Good but choppy
by AyeoJosh on 2022/01/14 07:36
The app is good. I like the design too compared to other mp3 or cloud music apps, but it is choppy. Pressing pause or play you can tell there’s a delay, especially when unpausing. Using gestures to go back a screen (swiping the corner) sometimes doesn’t work so you have to keep doing it till it works and the animation for it is choppy. A lot of the animations in this app is choppy. And lastly its a bit unorganized. Just some criticism. This app is pretty good though. I like how it works with Evertag and we are able to change music thumbnail or album thumbnail.
Song Disappears
by Anonymous😤🔫 on 2022/01/14 05:35
I've been using this app for a very long time and I never had an issue with it until now. My song disappears without me even clicking on it. When I download the song again another one ends up disappearing. I wonder if theres a limit like storage for how many songs can be downloaded/added. I don't like downloading a song over again. I hope this issue can be solved.
Airplay Issue in v4.8
by Robsker on 2022/01/13 22:25
I use this app all the time and, although I do love it for my offline music needs, something broke in most recent version (4.8) when using Airplay. When attached to Airplay now, and I Rewind or Fast Forward (either by dragging the progress bar or using 10sec skip buttons), the song progress countdown clock continues to progress (as if it’s playing internally), yet it’s nothing but silence at my Airplay speaker. I have to deselect the Airplay speaker, resume play on iPhone, then deselect the speaker again to get it working. Annoying bug. Luckily, when using speaker or AirPods, it works properly.

Used to be solid, now a piece of crap
by Paratc on 2022/01/13 04:06
This app used to be a gem and so sick for being able to stream from your Google drive. I uninstalled it the first time because it would, absolutely without fail, randomly quit and close every single time I played music after using it for months without issue. I just reinstalled it to try it out again and now, without any logic or reason, all of my albums are sorted from last to first. Even when sorting by "name", which would logically put 01 at the top and 09 at the bottom, it still sorts it by last song to first. So whoever is in charge of the app, please don't quit your day job cause this ain't working.
Used to love it

Good but settings don’t persist
by Oxilumin on 2022/01/07 14:23
Good overall. What makes it 3 stars and keeps me from buying premium / makes me look at other apps is that this player does not persist "songs/albums" switch. I need artist->album->song navigation and with current implementation I have to toggle "songs/albums" button every time I choose an artist, which is super annoying. Seems like a really small ask though to add a setting for default mode where one can choose whether he wants to see a list of albums or right away see a list of all songs when opening an artist.
Good app
by BikerBunnyD on 2022/01/06 08:04
I like that it lets you store music and listen to it off-line. Been using it for a couple years. None of the other reviews mention that it has a sleep timer, I put on waterfalls and meditations at night and said it’s a 40 minute timer knocks me right out. Good stuff

A great app but I wish it did one thing
by Jake Amell on 2021/12/25 15:09
This is honestly. A great app that allows me to listen to music offline perfectly. But when audio files are in a folder for an iCloud service, you can’t add them to a playlist in a group, you can on log do it one by one which is a PAIN. I wish that we can select all songs in a folder for an iCloud service, then add them to a playlist. And I wish that we could copy them to our local files.
Premium Version
by Shay Lehv on 2021/12/23 21:25
Hi I just paid for the premium version and my play lists don’t work. Music files are being removed from existing play lists and I can’t add new songs to newly created play lists. Please Help. I have used this app for 6 Years without a problem and finally decided to pay for the premium version. I like and love the app. It’s sad to say that after paying for the premium version,- I have to be disappointed with it! :-(

The Perfect Apple Music Alternative
by thehomiedan on 2021/12/19 19:32
I honestly have no issues with this app. Bringing in songs from my iCloud Drive is easy, making playlists is easy, the settings are all straight forward, it’s easy to use. I mean everything about this app is perfection. Even if your not going to pay for the premium version the app is still worth it. Great work guys & please keep it up!!!
Easy to use and super useful
by FED Gnome on 2021/12/19 16:18
I’d purchased a few vinyl records and now had a collection of codes to download mp3 versions of those records. I was looking around for an app to store all that music and Evermusic popped up. This app is incredibly easy to use and it takes me no time to get an album sorted into a playlist. I also love that the premium version is just a one time purchase. No hassling with having to pay money every month. Just one purchase and I get infinite songs, offline music, etc. Absolutely would recommend to friends if they’re looking for somewhere to store their downloaded music.

Evermusic is so good!
by JasonBPerez on 2021/12/16 02:32
This audio app works wonders! It has so many options that other apps don’t. For example you can put a password, you can also put a sleep timer, amplifier (with different options) and so many other options. All of this can be used without paying a single dime, which makes this app great for a variety of users!
Excellent for music and audio lectures!
by Chicago review on 2021/12/16 00:43
This app is excellent for listening to music or audio lectures. You do not need to use your computer or iTunes to upload the music. You can connect directly to cloud services like Dropbox Pcloud or Google drive and download your music and start playing. If you upload your music to a cloud service it’s best to put it in a zip file and the software will unzip it for you. The developers are very responsive and constantly updating the software based on the user feedback. I recommend the software and that’s my honest opinion I’m not connected to the developers and I was not paid for this review.
SMB Functionality Broken
by surprised_duck on 2021/12/13 21:03
It’s unfortunately been a couple months now since an update made SMB connectivity mostly unusable. In the past, I primarily used this app to stream my music collection hosted on my home server. Now, however, if I pause my music and the app sits in the background for too long, the SMB connection silently fails. Evermusic attempts and fails to play 10 or more so songs on my playlist before it gives up. The only way to fix it is to manually close and restart the app. I sent an email to the developer about it with detailed information to reproduce, but didn’t get a response. I realize that 99% of people using this app probably don’t use the SMB feature, but as a customer who paid for functionality that’s now broken, I’m seriously disappointed.

10 dollars down the drain
by ProclivityBill on 2021/12/13 16:36
I purchased this premium version a few months ago, to listen to audio lectures, and I chose it because of one feature, which is a MANUAL PLAYBACK SPEED ADJUSTMENT, which allowed me to speed up or down by 2% increments—and I typically set the playback speed between 112% to 120%, depending on the presenter’s pace of speed. THIS feature was just replaced by 25% increments—to as high as 300%, which means that I can listen at normal speed or chipmunk speed. I used to also be able to access the speed change directly via a tab in the upper right of the screen, whereas now, there are many more steps. This app is TOTALLY WORTHLESS to me now.

Perfect app for audio engineers/producers
by equaltempisfosquares on 2021/12/03 04:18
Dropbox does some weird transcoding to their audio previews - so if you stream from the app/browser there are noticeable lossy artifacts..yikes! If you are a mix engineer/musician/whatever and want to check your tracks on the go, use this app :)

It was the perfect MP3 player until
by Wisecap on 2021/11/22 13:24
The latest update which took away my ability to custom edit the order of my music in my playlists. I can sort them alphabetically or by date added but not by my own custom order. Evermusic really was an ideal, all around player and I hope you bring that feature back, until then I’m going to be using other apps that allow me to personalize the order of my music.

This app solved a lot of issues for me!
Can be the best app.
by musicwiz123 on 2021/11/11 06:38
This is not bad EQ , but it needs some improvements. 1. Under artist selection choice by album is a must. Let’s say, the Beatles. Have 10 albums. I want to play one, impossible. I don’t want to waste my time and create the playlist. 2. It should take the album art from my iPhone library. 3. Needs to make easier navigation. Otherwise it has a potential to be 4. I suggested all the above a few 6 monts ago. This is the third request. 5. I would rate 5 stars if the above issues are resolved.

Had all my music over 1000 songs from my cloud drive. Replaced it all. Bam! All gone except 90 songs. Did it again. Same thing happened. Third time. Only 200 songs. Guess what. Gone. Not doing it again. In fact, I’m gonna find a more reliable player.
Freeware version is too crippled to inspire confidence
by bennett haselton on 2021/10/22 08:19
If you are viewing a list of files in a folder and click the “shuffle” button, the button doesn’t work; it just tells you to upgrade. If you are playing one song and click another song, it prompts you to upgrade instead of just switching songs. Even a free trial version of a product should let you click one song while another song is playing.

by itrrsit on 2021/10/19 15:46
I love this app I’ve been using it for at least a year and some months now. I like how simple it is and easy to use. Playlists are fairly easy to make although I wish you could tap a song and add it to the playlist from any of the tabs rather than only just in the playlist tab but it’s whatever. The customization for the ui is great and the equalizer and custom volume is very helpful. OH and the most often feature I use is allowing the app to play in the background OMG that feature is a god send thank you SO much for adding it cause it’s just really that nice to play music in the background while using/listening on other apps. I in particular use it for my own personal background music when listening to podcasts on Spotify.

Good but crashes very often
by The.one23 on 2021/10/11 00:57
I like the interface and the way this app works. Very simple and easy to use, and the layout is convenient. One thing being the reason I don’t rate this 5 stars is that after every 3-5 songs, the app crashes. Doesn’t matter the size or length of the song. It gets annoying, especially when I’m driving or studying.

Good app, but recently…
by GNT-0000 00 Qan[T] on 2021/09/29 04:52
See, I’ve had a great experience with this app’s free version. It’s very intuitive and easy to use. I usually rip MP3 files from YouTube and use this app to play them while I sleep, work, etc. But recently, files have started to behave very oddly. They download and play fine, but when I try to add audio tags to them or have the app find them for me, the file simply ceases to play. The app skips over it to the next song. Usually, if I remove all the tags, the file in question works once more, but sometimes it doesn’t. The reason I rated it four stars anyway is because it’s a good app, it’s just broken right now. But I really need to know if it’s possible to fix this on my end, if it’s a bug that the developer has to fix, or if the app is not the variable in question here (although I think it is - if I use the audio tag editor from the same developer, the same thing happens to my files, and I also tried using a different MP3 ripper in case the old one was corrupting the files). I’m tired of having to leave my audio tags blank and the app giving my Gundam soundtrack a Taylor Swift thumbnail lol
Love it
by Emiliogm48 on 2021/09/29 03:41

Great - but here are some suggestions
by Sharkey Mc on 2021/09/26 20:43
I love the idea of this app. I love that I can have content in my own online cloud storage - in this case Google Drive - and I can organize it with evermusic into playlists that I can listen to. I like the fact that you can have the app download your content to your device - for offline operating mode. I dig that you can set a photo to represent the playlist. There are probably more things that I like as well but I’m going to mention a few suggestions here. I really appreciate that it has an equalizer. And 10 band graphic is pretty cool. But the equalizer is a little difficult to manage. 1. It would be better if, in addition to manual operation, there were series of presets you could choose from. Like Spotify does. 2. It would also be great if there were more than one EQ profile that you could save. 3.It would be super awesome if you could have discreet EQ profiles for different songs like the way you can and iTunes. It would be awesome if you could have both functions. 1. a global EQ setting like Spotify 2. Unique eq settings per track. Finally, there is a very odd thing that I’m experiencing where evermusic is picking random graphic images -images that are not mine - and applying them to my playlists or tracks.

there's really nothing to hate with the app. it is disappointing to have to download your own music but the app makes up for it by letting allowing automatic tag editing for songs, like album covers and album info. i also really like how you can use your own photos for your playlists, it reminds me of spotify
Just what I looked for ….. but …..
by rwells2265 on 2021/07/14 00:48
Yes, there’s always a “but.” (Isn’t life that way?) Have used this app for about a year, and satisfies what I’d been seeking for a long time: ability to play podcasts and other one-and-done files via drag and drop on my iPhone without having to go through iTunes and mixing with my existing digital library. I no longer need to use a flash drive in the car. Crossfade is a great feature, too - especially when playing items from an album with seamless tracks. Also, the EQ section is robust and I like the gain feature. BUT #1: I’m disappointed that it doesn’t appear to read playlist files (m3u). If I’m missing something, someone please enlighten me. BUT #2: Please consider an audio compressor (sound processing), which would be a great help when listening in a noisy car environment. I’d pay extra for that. Summed up, I’m basically content with this app. 4.5/5

by unijt5un6un on 2021/07/03 17:22
I really love this app and all the options it gives me. I am able to download music to Evermusic and replay it how many time I want . But the problem is that when evermusic reloads then it changes my playlist into a random order, it also erases some of my songs on its own and I don’t even press shuffle it just randomly mixes it and erases a lot of my songs, if you are able to fix this problem I will rate this app 5/5 but other than that the app is awesome.
Hi-Resolution, gapless, SMB, cloud storage, offline mode, it (almost) has it all
by ScreenAddict on 2021/06/28 07:40
I have tried just about every music player in the app store, and they all seem to have major areas of missing functionality. Evermusic pretty much has it all. It works with just about every common audio format you can find, including hi-res formats. I fed it 24/192 Flac for example and it plays them locally or via my external DAC/amp perfectly. My music collection is hosted on my LAN on a Windows 10 system, and Evermusic can easily access everything via SMB, with the option to download content for offline use or mark folders for synchronization, so they will be updated on your device whenever changes are made at the source - perfect. Of course it plays local music that you already have on your device, but Evermusic also lets you access music on Dropbox, Box, MEGA, Google Drive, OneDrive, Yandex.Disk, MyCloud Home, WebDAV, pCloud, MediaFire, MySrive and HiDrive! You can also use it in Wi-Fi drive mode to SEND files to the device FROM your computer, but I haven’t found the need. In fact, the only feature that I have found frustratingly lacking, is Last.FM integration. I love Last’s scrobbling, reporting and charting features to be a lot of fun and very useful for a Music Ddict such as I. It is clearly not a showstopper, but I wish they could add the capability in an upcoming release. Their partner app: FLACbox curiously shares nearly identical features but has no cross-fade (gapless) capability. It does however support more exotic music formats. There is no other player on iOS that comes close to Evermusic in capabilities or connectivity. If this doesn’t do what you need, then you are doing something very sophisticated indeed. It is my permanent go-to player for more own music library, alongside my streamers: Amazon Music HD, DI.FM HD, Bandcamp, Soundcloud and Mixcloud. 9.9/10 - I still want Last.fm support!
Good luck

Customer suppoort don't seem to exist. Most difficult App. to navigate you've ever seen. A lot of work to to be able to have tone controls for your music. Album artwork doesn't come over, images appear that you didn't load on your phone.. Wanting you to load the music to your phone, and a phone within a phone.. It does sound good, with no added coloration to your music.

by rsreviw on 2021/06/21 22:21
Started crashing in the last few days. Seems to be something to do with the synchronizating mode…..can they please address this? I purchased this app based on the reviews and spent time downloading music to it. Now I can’t use it

The one feature I care about stopped working
by Schwartstack on 2021/06/03 03:20
The app used to have a feature where you could hold the play button and it would restore the state that you were in. It suddenly stopped working a while ago. I emailed the dev and they never responded. This app is garbage now.
Cant be beat
by Jhayelloww on 2021/06/01 16:11
Bro purchasing the ONE TIME premium feature was the best decision of my life in regards to music. Itunes would randomly remove my tracks and i have to pay monthly with spotify and apple music. This app handles all of that easy. Thats all the time I have for now, I need to go back to playin Animal Crossing New Leaf on my New Nintendo 3DS.
Very good

Love this app!

This app is outstanding! I use dropbox as my music source and could not find any app that would shuffle the music I have in there but, this app did just the thing. Love it!
Quirks in recent update
by Marioandme on 2020/03/08 03:54
The app's been working beautifully for a taste-test-type of mp3 software or whatever, but there's something in the latest update that pauses the music outright when I open the photo app in both Default and Mixed mode. I tried to work with it at first, but it got really annoying as time went on, misswiping and simply trying to get shots of something every other moment, although it keeps playing if I'm using my Voice Memos app at the same time, curiously enough. That, and the file sizes stopped showing up in the...files...section. I'm not sure why that's gone in the most recent update, I'd like to know how much of the 200 megabytes or so my podcasts are taking up, haha. Oh! and the music speeds are kind of funky. I usually don't mind the crumbly bumbly nature of them, but as I took up listening to Crystal Castles again, not being able to hear the changes in pitch from the .95 and 1.05 speeds kind of bums me out. Again, no dealbreaker, but things keeping me from considering this app absolutely perfect. I'd buy it several times over if I could.
Was fine until the last 2 updates
by Jon Kelling on 2020/11/16 18:16
The app was great when I first got it, would be five stars, but lost a star after an update because the album covers thing got screwed up. It would either choose its own, or not have one at all. Other than that it still worked fine. After this latest update, I’m very disappointed. It stated that the album covers thing would be fixed, I go into the app and all but a few of the album covers are not there. Just blank. The ones that do have covers are not the original cover I chose for the album. Just all the same picture from my Google drive. When I chose edit image, it fixed it for just the album image, not the album images next to the songs. And that’s not all, I can’t even upload songs from Garage Band to the app anymore. I use Garage Band to make songs and I copy them to Evermusic. Now, it doesn’t give that option. It just says “Evermusic” and it loads the song and then nothing happens. It’s not in there. At first I thought this was a problem with the Garage Band app, but when I went into Evermusic I discovered that there is now an option to upload your songs from in the app by just choosing one from files. I did, and it just loaded and loaded and didn’t do anything. If you fix this stuff, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you in advance.
it’s just that, amazing.
by betsyyreyes on 2019/10/16 16:16
Although not perfect. I just upgraded my phone to the eleven max pro and it had refused to let my old app (musicloud pro) download onto it since it is no longer in the appstore. And evermusic was the best bet I can find to something akin to my old app. All my music was downloaded with ease, and I absolutely love the organization feature so I can rename all my files! The music plays nicely, the templates offered are absolutely insane and I just love everything about the app. The only thing I must comment on though is the file photo cover. I tried many times to switch the covers with one of my own from dropbox but it never loads, although my personal photos will load onto playlist covers. I just wish there was a way to fix this, and to edit album covers (so that all the songs from the specific album can have the same personalized photo automatically) just like I can edit playlist covers. The file covers they have accumulated from the internet are mostly abhorrent and I just can’t stand them lol. I’ve seen that this has been a problem from the past from other reviews as well. Other than that, this app is still amazing and I’d drop my money on it again any day!
Almost perfect, but needs some fix
by DanielGeb22 on 2019/11/01 12:57
This music player has a really good interface, as well as for its file manager. But there are some things I have to point out : First, there’s a noticeable lag every time you change tracks in the lockscreen, so try fixing that. Something you should add to the app, is being able to share or export multiple songs at the same time, compared to only being able to export one track at a time (for now). Because right now, I have like 500 songs stored into Evermusic, and if I want to export them for some reason to the stock Files app (in case Evermusic stops working for some reason and I lose all my songs), I would have to export them one by one which takes forever to do so, whereas if you allow us to export a bunch of songs at the same time, that would be much more easier. One more thing, is being able to import pictures from the camera roll to change album artworks, instead of being limited to only cloud storages (G Drive, Dropbox...). Other than those problems, the app is great.
The only good iOS music app for those who have mp3 files of their own
by Anaminus on 2018/08/29 18:50
This is the best ios app for music I've seen. Lets you copy paste files via regular file manager, removing the need for itunes on windows which is a huge plus. Really nice looking and very functional. While looking for this I first used flacbox very briefly until I realized this existed since flacbox seems to crash a lot, basically identical but this seems to have bug fixes. One thing that I noticed was different (using full version of evermusic vs flacbox) was how music added via file manager shows up as downloaded music under media library, and you can't add this to the regular songs list. I'm not why they are differentiated, but I only have files added this way and nothing online. I don't mind this, I'm wondering why the difference though. Otherwise very happy to use this and not deal with itunes or any of the other not so great music apps out there.
Missing very basic features
by neontzars on 2020/06/29 19:39
I still use this app a lot and am a Pro user, so the 2 star rating may be a bit harsh, but I am looking for something better. I have contacted the developers several times to ask them to add simple things like the ability to play a 2 disc album or box set in the proper order (otherwise this app can *only* play back single disc releases), to isolate artists from compilation albums (like iTunes does, to make the “artists” list a touch more manageable), to enable scrobbling with last fm (not essential but standard in lots of other music software), etc. To their credit they do respond when asked about actual bugs and the like, but they don’t see interested in improving the features, even the really easy stuff. Very frustrating.
Basically flacbox with some bugfixes
by Lordradish on 2020/01/11 15:08
I love their other app, Flacbox, but it has a lot of bugs that seem to not have ever been fixed. such as I could never get it stream FLAC'S from my NAS. This one does, so I feel like I'm essentially paying for the same app, twice. I don't know why they couldn't have just fixed FLACBOX, instead of getting us to pay again for what is essentially the same app. Only bug I can see in this one is that when you load an folder to play (not in a Playlist) it seems to play the songs in alphabetical order instead of by track number, which is frustrating. It also needs the ability to view your online music by folder, as now it just does it by artist or album or song, which can be frustrating when you have your collection organized a certain way and know how to get to what you want, quickly. Good program, but not happy about essentially paying for it twice.
Great app all around
by Scott Cedars on 2020/09/15 00:45
I’ve used this app for about a year now, and I love it so much. It lets me add all my music tags (which I hate not having) and it even has a “Find Tags” option, which I love even more. Only thing I don’t like is, let’s say you have a live recording, with all the live album tags, it still shows the studio cover, and sometimes vice-versa. Also sometimes it’ll randomly pause the playlist at the end of a song, but you just have to hit lay again, no big deal. It also sometimes puts an auto cover on songs that aren’t right, but that understandable, a coded app can only get so much stuff right the first time. But other than that I love this so much, and I’d recommend it to everyone who is looking for an online music app.
Good music app but...
by hecc64895 on 2020/03/01 17:54
There’s one flaw and that’s the fact that on the music player the song won’t show unless you’re in the app but even when you exit out it goes away. Can you fix that, please? About the new update: I would prefer if we had the option to go back to the old way cause it was a lot more simplified compared to now. Well what I mean by simplified is that it was kinda stupid to remove the ability to add files and edit audio tags and put them into a separate app. When it should've been used in a more advanced way instead of completely removing it from the main app. Hopefully you'll notice this review and give a response cause I really preferred the old version instead of the new one!
Great App that really works
by ahabshamaa on 2021/05/05 10:10
I’ve tried and bought several apps that advertise similar functionality. None of them worked the way I wanted them to. I wanted an app that plays my mp3 audiobooks that are either store in my cloud account, or on my iPhone. It was also very important for me to be able to resume play from last position played, and to be able to create several bookmarks. This app delivers on all fronts. It has actually made it possible for me to enjoy my audiobooks while driving (the are mp3 books made up of several chapters). I do use audible, audiobooks, etc. for off the shelf books, but I can’t use these apps to play mp3 audiobooks made up of 100+ chapters. Evermusic allows me to do so.
DEVELOPERS PLZ READ !!!
by ifoxjjsbs on 2018/10/10 00:17
This app is amazing THE ONLY thing that is missing since the beginning that other music apps have is the ability to edit/ upload your own album cover & the artists pictures them selfs through your camera roll or the internet, the metadata will put random pictures/album covers of other artists & there’s no way you are able to simply correct it because the only option is the audio tag editor which doesn’t let you change the random pictures to begin with! Also if we are able to change the name of an artist in the artist page so we can avoid duplicates of the same artist. I hope someone reads this !! It took almost a year for the most recent update & still the same issues
Very close to perfection!
by Omio_101 on 2020/09/19 08:22
Hey there Mr/Mrs. Developer, I would like to personally thank you for creating this app for iOS devices. This is one of the rarest fine apps for listening to offline or downloaded music out there! I’d rate this app 4.5 stars. It nearly has every feature one would desire in this but still, I would like you to add one more extra feature to kick this off to perfection, that is: ADDING EVERMUSIC SUPPORT FOR SIRI! As for like, if I’m busy and cannot touch my phone for a few moments, I could literally ask Siri through voice to play a song from the Evermusic app easily, which is unfortunately not in the app right this moment! So, I’d please request you to take this into consideration and add support for Siri! If this happens, then it will get full 5 stars ⭐️ from me, guaranteed! Thank you
The best music app I have used!
by Mindful_flower on 2019/09/21 14:34
I have been searching for a very long time for a music app that was easy and quick to use and then I found Evermusic. I use google drive to download my music and you can easily download your music from there to the app. After using the app for around 2 years, I have had like only 2 glitches where I click on a song and it plays another song but that is it. You can easily edit a song’s name and info. The only thing I wish they could change is how to change a song’s picture. That is a bit complicated or at least for me. If they could allow you to add an image from your photo library, that would be nice. Overall though, great app! I recommend it :)!
Ok
by Jgulu on 2018/12/17 20:44
I think for all free music players that allow you to connect to your cloud drive, only Evermusic is usable. All others either have really stupid ADs that make their apps unusable or have too many restrictions. That doesn’t mean I have low standards for Evermusic. The problems for Evermusic I have are: 1. Sync takes forever. I only have 185 songs on my cloud drive and I have opened the app to let it synced many times. It’s still not complete. My internet speed is 150mbps. Again, I only have 185 songs. 2. SORT for my music library. The idea is great because I love to be able to sort my music by date. But it doesn’t work. I don’t know what sorting method is implemented behind the scene but results are complete wrong. Is this a feature that only few people use? How come it is still not fixed? Appreciate the free app. Just wanted to point out the frustration.
❤LOVE, BUT 🙏please add Siri support & custom eq
by jman98 on 2020/05/22 16:03
This app is fantastic, I live how easy it is to set up your own media sharing server so you can have your own little 'cloud' set up to stream your music and how easy it is to set up third party cloud services, as well as using the native Files app to import downloaded music. I also really enjoy using the built-in audio tagging feature. The only thing missing is support for Siri Search and Shortcuts. I know with the audio tagging it's possible so please dev team let's make it happen! I'd really love to make this a part of a shortcut for when I start my run/walk/cycling workout. Keep up the excellent work Evermusic! Also... Would love to see an option for custom equalizer presets & 3D surround sound presets (like Boom audio)
Great App but has some issues
by Hameid7881 on 2018/11/26 04:58
It has some features that same apps don’t: like identifying the song, editing audio tags, downloading music covers, changing interfaces. And it’s very enough for people like me who wants to upload music from computer or social networks and organize them. Buuuuuutttttt, it has sooo many buggggs, mostly in playlist. When You add songs, it stuck When you delete songs, it stuck. And the other problem is that you can’t choose the album covers or singers in music library and it only downloads them automatically. I think if developers give more options and take down the bugs, it will be sooooo muchhh better than other apps in this field.
The update made things messed up
by BeefyCrush on 2020/11/06 02:58
Everything was fine before the current update. Now songs won’t play, downloads won’t load. The app keeps freezing. Adding new songs ends up adding all of the songs I downloaded to a playlist and that is very annoying, having to trash all music just for it to happen again. This update screwed up alot of things and that is very disappointing to say the least. I know a few years ago i made Comment saying this app was awesome and all that but.. Its all pretty frustrating now. Thats a shame. Update: i have had it, music wont play at ALL at this point. The app is now rendered useless now. I cant even do anything with out that x in the middle of the screen loading, it freezes and i have to get off the app before i can use it again only for it to freeze up 10 seconds later. What did this update do to this app?!
Works great for playing from Google Drive
by LeVareview on 2019/09/24 06:49
I looked for a few apps to play audiobooks that are saved to my Google Drive and this is by far the best one. It will link easily and allow you to access the audio files (presumably) regardless of the audio format. The other apps I tried wouldn’t play the file types I used and this one came through! The only thing I’d say isn’t perfect is if the file is large, anything close to 100mb gets sketchy and if it freezes playback in the middle of it then it’s hard to find your place again. I don’t expect flawless playback for files that large though, especially from a free app so 5 stars anyway!
Greatest music library app yet !
by 8giela on 2021/01/27 16:51
Not only does it have every good thing the other apps do, but it does everything else the others can’t do and does everything better ! - It automatically fades into the next song rather than abrupt endings - it allows you to upload straight from the files app which is unlike any of the other ones i tried yesterday - it’s actually offline compatible ( i have to say that because some of the other ones weren’t ) - there’s no limit to the amount of songs you can download - you can put a password on it - it comes equipped with an EQUALIZER ...the list goes on and on but I think i did a deep search for an app like this and take my suggestion so you don’t have to 🤷🏾‍♂️ UPDATE : I had to lower the rating because of an extremely annoying bug in the app. You have to keep closing the app and reopening it to continue renaming songs and adding info to them and it does this loading screen that takes forever . Overall , the tools in the app are great but the delivery is very poor and idk what to do anymore 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
Can’t add files and sync doesn’t work
by DaveHochh on 2019/10/21 18:54
Once I add one or more files it does not seem to have the ability to add more. The actual button you need to hit to download files to the app disappears if there are any files already in the app. It’s extremely frustrating. What this means is that if I have any files in the app and I want to add more I have to delete everything and then add them all back as one big batch. Also tried the sync feature which apparently does not work. It recognizes that there are 521 files in the Dropbox folder that I selected, but then it just stops. It never actually transfers anything. Last gripe is that it never remembers the last file I was playing. I use this app for language lessons so it would be nice if it would save my place in the playlist.
Makes the iPad Pro a useable music machine
by richardfrisch on 2019/11/27 20:21
All the other apps I tried, including the iOS Music app, are brain-dead music players IME. This app does what I want. It lets me easily import music I added to the iPad and play it. It also lets me easily connect to my NAS and computers, as well as my cloud storage services like OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox, and play music on their drives. Can’t do that with iOS Music. iOS Music and many other music player apps require me to use iCloud or Apple Music. Not Evermusic! Kudos to the developer(s) for making something that works the way I want rather than the way they want.
Luckily, when using speaker or AirPods, it works properly.
wish there was a login feature
by Kaylah_rose on 2021/01/02 17:42
i love this app a lot. one of the best music apps that has everything i want. i love the organization of everything. the only thing is i wish this app had is the ability to make an account that u can login to on other devices because i’m putting a ton of work into fixing the song titles, artists, cover art, etc. and id hate for that to go to waste if i get a new phone. I absolutely love everything else about this app, though.
Great app, almost everything I need in one place
by ogrnls on 2018/12/20 15:59
I was delighted to find an app I can use for music and audiobooks. I download from google drive and play offline. Syncing is buggy, i ended up with four of each file so I just download and don’t sync anymore. The files initially only show up in the download section but Are easy to access once I put them in a playlist. I especially got this so I can adjust the playback speed and set bookmarks. The only thing I wish it had is an alarm I could set to play a certain playlist starting at a book mark or where I left off at on the sleep timer.
Evermusic
by unijt5un6un on 2021/07/03 17:22
I really love this app and all the options it gives me.
Best used with Dropbox
by praqi on 2020/05/31 22:27
The app does pretty much what you expect with downloading music for offline. The best (and probably simplest way) to use it is with a Dropbox account. Download both, make an account, go to YtMp3 on any search engine, convert the video you want, save to Dropbox, and then link your Dropbox to the app and send over the files. Only caveat is anything downloaded on your phone like podcast will also go there so best to make a playlist with only songs.
No star, don’t buy this app
by stacy1689 on 2020/05/23 23:51
I am very disappointed after made my purchased for this app. Let me tell you why, I spend lot of time downloading songs to this app but all my songs disappear after one month. My playlist did show I have the amount of songs and time length on my playlist but when I click on my playlist, it show No Songs.... zero.. I downloaded all over again and this time it last more than one month and all songs were gone again. The first time I ran into this issue, I email to support and did not getting any support. I emailed again and no response... I wast my money buying this stupid app. So I write the review to let people know DO NOT BUY THIS APP...
Satisfactory
by HeyaDoods on 2018/08/28 04:51
It's a great music player, but for some reason whenever I try and rename a song to read it easier, it just disappears from my playlist entirely. I've also had a bit of trouble downloading new songs to add into my playlists, but maybe thats just me. Also, I hate the addition of the next song automatically playing when the previous, current song is about to finish. Annoys me more than being a convenience, due to some songs ending in a few seconds, and then a new song just taking over.
Amazing
by ThatOneReviewer626 on 2019/10/19 21:30
In the beginning the layout was a bit confusing but it wasn’t hard to figure out after a few minutes. I’ve always been looking for something like this and I like how you can create playlists. I especially like that it shows how much time is in each playlist. Definitely would recommend to use this app if you need an easy offline music player. I have an iPhone XR by the way and it works good for me so far.
Disappearing Songs
by Gorqubus on 2020/10/25 11:37
I love this app. It has an easy process of downloading MP3s and porting them in. I wanna give the app 5 stars but I can’t. The reason I can’t is because I keep loosing songs out of my playlists and they won’t reload back in. I’ve spent ALOT of time building up my playlists on here and I’m kind of afraid to do anymore because I don’t wanna loose all that hard work. Please fix the bug causing us to loose songs so I can give it 5 stars. I’ll even pay for Pro if you put it in the patch please
Problematic, no help from support
by Richro65 on 2020/07/09 00:21
I bought this app because I have an extensive music library and the free version has queue limitations. The problem is that I never get to have my entire queue played because the app keeps resetting itself either after charging the phone or updating the iOS. Sometimes the continue playback option is there, other times is it not and the queue is empty. The cross fade option also does not work. Wish I had my $5 back
Suggestion
by Said it was on 2019/10/11 23:33
I absolutely love this app, it’s amazing and I beatable, the only reason I don’t use it more often is because it doesn’t have the option to add or display lyric. I don’t know the technicalities, so I have no idea if it’s even possible for the developers but I know it’s possible because I use another (not as good, but with everything I need) app that has that feature. If it had a lyric option, it would be so great! Besides that, the app is absolutely perfect.
Finally, a wonderful player
by permeable on 2018/02/06 05:47
After years of searching, I can stop. This player easily lets me take my private music collection with me wherever I go. I just browse my collection, download albums, create playlists, and listen. Anywhere I want to. And it’s beautiful to look at. One suggestion would be to add a “driving mode” to the UI to make it easy to pause, play, and navigate tracks while driving. Wonderful music player.
Excellent App and the bookmark feature is a time saver
by daygirl on 2020/12/21 16:43
I’ve been using this app for over a year and recommend it to all of my friends! I love the bookmark feature which eliminates having to fast forwarding to the good parts. And having all of my Dropbox and google audio files in one place is super helpful. Also, I’ve never experienced any technical glitches with this app.
I actually love this for podcasts
by allorache on 2020/07/07 20:42
I listen to a lot of podcasts. I like to download like a months worth and put them in a folder on my phone so I can play them in order while driving without using data. This app allows me to download from dropbox to a folder on my phone, play podcasts in the order I arranged, and remembers where I left off. Absolutely worth $ for pro.
Does what I need
by Rayme38 on 2019/04/05 20:46
I am able transfer all my files to one player that does everything I need! I love equalizer and all the features. I want to give it 5 stars but I gave 4 only because it has a learning curve that kept me from purchasing at first. The icons are not very explanatory, you really need to play around awhile before you can find what you need. After a while I liked enough to purchase the pro version.
The best
by Glove Handles on 2019/06/07 06:51
This is hands-down the best music app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried a ton of different apps with the same purpose in mind, but all of them fell short in one way or another. This one? Almost flawless. There are a few shortcomings here and there, but nothing severe. With my music library all over the place, I needed a unified app to bring all of my music together. This one fulfills the purpose nicely and I couldn’t be happier.
Fantastic Music App Replacement
by Shaeger on 2020/12/22 00:42
I’ve had this app since the IPhone 4s and still use it constantly if that says much.. Access to One Drive and Google Drive alone make it worth it, but it offers so much more - tag editing, support that is very helpful and responsive, and overall ease of use - it’s better than the music app by far and is a fantastic value.
Very good but fills my hard drive with duplicates
by daniel.voaviarison on 2020/06/28 00:59
This is a very good app, I bought the pro version. The only issue is (which is quite big) that if I turn offline mode for my cloud based playlist, it will download the playlist locally, then when I play the song from the all song section, it will still download another copy of the song to a different location... it is possible it downloads it again if I open the song from the album section...

Good stuff

I used this app for years and it worked perfectly fine and now it updated and I cant download music anymore, it takes me to a weird website and makes me download a VPN app and won’t even download the song when I get the app. Wish it would go back to how it was

I’m confused. What happened to the edit option within the playlist that allows you to change to order sequenceof the songs? This feature is essential. Please return this option. Otherwise a great app. The best that I know for playing your music playlist.

Too unreliable when pulling from large libraries. Had to do it all by hand, then an update wiped everything so i have to do it again. Annoying.

Good, but can you plz add the ability of sorting albums with the time they've been added? Like when you can sort them withthe lastest you've downloaded, and ability of auto-pause when you open the Instagram like Android, tnx anyway for this majestic app!!

Cannot rearrange songs in playlist anymore?!
by jonmadison on 2021/10/04 05:47
I bought this app to be able to test out and rearrange my playlists. There was a bug that I found a workaround for with regards to reordering playlists, but now the ability to edit a playlist order seems to be gone altogether Edit -it’s moved to a “select” menu

Love it

I love this app. It gives you the freedom to make music your own. You can import any song you want in this and play it online and offline

I usually have minimal issues with this app but some of my recently downloaded songs are not coded properly. I click on them and a different, random song starts playing. They’re in my Dropbox properly so I’m not really sure how to fix it on my end. Seems like something for the next update. Pls do this soon!

by unmmmmmshdhdhf on 2021/07/25 02:25
there's really nothing to hate with the app. it is disappointing to have to download your own music but the app makes up for it by letting allowing automatic tag editing for songs, like album covers and album info. i also really like how you can use your own photos for your playlists, it reminds me of spotify

Evermusic
by unijt5un6un on 2021/07/03 17:22
I really love this app and all the options it gives me.

Luckily, when using speaker or AirPods, it works properly.
wish there was a login feature
by Kaylah_rose on 2021/01/02 17:42
i love this app a lot. one of the best music apps that has everything i want. i love the organization of everything. the only thing is i wish this app had is the ability to make an account that u can login to on other devices because i’m putting a ton of work into fixing the song titles, artists, cover art, etc. and id hate for that to go to waste if i get a new phone.
No star, don’t buy this app
by stacy1689 on 2020/05/23 23:51
I am very disappointed after made my purchased for this app.
