Lack of customer support, because the options in the Help section were not enough and I cannot submit a request. Every time I try to, it's either not enough or too many characters, and the "right" amount is 140 words, like how do you even do that, when anything above or under that number is invalid? Also no card payment. It's 2021, this is essential!

The app suddenly auto order with cash payment while I switched back to gojek app after top up go pay with banking app and I CAN’T CANCEL THE ORDER, I use go pay because I don’t have enough cash, that’s why I top up gopay, but after switching back to gojek app the app suddenly order the gofood, call the customer center, not be able to cancel the order as well, what kind of system that doesn’t have function to CANCEL THE ORDER??! Very bad experience

I accidentally place order when item lists not done. Within a minute, I cant cancel the order and the apps asked me to contact call centre. I called and reported 3x, been told order will be canceled. Even had to explain things to restaurant and driver too. In conclusion, DONT bother to call them. They freaking useless!!! And DONT ever make a mistake! Otherwise, you end up like me, 2 orders arrived at your door! The first driver couldnt get other order coz the call center didn’t cancel it accordingly. So, he just brought over the food at your door.

Too much unneccessary notifications from gojek app. Need to add change notification settings that turn off promotional items, But keep the notifications from gojek drivers or orders. Using iphone x, and app gets slower & cluttered after every update, not more efficient.

This app is good, however the UI needs improvement. Navigation between services are confusing. It would be nice for every services used and delivered, a receipt is sent to email or can be viewed in app and have an option to save in our device. I hope the app development team noticed this issue and update the app.

Rencana ny mau pesen minuman 7 biji pakai diskon 30 ribu, ternyata 2 minuman ny ud expired sisa ny cm 5. Ketika minta ganti barang ternyata 2 lagi ditambahin secara manual karena gomart ngga bisa nambahin barang di aplikasi cuma bisa hapus barang. Karena barangny cancel 2 promo yg tadiny ud jalan jadi batal. Dan terpaksa jadi beli barang tanpa promo. Ketika telpon customer service ny, Ternyata customer service ny juga ga bisa ngapa2in, padahal tinggal apus promo nya dan potong aja hargany sesuai promo . history pesenannya jg harusnya uda ad dan uda jelas kesalahanny dari aplikasi gomart nya yg sistemny buruk . Lebih baik pesen barang dari saingan jauh lebih sukses daripada dari gomart .

had a couple problem on using the app, and contacted the customer service several times. The first few were rough the person helping was just rude and not helpful, and this happen more often than not. The final straw was when i submitted a ticket about one thing and suddenly it got closed with a solution about a different problem. When i tried to reopen it the ticket get closed instantly and stating the problem has been solved, which it has not. And the reopening process happened several times after that im just dont with gojek, terrible services, confusing interface, a boatload amount of promotion which is just annoying. Even the “benefits” are not beneficial at all. Grab “tiers” give more “benefits” which actually rewards you for using Grab more often rather than gojek incentive of just cashback and “benefits”. Once again as time passes gojek just get worse and worse on all fronts its trash app rework and do better screening on your employees.

Cùng một đoạn đường cùng thời điểm có lúc đi 14k , lúc 25k ... chênh lệch gấp đôi chắc chắn là do lỗi . Đề nghị sửa luôn phần map của app , cách nhau chừng 5m là vị trí định vị cách 2 quận , chỉnh luôn phần chỉ đường cho nhân viên ( chứ lỗi vcl luôn )

Every time I tried to pin point a location on the map—IT IS NEVER CORRECT!! The map always lead the driver through a different road—which was a ‘more complicated’ one. Very nice:) Please fix this problem, it will certainly help a lot. Cty lớn mà thuê 1 thím thực tập code cái app thì phải, vừa lag, giao diện khó thao tác, nhập voucher gây bối rối cho ng dùng (nhập ko được cũng ko thấy báo). Tài xế nhận đơn thì n nổ xa cả 5-7km xong bắt mình huỷ đơn hoài. Bực mình vl. 1 sao.

Proses customer service yang sangat membingungkan saat saya hendak mendaftar ulang KTP dengan nomor yang baru. Customer service yang tidak bermotivasi dalam menyelesaikan masalah tapi hanya ingin menutup tiket kasus. Pilih grab dan ovo saja, pelayanan sangat cepat dan perubahan KTP selesai dalam 12 jam.

I couldnt access my funds in gopay without making a pin. I tried to make it but the dumb thing kept trying to send to a number with extension (+16), while the extention for the us is (+1). I tried to contact the customer support bet they kept sending the exact sam copy and pasted junk. AND THEY ASKED ME TO MAKE THE PIN AFTER I TRANSFERRED $50 INTO GOPAY. Terrible bug with a terrible customer support team.

No kidding, I've used dozens of apps across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. This is by far the worst. I can book, even after validating payment. Get a nebulous "uh oh we found something wrong with your account, please call..". When I do call the number literally ALL of the prompts direct me to their website. No live help. I would love to this go bankrupt. Shoddy and shambilic.

The organization is completely unable to help when you lose items in the cars. After immediately reporting lost items, it took 3 hours for them to call the driver. Not acceptable. All other apps in Singapore connect directly to the driver immediately.

When gojek first launched, i used the app immediately. I wanted a practical service that could help me in my daily needs making it easier for me with a busy life. It was a great experience because drivers were still new, very motivated and easier to get jobs from the gojek app. Customer service was very nice.. after this incident ,, vvvv (Although there was a problem where my app was hacked and they didn’t give the money back because it’s out of their reach. Emailed them the problem with evidence but they answered with repetitive and unhelpful answers so i had to move on.) After several years of using Gojek, trouble starts to occur. Gojek drivers (maybe) felt as if their salary’s not enough, maybe they wanted fast money. //or maybe they worked with someone from gojek to scam. Who knows? It could actually happen. I had trouble ordering GoFood because they didn’t want to work. They just wanted to scam me out of my money and waste my time. I had to complain to the customer service that were helpful at first, but gradually they had too much complains and from the tone of their voice, don’t give a crap anymore. Now it’s as if the gojek app’s difficult to use now. It’s like an almost dead app full of scammers. Only the lucky ones might get drivers who are actually willing to work diligently which i really respect. Why am i giving it one star? Because of the constant disappointment i felt. I want them to fix the gojek app but they didn’t even after complaining thousands of times. I’ve seen lots of instagram post and stories about people getting rejected by drivers because of petty reasons and scammers. I just want one thing. Listen to your customer and DO something. This WAS my favorite app. But now eh.

I had to stop using the app for pick up from my house as it would send my taxi to the wrong turn every time....despite putting this in comments to the driver and using the exact zip code (building specific in Singapore). Would have the call the driver each time. More than frustrating.

Drivers are fine. Map is unreliable. Problem is they keep sending me notifications which are just advertisements of the app. If you turn off the notifications then you can’t use the app for booking cars... scummy

Changed numbers, but used same facebook account, my funds did not transfer. Had to call Gojek customer service and they sent email to confirm my identity. Sent everything gojek requested, nothing done. Why all Indonesian companies customer service the worst and no refunds? Bc they are poorly trained and only care about $. If this app was in US or Canada, they would get sued and banned by everyone. Poor quality and poor app interface.

There are several basic fraud that gojek does. You can register with any phone number and got authentication on that number, but to be able to use gopay you need to have indonesian phone number. I put 1million rupiah at gofood event and cannot even use it because the authentification never webt through and all gojek cuatomwr service on the ground and online were clueless about it. When you want to order gocar, the time approximation is ridiculously inaccurate. The car being picked also seems far away. When you order go massage, the therapists never come on time and on several ocaation bail last minute. When you order go clean, they never comes on time and they cancel it at the appointment time. When you want to complaint and write a message on the platform, it says: “Response status code was unacceptable : 503.” Super bad apps, especially for foreigner. The other apps is more user friendly.

I had two trips that worked out great then the app stop working saying there was something wrong with my account and to call them. I’m a foreigner on vacation and can’t call them without absorbent fees. If you download just beware that may happen to you as well in that you’ll get a few trips then may have to resort to grab or whatever else they use in Bali.

Beberapa kali pesan gofood, catatan pada order tdk digubris. Menurut bbrp driver skrg sistem resto ga mengizinkan pilihan minum atau pilih misalnya bagian ayam yg konsumen suka, walaupun kalo pesan di resto masih di boleh in tanpa tambahan biaya. Perlu di pertimbangkan ada lho konsumen yg mmg ga minum soda, dan tanpa tau batasan sistem akhirnya di paksa bayar dan terima soda walaupun akhirnya nanti cuma dibuang. Ini kata driver berlaku sejak November, so catat ya guys ada bbrp resto popular yg kena sistem gini. Perlu siapin grab juga nih buat hindari kasus gini untuk pesanan berikutnya

This service is great and is still improving. The service of transport for people, things and food are excellent in urban and suburban areas. However it could use some improvements: 1. Notification of advert should be made optional do users can disable them. Not everyone wants advertising notification, but everyone wants notification about their orders and chats. 2. Choose advertising wording so that they don't sound grammatically and literally wrong. Otherwise# this is an excellent service with many discount.

Not recommended for tourist specially if they don’t understand Indonesian language or the way things work in Indonesia because apparently most of the reviews are about paying more than the app. But if u do understand indonesia then this app is good for u. It has promotions everyday, transportion for short to medium distance here is cheaper than grab but I’d choose grab for long distance as it is cheaper and safer. You will get things easier with gopay as there are more discount and less money changes. It does have some problem when you order food far away because you have to wait for quite some time before someone accept the order. Other than that, it’s a good app, I have been using it for 6 months and the biggest problem I have had is that one time I ordered a car driver but he missed the location and have to drive a long way before the U turn but then he asked extra money for gasoline and yeah I gave him the money but I also put bad review on him.

had a couple problem on using the app, and contacted the customer service several times. The first few were rough the person helping was just rude and not helpful, and this happen more often than not. The final straw was when i submitted a ticket about one thing and suddenly it got closed with a solution about a different problem. When i tried to reopen it the ticket get closed instantly and stating the problem has been solved, which it has not. And the reopening process happened several times after that im just dont with gojek, terrible services, confusing interface, a boatload amount of promotion which is just annoying. Even the “benefits” are not beneficial at all. Grab “tiers” give more “benefits” which actually rewards you for using Grab more often rather than gojek incentive of just cashback and “benefits”. Once again as time passes gojek just get worse and worse on all fronts its trash app rework and do better screening on your employees.

We stay in Alila resort uluwatu t, I call a driver pick my friend up since I am using the hotel van. My friend didn’t speak Indonesian, so we order a go-car to pick them up from Alila to a restaurant. The app says the price is below Rp. 50 thousand, but the driver asks my friend to pay Rp. 300 thousand. My friend call me to asks why he is charging more than what the app said, when I speak to the driver, he said because Go-jek doesn’t cover Uluwatu area, so either we pay up or he will drop my friend on the side of the road. I complaint to the customer service but no action was taken. They said they talk to the driver and the driver said he didn’t charge us more (we pay in cash since we don’t have Indonesian e-payment). We are staying in a hotel that costs Rp. 10 million per night, they think we will lie to them just for a 2 hundred thousand Rupiah. No action was taken. Do not use this service! Use Grab instead, much much cleaner and better service. DO NOT USE THIS APP! YOU WILL BE TAKEN HOSTAGE! Use “grab”, Trust me!

I use go car every day. Most of the drivers are nice. But one day i fell asleep on the car and the driver stole my phone and cash from my bag! I didn’t notice until i get off the car. Then I report this situation to Go Jek immediately. At the meantime, I use “Find my iPhone” to track my lost phone and screenshot every 5 mins. So later I can compare it with Go Car’s record of this driver to prove he took the phone with him. I’m so sure the driver took it because it’s not only my phone, but also all the cash from my wallet. This is very urgent to me! I keep contacting Go Jek cust service but no one can really update me their process! I’m so angry right now because they still allow this DANGEROUS person to take cust! You have his name, ID, phone no and car plate no. Why don’t you do something?!

What a nightmare! After setting up an account I began to receive unwanted marketing emails from GoJack. None of the newsletters have an unsubscribe link like they should in the footer. So, I went to their website customer support area hoping to find a way to email a request to be removed from their mailing lists. They have NO phone numbers or email addresses in their Contact Us section - only physical addresses. Apparently, if someone wants to contact Ho Jack, they must physically go in person! Then from another online search I found the customer service email and mailed a request for my email address to be removed from all/any mailing lists. The customer service rep replied that she was sorry but they cannot do that and they cannot delete my account. I tried to reply multiple times that there had to be a way to remove my email address. The last response from BlowJack was that I needed to go into my mail program and block their email address!!!!! I am amazed at the unbelievably dismal levels of customer service and overall lack of professionalism.

Having used this app in Bali for 5 years, it deserves a 5-star rating from me! In my experience, it’s an invaluable resource for convenient transportation and ordering anything anytime, from electricity to es kelapa. One gripe: Go-Points used to be worthwhile but now they are pointless. I should have redeemed an awesome offer last year because now it’s so stingy with the points and puts an expiration date on them. No one wants points anyway! The new offerings are either so lackluster or totally unattainable without a zillion points. Not always perfect, I agree with other reviewers that say GoJEK can be particularly problematic for tourists. Familiarity with your location and a working knowledge of Indonesian go a long way to ensure expectations are met. Miscommunication can cause annoying situations for both sides. Please GO-JEK responsibly.

I downloaded this app before our trip to Bali. Tonight, I tried to order food twice. Both times the drivers called to tell me the restaurant I ordered from was closed. Bad luck? More like bad business model. Rather than verifying the order with the restaurant, this app relies on the driver to place the order once they arrive at the restaurant. I’m all for mechanical turking, but two failures back to back means it’s broken at the source. I give the drivers full marks for calling me to explain the situation and to offer to fill the order in a different restaurant, but without access to the menu, that’s not helping. Try something else, for this is broken by design.
Cannot find driver for long journey

GO-JEK is good for short journeys under 10 minutes, but for long journeys it is hard to find a driver, as drivers will accept and then cancel the job once they realize how far it is. I live 30 minutes from my work, it usually takes me 30-45 minutes to find a driver because they all cancel. Makes the total journey time more than double!!! once you take into account the time spent trying to find a driver who wants the job. GO-JEK should punish the drivers who cancel, because they don’t seem to care about it, and also increase the fare for longer journeys, so that the drivers actually want to accept them!

I really think Go-Jek is an amazing concept with how robust it’s services are. Usually a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately several of the cars have a pretty strong smoke smell covered up by air freshener. I would rate higher except the app still has glitches to work out. It booked 3 rides for me the other day and that was confusing. Also said a car was coming once but didn’t show up to the driver. Work out the glitches and will be pretty solid gold

I ordered go-food and the order disappeared, so after a while of trying I assumed the driver must have cancelled and I ordered again. This order also disappeared, at which time I realized the app was malfunctioning. I paid the first driver and had him call the second driver to cancel, because I did not have any pulsa to call on my phone. However, the second driver still came and was very upset because I did not have enough money to pay. Then, when I tried to click “need help” on the application, that function wouldn’t work either! I think that Grab is a much better application after this experience.

This app would be good, if not for the constant intrusive push notifications ads. Seriously. It gives so many notifications *cough* ads *cough* throughout the day. At first, I don’t want to turn off notification in iOS setting because then it wouldn’t give me notification when my driver pick my order up. But it become annoying to a point that I turn off the notification in iOS setting then start using rival apps (the rival is not as annoying as this app). So, keep your intrusive ads down, folks!

So I can only speak for the motor bike pick up and drop off.. super convenient and best way to get around for someone like me who wasn’t confident on the bikes and knowing directions. The people have been super nice, great drivers and never asked for more than what was shown on the app. I also tip and it is the best deal. I’m so thankful for this app, especially In Canggu where no one walks!

You ask your drivers to keep promoting gopay and conduct gasifications on them to see who got more customers to purchase GoPay. And when the customer uses gopay, only few drivers who are willing to accept the gopay use and asking the customer for cash instead. This is a systemic problem that you should be responsible instead of milking customers’ money and putting the blame on your drivers. Also I can no longer complaint about my drivers (mostly GoCar drivers who are rude, unprofessional, and keep asking for cash by the pretext of “my phone cant take gopay”)

If you want to get scammed then use this app. One simple question. Why have an app where it tells you what the price is going to be if the driver just sends you a text and try’s to negotiate their own price ?? For instance, if your app tells you that the price is $3 to get to a-z , why would the driver call or send a text and say the price is going to be $20 . What is the point, just get a taxi . There is no recourse for the driver and this scams they pull. No way to notify anyone of the scams. Do not use this app, you will be highly disappointed . Order at your own risk , beware.

I downloaded GOJEK after having issues trying to sign up up with a competing company. The other company said they needed all my Facebook contacts to sign up. So I declined and went with gojek. Out of twenty or so rides in a month I’ve only had one issue and it was minor. I highly recommend these guys.

This app is good, however the UI needs improvement. Navigation between services are confusing. It would be nice for every services used and delivered, a receipt is sent to email or can be viewed in app and have an option to save in our device. I hope the app development team noticed this issue and update the app.

Can you make “similar to your history/ fav menu”? Sometimes if you travel and you want to order similar meals that you used to order when you are in hometown, you can’t find it. Maybe take advantage of tag like “ayam bakar”, or “nasi padang”, and you can find similar nearby area where you travel at.

Biggest problem with the app is drivers are constantly asking for more money than the actual cost of the trip, and they waste insane amounts of customer time in the process. On a near daily basis I waste maybe 30 - 90 mins just trying to get around Bali. As soon as a competitor comes into this space with good customer service, GoJek will have to step their game up significantly. The company does not yet do a good job of protecting customer interest.

The app suddenly auto order with cash payment while I switched back to gojek app after top up go pay with banking app and I CAN’T CANCEL THE ORDER, I use go pay because I don’t have enough cash, that’s why I top up gopay, but after switching back to gojek app the app suddenly order the gofood, call the customer center, not be able to cancel the order as well, what kind of system that doesn’t have function to CANCEL THE ORDER??! It’s a good app but I don’t like the new changes. I use to be able to change the order for example: McDonalds you can not change the order if you order a meal you can not get it a la cart now if you want say just a burger no meal. But other than that it’s good.

One of the drivers blamed me because he got lost and he couldn’t figure out how how to use the app. He was hostile and confrontational. He literally almost picked a fight with me! What’s worst is when i called gojek’s customer care to complain, all they do is read off a template reply and say he will be warned and trained better. BS! A driver like that should not be allowed to work at gojek. But then again, i guess that’s a reflection of your company.

Driver couldn’t find textile museum despite map and directions. I had to navigate for him. He kept making wrong turns. I was unable to get bike for the ride home. I canceled 10-15 times because Drivers were so far away and driving in opposite direction or not moving. Texting me in Bahasa. Then the app says I have to call customer service because something is wrong. No phone number provided. Uninstall this crap app.

Lack of customer support, because the options in the Help section were not enough and I cannot submit a request. Every time I try to, it's either not enough or too many characters, and the "right" amount is 140 words, like how do you even do that, when anything above or under that number is invalid? Also no card payment. It's 2021, this is essential!

Inconsistent - 4 drivers canceled for one order

Normally the Gojek service works fairly well but today I had 4 drivers cancel the same order on me. It was a simple order, not a large amount (200k rupiah). One of the drivers even canceled after he called me to confirm the order. I am not sure if this was a problem with the app or a people problem.

I rarely rate apps. But the service rate of this one is one of worst ever. Out of 10 drivers 8 will ask you to pay 3 -5 times more then the app says. Or they cancel last moment. Or they actually don’t come and don’t cancel, become they don’t want to loose their bonuses. Rude. Can not rely on this. I had only 4 drivers in 2 months that were honest and good. The worst app I used in my life.

Totally unreliable, dishonest driver in car SKJ4093Y driver Tan Wee Yong. Confirmed the pick up and then he was just one block away when he stopped and refused to come to the pick up point. Not only did he lie that he came here but I was not here, but he refused to cancel the trip. Worse thing is as this was happening, I could not get help or make a complaint using the app! It kept hanging - very timely... Go Jek off in comfort!

Largely a very good app. Sometimes on go good particularly, invoices are inflated by the drivers so a 200k order becomes 250k... when I call the restaurant to check they confirm they charged only 200k ... drivers can be very cheeky asking for more money - i always tip generously but I don’t like to be ripped off bule or not.

Every time I tried to pin point a location on the map—IT IS NEVER CORRECT!! The map always lead the driver through a different road—which was a ‘more complicated’ one. I removed facebook's access a week ago, and gojek still continues to update friends' favorite foods, and I asked through twitter, but gojek's reply was excatly what I did in the first place, before asking for their help. Explained my situation again, and gojek's twitter cs just ignored me. There's a bug or breach of trust here.

No kidding, I've used dozens of apps across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. This is by far the worst. I can book, even after validating payment. Get a nebulous "uh oh we found something wrong with your account, please call..". When I do call the number literally ALL of the prompts direct me to their website. No live help. I would love to this go bankrupt. Shoddy and shambilic.
