Stealing Clipboard!!
by KuteLuvr on 2020/10/15 02:26
Do NOT launch this app if you’ve recently copied a password! This app steals clipboard contents for absolutely no reason. There’s literally NOWHERE in this app that you can even paste anything! Visible in iOS 14.
The number 1 BJ trainer app
by Scotty tucker on 2020/07/05 23:03
To the fella who mentioned the invention BJ rate which favors player...u r NOT considering your surrenders against the Dealers Ace card and FCs or 10s. That is where the difference comes in. ;) love the app. It’s as educational as u get. It got me started and now I’m a real true professional BJ player. This app is literally a major factor to me becoming a PBJP. I played over 100k hands and got my counting locked down along with my betting factor in respect to the Count. On a side note, when the count is -10 and There are 2 decks left, it shouldn’t be hAving us DD on certain cards.
Tendencies.
by StuartPid on 2020/04/05 04:48
Pretty good for practicing whatever your favorite strategies are, including money management, betting progressions, etc. I understand that it is run by algorithms. The problem is that if you fall into the habit of trying to beat the algorithm, you are then playing bad blackjack. All in all, fun and good practice, ( if you are disciplined) and, hey, it’s free.
Chip reload

Paid for App
by Best1 yet on 2019/04/25 18:57
I originally paid for this app to get rid o the commercials. Annoying! Also after I decline what is advertised the sound on the app is disabled. I have to code the app and restart it if I want the sound before I finish one shut I get another add and no sound

Excellent app for teaching Blackjack
by thegooddrscott on 2019/01/25 23:03
This is an excellent app for teaching Blackjack using the standard tables for playing the cards. Practice with this and you won’t embarrass yourself at a real Blackjack table.
Last update took the fun away!
by Rev. Sheila Z on 2018/12/25 21:03
This last update took all the fun and freebies away! Too bad!
Excellent for learning the game
by Upstate NY on 2018/12/20 01:10
I’ve seen the other reviews questioning whether the shoe is accurate in its probabilities, and I kind of wonder that myself from time to time. That doesn’t change the fact that this is an excellent application for practicing and honing strategies to bring to real tables. Just remember that your “luck” in this app doesn’t necessarily equal how you’ll do in real life.
Tired of adds
by OneTruth316 on 2018/03/18 20:01
I once enjoyed this app. I paid the $$ for no adds and after the last update ads ads ads. I’d give it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the fact I’m not getting what I paid for.
Sounds like it started cheating
by MohammadSJ on 2018/03/05 07:29
Silly engine. It doesn't let you win. I used to love this app but looks like they have changed the engine so it is not nutral anynore When bet is small you win but when it's a big money CPU is the winner
Used to be fun until ad update
by Peabarter on 2018/01/28 00:20
I used to enjoy playing this app until the latest update which now has ads on the screen at all times. The other problem with this game is it’s too easy to win money playing blackjack. I’ve played blackjack in the casinos with the same strategy that I use here and I don’t win nearly as much money or as often as I do in the app. Don’t let it give you a false sense of confidence that you can stroll into a casino and walk out a winner. Time to move on and find a better Blackjack app.
works but you can’t quit 🤦🏻‍♂️
by hamiltonrrwatch on 2017/11/19 15:18
Using the latest build of iOS on a X, the only way to cease gameplay is to restart the phone.
Blackjack Pro
by azherrfun on 2017/10/21 19:50
I updated to this version at the suggestion of the app. Now I can't play blackjack without having tons of ads shoved at me, despite, I believe though I am not certain, of paying to have ads removed in a previous version. Great app w/o the ads. Update - it is amazing how this app can outdraw you by one I.e. you have 19, app draws to 20. Cards are not random. I guess good for training purposes, but not much else.
Almost
by Svgtredfg on 2017/08/12 21:30
I win? Seems to be canted in the player favor. Nice tool.
Love the game
by Ldeniseg on 2017/07/11 16:59
I enjoy playing because I used to play with my dad. He taught me how. He always beat me but it was the fun of playing. I don't care about how many times I win. It's just knowing that my dad taught me and I think of him when I play!
Poor update, odds changed.
by usfmtnman on 2017/06/30 23:33
I played for months. Won $20MM. Then there was an app "update". After the update dealer got blackjack twice as much as I did. Consistently drew to 20 and 21. Had 3 hands in a row where I had 20 and dealer drew to 21. I played by the book and now I'm down to less than $900k. Don't bother with this one. There has to be a game which consistently represents vegas odds. This isn't it.
Starts cheating
by Hoponup on 2017/06/17 19:02
I've played over 10,000 hands on this game. Once I got to $500,000 in winnings, the dealer starts consistently getting 19, 20, 21, From 14 and sixteen! While I keep getting dealt 13 and 14 and consistently bust, while the dealer gets perfect numbers. It was fun at first, but I have to say, I'm not stupid. The cards are being manipulated. Dah...
Almost there
by Lee Parca on 2017/05/14 06:55
Although. I question the randomness of the cards, it is still one of the better blackjack games available.
Purchases don't load right.
by yarddog22 on 2017/05/07 14:59
Game play is nice but in game purchases take days to load or not at all. Have to send note to get upgrades for betting to load.
Not fun
by Packard3333 on 2017/04/28 23:21
The dealer wins all the time, boring, annoying
Is it just me...
by kahdmus on 2017/03/14 22:50
...or is this game fixed one way or the other, or spitting out random cards or something that isn't right? It just doesn't play like regular blackjack. The cards never feel natural like they do in the casino, or in other apps for that matter...

Uneven blackjacks
by jakerome on 2016/12/01 20:39
With over 10,000 hands under my belt, it's clear something is off. I'm getting blackjacks about as often as expected, 4.5% of the time. On the other hand, dealer gets blackjack 3.6% of the time. Overall, it's clear there's a players edge. Sure it's fun to earn $270 million, so no real complaints. Just want to ruin it for everyone else.
Ad spam simulator
by Saoirse1916 on 2016/11/14 14:58
I'm up to about 100,000 hands played over several years. This game started out as a nice, clean, simple blackjack trainer, then became an unplayable ad spam machine, back to a functional game, and then back to a spambot again. FFS guys, make up your minds!
Odds are now stacked
by Caacaapoohpoohpeepeeshire on 2016/11/03 20:01
I've had this game for awhile, and I'm not sure when but the odds dramatically changed... if you get high, most likely you will lose... it wasn't always this way, but somehow it's that way now... I noticed a big difference because I haven't played it in a while, but had it installed on my phone... I got up to $100k+ just betting for fun, but now you bet even $1000 and you lose every time... hopefully they fix the odds I've played in Vegas, gambling boats, and even online and my odds were never like this... lost almost 20+ in a row that's highly unlikely! Possible! But unlikely... I came to rate this as soon as I lost my 20th hand in a row! Nonsense!

Great game for when I'm bored and keeps my skills polished!
Unrealistic odds.
by Davbon on 2016/09/18 16:51
This game is bs. I've played BJ thousands of time in Vegas and have never seen such unrealistic odds in favor of the dealer. You will almost always bust on anything over 11 while the dealer will get 2,3 or more cards and not bust. As I said, BS. The owner of this app is a ego maniac. Don't bother with this game.
BAD
by War Movie Buff on 2016/08/29 23:51
This game isn't typical. The dealer gets more 4,5,6,7 card draws to either beat your hand or reach 21.
Not useful
by Dejboo on 2016/08/10 03:12
So correct me if I'm wrong....if the dealer face up card is 16 and lower you stay according to the basic strategy well 9 times out of 10 the program will win. Because it's a miracle but it will play up to 5 cards of small numbers to get to 17-21!!!! I had to presume that instead of figuring that the bottom dealer card is a 10 number card, I had to figure I have to beat 20 or else 9 out of 10 times no matter what I did it would beat me. I have 20 and wow it gets 21!!!! I understand it's a free game so I just letting you know. It's a stinker
Great game but annoying ads
by DharmaWheelies on 2016/07/18 02:51
I've been playing this game for over two years off and on. It's a great game for practicing basic strategy. Wish it had the option to play more than one hand and an indicator that the hand you just played followed basic strategy. One can learn a lot about the discipline it takes to be a good blackjack player with this app.

Get a different blackjack app
by Mswkr on 2016/06/12 16:56
This app used to be ok but I still don't think the algorithm is truly random. That being said it was still entertaining and the adds were present but not annoying. Now they pop up full screen suddenly as you're about to hit the bet again button causing you instead to click on an add and get redirected to the App Store. I'm deleting and finding a different one. If you're looking for a blackjack app, I'd encourage you to skip this one and keep searching.
Unfavorable update
by NotoriousM3 on 2016/05/31 07:50
I've been playing this off and on for a couple of years and I used to really enjoy it. I'm no blackjack expert but I've been playing for 45 years in various casinos with some degree of success. I realize this is just a simulation and not the "real" thing. However before the latest ad infested update I was able to grow my winnings to 20K with little effort using basic strategy. Now after the update I lose almost every hand and my bank is rapidly dwindling. Its quite obvious the programmers altered the game algorithm to increase in app purchases which I refuse to buy with so many totally free options available. When my bank is gone I'll just delete this irritating game.
Fraudulent Game
by John7654987 on 2016/05/27 21:38
Fraudulent Game ! One should have the ability to rate a game as "fraudulent" because this game belongs in that category. Based upon my use of statistical software, the cards are NOT dealt in a random fashion. The cards are dealt in a manipulated fashion in order for Avalinx to achieve its hidden objectives. If you play enough hands, you will notice card patterns that should not occur if the cards are dealt in a normal random fashion. Avalinx is a dishonest company and you should avoid all of their products. It is down-right despicable that Avalinx chose deceit in providing the universally liked and enjoyed game of Blackjack to unsuspecting Blackjack lovers.
Hands down the best
by LeMastertheMoment on 2016/05/27 17:24
Bottom line: Played them all. This is the best. Gameplay, graphics, smooth, responsive, quick to start, easy to read and understand, lots of options, etc. The only thing that would make it better would be to add multi-hand option! A feature I would gladly pay for!
I used to love this game
by OnagaAuntie on 2016/05/25 02:34
I used to love this game, but now it interrupts play with ads that cover almost all of the screen. If you tap anywhere you are automatically taken to App Store. When you return to the game the sound is gone. You have to exit the game and go back in to get the sound back. If the ad nonsense wasn't there I would give the game 5 stars.
Get this app now! Absolute BEST Blackjack
by Revtrin on 2016/05/22 17:02
This game is the best blackjack on iTunes. Hands down. (Pun intended) No one else comes close. It uses the blackjack cheat sheet rules developed by MIT. It's a great way to learn to play by the real rules or just log in to play for fun. Download it, it won't disappoint! A word to the naysayers. As a top ranked player it's about consistency playing by the rules. You win some, you lose some. Don't let the comments about bad programming discourage you. It's not true. If they were correct, then no one could score in the billion dollar range. Study the rules if you want to win BIG. Otherwise just enjoy the game play.

Random Popup Ads
by Baseball mobile on 2016/05/20 20:09

Ads
by Rjthomas1994 on 2016/05/18 00:05
Awesome app...purchased a while ago with no problems. Latest update started sending me ads and will take me to App Store without touching any ads buttons. Contacted support and they said I need to purchase it and the ads will go away. I had already purchased before I contacted support. Emailed them twice since but NO resolution!!
Ad-Based Version Major Misstep
by Bobby Shaker on 2016/05/17 00:58
I agree with another reviewer. This game used to be the best blackjack game in the App Store. But tricking people into clicking advertisements is a very shady practice and sets a terrible precedent for "best" games. It's bad for both the players and the advertisers. I understand a free game needs to support itself with ads, but pop ups that completely interrupt the game flow and are also timed specifically to further that interruption by taking you away from the game just show that the developers who once took the care to create an enjoyable and top shelf game now only care about their revenue at the expense of everything else. What a shame.
Interrupted games...
by Lobster Trap on 2016/05/16 20:53
Ridiculous how often these game apps. pop up and ruin the black jack game! I really like it, but these pop-ups kill it! They gotta GOOOO!!! 😡
Ads still come up after paying to turn them off. Please Fix!
by Margrin on 2016/05/16 15:37

Best blackjack app

Set your own rules etc. counting trainer. Those who complain about ads, stop being cheap. Support the developer.
Used to be fantastic
by Jacob Thomas914 on 2016/05/14 19:38
Used to be fantastic practice, you could set your own rule sets, bet limits, etc. Still good game play but there's ads that pop up in your face after almost every hand that are designed to make you have to click them accidentally. If this wasn't there I would have rated this app with 5 stars.
Greedy app maker
by Don B Hatin on 2016/05/14 16:03
In what casino would you have to pay to go to higher limit table, this app used to allow you to change tables now you have to purchase higher limit tables. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY! I didn't purchase this years ago to have an update take away most of the features and then have to purchase them. Also, money just disappears from your winnings; I watched as $4k, $50k, & $80k just vanished from my total. This a dishonest and rigged game. This company can go F**K themselves!
Annoying
by JackMR on 2016/05/13 05:57
The latest "update" includes pop-up adds that interfere with the game.
Another great app ruined by ads
by The Real Sean O on 2016/05/12 22:54
This used to be one of my all-time time favorite games on the iPhone... until this update. Now, you can't get through a single shoe without an ad popping up, filling the screen. Plus, you are now treated to a banner ad on the bottom at all times. Sadly, this has been deleted after many years of enjoyment.

Great game, added ads
by Th1907 on 2016/05/12 04:54
I paid for this app because I wanted to play the ad free version. With the latest update, the ads are incredibly intrusive. It's always had a small banner at the bottom, but now they pop up whole screen in the middle of game play. Poor move!
This is the best blackjack app out there!

New full screen ads are horrible
by MashReza on 2016/05/11 11:10

App infinite crashes
by classical-guitar on 2016/05/08 17:30
App is infinite crashing when switching Game Center accounts. Steps: 1. Be logged into account "X" 2. Play some 3. Go to phone settings - Game Center - log in with different Game Center account 4. Go back to the blackjack app 5. Go back to phone settings 6. Do phone settings - Game Center - log in with different Game Center account 7. Open blackjack app Infinite crash. Other feedback: 1. It doesn't save your status based on game center account. When I logged in with the second account it still showed my old accounts amount 2. No ability to select "even money" when you get a blackjack and the dealer shows an ace
Not fair
by Shepesh on 2015/12/23 19:21
You play against computer programing. Even if you get 20, dealer still gets 21..
Was great at first...
by n8d0ggz on 2015/12/05 20:37
This game was great at first. It was challenging but I feel like it did teach me some good blackjack strategy. I was able to work my way up to $150k, the trick is to take chances by doubling down and splitting when you are getting good cards and the dealer is getting the not so good cards (seems to cycle back and forth). But once I got up to $150k the game started to magically seem to become completely balanced to where I will win half the hands and loose half the hands causing it to become impossible to advance any further. I don't know if there is any truth to this, but many free to play game creators make games so that you can only get so far and then you feel like you should spend real money. In this game you can spend real money to unlock higher bets. If I didn't feel like the game is toying with your head to spend real money I would give it 5 stars because it seemed fair until now.
Waist of time!
by Harleyfxr3 on 2015/10/26 02:11
Like so many others, after you play it and build up your time and stakes it will be impossible to win or as in my case the app locks upon launch causing you to have to reinstall, losing all you have accomplished. Don't waist your time.
Best blackjack out there
by Blackjack 12345678 on 2015/10/03 16:58
I have tried many other Bj games and this is the best I have found I disagree with many of the reviews that say the game is rigged to make you buy chips I have been playing this game for almost two years and have never paid for chips I play an average of 300 hundred hands per week with near perfect strategy (98.7%) currently on 10,000 hands never raised bet limit on table and have reached over 500k on three occasions then would lose on purpose just to start over the percentage of win and lose are in line with all expert opinions I have read currently 45/45/10 let's face it bj is a frustrating game but every REAL player knows that you can do everything perfect and still lose my advice is to play like it was real money that way you don't bet your entire bankroll on a few hands
Great
by David0091 on 2015/10/03 04:18
I love the fact that you can hide the count number. This gives the feeling of a real game.
Used to be good
by JL0342 on 2015/08/30 19:13
This app is great if you want to learn basic strategy. That being said its horrible if you want to see that strategy work. If you have anything over 11 you will bust (even if you should hit). If the dealer has a face card he will always turn up something to make you loose. If you get two aces in your hand to split, the dealer will have 21. At first it was great I got up about 200k without increasing my table limit. I then increased it to 10k and it was good for a while. Now I can't win a hand to save my life. I haven't gotten over 20k after losing my 400k all in two shoots. It's rigged to not win after your sucked into playing it so you start purchasing chips. It's a scam to make money but still is great for learning to play if that's what your looking for
Not sure about this app!
by NovaGeddon on 2015/08/30 02:48
It's a fun app. It can help you to practice basic strategy and maybe even some card counting, but when you want to sharpen up your skills and see if you can make money playing this game it lets you down. I have started with the regular $1000 worth of chips and when I made my way to $16k the shuffling became more favorable to the dealer. From this point on the game became more and more of a frustrating game. It seems like ones the app feels like you can make some good amount in chips 16k and above, the game because more favorable for the dealer. Try it and you'll see what I mean. Good luck!
The worst
by why? why? why? on 2015/08/23 06:26
It was amazing how easy it was to get to $100,000,000 in this game. BUT, as soon as I purchased the last "max bet" upgrade I started to lose like crazy. Funny how that works now that that the only way to get more money out of me is to drain me to zero so they can sell me a reload marker or chip pack. Well, screw you guys. I'm out. If I was you I would get a different blackjack game.

Real close to real casino play, most of the time, good game, fun.
Enjoyable in the beginning.. Now frustrating.
by Devilsfan101 on 2015/08/05 00:02
Visually this app is fantastic! It plays very well and is enjoyable. There is one major flaw.. It isn't truly random numbers! The more you play the less of a chance you have of beating the dealer. For example... I would usually win on anything 18 or higher. Now I barley even win with 20's. I split 8's twice in one hand. I bust on one and another had 19. The other two were at 20. Dealer was showing a 3 and wound up hitting 21 on its 6th card! Are you kidding me!? I do prefer the random number game but this one is visually great! I'm currently torn on this app. It will be deleted if I come across a better one.

Rigged
by Chris Rudd on 2015/06/28 13:26
This app appears to be rigged so that the computer wins at an unprecedented rate, forcing you to buy more chips. The computer will achieve 20 or 21 almost every other hand. It takes the fun out of the game...
Location of Reload Marker
by Monkey8649 on 2015/06/06 04:11
By tapping the screen where instructed (where reload marker bubble points), I cannot get the chips to reload. On the table lower down is a colored square (card) that if you tap on it, it will reload your chips. Well done game. No intrusive adds.
Not enjoyable
by Thinker1663930 on 2015/05/07 04:39
I've played lots of blackjack games and this one is the least enjoyable. In just 3 shoes, the dealer drew to 21, 17 TIMES. Dealers down card has been a 10 less than 8 times, while my cards have been playing like typical blackjack. It's really not fun playing when you follow the rules and you lose literally 90% of the hands. I would not recommend this app
Be careful!
by SIobhannmn on 2015/04/22 13:27
Lot's of fun to play, but definitely rigged to keep you buying chips. Will give you lots of wins at the beginning but beware of hands that seem too good to be true because often, they are. Also beware the folks who have watched too much tournament poker on TV and bet quite wildly.
Not an honest blackjack simulation
by iPad 2 Fan on 2015/04/03 03:20
As some others have noticed after playing this game for a long time as I have, the developer seems to have taken the approach of rather than using a true random numbers simulator to accurately simulate the cards he has designed it to give you a high winning percentage in your early play and then a low winning percentage after some programmed period of time. The result is of course that the game is ruined if what you are looking for is a true simulation of blackjack. Too bad too because the graphics and features designed into the game are quite good. I wouldn't reward a dishonest developer by playing the game though so I am deleting it.

Someone must be playing a joke on me
by XS NOIZ on 2015/03/28 08:12
I've enjoyed this game for quite a while, but all of a sudden I'm starting to believe that someone is playing a joke on me. Here's why: •If I'm sitting on 17, 18 or 19, the dealer ALWAYS ends up with 20 or 21. (And by always, I literally mean ALWAYS) •If I'm showing 20, the dealer somehow seems to pull every two and ace in the deck until they build to 21. •What happened to the standard 'rules' of holding when the dealer is showing bust cards...? So much for that tactic, since doing so just ends up with the dealer building to a winning hand every time. I've honestly really enjoyed this game over the past few years since it came out, but I'm giving it up for real casino blackjack...at least there I actually have a quantifiable chance at beating the dealer.
Excellent, But...
by BudCann on 2015/03/02 14:38
By far the best BlackJack app. However, the dealer can draw 38 aces and "BlackJack" in a 6 deck shoe. It's actually funny. But it is a beautiful design with great mechanics. Good fun way to pass the time and NO pressure to buy chip packages.
Cards are not random
by Domerloveswa on 2015/03/01 16:43
A great game to learn blackjack but the odds are too much in the players favor. Money will not be so easy to earn at the table. This can give you a false sense of confidence.
So so
by J_Dobson on 2015/02/07 01:46
This game is okay. Not realistic at all though. I'm not sure but I think this game cheats in order to coax you into making in-app purchases. The surrender pop-up is annoying because the dealer gets an ace every three hands or so.
Good game but cheats
by Paradox4286 on 2015/02/05 00:33
Gameplay is good but there is no way that it should be getting the cards it does. You pull 20--it pulls 21. I would rate it better because it did teach the count, but it gets some garbage hands for the dealer.

Fun but not realistic
by Jdogg897 on 2015/01/15 14:05
The game is fun to play, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the AI cheats. No reason to upgrade on a game that does this.
Best in the App Store for Blackjack

If you want to play blackjack, this is the app to download.
Awesome interface but...
by slimcactus on 2014/11/18 02:00
This is by far the best blackjack design on the planet. Well thought out from a user experience perspective. I just wish the deck were truly random. The cards heavily favor the player, probably to keep you hooked and get you to buy up the limit chain. For example, I've played 15k hands and am outdrawing the dealer 5 to 3 on blackjacks. No way that ever happens in a random deck. Fun though.
Addictive

Best Blackjack game out there.
What happened!?!?!
by Casualrdt on 2014/11/14 06:10
Used to be amazing real odds, and you could learn how to play... Now the dealer pulls amazing cards 85% of the time... It's a joke!

Scam
by Worthless Waste of $ on 2014/10/13 19:00
The game is so unbelievably rigged that even a seasoned pro can't win. The dealer wins way too often, pushes too often and makes playing an exercise in futility. The scam is to get you to buy chips.
Best game!

This game is really fun, and very addicting!
Awesome program!
by Munge64 on 2014/09/08 21:57
I have searched and searched for a good Blackjack program to practice and I have finally found the perfect one, My only complaint is you can't turn off the numbers so I can practice adding so I just use a little piece of a Post-it note to block those out. Everything is realistic similar to the casinos I go to in West Virginia including number of decks, dealer penetration, surrender rules, etc.
Great game but..
by EatmeApple on 2014/08/27 17:14
If you're on a hot streak all is well and you will make some decent cash pretty quickly. But once that turns to the AI you literally cannot win no matter what. I counted out of 20 hands on a cold streak i lost 18 of them, playing basic strategy, dealer was dishin out nothing lower than 18 for himself pretty much every time. Nonetheless it's fun if you have the patience

by John Conlin on 2014/08/18 20:24
I think it is a fair game. I have built up pots of $ 10,000 or so on a few occasions. I do think a player when he holds that amount or more should be able to wager more than a $1000.00
Uneven blackjacks
by jakerome on 2016/12/01 20:39
With over 10,000 hands under my belt, it's clear something is off.
Tendencies.
by StuartPid on 2020/04/05 04:48
Pretty good for practicing whatever your favorite strategies are, including money management, betting progressions, etc. I understand that it is run by algorithms. The problem is that if you fall into the habit of trying to beat the algorithm, you are then playing bad blackjack. All in all, fun and good practice, ( if you are disciplined) and, hey, it’s free.
Love the game
by Ldeniseg on 2017/07/11 16:59
I enjoy playing because I used to play with my dad. He taught me how. He always beat me but it was the fun of playing. I don't care about how many times I win. It's just knowing that my dad taught me and I think of him when I play!
Almost there
by Lee Parca on 2017/05/14 06:55
Although. I question the randomness of the cards, it is still one of the better blackjack games available.
Is it just me...
by kahdmus on 2017/03/14 22:50
...or is this game fixed one way or the other, or spitting out random cards or something that isn't right? It just doesn't play like regular blackjack. The cards never feel natural like they do in the casino, or in other apps for that matter...
Seems to build me up then let me down.
by Waccamawneck on 2019/01/29 02:36

Poor update, odds changed.
by usfmtnman on 2017/06/30 23:33
I played for months. Won $20MM. Then there was an app "update". After the update dealer got blackjack twice as much as I did. Consistently drew to 20 and 21. Had 3 hands in a row where I had 20 and dealer drew to 21. I played by the book and now I'm down to less than $900k. Don't bother with this one. There has to be a game which consistently represents vegas odds. This isn't it.
Excellent app for teaching Blackjack
by thegooddrscott on 2019/01/25 23:03
This is an excellent app for teaching Blackjack using the standard tables for playing the cards. Practice with this and you won’t embarrass yourself at a real Blackjack table.
Dah...
Sounds like it started cheating
by MohammadSJ on 2018/03/05 07:29
Silly engine. It doesn't let you win. I used to love this app but looks like they have changed the engine so it is not nutral anynore When bet is small you win but when it's a big money CPU is the winner

Tired of adds
by OneTruth316 on 2018/03/18 20:01
I once enjoyed this app. I paid the $$ for no adds and after the last update ads ads ads. I’d give it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the fact I’m not getting what I paid for.

Love this app.. But I have a request
by Kalel2929 on 2013/02/12 01:28
This app is great.. Really like the changes made. I do have a request... I would like to play like I was sitting in a real casino. I would like to choose how much I sit down with and play against other players so that their or my "imperfect" play factors into my decisions like in real life. I would also like the option to play more then one hand, if the table is not full. However, I do enjoy this app I just think I win way more often then I do at the actual casino. Haha
It's a scam to make money but still is great for learning to play if that's what your looking for
Best Blackjack app for iPhone
by tonemccone on 2013/01/25 05:35
I don't write too many reviews. in fact, your app has to really bomb or totally blow me away to get me to take the time. That said, this is THE BEST app for blackjack you will find in the App Store. Believe me--I've downloaded many in the last week or two. Gestures built into the app are absolutely fantastic. Makes gameplay very quick, very fun, and excellent for practice. It has a full range statistics and counting strategy help--you can even look at the percentage of hands you've used 'basic strategy' on! I already recommended it to my roommate, and I'll do the same for anyone that asks.
For 'Jack lovers.
by Numbermover on 2014/06/08 21:28
Love game, incredible graphics, well thought out. Especially unlimited splitting (I think...I have split 4x, no further opportunity, alas I lost three of the hands...I coulda been a contenda!). Great stats, especially that "Basic Strategy" stat, I have 80%. don't know what it means, but it's cool that you track it, it certainly does not mean that I win 80% of th hands. Maybe that 80% of the time I make the proper decision and I minimized the luck factor. Tiny tweets please; If possible please add additional stat(s): Success rates for splits and doubles? dollars wagered and dollars won?
Good luck!
Great App
by Kartracer164 on 2013/03/13 17:24
This is a really nice app. It plays well, not buggy. The stats are great for keeping track of how well you are playing basic strategy which will definitely help you in the casino. If there was only one thing I would change (and maybe I just haven't figured it out) it would be to have a feature to turn off the surrender rule. Many casinos won't let you any more and it messes with your stats if you should surrender and don't.

Excellent Game
by RonMcC on 2012/12/29 01:21
I really like the way the game plays. It's easy to bet, to rebet, to change the amount of the bet and to cause the deal to occur. It's also very fast and flexible. As good as I've played and as close to playing in Las Vegas as I've seen. One little hitch - they charge you $4 to turn off the advertising, but when you pay it, they still continue advertising, and they don't respond to complaints about that in any way!
Nonsense!

I have been playing black jack in the casinos for over 20 years and this game is the closest to the real thing as it gets. I have tried many other apps but none compare to the quality and play of this one. It fast and the shoes are like would find at the casino tables some are good and some are bad. I never get tired of playing this game and it truly reminds me of the real thing.

by DharmaWheelies on 2016/07/18 02:51
I've been playing this game for over two years off and on. It's a great game for practicing basic strategy. Wish it had the option to play more than one hand and an indicator that the hand you just played followed basic strategy. One can learn a lot about the discipline it takes to be a good blackjack player with this app.
Not useful
by Dejboo on 2016/08/10 03:12
So correct me if I'm wrong....if the dealer face up card is 16 and lower you stay according to the basic strategy well 9 times out of 10 the program will win.
Most realistic table conditions
by Kat Pimms on 2013/01/16 16:15
Of all the black jack apps, I believe this is the one that best reflects real table conditions. You can turn off the numbers next to the cards. And the betting with chips is also more like real table play. I also like that the app offers basic strategy information while you're playing.
Everything I want in a game
by TDCullison on 2013/12/22 07:41
The beauty of blackjack is in the simplicity of the game. This app captures the straight-forward play while still offering the many options that give blackjack it's variations and flavor. The graphics are clean and readable, and the layout is functional and intuitive. Well done. I highly recommend it.

Excellent app for teaching Blackjack

This is an excellent app for teaching Blackjack using the standard tables for playing the cards. Practice with this and you won’t embarrass yourself at a real Blackjack table.
Last update took the fun away!

Using the latest build of iOS on a X, the only way to cease gameplay is to restart the phone.
Blackjack Pro
by azherrfun on 2017/10/21 19:50
I updated to this version at the suggestion of the app. Now I can't play blackjack without having tons of ads shoved at me, despite, I believe though I am not certain, of paying to have ads removed in a previous version. Great app w/o the ads. Update - it is amazing how this app can outdraw you by one I.e. you have 19, app draws to 20. Cards are not random. I guess good for training purposes, but not much else.

by Ldeniseg on 2017/07/11 16:59
I enjoy playing because I used to play with my dad.

Nonsense!

Awesome app...purchased a while ago with no problems. Latest update started sending me ads and will take me to App Store without touching any ads buttons.

Sadly, this has been deleted after many years of enjoyment.

by Th1907 on 2016/05/12 04:54
I paid for this app because I wanted to play the ad free version. With the latest update, the ads are incredibly intrusive. It's always had a small banner at the bottom, but now they pop up whole screen in the middle of game play. Poor move!

Have tried a number of these but, finally, have found one that has it all. No need to look any further.
Fun but not realistic
by Jdogg897 on 2015/01/15 14:05
The game is fun to play, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the AI cheats. No reason to upgrade on a game that does this.
Best in the App Store for Blackjack
by Hdjdub on 2014/12/07 17:55
If you want to play blackjack, this is the app to download.

Like the graphics. AI is a bit too lucky, as others have mentioned.
Scam
by Worthless Waste of $ on 2014/10/13 19:00
The game is so unbelievably rigged that even a seasoned pro can't win.

Great game!!

Great game
by John Conlin on 2014/08/18 20:24
I think it is a fair game.
Tendencies.
by StuartPid on 2020/04/05 04:48
Pretty good for practicing whatever your favorite strategies are, including money management, betting progressions, etc.
Seems to build me up then let me down.
by Waccamawneck on 2019/01/29 02:36
I enjoy it.

Haha
It's a scam to make money but still is great for learning to play if that's what your looking for
Best Blackjack app for iPhone
by tonemccone on 2013/01/25 05:35
I don't write too many reviews. in fact, your app has to really bomb or totally blow me away to get me to take the time.
Good luck!
Great App
by Kartracer164 on 2013/03/13 17:24
This is a really nice app.

Nonsense!
The Best!!!
