list their fees and service charges differently at the end of the process. At checkout, Vivid Seats is usually the cheapest option as their service charges are always lower than competitors like StubHub and SeatGeek. I will continue to use Vivid as my primary source of tickets because of all these factors.

I was surprising my husband with Eagles Vs. Cowboys tickets at Lincoln Financial field for his birthday and he’s never been there since we are Tennessee residents but are huge Eagles fans. So I get on this website and purchase 4 tickets for (what I thought) was Cowboys vs. Eagles tickets for November 11th. Well I actually bought tickets for the Eagles vs. NY Giants for OCTOBER 11th. Well literally not even 30 seconds after I had ordered these tickets, mind you they were $560( WHICH IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME ), I had realized this mistake and chatted them on their live chat right away and begged them to change the tickets or give me my money back. I BEGGED. But as anyone who does business with this site knows they do not do refunds or exchanges but by God they do have a spot where you can sell your tickets you don’t want! Isn’t that fantastic? (Please note my heavy sarcasm) So here I am in TENNESSEE trying to sell tickets for a game in NEW YORK. Wish me luck because this dumb site just cost me $560. Oh and if you have a problem don’t bother calling them you’ll just get the same rehearsed answer for your problem and be on hold for 15 + minutes. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. EVER. That is all.

The app tells you one price and ends up charging you a whole other price moreee expensiveee I was supposed to pay 290 for my two tickets, they ended up charging me 80$ more than that and they’re excuse was that it was for the service fee and that’s a toooo muchhh !! And if u want to get a refund you should’ve bought a 22$ insurance before you paid just in case you weren’t able to go or you wanted a refund on your order ! Like really why do they charge 80$ for service feee they don’t even do anything! It goes thru the app not them they don’t need that like wow I’m just so shocked and disappointed that they would do this when you wanna buy some tickets be aware that you’re gonna have to pay a service fee that’s prolly gonna be half of what you would be paying for your ticket beware because it’s gonna be a lot and the fact that they don’t even tell you there’s a service fee in the beginning is just dumb they really should tell you that there’s a service fee that’s expensive and also that’s there’s a shipping feee for sending the tickets online 🤦🏻‍♂️it’s just really dumb. I would first like to say that I was extremely nervous after reading some of the reviews that I would not get the tickets as promised and that my concert experience would be disappointing because my seats were not as promised! I worried for nothing and shame on those people that wrote those negative comments… I can only think that maybe they are competitors and trying to tear people away from purchasing their tickets on Vivid Seats. Vivid Seat is an extremely exceptional app. I arrived at the concert with my printed receipts as well as my app ready to go with just my thumbprint. It was easy Peezy! The seats were perfect and I can’t wait to go to the Rolling Stones that I also purchased on Vivid Seats. If you have any doubts let me assure you that Vivid Seat is the right app to use for any concert! Thank you so much Vivid Seat. And no, I was not paid for this review, it’s all true.

This is the first time I have used this app and NEVER AGAIN. I purchased two tickets to a Michael Buble concert for my wife and I. Tickets were advertised as Row A, and once tickets arrived they were marked ADA Section!! After calling the customer service I was informed that this was clearly stated in the fine print. Which it absolutely was NOT!!! Tickets were advertised as Section 107, Row A. After a couple phone calls I was told, there is nothing that can be done; no refund, or can’t even exchange seats for us...we are now out over 300 dollars...I am absolutely discussed at a company like this. We do not have money, as we are graduate students and this was going to be special outing as he is our favorite artist...Do yourself a favor and use literally ANY OTHER Company!!! VividSeats is nothing but a bunch of crooks who are only in it for the money... if you need anything they will gladly take your money and do nothing to make it right. Seriously; please use any other ticketing app...not worth the risk, and we paid the price...If this could be a negative star review it absolutely would be!!!

I bought $475 tickets to a concert in May. I was “guaranteed” the tickets I bought in section 105 directly in front of the stage. Vivid Seats makes a point to offer 100% buyer guaranteed tickets, however lists in fine print that your guaranteed seat can be anything “comparable”. I received my tickets the day of the event, 4 months after buying them, in section 118 directly BEHIND the stage. I contacted customer service immediately and was told the seats were equivalent and I should’ve read the fine print. The representative essentially admitted that the tickets were much worse than the ones I paid for (the ones that were “guaranteed”), but that they couldn’t be held liable for it and would not do anything to mediate their part in the deceit. I never would have paid that amount of money for poor seats. This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I spent the first hour of the concert being so upset that I couldn’t even enjoy it. Their competitors had comparable tickets listed that I could have easily gone with instead. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

Bought tickets to the SEC basketball Tournament and after I ordered them I received an email saying that I would have to meet someone at a hotel across from the arena' which is fine, but then it said they were gonna give me a pre paid credit card with the tickets loaded on it and that the stadium would know how to handle it. When I called the customer service helpline it kept ringing until I finally got a message that said they were closed for the evening. When I emailed them I didn't get a response until 10 minutes before I had to pick up the tickets, by this time I had already bought tickets from stubhub, and they kept telling me that I was crazy for thinking that getting tickets on a pre paid credit card would be a problem. Just for fun I asked the people at the arena if they had heard of this method and the said they had not. Needless to say this company doesn't care if you have an issue and they are extremely shady. They might have some successful tickets sold but they still don't have a good vetting process.

Bought instant download tickets that did not specify “standing room” in the description (for an event that had both seating and standing room). When I got the tickets, they had that disclosure on the actual tickets (but again, it wasn’t stated on the purchase description or confirmation prior to purchase). Vividseats policy for sellers states it must be disclosed. Vividseats 100% Buyer Guarantee policy states if the tickets were not accuractly described buyers are entitled to money back. Vividseats refused to honor policy and refused to refund. And, when I attempted to resell, they removed the listing because, even though I purchased the instant download through them, I could not sell it as instant download because I’m not a “large seller.” I could only sell as an email pdf, but they remove those listings same day. I was able to take the same tickets and list on Stubhub as instant download same day. Don’t trust Vividseats! Use Stubhub instead-they actually are super helpful and ethical. Buyers beware of Vividseats-they refuse to follow their own Buyer Guarantee. They should call it Vividseats Buyer SOL and screwed policy.
7 hours before my event and no hope

Currently it is 7 hours before my event and I have absolutely NO hope. I was impressed at first because when I purchased my ticket (ps I should mention that I got the insurance as well), they said that someone else had already purchased that ticket and so they had called and upgraded my seat. I kept waiting for my ticket to arrive. My tickets never arrived from the seller and the app said they delivered my tickets. I called them about it and customer service just kept acting like I was the stupidest person they have ever spoken to. They said things like “did you check your email? Try typing in tickets in your search.” And when I mention that I did all of that, they were like “are you sure you can’t see it?” Now I’m 7 hours before my event and I still don’t have a ticket to the event. I have called customer service 5 times now. They have not promised me anything - such as a ticket or my money back. They say they are calling the seller but through a different company?! I dont know why this is happening but it’s a horrible thing to do a few hours before my concert. To add to this, every time I called them (the day of and day before) I sat on the phone for 40 or so minutes before someone answered. Their machine said that they prioritize their calls by concerts within 48 hours. If their lines are that busy, it makes me think that their slogan of “100% buyer guarantee” is somewhat wrong. I will be updating this review after the concert time.

Vivid Seats as a whole are very difficult and frustrating to work with. Their customer service is a joke and they never get back to you, after it takes forever to even find an email or phone number to contact them at because they are very adamant about just using their FAQ page. I have tried contacting them numerous times about a concert I purchased tickets to that was postponed. After the venue promised full refunds for the inconvenience, VS refuses to comply and says I must sell the tickets, which I can only do through their site. After figuring out how to list my tickets, I find out I am losing money because they charge a sellers fee. None of my emails have been returned and they refuse to work with me or even help me out. Not to mention I can’t even go to the concert on the rescheduled date because it’s the same exact day as another concert which I purchased the tickets for THROUGH THEIR APP. I have left detailed emails and messages about this with nothing in return. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ARE NO HELP AT ALL!

I purchased tickets to the Miami Dolphins home opener on Vivid Seats as a gift for my boyfriend on his 25th birthday. We are from Wisconsin, so we obviously traveled a long way for this game and were very excited about the opportunity. Once we arrived at the gates, passed through security, and went to scan our tickets, they wouldn’t scan. After multiple different tactics, INVALID TICKET continued to pop up on the screen. We were sent to the ticket booth to have this resolved, but all they could do was provide us with the number for the Vivid Seats Customer Service. After finally getting someone on the phone and them sending us new barcodes, the tickets still would not scan. The back and forth from the gate to the ticket booth back on the phone with VSCS lasted about an hour before one of the managers at the ticket counter felt so sorry for us that she let us in and encouraged us never to buy tickets from Vivid Seats again. She’s right, I will NEVER buy from Vivid Seats again.

Vivid seats and stub hub are without a doubt the best places to buy tickets. Just bought 5 tickets for the Cal football game against Oregon. The website is great, give you the best deals available and you can sort ticket availability by price, best tickets available and best value. The customer service is also fantastic. Very similar to stubhub just found the prices in this instance a little better. The were significantly better than ticket master, the stadium box, seatgeet, and Barry’s tickets. There website and customer service is also much better than those sites. They also seem to have more tickets available for the event. Very happy with Vivid seats and give it a slight edge to stubhub although they are very good and a huge advantage over ever other ticket site.

I buy tickets to at least one event per month, so I’ve downloaded and used almost every ticket marketplace’s iOS app. What sets VS apart from StubHub and SeatGeek is the ease of use of the app. I never feel like I’m missing out on the best price/seat on Vivid because I can easily see and evaluate different options right in the app. On others, I typically resort to a desktop site instead, as I often have difficulty navigating the mobile apps. The design on each Vivid Seats ticket page is intuitive, simple, and informative; quite the opposite of other apps. I’ll continue to use the VS app to purchase tickets, especially for last minute sports games. With mobile tickets stored right in the app, getting into the United Center or Allstate Arena doesn’t get much easier.

I purchased tickets last night at 10 PM for an event today. When I woke up this morning and the tickets were still not in my email I got worried. So I called customer service and Rick was amazing!!! He reassured me that the seller would be in his office by 11 AM and that Rick would personally give him a call to make sure he sent them and then call me to make sure I received them! He really cared about my experience and helped calm my nerves! I pulled up 10 different ticket purchasing websites and after everyone's fees these were the cheapest by $12. I would recommend buying tickets further in advance but you can get them last minute if needed still, just make sure you have access to a printer day of the event.

Wanted to give it a try. Ticket prices started to look ok around 2h before the start of the game. I pulled the trigger 1.5h before the start. Than issues started. Albeit I payed via PayPal and received confirmation email, half hour came another email to contact support. It was explained to me over the phone that seller sold the ticket to someone else during my purchase. New ticket was offered to me which I have accepted. Half hour later ticket still not available. Another call to support. New ticket issues. Email from the seller to confirm the transfer of the tickets came 11min before the game started resulting in missing first 15min of the game (u must clear security, there was about 500 people waiting to get in). Send email to support. They blame other company. Please bear in mind if it’s your first purchase that additional steps needed after (installing and registering with 2 other services).

I spent the entire day on the phone the day of the concert trying get someone to help me with my tickets I had purchased over a month ago. Going back and forth between vivid and Ticketmaster. Finally, they said my tickets will be at will call to find out will call had only 9 of the 12 tickets I purchased. We spent over an hour at will call, missed part of the concert and finally just paid for the additional 3 tickets. The next two days I have been on hold, transferred, spending at least an hour or two on the phone to resolve my ticket issues and to get a refund on the 3 extra ticket I didn’t get and to be compensated for missing part of the concert. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone, on hold, transferred if you need help and really resolve nothing. I still don’t have it resolved. Someone from the Quality Control department is going to call me back today about my refund. Talk about customer service.

Whether sports tickets or concert tickets, Vivid Seats has always come through for me with legit tickets. I first started using the app last summer when I purchased New York Mets tickets. I got my tickets quickly and easily and had no issues at Citi Field. I had a friend join last-minute, and he purchased a ticket just before gametime in our same section and was able to sit near us, a few seats down. Worked out nicely, except for the Mets loss lol I’ve also used the Vivid Seats app to purchase mobile tickets to concerts like Pentatonix. I’ve gotten tickets both via email (long ahead of the show) or mobile tickets that were available for instant download. I’m not sure what determines whether the tickets are through email or the app, but I’ve never had problems either way. I’ve never used it for theatre, but I’m eyeing some Hamilton tickets for Christmas. They seem to have cheaper tickets than Stubhub. I’ve been using the new Siri Shortcut feature to keep an eye on prices as the holidays approach. Overall, it’s my favorite ticket app.

I have used Vivid Seats a couple times and have been glad I can find tickets to events we really wanted to attend, but the fees are getting more and more ridiculous that this will be my last purchase. I will look at other places now or just won’t get the tickets. I understand this is a business and a business needs to make money on reselling tickets. But a $34 fee per ticket and then the nerve to ADD an electronic transfer charge of $7.50 is just too much. I got a 10% off offer a few days ago after checking prices on these tickets. After looking around at other ticket brokers Vivid Seats were the best price for the same seats. I was glad to find this deal and to get a little extra off, all to find out that the extra fees made up the difference. Tickets are all electronic now, there is no need to have these large charges to transfer electronic tickets from one account to another. Nothing is being printed anymore. These fees are more than Ticketmaster’s fees and that is saying a lot. As if that wasn’t enough, I noticed that the same EXACT tickets were on sale on multiple ticket resellers, and what a coincidence that as soon as I bought these here they are no longer available in the other companies either.

So, I have been a longtime Vivid Seats user. Ever since moving to the Bay Area from Illinois I have used this ticketing app. When the Cubs played the Giants in the 2016 Division Series, I had tickets to Game 2 (when Arrieta hit a homerun off MadBum). My tickets were double sold, and I was distraught. After a 10 minute hold/conversation, Vivid Seats upgraded me from outfield view 300 level seats to 100 level 3rd baseline tickets... for playoffs! I was so satisfied with the customer service and experience that I haven’t used anyone else. In Conclusion: Despite fees being a tad high per purchase, and screwed over with being double sold— Vivid Seats came thru in the clutch. Thank you Vivid. I’d purchase more tickets and attend more games if you slashed your fees by maybe 30%.

I purchased tickets hoping that they would either be mailed to me or I would be able to have them on the app, only to find out that I have to pick them up 1 hour before the show starts at either some restaurant or in the parking lot of the venue. This was supposed to be for convenience of being able to get to the concert early and I can’t even do that, I now have to plan everything around this. I reached out to Vivid Seats to see if we could contact the seller and see if it was possible to get the tickets sooner only to get a response basically saying no and that If I had any other concerns I could email them back. Which I did because I had many concerns about the pickup time, and I never heard back. I do not recommend app/company and I will not be purchasing tickets through them again. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

MY TICKETS NEVER SOLD AND I WAS CHARGED $400 BY VIVID SEATS. I sold my tickets and the buyer agreed to the price. The tickets were mobile tickets and wouldn’t upload via pdf. I called customer service and talked to Luis, who said he wouldn’t connect me to the buyer so I could get the tickets in his hands. He said I should have read the fine print and that they don’t work with mobile tickets, but that’s exactly how I originally bought the tickets on Vivid Seats!!! He said not only would he not cooperate with helping me get the tickets in the buyers hands, but he was also going to cancel the order and then charge me for the cancelled transaction, and then I received a notification that I was being charged $400 for not following through with the sale. As someone who has been a customer before, I was shocked and I absolutely do not recommend using this website.

I was happy when I was looking for tickets to the Cubs game and found a vivid website , I was able to see seats that were available and get a look at what my view would be once I occupied those seats however I was very disappointed , I had found several selections open, a few of them had obstructed view with a column, I bypassed those and chose a section that didn’t show a column in the view of where we would be sitting . however once we got to Our seats, there was a column there . there were five in my party and we all had obstructed view , very disappointed especially at the price we paid, also the view we selected look to be closer to the field , and we Were not at all. However the customer service , delivery ,and their communications on the purchase was very good.

I attempted to use the app to purchase tickets to a baseball game. It did not work. I tried 3 different cards and received the error message “the address does not match the card”, even though it did send a $1.00 test charge to CC. When I called, the CSR was incredibly rude. He told me that it was obviously my fault. I told him that I used 3 different cards and re-entered the address multiple times. He told me it was still my fault somehow and he couldn’t do anything for me except order the tickets. At this point, I was still going to order over the phone. Then he started asking “are you going to order over the phone or not”. I did mention that maybe I was better off with SeatGeek, and he hung up. This is a pretty disappointing 1st (and last) try with VividSeats. In my opinion, you guys are a technology company. The technology did not work. The 2nd priority should be customer service: The customer service did not work. And the ultimate priority for VividSeats should be: the customer getting their tickets. WHICH I DID NOT GET. This is true failure by a company trying to gain a market share in a monster category. I am only one customer so I certainly will not kill the bottom line. But, if it happened to me then it is certainly happening to other people.

I accidentally put my address in wrong by 1 digit which caused my tickets to be undeliverable. I paid an absurd amount for 1 day shipping as I needed these quickly, and rather than alert me that there was an issue delivering my package (which they shouldn’t allow undeliverable addresses to be entered, most reputable online companies have software to avoid this) I had to scramble to figure out where my package was. I reached out to customer service expecting to get some help with my issue, and after waiting over an hour I was told that there was nothing they could do and ended the conversation. They were extremely rude the entire time, and rather than acknowledging that they need to update their system they told me I was dumb for entering my address wrong. With all the claims of scams against this company, AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS THROUGH THEM WHATSOEVER
Failed to send ticket in time and refused refund

I bought a parking pass to a game, which I assumed was going to be available instantly as we were in the car line to get into the stadium. The pass was not emailed to me until 5 minutes after we had gone into the parking lot, having already bought a new pass at the gate since the one I’d bought on this app hadn’t been “delivered” yet. I politely explained what had happened to customer service and requested a refund since I never accepted the pass or activated it since it had arrived too late and I no longer needed the pass. I was told that since they delivered it before the start of the event, they would not give a refund. Do not use this app, customer service is not a priority to them at all. You may not get your tickets and they will find some loop hole to not refund your money.

I go to a lot of events and also sell extra tickets when friends bail on me. While I do prefer Stubhub because their fees are cheaper, I always check/list on Vivid Seats as well. I like Vivid Seats but they definitely need improvements. 1. Why does it take so long to deposit the money into my PayPal?? Stubhub it's like 2-3 days while Vivid Seats is more like 2-3 WEEKS! 2. Why don't you guys have a direct deposit option like Stubhub, makes problem 1 seem even worse. 3. On the App, every time I go to Listing Manager, the app crashes and closes. What's the point of even having the app if I always have to open it on my browser. 4. Y'all tripping tripping on them fees, I know y'all gotta eat too but 25% is just ignorant. Get under 20 and watch y'all sales go up.

I was/am having trouble logging in to purchase tickets for an upcoming baseball game. When I try to log in it tells me that I have the incorrect user name and/or password. I’ve followed the procedure to reset my pw twice, both of which being told that I’ve done so successfully only to still not be able to log into my account. I call the customer service number which is provided for issues similar, if not exactly like this. I was advised that they can’t offer any other solution than to have me change my password, and there is “literally nothing else that can be done on their end”. Now that may be the case (although I highly doubt it since there is literally nothing more that I can do on my end either except repeatedly trying and failing with the same method over and over). Last time using Vivid seats.
Confusing transaction

I realize my experience may not represent that of all Vivid customers. I’m accustomed to buying tickets on-line from a number of other vendors; when I do the tickets routinely appear IN THE SAME APP. In the transaction with Vivid I received notice that “tickets had been delivered” but couldn’t find the in the Vivid app. Turns out that I had to create a whole new account at a service run by Ticketmaster on behalf of the US Open (tennis) site, log in there, to accept and use tickets on THAT app. Not at all a convenient or intuitive transaction. Their communication was at best clear only in retrospect, given how contrary it is to norms set elsewhere in the ticket business. I’d use this only if more direct methods were not available.

First time using vivid seats & I read the reviews AFTER buying tickets and quickly became terrified since I didn’t see any positive ones. Most of the reviews were saying fees were added but it shows you the full cost before you pay & it’s as expected. I had the same 2 tickets in the cart from Ticketmaster and it was $300, from vivid seats the same PIT tickets up close to the stage we paid $120 including fees & I received by mail in 3 days. All around great experience with them! Had no issues when getting my tickets scanned and I would definitely use again.

Pretty easy to sign up and get my BTS tickets which my seats were pretty close I was in Section 101 and I got a pretty good view to look at my boys. I compared prices with other websites and these were the cheapest out of the the others although I’ve it’s not always the case. I also was waiting for the right moment because a couple days before they were somewhat higher but if you wait a little it could really help the price. Also the tickets arrived in a couple hours so it was pretty quick. For my first concert it was pretty good service and I didn’t have any issues so I would recommend checking them out.

Stay far away!!! I ordered 4 tickets to a Utah Jazz game, but they never came. I called, and the customer service reps told me that they had been emailed to me earlier that day. However, I had no such email. I was told that the email was going to be sent to me within the hour. After calling back in 3 times after not receiving the email, I was informed that the seller somehow had not transferred the tickets (right as the game was starting). They told me to wait for the email to come, and that it would be arriving within a few minutes. It never came. And guess what? I STILL was charged for tickets that I NEVER received. Absolute joke. Oh and to make matters worse- they never took notes on any of my calls. I would explain the situation, and they would say that they had no record of it. Horrible horrible horrible.

I can’t even give them a 1. Second time I use this app the first time they messed up my order it took two months to get it back because they didn’t know where they sent my refund. This time they got me for close to 200 dollars. I know what event and date I picked when I went to check my tickets the day of the event it was the wrong date. I could not for the life of me get a live person. I really believe they do that on purpose because no one has 20 hour to try and resolve anything with their animated system. Because they won’t even pay employees to answer calls. If ur buying tickets to any event, you have better chances of getting what your buying from a complete stranger on the streets than from this app. I hope someone audits them and find out their business is a scam

My brother is terminally ill and we are trying to fulfill his bucket list. We are also on a budget. We searched for tickets to a dodger game and for the amount of tickets we needed it was cost $1000. Someone mention this app so I thought why not?! I would rather save $20 then none. We saved over $300, u can share the tickets from the app (no waiting for everyone to show up, no leaving seats to meet them, etc) all the tickets can be scanned from phone. Easiest and the absolutely unstressful app to use ever! Love love love! Dodgers lost but the smile on my brothers face being at a game..... priceless!

I was very concerned at first about buying resale tickets, i had no option since the tour sold out in 10 minutes, we got those tickets for my Daughter as a birthday present, we read reviews and this was the best website, we tried first to buy on stubhub and every time it will say “sorry look for another seat” we got them here and travel to chicago, we got the tickets on the Email within minutes. And the seats were the same as we got on vivid. No issues at all. I also looked for the part were it said Prefered seller.

My Dad bought the 4 of us tickets to this game in December of 2018 and we paid airfare, rental car fare, and for a hotel to be here only to check in and scan our tickets to learn the company DOUBLE SOLD OUR SEATS!!!!! How devastating. We don’t live in Boston and had made the trip only to learn someone else was sitting in our seats on May 27th. After calling the company, hearing the answering message talk about “100% satisfaction guarantee” I can tell you, not only are we not satisfied, but we are devastated and heartbroken. NEVER purchase from this company. Their customer service is terrible and you could end up heartbroken. - disappointed customer

This is the second time I’ve used this app. The first was for a Red Wings game last month. Got those tickets for a outstanding value. My Maiden tickets are the same, except this time around I was purchasing 4 instead of just two. Please keep in mind that you may have to wait awhile. I mean awhile for your e-tickets to arrive. I did contact customer support about a month before the game. Since tickets were already available in hand. They contacted me back promptly. Just be patient. They’ll get there.

Ordered my seats for an MLB game shortly before game time. By the time the tickets were delivered to my email, I was already at the ballpark. I loaded the ticket PDF with the qvc barcode on my phone but the ticket takers couldn’t read it. There was a blurb on the ticket PDF that said you needed the hard copy. That information would have been helpful BEFORE I ordered the tickets!!!! When I contacted customer support, they did nothing to help me resolve the issue. They sent me an address of a FEDEX store a half mile away where I could pay to access my email & print the ticket. I now call them Livid Tickets because I was livid. I missed the first inning because I had to walk to the FEDEX store & back. I’ve deleted my Vivid account and will order using the MLB Ballpark app from now on.

I was super hesitant to buy tickets to a concert (Interpol) off this site. They were listed as front row, no seat numbers, and I had to wait to pick up until an hour before the show. Traveling from three hours away I was still unsure if these were legit. It turned out better than expected. The seller called me and stayed in contact in regards to picking up the tickets. They were indeed front row and directly center stage. The price was great and fees clearly outlined. Thanks for a great experience!!

I had never heard of Vivid seats until I came upon them in a search engine. I typically use StubHub, TicketMaster or SeatGeek, etc. But none of those providers had the seats I wanted for tickets to Beyonce & Jay-Z for my wife's birthday. I received a 10% discount but forgot to enter it before processing payment. I emailed them and they retroactively issued the discount. We got the seats we wanted, at a discount from other providers, and experienced great customer service along the way. We will definitely use them in the future.

Booked a pair a trickers for Ravens game, but I didn’t receive the ticket transfer until 12 minutes before the game. I tried to reach out to the customer service and email many times a couple days before the game as I live 50 miles a way and has to make plan for the day. No response until finally I was able to live chat with someone a couple hours before the game. He was helpful, we went through Ticketmaster and another Ravens website and saw tickets posted there. Therefore, I didn’t get them until 12 minutes before the game. How am I suppose to make it?? Tried to at least get the tickets refund, the customer service kept telling me it’s my responsibility? I am just asking to be treated fairly.

Called to try and get a refund for the rescheduled Cardinals game from 5/21 to 5/22. We were not able to attend the rescheduled game, so I tried to resell the tickets for someone else to enjoy. Unknown to me, you cannot resell tickets less than 2 days out of the game or if you happen to download the tickets. Of course I would download the tickets, I was checking to see if my seats were correct. Called customer service and was greeted with a rude explanation about how their policy works. No where on the site or app was there an explanation of how this works. It is frustrating for customers who cannot attend rescheduled events and not having an opportunity to get any money back. As there is no place mentioning the “policies” that Vivid Seats has.

Was skeptical using this after reading a lot of the negative reviews but decided to try it out with the 10% off first time buyer. Although I didn’t receive my tickets till the morning of the game which was at 7 pm I had contacted customer service about my tickets and within 20 minutes my tickets had become available in my email. Everything else went super smoothly 10/10 customer service for me personally. Was an amazing game to attend and I loved every second of it.

VividSeats has always been my go to ticket app. I love sports and I love being in that sports environment, without having to shell out a paycheck. They are usually the cheapest tickets and have made the whole ticket process effortless whenever I need last minute tickets. The customer service is great too! 2 weeks ago my Florida Gators tickets weren’t delivered by game day, so when I called Vivid they immediately gave me replacement tickets that were in the same section and row! Now that’s customer service! Buy vivid!

We bought tickets to a game in New York weeks in advance. Their customer service said the tix would be delivered within two days of the event. The day before the event we still had not received the tix. We called Vivid Seats - they said to talk to the venue’s box office, that the issue was with the venue’s website. That was a lie, the venue had zero record of the transaction and had no way of helping us. Long story short, we were left stranded at the gate with no tickets and were out hundreds of dollars! They claim a 100% guarantee but refused to honor it! They said it was the sellers fault, not theirs. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this service!! We wasted a lot of money and hours of our vacation time dealing with this horrendous service!

I hate buying tickets from somewhere and then you try to call them and get any information and they act like they’re doing some kind a favor? We’re doing you the favor buying these tickets. Try to find some staff people that are more helpful. On our first time getting seats from here I paid about 500 bucks for a pair and no one could tell me anything but they have been electronically transferred? They wouldn’t say you will get the actual tickets in the mail or anything like that. It was a joke. I’m hoping it turns out OK because I went on and bought other tickets from the site

I’ve always had a good experience with vivid, first on their website and now in the app. I love the alerts whenever they are having a sale so I can make sure I’m always getting a good deal. I’ve only had to contact customer service once and they were able to answer my question really fast to resolve the issue. This is the first place I look when concerts sell out, and I always recommend vivid to friends and family when they need tickets.

The app may work fine, but after the sale I cannot figure out how to reach someone to resolve my problem. My concert is in two days so I either need them to fix and send me the other ticket or I need to buy another ticket elsewhere. The “live chat” is not live and both it and the phone extensively push you to email them. I have tried all three. 35 minutes on hold gave up. Then next morning 45 minutes on hold. Gave up. Have sent follow up email/chat 24 hours after first email/message. Now 48 hours later no response of any kind. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I would give this app a 5 star rating for ease of use and to quickly find events near me. However; a seat map is greatly needed, additionally I am tall. A filter for “Aisle seats only” would make help me make a quick decision. I am mindful of others behind me, as many photo ops have been ruined by the back of someone’s head. (I don’t want to be that person.) VIP packages are not as detailed considering the additional costs. The perks of the cost isn’t justified by the description. I continue to use vivid as I am guaranteed seating in which I can see performances without having to watch the monitors.

The day of the concert, when doors finally opened and ticket scanners were scanning tickets, the app kept crashing and spent 20 min trying to get the app to open and give me my tickets. My boyfriend was able to download the app on his and we were able to get in. Never using vivid seats again.

I always check the fees and compare them among all the main apps but every time I go though vivid seats app, I have to create a new user name and use a different email because the login refuses to work through Facebook or email and password. (Yes, I have tried to reset passwords to verify that isn’t the problem and it still will not work.)

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Going to a Red Sox game at Fenway has been on my Dad and sister’s bucket list forever. My Dad bought the 4 of us tickets to this game in December of 2018 and we paid airfare, rental car fare, and for a hotel to be here only to check in and scan our tickets to learn the company DOUBLE SOLD OUR SEATS!!!!! How devastating. We don’t live in Boston and had made the trip only to learn someone else was sitting in our seats on May 27th. After calling the company, hearing the answering message talk about “100% satisfaction guarantee” I can tell you, not only are we not satisfied, but we are devastated and heartbroken. This company is a scam. I bought tickets for my wife to see Pitbull. They were suppose to be VIP table tickets or at least that’s how they were advertised. They were not! I like using this app but the only problem is is if your tickets is $127 and you buy two of them your cost is $254 but somehow they find it right to charge you $317 total including their service charge which I believe is BS. I’ve use this at two or three times and probably way overpaid so I’m probably going to stop using this app unless I absolutely have to get the tickets.

Called to try and get a refund for the rescheduled Cardinals game from 5/21 to 5/22. We were not able to attend the rescheduled game, so I tried to resell the tickets for someone else to enjoy. Unknown to me, you cannot resell tickets less than 2 days out of the game or if you happen to download the tickets. Of course I would download the tickets, I was checking to see if my seats were correct. Called customer service and was greeted with a rude explanation about how their policy works. No where on the site or app was there an explanation of how this works. It is frustrating for customers who cannot attend rescheduled events and not having an opportunity to get any money back. As there is no place mentioning the “policies” that Vivid Seats has.

Hello, I attended a baseball game at Fenway park on Sunday May 19th. The tickets on Vivid App never had seat numbers. I bought the tickets hoping they would have good views but a giant pole was in the way. This was very upsetting and not worth the prices I paid. If sellers put seat numbers on vivid so that you know what view you actually have, it would make the experience MUCH better.

I had bought BTS Love Yourself:Speak Yourself tickets from Vivid. Because of some of the reviews I was a bit nervous about my tickets from Vivid, but as promised my tickets we just fine!! Great amount of choices at reasonable prices. 24/hr app access is very convenient. There is a per ticket service fee. However the App is organized and very user friendly. App allows for a Vivid View of most seat choices available for purchase. I Absolutely Love this Apps Convenient Choices for Vivid Seats. I 100% recommend you give Vivid a try before you call the usual ticket Outlets and take pricey No Choice seats.

I buy tix all the time. This is one of my least favorite apps to use. You have to enter your login info/phone number every time you purchase a ticket. I wish you could save it and update it if your info changes. The app desperately needs to be updated and simplified.

If u buy from them use the website. The app does not tell you the total cost. I was charged a $50 service fee per ticket and it never showed it before i purchased. Spoke with customer service 1 minute after purchase and they don’t do refunds and said that it showed me the final cost. Which is not true because even when I go pretend to purchase tickets it still doesn’t show all the fees that will be charged. Terrible app and customer service

I bought tickets to take my daughter to see her favorite group (Why Don’t We) in St. Paul in April. We got 8th row tickets through Vivid Seats. They came through my email within a day or so. Our seats were awesome. E-tickets were super easy to use with my phone app. Best show I’ve ever seen. It was the time of her life. So far. She doesn’t know I just bought 2nd row seats to see them in August! 😂😃

The map for seat selection is tiny on an iPad and it doesn’t allow landscape mode. Nor can you choose to select seats from a zone. Instead you have to touch each section, one by one, which is cumbersome. Fees are hidden until the end.

Horrible!!! Ended up in seats that were downgraded. Found out that me and my neighbor had exact same seats for an event, the same day it was happening. We spent 3 hours attempting to work things out over the phone. Her with Ticketmaster and me with Vivid. Both stated that our tickets were valid. No way when we have the same exact seats! So basically we were told to just go and that we will find out when the ticket doesn’t scan. Bad idea. The venue was an hour away and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted so badly to see Chris Brown in our 3rd row middle section seats. So. We all decided to ride together since hey we have the same tickets. Guess what. My neighbor’s tickets scanned and mine said refunded. Let me tell you I was LIVID!!!! vivid seats ended up giving us new tickets but at a downgrade. We ended up in the 4th row way way way on the far end. They claim they are going to compensate us and I hope indeed that is true. But the disappointment on my daughters face when she couldn’t see the concert....(props in the way since we were in the corner)......is enough to never ever ever depend on tickets from Vivid. What sad is that when we initially called, upgrades were available. By the time we got to the event...there were only downgrades. This company doesn’t care what your seats end up being. Stay away.

I have used Vivid Seats dozens of times to purchase tickets to my favorite sports teams and artists. I love Vivid Seats because they make the ticket purchasing and delivery process so streamlined I can buy tickets to Cubs and Bears games up until minutes before the game. They do a good job of showing you if the ticket is an instant download, mobile ticket, or shipped ticket so you know right away what you will be getting. I also like that they have views from sections in lots of stadiums. It helps me get a sense of where every seat is and if it is worth the listed price. Lastly, and arguably most importantly, I am always sure to compare prices at checkout rather than the listed price because all of these secondary ticket companies list their fees and service charges differently at the end of the process. At checkout, Vivid Seats is usually the cheapest option as their service charges are always lower than competitors like StubHub and SeatGeek. I will continue to use Vivid as my primary source of tickets because of all these factors.

I was surprising my husband with Eagles Vs. Cowboys tickets at Lincoln Financial field for his birthday and he’s never been there since we are Tennessee residents but are huge Eagles fans. So I get on this website and purchase 4 tickets for (what I thought) was Cowboys vs. Eagles tickets for November 11th. Well I actually bought tickets for the Eagles vs. NY Giants for OCTOBER 11th. Well literally not even 30 seconds after I had ordered these tickets, mind you they were $560( WHICH IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME ), I had realized this mistake and chatted them on their live chat right away and begged them to change the tickets or give me my money back. I BEGGED. But as anyone who does business with this site knows they do not do refunds or exchanges but by God they do have a spot where you can sell your tickets you don’t want! Isn’t that fantastic? (Please note my heavy sarcasm) So here I am in TENNESSEE trying to sell tickets for a game in NEW YORK. Wish me luck because this dumb site just cost me $560. Oh and if you have a problem don’t bother calling them you’ll just get the same rehearsed answer for your problem and be on hold for 15 + minutes. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. EVER. That is all.

The app tells you one price and ends up charging you a whole other price moreee expensiveee I was supposed to pay 290 for my two tickets, they ended up charging me 80$ more than that and they’re excuse was that it was for the service fee and that’s a toooo muchhh !! And if u want to get a refund you should’ve bought a 22$ insurance before you paid just in case you weren’t able to go or you wanted a refund on your order ! Like really why do they charge 80$ for service feee they don’t even do anything! I would first like to say that I was extremely nervous after reading some of the reviews that I would not get the tickets as promised and that my concert experience would be disappointing because my seats were not as promised! I worried for nothing and shame on those people that wrote those negative comments… I can only think that maybe they are competitors and trying to tear people away from purchasing their tickets on Vivid Seats. Vivid Seat is an extremely exceptional app. I arrived at the concert with my printed receipts as well as my app ready to go with just my thumbprint. It was easy Peezy! The seats were perfect and I can’t wait to go to the Rolling Stones that I also purchased on Vivid Seats. This is the first time I have used this app and NEVER AGAIN. I purchased two tickets to a Michael Buble concert for my wife and I. Tickets were advertised as Row A, and once tickets arrived they were marked ADA Section!! After calling the customer service I was informed that this was clearly stated in the fine print. Which it absolutely was NOT!!! Tickets were advertised as Section 107, Row A. After a couple phone calls I was told, there is nothing that can be done; no refund, or can’t even exchange seats for us...we are now out over 300 dollars...I am absolutely discussed at a company like this. We do not have money, as we are graduate students and this was going to be special outing as he is our favorite artist...Do yourself a favor and use literally ANY OTHER Company!!! VividSeats is nothing but a bunch of crooks who are only in it for the money... if you need anything they will gladly take your money and do nothing to make it right. Seriously; please use any other ticketing app...not worth the risk, and we paid the price...If this could be a negative star review it absolutely would be!!!

I bought $475 tickets to a concert in May. I was “guaranteed” the tickets I bought in section 105 directly in front of the stage. Vivid Seats makes a point to offer 100% buyer guaranteed tickets, however lists in fine print that your guaranteed seat can be anything “comparable”. I received my tickets the day of the event, 4 months after buying them, in section 118 directly BEHIND the stage. I contacted customer service immediately and was told the seats were equivalent and I should’ve read the fine print. The representative essentially admitted that the tickets were much worse than the ones I paid for (the ones that were “guaranteed”), but that they couldn’t be held liable for it and would not do anything to mediate their part in the deceit. I never would have paid that amount of money for poor seats. This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I spent the first hour of the concert being so upset that I couldn’t even enjoy it. Their competitors had comparable tickets listed that I could have easily gone with instead. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

Bought tickets to the SEC basketball Tournament and after I ordered them I received an email saying that I would have to meet someone at a hotel across from the arena' which is fine, but then it said they were gonna give me a pre paid credit card with the tickets loaded on it and that the stadium would know how to handle it. When I called the customer service helpline it kept ringing until I finally got a message that said they were closed for the evening. When I emailed them I didn't get a response until 10 minutes before I had to pick up the tickets, by this time I had already bought tickets from stubhub, and they kept telling me that I was crazy for thinking that getting tickets on a pre paid credit card would be a problem. Just for fun I asked the people at the arena if they had heard of this method and the said they had not. Needless to say this company doesn't care if you have an issue and they are extremely shady. They might have some successful tickets sold but they still don't have a good vetting process.

Bought instant download tickets that did not specify “standing room” in the description (for an event that had both seating and standing room). When I got the tickets, they had that disclosure on the actual tickets (but again, it wasn’t stated on the purchase description or confirmation prior to purchase). Vividseats policy for sellers states it must be disclosed. Vividseats 100% Buyer Guarantee policy states if the tickets were not accuractly described buyers are entitled to money back. Vividseats refused to honor policy and refused to refund. And, when I attempted to resell, they removed the listing because, even though I purchased the instant download through them, I could not sell it as instant download because I’m not a “large seller.” I could only sell as an email pdf, but they remove those listings same day. I was able to take the same tickets and list on Stubhub as instant download same day. Don’t trust Vividseats! Use Stubhub instead-they actually are super helpful and ethical. Buyers beware of Vividseats-they refuse to follow their own Buyer Guarantee. They should call it Vividseats Buyer SOL and screwed policy.
7 hours before my event and no hope

Currently it is 7 hours before my event and I have absolutely NO hope. I was impressed at first because when I purchased my ticket (ps I should mention that I got the insurance as well), they said that someone else had already purchased that ticket and so they had called and upgraded my seat. I kept waiting for my ticket to arrive. My tickets never arrived from the seller and the app said they delivered my tickets. I called them about it and customer service just kept acting like I was the stupidest person they have ever spoken to. They said things like “did you check your email? Try typing in tickets in your search.” And when I mention that I did all of that, they were like “are you sure you can’t see it?” Now I’m 7 hours before my event and I still don’t have a ticket to the event. I have called customer service 5 times now. They have not promised me anything - such as a ticket or my money back. They say they are calling the seller but through a different company?! I dont know why this is happening but it’s a horrible thing to do a few hours before my concert. To add to this, every time I called them (the day of and day before) I sat on the phone for 40 or so minutes before someone answered. Their machine said that they prioritize their calls by concerts within 48 hours. If their lines are that busy, it makes me think that their slogan of “100% buyer guarantee” is somewhat wrong. I will be updating this review after the concert time.

Vivid Seats as a whole are very difficult and frustrating to work with. Their customer service is a joke and they never get back to you, after it takes forever to even find an email or phone number to contact them at because they are very adamant about just using their FAQ page. I have tried contacting them numerous times about a concert I purchased tickets to that was postponed. After the venue promised full refunds for the inconvenience, VS refuses to comply and says I must sell the tickets, which I can only do through their site. After figuring out how to list my tickets, I find out I am losing money because they charge a sellers fee. None of my emails have been returned and they refuse to work with me or even help me out. Not to mention I can’t even go to the concert on the rescheduled date because it’s the same exact day as another concert which I purchased the tickets for THROUGH THEIR APP. I have left detailed emails and messages about this with nothing in return. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ARE NO HELP AT ALL!

I purchased tickets to the Miami Dolphins home opener on Vivid Seats as a gift for my boyfriend on his 25th birthday. We are from Wisconsin, so we obviously traveled a long way for this game and were very excited about the opportunity. Once we arrived at the gates, passed through security, and went to scan our tickets, they wouldn’t scan. After multiple different tactics, INVALID TICKET continued to pop up on the screen. We were sent to the ticket booth to have this resolved, but all they could do was provide us with the number for the Vivid Seats Customer Service. After finally getting someone on the phone and them sending us new barcodes, the tickets still would not scan. The back and forth from the gate to the ticket booth back on the phone with VSCS lasted about an hour before one of the managers at the ticket counter felt so sorry for us that she let us in and encouraged us never to buy tickets from Vivid Seats again. She’s right, I will NEVER buy from Vivid Seats again.

Vivid seats and stub hub are without a doubt the best places to buy tickets. Just bought 5 tickets for the Cal football game against Oregon. The website is great, give you the best deals available and you can sort ticket availability by price, best tickets available and best value. The customer service is also fantastic. Very similar to stubhub just found the prices in this instance a little better. The were significantly better than ticket master, the stadium box, seatgeet, and Barry’s tickets. There website and customer service is also much better than those sites. They also seem to have more tickets available for the event. Very happy with Vivid seats and give it a slight edge to stubhub although they are very good and a huge advantage over ever other ticket site.

I buy tickets to at least one event per month, so I’ve downloaded and used almost every ticket marketplace’s iOS app. What sets VS apart from StubHub and SeatGeek is the ease of use of the app. I never feel like I’m missing out on the best price/seat on Vivid because I can easily see and evaluate different options right in the app. On others, I typically resort to a desktop site instead, as I often have difficulty navigating the mobile apps. The design on each Vivid Seats ticket page is intuitive, simple, and informative; quite the opposite of other apps. I’ll continue to use the VS app to purchase tickets, especially for last minute sports games. With mobile tickets stored right in the app, getting into the United Center or Allstate Arena doesn’t get much easier.

I purchased tickets last night at 10 PM for an event today. When I woke up this morning and the tickets were still not in my email I got worried. So I called customer service and Rick was amazing!!! He reassured me that the seller would be in his office by 11 AM and that Rick would personally give him a call to make sure he sent them and then call me to make sure I received them! He really cared about my experience and helped calm my nerves! I pulled up 10 different ticket purchasing websites and after everyone's fees these were the cheapest by $12. I would recommend buying tickets further in advance but you can get them last minute if needed still, just make sure you have access to a printer day of the event.

Wanted to give it a try. Ticket prices started to look ok around 2h before the start of the game. I pulled the trigger 1.5h before the start. Than issues started. Albeit I payed via PayPal and received confirmation email, half hour came another email to contact support. It was explained to me over the phone that seller sold the ticket to someone else during my purchase. New ticket was offered to me which I have accepted. Half hour later ticket still not available. Another call to support. New ticket issues. Email from the seller to confirm the transfer of the tickets came 11min before the game started resulting in missing first 15min of the game (u must clear security, there was about 500 people waiting to get in). I spent the entire day on the phone the day of the concert trying get someone to help me with my tickets I had purchased over a month ago. Going back and forth between vivid and Ticketmaster. Finally, they said my tickets will be at will call to find out will call had only 9 of the 12 tickets I purchased. We spent over an hour at will call, missed part of the concert and finally just paid for the additional 3 tickets. The next two days I have been on hold, transferred, spending at least an hour or two on the phone to resolve my ticket issues and to get a refund on the 3 extra ticket I didn’t get and to be compensated for missing part of the concert. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone, on hold, transferred if you need help and really resolve nothing. I still don’t have it resolved. Someone from the Quality Control department is going to call me back today about my refund. Talk about customer service.
Great mobile ticket app that has never let me down

Whether sports tickets or concert tickets, Vivid Seats has always come through for me with legit tickets. I first started using the app last summer when I purchased New York Mets tickets. I got my tickets quickly and easily and had no issues at Citi Field. I had a friend join last-minute, and he purchased a ticket just before gametime in our same section and was able to sit near us, a few seats down. Worked out nicely, except for the Mets loss lol I’ve also used the Vivid Seats app to purchase mobile tickets to concerts like Pentatonix. I’ve gotten tickets both via email (long ahead of the show) or mobile tickets that were available for instant download. I’m not sure what determines whether the tickets are through email or the app, but I’ve never had problems either way. I’ve never used it for theatre, but I’m eyeing some Hamilton tickets for Christmas. They seem to have cheaper tickets than Stubhub. I’ve been using the new Siri Shortcut feature to keep an eye on prices as the holidays approach. Overall, it’s my favorite ticket app.
Great prices for tickets but horrible fees

I have used Vivid Seats a couple times and have been glad I can find tickets to events we really wanted to attend, but the fees are getting more and more ridiculous that this will be my last purchase. I will look at other places now or just won’t get the tickets. I understand this is a business and a business needs to make money on reselling tickets. But a $34 fee per ticket and then the nerve to ADD an electronic transfer charge of $7.50 is just too much. I got a 10% off offer a few days ago after checking prices on these tickets. After looking around at other ticket brokers Vivid Seats were the best price for the same seats. I was glad to find this deal and to get a little extra off, all to find out that the extra fees made up the difference. Tickets are all electronic now, there is no need to have these large charges to transfer electronic tickets from one account to another. Nothing is being printed anymore. These fees are more than Ticketmaster’s fees and that is saying a lot. As if that wasn’t enough, I noticed that the same EXACT tickets were on sale on multiple ticket resellers, and what a coincidence that as soon as I bought these here they are no longer available in the other companies either.

So, I have been a longtime Vivid Seats user. Ever since moving to the Bay Area from Illinois I have used this ticketing app. When the Cubs played the Giants in the 2016 Division Series, I had tickets to Game 2 (when Arrieta hit a homerun off MadBum). My tickets were double sold, and I was distraught. After a 10 minute hold/conversation, Vivid Seats upgraded me from outfield view 300 level seats to 100 level 3rd baseline tickets... for playoffs! I was so satisfied with the customer service and experience that I haven’t used anyone else. In Conclusion: Despite fees being a tad high per purchase, and screwed over with being double sold— Vivid Seats came thru in the clutch. Thank you Vivid. I’d purchase more tickets and attend more games if you slashed your fees by maybe 30%.

I purchased tickets hoping that they would either be mailed to me or I would be able to have them on the app, only to find out that I have to pick them up 1 hour before the show starts at either some restaurant or in the parking lot of the venue. This was supposed to be for convenience of being able to get to the concert early and I can’t even do that, I now have to plan everything around this. I reached out to Vivid Seats to see if we could contact the seller and see if it was possible to get the tickets sooner only to get a response basically saying no and that If I had any other concerns I could email them back. Which I did because I had many concerns about the pickup time, and I never heard back. I do not recommend app/company and I will not be purchasing tickets through them again. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

MY TICKETS NEVER SOLD AND I WAS CHARGED $400 BY VIVID SEATS. I sold my tickets and the buyer agreed to the price. The tickets were mobile tickets and wouldn’t upload via pdf. I called customer service and talked to Luis, who said he wouldn’t connect me to the buyer so I could get the tickets in his hands. He said I should have read the fine print and that they don’t work with mobile tickets, but that’s exactly how I originally bought the tickets on Vivid Seats!!! He said not only would he not cooperate with helping me get the tickets in the buyers hands, but he was also going to cancel the order and then charge me for the cancelled transaction, and then I received a notification that I was being charged $400 for not following through with the sale. As someone who has been a customer before, I was shocked and I absolutely do not recommend using this website.

I was happy when I was looking for tickets to the Cubs game and found a vivid website , I was able to see seats that were available and get a look at what my view would be once I occupied those seats however I was very disappointed , I had found several selections open, a few of them had obstructed view with a column, I bypassed those and chose a section that didn’t show a column in the view of where we would be sitting . however once we got to Our seats, there was a column there . there were five in my party and we all had obstructed view , very disappointed especially at the price we paid, also the view we selected look to be closer to the field , and we Were not at all. However the customer service , delivery ,and their communications on the purchase was very good.

I attempted to use the app to purchase tickets to a baseball game. It did not work. I tried 3 different cards and received the error message “the address does not match the card”, even though it did send a $1.00 test charge to CC. When I called, the CSR was incredibly rude. He told me that it was obviously my fault. I told him that I used 3 different cards and re-entered the address multiple times. He told me it was still my fault somehow and he couldn’t do anything for me except order the tickets. At this point, I was still going to order over the phone. Then he started asking “are you going to order over the phone or not”. I did mention that maybe I was better off with SeatGeek, and he hung up. This is a pretty disappointing 1st (and last) try with VividSeats. In my opinion, you guys are a technology company. The technology did not work. The 2nd priority should be customer service: The customer service did not work. And the ultimate priority for VividSeats should be: the customer getting their tickets. WHICH I DID NOT GET. This is true failure by a company trying to gain a market share in a monster category. I am only one customer so I certainly will not kill the bottom line. But, if it happened to me then it is certainly happening to other people.

I accidentally put my address in wrong by 1 digit which caused my tickets to be undeliverable. I paid an absurd amount for 1 day shipping as I needed these quickly, and rather than alert me that there was an issue delivering my package (which they shouldn’t allow undeliverable addresses to be entered, most reputable online companies have software to avoid this) I had to scramble to figure out where my package was. I reached out to customer service expecting to get some help with my issue, and after waiting over an hour I was told that there was nothing they could do and ended the conversation. They were extremely rude the entire time, and rather than acknowledging that they need to update their system they told me I was dumb for entering my address wrong. With all the claims of scams against this company, AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS THROUGH THEM WHATSOEVER
Failed to send ticket in time and refused refund

I bought a parking pass to a game, which I assumed was going to be available instantly as we were in the car line to get into the stadium. The pass was not emailed to me until 5 minutes after we had gone into the parking lot, having already bought a new pass at the gate since the one I’d bought on this app hadn’t been “delivered” yet. I politely explained what had happened to customer service and requested a refund since I never accepted the pass or activated it since it had arrived too late and I no longer needed the pass. I was told that since they delivered it before the start of the event, they would not give a refund. Do not use this app, customer service is not a priority to them at all. You may not get your tickets and they will find some loop hole to not refund your money.

I go to a lot of events and also sell extra tickets when friends bail on me. While I do prefer Stubhub because their fees are cheaper, I always check/list on Vivid Seats as well. I like Vivid Seats but they definitely need improvements. 1. Why does it take so long to deposit the money into my PayPal?? Stubhub it's like 2-3 days while Vivid Seats is more like 2-3 WEEKS! 2. Why don't you guys have a direct deposit option like Stubhub, makes problem 1 seem even worse. 3. On the App, every time I go to Listing Manager, the app crashes and closes. What's the point of even having the app if I always have to open it on my browser. 4. Y'all tripping tripping on them fees, I know y'all gotta eat too but 25% is just ignorant. Get under 20 and watch y'all sales go up.

I was/am having trouble logging in to purchase tickets for an upcoming baseball game. When I try to log in it tells me that I have the incorrect user name and/or password. I’ve followed the procedure to reset my pw twice, both of which being told that I’ve done so successfully only to still not be able to log into my account. I call the customer service number which is provided for issues similar, if not exactly like this. I was advised that they can’t offer any other solution than to have me change my password, and there is “literally nothing else that can be done on their end”. Now that may be the case (although I highly doubt it since there is literally nothing more that I can do on my end either except repeatedly trying and failing with the same method over and over). Last time using Vivid seats.
Confusing transaction

I realize my experience may not represent that of all Vivid customers. I’m accustomed to buying tickets on-line from a number of other vendors; when I do the tickets routinely appear IN THE SAME APP. In the transaction with Vivid I received notice that “tickets had been delivered” but couldn’t find the in the Vivid app. Turns out that I had to create a whole new account at a service run by Ticketmaster on behalf of the US Open (tennis) site, log in there, to accept and use tickets on THAT app. Not at all a convenient or intuitive transaction. Their communication was at best clear only in retrospect, given how contrary it is to norms set elsewhere in the ticket business. I’d use this only if more direct methods were not available.

First time using vivid seats & I read the reviews AFTER buying tickets and quickly became terrified since I didn’t see any positive ones. Most of the reviews were saying fees were added but it shows you the full cost before you pay & it’s as expected. I had the same 2 tickets in the cart from Ticketmaster and it was $300, from vivid seats the same PIT tickets up close to the stage we paid $120 including fees & I received by mail in 3 days. All around great experience with them! Had no issues when getting my tickets scanned and I would definitely use again.

Pretty easy to sign up and get my BTS tickets which my seats were pretty close I was in Section 101 and I got a pretty good view to look at my boys. I compared prices with other websites and these were the cheapest out of the the others although I’ve it’s not always the case. I also was waiting for the right moment because a couple days before they were somewhat higher but if you wait a little it could really help the price. Also the tickets arrived in a couple hours so it was pretty quick. For my first concert it was pretty good service and I didn’t have any issues so I would recommend checking them out.

Stay far away!!! I ordered 4 tickets to a Utah Jazz game, but they never came. I called, and the customer service reps told me that they had been emailed to me earlier that day. However, I had no such email. I was told that the email was going to be sent to me within the hour. After calling back in 3 times after not receiving the email, I was informed that the seller somehow had not transferred the tickets (right as the game was starting). They told me to wait for the email to come, and that it would be arriving within a few minutes. It never came. And guess what? I STILL was charged for tickets that I NEVER received. Absolute joke. Oh and to make matters worse- they never took notes on any of my calls. I would explain the situation, and they would say that they had no record of it. Horrible horrible horrible.

I can’t even give them a 1. Second time I use this app the first time they messed up my order it took two months to get it back because they didn’t know where they sent my refund. This time they got me for close to 200 dollars. I know what event and date I picked when I went to check my tickets the day of the event it was the wrong date. I could not for the life of me get a live person. I really believe they do that on purpose because no one has 20 hour to try and resolve anything with their animated system. Because they won’t even pay employees to answer calls. If ur buying tickets to any event, you have better chances of getting what your buying from a complete stranger on the streets than from this app. I hope someone audits them and find out their business is a scam

My brother is terminally ill and we are trying to fulfill his bucket list. We are also on a budget. We searched for tickets to a dodger game and for the amount of tickets we needed it was cost $1000. Someone mention this app so I thought why not?! I would rather save $20 then none. We saved over $300, u can share the tickets from the app (no waiting for everyone to show up, no leaving seats to meet them, etc) all the tickets can be scanned from phone. Easiest and the absolutely unstressful app to use ever! Love love love! Dodgers lost but the smile on my brothers face being at a game..... priceless!

I was very concerned at first about buying resale tickets, i had no option since the tour sold out in 10 minutes, we got those tickets for my Daughter as a birthday present, we read reviews and this was the best website, we tried first to buy on stubhub and every time it will say “sorry look for another seat” we got them here and travel to chicago, we got the tickets on the Email within minutes. And the seats were the same as we got on vivid. No issues at all. I also looked for the part were it said Prefered seller.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Going to a Red Sox game at Fenway has been on my Dad and sister’s bucket list forever. My Dad bought the 4 of us tickets to this game in December of 2018 and we paid airfare, rental car fare, and for a hotel to be here only to check in and scan our tickets to learn the company DOUBLE SOLD OUR SEATS!!!!! How devastating. We don’t live in Boston and had made the trip only to learn someone else was sitting in our seats on May 27th. After calling the company, hearing the answering message talk about “100% satisfaction guarantee” I can tell you, not only are we not satisfied, but we are devastated and heartbroken. NEVER purchase from this company. Their customer service is terrible and you could end up heartbroken. - disappointed customer
Scored some Iron Maiden tickets

This is the second time I’ve used this app. The first was for a Red Wings game last month. Got those tickets for a outstanding value. My Maiden tickets are the same, except this time around I was purchasing 4 instead of just two. Please keep in mind that you may have to wait awhile. I mean awhile for your e-tickets to arrive. I did contact customer support about a month before the game. Since tickets were already available in hand. They contacted me back promptly. Just be patient. They’ll get there.

Ordered my seats for an MLB game shortly before game time. By the time the tickets were delivered to my email, I was already at the ballpark. I loaded the ticket PDF with the qvc barcode on my phone but the ticket takers couldn’t read it. There was a blurb on the ticket PDF that said you needed the hard copy. That information would have been helpful BEFORE I ordered the tickets!!!! When I contacted customer support, they did nothing to help me resolve the issue. They sent me an address of a FEDEX store a half mile away where I could pay to access my email & print the ticket. I now call them Livid Tickets because I was livid. I missed the first inning because I had to walk to the FEDEX store & back. I’ve deleted my Vivid account and will order using the MLB Ballpark app from now on.

I was super hesitant to buy tickets to a concert (Interpol) off this site. They were listed as front row, no seat numbers, and I had to wait to pick up until an hour before the show. Traveling from three hours away I was still unsure if these were legit. It turned out better than expected. The seller called me and stayed in contact in regards to picking up the tickets. They were indeed front row and directly center stage. The price was great and fees clearly outlined. Thanks for a great experience!!

I had never heard of Vivid seats until I came upon them in a search engine. I typically use StubHub, TicketMaster or SeatGeek, etc. But none of those providers had the seats I wanted for tickets to Beyonce & Jay-Z for my wife's birthday. I received a 10% discount but forgot to enter it before processing payment. I emailed them and they retroactively issued the discount. We got the seats we wanted, at a discount from other providers, and experienced great customer service along the way. We will definitely use them in the future.

Booked a pair a trickers for Ravens game, but I didn’t receive the ticket transfer until 12 minutes before the game. I tried to reach out to the customer service and email many times a couple days before the game as I live 50 miles a way and has to make plan for the day. No response until finally I was able to live chat with someone a couple hours before the game. He was helpful, we went through Ticketmaster and another Ravens website and saw tickets posted there. Therefore, I didn’t get them until 12 minutes before the game. How am I suppose to make it?? Tried to at least get the tickets refund, the customer service kept telling me it’s my responsibility? I am just asking to be treated fairly.

Called to try and get a refund for the rescheduled Cardinals game from 5/21 to 5/22. We were not able to attend the rescheduled game, so I tried to resell the tickets for someone else to enjoy. Unknown to me, you cannot resell tickets less than 2 days out of the game or if you happen to download the tickets. Of course I would download the tickets, I was checking to see if my seats were correct. Called customer service and was greeted with a rude explanation about how their policy works. No where on the site or app was there an explanation of how this works. It is frustrating for customers who cannot attend rescheduled events and not having an opportunity to get any money back. As there is no place mentioning the “policies” that Vivid Seats has.

Was skeptical using this after reading a lot of the negative reviews but decided to try it out with the 10% off first time buyer. Although I didn’t receive my tickets till the morning of the game which was at 7 pm I had contacted customer service about my tickets and within 20 minutes my tickets had become available in my email. Everything else went super smoothly 10/10 customer service for me personally. Was an amazing game to attend and I loved every second of it.

VividSeats has always been my go to ticket app. I love sports and I love being in that sports environment, without having to shell out a paycheck. They are usually the cheapest tickets and have made the whole ticket process effortless whenever I need last minute tickets. The customer service is great too! 2 weeks ago my Florida Gators tickets weren’t delivered by game day, so when I called Vivid they immediately gave me replacement tickets that were in the same section and row! Now that’s customer service! Buy vivid!

We bought tickets to a game in New York weeks in advance. Their customer service said the tix would be delivered within two days of the event. The day before the event we still had not received the tix. We called Vivid Seats - they said to talk to the venue’s box office, that the issue was with the venue’s website. That was a lie, the venue had zero record of the transaction and had no way of helping us. Long story short, we were left stranded at the gate with no tickets and were out hundreds of dollars! They claim a 100% guarantee but refused to honor it! They said it was the sellers fault, not theirs. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this service!! We wasted a lot of money and hours of our vacation time dealing with this horrendous service!

I hate buying tickets from somewhere and then you try to call them and get any information and they act like they’re doing some kind a favor? We’re doing you the favor buying these tickets. Try to find some staff people that are more helpful. On our first time getting seats from here I paid about 500 bucks for a pair and no one could tell me anything but they have been electronically transferred? They wouldn’t say you will get the actual tickets in the mail or anything like that. It was a joke. I’m hoping it turns out OK because I went on and bought other tickets from the site

I’ve always had a good experience with vivid, first on their website and now in the app. I love the alerts whenever they are having a sale so I can make sure I’m always getting a good deal. I’ve only had to contact customer service once and they were able to answer my question really fast to resolve the issue. This is the first place I look when concerts sell out, and I always recommend vivid to friends and family when they need tickets.

The app may work fine, but after the sale I cannot figure out how to reach someone to resolve my problem. My concert is in two days so I either need them to fix and send me the other ticket or I need to buy another ticket elsewhere. The “live chat” is not live and both it and the phone extensively push you to email them. I have tried all three. 35 minutes on hold gave up. Then next morning 45 minutes on hold. Gave up. Have sent follow up email/chat 24 hours after first email/message. Now 48 hours later no response of any kind. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I would give this app a 5 star rating for ease of use and to quickly find events near me. However; a seat map is greatly needed, additionally I am tall. A filter for “Aisle seats only” would make help me make a quick decision. I am mindful of others behind me, as many photo ops have been ruined by the back of someone’s head. (I don’t want to be that person.) VIP packages are not as detailed considering the additional costs. The perks of the cost isn’t justified by the description. I continue to use vivid as I am guaranteed seating in which I can see performances without having to watch the monitors.
