Game is rigged and takes advantage of long term players with supporting new players, half the accounts seem to be duplicates, there is never a chance to carry the flop on this app.
Their packages are horrible and support does nothing about it anymore, they use to. 3 mother day packages and you get garbage. Been long term on this app and now i barely play, if not for some friends I would delete the app. This will be reported to the BBB and gaming commission. There were something like 18 people deleted from the app for cheating, but never paid any of the members who played them their money back. I only keep coming out anymore to screen shot and report, but internal reporting is not going to fix this app, governing agency can fix the app.

Starts out OK, but then it’s like any other. Flushes and straights fall like one of a kind. You get boat, 4 of a kind shows up. Over and over and over again. Trips on the flop, might as well fold then. Random generated is laughable. Soon as my couple bucks are lost, this app is gone.

I’ve been playing this app for months and it does not disappoint. The interface and UI is the cleanest around and the game itself is better run than any other poker app I’ve tried. The smooth operation coupled with the social aspects of the games (gifts and emotes and chat rooms) makes this game unbeatable. Not to mention they also have a decent trading community focused around avatars that you can use in-game that are just adorable. The algorithm for card chances can seem a little suspect but I suppose that could be me and confirmation bias. Chance is chance. 10/10

You will enjoy the game until you realize most of these games you played manipulated by bunch of inside people. They play with you on the table and have all sort of controls for the game. They have access to unlimited bankroll and even manipulate your application at wish. Game creator I.e. Rag, himself is a wasted person. He teams up with people who provide cash under the table and badly influences the game. Lost interest playing and done supporting the game. Only Z4 Galaxian, admin have integrity for himself and for the game.

So, a couple days ago I reached out to hd poker customer service complaining about not having a lot of chips and demanding they give me some or I’d simply delete the app (I was being super unreasonable lol). I sent the email laughing to myself thinking whoever reads it would just ignore my request since you have the option to purchase more chips if you aren’t satisfied with your current amount. Anyways, I was responded to immediately the following day by Zoë, and let me tell you she was an absolute delight! She acknowledged instantly that I’ve been a loyal player on the app and rewarded me with a GENEROUS amount of gifts and chips. All of this from my whiny, unreasonable email asking for more chips while I’ve spent a total of $0 my entire time playing the game. So, 10/10 recommendation to anyone considering downloading the app; they provide a variety of table options, hands are well paced, it is easy to engage with other players at the tables, they offer plenty of cool knick knacks that you can earn from playing or by purchasing for a fair price, and they are certainly a company who takes customer service very seriously! Respect and appreciate what they do and how they handle business!

I played everyday here for about 2 yrs. SO many bugs! I get booted on average about 9 times a day. I’ve lost many many chips due to this and I can’t even get a reply from customer service! SCAM! Good graphics is all this app has! Don’t waste ur time or money

When I first started playing this game, I loved it. Thought it was fun until now… It seems the RNG is fake. They let you win to get you excited. After you’re hooked on the game, it seems they set you up to lose 95% of the time so you can keep making purchases and spend real money just to keep the action going. Many have quit this game and it looks like I’m next. I’m getting more and more skeptical about how this game is being ran. If the developer of this game doesn’t consider this, they will be losing many regular players.

What a wonderful, interactive game this is! I have never played Texas Holden before. Lots of poker but not this. Watched on TV, so I knew a little. The best part of this game, is you can ask people to be your friend while your playing. My new friends were so helpful & kind, telling me how to trade, playing all the different games, playing 2 games or more at the same time, the spin wheel & strategy. Which really helped. Regular tables for beginner’s to Elite players. A lot of tables for each group. Sit & Go, Time Bomb, Tournament’s, even a place to start your own home table and treasure chests! Awesome! The avatar’s you can pick from are really well done! Anything & everything you can imagine! People are friendly & you can text messages to people you play, bantering back and forth & also giving gifts to people you play with. The gifts are outrageous & fun! There is a place to send messages with ideas for the developers. They email you back immediately! They have music you can listen to while playing. I emailed that when it gets closer to Christmas, maybe they can play some Christmas music. Got email back right away thanking me for suggestions. The best part is the people you meet. You can invite them to play with you! Having friends that gave me avatars & gifts without asking anything in return. Some new friends giving me chests, as they knew I was new to give me money, avatars & gifts! What a game! You have to at least try it! And it is a free game! Deal those cards! You’ll love this game! I’ve been using HD Poker on my iPhone all year and this is a really great app. The poker is so much fun and there are great milestones to achieve within the game. The graphics and app are awesome. My coworkers and I even used this to have our own private games. I highly recommend this app.

IAccidentally got locked out of the game I emailed the app and they got back to me really quickly problem was resolved in less than 24 hours they’re really attentive to the customer. Not only that but they were really courteous to me. Not to mention this app is awesome and like a review I saw it said it was just good for newbies, I can’t really say it’s not it is a giving app it gives you bonuses like every hour so you will always have chips to play and the chat feature in the game is fun and players congratulate you.

I have been playing this game for about 6 months. Yesterday night I had my first issue with the game. I entered a 109 million dollar tournament and it was bugged. After a half hour I exited the tournament because I could tell there was an issue. Funds were lost and I couldn’t rejoin the tournament…I emailed the tech support about 15 hours later. I received a response and compensation within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I have never been so please and impressed by a mobile phone game company in my entire life! They refunded my funds and gave me multiple epic chest without even questioning anything. Seriously, it’s shocking and a breath of fresh air to see they actually care about their product. I am an even bigger fan knowing this is how the company treats their customers in times of need. This should be the standard! Thank you Zoë!!!

This game is really fun and I enjoy the challenge. However, the model has shifted towards more advertisements and less rewards. You now receive advertisements to close out of each time you launch the game (3-4 prompts), your weekly rewards are cut in half, and blinds are double. I understand the push for more money but a win is honestly less fulfilling. Prior to this shift, 5/5 stars.

Ya gotta love the avatars! So funky. I’ve been playing HD Poker for over a year (maybe longer, idk) and have enjoyed it from the beginning. The admins are always there for assistance in any problem or concern. Zoe is the best!
The deals are always random just like the real thing, not weighted towards big spenders like some sites. And plenty of options for play, SnG’s and MTT tourneys. And the old drop in and drop out tables. Points are given for winning and bonuses handed out every week for your level.
I highly recommend HD Poker for a nice change of Texas Hold’em Poker.

This game has the best interface and gameplay of any poker app out there. It has so much potential, but the unrealistic deals ruin it. I saw two royal flushes in one day, for example. The deal algorithms favor pot winners. If you play and you want to change your streak, all ya gotta do is bluff to win the pot and you’ll get a good deal next time.

Here’s an honest truth about this app:
While fun this game is all about who’s hot. If you are cold you will lose almost every hand even with huge pockets. Next day you win with all trash. Again the game is fun but the BIGGEST FLAW is not real poker % but rather who’s running hot. Kinda sad poker honestly. I don’t recommend such fake stuff and past year it’s gone downhill BIG TIME!!

I have played on many poker platforms for both real money and play money. By far HD poker continues to be the best free play poker app I have played on. Unbelievable things to look forward to each day like earning different avatars, gifts to collect and or hand out to other players, chests, tickets for spin for chips, hourly cheat drops and so much more. Most importantly is the customer service. I have had interactions with Zoe and have been beyond impressed with the customer service received, as I am sure any other player has or will be well taken care of. 2020 was rough but 2021 is slowly getting better. Being a small business owner having a little extra down time because of the pandemic circumstances I haven’t a found a better or safer place to be than here at HD Poker. Thank you guys for the continued excellence in customer service.

After playing for over a year. Here’s my thoughts on HD. I’ve played in IRL for cash & in tournaments. The odd are stacked against you once HD knows your repeatedly coming back. This goes for those who purchase chips as well as those that don’t. Here’s why. For beginners that don’t buy as well as those that don’t, they give you a winning streak. Then you’ll start loosing in vast amounts, over the course days, or weeks with no hands or little by little. They use those who don’t buy chips as pawns to deplete those that do. If the guy that doesn’t buy chips quits the app they don’t care. Why would they? They didn’t make money off them and someone else is ready to take over. Conjecture on my part? Yes. But look at it this way this app like all others depends on $ for their bottom line. Wether it’s backed by chip purchases or stock market. For those that are playing and for those that do download this especially if you play IRL. How many flush over flush, boat over boat, straight over straight, 2-4 split pots, and river losses should you see? Not to mention the hands your not even in but, watching. You have about a 14 % chance loosing or about 80% chance of winning when your dealt AA. Not at HD you have a little less than a coin flip and will loose at least 50% of the time. Oh I know what they’ll post as a response, that the random number generator is certified by Gaming Laboratories international. Then post the most current certification continually within the app. If they change the app they are supposed to get re-certified again. Gaming Laboratories international runs the RNG through its software to see how random it is. So without a current certification your playing into HD. Also, don’t trust the reviews either, they can employ people to write bogus reviews.

Not an honest true poker game. The shuffle never gives you an honest chance. Every time you fold it seems your hand would have won and I am constantly seeing flushes that beat me. I never get a good pair or a flop that goes my way. I may sound like a winer but go ahead and play it and you will see what happens!

I started playing HDpoker about a year ago and have been hooked ever since! It’s a lot of fun and when I had issues logging in, I reached out and got an answer so quick and he was super helpful which makes my experience even better! Definitely the best poker app available. Not your basic poker game. The developers did a really great job designing this game. Wide variety of avatars to choose from.Haven’t seen another poker game that will drop chest on the table randomly or one that has cool streetfighter avatars.Also the technical support is amazing! Anytime I’ve ever had any problems with the game someone has gotten back to me within 24 hours. Hands-down best poker app available!

I play quite a bit of poker, slots and 3 card. This is the most realistic out of all of them... it’s like being at the casino. Only difference is you can’t read your opponents face. Not only is the gaming realistic but the staff and customer support is awesome. Every time I have a complaint, concern or question they are very helpful. Get this game and have fun... you won’t be alone.

Shout out to Zoe who helped me recover an account due to operator (ME) error. She was patient with an old man that has technology issues! Walked me through getting back on line and playing.
I love the game as both a distraction from life and as a tactical mind enhancer. Poker really makes you think about possible odds and events.
Thumbs up to the developers for interesting characters and diversity. Have shared a few gifts but still learning the ins and outs of the game.

I’ve been playing this game for about a year now and am totally hooked! The gameplay is smooth, easy to navigate UI, and great graphics with hundreds of super fun avatars!
As many other reviews have mentioned, the support is fantastic too! Big shoutout to Zoe from the Z4 Support Team for always answering questions lightning fast and for being a super-awesome friendly person!

I have played a number of poker apps to date and HD poker is by far the best available. Not only does it have wonderful graphics, an amazing community of players, but they also have an entire Z4 team that is truly dedicated to making your experience the best. Anytime I have ever needed anything someone from the Z4 team has quickly and efficiently been there to help. They are always open and willing to resolve any issues you might have directly with you and always follow up to ensure your happiness. Yes it’s just poker but it’s much more than that with HD Poker and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I thought this one was better than most but turns out it’s just as rigged as the rest. Bot’s going all in before the flop, bots joining the game with $200k more than the buy in on a $50k seat
I lost a game just before I deleted the app with 3 jacks and 2 queens to 3 8’s and 2 queens with an all in bet. I did a double take when I saw it then decided that will be all for this app.

I wanted to learn how to play Texas Hold ‘em and stumbled onto this site. I’ve been playing for about 5 months now, and probably the funnest game I’ve ever played.
There are a wide assortment of avatars to collect or to suit your personality, fun table gifts to give and challenging players.
I love how you can easily chat with other players, reminds me of your friendly neighborhood bar. Characters of all ages and plenty of good stories. It’s especially interesting to me to chat with the international players, the different world views are amazing.
The customer service staff is incredibly responsive, be it a complaint, or question.
Highly recommend this game, give it a try!

Finally a poker game for the future. I have played them all and sick of poker that hasn’t changed since the 90s. Great fun and social finding lots of friends to play with. All the bells and whistles and then some with great play and art. I have already collected a bunch of cool a avatars and rooms. The astronaut is my favorite. Almost at a billion chips too. Will try sit and goes later today. Thanks to whoever built this game. It’s great!

Although flashy, HD poker is an extremely unrealistic poker game, don’t bother trying to play as if it has real odds. All in every time and NEVER give them real money

This is a great app. Great games besides the standard hold em. They have tourney style A game called time bomb is quick and fun. The community is super friendly. Support has been awesome. While most of the time it was just game questions, the one time I really needed tech support they were awesome. Quick and easy to follow reply’s. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my IPad. Thought the problem was with the game. I could not figure it out. Zoe discovered what the problem was and gave me instructions how to fix it. This game has great support. As for the game itself I downloaded it to help get me through COVID. Well that was a month ago and I’m still playing. It’s a lot of fun. Thank you.

I play HD Poker had trouble getting my chips back when I got a new phone, but a big thanks goes out to Zoe (customer service) who helped me and gave me more chips. Customer service is awesome, and I like the game it’s different from all the other poker games that I ended up deleting out. Enjoy HD poker thanks again

I have been playing this game for a couple months, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great way to safely practice the game, with a fun avatar system to flex on your friends. There’s many things that make the game exciting, and even if you lose all your chips, you can try again within a few hours.

My game use to work without being connected to WiFi and for whatever reason it just will not connect to the server unless I’m connected to WiFi. I can have full bars and the best reception but it just won’t work unless I’m on WiFi. I’ve looked and my cellular data is on with the app I’ve tried deleting it and all that. Please help with this I really like this game it’s the best poker game hands down so I don’t want to play another one. I just need to know how to fix this

I have been plying poker a long time and played many apps, this is by far the most fun and innovative app I ever played. It’s very addicting. They have so many levels of fun and strategy it’s impossible to get bored. Not to mention they have the greatest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend it to anyone who loves poker and also loves having fun. Cool avatars. Great gifts you can send and receive between players. You can even TRADE avatars with other players. I recently downloaded this app, and was instantly hooked. It’s classic Texas Holdem, and if you literally play your cards right it will keep you at the table for quite some time. Besides poker there’s some nice features that come along with it, the chest drops that not only gives you chips (if you win the hand) but fun avatars that you can play as at the table, or even trade them up with people on your friends list, and fun gifts to share with whomever you’re playing with. The ticket wheel can come in handy if your chip stack is getting low, and the gems allow you to purchase boosts, chips, avatars, and tickets!
Side note: if you follow any of their social media, they’re always giving out free stuff, but it seems to be time limited, so it’s always worth a quick peek since your phones in your hand anyway.
5/5 stars for gameplay, graphics, content, ranking system. Fun game all around that will keep ya playing.

I’ve played various poker game apps and this is my favorite. All of the various avatars and poker rooms are very detailed and colorful. Amazing definition quality.
Many different levels of play based on experience and bankroll are offered from newbie to masters. Players from all over the world are able to play and chat as well as gift and poke fun at one another.
It’s easy to get hooked on it - as I have. I play it daily. Great game app!

Have this game on both pc and mobile. Fantastic UI that definitely competes with WSOP and GOP3. Players are friendly and kind and it creates a good environment.
Sit-n-Go Beta is excellent and well done, you’ll find friends and meet regulars that will create a good time playing HDPoker.
Overall great game and have recommended it to many friends.

So, a couple days ago I reached out to hd poker customer service complaining about not having a lot of chips and demanding they give me some or I’d simply delete the app (I was being super unreasonable lol). I sent the email laughing to myself thinking whoever reads it would just ignore my request since you have the option to purchase more chips if you aren’t satisfied with your current amount. Anyways, I was responded to immediately the following day by Zoë, and let me tell you she was an absolute delight! She acknowledged instantly that I’ve been a loyal player on the app and rewarded me with a GENEROUS amount of gifts and chips. All of this from my whiny, unreasonable email asking for more chips while I’ve spent a total of $0 my entire time playing the game. So, 10/10 recommendation to anyone considering downloading the app; they provide a variety of table options, hands are well paced, it is easy to engage with other players at the tables, they offer plenty of cool knick knacks that you can earn from playing or by purchasing for a fair price, and they are certainly a company who takes customer service very seriously! Respect and appreciate what they do and how they handle business!

I was playing Texas Holdem on HD Poker and felt I was shorted on a chip payout, so I wrote a message to High Def (HD) Poker in my game settings, just to make them aware. It wasn’t 30 minutes later that I received a long, detailed, and professional message back from Zoe. She took time to thank me for playing and asked how they could make their game experience a better one for me? She was wanting honest feedback and she seemed really concerned so I answered her with ideas like 3 and 5 Player game options. I have played most all of the on line Texas Holdem games and most could care less and are unresponsive. Zoe responded back almost immediately with things that HD is currently working on to better their game offering. I enjoy this game and thanks to the care and follow up, I not only feel that the game itself is a quality one, but that the people behind the game are caring and quality people as well. This is a winning combination and a fun game all in one. Thanks

As I saw with some of the other reviews, I wanted to leave some feedback, and critique.
Positives:
Overall, the diversity of the game is quite good. A lot of features that get updated frequently. The attention to detail in room settings, avatars, knick knack gifts. More or less the fluidity of the game is pretty solid, with minimal disruptions.
Negatives:
Being that it is poker, hands have a tendency to play out poorly. Players looking to double down, often go all-in pre flop, with really awful cards. This disrupts the flow and pace of games on a table. Second, I believe there have been many instances of collusion. I was informed it isn't possible that someone hack the system, but I always think there is a slightly remote shot. When you get a good hand, but don’t react in time, the computer sits you out. That can be annoying, especially when you know you could slam the hand. Also the slider feature is annoying, when you are running out of time, trying to figure out how much to place. It jumps immediately from 400 to 5,000. Also, the timer on your hand goes way too fast sometimes, while deciding.
Overall I am pleased with the playability and future updates forthcoming.
PS: A big shout to Zoe, for her LIGHTNING FAST TURNAROUND replies and communique. I expected to wait days, she responded next day, with insight, respect, and friendly banter. MAKE SURE HD RETAINS THIS EMPLOYEE! Top Notch

I love HD Poker....my main reason it the fact that site has so much to do...I love the poker but love the not stop action that goes with it! All the bells and whistles are there..... and things change from one day to the next! Different tournaments. Different rooms and tons of fun! Then you have fun..,avatars & plenty of gifts.....surprise Chest out of nowhere with goodness, keeps the excitement going! Then if you have a competitive edge as I, you got the leadership board, leveling up & games, games & more games!! Friends.....connecting is awesome I can keep up with and find all the players I admire.....to watch or play with them! Room much to say!! But the best is yet to come! The support team is the most awesome team I’ve every met...,always responding in a timely matter answering questions!! What I think is awesome is that they will jump in a game and play with us! I have been playing this game for about 6 months. Yesterday night I had my first issue with the game. I entered a 109 million dollar tournament and it was bugged. After a half hour I exited the tournament because I could tell there was an issue. Funds were lost and I couldn’t rejoin the tournament…I emailed the tech support about 15 hours later. I received a response and compensation within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I have never been so please and impressed by a mobile phone game company in my entire life! They refunded my funds and gave me multiple epic chest without even questioning anything. Seriously, it’s shocking and a breath of fresh air to see they actually care about their product. I am an even bigger fan knowing this is how the company treats their customers in times of need. This should be the standard! Thank you Zoë!!!

I have played on many poker platforms for both real money and play money. By far HD poker continues to be the best free play poker app I have played on. Unbelievable things to look forward to each day like earning different avatars, gifts to collect and or hand out to other players, chests, tickets for spin for chips, hourly cheat drops and so much more. Most importantly is the customer service. I have had interactions with Zoe and have been beyond impressed with the customer service received, as I am sure any other player has or will be well taken care of. 2020 was rough but 2021 is slowly getting better. Being a small business owner having a little extra down time because of the pandemic circumstances I haven’t a found a better or safer place to be than here at HD Poker. Thank you guys for the continued excellence in customer service.

With all of the things our world is going through it has been a joy to find such a fun game to play online. My family and I started playing games together online just as a way to come together and still keep our distance. Once we found HD the other games went to the wayside.
We love the different avitars, the different rooms and the different prizes that are offered as you are playin. This game keeps all of our attention and we have great laughs as we play.
I have never seen an online game give such great service as HD, when you have questions or inquiries they are very quick to respond and help to make sure your experience is good.
They truly pay attention to detail and make everyone feel welcomed.
I do have to admit, it is addicting, in such an awesome way. TCUP

I myself have probably played every application of Texas Hold Em available. HD is by far the best in all aspects from the great avatars to the surprise gifts showing up unannounced. The graphics and avatars are awesome. Their customer service is top notch, I had a question about something in their game and they responded in a very timely manner and explained what I was to do. Most of the other hold em apps, might respond in days or even weeks if they respond at all. HD cares for their players. The one thing that i feel needs improving is the gift giving, if they do a lot of it during a hand it blocks the view of the game being played, I wish there was an option to turn off gift giving and receiving. I am very glad that I found this app and the people who built it. Kudos to the whole group, you did an excellent job.

HD poker is a fun interactive game. Honestly my attention span for games is typically short lived. HD poker has kept my attention for months. It has many options to customize the look of your game; imaginative avatars, elaborate backgrounds, and a plentiful assortment of exchangeable gifts. You can collect and trade everything with other players. The daily rewards system is generous and accumulative. The achievements system allows you to open rewards given during game play. I recently made a few suggestions to support. I was delightfully pleased to actually hear back from them. Other apps send a form thank you letter. I received great information and a personal thank you from a human. The game is being expanded and upgraded all the time. I would definitely recommend give HD Poker a try!

I have never enjoyed playing a gaming app but HD poker is one I’m addicted to. I love this game! I had an issue with the game and contacted customer support and initially I thought I wasn’t going to get a response. But, I was wrong not only did I get a response, Zoe helped resolved my problem. She also thanked me for my business. The upper management makes you feel important when playing this game. They don’t just take your money and ignore your emails, they actually really care and I recommend this game for anyone. If you like to be treated with respect and love poker download this game because it’s the game for you. Customer service is the key and Hd poker lives by that. I love this game. Thanks Zoe! I spend all my time playing this game - even when I should be working. Zoe and the team have been great to collaborate with in building a better user experience. I took part in the beta Sit & Go Tournament and even though I'm only a midlevel player I was welcomed to participate. I had some ideas how to make it even better and sent them to Zoe. She was very responsive and appreciative. Her and the team reviewed my ideas and might even implement some. I was blown away by HD Poker's commitment to their values and their sincere gratitude for me passing on suggestions. This is the best poker game I've found. Looking forward to the new and improved HD Poker!

I have played a number of poker apps to date and HD poker is by far the best available. Not only does it have wonderful graphics, an amazing community of players, but they also have an entire Z4 team that is truly dedicated to making your experience the best. Anytime I have ever needed anything someone from the Z4 team has quickly and efficiently been there to help. They are always open and willing to resolve any issues you might have directly with you and always follow up to ensure your happiness. Yes it’s just poker but it’s much more than that with HD Poker and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Best poker app for iPhone and poker game for PC. You link account to play on PC through Steam.
The game reminds me of the old Full Tilt poker from early 2000s, but 100x better. The avatars, tables and gifts you earn from chest are top notch.
The is also a built in rank system that a player can climb. There are weekly rewards for finishing out in a certain rank each week, including gems which a player uses to by keys to unlock chest for cosmetic rewards.
About the chest, once in a while a certain type of chest will drop as part of a pot, that players can addition win as a reward.
The devs are very friendly, I was surprised when I sent my feedback about adding some additions to game, they emailed me back and talked to me. There are not a lot of devs that do that.
The only down side I have right now is, there is no tournament games, but the devs said they are going to add this in the near future. So when that happens I will be completely happy. I love playing regular games, but I like the play Sit-and-gos at times, as well as larger tournaments.

Great bonus chests given every two hours with free store gifts given out daily. No other poker site is as awesome or amazing. I’ve been playing this app for months and it does not disappoint. The interface and UI is the cleanest around and the game itself is better run than any other poker app I’ve tried. The smooth operation coupled with the social aspects of the games (gifts and emotes and chat rooms) makes this game unbeatable. Not to mention they also have a decent trading community focused around avatars that you can use in-game that are just adorable. The algorithm for card chances can seem a little suspect but I suppose that could be me and confirmation bias. Chance is chance. 10/10

HD poker is a good game has good graphic lots of different avatars you can change your avatar when ever you want lots to choose from and tables. I want to get the ( a Cat Avatar) if I can. Well really there are so many different ones I want to. Sometimes I get doubles or triple of the same avatar and I would like to try and get at least 1 of all of them. You get free coins ever few hours nice. They give you a chance to even win a chest at the table with great gifts in it. And if you have any problems poker support helps out. 5 Stars. HD Poker is an awesome game that will keep you entertained and coming back for more and more. It is fast paced and the graphics are interesting and keep you engaged. I like that there are different chip level tables to play at, so that players from novices to experts can enjoy the game. I really like the new feature - called Sit & Go where you can play in a tournament environment for different levels of buy-in. I have tried many of the other Poker game apps on the Apple Store, and this by far and away my favorite. Give it a go, I’m sure you’ll love it!

I have tried nearly every poker site out there and would play for awhile then delete as they would get boring. That was until I found HD Poker , I absolutely love this game. Choosing an Avatar and playing is fun You can add friends and learn when how they play and choose rooms send gifts and have fun playing without the game becoming stagnant. It is always different and the better I get the more challenging it becomes. They are constantly adding enhancements and improvements. I am hooked and a loyal fan. IAccidentally got locked out of the game I emailed the app and they got back to me really quickly problem was resolved in less than 24 hours they’re really attentive to the customer. Not only that but they were really courteous to me. Not to mention this app is awesome and like a review I saw it said it was just good for newbies, I can’t really say it’s not it is a giving app it gives you bonuses like every hour so you will always have chips to play and the chat feature in the game is fun and players congratulate you.

Not only is HD Poker a fun game with great graphics, Zoe and the engineers in the support group are second to none. I experienced a major problem with my account and they worked tirelessly for the last four or five days helping us figure out what was wrong. The game is up and running. Their patience and persistence is nothing short of astounding. If you ever have any issue with your account or the game, go to help and send a note and you will have a response within a day and then you will have one on one support until your issue is resolved. Great game and great folks!

Ya gotta love the avatars! So funky. I’ve been playing HD Poker for over a year (maybe longer, idk) and have enjoyed it from the beginning. The admins are always there for assistance in any problem or concern. Zoe is the best!
The deals are always random just like the real thing, not weighted towards big spenders like some sites. And plenty of options for play, SnG’s and MTT tourneys. And the old drop in and drop out tables. Points are given for winning and bonuses handed out every week for your level.
I highly recommend HD Poker for a nice change of Texas Hold’em Poker.

Game is rigged and takes advantage of long term players with supporting new players, half the accounts seem to be duplicates, there is never a chance to carry the flop on this app.
Their packages are horrible and support does nothing about it anymore, they use to. 3 mother day packages and you get garbage. Been long term on this app and now i barely play, if not for some friends I would delete the app. This will be reported to the BBB and gaming commission. There were something like 18 people deleted from the app for cheating, but never paid any of the members who played them their money back. I only keep coming out anymore to screen shot and report, but internal reporting is not going to fix this app, governing agency can fix the app.

With a bunch of avatars you can get by just playing. I really like the avatars because you can make it whichever one you want and give your profile a unique look. This game is good when it comes to looks and gameplay and also using the user interface is very easy and quick. The only problem I have with this game is the “supposed” random card draws. I just started playing this game and I’ve never seen a poker game out basically give out flushes,straights, and flushes almost every hand in MY LIFE!!! please reassure me that this game isn’t rigged. This game even feels like it gives some of the most weakest hands advantages over actual good hands. High cards barely even come out most of the time and every single ace tends to come out of the flop what feels like every six hands or so. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. THIS GAME FEELS LIKE IT’S REWARDING BEGINNERS.

I am addicted to this app! I love being able to play with my family and friends online. The daily free items in the store are a great plus and the trade option is awesome! I have tried several poker apps to find what I wanted and this one is, hands down, the BEST app! Highly recommend this anyone looking to play poker! This app is unique in it’s many ways you can change your settings, avatars and interact with other players. I suppose some poker purists may find this distracting, but I find it fun. Like most poker apps there are different levels so everyone can play. There are items you can purchase or just play free. I did have a couple technical questions and found the support staff super nice and responsive, which motivated me to write this.

Been playing this for several months. Can’t seem to walk away for more than a day or two. Had my first issue today where I couldn’t get into the store. Contacted customer support “Zoe” who quickly assisted and replied to my request and solved the problem. Figured I would wait for a reply for at least a few or have them reply with difficult resolve. 2 minutes later and back in the game. Awesome game and support. Thanks greatly.

This poker game is by far the best one on the App Store. The admins are amazing, they take time to write you back and will do anything for you. I’ve been playing this game for about a year now and am totally hooked! The gameplay is smooth, easy to navigate UI, and great graphics with hundreds of super fun avatars!

Finally a poker game for the future. I have played them all and sick of poker that hasn’t changed since the 90s. Great fun and social finding lots of friends to play with. All the bells and whistles and then some with great play and art. I have already collected a bunch of cool a avatars and rooms. The astronaut is my favorite. Almost at a billion chips too. I thought this one was better than most but turns out it’s just as rigged as the rest. Bot’s going all in before the flop, bots joining the game with $200k more than the buy in on a $50k seat
I lost a game just before I deleted the app with 3 jacks and 2 queens to 3 8’s and 2 queens with an all in bet. I did a double take when I saw it then decided that will be all for this app.

I play quite a bit of poker, slots and 3 card. This is the most realistic out of all of them... it’s like being at the casino. Only difference is you can’t read your opponents face. Not only is the gaming realistic but the staff and customer support is awesome. Every time I have a complaint, concern or question they are very helpful. Starts out OK, but then it’s like any other. Flushes and straights fall like one of a kind. You get boat, 4 of a kind shows up. Over and over and over again. Trips on the flop, might as well fold then. Random generated is laughable. Soon as my couple bucks are lost, this app is gone.

I’ve been playing this app for months and it does not disappoint. The interface and UI is the cleanest around and the game itself is better run than any other poker app I’ve tried. The smooth operation coupled with the social aspects of the games (gifts and emotes and chat rooms) makes this game unbeatable. Not to mention they also have a decent trading community focused around avatars that you can use in-game that are just adorable. The algorithm for card chances can seem a little suspect but I suppose that could be me and confirmation bias. Chance is chance. 10/10

You will enjoy the game until you realize most of these games you played manipulated by bunch of inside people. They play with you on the table and have all sort of controls for the game. They have access to unlimited bankroll and even manipulate your application at wish. Game creator I.e. Rag, himself is a wasted person. He teams up with people who provide cash under the table and badly influences the game. Lost interest playing and done supporting the game. Only Z4 Galaxian, admin have integrity for himself and for the game.

So, a couple days ago I reached out to hd poker customer service complaining about not having a lot of chips and demanding they give me some or I’d simply delete the app (I was being super unreasonable lol). I sent the email laughing to myself thinking whoever reads it would just ignore my request since you have the option to purchase more chips if you aren’t satisfied with your current amount. Anyways, I was responded to immediately the following day by Zoë, and let me tell you she was an absolute delight! She acknowledged instantly that I’ve been a loyal player on the app and rewarded me with a GENEROUS amount of gifts and chips. All of this from my whiny, unreasonable email asking for more chips while I’ve spent a total of $0 my entire time playing the game. So, 10/10 recommendation to anyone considering downloading the app; they provide a variety of table options, hands are well paced, it is easy to engage with other players at the tables, they offer plenty of cool knick knacks that you can earn from playing or by purchasing for a fair price, and they are certainly a company who takes customer service very seriously! Respect and appreciate what they do and how they handle business!

I played everyday here for about 2 yrs. SO many bugs! I get booted on average about 9 times a day. I’ve lost many many chips due to this and I can’t even get a reply from customer service! SCAM! Good graphics is all this app has! Don’t waste ur time or money

When I first started playing this game, I loved it. Thought it was fun until now… It seems the RNG is fake. They let you win to get you excited. After you’re hooked on the game, it seems they set you up to lose 95% of the time so you can keep making purchases and spend real money just to keep the action going. Many have quit this game and it looks like I’m next. I’m getting more and more skeptical about how this game is being ran. If the developer of this game doesn’t consider this, they will be losing many regular players.

What a wonderful, interactive game this is! I have never played Texas Holden before. Lots of poker but not this. Watched on TV, so I knew a little. The best part of this game, is you can ask people to be your friend while your playing. My new friends were so helpful & kind, telling me how to trade, playing all the different games, playing 2 games or more at the same time, the spin wheel & strategy. Which really helped. Regular tables for beginner’s to Elite players. A lot of tables for each group. Sit & Go, Time Bomb, Tournament’s, even a place to start your own home table and treasure chests! Awesome! The avatar’s you can pick from are really well done! Anything & everything you can imagine! People are friendly & you can text messages to people you play, bantering back and forth & also giving gifts to people you play with. The gifts are outrageous & fun! There is a place to send messages with ideas for the developers. They email you back immediately! They have music you can listen to while playing. I emailed that when it gets closer to Christmas, maybe they can play some Christmas music. Got email back right away thanking me for suggestions. The best part is the people you meet. You can invite them to play with you! Having friends that gave me avatars & gifts without asking anything in return. Some new friends giving me chests, as they knew I was new to give me money, avatars & gifts! What a game! You have to at least try it! And it is a free game! Deal those cards! You’ll love this game! I’ve been using HD Poker on my iPhone all year and this is a really great app. The poker is so much fun and there are great milestones to achieve within the game. The graphics and app are awesome. My coworkers and I even used this to have our own private games. I highly recommend this app.

IAccidentally got locked out of the game I emailed the app and they got back to me really quickly problem was resolved in less than 24 hours they’re really attentive to the customer. Not only that but they were really courteous to me. Not to mention this app is awesome and like a review I saw it said it was just good for newbies, I can’t really say it’s not it is a giving app it gives you bonuses like every hour so you will always have chips to play and the chat feature in the game is fun and players congratulate you.

I have been playing this game for about 6 months. Yesterday night I had my first issue with the game. I entered a 109 million dollar tournament and it was bugged. After a half hour I exited the tournament because I could tell there was an issue. Funds were lost and I couldn’t rejoin the tournament…I emailed the tech support about 15 hours later. I received a response and compensation within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I have never been so please and impressed by a mobile phone game company in my entire life! They refunded my funds and gave me multiple epic chest without even questioning anything. Seriously, it’s shocking and a breath of fresh air to see they actually care about their product. I am an even bigger fan knowing this is how the company treats their customers in times of need. This should be the standard! Thank you Zoë!!!

This game is really fun and I enjoy the challenge. However, the model has shifted towards more advertisements and less rewards. You now receive advertisements to close out of each time you launch the game (3-4 prompts), your weekly rewards are cut in half, and blinds are double. I understand the push for more money but a win is honestly less fulfilling. Prior to this shift, 5/5 stars.

Ya gotta love the avatars! So funky. I’ve been playing HD Poker for over a year (maybe longer, idk) and have enjoyed it from the beginning. The admins are always there for assistance in any problem or concern. Zoe is the best!
The deals are always random just like the real thing, not weighted towards big spenders like some sites. And plenty of options for play, SnG’s and MTT tourneys. And the old drop in and drop out tables. Points are given for winning and bonuses handed out every week for your level.
I highly recommend HD Poker for a nice change of Texas Hold’em Poker.

This game has the best interface and gameplay of any poker app out there. It has so much potential, but the unrealistic deals ruin it. I saw two royal flushes in one day, for example. The deal algorithms favor pot winners. If you play and you want to change your streak, all ya gotta do is bluff to win the pot and you’ll get a good deal next time.

Here’s an honest truth about this app:
While fun this game is all about who’s hot. If you are cold you will lose almost every hand even with huge pockets. Next day you win with all trash. Again the game is fun but the BIGGEST FLAW is not real poker % but rather who’s running hot. Kinda sad poker honestly. I don’t recommend such fake stuff and past year it’s gone downhill BIG TIME!!

I have played on many poker platforms for both real money and play money. By far HD poker continues to be the best free play poker app I have played on. Unbelievable things to look forward to each day like earning different avatars, gifts to collect and or hand out to other players, chests, tickets for spin for chips, hourly cheat drops and so much more. Most importantly is the customer service. I have had interactions with Zoe and have been beyond impressed with the customer service received, as I am sure any other player has or will be well taken care of. 2020 was rough but 2021 is slowly getting better. Being a small business owner having a little extra down time because of the pandemic circumstances I haven’t a found a better or safer place to be than here at HD Poker. Thank you guys for the continued excellence in customer service.

After playing for over a year. Here’s my thoughts on HD. I’ve played in IRL for cash & in tournaments. The odd are stacked against you once HD knows your repeatedly coming back. This goes for those who purchase chips as well as those that don’t. Here’s why. For beginners that don’t buy as well as those that don’t, they give you a winning streak. Then you’ll start loosing in vast amounts, over the course days, or weeks with no hands or little by little. They use those who don’t buy chips as pawns to deplete those that do. If the guy that doesn’t buy chips quits the app they don’t care. Why would they? They didn’t make money off them and someone else is ready to take over. Conjecture on my part? Yes. But look at it this way this app like all others depends on $ for their bottom line. Wether it’s backed by chip purchases or stock market. For those that are playing and for those that do download this especially if you play IRL. How many flush over flush, boat over boat, straight over straight, 2-4 split pots, and river losses should you see? Not to mention the hands your not even in but, watching. You have about a 14 % chance loosing or about 80% chance of winning when your dealt AA. Not at HD you have a little less than a coin flip and will loose at least 50% of the time. Oh I know what they’ll post as a response, that the random number generator is certified by Gaming Laboratories international. Then post the most current certification continually within the app. If they change the app they are supposed to get re-certified again. Gaming Laboratories international runs the RNG through its software to see how random it is. So without a current certification your playing into HD. Also, don’t trust the reviews either, they can employ people to write bogus reviews.

Not an honest true poker game. The shuffle never gives you an honest chance. Every time you fold it seems your hand would have won and I am constantly seeing flushes that beat me. I never get a good pair or a flop that goes my way. I may sound like a winer but go ahead and play it and you will see what happens!

I started playing HDpoker about a year ago and have been hooked ever since! It’s a lot of fun and when I had issues logging in, I reached out and got an answer so quick and he was super helpful which makes my experience even better! Definitely the best poker app available. Not your basic poker game. The developers did a really great job designing this game. Wide variety of avatars to choose from.Haven’t seen another poker game that will drop chest on the table randomly or one that has cool streetfighter avatars.Also the technical support is amazing! Anytime I’ve ever had any problems with the game someone has gotten back to me within 24 hours. Hands-down best poker app available!

I play quite a bit of poker, slots and 3 card. This is the most realistic out of all of them... it’s like being at the casino. Only difference is you can’t read your opponents face. Not only is the gaming realistic but the staff and customer support is awesome. Every time I have a complaint, concern or question they are very helpful. Shout out to Zoe who helped me recover an account due to operator (ME) error. She was patient with an old man that has technology issues! Walked me through getting back on line and playing.
I love the game as both a distraction from life and as a tactical mind enhancer. Poker really makes you think about possible odds and events.
Thumbs up to the developers for interesting characters and diversity. Have shared a few gifts but still learning the ins and outs of the game.

I’ve been playing this game for about a year now and am totally hooked! The gameplay is smooth, easy to navigate UI, and great graphics with hundreds of super fun avatars!
As many other reviews have mentioned, the support is fantastic too! Big shoutout to Zoe from the Z4 Support Team for always answering questions lightning fast and for being a super-awesome friendly person!

I have played a number of poker apps to date and HD poker is by far the best available. Not only does it have wonderful graphics, an amazing community of players, but they also have an entire Z4 team that is truly dedicated to making your experience the best. Anytime I have ever needed anything someone from the Z4 team has quickly and efficiently been there to help. They are always open and willing to resolve any issues you might have directly with you and always follow up to ensure your happiness. Yes it’s just poker but it’s much more than that with HD Poker and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I thought this one was better than most but turns out it’s just as rigged as the rest. Bot’s going all in before the flop, bots joining the game with $200k more than the buy in on a $50k seat
I lost a game just before I deleted the app with 3 jacks and 2 queens to 3 8’s and 2 queens with an all in bet. I did a double take when I saw it then decided that will be all for this app.

I wanted to learn how to play Texas Hold ‘em and stumbled onto this site. I’ve been playing for about 5 months now, and probably the funnest game I’ve ever played.
There are a wide assortment of avatars to collect or to suit your personality, fun table gifts to give and challenging players.
I love how you can easily chat with other players, reminds me of your friendly neighborhood bar. Characters of all ages and plenty of good stories. It’s especially interesting to me to chat with the international players, the different world views are amazing.
The customer service staff is incredibly responsive, be it a complaint, or question.
Highly recommend this game, give it a try!

Finally a poker game for the future. I have played them all and sick of poker that hasn’t changed since the 90s. Great fun and social finding lots of friends to play with. All the bells and whistles and then some with great play and art. I have already collected a bunch of cool a avatars and rooms. The astronaut is my favorite. Almost at a billion chips too. This is a great app. Great games besides the standard hold em. They have tourney style A game called time bomb is quick and fun. The community is super friendly. Support has been awesome. While most of the time it was just game questions, the one time I really needed tech support they were awesome. Quick and easy to follow reply’s. Highly recommend!

My game use to work without being connected to WiFi and for whatever reason it just will not connect to the server unless I’m connected to WiFi. I can have full bars and the best reception but it just won’t work unless I’m on WiFi. I’ve looked and my cellular data is on with the app I’ve tried deleting it and all that. Please help with this I really like this game it’s the best poker game hands down so I don’t want to play another one. I just need to know how to fix this

I have been plying poker a long time and played many apps, this is by far the most fun and innovative app I ever played. It’s very addicting. They have so many levels of fun and strategy it’s impossible to get bored. Not to mention they have the greatest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recently downloaded this app, and was instantly hooked. It’s classic Texas Holdem, and if you literally play your cards right it will keep you at the table for quite some time. Besides poker there’s some nice features that come along with it, the chest drops that not only gives you chips (if you win the hand) but fun avatars that you can play as at the table, or even trade them up with people on your friends list, and fun gifts to share with whomever you’re playing with. The ticket wheel can come in handy if your chip stack is getting low, and the gems allow you to purchase boosts, chips, avatars, and tickets!
Side note: if you follow any of their social media, they’re always giving out free stuff, but it seems to be time limited, so it’s always worth a quick peek since your phones in your hand anyway.
5/5 stars for gameplay, graphics, content, ranking system. Fun game all around that will keep ya playing.

Many different levels of play based on experience and bankroll are offered from newbie to masters. Players from all over the world are able to play and chat as well as gift and poke fun at one another.

Have this game on both pc and mobile. Fantastic UI that definitely competes with WSOP and GOP3. Players are friendly and kind and it creates a good environment.
Sit-n-Go Beta is excellent and well done, you’ll find friends and meet regulars that will create a good time playing HDPoker.

So, a couple days ago I reached out to hd poker customer service complaining about not having a lot of chips and demanding they give me some or I’d simply delete the app (I was being super unreasonable lol). I sent the email laughing to myself thinking whoever reads it would just ignore my request since you have the option to purchase more chips if you aren’t satisfied with your current amount. Anyways, I was responded to immediately the following day by Zoë, and let me tell you she was an absolute delight! She acknowledged instantly that I’ve been a loyal player on the app and rewarded me with a GENEROUS amount of gifts and chips. All of this from my whiny, unreasonable email asking for more chips while I’ve spent a total of $0 my entire time playing the game. I recently downloaded this app, and was instantly hooked. It’s classic Texas Holdem, and if you literally play your cards right it will keep you at the table for quite some time. Besides poker there’s some nice features that come along with it, the chest drops that not only gives you chips (if you win the hand) but fun avatars that you can play as at the table, or even trade them up with people on your friends list, and fun gifts to share with whomever you’re playing with. The ticket wheel can come in handy if your chip stack is getting low, and the gems allow you to purchase boosts, chips, avatars, and tickets!
Side note: if you follow any of their social media, they’re always giving out free stuff, but it seems to be time limited, so it’s always worth a quick peek since your phones in your hand anyway.
5/5 stars for gameplay, graphics, content, ranking system. Fun game all around that will keep ya playing.

I was playing Texas Holdem on HD Poker and felt I was shorted on a chip payout, so I wrote a message to High Def (HD) Poker in my game settings, just to make them aware. It wasn’t 30 minutes later that I received a long, detailed, and professional message back from Zoe. She took time to thank me for playing and asked how they could make their game experience a better one for me? She was wanting honest feedback and she seemed really concerned so I answered her with ideas like 3 and 5 Player game options. I have played most all of the on line Texas Holdem games and most could care less and are unresponsive. Zoe responded back almost immediately with things that HD is currently working on to better their game offering. I enjoy this game and thanks to the care and follow up, I not only feel that the game itself is a quality one, but that the people behind the game are caring and quality people as well. This is a winning combination and a fun game all in one. Thanks

As I saw with some of the other reviews, I wanted to leave some feedback, and critique.
Positives:
Overall, the diversity of the game is quite good. A lot of features that get updated frequently. The attention to detail in room settings, avatars, knick knack gifts. More or less the fluidity of the game is pretty solid, with minimal disruptions.
Negatives:
Being that it is poker, hands have a tendency to play out poorly. Players looking to double down, often go all-in pre flop, with really awful cards. This disrupts the flow and pace of games on a table. Second, I believe there have been many instances of collusion. I was informed it isn't possible that someone hack the system, but I always think there is a slightly remote shot. When you get a good hand, but don’t react in time, the computer sits you out. That can be annoying, especially when you know you could slam the hand. Also the slider feature is annoying, when you are running out of time, trying to figure out how much to place. It jumps immediately from 400 to 5,000. Also, the timer on your hand goes way too fast sometimes, while deciding.
Overall I am pleased with the playability and future updates forthcoming.
PS: A big shout to Zoe, for her LIGHTNING FAST TURNAROUND replies and communique. I expected to wait days, she responded next day, with insight, respect, and friendly banter. MAKE SURE HD RETAINS THIS EMPLOYEE! Top Notch

I love HD Poker....my main reason it the fact that site has so much to do...I love the poker but love the not stop action that goes with it! All the bells and whistles are there..... and things change from one day to the next! Different tournaments. Different rooms and tons of fun! Then you have fun..,avatars & plenty of gifts.....surprise Chest out of nowhere with goodness, keeps the excitement going! I have been playing this game for about 6 months. Yesterday night I had my first issue with the game. I entered a 109 million dollar tournament and it was bugged. After a half hour I exited the tournament because I could tell there was an issue. Funds were lost and I couldn’t rejoin the tournament…I emailed the tech support about 15 hours later. I received a response and compensation within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I have never been so please and impressed by a mobile phone game company in my entire life! They refunded my funds and gave me multiple epic chest without even questioning anything. Seriously, it’s shocking and a breath of fresh air to see they actually care about their product. I am an even bigger fan knowing this is how the company treats their customers in times of need. This should be the standard! Thank you Zoë!!!

I have played on many poker platforms for both real money and play money. By far HD poker continues to be the best free play poker app I have played on. Unbelievable things to look forward to each day like earning different avatars, gifts to collect and or hand out to other players, chests, tickets for spin for chips, hourly cheat drops and so much more. Most importantly is the customer service. I have had interactions with Zoe and have been beyond impressed with the customer service received, as I am sure any other player has or will be well taken care of. 2020 was rough but 2021 is slowly getting better. Being a small business owner having a little extra down time because of the pandemic circumstances I haven’t a found a better or safer place to be than here at HD Poker. With all of the things our world is going through it has been a joy to find such a fun game to play online. My family and I started playing games together online just as a way to come together and still keep our distance. Once we found HD the other games went to the wayside.
We love the different avitars, the different rooms and the different prizes that are offered as you are playin. This game keeps all of our attention and we have great laughs as we play.
I have never seen an online game give such great service as HD, when you have questions or inquiries they are very quick to respond and help to make sure your experience is good.
They truly pay attention to detail and make everyone feel welcomed.
I do have to admit, it is addicting, in such an awesome way. TCUP

I myself have probably played every application of Texas Hold Em available. HD is by far the best in all aspects from the great avatars to the surprise gifts showing up unannounced. The graphics and avatars are awesome. Their customer service is top notch, I had a question about something in their game and they responded in a very timely manner and explained what I was to do. Most of the other hold em apps, might respond in days or even weeks if they respond at all. HD cares for their players. The one thing that i feel needs improving is the gift giving, if they do a lot of it during a hand it blocks the view of the game being played, I wish there was an option to turn off gift giving and receiving. I am very glad that I found this app and the people who built it. Kudos to the whole group, you did an excellent job.

HD poker is a fun interactive game. Honestly my attention span for games is typically short lived. HD poker has kept my attention for months. It has many options to customize the look of your game; imaginative avatars, elaborate backgrounds, and a plentiful assortment of exchangeable gifts. You can collect and trade everything with other players. The daily rewards system is generous and accumulative. The achievements system allows you to open rewards given during game play. I recently made a few suggestions to support. I was delightfully pleased to actually hear back from them. Other apps send a form thank you letter. I received great information and a personal thank you from a human. The game is being expanded and upgraded all the time. I would definitely recommend give HD Poker a try!

I have never enjoyed playing a gaming app but HD poker is one I’m addicted to. I love this game! I had an issue with the game and contacted customer support and initially I thought I wasn’t going to get a response. But, I was wrong not only did I get a response, Zoe helped resolved my problem. She also thanked me for my business. The upper management makes you feel important when playing this game. They don’t just take your money and ignore your emails, they actually really care and I recommend this game for anyone. I wanted to learn how to play Texas Hold ‘em and stumbled onto this site. I’ve been playing for about 5 months now, and probably the funnest game I’ve ever played.
There are a wide assortment of avatars to collect or to suit your personality, fun table gifts to give and challenging players.
I love how you can easily chat with other players, reminds me of your friendly neighborhood bar. Characters of all ages and plenty of good stories. It’s especially interesting to me to chat with the international players, the different world views are amazing.
The customer service staff is incredibly responsive, be it a complaint, or question.
Highly recommend this game, give it a try!

I spend all my time playing this game - even when I should be working. Zoe and the team have been great to collaborate with in building a better user experience. I took part in the beta Sit & Go Tournament and even though I'm only a midlevel player I was welcomed to participate. I had some ideas how to make it even better and sent them to Zoe. She was very responsive and appreciative. Her and the team reviewed my ideas and might even implement some. I was blown away by HD Poker's commitment to their values and their sincere gratitude for me passing on suggestions. This is the best poker game I've found. Looking forward to the new and improved HD Poker!

I have played a number of poker apps to date and HD poker is by far the best available. Not only does it have wonderful graphics, an amazing community of players, but they also have an entire Z4 team that is truly dedicated to making your experience the best. Anytime I have ever needed anything someone from the Z4 team has quickly and efficiently been there to help. They are always open and willing to resolve any issues you might have directly with you and always follow up to ensure your happiness. Yes it’s just poker but it’s much more than that with HD Poker and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Best poker app for iPhone and poker game for PC. You link account to play on PC through Steam.
The game reminds me of the old Full Tilt poker from early 2000s, but 100x better. The avatars, tables and gifts you earn from chest are top notch.
The is also a built in rank system that a player can climb. There are weekly rewards for finishing out in a certain rank each week, including gems which a player uses to by keys to unlock chest for cosmetic rewards.
About the chest, once in a while a certain type of chest will drop as part of a pot, that players can addition win as a reward.
The devs are very friendly, I was surprised when I sent my feedback about adding some additions to game, they emailed me back and talked to me. There are not a lot of devs that do that.
The only down side I have right now is, there is no tournament games, but the devs said they are going to add this in the near future. So when that happens I will be completely happy. I love playing regular games, but I like the play Sit-and-gos at times, as well as larger tournaments.

I have been plying poker a long time and played many apps, this is by far the most fun and innovative app I ever played. It’s very addicting. They have so many levels of fun and strategy it’s impossible to get bored. Not to mention they have the greatest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend it to anyone who loves poker and also loves having fun. Cool avatars. Great gifts you can send and receive between players. You can even TRADE avatars with other players. I’ve been playing this app for months and it does not disappoint. The interface and UI is the cleanest around and the game itself is better run than any other poker app I’ve tried. The smooth operation coupled with the social aspects of the games (gifts and emotes and chat rooms) makes this game unbeatable. Not to mention they also have a decent trading community focused around avatars that you can use in-game that are just adorable. The algorithm for card chances can seem a little suspect but I suppose that could be me and confirmation bias. Chance is chance. 10/10

HD poker is a good game has good graphic lots of different avatars you can change your avatar when ever you want lots to choose from and tables. I want to get the ( a Cat Avatar) if I can. Well really there are so many different ones I want to. Sometimes I get doubles or triple of the same avatar and I would like to try and get at least 1 of all of them. You get free coins ever few hours nice. They give you a chance to even win a chest at the table with great gifts in it. And if you have any problems poker support helps out. 5 Stars. HD Poker is an awesome game that will keep you entertained and coming back for more and more. It is fast paced and the graphics are interesting and keep you engaged. I like that there are different chip level tables to play at, so that players from novices to experts can enjoy the game. I really like the new feature - called Sit & Go where you can play in a tournament environment for different levels of buy-in. I have tried many of the other Poker game apps on the Apple Store, and this by far and away my favorite. Give it a go, I’m sure you’ll love it!

I have tried nearly every poker site out there and would play for awhile then delete as they would get boring. That was until I found HD Poker , I absolutely love this game. Choosing an Avatar and playing is fun You can add friends and learn when how they play and choose rooms send gifts and have fun playing without the game becoming stagnant. IAccidentally got locked out of the game I emailed the app and they got back to me really quickly problem was resolved in less than 24 hours they’re really attentive to the customer. Not only that but they were really courteous to me. Not to mention this app is awesome and like a review I saw it said it was just good for newbies, I can’t really say it’s not it is a giving app it gives you bonuses like every hour so you will always have chips to play and the chat feature in the game is fun and players congratulate you.

Not only is HD Poker a fun game with great graphics, Zoe and the engineers in the support group are second to none. I experienced a major problem with my account and they worked tirelessly for the last four or five days helping us figure out what was wrong. The game is up and running. Their patience and persistence is nothing short of astounding. If you ever have any issue with your account or the game, go to help and send a note and you will have a response within a day and then you will have one on one support until your issue is resolved. Ya gotta love the avatars! So funky. I’ve been playing HD Poker for over a year (maybe longer, idk) and have enjoyed it from the beginning. The admins are always there for assistance in any problem or concern. Zoe is the best!
The deals are always random just like the real thing, not weighted towards big spenders like some sites. And plenty of options for play, SnG’s and MTT tourneys. And the old drop in and drop out tables. Points are given for winning and bonuses handed out every week for your level.
I highly recommend HD Poker for a nice change of Texas Hold’em Poker.

You won’t win any real money, but HD Poker is an excellent Holdem poker simulator where you can sharpen your game and compete to rise through ever-tougher competitive levels and higher stakes. You can save and rewatch your favorite hands and there are helpful stats on your play and performance. There are also achievements to be earned and avatars to be collected with in-game trading and chat. Gameplay and graphics are outstanding, customer service is quick and responsive, and they constantly dole out bonusses and freebies to start you off and keep you in action.

Game is rigged and takes advantage of long term players with supporting new players, half the accounts seem to be duplicates, there is never a chance to carry the flop on this app.
Their packages are horrible and support does nothing about it anymore, they use to. 3 mother day packages and you get garbage. Been long term on this app and now i barely play, if not for some friends I would delete the app. This will be reported to the BBB and gaming commission. There were something like 18 people deleted from the app for cheating, but never paid any of the members who played them their money back. I only keep coming out anymore to screen shot and report, but internal reporting is not going to fix this app, governing agency can fix the app.

With a bunch of avatars you can get by just playing. I really like the avatars because you can make it whichever one you want and give your profile a unique look. This game is good when it comes to looks and gameplay and also using the user interface is very easy and quick. The only problem I have with this game is the “supposed” random card draws. I just started playing this game and I’ve never seen a poker game out basically give out flushes,straights, and flushes almost every hand in MY LIFE!!! please reassure me that this game isn’t rigged. This game even feels like it gives some of the most weakest hands advantages over actual good hands. High cards barely even come out most of the time and every single ace tends to come out of the flop what feels like every six hands or so. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. THIS GAME FEELS LIKE IT’S REWARDING BEGINNERS.

I am addicted to this app! I love being able to play with my family and friends online. The daily free items in the store are a great plus and the trade option is awesome! I have tried several poker apps to find what I wanted and this one is, hands down, the BEST app! Highly recommend this anyone looking to play poker! This app is unique in it’s many ways you can change your settings, avatars and interact with other players. I suppose some poker purists may find this distracting, but I find it fun. Like most poker apps there are different levels so everyone can play. There are items you can purchase or just play free. I did have a couple technical questions and found the support staff super nice and responsive, which motivated me to write this.

Been playing this for several months. Can’t seem to walk away for more than a day or two. Had my first issue today where I couldn’t get into the store. Contacted customer support “Zoe” who quickly assisted and replied to my request and solved the problem. Figured I would wait for a reply for at least a few or have them reply with difficult resolve. 2 minutes later and back in the game. Awesome game and support. Thanks greatly.

This poker game is by far the best one on the App Store. The admins are amazing, they take time to write you back and will do anything for you. Finally a poker game for the future. I have played them all and sick of poker that hasn’t changed since the 90s. Great fun and social finding lots of friends to play with. All the bells and whistles and then some with great play and art. I have already collected a bunch of cool a avatars and rooms. The astronaut is my favorite. Almost at a billion chips too. I thought this one was better than most but turns out it’s just as rigged as the rest. Bot’s going all in before the flop, bots joining the game with $200k more than the buy in on a $50k seat
I lost a game just before I deleted the app with 3 jacks and 2 queens to 3 8’s and 2 queens with an all in bet. I did a double take when I saw it then decided that will be all for this app.

I play quite a bit of poker, slots and 3 card. This is the most realistic out of all of them... it’s like being at the casino. Only difference is you can’t read your opponents face. Not only is the gaming realistic but the staff and customer support is awesome. Every time I have a complaint, concern or question they are very helpful. Don’t spend time or money here used to be fun & could win some but now it’s rigged for new players to make them think they are good almost every hand there’s two straights or flushes in now they get everyone epic chests crazy trading large amounts of epic chests which u have to buy in the store making hd poker loads of money play anywhere but here...

This is one of the most skill base poker app I have ever seen if you a good poker player and want to test your skills this app is for you it gets really frustrating sometimes but if you use to playing cash games like me in real life it kinda gives you that feel when you catch the cold deck in a cash game only if you could call for them to switch decks haha 5 star rating for me

I play poker on the reg... With my friends and at strange tables. I never write reviews.... However, This app game brings the best of all things poker to your home, at the palm of my hand is always a fun game waiting to be played. I might even prefer this game to reAl because the avatars, mega wheel spins and achievement goals, player skill ratings etc, all elements are combined to make an Epic Poker game!
