App crashes
by kakfkro on 2021/01/14 02:51
This app is glitching and crashing on an iPhone 11. This is the only app that is glitching and crashing all of a sudden. Please help fix the app. The app crashes the moment I select a challenge and try to select clothing.
Nice game but....
by MamaCat:) on 2021/01/13 21:54
Wish you had the option to not be in a fashion house my game missed up and locked me out. Of course not being able to get in the game and play was released from my fashion house. No biggie can’t really play. No money to spare on games. Again wish had different options for us people on budgets. Covid came along can’t do a lot of things like before. Please consider a game without all the bells and whistles. Thanks SAC😸
Love this game...but
by Turtles101.7 on 2021/01/13 21:18
It's biased more models of color should win. It's always white people winning. Where are the plus sized models? I updated they were there and now they're gone. Men can be models too, so why not put it in the game. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Also maybe make a way where people can make the models wear more than one necklace, bracelet, ring, etc. Also maybe make more piercings or double ear piercings or something. Also when dressing a model with sunglasses there should be an option to have the model wear the sunglasses on top of her head and not on her eyes. PLEASE ADD MALE MODELS
Pay to play Game
by Oceanbluedaisy on 2021/01/12 20:53
Recent and past changes have turned this game into a pay to play to have fun. To many min outfit requirements make playing almost impossible unless you make real money purchases for items to level up and up your outfit style points. When the monthly incentives for paid service were added it has made the game pretty much impossible to get new outfits or complete scenarios without spending money. The min amount for items has increased as well making the daily rewards pointless as often you can not finish a single scenario just using the daily rewards. Sad turn for a once super fun game to play.
Can’t even open the app anymore
by genesiscda on 2021/01/12 19:50
I’ve played for 7-8 years and I’m a daily player who loves this app. I even pay for the option that keeps Covet Collection from counting as out-of-season. However, I can no longer get the app to open on my iPad, and my iPad isn’t that old. It crashes as soon as the home page opens so I can’t even submit a ticket. Please patch the app! The app has also been crashing when I scroll through the hair/hair accessories.
Cannot Even Use App
by fixupdateplease on 2021/01/11 21:26
This app has become such a huge disappointment. I used to love playing covet fashion. Now either I cannot even open the app because it glitches, or somehow the app is able to open, but I can’t enter any challenges before the app glitches and shuts down. If this doesn’t get fixed soon I’m deleting the app.
Issues with the game.
by Geezy Peezy. on 2021/01/11 04:54
The program keeps wanting money from me. I’m trying to put a look together and I don’t have enough points or diamonds which blocks me from making a selection. Very frustrating to play this app.
Challenges

If it wasn’t for all the witchcraft and magic challenges I would give this a 5 star review
A fun game but one major problem

I really wish I could be a non internet game cause I travel lots.
Fun but expensive
by 24blossom on 2021/01/10 22:59
It is a very fun game I enjoy it a lot however it’s veryExpensive it’s hard to boost your score without spending your own money to buy diamonds because you get a higher score by wearing unworn items and in season items so that part can be tricky the part that really bothers me is the subtle racism,My models of color never score as high as the white models with blonde hair to prove my point I entered a jet setting contest my scores were in the fours but when I gave the model blonde hair with the exact same outfit mysteriously I got a five I don’t know if this is by design or if it’s because the general public votes on who wins so obviously people tend to vote for the fair or skin blonde models as opposed to the darker skinned brunettes that speaks volumes. But other than that it’s a fun game I don’t think I’ll be able to afford it much longer

Always formal dresses!!!
by Traviesacat on 2021/01/10 15:28
I like this game but I get bored after a while with the daily activity. Only way to score high where you get the extras is to spend money and where formal dresses! Come on cover! If I keep earning all these cool shirts and pants, then why can’t your daily activity have you create outfits using them. Every day it is fairy, princess, ruler, goddess...ugh! Branch out! Please! Oh - and the only way to be able to participate in the series is to save all your money and diamonds until a series competition comes up. So basically, unless you want to put actual money into the game, you can only participate in the daily using what you have.
Fun but unfair
by ajmb158 on 2021/01/10 05:19
The game is fun but it’s not fair at all and that makes me not want to play it. When people vote for looks, they don’t separate by levels. For example, my lower level look is competing against a super high level look. Of course a higher level look will win over mine, they’ve got better hair and makeup. I can’t afford to pay for the expensive diamonds to be able to create better looks. It’s taken me 2 years to get to level 25 and I’m still struggling to get more votes. It’s so frustrating. It was supposed to be a fun game to pass time after I had my son but I always think about just deleting the app.
Good
by sksksksksk party on 2021/01/10 01:58
It was really good except a couple times it logged me out and every single email I tried didn’t work. Other than that it’s amazing. I’ve never been so addicted to anything on my phone before
Limited
by Leslie S Thompson on 2021/01/09 16:48
The only way to be able to enjoy this app is to spend a lot of money. I enjoy creating outfits but the way the game is set up, you can’t really accumulate clothes to use because you are rated on using new items from a new collection. I find I only occasionally create an outfit when I accumulate enough diamonds to get an item. Also, all of the outfits on the leaderboard are the exact same. There is zero variety. That kind of defeats the purpose and they are all super elaborate, regardless of the challenge. I’m close to deleting this app.

Needs improvement
by kennax4507 on 2021/01/07 03:21
Voting should be done by level. But what really needs to be fix is where the info icon is on the garments. I’ve lost thousands of dollars before and I just lost diamonds because the game glitched when I clicked on the info icon and next thing you know I own something I didn’t want to buy.

Too expensive
by PemberleyPark on 2021/01/05 19:59
The game would be great if everything wasn’t so expensive. You spend more than you earn. You earn $500 for the daily tasks, but everything costs about $250-$300 on average. You can earn diamonds by completing tasks, but still nowhere near enough, and you have to get a certain star ranking to even get them in the first place. This would be a much better game if you actually earned enough to play.
Covet my favorite!

I love this game so much I just wish there was a way to play when I run out of money. It’s a sad day when I can’t play because of money I miss it .those ads I hate doing because they dominate my computer call early til late bother to much .
The app keeps crashing
by ep7898 on 2021/01/03 23:01
I was a regular user of this app until one day the app refused to open. Every time I go to open it now, the title page opens and then the app crashes. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it, I’ve tried deleting other apps to make sure there’s enough data space, I’ve updated my operation system... nothing. I’m extremely disappointed, especially considering that I have placed in app purchases and I no longer have any access. Who should I contact to fix this?
Awesome app! 5 stars
by Nerd1119 on 2021/01/03 22:57
Covet Fashion is a game where you dress up a girl to fit the challenge theme, and then you vote on other people’s looks. The more in-game money you spend, the more you level up, and leveling up gives you more hair and makeup options. It’s a great game for pretty much all ages, and you can interact with other players in your fashion house. The only thing that bugs me is the voting. Sometimes, you get paired up with someone that is a way higher level, and of course they’re going to win. Other times, people don’t care, and just go through the voting without paying attention, which means they aren’t voting for the better look. Other than that, it’s a great game that I highly recommend if you love fashion.
Not playing like I used to
by Danzig_queen on 2021/01/03 18:04
I used to love playing Covet but these days it’s more like a chore than fun. I have a really high closet and high level but my looks always score low or mediocre regardless of how good my look is. Also the cost of events have gone so high. You have $2000 of requirements to enter a challenge with a $400 prize doesn’t make challenges worth it or fun.
If you don’t spend you don’t win
by danydanny84 on 2021/01/03 16:00
I love the game, I’ve been playing since it was launched in 2013, I love all of the brands, expansion, hairstyles and make up additions, however, if you don’t spend money you’re statistically not going to get more than a certain amount in scores (forget getting 5+). Another annoying thing is the prizes for the daily challenges. For the past couple of seasons, you’ll always get basic sweaters or unwearable dresses that you won’t be able to use to boost your bonuses to the max UNLESS you are wearing enough unworn items (which you’ll have to buy).
Honest review from a normal girl
by Lovelyladylovesherhaters on 2021/01/03 09:16
I play games every now and then cuz I work and have a baby but this one really caught my eye! You can watch a few adds to get some money but if you’re bored because you don’t have any just give it a couple weeks just checking in getting your diamonds everyday and doing the one daily challenge and nothing else and then once you’ve saved up a lot start doing the challenges and be sorta frugal
Filters

Covet, It would be so convenient if you could filter through your saved/ liked items... let’s make this happen please ?! :)
Unfair duplicate prizes
by Salizabeth1115 on 2021/01/03 00:22
This is actually a really fun game, but it’s very difficult to play without spending real money. The biggest issue I have is completely fixable, and if you’ve never played you probably won’t understand my complaint, but here goes...For runway rallies, you earn pieces on the prize board for participating in the rallies. The problem is that you end up earning duplicate prizes over and over again and rarely win anything. Theoretically you could win every single rally and never get a prize because you usually keep earning the same prize piece multiple times. It’s so unfair. Covet really needs to fix this issue, I know I’m just one of many people to complain about it. Edited, I’m taking another star away. My house won *another* rally (we’ve won every rally we entered this month) and didn’t get a prize because we kept getting the same pieces over again. More than half the pieces we won were duplicate. This is ridiculous. I would otherwise generally enjoy the game but this is so unfair. You could win 100% of the rally challenges and still aren’t guaranteed a single prize, no matter how well you do. When 75% of the bonus pieces don’t count for anything at all, that’s a problem. I’ve spent a *lot* of my real, hard earned money on this game, but after this month I’ve decided I’m not going to spend another penny until this issue is fixed. I’ve recommended this game and recruited several daily players who ALSO spend money. We’ve talked about it, and they aren’t spending anymore money either. I’m definitely not recommending it to anyone anymore.
Expensive To Play
by Ashli40 on 2021/01/02 19:12
While I like this app it costs allot of money to play it. Unless you’re rich or have allot of money to spend which I don’t I wouldn’t recommend it.

COVET do something
by GWEN10-lev 4 on 2021/01/02 01:24
It is a great game but, I don’t think it should time us on the challenges. I think we should have as much time as we need so we can do them all and get the money or diamonds we need to buy the items. And it is totally unfair to put a level 2 with a level 40 when people are voting for our looks because they have better cooler things and people always vote for the person with the highest level. I also think we shouldn’t have to work so hard to level up. We don’t have 24 hours a day to get our closet value to 25,000 dollars. You guys need to update the outfits too PLEASE. You need more themed things like if there’s a challenge for the desert or the jungle. You might want to lower the prices on some things too. Not a lot of people have 1,246 diamonds to buy a dress or skirt or shorts or something. Anyway you have some things to do now so please get to work. Thank you.! Another thing is you said you fixed it on another review and I don’t have anything fixed I don’t know how to update. I also think your sweaters and jackets are sometimes uneven with the girls neck. I have some problems with the clothes. You need to make it less expensive and update the outfits. I was willing to pay 750 diamonds for a dress but I didn’t get them in time. I think it should only be 200 diamonds. What about borrowing? I think we should be able to borrow 2 things a day and we shouldn’t only get to borrow from people in our fashion house because sometimes they don’t have what we need. And when you get to level 5 you should unlock ALL props not just some. please try to fix at least SOME of these problems. And also it’s very hard to get up to 8,000 dollars in covet cash. But then you turn around and spend it all on 6 or 7 requirements. There should only be 1 or 2 requirements. And let’s talk about the prizes. Sometimes I get a 4 or 5 star rating but you give me a ugly dress or blouse instead of something like a cool jacket or a PRETTY dress. Also please respond because I have been waiting for like two months. It’s been about 5 months now and your still putting level 56 with level 3. It’s ridiculous. Ok it’s been almost a year and none of these problems are fixed....I am seriously considering deleting the game. If this doesn’t get your attention and doesn’t make u respond I don’t know what will. Okay I’m going to delete the app if u guys don’t fix any of these problems. I am frustrated with u guys and u need to get busy with the problems.
Needs more diversity
by taia💚 on 2021/01/02 00:01
I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, and I love it. And as a Black person, I was excited to see the modern models come along. However, the execution was very disappointing. For instance, there are a limited amount of Black and Asian models, and so are their features. Not only that, but the Black models are only used for challenges relating to Africa, social justice issues, and Black history; the Asian models are only used for challenges relating to Asian culture. Something else I’ve noticed is the lack of Hispanic and Latin representation. Last but not least, the textured styles are all at the top levels, which take a while to reach. It almost seems like the developers didn’t want them there. I hope these things can improve in the future.
Not rewarding diamonds!!!
by KimberlyP7 on 2021/01/01 21:03
Covet Fashion will reward the player with diamonds if you purchase some of the clothing from the actual clothing sites. I made a purchase and submitted my receipt. I keyed in my user name and my email address that’s linked to my account. When I keyed in my user name, I didn’t add the numbers that are at the end of my username. I explained this to Covet and they are still refusing to send me my diamonds for purchasing items from this designer’s site. To make matters worse, MY diamonds that were purchased with MY money were sent to another players account. Again, I understand I’m the one that didn’t type my user name in correctly, but as much I’ve invested in this game, it would have been appreciated if the company would fix the error and send over my diamonds. Also, after going back and forth with customer service, they made the rude comment “if you don’t understand, I can always rephrase it for you”. Disgusting.
Hella expensive

So much potential but doesn’t meet expectations
by ElsaAdams on 2020/12/30 14:44
Who doesn’t like fashion? There is so much potential for this game, but there are too many things that make it frustrating and hard to get into really playing and enjoying. 1. Items are super expensive and you’ll spend your Covet cash and diamonds really quick. You can’t really earn without playing or taking long breaks and letting your diamonds build back up. 2. You can’t try on more than one thing at a time. Imagine going to the dressing room and being told you can’t try on the top and the pants together. If you haven’t bought an item, you can’t try it on with another item that you haven’t bought. 3. Did I mention that you go through your diamonds and Covet cash really fast? Add to that the challenges where you have to use 3-4 items that they preselected and most you probably don’t already own...see the above 2 problems when dealing with this issue. You can’t enter challenges because they’re too expensive, and you can’t try items on together leading to...you can’t earn more diamonds/cash. (Also, this leads to a lot of the looks you vote on looking the same) I’m not interested in spending my money to buy diamonds to build up my wardrobe. This is something I do for fun and to decompress. I’m not going to spend money on something to put on a virtual model. At least on the Home Design game (where I saw this game advertised) you get more diamonds per day’s check-in and you can put 2 unpurchased items in a room at a time. If you were able to earn more diamonds per day and were allowed to try on more than one thing at a time, I’d consider continuing playing.
I pay for Covet monthly pass, why doesn’t it work?
by Krikkiteer on 2020/12/28 23:34
Covet monthly pass used to allow us to use Covet Collection from other seasons, without lowering our score for using something out of season. Recently, it has stopped doing that. Why do we pay for the monthly pass if it doesn’t work???
You should download the app here’s why
by I lava it :) on 2020/12/28 16:06
There’s basically nothing to wear just waiting until you get so much stuff then you can buy stuff and you can dress up your avatar then people can I get can join you and chat and chat with everyone it’s really fun though really really fun you should download it it’s fine I think you’ll like it :)

lack of inclusivity is heartbreaking.
by TEI2020 on 2020/12/28 04:59
i love love this game and i would have given it five stars. but the lack of diversity in terms of body shape and skin tone is heartbreaking and it must, must, must be addressed. i am calling on the creators of this app to take action. for a game that is so amazing in terms of the creativity/inclusivity of style challenges, supporting of black-owned businesses, feminist and gender role-breaking style challenges, and trendiness/modernity, i would expect better than for a skinny white woman to be the default. it’s heartbreaking and extremely disappointing. it almost makes me, a multiethnic woman, ashamed to play the game. the lack of options for darker skin tones is ridiculous, there are only 2 “dark” skin tones (the darkest of which is still very light). the model has an unchangeable and extremely thin body. to the developers of covet, i am begging you to take action and show better representation of the female community that you seem to want to empower.
great app!

Great game but prepared to spend a lot of money.
by My Text Life on 2020/12/27 23:49
I love this game. The fashions are fabulous and the graphics are terrific. Many people complain about competing against higher level players but that doesn’t bother me. The problem is there is no way to play this game without spending real life cash. And a lot of it. Most of the challenges require things that you cannot earn, they have to be bought. Even an excellent score will only get you about 500 diamonds whereas the outfits are routinely over a thousand diamonds. And many are four and 5000 diamonds each. You can re-wear outfits but it’s going to drastically lower your score. And you can borrow outfits from your fashion team. But only one item and only one today. So in the end you end up buying. I tried some of the extra things where you can earn diamonds. Most of them require purchases. The ones that don’t you’re going to get maybe 100 diamonds at a time. It really is impossible to play the game if you’re not willing to spend money on it. It’s a shame because I really like the game. I finally had to delete it.
Poor customer service
by Find a different app on 2020/12/27 22:48
In a long time player (level 90) and I quit! It has been over a month and covet has not responded to me about an urgent issue equaling a $100 charge that I got from them! Don’t take this game seriously or put money into it because there is no one to contact if something goes wrong and they just disrespectfully ignore you! I will be contacting my lawyer about this since they won’t respond.

Getting out of control.
by Jenm1107 on 2020/12/26 20:07
I understand they need to make money but it’s gotten ridiculous with the challenges. Unless you want to spend $50 plus a month you can’t ever compete in a challenge. I’ve spent tons of money and refuse to keep playing anymore. Unfortunately the developers got greedy. I’ve heard this by many other players in chat who are also deleted the app after years of game play.
Fun but expensive
by jlmd120 on 2020/12/25 23:51
I really like creating looks on this app but it is difficult to earn money and diamonds. I will probably delete it because I’m spending too much of my own money on it.
Long time player just not worth it anymore
by StellaBlu74 on 2020/12/25 19:32
I definitely think there’s an algorithm in this game. Many of my challenges have ALL had the same exact low score. If it’s truly based on voting what are the odds of this happening? I haven’t won enough 5 star prizes to even be able to compete and once that happens the season is pretty much over for the player. I’ve seen my same look in Top Looks several times and I received not even a 4.5. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my challenges are all receiving the same exact score. The price for the clothing is outrageous and when you HAVE to buy one of these pieces to even be able to enter a challenge and still score terribly I don’t see the point of even continuing. The Covet Fashion pass has helped not at all. I actually think it’s made the situation worse. This game is no longer enjoyable. I’ve also noticed many other long time players have quit. I will be putting this game aside as well. It’s such a thankless effort that it is no longer enjoyable or entertaining and receiving the same exact score numerous times in a row seems like an astronomical coincidence if the scores in this game are truly generated by voting. The math simply does not add up.

It’s entertaining

The game itself is cool. However they make some challenges impossible to participate in without actually buying credits. Most times you spend more than you get back in the challenges so theirs not really a good way to build money on here unless you’re only doing the daily challenges or only borrowing clothes (which you can only borrow one item)
Good BUT............................................
by figtitfhfht on 2020/12/23 04:29
I would give this 5 stars but this game is not diverse. There is no other race other than white. It’s sad that it is 2020 and y’all people still don’t understand. But other than that it’s a pretty good app but I don’t like that it isn’t realistic like for example the person doesn’t have face expression
Amazing ,but

I love this game but ugh
by Nobody Somebody Anybody? on 2020/12/21 17:51
I love this game it’s very fun and creative. But some things are too expensive. For the rally’s it’s annoying to get bonus pieces. Like we could’ve gotten the big prize but didn’t because we got double pieces. And I think there should be more filters. Like with hair accessories I want to be able to filter by color. And in the create a look spot I want there to be filters. Lastly I want the ability to name looks so they aren’t look 2782494727. -Thanks
Voting/Challenges
by Da Natsta on 2020/12/21 04:43
I really enjoy this game but it’s frustrating that you can’t style with what you want because it’s so expensive to buy the cool or unique stuff. And you can’t enter more than 2 or 3 challenges because unless you’re buying diamonds or cover cash every day, you can’t meet the requirements. You can borrow once every 24 hours so that doesn’t leave you with a lot of options either. And my biggest most upsetting problem with this app is the voting. I’m constantly given the choice between a level 8 verses level 92 or a 5 against a 77. How is this even remotely fair? You know that if you are lower level in this game you will never get a high score because at that range your look will never get voted for no matter how hard you tried. Simply because covet gives higher levels all the cool props/hair/makeup. You just can’t compete. Covet, please please please change the voting to a smaller range. Keep it within 10 levels of each other, it’s just not fun gameplay.
Changes need to be made.
by Nikki345 on 2020/12/21 03:40
I’ve been playing Covet since it came out. As time has gone on more brands are continuously getting added, but they are more expensive. Covet for seven years now you have not changed the amount players receive for entering challenges. You need to give players more money for the amount of money we spend for each challenge. $100 $200 challenges are no longer enough to keep up with these expensive brands. It’s become almost impossible to save money in the game due to needing to constantly purchase items and not ever being able to save. Many players have complained about this, but in the seven years you still have done nothing for compensation for players. It’s disappointing.
Fun but annoying

I really love this game and it is very fun for anyone who loves fashion or designing. The only problem I have ever had is gaining tickets to play because if you vote it will only give you one or two tickets when you need twenty five to play. Otherwise this is like the best game I have on my phone!

The game is super fun & really good, but a lot of the time I can’t make outfits because I don’t have enough money because everything costs so much (I mean, I’m fine with it, I just get the daily reward everyday :P)
rally pieces
by Paigeaburn35 on 2020/12/17 16:59
it’s so annoying we can get duplicate pieces in rally’s!! like it’s hard enough getting everyone to enter and earn the piece and then it just goes to waste so annoying :/ like my house has done a rally immediately after one ends and win every time, yet halfway through the month we still don’t even have a grand prize yet???? like are you actually kidding me. get rid of duplicate pieces and just let us have this one way to get free stuff when everything else is so expensive. not happy with covet anymore
Real money Often Needed
by Klmyres on 2020/12/17 15:17
I’ve played this game and enjoyed it for several years but as time has gone by the challenges almost force you to buy items with real money. You cant earn enough money from the daily challenge to win the special items. You must enter challenges and the challenges are usually filled with items you don’t have. I do not want to pay real money for items.

by Haley1973 on 2020/12/16 02:46
Covet is a RIP OFF!! I have been playing for 6 years. I am a top level player and completely bored with this game. The events are expensive! It’s impossible to have a great look without spending a fortune and good luck getting a top look! Unless you buy the Covet Collection pass you cannot enter any flashbacks. Diamond packages are expensive and you don’t get nearly enough for what you spend. 100.00 for entering event...maybe you can purchase a pair of shoes but nothing else. Unless you have a lot of spending money and like to blow it on a game you will most likely dislike this game.
undo accidental purchases please
by lexybirchspeare on 2020/12/15 16:22
I enjoy this app a lot, and I’ve had it longer than any other game on my phone. Most of the problems I have with it have already been addressed by many reviews, but my biggest one that I think should be the most simple is to have an undo function in order to prevent spending tons of money accidentally on an item. It is so frustrating when that happens and I don’t see why it exists except to squeeze money out of players.

I got this game and played it for a day and it was really fun but then they started charging me (fake in-game money) to wear articles of clothing I bought! Like what!!! So then I couldn’t play till I heard back from who won challenges and I never really won anything! Plus you need keys? To do a challenge this game could be really fun but I don’t want it taking up storage if I can only play once every three days.

by MrsKG on 2020/12/14 00:32
Dont buy anything for diamonds cause they won’t honor it, I have bought 4 different items for diamonds and they promise you those diamonds within 72 hours. I’ve been trying for a month. Then they tell you they have nothing to do with that and you have to contact “Tapjoy” that leaves it up to “Covet” to honor the diamonds owed. They just keep blaming each other while they have your REAL money until you give up. Fun game but just don’t buy anything. Even when you spend 99 cent on 3 pieces of clothing it won’t show up in your inventory, they’ll tell you to try it again just to get ANOTHER 99 cent.

I'm on level 35 and I've been doing it for three years. It's good juice, but not playing every day. He's becoming more and more participating in a challenge. Sometimes you spend more for metro on a challenge than the precarious prize you get. I seeing clothing pieces at $5.750 and then earn only $500 or $700 on a dress or $125 on a blouse. I don't play so much anymore, it's hard to get up to the level and win five stars in a challenge is a feat. Apparently, you have to use your own money if you want to go up fast.

Covet is such a fun game!! It has no ads, has actual clothing items you can choose from (like stuff from good American), and you win prizes! It’s not like those other games that say your style is ugly... covet let’s you choose what you want to wear. Totally recommend!!!
Too expensive

by Bmoorecool on 2020/12/12 19:57
This is a great game! It’s fun and a way for designers to peruse their dreams in a small way. The problem with this game? #1 it’s really expensive which makes it so you can’t do more than one challenge a day (which is fine but not so much fun). #2 without money, you can’t buy good clothes to win and you can’t get money unless you win. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t expect to be rewarded for creativity
by Chela127849 on 2020/12/12 03:04
This game started fun, but you quickly realize that the to- looks in challenges all look very similar and are from very high levels. Also, you have to spend money to get anywhere in the game. The prices of items to the value of what you receive for entering or winning anything is extremely unfair. Plus 8.99 for any hair accessories that you can’t even use most of. It’s a bit ridiculous. But like others have said, voting is unfair, levels pit against each other and if you don’t spend money you’re not rewarded.
Love the game, but there’s always room for improvement
by poorfashionfan on 2020/09/23 04:09
I really love this game because it’s creative, imaginative, and a good way to spend some extra time. My fashion house is kind, amazing, and supportive, so it’s been a great way to connect with others as well. A few cons that I have about the game are 1, how expensive everything is becoming, and 2, the hint of subtle racism. I don’t think this was intentional but I do think some of the face makeup is extremely stereotypical and not very diverse. For example, most if not all Asian looks consist of very small eyes but hello - Asia is a hugggeeee place and there should be more looks to represent this! In addition, the picture of the story is oftentimes (but probably not often enough) someone of color, however those that receive top looks and top scores are usually all predominantly white. This doesn’t always happen but when it does it’s a huge head scratcher, when the makeup and skin is locked to certain combinations sometimes I think it helps this problem. Perhaps there is nothing Covet can do about the way people create their looks and the way people vote, but what they can do is expand their looks to be more diverse, more accurate, and less stereotypical. Overall there are so many things I love and enjoy about Covet, I plan to keep playing for a long time because honestly it doesn’t really get old! I’d just like to see additional steps being taken by Covet to further ensure diversity and inclusivity.
Voting, TL, Borrowing, Challenges
by Southern-City Belle on 2019/11/21 13:46
Like others have stated, the game is fun and I do like playing. BUT, 1) I strongly believe the team needs to review how voting is done. Why would a level 10 player go against a level 55??? The higher level of course is going to get the vote. Higher levels always do because they have the cool makeup or hairstyle. Work on this Covert! 2) Top Look/Perfect Score is usually always the high levels and all the looks-look the same. What happened to fashion being an expression of one’s personality. 3) Borrowing, again I strongly believe the team needs to review the rules and update them. Players who are in a Fashion House and have Friends should be allowed to borrow 1 item from each per outfit. Do a test run and see if we the players responded positively or negatively. 4) This is a pive of mine. Please y’all check your spelling and grammar. Most of the time I have to piece together words to figure out the challenge. 5) About challenges, if you ask the players to dress a nurse, you should provide scrubs as an option. That is just one example. I could literally go on. 6) Hair accessories should be an award, players should not have to spend $8.99 of our money. If you want to charge than players should be allowed to purchase with game money or diamonds. 7) A big pive of mine is being required to purchase jewelry on a challenge and because of the scene the earrings don’t even show. Other than the things I mentioned, the game is fun.
Ehh
by MLG_PUGS_LOL on 2020/08/16 01:23
Overall, this game is okay. I have a couple complaints and suggestions to make the game better though. I really like this game because of my love for fashion. I appreciate the little changes in diversity that the developers have added. But I feel that there should be MORE changes make to the game than just the appearances. For example, When I enter 28 challenges and won the months styling spree prize, it was out of season. I don’t think it’s fair to make this that way. I also believe when a new season starts and you have barely any money to spend on creating a whole new closet, you should get a welcome gift for each season to help start you off betterIt’s unfair to expect everyone to turn to their wallet for everything. I think you should get your tickets and diamonds at the beggining of the day instead of having to wait until evening to use them. You should be able to earn game cash more in challenges you have to buy things for, not just daily challenges. When I have voted on looks, I have noticed that they put very high level players against players almost 30 levels lower than them at times. I do not believe that this is fair to the players, I think it should at least be within the range of the player. If you read this, I think it’s worth playing the game, but just as well, there are definetly flaws that make gameplay not as enjoyable. Thanks for reading. *Abby B.*
Fun but frustrating
by Liz_87 on 2020/07/26 06:15
I have been playing this game on and off for the last four years or so. It’s a lot of fun, and is honestly one of my favorite games to play. It is incredibly frustrating for a couple of different reasons. 1) The voting system is terrible. Looks are voted on by other players, but sometimes a level 6 is pitted against a level 57 and there is literally no way someone just starting out could compete with the closet, hair, and makeup available to a level 57! I try to level the playing field by always voting for the one with the lowest-level hair. Someone with a gorgeous fancy hairstyle is probably a high level, whereas I can easily recognize the lower-level hairstyle. I know it’s not fair to judge this way, but I feel it’s the only way to give the newer players a chance! The next thing is actually my biggest frustration with the game. When you first start off playing, you advance levels pretty easily—I want to say every $25,000 or $50,000 spent (of Covet money, of course! Not real money, lol). Then, once you reach a certain point, you only level up every $100,000. It makes the game a lot less fun for me. I’m not trying to spend a ton of my own money, which I’m sure many of the higher-level people do (I always imagine them as housewives who don’t work but have an unlimited amount of money to spend on an app), so it takes foreverrrrr to level up. any other complaints are minor, but if these two things were fixed, the game would be almost perfect.
Fun but unfair
by TeeDee215 on 2019/12/21 19:58
I really love playing the game, but it’s so unfair on so many levels. The voting process needs to be updated. There is no way for a level 6 to compete with a level 60! Even if you buy the hair accessories, you can’t use them until you get to a certain level. I have a great hair accessory, but I can’t use it until I’m at level 8. It takes at least a month to move up a level, and that’s a very long time. And the really cool hair accessories aren’t available until your level number is extremely high. The top looks are all occupied by the same exact looks, and mist often the looks are the blonde, blue-eyed looks. Every now and then I will see a designer of color in the top looks. There are more top looks than the long, flowing, blonde hair. I’ve often lightened the skin color just to have a shot of a better score, and that’s wrong. I’ve noticed that the lighter the skin; the higher the score. There is no way to be on the top unless you purchase and purchase and purchase. The FUN part is designing the outfits. But not being able to truly compete at a lower level is disheartening. It takes way too long to level up. The original designs are scored so low. I’ve seen some amazing outfits that only score 3 stars, and that is also very disheartening. This game has the potential to be great. The way it’s set up now, you’re practically begging beginners to stop playing the game. You’ve retained your long-term players, but I think you will lose a lot of new players. ✌🏾
Great game
by taco king 463 on 2020/06/14 19:03
Covet is a great game you can enter so many challenges its so great to be able to see what people think about you design when you vote if your reading this to make sure its safe for your kids it is there is nothing wrong with it there’s no inappropriate stuff its all safe also there’s no adds which is so good but you do have to watch adds if you want to get some extra gems 💎 but other then that there’s no adds its a great game i have a question so i want to leave my fashion house right but im the leader but im the only member so i have no one to be the next leader so i cant leave the fashion house is there a way you can make it possible for me to leave the house it would be great plus you feel so great when you level up or earn a new item and you can make designs without joining a challenge you can practice or just make one just for fun also when you start it gives you a lot of money 💰 so make sure you save it and spend it well because when i got it i just used it all up could you guys make guy ones to not just women that would be cool also i dont like that all the models weight are so skinny because thants not a great example i wish we could choose how their body looks and their height also what i dont like is you guys but a level 7 with a level 70 because it is not fair when you vote so this game is good but i could be better
Uneven voting
by Richelle21 on 2020/05/29 03:04
Levels are done by what your closest is worth. So someone, who’s closet is worth $400,000, is level 12. Someone who is at level 46, has a closet that is worth $3.7 million dollars. The more items in your closet, the higher the value of your closet. The more items you have to chose from, the better your results. So how is it fair, to put a level 12 next to a level 46, and have voters choose the best look? Clearly the odds are in the favor on the person who has more items in their closest. Obviously the person who is a higher level is good at design, so it’s not like that they got there by luck. If you are going to have voters choose, put a level 12 against a level 11 or 13, maybe a 14. I think they are aiming to get people to buy more diamonds to add things to their closest, because you pretty much have to buy more to get to the higher levels. Also, to get things like tiaras and veils (they have bridal challenges), you have to be at the higher levels AND pay $9 to unlock them. I decided to try one design with a tiara, and a similar design on another without a tiara. The one with a tiara got a 4.96 rating from voters. The one that didn’t, barely got a 4 rating. Unblock a few more accessories or at minimum, give one vail, and a tiara like headpiece. Or, don’t make people pay for every single hair accessory. Get to the levels unlock the basic ones, and the more elaborate ones you can charge for. Fix the uneven voting and I’ll change my rating.

Wow i e watched 3 videos for coins and received none now ive wasted all my money on a look i cant even enter !!!. Its ridiculous how much this game glitches wen watching videos for coins almost like its on purpose!.. I'm getting fed up with this game its no fun wen u guys dont give out nearly enuff money or coins to buy anything for it... ive been playing this game on an off for over 5 yrs and dont even have 1,000$ to spend !!.. this is the most realistic fashion game ther is and i love this game and dont want to stop playing but its turning out to be stressful wen its supposed to relieve stress to play !!. I wish u guys would make some changes so that people like me an many others could afford to play because i can not afford to constantly buy coins and money as im sure many other people can not afford it as well.. i really hope ur team at covet fashion reads this an considers some options .. on another note ive scored over 4.0 on almost rvery single look working with less then 1,000$ and less than 1,000 diamonds if i could be able to earn money an diamonds an easier way i would be able to do some amazing things so please please i really hope for a little change it would mean the world because fashion is wat i love to do .. thank you for taking the time to read this and i look forward to your teams response!.. Sincerely, Amber Dawn
It Stops Being Fun
by misspink420 on 2020/10/26 22:33
There are so many great things about this game. With the amount of clothing items plus the accessories, props, and head wear, it’s almost impossible NOT find something amazing. That’s why I can not seem to understand why the top looks in EVERY event look exactly the same. I don’t even have to scroll down because looks #1 through, like, #20 on the first page have the same dress, same hair, same props, same everything. Now, I’ve played the game long enough to know that yes, challenges have certain items that have to be worn. But there is still a HUGE variety of things to create. I keep coming back to the game because I love fashion, but I always stop playing because I don’t think it’s allowing people to be individual. Maybe our votes don’t count unless you spend money. But when a game doesn’t let you advance unless you spend money, it’s not really fun. Otherwise I would pay ONCE and then have all the closet items unlocked. Or have a monthly subscription or something. But I get so tired of seeing the exact same copy cat for top looks. And majority of the looks are actually the newest and/or most costly pieces. The thing about fashion is that it’s so diverse and different. That’s why you don’t see people walking around wearing the same pants with the same shirt, same hair style and color walking the same dog. I know you have the ability to switch it up. Because when I’m voting, I see some different looks. Not a lot, but some.
Could be so amazing but they want your money!
by Tutu tutu colors on 2020/10/18 02:06
I don’t even have to begin to go into detail of why and how this game is so unfair. Why? Because every other review, good and bad, says the same thing. I looooovvvveeee this game! But it is unfair in so many ways! I’m on the verge of deleting the app because the challenges have become completely unattainable. If you’re not spending money......and I mean anywhere from $0.99 for fashion packs in challenges that’s gets you 3 out of the 4 items needed for a challenge or $1.99 for 600 diamonds which get you maybe one or two items (sometimes none) or freaking $8.99 for prop packs!!! Covet you’re tripping! Fall 2020 challenges are outrageous! I’m leveling up and finding myself more and more unable to enter challenges because of the requirements. Also, there seems to be Less and less room for creativity. All the top looks are the same. Challenges make you pick from a limited amount of items; like 4 shirts or dresses to choose from. So all the looks end up being the same. And the worst of all is when they lock challenges to certain seasons!!! So for example, all you can use is Spring 2015 items (yes! 2015) so unless you’ve been playing for 10 years you have no Spring 2015 items. So you go to purchase the included fashion pack and find you have no shoes to enter the look. So you’re stuck with a challenge you paid $0.99 for that you can’t enter. I’m over it and the more I write, the more it pisses me off!
Covet Review
by Just Another Coveter on 2020/06/26 13:10
I love this app so much. It is an amazing app, but like every good one, there is always a catch. You have to check the app almost every day to receive prizes and you constantly have to buy new clothing items. I you don’t have enough tickets, dollars, or diamonds to buy something or even enter a challenge, you therefore cannot enter the challenge. This has been a pain for me because when a challenge interests me, I am always having to check every little thing to make sure that I am able to do the challenge. You can join a Fashion House, which allows you to chat and ask opinions on an outfit or challenge. BUT. You need to always check your chat and participate because they can kick you out if f your fashion house. Another thing I don’t like is that it takes so long to get the results. I understand that when in voting it may take a while, but I think voting times should be closer to 4-6 hours. Waiting 18 hours for a mobile outfit is unrealistic. A suggestion to help this would be have a calculation process. It could help by additional points on an outfit, but also help the rating results being calculated during the voting. That way, the second the voting time is over, you get your results. Now, like I said, I love this app. There are many amazing things apart of this app. Don’t let the bad parts have a huge difference on you. Cover fashion really is an amazing game.
Fun game , infarte voting and hair accessories
by Rponer on 2018/12/11 07:43
I truly enjoy the game and I find it very fun, however there are a couple of things that I find very frustrating about the game. The voting on the game is unfair, paring someone on level 5 with someone on level 35 is really unfair for the lower level player. First of all lower level players don’t have the cooler hair and make up the higher up players have, with that alone lower level player very rarely can score higher score, it’s almost impossible. Votes should be generate per level exemple level 5 against level 5 and and so on . Another thing thing that I find very annoying in the game is the 8.99 for the hair accessory, that is very expensive , it should be way less and player should be able to pay with the game currency, and if player want to spend real money than they can spend real money. Lastly I think players should take into consideration of the items that the models are using are in season or not. Covet should actually have a way to show above the models image when voting their season meter. I think it’s really unfair to the new players or player in general who spends “money” on the game to get everything in season and get doesn’t even get 5 stars. Overall the game it’s fun and Covet is constantly working on bugs. I hope this review is helpful to new players and to Covet itself to do some updates on their end.
SO fun and entertaining
by Joplingirl on 2020/04/06 14:52
I’ve been playing this app for many years and that’s weird for me because I have literally no other game apps on my phone because I lose interest OR they always require you to buy your way through it. Covet does require some in app purchases but not so much that you cannot fulfill any design. If you like fashion or design they have A LOT of features and it’s buildable, way more so then when I first started playing. And if you’re not bothered by in app purchases, they really aren’t that much. The designers of the game are also really hands on. They needed to do some tweaking with the game and had to have it shut down for a bit of time, which took away from some of the timed design looks people could have fulfilled and earned points on. So they gifted everyone the winning totals anyway when they were done with their updating. I’ve never experienced that with an iPhone game in my life. They do also give out random gifts periodically as a thank you for continuing to play their game and the customer support is quick and efficient. As someone who detests in app purchase games, I honestly do not mind this one at all. I’m still easily able to go through many designs and fulfill many of the daily features. This is the longest amount of time I’ve spent on an app since downloading instagram.
Fun, addictive, needs minor improvements
by thompk15 on 2019/12/05 04:38
This game is super fun and really well-made. Beware, it’s addicting...and everything isn’t free. There are some minor improvements I would recommend (although these conditions are probably intentional efforts to increase revenue for the game...but hey, maybe if we complain enough they will listen): 1.) have skill brackets where comparable leveled players compete in voting rather than grouping all levels together, which gives higher-level players the advantage because they have better hair/makeup options 2.) introduce a search feature, or more detailed category selections, to make finding garments easier. 3.) allow Covet cash to cover diamond purchases when diamonds are insufficient. 4.) allow hair and accessory packages to be purchased using diamonds rather than actual currency. 5.) make previously favorited/loved garments accessible when creating outfits so they can be easily retrieved and purchased without unnecessary efforts to locate them by scrolling through hundreds of other items. 6.) allow one borrowed item PER OUTFIT. 7.) allow shirts/sweaters to be layered over dresses....or really just layering multiple clothing items in general. People do it..it’s a thing. 8.)ALLOW MANUAL SELECTION OF BODY TYPES...please :) The rationale for the ‘modern body’ option (which randomly assigns you one...but it’s somehow always still Barbie thin?) is ridiculous. Evidenced by them not doing a similar set up with skin tones!
Good but.....

This app is really fun, and easy to use. You get to create any fashion look that you want. I love how competitive it is but also how excepting everybody is of your style. Also it’s very easy to earn the money that you used to buy more clothes in this app. There’s a wide variety of dresses, bags, jewelry, and so much more. One thing that I would change is the part where you can speak to people in your fashion house once you complete so many challenges. It’s a little offputting having a kid talk to people in their houses. It’s a little dangerous to have your kid talking to people in your house because you don’t know who they are or what they look like. Other than that though I don’t see why it such a big deal. It’s a lot of fun to use there are many different things to choose from once again. I personally Love this app. And I think you will too! I give this a four star rating that one star was taking taken off because of the chat option I wish there was a setting to be able to turn that off. That’s the only thing I would change. Other than that it’s a great app and I hope you will get it. One thing that I forgot to mention, is that you get to vote on other peoples luxe for the category. Also if you update the app in a certain way there’s a big diverse amount of models and I love that fact about it. So I think that rounds everything up.
Addictive

I love this game... but it can be really frustrating. For instance: I enter every single challenge - therefore winning a lot of free items... and I get a ton of one brand or another and whenever that brand is required for a challenge, those pieces aren’t included. Or rarely included. Sometimes they have pieces (especially jewelry pieces) that are even named the same thing and one will be accepted as a required piece and the other isn’t. I don’t get it. Also, I own many of the hair accessories after playing for a couple years (& I am now only 10 levels away from the max!), but there was a glitch a while back that allowed us to use different HA’s on any hair style.... and I wish they did more of that. There are quite a few accessories that would be used a lot more often if you didn’t have to use short or ugly hair with it. The coloring on some of the hair is weird too. I also wish the “Covet” pieces could be used all the time on any season we are on. Tattoos should be able to be worn with gloves. Aside from that, I have always loved dressing people up, starting at Barbie & then helping my sisters and friends, and this game makes me so happy! I love the variety of looks I can do - even if some of the looks are a bit weird when we have to add a handbag to a situation that would never need a handbag! Lol. Even with my complaints I enter every challenge and love the game.
Love it - BUT needs modifications
by Jelly907 on 2019/12/23 17:43
I imagine a game like this is always going to get better as it’s so popular the developers are constantly updating. I’ve never spent more than $10 on this game and I’ve been playing on an off for 4 years. All the suggestions other reviewers write about are also my complaints. The thing I hate the most is the clones. Not sure how they can stop that -there are Facebook groups dedicated to cloning or have “suggestions” on looks and then everyone copies those. Nothing is original anymore, I don’t like how everyone copies the look in the event they are entering but the dolls all look like the pictures and those at higher levels will always get top looks. I used to get top looks but not anymore. So it’s a great game, don’t feel like you have to enter every event unless you’re in a rally. You can spend $100’s on this game but in the end it’s just a game. You’re not getting a return for your money-plus it’s getting more expensive. That’s why I don’t rally anymore. If you’re going to increase the amount of cash/diamonds you have to spend for each event then you should give a higher payout for those events because that has not changed and it’s not fair. It’s still $500 for the dailies, and $100-$200 back for very event but you have to spend more. Frustrating. :(.
Addictive and Expensive
by srpink on 2019/11/02 02:55
Honestly I’m obsessed with this game. I love it. It is my one guilty pleasure. It is expensive because you have to buy clothes otherwise it takes forever to level up. Leveling up is important because with each new level you get new hair and makeup. Typically that scores higher. People vote on the looks. I am okay with higher levels being paired with lower levels because higher levels have worked HARD and put in their dues. The one thing that is weird for me is that some ppl vote for the tackiest looks thinking “more is more” just because the doll is overflowing with props and tons of layers. I feel like a lot of tacky looks get voted higher than looks that actually look amazing regardless of level. I do wish there was a curve in the scoring also because I have made multiple 4.99 and 4.98 looks that I didn’t get 5 star rewards for. It’d be nice if Covet just bumped that up. Lol. I do love getting rewards and I love the $0.99 FB challenge packs. For how expensive the game is I think Covet could add in a few more incentives, and I do think they’re getting better at that. I’d love if every now and then they sold diamonds in bulk for a discounted price. Like a hundred thousand diamonds for a hundred dollars. That would give some people a real chance at leveling up! It’s a fun game, addictive, and super satisfying to play.
Fun but unfair
by ChiknTendrNFries on 2019/07/15 13:19
I’ve been playing this game for some years now. I’ll delete it and then redownload it when I get bored. I’ve recently started to really get into it and I realized why I end up not playing after a few challenges. The game is fun. I love styling outfits for my model to wear. Makes me feel like I’m a designer or something ha. What I don’t like is that the game is really expensive. I find myself, after entering about two challenges, with technically no in-game money. I’m a low level so I end up having to buy all the required stuff as well as buying new stuff to go with the stuff I just bought so in the end, I end up being stuck. I can’t enter challenges cuz I can’t afford the required items but I can’t afford the required items because I can’t complete challenges. It’s a catch 22. Keeping ticket currency is easy, it’s the in-game money and diamonds that’s hard to keep. Then the app expects you to buy diamonds and currency for real money. The lowest package is 1.99 for 600 diamonds which will probably get you 1-3 clothing items depending on how expensive they are. So to conclude, the reason I always stop playing this game is cuz I’m stuck in limbo between not being able to complete challenges due to not having enough currency to buy clothing and not being able to receive currency from winning challenges I can’t compete in. And I refuse to real money for this game. So yeah 🤷🏾‍♀️. I’m deleting right now..

Covet is really fun to play...but it’s really expensive...first of all each level and there are 76 levels currently take a lot of in game money to reach...I have been playing since 2014 and am at level 73 and I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game I’m pretty sure a couple of thousands within these 5 years...I could have saved that money but when times in life are hard it does become an outlet and you can socialize in your fashion house...oh and it can take you a whole year to get a Top Look or more...also the winning looks are almost all the same and there are houses that pretty much cheat by determining the best look...let’s also talk about skin color...aka colorism...it’s really hard to win a Challenge with a dark skin model even if the look is drop dead gorgeous because the challenge pictures are mostly of white models...Cover is becoming more diverse but players usually follow the challenge pic...really beautiful dark models do score high most of the time but if the challenge pic isn’t a picture of a person of color then forget about a top look smh...also I agree the voting isn’t fair at all...I’m currently playing the daily and a couple of challenges a day...I save from the daily challenge and daily diamonds Because I have spent too much money on this game this year so far smh...it’s addictive so be prepared and ave your coins!
It’s fun but needs work.
by kalifornia9283 on 2019/11/26 05:19
I love Covet! I play daily and it is overall a fun and enjoyable game. But there are some things that bother me. 1) voting! The voting is just ridiculous. Something has to change. There’s level 3’s going up against level 79’s who have all the hair accessories and better outfits. It’s really difficult to get a top score. And isnt fair to the lower levels. I’m a level 25 and still have yet to receive a top score! 2) Borrowing! Challenges are expensive!!! There should be a much better borrowing system for the game. 3) why does every challenge need you to spend 3 times more then you make from the challenge? It is so difficult to save up money, especially diamonds. 4) my number one issue with the game is how difficult it is to level up. I’ve been playing for a year and a half daily and have just hit 25. That’s ridiculous! It takes so much time and effort (AND A TON OF MONEY!) to level up!! Even if there could be additional prizes for leveling up it would be so much better, like cash! For example. Even $5000 cash would make so many more people want to continue playing instead of having to be broke and trying to get more hair styles. Please make some changes to the game to be more user friendly, it has such a fun concept but it isn’t satisfying for players.
Love the game, but it needs improvement
by Sundance3477 on 2018/03/17 15:19
I do love this game. I spend some of my own money (like an idiot) and have a style score of 5.7. HOWEVER, so many things frustrate me. Almost every time, all the top looks for a challenge are the exact same look. The only difference is hair styles. Are you kidding me? Maybe it is Fashion Houses voting for their own (I don’t belong to one), but come on! Figure something out with the voting. Also, too many challenges are ridiculous fairytale or mythical themes that would require a player to purchase armor and crazy pieces they’ll rarely use. I love time travel themes, but stop requiring pieces that basically tie a players hands at being original and actually using items from their closets. I also think $8.99 for ONE hair accessory is insane. I’ve written multiple comments directly on the site to Covet Fashion and just get the canned response about notifying the developers. I even pointed out typos, not to be a jerk, but because with all the money we are spending on this site I expect them to have their act together. I’m also at the end (?) of the Jet Set challenges and am curious if there will ever be more beyond the golf one. Didn’t the developers anticipate progress in those levels? Again, I really do love this game, but as a fairly new player I’m gathering a lot of my frustrations are similar to many from the past and apparently have had little impact with the developers.
Unfair and too expensive
by Mcchickennuggets on 2019/05/27 22:36
I’ve been playing this game on and off since 2016 and it’s still the same, sadly. The voting process- don’t even get me started . The ones that win don’t look like what the challenge said. I have to pay 8.99 for 1 hair accessory? That’s almost $10 (because of tax) that should be for ALL the hair pieces! That’s outrageous! I want to participate in the fairytale challenges but in order to win I need one and I’m only level 6 which also brings me back to the voting. Stop putting my level 6 with a level 35. They definitely will look better than me and it’s not fair. Can you bring back casual wear challenges instead of always having to put on a gown? Like maybe one with jeans or something? A soccer mom or going to see a play instead of forest queen and stranded in the desert! I’ve actually spent money on this game I don’t know why. It definitely needs improvement and why can’t you buy money? I want to level up but it’s going to take me forever especially since I have to keep using my tickets to enter challenges I’ll never win. And when we get the cash and tickets but I haven’t used all my tickets, it fills some up but when I use the tickets again I would like to come back and claim the rest of the tickets I couldn’t before. I’ll have 39 tickets and you’re giving me 75 but I can only take 36 so I expect to still receiver tickets the next time I open the message!
Fun but issues
by Coolgrl725 on 2020/10/03 18:56
I love this game. I used to play years ago and then started up again. A lot of things have changed. I think it’s unfair that lower level players like level 6 compete against higher level players like level 69. There is no way to compete with higher levels and your score lowers because of that. I even tried spending money to get hair accessories, props and prior season clothes, spent a lot of money over the past couple of months (it’s embarrassing)and I still can’t keep up with higher levels. Plus if you spend money on hair accessories you only get access to one style on lower levels. It’s more suited for higher level players who have access to all the styles. It’s not right that I spend the same money as the higher levels $8.99 yet I don’t get the same access. I’m not going to spend anymore money on a game that gives me an unfair advantage. Also if you don’t have a lot of closet money or diamonds, you’re low level etc you can’t compete in more than a couple of events a day. I have an issue with categories like nursing, political figures, business women being in inappropriate clothing like crop tops, sequin outfits, ball gowns and cocktail dresses that keep winning. Honestly some clothing options should be eliminated from certain professional categories. Overall the game is fun and you get to be creative. I love seeing different brands featured that I normally would not be familiar with.
It could be so much better
by MsCommon on 2020/06/10 08:05
I started playing this game November 1, 2019. At first I was excited. However like many others have complained, you spend way too much money on this game. If you are thinking of starting now, it is almost mission impossible to get the coveted top look without a required hair accessory. These are 8.99 and there are over 100 of them. That is not to mention the props and how expensive they are. Again I will echo that finding a functioning house that doesn’t rally back to back fierce is all most impossible. You will spend money, rally flashbacks cost either real life money or covet diamonds. The cost for covet diamonds vs the in game cost for clothes, jewelry, and accessories are grossly disproportionate. Covet does very little to address gamer concerns. For the last 5 months we have been waiting on them to unlock the hair accessories that we have paid for. If you haven’t played this game, this is important because lower level players have fewer options for the appointed hair styles. Currently the best part of the game is broken now. The ability to link your Facebook friends so that you can share your closets is currently not working. There have been several complaints with no resolution. If you aren’t in a great house with sisters with deep closets, it’s really not worth it until they get this fixed. I really wish Covet honored is players as, I’ve spent a LOT of money on this game in less than a year and feel very undervalued.
I enjoy this game a lot, but...
by peacetookee on 2020/06/07 17:38
I’ll start by saying that I’ve played this game for about 4 years, and I’ve enjoyed it a lot so far. I have a really great Fashion House and they’re part of the reason I’ve played for as long as I have. However, I have a really hard time continuing to play when the cost of diamonds is so high. Prices of the requirements are increasing, and getting Top Looks feels near impossible, even when following “trending” looks, so getting enough diamonds to complete challenges doesn’t happen unless you pay astronomical prices for them. Covet also offers “incentives” through TapJoy, which is a problematic company in itself, but in order to receive diamonds you need to either spend a lot of money for not a lot of diamonds, or spend 20 minutes on a survey to get 10-50 diamonds. I love the game, but I hate being locked behind a paywall. I can’t in good conscious recommend the game because of the amount of times I’ve had to sit out of a challenge I really wanted to do because the requirements were too high. I’ll also mention, I’m extremely careful with how I spend diamonds/cash, and only spend on items when I absolutely have to, so my issues do not come from irresponsible spending, but the insanely high prices and low payouts. Play at your own risk, and know that eventually you may need to spend real money on fake currency in order to play.
EXPENSIVE!
by soccer;) on 2020/05/17 07:10
I’m not one to write a review but here I am. I love this game but beware that everything is really expensive! I’ve had this game for a while and I can’t seem to level up. I’ve been playing this game everyday for 4 months and I still haven’t gone from level 5 to level 6. It’s fun but everything costs 1,000-2,000 dollars (of game money.) No one is going to be able to buy that! I think the developers just want money and they don’t care about their customers. I was reading a lot of reviews and I noticed that every time a developer responded to a review they were repeating themselves like it was the same response as a lot of others. If they don’t take time to personalize their responses I think it’s bad customer service. I really think that they had this game good until things started getting expensive and the developers started wanting money and stopped good customer service. Get this game but please know that this game has it’s downsides. Also, on style challenges they ask you to buy 5 things just to enter in and I think it should be less than that because it’s too expensive for players that are just starting off. Overall it’s fun but for players starting out it’s not the best game. I don’t think it’s as enjoyable for players at level 1-10. Please listen and take action to this because people have been sending in reviews for years about the same thing and nothing seems to happen each year. Thanks🌸
So OBSESSED!
by AJACK12 on 2019/11/26 07:24
I LOVE this game! My sister introduced me to it in 2014 and I’ve been playing ever since. People are always going to find something to complain about so don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. This game is about fashion, fun, and making friends. Sometimes I spend real money on the game but you don’t need to pay money to be able to play. If you aren’t able to meet a challenge requirement you can purchase “diamonds” or a “fashion pack” if that option is available. Some people complain about it but they fail to realize that running an app costs money. There is a lot that goes into maintaining and updating servers, paying game designers, advertising etc. Also, the makers of this game hosts events in real life. My friend has been to one and they are the bomb! I love the fact that you can join”Fashion Houses” and get to know other players as well as compete for cool in game prizes :-D Sometimes the game glitches, like you go to style for an event and the “dolls” shirt goes missing lol. Lately though I haven’t had any issues, it helps to update the game when a new update comes out. Other than that there’s not much more to it. Anyone can play and it’s nice to come home after a long day at work and just chill while playing Covet. It’s almost therapeutic. Happy styling everyone!
FUN app!!
by Shell4eva7 on 2019/03/09 05:36
I love that all the merchandise is real. It's almost living vicariously thru the cartoon model lol. And I don't have much time to play games, so this is perfect, just style and stop if I need to. More updates please!!! 🤗 I originally wrote the above review when I first downloaded the app, which was years ago probably close to when it was first available. But honestly, this is like the 3rd time I redownloaded it. The voting is really not fair. If you want a good score you almost don’t have a choice but to spend real money. The prizes are low and the requirements needed to enter are literally impossible unless you are a high level. And the accessories are very expensive. Yes, tho not necessary to have, your not getting as good of a score as someone that has them. And the special hair accessories being $8.99 EACH? Wouldn’t it be more fair to sell them in groups? When the challenge is to be a bride, the designer with the vail usually always gets the higher score. Or the fairy with the flowers in her hair gets the high score too. Also, maybe in the future there can be a couple more categories added? Maybe another one under accessories? For hair pieces, armor, etc? All just my opinion. I love the game. Usually after a couple months I get fed up and delete it because I get frustrated as well as mad at myself for spending real money on an app lol (this is the only game I ever spent real money on)
I love the game but...
by Avaaal on 2020/04/25 04:31
I understand the aspect of the game is supposed to be about fun and styling looks, and it is fun. I know some people are going to accuse me if they read this review to be looking too much into things and caring too much but some aspects of the game make me quesy. The skin tints, while I understand there are only a couple, DONT go very “dark” the dark is a medium to light brown and that’s just not very friendly towards audiences that don’t have relatively light skin. Also, the event going on right now appropriates certain aspects that are important to Japanese and Asian culture, cultural aspects should not be used as a costume because somebody thinks it’s pretty and wants to play dress up. There is no way to edit your model, and I get that’s easier editing and coding for the creators, however the body type of the model, I understand it’s a cartoon, but isn’t very phisable even for people who model. One stick thin body type isn’t .... accurate... to real women, models even. Models don’t even look like that. There should be a way to edit how the girl looks, physically, I’m just throwing ideas out here, this doesn’t HAVE to be changed. The game has a beautiful design and is super fun to play, i just wish it was more progressive. I wish it was tailored to real women. All women. All people. Even if it is just a game, representation matters, and appropriation is not something that should be taken lightly.
Prizes that serve no purpose.
by BreezyMariezy on 2020/03/21 12:18
I don’t understand the logic of spending money earned on challenges, for garments, accessories, shoes etc, to complete another challenge only up win an item that just .... sits in your closet taking up space? I guess you obviously want the value so it helps you level up. But it just seems like a dumb waste of space. Would it not make more sense / give the player more incentive if the item they won, could be used in a preceding challenge? How many “Terrani Couture” gowns do I really need when not a single challenge requires one? Certainly not one of the ones I have won. I would have to say it’s the one thing that makes this game pretty amateur, and it alters the strategy and frequency of game play for the player. I don’t enter challenges for the prizes, I enter it for the cash - and then I horde it for times when there is a series happening so I can actually afford to play in it. Anyone with any “gaming” sense knows that when you have a challenge - you should have a prize that the player wants - and they should want that prize because it will be helpful in the future. Also - the “jet set” challenges are just stupid. If you want to insert a function which your players are incapable of leveling up - you could at least be subtle about it. But even I’ve noticed that I’ve never had to vote for a challenge beyond a certain point. Why bother?
Just a thought...
by LuciaDiLammermoor on 2019/11/26 02:21
First of all I will say that I am a "covet junkie" and, that I do sometimes buy diamonds (don't judge). But unfortunately I have to agree with a few reviewers who point out the negative. A few simple things like, being able to manipulate the clothing would be so helpful. Like, being able to tuck in shirts, see side and back views, fold down socks and put shirts over some dresses. Also, it would be great if things went on sale. The app has links to when the real ones do so why shouldn't the in game products also be marked down? Another item is that it has been a pretty long time that I've been waiting on jet set events. This is mostly unfair because that forces you to have to buy diamonds if you want to enter all these new flashback events. I know it's a common complaint but it would be awesome to make more money on events even if it's just $150 instead of $100 (but 200 would be better). Oh, and of course I really feel that the voting is messed with. I don't think my looks are the best every time but, so many times the winning looks are dull and ones that are really different and creative don't get recognized. It would be great to level the playing field by being able to interact with players and make friends to borrow from.

Covet Fashion, this is really truly a great game. I have some positive and negative feedback. I really hope you read this comment and what I have said. Some positive feedback; I really love what you have done with this game! It is really great fashion inspiration and a great way to get to know brands. All of your challenges are really creative too! Your newest wedding serious really impressed me. All the challenges were very diverse. And the negative; as a level 5, (yes, I know, not a very high level) I find it really challenging to get enough money for some challenges. The dailies are great, giving us 500$, but I have found I am still very low on money. I understand completely that all clothing prices are taken from the real clothes themselves! I am not saying you should change the prices but maybe give us 200 diamonds??? It would help a lot. Also, many challenges have featured hair accessories, but it costs 10$. As much as I would love to buy them, I just can’t justify myself spending that much money on one hair accessory. I do love that every series you can earn props and HA, so thank-you. I just feel like 10$ is a lot of money!!! Thank you so much if you did read this! I really hope you can respond to me! Hope this message helped improve your game. :)
Fun but expensive
by alexti91 on 2020/06/05 00:54
I started playing Covet in 2016 but stopped for a while because I got discouraged after bad score from voting. I picked it back up about a month ago and they’ve made changes that I do like. You can now buy 3 items needed for challenges that require older items, with actual money instead of having to buy more diamonds. Typically is cheaper. I also like the implementation of fashion houses and rally’s so that you have more prizes for completing challenges. What I do not like though is how expensive the game still is. You enter challenges to earn money but the requirements for said challenges cost more than the money you will earn from entering the challenge. For example, a required shoe cost $395 for a challenge but once you enter you’re only earning $100 so you’re out $295 basically forcing you to spend real money on the game. They need to increase the payout for each challenge and maybe change the prizes to lower prizes. Also you get prizes for a 4,4.5, 5, and 5.80 starred look plus is you get a best look but at 4.5 stars you only get 25 diamonds I feel like you should get 50 diamonds for the 4.5 star and give an item of clothing plus 100 diamonds for a 5 star look. Especially when you get 5000 diamonds for a 5.8 score. We all work hard on the game and deserve more being put back into us the players. That is all.
Everyone is the same 🙄

Let me say by saying I never wrote a review before but this is just had to write 😒 I’ve been playing this game since 2014 and spent a lot of real money on here I stopped playing it I think in 2016 and just started playing it again and I was trynna figure out why I deleted it in the first play because it’s a really fun game and I really like playing it but it’s like u won’t ever when If you don’t all look the same I only get like 3. Something stars with the unworn and in season it goes to about 4 or 4.5 but I never get 5.0 and up and know I know why I deleted it in the first place when I go to see who won they all look the same same clothes same face same hair it’s like nobody can be different and that is what I don’t like about this game and that’s why I deleted it in the first place and probably about to delete it again for good because you have to be like everybody else you can’t stand out and why do y’all in the voting poll put up a person that is like on level 7 with a person that on level 50 that not right they don’t have the same hair style and other thing to compete with them and y’all want us to pay 8.99 for the hair with accessories I think that a little bit to high can you please fix this issues and not have everybody be the same to win or I will be deleted it again and for good this time.
Covet Game
by KristenLynn010307 on 2020/04/21 03:10
I love this game! I’ve played it for 3 years now. It’s fun because they use actually designer brands. The clothing, shoes, and handbags look so realistic. The hairstyles and faces that you unlock are beautiful. They added props a while ago which adds another fun component to accessorize with. The themes are usually really fun. One thing occasionally I see that I do not like is when they have occasional stories that get political. I don’t like people’s views being pushed on me. I’m literally there to play and have fun...escape reality for a moment. I have complained to them about this and I haven’t seen one of these stories in probably several months so I’m happy about that. The hair accessories are cool I just wish you could use them on any hairstyle as opposed to just primarily really high levels for the good ones. I’m almost at level 35 and I still feel limited with all my hair accessories because many won’t unlock until levels 50+. I love the seasonal/holiday themed challenges also. Additionally, fashion houses are a great way to level up quickly. It does take a while to find a great fashion house, I was in quite a few until I finally was asked to join a really nice up and coming one which is now super successful. I love Covet and definitely recommend it to everyone!
Frustrated
by venture1844 on 2018/04/17 15:33
I have been playing Covet for about 5 months now. I really love this app and look forward to doing the challenges every day, so much so that I usually do 28 or more a week. However, I have been very frustrated lately about several things. Ever since their latest update, I have not been getting my daily reward of 100 diamonds and 20 tickets. I’ve had to write Covet daily about this. Also in the past 2 months, while doing a style challenge I was charged for an item without buying it. I was shopping, just trying different things on and it did not give me the “confirm” button. Instead it just went ahead and charged me for something that I was just trying on. This happened 4 times already and I got stuck with items that I didn’t want to buy! There went my cash or diamonds on something I hadn’t decided on, so I was stuck with items I didn’t want. It makes me hesitate to even try things on. The headdresses are way too expensive when you can only use them on certain levels and for only one hairdo. Lastly, as for the voting process, I don’t know how fair that is. It seems that the top looks are all the same, only with different make-up or hairdo’s, and it’s always the same outfit, so it’s more of a popularity contest. I have backed down from doing as many challenges as usual because of these issues, especially being charged for items I didn’t chose to buy.
Takes time, but quite fun
by akotaday on 2020/04/09 04:47
I’ve been playing Covet for a number of years and I’ve enjoyed many things about it. People are likely to complain about all kinds of things, but I’ve enjoyed the overall setup of the game. You can totally play this game without spending money. There are different levels of players and depending on how a person is playing they play differently. This isn’t a game people who need instantaneous rewards for are likely to want to play or enjoy playing as you do have to work to level up. But that’s pretty expected. You can play it on a relatively basic level where you just enter the daily challenges and the other ones you can afford (which is how I started out). Once you have a big enough closet (both out of season and in season) you might consider joining a fashion house and entering rallies. People complain about a level 4 being judged against a level 70 and all I can say is that we were all level 4 at some point and truthfully I don’t think most people vote for the higher level just because it’s higher, they vote for the look that looks best (which is sometimes the level 4). I’m currently the highest level, take part in fashion house rallies, I enter almost every single challenge and don’t spend a single real life dollar to do it.
Great game, difficult start
by toreyhope on 2020/06/02 14:46
This game is really good. A lot of details, plenty of clothes, props, hair and makeup styles. No complaints there. I love the team challenges and there’s a good amount of options for winning extra prizes. The storylines are thoughtful and it makes the game feel more personal. The only problem is if you’re not willing to make in app purchases, it’s pretty difficult to get high ratings that give you prizes, which can be used in future challenges. The amount of money you can gain from the challenges is not enough to compensate for purchases you’re required to make to complete the challenge. Therefore, if you can’t buy the best options, or are limited, you won’t score high enough to gain the prizes and won’t be able to afford to enter challenges. If you complete offers through TapJoy beware. It can take several emails and up to a week to get the rewards. I genuinely enjoy this game, but have grown tired of spending my own money. I’ll probably keep at it and try to build up my profile, but definitely at a slower pace. Like I said at the beginning. It really is a great game, but too expensive. They have another game that is for home design. The set up for that is on point! So try it out!
Hair Accessory Glitch
by Designer1272 on 2019/12/30 17:45
Covet is a super fun game, but the implementation of the game is frustrating. The success of the game is dependent on voting by other users and there are too many variables that go into voting for it to ever be fair for players. You can be an incredible stylist but not be rewarded for your styles because of downvoting or “luck” based on the look your look is shown against. The latest problem with the game is the lack of creativity. Covet loves to brag about being a game that allows and encourages creativity, but they just took away one of the most creative elements in the game because it was a glitch and not a design feature. There are numerous annoying glitches in the game that never get fixed, but one glitch that allowed for more creativity gets taken away as soon as it’s brought to their attention. For that reason I am rating the game with one star. Covet is a very competitive and time consuming game that so many of us love, but we’d also like to be listened too. There are small things Covet could do to make the game more enjoyable and less frustrating, but we get ignored. It became obvious that they have the ability to fix things when they stopped us from being able to use a glitch we love, and it’s now also obvious that they lied to us when they told us it was impossible to use Hair accessories on other hair (the glitch they “fixed”). I love this game and it’s so disappointing to see a company take away good features.
Fun addictive game but has issues.
by Bellaluna05 on 2020/06/10 23:57
This game is so fun and original, amazing for those who love fashion and costumes, but it does have many major issues... First customer service needs a lot of work and it has a lot of random glitches, the voting system is extremely unfair and flawed the game itself and it’s currency is way too expensive, so the only way I can afford to play is doing a ton of tapjoy offers! And in my opinion one of the absolute worst issues which isn’t really the games fault but I guess the players who vote, but if you play in the Classic mode most players only vote for the looks using the olive skin tone with blonde hair. Luckily the game created a Modern mode for those of us who want to use more of a variety in skin tones and hair colors but even with all he gorgeous hair color options the voters still mostly vote for blonde looks on everything but the 2 darkest skin colors and then black hair does best. It’s very difficult to score well with all the beautiful brown and red hair colors which is extremely frustrating for a brunette like me. But despite all its issues it’s still a great creative outlet and I Love the people in the Fashion house I’m in. I’ve made some really great friends and playing really helps me get through all the constant severe excruciating pain I’m in 24-7.
Awesome game, but can be annoying
by fortnite should be shut down on 2019/03/14 19:41
This game is awesome, but there are a few things that annoy me. First of all, when you try to earn diamonds by playing other games it doesn’t work. I understand that the people who make this game obviously can’t make it perfect, but when I need diamonds I will play other games to earn diamonds and I won’t get any. This is very annoying because I need diamonds quick to finish style challenges in time and I usually don’t have enough. They do have events where you can play challenges to get hair accessories, which I appreciate. It would be really nice if they could do more of these events. They also have “runway rallies” in fashion houses where you can get a hair accessories if you get enough board pieces, which is also nice. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if they could give more diamonds for the rewards in the style challenges. As it is, you get 25 diamonds when you get a score of like 4 or higher and 5000 diamonds when you get a perfect score along with an item at 4 stars and another item at 5 stars. If the score of 4 or higher was a hundred diamonds or something it would be a lot nicer because then you can continue playing more style challenges without running out of diamonds. Otherwise the game is pretty nice and very fun.
Please look into these.
by please lookinto on 2020/11/24 05:01
I love playing Covet! I truly do, and I’ve been playing it for years. However there needs to be some serious fixes to better the experience of all coveters. 1. Please update inventory categorization. For example, if I wanted to find face masks, I can’t. There are items in the game that aren’t able to be filtered and found in order for someone to use, and this goes beyond Covet branded items. 2. Please make all makeup looks available for all skin tones. It just seems appropriate. 3. There are minor flaws in the game to where garments don’t properly fit the silhouette of the models (as if the garments needs to shifted over entirely. This is not extreme though. It’s sort of rare). Lastly and most importantly 4. PLEASE do something about the voting system. For every single challenge, the top looks are all the same. The EXACT same. I’m not sure what needs to be done about this but I doubt that in a game with thousands upon thousands of garments, that these individuals receiving top looks just so happen to wear the same dress, jewelry, shoes, cape, hairstyle, and hosiery on a challenge that doesn’t even have featured items or a replicable thumbnail photo. Please look into these issues. Other than these drawbacks, it’s a GREAT game to satisfy those inner fashionistas inside us all.
Love it but...
by Birdy148🕊 on 2020/07/21 05:14
This is the first time I have written a rework, but I feel like I should. I love Covet because of its many options to pick from. Unlike other games Covet gives you what seems like hundreds of things to choose from in each category. Also unlike other games it doesn’t give you five dress options to choose from and make you pay real money to access the rest. The animation is also amazing! The only problems I have are that it is hard to get cash and diamonds back. When you enter a challenge you get a 100 dollar prize just for entering it which is nice, but then you end up spending 1000 dollars or more with no way to regain the money. You do however receive diamonds along with a little bit of cash at semi regular intervals. The other problem I have with the game is how long you have to wait to get the results back on the challenges you entered. I know that it takes time to get all the votes, but if there were any way to get the results sooner that would be awesome! You also can’t get any diamonds until you get the results. If you could give us more diamonds that 25 when we reach 4 stars that would also be fantastic and amazingly helpful! I really do appreciate how they give you free (good) thing when you reach a new level.
Love Covet, but....
by kadroite on 2019/11/01 11:42
I absolutely adore this game and it’s cooperative properties — I’ve “met” ladies from all over the world being the Head of a House, but lately it seems many have had trouble with the game in some way. Very buggy at times. I’ve been waiting for a reply from support for a week tomorrow but the problem has been happening for much longer. I tried to fix it on my own, but no such luck. It’s been frustrating as I haven’t been able to borrow from my 3,000+ Covet friends on Facebook. The whole reason I got a new Facebook ONLY for Covet (and Design Home, another game by the same company) is so I could borrow from a vast field of players and not worry about flooding my personal account.......but it has been giving me issues and keeps connecting to my old account even though I deactivated it in order to try to disconnect it!!!! SO VERY FRUSTRATING. So, other than support being unresponsive, the chat is really annoying to me. Very hard to communicate with your house/team if your words are limited. Also you can’t private message anyone either....would be nice if you could do you could warn house members if they are in danger of being dismissed from the house. There are other things that bug me about this game, but I can overlook them because I love the game SO much!
Always Astounded & Awed
by ThatOneWiccan on 2020/06/30 11:22
I have literally nothing but praise for Covet Fashion. I have been playing this game for nearly two years and it never ceases to amaze me. The aesthetics of the game are always impressive with hyper realistic textures and shading and creases. The colors always pop to make every item seem chic and important. I am especially amazed at the creators’ ability to write between three or four challenges a day, complete with poetic language and a creative prompt. As a person who struggles with neophobia, I do not usually like updates to games, but I have been thoroughly impressed at every project the creators have clearly poured their heart and soul into. The props remain fresh and fun even after two years and the prop packs keep improving season after season. I have actually been getting at the end of each month because I know that new props are just around the corner. Most of all, I appreciate that accessories are becoming accessible to everyone through challenges, especially after this update. I can see myself playing with the personalization for hours, even with the small amount of I have garnered from challenges. Keep up the good work Covet! I can’t wait to see what your team imagines next :D
I LOVE THIS GAME
by InsertFakeLaughHere on 2020/05/29 14:23
This game is a paradise for people ranging from budding stylist to full-on fashionista. They have interesting challenges that you can enter and even give you recommendations if you’re struggling to find the perfect dress. They also have challenges that come in “collections” (I don’t know how else to describe them), meaning that you can follow a storyline with the challenges. You can vote on other people’s designs to earn diamonds, or just to contribute, and you can also enter fashion houses, where you can borrow items from your house-mates and win runway rallies. Overall, I’d give this game a 9.2/10 (kind of weird, I know, but hear me out). My only critique is the voting system. I love that you have the ability to earn gems and contribute, but as far as the actual VOTING PROCESS goes, it’s not very efficient. If you place a level 5 next to a level 55, who do you imagine is going to win? This unfair comparison lowers not only the voting score of the level 5, but also THE STYLE SCORE, which helps you get into better fashion houses AND level up (I think? Not quite sure about leveling up). So my suggestion is to place certain levels against certain levels. A 5 and a 6 is okay, but maybe not a 5 and an 11. Thank you!
Not impressed...
by Lee-Anna.K.H.R on 2018/08/16 14:28
So I want to start out by saying I do really like playing this game I love fashion and getting to play dress up but honestly there are some things about the game that make it not so fun... for one it’s nearly impossible to get the money to buy the clothes. I am not one to spend my own personal money on games, but regardless the pieces are so expensive it takes all my money just to buy a dress for a challenge or something. And the voting is a joke. When you look at the top outfits for challenges it’s almost always the same outfit with like some jewelry that’s different or something and to me that’s just stupid especially when the outfit has nothing to do with the theme of the actual challenges. People that are on higher levels get put up against lower level people that don’t even have access to half the stuff their opponent does, so they automatically lose. I’ve read a lot of people’s reviews and these are things other people are frustrated about to so I guess if covet really doesn’t want to make the necessary changes to make their game better then there’s no reason for me to continue using it.... when the only challenge I can do is the daily one because it doesn’t require me to buy a 2000$ dress with 1000$ shoes, it gets pretty boring.
Fed up
by Lihah4378 on 2019/10/25 05:50
I’ve been playing covet on and off since about 2013. It’s a fun addictive game but you get bored after awhile. It’s really hard to level up so your stuck with the same makeup and hair for a lonnnggggg time. and then the game is very unfairly and poorly made when it comes down to voting and judging the players outfits. Hell I’ve been stuck on the same jet set for months now. Not only that but the diamonds for the amount you get is overpriced then u buy them make a cute outfit and if it doesn’t look like everyone else’s then you just wasted your money on a look that didn’t get you a prize or even level you up. I loved when covet introduced being able to change skin color and body type on every challenge it made it fun and more interesting, now all u can do Is “hope” that the model for the day may be a colored one or even a curvy one. The only time they really give you colored models is when it has something to do with a specific culture for the challenge. I used to love this game so much because it was fun interesting and when I could customize the model I lost my mind the possibilities we’re unlimited!!!! But now I can’t do any of these things and I feel to even compete in challenges is a waste of time because I don’t win a thing!!! I went from winning 4-5 prizes a week to now if I enter a challenge everyday I may only win 1 or 2 prizes because of the unfair voting. I hope you guys get it together!

App crashes

Nice game but....

The program keeps wanting money from me. I’m trying to put a look together and I don’t have enough points or diamonds which blocks me from making a selection. Very frustrating to play this app.

Good

Disgusting.

You should download the app here’s why

lack of inclusivity is heartbreaking.
by TEI2020 on 2020/12/28 04:59
i love love this game and i would have given it five stars. but the lack of diversity in terms of body shape and skin tone is heartbreaking and it must, must, must be addressed. i am calling on the creators of this app to take action. for a game that is so amazing in terms of the creativity/inclusivity of style challenges, supporting of black-owned businesses, feminist and gender role-breaking style challenges, and trendiness/modernity, i would expect better than for a skinny white woman to be the default. it’s heartbreaking and extremely disappointing. it almost makes me, a multiethnic woman, ashamed to play the game. the lack of options for darker skin tones is ridiculous, there are only 2 “dark” skin tones (the darkest of which is still very light). the model has an unchangeable and extremely thin body. to the developers of covet, i am begging you to take action and show better representation of the female community that you seem to want to empower.

It’s entertaining
by angelamarie246 on 2020/12/23 14:34
The game itself is cool. However they make some challenges impossible to participate in without actually buying credits. Most times you spend more than you get back in the challenges so theirs not really a good way to build money on here unless you’re only doing the daily challenges or only borrowing clothes (which you can only borrow one item)

by Nobody Somebody Anybody? on 2020/12/21 17:51
I love this game it’s very fun and creative.
It’s disappointing.

rally pieces
by Paigeaburn35 on 2020/12/17 16:59
it’s so annoying we can get duplicate pieces in rally’s!! like it’s hard enough getting everyone to enter and earn the piece and then it just goes to waste so annoying :/ like my house has done a rally immediately after one ends and win every time, yet halfway through the month we still don’t even have a grand prize yet???? like are you actually kidding me. get rid of duplicate pieces and just let us have this one way to get free stuff when everything else is so expensive. not happy with covet anymore

I love this game it’s one of my most favorites. I’ve played it on android for years and everything worked like a charm. I just recently switched to an iPhone and the game doesn’t let me earn diamonds like it use to or play videos to earn money after I get in my results. I really hope that all can be fixed because I’ve been doing really great lately and bought many beautiful clothes recently. Please fix this for me.

by patryijbbvf on 2020/12/14 18:48
I got this game and played it for a day and it was really fun but then they started charging me (fake in-game money) to wear articles of clothing I bought! Like what!!! So then I couldn’t play till I heard back from who won challenges and I never really won anything! Plus you need keys? To do a challenge this game could be really fun but I don’t want it taking up storage if I can only play once every three days.

Don’t buy any product
by MrsKG on 2020/12/14 00:32
Dont buy anything for diamonds cause they won’t honor it, I have bought 4 different items for diamonds and they promise you those diamonds within 72 hours.

I read in the rules that the voting is all random that means you’re going to get a higher level person competing against a lower level person and that means every time that lower-level person loses their score goes down this game is only designed to have you spend money

New update!
by Ceridwen33 on 2020/12/12 23:52
OMG! Why did you change it? Absolutely pain now to style new outfits for challenges and shopping for items. Absolutely HATE it. Bring back the previous. Won't be spending my money on Covet anymore, very sad!
Love love love!!!
by travel33333 on 2020/12/12 23:47
Covet is such a fun game!! It has no ads, has actual clothing items you can choose from (like stuff from good American), and you win prizes! It’s not like those other games that say your style is ugly... covet let’s you choose what you want to wear. Totally recommend!!!
Too expensive
by rokonrae on 2020/12/12 20:18
The game is fun but it's been so hard to level up. Challenge price keeps increasing but challenge rewards don't. We need higher cash rewards.
Good game but....
by Bmoorecool on 2020/12/12 19:57
This is a great game!

Other than the things I mentioned, the game is fun.

by MLG_PUGS_LOL on 2020/08/16 01:23
Overall, this game is okay.

Addictive
by salamanderz7214 on 2020/03/13 12:10
I love this game... but it can be really frustrating.

EXPENSIVE!

Feedback

Fed up
