My booking was cancelled because of unavailability of car for the date of 1 st June 2020. My money is not refunded as of today. I checked with customer care, they keep on extending the days/weeks for refunding my money back. When there is unavailability don’t u think it wud be ur responsibility to inform to the customer.i called multiple times to check where is my car on the booking day.finally after 3 hours of my pickup time, I was able to get hold of customer care to tell me the new of no car for me. I saw lot of similar reviews on social networks & everywhere, if you want to waste your money & time ,go for zoom car. i Would give zero stars.

1. The pickup location was miles off from the actual location where the car the parked. Took me more than an hour and half to locate the car. 2. The app kept showing error "Something went wrong" while completing the check list. 3. The key wasn't in the glove compartment as was stated in the email and app. It was with the security personnel who wasn't even in his station when he arrived. This app is extremely buggy and the navigation to the pick-up location needs fix.

Worst service ever! They overcharge .I had a fuel reduction fine,immediately i paid the fine but very next day they said that i have to pay more again n again. Though my experience zoomcar is nothing when compared with drivzy both in vehicle as well as their service. They don’t even give proper reason for thier fines ,they say its done by the company they dont hve any clue

I have three issues and it never seems to be resolved or escalated. This Has led to a bad customer experience resulting in me as a customer losing trust in the company and its CEO. 1. The pickup locations are nowhere near the place you have requested. The Zoomcar(ZC) executives claim its in their policy ( I.e. they can allocate a car anywhere between 3km- 10 km radius from the selected location). I have gone through their policy and I couldn’t find them. This is a bad customer experience (even if the policy exists). You wouldn’t do that if your company operated in the US or anywhere in EU. Why this discrimination? I was assigned a car which was in an unsafe location and my wife and I felt unsafe to drop the car after dusk and your team didn’t help us in this situation. 2. Dirty cars : both interiors and exteriors. I can’t stress enough how unhygienic the interiors are. My wife and I now have rubber gloves and hand sanitizers when we operate the zoomcar to avoid contracting any diseases or sickness. P.S. we resorted to this after we fell sick because of contaminated airflow in the A/C as one of our rentals had mildew odor. 3. Customer service representatives: I have received a good response 6/10 times. However, the other 4 times, there was no resolution and the representative kept reading the comments sheet over and over again. If that was the case Zoomcar may shut down its operations or change its strategy and use automated caller solutions .

My pain point is with the zoom car service. The car I booked was dirty on the inside with stains all over the roof liner. Zoomcar refused to change the car after talking to the customer care and the field agents. Customer care was aggressive over the phone and I am guessing you would run into the same issue if you had a problem with the car. I returned the car back to their office and blocked payment through the credit card. Watch out !

It looks like fake as whenever I spend so much time & tried to book a car it says cars not available at the location. I’m in Gujarat cars are available in Delhi/B’lore etc.... do u want me to go there and book the car? I’m here in Ankleshwar city, Bharuch dist. I’m trying to book from surat or Vadodara both places cars not available???? I have to travel today to Bhavnagar for 5 days back on 4nov unfortunately didn’t get any help from Zoomcar.
Refund of deposit and Credits ?

1-Since over a month after booking - I have not received the Deposit refund though it’s clearly showing in booking details - sent multiple support mails no action 2-As per the offer I did booking, was supposed to get credits as cash back to account - more than a month now nothing credited to points App as such is good, but the after completion from Zoomcar support not good

They don’t care customer after booking payment is confirmed. They given me a car which is quarterly tax not paid and I paid that when police stopped me in the middle of road when I’m traveling with my family and I uploaded the same bill to them, but they are not accepting it and not refunding my amount. That too a careless attitude, They still didn’t recognizing it and not trying to solve a serous concern of customer. Not a ZoomCar it’s a #ScamCar

They have allocated me a car and when I finally went to pick up the car they told car is not available. All my plans got spoiled because of them. Can’t book this service for some work only for leisure it works..

Just 3 words. “Don’t use Zoom”! I booked a car, paid the money, uploaded the driving license. Everything approved booking was confirmed and I was given a pickup location. Went there at 11:30 am as mentioned. But the mentioned car was not there! Called the customer care, I was informed that I will get a call back after the car has been located. Time 12:10 pm - customer car told me that the car is located at around 2 kms away from where I stand. I told that was not the location I was asked to pickup the car. I was put on hold for a while and was informed I will be provided with another car. 12:35 pm. One another rep called me and informed another location had more cars, I could go there to pick up the car. I was frustrated by then and told I would rather cancel my booking and would like a refund. Then that godly voice came in “Sorry sir we cannot refund the money” what the heck! I told her to connect me to a manager to discuss this. In the end I talked to 3 more person to get a confirmation to get the money refunded back! I have used other self driving rental car services. But Zoomcar did really messed this one up! IPhone application seems good. But the real service/management is bad.
No proper time zone details while booking

I’m in USA, I have downloaded the app and tried to book a car for my India trip.. I have selected the pick point as Chennai airport and booked a car with start and end time assuming it showed the IST time zone.. I have received booking confirmation over my email with the same timings I have selected.. I have also received a text message on my India mobile for booking confirmation but it has different timings. Later I realized that the app has taken the USA timings.. here are my two recommendations.. 1) Nowhere the time zones(like IST, EST, CST etc) specified in the app. update the app to specify the time zones. 2) When I select the pick up location, by default the app should be intelligent enough to display timings based on local time zone. So that We don’t need to calculate timings between time zones and book the car. Now I have to work with customer care to modify my trip timings which is really difficult because I couldn’t dial toll free from USA..

I have i20 and i booked the same car. I know how much diesel it requires for the kilometeres i drove. They charged me 2200 for diesel. I booked it only for a day. i have not driven more than 100kms and they say 2200. How is that possible. I know hiw much it costs to drive 100kms. They charged me twice the cost. Worst service. they think they can do anything with the Monopoly they have.

I booked Hyundai Creta for 9 hours. There was no executive to give us the car , car was parked illegally front of Thane Sutherland Pvt Ltd Wagle Estate. Why the car was not at zoom car authorised location? Car was not getting unlocked by application So called multiple times to customer support and unlocked the car. That time only i informed them about the damaged car. when I returned the car again there were no one for inspection of car and documents. I kept the car at same place and left. Then after 10-12 hours I received only 1000 refund out of 5000 deposit, after calling customer support They informed the car was damaged and there are scratches on the car. Before start of the trip only i had raise this issue still why i was charged for this damage.

The booking and payment was easy.. once that's done I was asked to upload my documents.. since I did not have a camera phone I asked if I can show that at the pick up point. They said "no" so I walked to a friends place. Woke him up and used his phone to take pictures of my documents and he sent it to me. Then I try to upload and it doesn't happen(maybe my side,there is some issue) however when I ask for an email address they don't have one.. only upload or forget is the way they speak. Please have all the options. Open.. just like they have Paytm , CC, DC etc zoom should also have multiple options for this too, including showing the documents at the pick up point..

I wonder what has happened to the app now, it always gives error. Earlier it was not like this. Now you can't lock/unlock, fill checklist with the app, let alone withdraw money from wallet. It has gone from bad to worst.
