It’s good

It works
Yes!!!
by CrystalSnow797 on 2021/01/14 01:40
Finally I can reschedule reoccurring tasks without it rescheduling the normal timeframe I usually do it at! Game changing and now I can fully use this app.
Loveee
by mjoliverrrr on 2021/01/13 22:50
I am in nursing school and this app has honestly helped me organize all my school, work, & personal tasks in one place! I don’t have the premium version and it still offers a lot, such as reminders, setting habits, etc. I am tempted to get the premium version though, which has even more features! Love this app! 10/10 recommend!!
Fave for a lifelong list-maker!
by Leahgreen on 2021/01/11 20:11
I love this app. It is simple, thoughtful, and straightforward. I have downloaded just about every productivity/list-making app and this is the only one I have kept and stuck with! Checking a box is satisfying, and being able to make different types of lists, add deadlines and alerts, and even nest steps to more complex tasks makes this app amazing. Please keep going with this, please don’t clutter it with ads like so many subpar products. It’s awesome!
It’s a great app but there’s 1 problem with it for the iPad Pro
by ChrisesChris on 2021/01/11 17:48
When i type in the app with the magic keyboard for the iPad Pro, the words come out laggy and delayed. I hope this gets fixed in a future update. :)
Love the app but not the widget
by nelebsy on 2021/01/10 00:13
The app is great, but i liked the old widget better.
Recently become almost unusable
by nnutter on 2021/01/09 04:14
TickTick has recently become almost unusable. Constant lockup across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Recent change to recurring events means TickTick joins all the other idiotic task managers that think “every day” includes days which have since passed.
This is a real good app
by Poo!!'n on 2021/01/08 05:48
Best one yet. Too bad it doesn’t do my to do’s for me!!! Other than that, the only thing is I shouldn’t really use the app as a repository for reference material as well (I.e. I send emails or webpages to it and turn them into Notes). That is asking a bit too much from this app, but it’s really amazing to help me keep track of the things I have to do. Thanks TickTick!
Decent
by GybeTack on 2021/01/07 14:02
Worthy competitor to Microsoft ToDo, but I prefer not to support apps that use the subscription model.
Love it

Best tasks app EVER
Great/Reliable
by R91240sx on 2021/01/05 17:49
I can’t explain how much this app has made my life a bit more reliable in terms of my every day tasks. Guess it’s that feeling that I can count on this app to come thru when needed the most. I had the free version which is great but the extra alerts that comes with premium not to mention the calendar views. It’s nice too that when you reach out to customer service at least for me they respond within 24hrs which is pretty important to me! Love how easily it is to change a task to another day & that it’s not to complicated for an every day user. I love that when you duplicate a task that it actually says copied to tell the difference now that’s beyond helpful. Not to mention that when you snooze a early alert the other alerts will continue to remind you. Beyond a sense of calm. Can’t always here my phone but at work so these type of little things count. And it displays when you snoozed the alert to as in what time. Man. Well I’ve said enough. Give it a try. Glad I did. Only found out about this app cuz I liked the one on my girls Android phone & found out they are the same company. Would love to a undo or redo button in case we delete individuals letters/ words by accident!!!!!!!!! And I would like to see calendar events more prominent in color even a separate alert to distinguish each. But this is truly a helpful task: note taking app.
THE App for Astrid/Astrid Clone Users
by Astrid Clone User on 2021/01/05 15:34
I've used Astrid and Astrid Clone to keep myself on task since my college years in the 2010's. I'd be lost without it. So, when I finally broke down and moved to Apple, I was heartbroken that Astrid's Clone was not available. I searched for a long time for a similar app or just any todo list app that I liked. After days of searching and I don't know how many apps downloaded and deleted, I FINALLY found this one! The look and feel is so similar! And, there's a few extra features that make me actually like this one more! It may take a bit to figure out how to set the due dates up just the same, but the options are so wide, you can get pretty darn close. The only feature from Astrid Clone I haven't found in here is the sorting: this app will sort by date, then by priority; not a combination of the two.
Excellent app
by Sharan Rajendran on 2021/01/05 11:43
Have been using this app on a daily basis for the last few years to track everything from day to day activities to annual events. Excellent app with all the right features and capabilities.
Three apps in one!
by lovetolearn4 on 2021/01/04 14:10
I have been using the free version of this app for a month or so, and I love it! It replaces three of their apps I had because it is a to do list, a promo timer, and a habit tracker all in one. It has really helped me get organized and stay focused on what I want to accomplish. I check my daily list each night and clear everything on it by either moving it to another day or checking it off. As they say, lists don’t work. Systems do. I love this app so much I am paying my teenagers to learn how to use it for one month. I think it will be invaluable for them down the road. The only feature I wish it had that it doesn’t is something to celebrate when you clear your list each day. I miss that from Todoist, where it shows a girl in a bicycle and plays a happy sound and says, “you accomplished 13 tasks today! You deserve a break.” Sounds silly, but I loved this. Thank you, Tick Tick developers, for a truly life enhancing app.
LOVE how it even has habits built in!
by hozhonizhoni on 2021/01/01 04:00
This app is amazing because it’s almost like an all in one and I just love how it isn’t just a list maker, but it also has a habit tracker option and even a timer!!
great app, won’t let me cancel my subscription
by aaaadontratemenoaaa on 2020/12/31 09:17
This app is fantastic but i’m not using it enough to justify my subscription, and clicking manage subscriptions brings me to an error page while deleting my account redirects back to the same menu
This App Helps!
by Ali01211 on 2020/12/27 16:49
This app helps me stay on task and organize my thoughts. I use the free version and I love it. I’m the kind of person that enjoys checking things off of my to do list and this app is perfect for lists and projects on the go. I use it for grocery, tasks, shopping, and more. I especially love that your can utilize sub categories when creating your lists. To think I learned about this app because a friend used it to plan her party. By far one of the better free task tracking apps out there. Would recommend.
This is THE ONE
by MiklHestr on 2020/12/22 03:53
Task management apps are like cars - some people like sports cars, some like pickups and some like high gas mileage - and some are brand loyal, so if everyone liked Chevy, Ford would be out of business. Even though todoist, things, todo, Omnifocus and many many more can do 90%-100% of what we need, how they do it, the user interface, the ease of use and ultimately for most it think, the enjoyment of using that particular app can run the gambit. I’ve not just tried all of the apps above, but seriously used them for quite some time; and have tried many more. This app was great when I started using it a year ago. Since then , the improvements that have been made, make it so close to perfect that I cannot come up with a single thing I’d change if I could. It is so intuitive, so clean, so simple to use, yet so feature rich. And as far as my experience, there has never been an update that wasn’t polished and perfect right out of the gate. TickTick must have a large team of VERY sharp folks working on this app. Lastly, it comes back to the enjoyment of use. The other apps I mentioned are all very good, but from features to UI, ease of input, and pure enjoyment, TickTick is in a class by itself for me. Well done TickTick, very, very well done.
Nice app but no way to rename lists or folders??
by MadApple7 on 2020/12/21 18:58
Update: Starting to really like the app. Must try. Figured out how to rename the lists. Not very intuitive but got it. Is there? If it is, I can't seem to find out more about it.
Amazing
by Jae Sif on 2020/12/18 13:43
If you need something from a calendar or task manager, it’s here!
Bug with setting time
by rice469 on 2020/12/17 16:42
I've used this app since 2018, love it I use it every day but setting time for reminders sometimes doesn't save whenever I change it. When I want an alert to happen at pm it stays at am.
Fantastic
by Eskay55 on 2020/12/16 19:41
Fantastic app and really well designed. Don’t let the logo which IMO needs work fool you. They have native apps on desktop as well that work really well.
Brilliant cross platform integration
by iAmBruute on 2020/12/16 14:43
I have been using this app for the past four years and I can’t find anything but good things to say about it.
Best Planner Ever
by jules_614 on 2020/12/16 04:41
Pros: I officially converted to Digital Planner since April 2020 and I’ve been using it ever since! It organizes every areas of my life that’s important to me. The app is like my brain..all the to-do list, categorizing, habit tracker, and setting repeat tasks and reminders made it feel like my personal assistant! I always look forward to my morning and what I’m going to tackle for the day. Con: The desktop app could improve...no matter how many times I updated the software it does not MIRROR my Phone App. My tasks and habits are not in order compare to the phone app.
Very Useful

Best Todo App by Far, but what happened to the widget
by Johnny B10225 on 2020/12/08 18:48
I’ve tried literally every well known, and many not so well known, todo/task management apps and none tick (sorry for the pun) as many boxes as TickTick does for my requirements. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot. You’ll be happy you did. Questions for the developers: What happened to the widgets? I went to add one to my Home Screen today and couldn’t find any TickTick widgets available. I know they were there a few weeks ago because I was about to add one but tbh it looked pretty...meh not the best and I wasn’t sure how I wanted to design my home screens yet. Got around to putting together some different home screens today and wanted to add a TickTick widget to my productivity screen but when I went to add it there were no widgets to be found for TickTick.
Loving all so far, could use some improvements
by Kimfyck on 2020/12/08 04:51
I really like this app so far, and I’ve upgraded because I can see myself using it for a while. However, there are some suggestions I want to communicate to the developers: 1. Color scheme on calendar: Instead of color coding based on priorities, there could be an option to color code based on the lists. That way, I am able to see on my calendar what I need for school, job, personal, etc. in different colors. 2. Sort note mode list based on time/date due: I’ve noticed that I can sort my task mode lists by the date the task is due (so that tasks due earliest are on top of list) but not in note mode. Regarding time/date, I am only able to sort by created time or modified time, which doesn’t apply to due date. I hope my advice is taken into consideration, but I do love the app! Thank you!
The best there is
by pixeltarian on 2020/12/01 16:23
I have tried the two most famous (and expensive) task apps as well as TONS of others. seriously, I’ve demoed every task app I could get my hands on for the past 6 months. None of them match the workflow and features of TickTick. They are rather cumbersome, lack features, or are overdone and overwhelming in the UX/UI department. TickTick is basically perfect. It does everything I need it to do (repeating tasks, routines, due dates, widgets, pomodoro focus timer, calendar view, Today view, multiple lists, notifications, inbox, tags, sharing, and more), and does all of that without feeling messy and cluttered. It takes all of the best ideas from other task apps, and leaves the messy/nonsensical things behind. This is the app I recommend to anyone before they go drop a bunch of money on the 2 more “famous” apps (omnifolkis, thangs 3 😉). TickTick blows them out of the water in every way.
Glitching
by jenuinejen23 on 2020/11/30 21:11
Usually love this app but I wanna order things a specific way and it keeps glitching and moving them around soooo frustrating!
A problem report
by girqiqiti on 2020/11/30 16:21
When I sign in with the same email but different diverse, the account didn’t save for me, it gave me a brand new account lost all my tasks, but I did use the same email and it’s the only way to sign in. I wonder why this is happening, could anyone fix that?
The best productivity app
by PuchiAgmas on 2020/11/27 17:13
TickTick is by far the best task management software I have ever used.
Great for collaboration
by mrcshbs on 2020/11/27 12:38
Best shared task list app out there. Easily manage your team with the app and web interface. Highly recommended
Best to-do app
by Mivisa on 2020/11/24 22:56
And I’ve just about tried them all. Nothing comes close to Tick Tick in terms of features. I also love that they keep updating the app and adding new features. The app is versatile in that you can make it as simple or complex as you like. The absolute best feature which is lacking in many other to do apps is that you can easily make a task timed - you can say ‘today at noon’ or ‘next Monday at 3 PM’ and not have to fiddle around trying to set it.
The best task manager I have seen.
by Otger Campas on 2020/11/24 05:47
I have been for years looking for a task manager that would be able to organize my tasks perfectly, while coordinating with my calendar. I have tried many apps and none would have tasks and calendar enets integrated or even a good organization system for the tasks. For the last 2 years I used Things 3 despite having no way to seamlessly integrate my tasks into the calendar. Well, I tried TickTick last week and it is outstanding - by far the best task manager I have seen. It has everything you expect from a task manager (good organization, deadlines, smart lists, etc) and also integration with your calendars, and a bunch of other interesting functionalities. Bravo to those who made it! And thank you!
Best to do app
by MathDad1234 on 2020/11/23 17:05
If you’re looking for a simple and fast to do app with calendar and checklist, look no further. Pomo timer is a nice bonus.
Great app
by TS723-- on 2020/11/21 18:33
The app is great, but is there a feature to copy all of the tasks in a day and apply it to future days? The order of my tasks keep getting messed, it would be more convenient to just copy and paste for the days I want. Good app.
Why don’t more people know?
by simmisimbaa on 2020/11/18 23:52
I love tick tick! I’ve been using it for over a year & just ceases to amaze me. I’ve tried to use Todoist because it gets all the hype. But, I feel it doesnt even compare.
Just as good most popular headliner apps
by C fire B on 2020/11/18 20:16
Not well known but works just as well! Please make dark mode on widget to black and not gray like the true black theme. That's it. Keep up the great work.
Can’t give it up
by iron bridge on 2020/11/17 01:54
I tried this for one year, and loved it, but secretly wanted to find a better one that didn’t have the yearly subscription. Sad to say I cannot find anything to replace it. It thinks like I do and just does it all for me. I still have a paper dot-grid journal that stays on my desk for more detailed plans and to use my fountain pens. But this get another year from me. The monthly calendar is great!
Great Task Manager but Calendar is a Hot Mess
by KE9FOX on 2020/11/15 16:42
I love TickTick for its simple, powerful, and easy-to-use task management but don’t rely on it for any kind of calendar appointments. The calendar is buggy and unreliable. Fix that and you get your fifth star.
Syncing to Apple Watch is not working
by Pgmolina on 2020/11/14 00:02
And developers know this, it has been communicated to them and they acknowledged with a ticket comment via the app. I just want to know when it will be fixed. This is a great app but without the use of the Apple Watch I will not resubscribe..
Useful
by Cal'Zen on 2020/11/12 22:34
Only ever used the free version, but the ability to make checklists, categorize my tasks, form habits and see them in a “Today” widget helps me to remember all the things I have to do. Also, the rewards system is pretty cool since it shows me how much progress I’m making.
Best Reminder App
by Kps997 on 2020/11/12 14:55
This app does it all. Keeps me on top of all my tasks during the day.
Great! But not my style
by Leavism on 2020/11/11 17:52
Ticktick is a great to-do app with lots of functionality. But it lacked the things I needed. What I loved about TickTick was its built in calendar, which made timeblocking tasks super easy. It’s organization system for tasks and projects was really great too. But the things it lacked kind of blew it for me, the biggest being the feature parity between its mobile and desktop app. Specifically the calendar sync. Calendar events will appear on the mobile app, but not on the desktop app.
Finally An App That Just Works

Perfect for Students!
by AaronLuThe1st on 2020/11/07 00:44
As a student, ticktick helps me remember stuff like homework, quizzes, and upcoming projects! Totally recommend to other students and just everyone who feels like life goes too fast and needs an assistant to remember stuff for them!
IOS 14 calendar widget
by Gamer~Guy on 2020/11/04 16:37
Love this app. I pay for the premium version though and I’d love to have a monthly calendar widget for the Home Screen. I know I can use the old style widget on the side page, but having a Home Screen widget for the calendar would be great. I hope this is in the works
Possibly the solution
by Runtmg on 2020/11/04 11:31
I really can’t complain with this app so far. I flirted with todoist but this app with Iftt integration is amazing. It really is one of those apps that really tells the story of life. It handles todo’s notes and a events in a way that really excites productivity
A great app

Task title disappears sometimes
by Lamont2 on 2020/11/01 17:28
Sometimes the title of a task disappears. The tags, the date, and the list remain, but not the name of the task. I am impressed with your app overall. However, I have so many tasks to manage that when they start disappearing, I lose track of them and your app’s great promise is not as helpful to me. Please advise, what I can do to recover lost information. So far, this only happens with the name field for tasks.
Used to be better
by Jjjrq13 on 2020/10/31 16:44

Amazing
by Teeenahhh on 2020/10/28 14:09
This app is seriously the best. I have tried other apps similar but delete right away. This app is free, no ads, and you don’t even have to create an account. I used it as a planner for my classes, and wowza I just love it! 5/5, 10/10, 20/20. App creators you are great!
Can’t delete tasks
by StanUlrik on 2020/10/27 21:34
After latest update, I can’t delete tasks. App just closes when I try to delete them
Add HealthKit syncing
by king kontinuum on 2020/10/26 18:43
This app is clearly the best calendar app but it still needs improvement. > there’s no ability to link habits to HealthKit. So if you log water, you still have to manually log water in both TickTick and Health app. Same thing for meditation.
Annoying rating nags - before that, Best to-do app for Android and iOS
by osnelson on 2020/10/26 10:57
I get dispropropately irked by rating nags. And now that TickTick has started doing these repetitive “Hey hows it going?” “Not bad” “Good Job” rating prompts that don’t stay away, it lost 3 stars in my book. Besides nagging rating prompts, This app has it all, from collaboration and comments to subtasks and powerful recurrence to tags and email-to-task addresses. Best of all, it is beautiful and intuitive on the web and across platforms.
Syncing is a mess
by Intervenient on 2020/10/25 19:35
Apple Watch complication can’t go more than a day without getting out of wack. Closing a task on desktop closes it on mobile with mixed results. Very frustrating. I’ve written on the support forums and no one from the company has given any indication it’ll ever be fixed.
Shady Business Practices
by lynch mobile on 2020/10/23 02:09
Take a look and ask yourself why there is no cancel subscription option for TickTick. App still shows as active in my subscriptions and there is no way to cancel it. No way to cancel premium on their website. Finally had no choice but to delete my account. Shady!
Used to be good
by Frenzied Life on 2020/10/22 17:08
I have been a premium subscriber for 2 years and up until this last update everything was great. My company didn’t have a good way to keep track of notes for projects so I used TickTick, until today. After the last update all, and I mean all, of my notes are gone. I am in sales and used this tool to keep track of my follow up dates and previous conversations. NOT anymore, it’s like magic, poof the they are gone. Now I have to try to rebuild at least the last six months from memory. I guess now I don’t have an excuse to see if there is something better out there. Since I’m starting from scratch I might as well start on a different platform.

Ate Todoist’s lunch
by spbennie on 2020/10/16 11:05
Been using Todoist for years now and tried this out. Immediately impressed! I like the UI a bit better, I LOVE having a calendar view in the TickTick app (helps with scheduling tasks), the snooze task feature is customizable, AND it has a browser version that I can use at work. It basically does everything Todoist does for less money. The ONLY area I can see that needs improvement is the natural language parsing. Todoist is a smidge better there. Fantastic app. Already subscribed for the annual plan.

by favio.cx on 2020/10/15 17:16
This is the best task reminder app. I was skeptical at first with such a name, but it has become my essential work and personal task management system. I am impressed by the Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone and Mac OS seamless integration. Don’t procrastinate and start using TickTick
Amazing App!!
by Adalei P. on 2020/10/15 04:52
Honestly didn’t have high hopes for it, but I’m astonished!! It’s super simple, but you can put everything in it. It has your calendar, notes, and checklists all in one. Easy to find where everything is and you can personalize it and change the settings to fit your needs. Definitely recommend.

I’ve tried them all, Todoist, Things, Omni-Focus. This has got everything you need. I’ve been to all the others, paid for all the others but nothing comes close to TickTick. Download, pay for premium. It’s worth every cent.
Must have — Daily App Hunter
by DcsDylan on 2020/10/10 01:20
I am obsessed with apps and Product Hunt. For some reason I cannot stop, but maybe that is something Tick Tick can help with since it has a Pomodoro timer ;). I have used every task app that I can think of, but this has it all. My favorite features (so far, they always come out with new updates): lists, folders, tags, calendar, notes, customizable reminders, great widgets for iOS and iPadOS, smart lists, and so much more. My favorite app of ALL TIME.
Best Productivity App on the Market
by chrisdmooney on 2020/10/07 21:31
After trying several productivity apps, I finally found one that does it right!
Overall good but needs some refinement
by verticalQ on 2020/10/03 14:45
The app as a whole works very well. However, there are just a couple tweaks that would make it perfect. 1.) Calendar subscription settings do not currently sync between devices. I have about 12 Google Calendar calendars in my account, but I only want to see 2 of them displayed in TickTick. That’s not a problem, but when I have to turn off the others from displaying on my phone, iPad, and computer, it becomes a hassle. Setting it once should be enough for all devices. 2.) Adding events to the calendar isn’t very intuitive. I know this is more of a task management app, but the integration between calendar and lists is why I’m using TickTick. It feels like it takes 3 minutes to figure out how to add a calendar event every time I use the app, and I’m still not sure I’ve figured that out. That said, TickTick has been a great way to get my lists and calendars into one app. The addition of the widgets for iOS 14 has also been a great for keeping task reminders right on my home screen. I would recommend TickTick without hesitation.
Feature glitches
by lilacflava on 2020/10/02 12:18
So, yes this app has a lot of features... but that doesn’t matter if they malfunction. I have tried over and over to configure my daily and weekly schedule, tasks, routines using different features on this app. Works great at first, BUT then it glitches. The time order of my tasks goes crazy and they get switched randomly out of order for no reason. Then all my tags got messed up. Now, my recurring tasks suddenly stopped repeating and I don’t know which ones are missing or have to be redone again. It’s a nightmare to get all your stuff planned out perfectly... then to have the app completely mess it up! Feels like I paid for annoying glitches. I’m done with this app, looking for another app to use now. Try at your own risk.

Hi, the app is generally great and the smart text parser is so convenient. The two things I don’t like are the absence of cursor support in the iPad app, as well as the ability to set a due date that is different from when I will be reminded
Almost perfect

I usually don’t write review but I really wanted to share my TickTick experience. I’ve been looking for years for an app that can deal with both Calendar events and Tasks management. Tick Tick seems te be the good deal. I love the idea to be able to add checklists in my events timeline. For example, I can add “Groceries shopping” on my timeline as a task, choose how long it should take to complete and then add a checklist of the items I need to purchase in the task. Or when I want to batch things to do, I add a task on my timeline that says “To Do” and then I add the checklist of all the things I have to do. If you’re like me and like to visualize your tasks AND events on one timeline, TickTick is the real deal. However there are a few things that could be done to make it better and a few glitches that should be fixed: - The possibility to see your Calendar events along with your tasks on your Apple Watch. Right now on the watch you can only see your tasks. - You guys at TickTick should add the possibility to create Calendars in your app not in third party apps or local calendars. There are a few annoying glitches when trying to modify iCal events in TickTick which is annoying since it’s forcing me to use my iCal in a second window. - Also there is no way to modify a single occurence of a recurring task. For example, I have tasks that I accomplish daily, usually at the same time everyday but some days, my schedule changes and I cannot change the time of only one occurence of that task. This is why I’m taking off a star because this is a function that is essential in a calendar / task management app. - An Alexa integration would be an amazing addition to make this app the perfect assistant. - A widget that would show both your Calendar events and tasks would be a plus too.

What a treat to have stumbled across Tick-Tick while searching for a desktop app to replace the need for sticky notes, which cluttered my workspace. Tick-Tick not only fit the bill, but it has been an unexpected game changer in my organizational productivity! BRAVO! 👍

I have already replaced my previous task manager, pomodoro timer, ambient noise app, and habit tracker. The only thing missing is some attention payed to the calendar feature. Just add the ability to create new events using NLP in the style of Fantastical or Calendars 366 II. Also a calendar widget would be great!

So many options
by Thugrant on 2020/09/20 17:33
Love it. Transitioning from OmniFocus and Pocket Informant. I was looking at Todoist but this app is much better. It syncs well between all platforms. The ability to write RTF notes and then toggle to checklist items is awesome. I use tasks to remind me when to update data sets and the ability to add links is a huge plus. I no longer have to think about it. The task comes up, I click the link, and everything gets updated. I could go on. Simply put, I’ll be a customer for many years to come.
The Perfect Productivity Managment Application
by Mushotoku on 2020/09/20 13:59
I am not kidding. I am a productivity ninja for many years, using OmniFocus, Things and many others. Thanks to a video I watch on YouTube by Curtis McHale, I discovered this app. I checked tutorials and again watched another great video by Chris Daniels and discovered the time blocking feature that I’ve been looking for many years. All in all, TickTick is the best.
Great app

I normally don't write reviews but this app deserves a 5 stars. I just have the regular version, not the paid version. This app is the best reminder app. It is so easy to use and I love how you can set recurring reminders.
AMAZING!!!

Overall, this application works amazingly. I have been in search for an app that does it all. From creating lists, tasks, habits, and even a timer to fulfill each task/habit, this app does it all. I’m overly satisfied with the way this application assists me with my everyday tasks! Truly grateful
Great app

Finally an app that actually works as a to-do-list and calendar seamlessly integrated. I’ve always had to use 2 separate apps due to lack of functionality. Not anymore. Great job. Update 9/18/2020 -Amazing, seriously, this is the best app I’ve ever seen. -So glad they keep improving and updating it. -I can’t think of a feature that’s missing.... Which is crazy. -Good job guys :)
Widgets?
by tasamasou12 on 2020/09/18 14:56
This is the best free to-do list app out there. As someone with ADHD, apps like these are exactly what I need for day-to-day life. However, I just updated my phone yesterday, and ta-da! ✨Widgets are now on iPhones✨ I love this app, but I'm gonna start using widgets & I really don't want to have to pay $5.00 for a different app... Will y'all be letting us have widgets? It would make this app 100x better. Love ya! xoxo

RTL (right to left) support is not very good
by Royazr on 2020/09/15 13:06
Generally the app is good. However RTL (right to left) writing is not supported well in the app (eg notes, description in tasks) and the text is not aligned properly after writing in Hebrew.

Layout for the app was a bit confusing at first but after getting the hang of it I really enjoyed it. I also really love the fact that it is compatible with my Mac so I have my schedule on both my phone and computer all the time and can edit it from either place! Great app! (Only thing to suggest is making a feature on the Mac app to allow you to adjust and view your “Habits” from the computer)

I adopted time blocking as my work/task management approach a while back and had been using ToDoist with its 2-way Google Calendar integration to make it work. But what ToDoist seems to refuse to do is to allow me to set a duration for a task, or a start date. I decided to look at TickTick and I’ve been impressed with what has been a mostly seamless transition from ToDoist. Now, i have all the tools I need in the app to time block with ease, and I subscribe to the TickTick calendar feed to see my task schedule in whatever calendar I want, mostly in my corporate Exchange calendars in Outlook. I think ToDoist still does some things better Than TickTick, but those things are insignificant compared to TickTick’s time blocking capabilities. 4 stars so far because some of the navigation around the app is difficult, and because I can’t login to the Windows app with my Apple ID (support request pending). However, I don’t do rating inflation; 4 stars is an awesome rating for me and 5 stars is very hard to achieve for an app this complex.
Greatly helpful
by KFrench1511 on 2020/09/02 16:37
I use the free version. Android, iOS, and windows work well together. IOS can be a bit slow to synchronize. Able to use it to manage tasks, medical appointments and prescriptions and history, maintenance reminders on cars and house, gardening reminders, major projects, financial reminders, even names and information on people I meet. Simple personal secretary that never forgets, takes a day off, or calls in sick. I’ve added a few more uses. I place a task one month prior to each birthday or anniversary I need to remember. If I think of some present they would like I put it in the task note area. Then when I’m prompted for the upcoming birthday I already have a short list of ideas on what to get. It’s even helpful to make a note if I’ve purchased something way in advance. I made one category “Post It Notes”. Rather than use actual notes all over my desk area (they tend to get lost) I have one area for my post it notes available wherever I am.

I never write reviews... but I had to. Prior to online college starting, I was so anxious about being able to keep up with everything for my classes. I’m not a good learner online, too many distractions and I didn’t have a good way of being organized. A peer recommended this app to me and so far it’s changed my life. It’s so easy to use and organizes all my tasks so it’s simple for me to know what to do and when. I’m actually so excited to be able to check stuff off list, that I’m not even procrastinating anymore with work, cause I want to have that satisfaction of getting it checked off and not have to worry about it... and procrastination has been a HUGE problem for me since I could remember

Need ability for seemless calendar integration with iCal
by Nilesh Agrawal on 2020/08/24 17:04
I feel tick-tick has good features but missing iCal integration which is actually a blocker for most users to invest into it. Also ticktick needs to take this feedback seen this not been address since a year or so. Which is not good.
Get This App If You Have ADHD
by dbdndideond on 2020/08/24 12:28
If you have ADHD—you know it’s incredibly overwhelming to organize your day, start new projects, and keep yourself focused. This is the task manager that will actually help you! This one is the best because of the way you can organize your tasks AND projects within the app. I’ve had countless therapists tell me I need to break down my big projects into smaller tasks. But of course actually doing that creates a mess of little to do lists that I will definitely misplace. This app will help you keep it all in one place. And being able to actually visualize your schedule and interact with it on a screen makes it loads easier to organize it faster. Now you can actually start your project instead of thinking about “how” for hours. I recommend this app to nearly everyone I meet with the same struggles as me. I stumbled on this app through a lot of trial and error on other apps. I’m so glad because I don’t think I would have graduated college without it. I still use it post-grad to organize my hobbies, my job, and my day to day.
Amazing task app!
by MichaelaDR on 2019/08/19 16:15
Before downloading TickTick, I really struggled finding a task app with all the features I wanted. Things like due dates, reminders prior to due dates, calendar view, etc. I was totally excited to download TickTick and see that they have all of those capabilities and more! I group up each task by list, and with a life that consists of work tasks, home tasks, social tasks, and misc tasks... I LOVE the organization and it is much needed! The reminders are easy to receive and creating a task is so easy. Sometimes I’ll create a task whenever I’m thinking about it and that weight can be lifted off my shoulders because I know TickTick will remind me when I actually need to think about that task, but when it gets closer to time I panic thinking I forgot something until I look at the calendar view and see it was there all along! I pay for the premium version ($2.99 a month I believe) because it’s totally worth it to get to change themes and do other things like change the duration of how long a task will take. All in all, TickTick is my favorite and most used app on my phone! The only thing I wish that was a little smoother was adding a location to a task, such as an address... I’d like to be able to just click on the address and it take me to my Maps app but usually I have to copy and paste. Very tiny detail though :) great job making an app for your users, TickTick!
Great task manager
by PrintableGirl on 2019/09/01 12:44
I love Tick Tick for all its features! It works great and is a blessing for sure. There is only one feature I wish it had: to prompt me when putting in a task to assign how long it will honestly take to do that task. Then when I open the Today list it would automatically tell me the total amount of time it will take to complete all the tasks on my Today list. For me it would be very encouraging to see my big list of today tasks will only take, for instance, 3 1/2 hours to do. Most people make To Do lists, but rarely assign how long it will actually take them to do the task. Then they may feel like a failure if they don’t get it all done, because they had never considered how much time is required for them to complete each task. So while I manually put how long a task will take me to complete next to the task I enter into Tick Tick, for instance: Empty the dishwasher (15 minutes) it sure would be nice if the Tick Tick app would automatically total all my times for the today list and all other lists created in Tick Tick. It would certainly help me to see if I am being unrealistic in how much I think I can accomplish in a day or if I have much more time than I thought to do the things I’ve been wanting to do.
LOVE the app, but...
by cdrhbkutgjids3479 on 2020/06/12 04:43
So let me just start off by saying this app has kept me so organized ever since I downloaded it and it is very convenient. The tags and lists are a great feature that I definitely am using, the personalization for each task is great, and the calendar is extremely easy to use. However, there is one problem. When I say one problem, I mean out of the whole app I have found only one problem (which is fantastic!). The problem is that when I’m not able to get something done that I put in as a task for the day, there is no option for incomplete. The only options are to mark it as complete (which effects the statistics) or leave it alone and it runs into the next day as overdue; but, I don’t want a lot of the tasks I can’t get done in the overdue section. The other button it has is a delete button, but then I can’t go back and see the task as incomplete because it’s gone. If I choose delete task and it’s something I have set to repeat (like my workouts), it automatically deletes all of the future workout tasks. What I’m trying to say is that I really need an incomplete or something like that button. I hope you see this feedback and can get back to me about fixing the problem. Thanks for the otherwise perfect app!

So far, So good. I use both Wunderlist and TickTick. TickTick has numerous features that Wunderlist lacks. Wunderlist was is a very good task oriented program, but falls under Microsoft’s umbrella of apps. Therefore, by design Wunderlist requires Outlook to get the full benefit of a calendar program to give the user a Calendar view. This isn’t the case with TickTick as it is right in the app. Genius...LOL.. While, I still use Wunderlist as it features a desktop version that doesn’t require web connection, I may consider moving on as the yearly subscription is twice that of Wunderlist. The desktop version is the only reason I still use Wunderlist for my Work related Tasks. TickTick at this point is used for all personal related tasks. As a matter of fact, I have changed to a monthly Wunderlist and have started moving my information to TickTick..Keep up the good work on this excellent app and when you get a Desktop app that doesn’t require a web browser I will get a second account for my Work related tasks.
What I Been Searching For
by cdsayswhat on 2019/03/10 14:30
Tried many. Todoist was great, paid for it for a year, but worked better for managing work projects, not so well for personal. Anylist is good, still a current subscriber for Grocery Shopping and Recipes, just not for day to day tasks. Wunderlist was probably the closest I got to something like TickTick. Used it for a long time, but something as basic as sorting properly didn’t work for me. Lag in completing a task and having the next one show up was frustrating. So I moved onto Apple Reminders. Something simple and easy, but it was too simplistic and lacked in even the basic of features, again looking at you sorting. We get to TiskTisk. It checks off all my needs. It works as I would expect it to, and has the features I need out of the box without needing to go pay. Though I am seriously considering subscribing to get a couple of those features and if anything support the development of this app. Where has this one been. Thank you.
Absolutely Outstanding
by alX★ on 2019/08/08 03:43
This app is a hidden gem - it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever used when it comes to task management. I love the format and the additional functions of being able to create folders, lists, and subtasks. Yet it’s so flexible; you control how organized or how simple your lists are. And the additional Pomo timer and habit tracker are so helpful; I don’t have to switch between apps since it’s all in one place! Yet even with all of these functions it never feels cluttered. The design is so streamlined and breathable that I could have a full schedule and not feel overwhelmed. And they offer extra themes (and a dark theme for night) all for free! This is an absolutely amazing app that deserves so much more credit - I thank the creators for making something that has honestly improved my productivity and my life. My only problem is that I didn’t find it sooner. Can’t wait to see what’s to come and I’m excited to upgrade soon. ❤️
Everything I ever wanted
by App_critic 42 on 2020/08/09 09:17
I can’t tell you how amazing your app is. I love all the features and think it’s by far the most thought-out, all in one to do list and planner. I love that you can keep habits separate from your regular calendar—it keeps it from being cluttered. There’s a pomodoro timer built in, so that’s two less apps I have to download! The interface is intuitive and lets you easily drag and drop tasks and neatly sort by priority, it’s easy to organize lists in multiple ways. It’s also just nice to look at! Some other apps out there just have terrible designs. There’s also so much room for personalization with this app and I know it’s a small thing, but using emojis to name lists makes it easier to see what it is and sometimes apps don’t give you that freedom. Plus I have it on my Mac too! I have tried sooo many popular task management apps and this is by far the best. I really appreciate you offering such a well developed app for free. Thank you so much.

Best Productivity/Notes App Ever
by NF (Scrum Master) on 2020/06/30 03:04
I have tried a lot of apps to help manage tasks, track habits, and stay focused but none have measured up to TickTick. The app/website is clean and simple so you don’t get overwhelmed with the things you want to accomplish - which is what I want in an app. But the reason I love the app is the features. It is everything I was looking for bundled in one and provided a better user experience an the competition, too. 1. Habit Tracker - easy and fun to use 2. Tasks/Notes - nothing too crazy or out of the box here - but effective 3. Focus timer/stopwatch - this is my favorite feature. It’s SO well integrated in the apps it makes a breeze to actually use on a daily bases. Then, the thing that make it all possible to use in today’s society is the apps. The app for Mac is awesome. When the app is enabled there’s a small emblem telling you how many tasks you have or how much time is left on to focus depending a quick to configure toggle. Lastly, it can sync to you calendar which can be a big deal if you manage your life off your calendar. My suggestion to TickTick, I would like to see is more options when it comes to alerts on tasks and option for the sound that notifies you when your focus timer has ended. My suggestion to you (the person try to better manager to time and habits)... Download it!! Overall, a well deserved 5-Star rating!! Good work, keep it up.
Love this app

I love making lists but I always do it on paper and then I loose them. So then I tried making lists in my notes but then the stuff that is repeated I have to uncheck or rewrite a bunch of times and it still feels unorganized and calendar isn’t easy to use for the same reason. But then I found this gem! I can set repeats I can set times or no times I can access it from my computer and it automagically syncs with my phone. I can have my workout as one task with a todo list for the workout inside of it!!!!! It’s just perfect. The only thing I have found that’s weird there are things I can do from my computer that I can’t do from my phone and visa Versa but it’s fine because I do have both. Like I can skip today’s task and fast forward it to the next time it’s suppose to be done on my phone but not on the computer and I can set times better on my computer.
Best Calendar App
by jfdefjoer on 2020/07/12 21:21
I’m happy my other calendar app that I had been using went away, and I was forced to look for another. This app is much better than that one, and that one was great. And having tried over 100 other calendar apps, it the best of those too. The interface of this app is perfect after a few customizations, making it complex enough to store all the data types I need, such as lists and todos, but also simple enough to get out of the way. I love that any annoying things are usually customizable in settings, like getting rid of useless tabs or allowing completed tasks to appear in some tabs but not others. I’ve only found three problems, two small and the other large. Fix these and it’s perfect. 1. When moving a calendar event from one day to the next, there is a lag so that the event still appears on the original day until refreshing by going to another tab. This is a small error. 2. I was surprised to find I could not add calendar events from this app and only as tasks. I was totally surprised at this, because the rest of the app is perfect. This is a big error and should be fixed in a future release to allow us to add calendar events if we don’t want to make it a task. 3. Needs password for individual task lists too. I’d like to add a password for some lists and not others. I will update my review as changes are made. I’m currently a paying monthly customer. 4/5
Fantastic
by Boniverfan on 2018/10/12 04:53
I’ve tried around 10 or 15 different calendar and to-do apps and so far this is the only one that had the features and intuitive design that I was looking for. It’s like a far better functioning (and looking) version of Apple reminders mixed with google calendar. One app for all of my scheduling and reminding needs; now all of the things that I have to do are in one place. It’s as simple as you’d like or as involved as you need it to be, and it’s a joy to use. Absolutely worth the money for premium. I love this app. PS: To the developers - the only changes that I would make would be to allow users to make sub tasks for sub tasks, allow an “admin” for collaborated lists, and to have the option to edit or delete just one instance of a recurring task, instead of only all of them. Other than these things so far this app is absolutely perfect.
Wunderlist was great, but this is even better.
by Damon Kex on 2017/12/11 09:20
Wunderlist was working perfectly for my needs until it was purchased by Microsoft, so I had to look into other options. I tried many others, but none of them had the right feel or layout. I found TickTick because it was the only app that offered a direct transfer of tasks from Wunderlist. I didn't end up using that feature, but went all in and subscribed to the premium version shortly after trying it anyway because I needed more tasks. 1 month later, it has not only surpassed Wunderlist, but improved upon itself even in the few weeks I have had it. I am extremely picky about how I organize things, & nothing else compares; it's feature-packed but also super intuitive & not overcooked. I would pay more for it if I had to.
Best app to track daily tasks
by rudyB72 on 2019/03/27 16:17
I'm the kind of person that gets easily distracted and forget tasks that were mentioned a minute before. This app has allowed me to organize my terribly busy starup workload. Whenever I get a request or task, I simply add it to the list. For now I haven't had to get the premium version because the base version had everything I needed including task priority, dating the tasks, subtask list within a task, tags, and seeing the list of completed tasks and when they were completed. I've went through quite a bit of Todo apps that work for all platforms (Mac, web, iPhone, etc.) and no other Todo app in its free state offers all the features and ease of use like this one. It's for sure an upgrade the default Reminders app from Apple and I would suggest this app to everyone.
So far so good.
by Violent youth on 2019/09/08 00:55
So far seems great for my needs. Although when I had initially opened the app and started adding my things into it I noticed a sign in feature. When I went to sign up and came back everything I had just typed in got deleted. Not a huge deal to me as I was just starting but a bit annoying. Nervous about doing the subscription because I don’t want it deleting everything I’ve added. If I could give a suggestion, it would be to add a lock feature. Something you can just tap on and anything that editable is safe from accidentally deleting full list. I’m clumsy and fear accidentally deleing something important as I go to grab my phone from falling. A lock would just be good peace of mind. Other than that this was exactly what I had been searching for! Fantastic app and would definitely recommend to all my friends.
Best app ever!
by Тυna on 2019/02/19 16:30
This app is honestly the best app ever! I would give it 10 stars if I could. It’s just so much more organize than the other apps and there’s so many options like that you can still get for the free version. You can set alarms on certain times and certain days. While in other apps you need premium to do that. If you have an iPhone your phone comes with an app called “Reminders” but honestly to me, reminders isn’t organized enough and when I try to set certain birthday dates it doesn’t let set the tag for the birthday cake sign to show which bothers me a lot. In tick tick you can have multiple lists and inside those lists you can also set another lists for that certain topic! It’s just so organized and I love it!! Highly recommend this app to anyone who reads this!
The best!!
by annoyed201938 on 2019/08/16 01:27
This app is so underrated. I’ve tried all the apps to organize my life but nothing ever looked aesthetically pleasing and functional as this one. I’m so glad I stumbled into this. I have been using it for a year now and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I’m a busy student in university and so this really keeps me on track and help me balance school life, social life and family life. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and sometimes don’t even have to because they just think it looks cool- which I agree wholeheartedly! I’ve even subscribed to the annual subscription because I just know that I will use this for life!!! This is my only app subscription and will probably remain so! So if you’re looking for a great calendar app, give this a try! You won’t regret it
Thoroughly Impressed
by ChrisK0338 on 2019/05/12 18:33
Absolutely love this app. My favorite task manager I’ve found to date. Still love 2Do and think there are some features that could be brought over to TickTick (not only from 2Do, but other apps/programs as well) to improve it. Main reason I love this app so much is how well it works on iOS and Mac. Syncing is amazing, and everything does what it’s supposed to. Overall 5/5. Feature-wise maybe a 3.5 or 4/5, but it doesn’t necessarily decrease the usability or function of the app overall. Still plenty to use and do to organize all that you gotta get done. Overall, can not recommend this app enough. And can we take a moment to appreciate the fact I just need ONE subscription to use this on Mac and iOS? No need to drop $50 on the Mac version of 2Do. *cough*
No Better Task App
by Stefan804 on 2020/07/05 14:52
So I have used so many task apps it gets hard to even count or remember. But Tick Tick is constantly evolving an morphing , while maintaining it’s solid foundation. The ability to track habits separately is an amazing example of an integration for those individuals who wish to track that. Nobody else incorporates that feature like Tick Tick. The calendar views are flexible to your needs. The reminder options are equally as flexible making sure you do not miss an event/task. The biggest move though is their ability to now work with other Apps and amazing integrations. This has taken them to a level far beyond most other apps. It now works with Spark Email and has an Alexa integration! So I can unequivocally recommend this app.
My savior so far...
by awesomeninjalovesgod on 2020/08/28 14:37
I never write reviews... but I had to.
Great app, would love timer streamlined
by bruh by if c on 2020/07/11 19:43
I shifted over here after trying several pomodoro timers, and To-do apps. It’s a great combination of all. Simple entry, calendar view, task timer. All wonderful. Two timer requests that would make this Five-Star 1. Make it easier to start a timer from the task on iOs. I need to scroll past a list of options, like share and attach photo, which I rarely do. The built-in timer option is all the way at the bottom of the list. I’d love an instant timer button, or something similar. 2. Allow me to stop a partial timer and receive “credit”. I never end a work day exactly on a timer, and don’t like leaving it hanging out until tomorrow. I also set different timers on my phone and computer, and would like to get “partial credit” from each.
I know you worked a lot for making this app
by Lolabit on 2020/03/19 17:53
From all the task apps on the App Store I chose this one. But... why ? Because it’s not too simple not to complicated, it’s free (even if there is the premium membership) and there are some cool features like habits and Pomo timer. There are even some great themes ! You can see your progress and it encourages me too be even better. I know you worked a lot for making Tick Tick (my brother is a developer please check out his app Huh? dictionary : it’s free) it’s amazing 😉, keep it up guys ! Edit : When I do reoccurring tasks with subtasks, checked subtasks will keep checked the next time it shows (it means that if I check a subtask in a reoccurring task it will not uncheck the next time it occurs)
No longer auto-syncs
by what8ever on 2020/05/06 22:32
The app no longer syncs btw devices. While my memory is fallible, after Microsoft announced earlier this year that they were ending Wunderlist and wanted users to move to their ToDo app, I thought “no”! That led me to find TickTick. I imported my Wunderlist items, tweaked my preferences, and was quite happy. Note “was”. Recently, I noticed that the app no longer does the “seamless cloud sync” between devices as described. I have to launch the app on other devices and pull down the list to receive any changes made on other devices. There have been a few updates recently, so I’m not certain when the NON-sync issue started, but perhaps v5.5.50—5.6.00. Either fix the problem (my preference) or remove syncing as a feature in your description of the app. (I reported the problem w/in the app.)
Syncing is terrible and ruins an otherwise incredible app.
by Joe_Scotto on 2020/05/06 15:01
Let me start by saying that if you just use a single device, this app will work fine for you, but if you’re like me and use a Mac, iPad, and iPhone... read on. This app has everything I would like in a task manager but what’s the point if the app will refuse to sync between devices. The whole point of a task manager is to remind you of what you need to do but if I set a reminder on my Mac only that device will remind me, the others will not sync until I open the app. This means that if I set a reminder on my Mac to call someone at a certain time and then leave the house... I won’t be reminded on my phone. The app fails to sync completely and the only way to ensure that it syncs is by manually opening the app. A reminders app should just handle syncing on it’s own because that’s the whole point of a reminders app... not having to think about it and just get reminded. I really want to like this app and could very easily see it replacing Apple Calendar and Reminders but with these syncing issues, it’s just not possible and honestly quite disappointing. I contacted their support and was just told to submit an issue within the app... nothing has been done and the app has been updated a few times now.
Absolutely Brilliant - The Best There Is
by californiacoast on 2018/08/09 23:39
This is hands-down the most well designed task management app I have ever used. I have tried most of the well-known apps in this category, including some very expensive ones. TickTick beats them all. This is so seriously good I wish I had found it a long time ago. Navigating and using this is a breeze. You don’t have to dig through tons of layers to get to what you want. Adding multi-task projects is fast, and you can easily set reminders for even the sub tasks. Every pinch, every menu slide or selection - in fact, every small detail is brilliantly thought out to make it quick and easy for you to have maximum productivity. This is truly the grail of task management apps.
Amazing todo app
by cyberguy1 on 2017/09/27 19:42
TickTick is an incredible todo app with more customization options than I’ve ever seen in any other app, Plus, it’s available on almost any platform I can think of, either as a web app or native app. They’re even working on a native windows version! The ONLY thing I’d still like to see, and that’s keeping me from jumping all in, is the lack of a web API. With a web API I could automate so many more common tasks including auto adding tasks through the Workflow app. Over time, TickTick would be able to integrate with more services as well, such as Spark’s recent addition of third-party to-do app integrations on the Mac. If this were to happen, I’d go all in on using TickTick with no hesitation.
My favorite app on four platforms
by Sean000 on 2019/01/25 05:27
I’ve been a TickTick Premium user for a long time and still rate it 5 stars. The developers keep adding useful updates that improve the app without making it feel too busy or bloated. It’s a great example of how to design software that can be both simple and robust enough to manage a high volume of tasks. It’s one of my favorite and most used apps on my iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and desktop computer. The fact that it works on all devices puts it above much of the competition. It’s essential to managing my work and home life, so I’m glad I can access it from anywhere using any device. And yay for Apple Watch S4 Support in latest version!
The best there is
by ADBarjak on 2018/05/02 16:56
Even though it’s not perfect - I’m giving this app five stars because I’ve tried basically every To-Do app, and this is the best. In addition to using it for my to-do list, I set it up as an electronic “tickler” file for cleaning and household maintenance chores. For example, I have “change furnace filter” set up for every 3 months, and “clean microwave” once a week. I love having the option to have it reset after the completion date (versus the date it was scheduled) because I don’t always get to everything on the day it’s scheduled. If I had any suggestion, it would be to be able to set a Deadline for the task, instead of just scheduling it on a certain date.
Great app with tons of integration for other devices!
by Zshleif on 2020/05/02 20:41
I’ve been using TickTick for a couple months and have become completely reliant on my daily list. With a Mac app, a Chrome app, and an iPhone app TickTick makes adding editing and checking off tasks super low effort. The automatic date time and tag parsing are also super helpful for setting a due date on every task without ever using your mouse. My only complaint is that the chrome extension, web app, and Mac app can be somewhat unreliable. On multiple occasions they have completely shut down and prevented me from accessing my lists. I’ve never had this problem on the iPhone app. Overall pretty fantastic!
Needs a 3-4 day view of weekly calendar
by devasv2 on 2020/05/31 14:53
I’ve been using tick tick premium for a while now and I love the app and the simplicity compared to other competitors. The calendar function is helpful to organize tasks and assign each task a time. Most other task apps don’t have the same functions. However, the weekly calendar view really needs to include a 3 or 4 day view setting in addition to the already existing week setting because when you’re working and the entire week is full of tasks, it’s so stuffed in your schedule that it’s hard to truly see what you have in the next 3 days. 3 day view really allows you to see upcoming scheduled tasks clearer. Please make this simple change and thank you so much for a great app that’s simple and easy to get started with!
Best Task Management App I Have Used
by mlaze on 2020/05/20 00:33
I have been wanting a task management app with all the features I have needed, especially an integrated calendar view. This app really has everything, including an extremely useful focus timer and stopwatch. The only thing I would like to see added in the future would be enhanced sub task features, but other than this they have everything I need already! For the amount of features you have in this app as well, the price is extremely cheap, especially compared to other task management apps like Todoist. I guarantee if I ever switch to another task management app, I will always be comparing it to TickTick.
Awesome app for time management and tasks!
by 需要双向删除好友 on 2019/07/09 08:42
I tend to get overwhelmed with complex projects and become easily distracted by trivial stuff. Therefore, I desperately needed to stay organized with my time and tasks. In the past few years, I have tried so many English productivity apps by developers from all over the world and I was so happy to have finally found the one that is truly satisfying. The premium is totally worth it. The look of the app is sleek, but not unnecessarily minimalistic to the point it becomes user-unfriendly like some of the other aesthetically beautiful apps I’ve tried. I loved how my personal productivity data is tracked and visualized for motivational purposes. The app is basically a thoughtfully developed system for someone to keep track of things and set priorities/categories/dates. Also, I have used the app for a while without really taking advantage of its many smart features and availability on multiple platforms. Make sure to read the manual before getting started. Good luck and enjoy!
So far so good but missing 2 key features
by Dimitri G. on 2019/10/14 16:09
Using Pro for a week and find it useful so far but it is missing 2 crucial but simple features - Touch drag and edit scheduled items in day tab. Once I have s block of tasks it would be so much faster if I could just move them directly rather than reopening and changing the time dial. I often want to shuffle order but can’t easily. Color selection option for task or podomo - when I add a new block it would be great to select a unique color so I can differentiate my tasks. Also when I set a podomo if I could attribute it to a task or project I can track how long I’ve addressed it in focused time. These simple items would really complete this app.
End of the Search
by Chris&mac on 2019/01/14 21:36
TickTick was the conclusion of my search for the perfect todo-list app. It has a lot of features that were really important to me, and has constant support and updates removing whatever small bugs emerge. I've brought a lot of my friends into using the app, and they love it too. This is seriously one of the best todo list services available. It provides: -2-4 levels of sorting (lists of lists, lists of tasks, tasks, tasks in tasks) -Long descriptions in tasks, even those that have subtasks -Cloud storage -Collaboration on lists for group projects -Mac app, Windows app, iPhone app, Mac app, simple online access -Calendar view (3-day view is great for iPhone, but many options everywhere) -Great repeat-task customization -Easy rescheduling -Auto "today" and "this week" views -Customizable smart lists -Dark mode All together, TickTick has held up well to over 6 months of heavy use. This app stores just about everything I do and it does so effortlessly, leaving me to be productive. I very much recommend it.
Brilliant app
by Ally™ on 2017/09/27 16:00
I started using this a few weeks ago after learning what was going to happen to Wunderlist (which I had been happily using for years). TickTick has all the functionality I need, and seems to be better than Wunderlist. Its interface is beautiful and there are many little things I love, such as how clicking it in my menu bar will pull down a mini app. I also love that it can live on my menu bar and not dock. I hope they don't change the gist of this app. That said, there are still improvements that must be made, especially integration with IFTTT and Zapier (I would prioritise IFTTT). Good job to the developers!
Would give 10 stars if I could
by K4TY1975 on 2019/05/19 12:12
Pretty sure I’ve tried nearly all of them, and this one is the most intuitive, flexible, and the most committed to maintenance and improvement. Every new change is like a Christmas gift that only makes it better and never breaks what’s already good. My favorite thing about TickTick is it’s flexibility- it is just as easy to use when your needs are complex as when they are simple. Also that it syncs with the desktop version. Also that they keep improving the desktop version (love the new kanban feature on desktop!) Also that it is beautiful.
The “To Do” App I’ve been looking for
by dwerth99 on 2020/07/04 12:25
I’ve tried a ridiculous number of “To Do” apps over the years and nothing has been great for my needs. I need folder and task priority organizing options, simplicity, and cross-platform capability. This app does all that for me. It’s on my work PC, cell phone, iPad, and MacBook. That is extremely important for me because if I can’t keep these lists on my personal and work devices, their utility goes way down. The first daily habit I added was to check TickTick and my calendars. That was a good move. I hope in 6 months I’m still using this app because right now it’s 5 stars for me.
THE best to-do app!
by cklm2019 on 2019/01/29 23:51
I’ve tried at least a dozen other apps and was annoyed with all of them - they were either ugly, confusing, too simple or too complicated, and I also didn’t want one that I had to login to. TickTick has a great UI and is easy to use, no ads, and lets you setup both categories and tags. It has a search feature, allows sharing and has the option to backup to the cloud (but it’s not required). And that’s all in the free version! I LOVE this app! It has everything I need but I’m going to get the paid version if for no other reason than to support the developers. Great, great job!
Game Changer for Me
by Lytylbug on 2019/01/02 14:12
Thank you for this app. I love how I can easily enter tasks on the fly and make deeper notes for each one. I would love to see this app integrate with the Spark email app as I love that app for email as well. Other than that I love it. I have been using it every day for two weeks and my to do list is actually getting done. Being able to schedule the amount of tasks per day helps limit my WIP and makes a huge difference in my productivity. Next I want to try the pomodoro settings because that is supposed to be super great for productivity as well. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
Best in class for Todo lists
by Mhardy4444 on 2018/11/15 20:35
I’ve tested every other task manager out there looking to replace Wunderlist and this is, in my opinion, the best. This review was previously titled “The best Wunderlist alternative”. It has since become even better than just alternative. It is simply the best, period. It has a similar interface to Wunderlist, a nice online version, and even additional features Wunderlist lacks. It does have Siri integration which is great but it’s a little buggy. E.g. “add apples to the groceries list” will, despite having a list named Groceries, always create a new list named “groceries” (small G) and add the task to that, leaving you with 2 groceries lists. (Fixed!) But despite that one glitch after a month of research trying other apps like Todoist I find TickTick is the app I’m moving forward with. Which is no small decision given how much I use a task manager... UPDATE: The small bugs in Siri are fixed! I can now add to my Groceries list easily with Siri. This app continues to improve and is now easily the best in class.
TickTick is making my store work better
by Po mama sid on 2018/09/09 11:37
This is the task manager I needed. I run a small store and I had specific criteria for it to be useful: separate sections for store tasks and overall business tasks, sub tasks (necessary for things like a closing list), date/calendar based, repeatable tasks, PDF attachments (for the schedule), and compatibility with more than just Apple products. TickTick filled all the criteria as well as being easy and intuitive, bonus for easy syncing and not having run into any bugs. Everything I need is free but I am planning on upgrading as I always want folks who do good stuff to get paid.

by lidasue on 2021/01/15 18:06
It works
Yes!!!
by CrystalSnow797 on 2021/01/14 01:40
Finally I can reschedule reoccurring tasks without it rescheduling the normal timeframe I usually do it at!
Decent

Worthy competitor to Microsoft ToDo, but I prefer not to support apps that use the subscription model.

Amazing

A problem report
by girqiqiti on 2020/11/30 16:21
When I sign in with the same email but different diverse, the account didn’t save for me, it gave me a brand new account lost all my tasks, but I did use the same email and it’s the only way to sign in. I wonder why this is happening, could anyone fix that?

Recommended improvements
by EBUSCB on 2020/10/01 23:04
Hi, the app is generally great and the smart text parser is so convenient. The two things I don’t like are the absence of cursor support in the iPad app, as well as the ability to set a due date that is different from when I will be reminded
Almost perfect
by Aerogirl_87 on 2020/10/01 03:59
I usually don’t write review but I really wanted to share my TickTick experience.
Pleasant Surprise

What a treat to have stumbled across Tick-Tick while searching for a desktop app to replace the need for sticky notes, which cluttered my workspace. Tick-Tick not only fit the bill, but it has been an unexpected game changer in my organizational productivity! BRAVO! 👍
Almost perfect
by ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) on 2020/09/25 17:04
I have already replaced my previous task manager, pomodoro timer, ambient noise app, and habit tracker.

AMAZING!!!
by Chrisdmarquez on 2020/09/19 07:48
Overall, this application works amazingly.

However RTL (right to left) writing is not supported well in the app (eg notes, description in tasks) and the text is not aligned properly after writing in Hebrew.

by That Tom Kid on 2020/09/14 13:42
Layout for the app was a bit confusing at first but after getting the hang of it I really enjoyed it.

The best

Fantastic
by Boniverfan on 2018/10/12 04:53
I’ve tried around 10 or 15 different calendar and to-do apps and so far this is the only one that had the features and intuitive design that I was looking for.
This is THE ONE

The best!!
by annoyed201938 on 2019/08/16 01:27
This app is so underrated.
*cough*
