Excel File Lost To Unsupported Server Location 👎👎👎
by HC-Laptop on 2021/04/01 03:08
Microsoft Team, I need my file along with its content/data back ASAP. I am loosing money because Microsoft Office/Excel lost all my content and data saved into the file to An “Unsupported Server Location”. The File is completely gone from the universe. What is the point of the 365 subscription when Microsoft cannot keep my file (content/data) safe from disappearing, and not recoverable from any where?? Please assist with retrieving my file along with its content/data ASAP. Contact me immediately with a 100% solution. This is URGENT!!!
Fails at side-by-side
by KrunchDown on 2021/03/31 14:21
I remind everyone, that this app can only open ONE instance on iPadOS. Really limiting. The individualized apps can finally open side by side, and even open multiple instances (ie 2 excel worksheets), but this all-in-one takes a huge step back. You can only have one Office document/instance open at a time. Not even a Word document in split screen with am Excel sheet. They may fix this later, but for now, “Delete App.”

Very, very bad: MASSIVE security holes. Avoid like the pandemic
by Somesillyname1984 on 2021/03/28 14:15
I really like the idea of office 365 and I am otherwise an Apple and Linux person. But I need a cross platform notes and office software and MS has their game right with this. But I recently discovered that even after being logged on into my personal account, the office oneNote app shows notes from my former job. What a colossal security hole!! I would avoid this app like the security plague it is.

Wanted it, but too slow
by danw00 on 2021/03/20 16:30
I am happy that Microsoft FINALLY made a similar app for the iPad. It is good to have a separate app while having the other 3 apps + this has sticky note support & Lens scanning. However, the issue is that the app is running VERY SLOW + the sticky notes do not sync between this app & OneNote. Even if it does, the text is missing. I hope that this is fixed in the future as I actually enjoy the app. Specifically, it can be used in a slide over-like fashion (cannot remember what Apple calls it).

There is a significant delay in keyboard strokes within this app and this app only. Ive already deleted and reinstall the app which the same results.

If you love apps getting kicked out of memory you’ll love Office!
by LouisPiper on 2021/03/15 22:44
This app gets jettisoned from memory more than any other app I can think of. I have games that I’ll swipe home, open safari, then go back to and they won’t have moved. This app? If I take my eyes off the screen it’s gone. Thankfully it saves everything but wow does it take time to watch it reload EVERY SINGLE TIME. Add that to the fact that this app seems to put images wherever it feels like in Word docs I wonder why I use it every single time I tap to open it. If I wasn’t required to use it I would hand write everything and send by carrier pigeon than use it. It is truly a terrible experience.

No POP. No real-time support. No sync across platforms.
by YSS1254 on 2021/03/12 15:09
I will start with support. If you have an issue, don’t count on a real-time chat. What!? No there is no real-time chat in the support function and the support options are limited if you try any of the other support options. I have never seen a chat option that does not have real-time responses. Unacceptable. You cannot use POP with this app. It only allows IMAP which means if you have your own domain and domain email, you can Ouse it here. Not very helpful for businesses—especially a sole proprietor who has no need for exchange. I have spent hours (maybe days) trying to find a configuration that works for me. I have Office365 as well as the individual apps on my desktop. Surprisingly the desktop apps do not sync with the cloud base accounts. The galling thing is that you have to pay for this fragmented and inflexible series of product. Moving on to find another choice.

Personal Inquiries
by Slappme on 2021/03/07 22:01
At the moment, I would wish that the folders and documents could show a time sensitive organization, with regard to; the most recent item being accessed. That being said, perhaps in a column along the right hand side of the phone or whatever else is being used, it would be able to see how many hours or days ago the file or document was used or opened. Just a thought. Thanks!

by Ostapkrus on 2021/03/07 00:03
While using iPad version of your apps, Excel and Word, ran into numerous instances when all my work is lost after I save the file, close the app, then open it again and it revers to the previous version of the file. It is more than annoying but also a total waste of time. I am seriously considering switching over to Google docs and sheets.
No Side-by-side on IPad
by Cody Barnett on 2021/03/06 23:46
Love this app on my iPhone (and it works well), but on iPad - with all that extra screen space - sometimes you need to have two documents open side by side. Right now, this isn’t possible. Until it gets this ability, this isn’t a viable replacement of the individual apps.

by michaelspringfield on 2021/03/05 15:50

Great app, but crash issues.
by An0nimouse on 2021/03/05 04:11
Love everything that Microsoft is doing with this app. Only issue is that crashes are frequent when multitasking and the app relaunches whenever minimized.

Great app, but I want more
by Bamjiji on 2021/03/04 18:04
Positives: - Word, excel, and PowerPoint are in one app, which is convenient. Cons: - This app does not have any features better than the individual word, PowerPoint, and excel apps. - This is NOT the full Microsoft office suite. It is missing MANY features in word, PowerPoint, and excel. PLEASE give it all of the features of the desktop applications. - BUG FIX: unlike the individual excel, word, and PowerPoint apps, there’s no option in the settings to turn off automatic Apple Pencil inking. Overall: I use this app daily, but I want it to be able to do more.
This app is not ready to replace individual apps!
by BinoWasHere on 2021/03/04 17:02
Update after use with work 3-4-21 —————————- Have to lower my rating. My company is fully on office 365. I like the suite and thought this app would bring better integration. Instead it’s been a confusing mess. As an example, when our users open an excel or word doc from outlook, instead of opening in the proper app, the office app opens and does nothing. It doesn’t open the spreadsheet in excel or the word doc in word. It’s bad enough that we uninstalled the app. Just working with the standalone office apps. Still a work in progress? I assume the goal long term is to have just the office app and no more individual apps for excel, word etc? Why put this out there if it’s half baked? I’m still not sure about the benefits of this app. I understand that Microsoft is trying to integrate the separate office applications in one app. Unfortunately this didn’t address my issue. I needed a way to allow users to sign pdf or other documents from within Outlook. This doesn’t do that. If you open an attachment in outlook, you have to save to your OneDrive first then open the app again from within OneDrive. Still a bit cumbersome. Unfortunately we are not allowed to use other third party add-in’s for signing pdf documents. Have to stick to the office only universe.

Extremely frustrating to use Word on my new IPad! I subscribed to Office 365 Family and am still in the month trial period. Don’t replace the individual Excel, Word, etc apps yet
by uinazi on 2021/02/22 19:29
Seems to function ok, but its integration with iPadOS is not good. With my file, possibly an “older” format (97-2004 worksheet), in the Excel app you can go into Files app, find an Excel file, tap it, and Excel opens. With Office app, you do the same and it just opens the Office app, not the file. If in the Office app you browse to the file and try to open it there, it says the file is damaged. You’ll have to remove the Office app in order for the individual app to integrate the way you expect. Yes its an old format but many companies have templates that are that old, for compatibility reasons (for example). And the individual Excel app has no problem with it. So not really fully baked yet.
Full fidelity and quick sharing
by TomMoen on 2021/02/22 16:09
There are a few things to really like about this app; 1) it delivers all your docs from a tenant and makes them quickly and easily available 2) full fidelity of Office files on your iPhone 3) email a doc with a single click enabling rapid collaboration. This is what Office on iPad should have always been. Fantastic.

by Onfus on 2021/02/20 04:59
I receive emails with links to one-drive files, pdf files that must be viewed in the browser. Having the app installed throws me into a loop between this app and one drive but never actually opens. Deleting the app solved the problem. Thus if you use linked PDFs, do not install this.

Why
by Shsull on 2021/02/18 16:20
If the included apps are still available, I’m having trouble understanding why we need this app. I’ve worked with this type of software since VisiCalc in the late 70s. Even at my advanced age, I’m still capable of knowing which application to use for a specific purpose. As for Lens, well, you can keep it.
Almost there. No multiple instance mode yet.
by zaglul5 on 2021/02/18 13:30
I love using office apps on my ipad. I think they are well designed. And i love using office on my phone once it incorporated the other apps (word, excel, ppt). So naturally I was really excited when the ipad version of office was updated to include the actual apps. But there is one major flaw. It doesn’t support multiple instances yet. You cannot (at the moment) open office more than once. You can do side by side with a different app, but you cannot but office side by side with office. So if you want to use only office, you cannot look at a word document and an excel file. You can’t have 2 word documents side by side. You will need to use something else to accomplish this. Thankfully, the individual office apps (word, excel, ppt) don’t have this problem. I can open as many word apps as my ipad can handle. So I will keep using those for now, and I am sure a future update will incorporate this functionality into office.

by Big Erg on 2021/02/17 17:37

Lacking features of standalone apps
by Farts of Mothra on 2021/02/17 12:27
I’m very, very confused why this was released without support for multiple instances when this is something I can already do in the existing Word app. No ability to open 2 documents in split view means there is no reason for me to keep this app at the moment.

While I’m a fan of the office app on my phone and find it easy to find things I’m looking for (or have opened recently), i can’t help but feel rather annoyed at the “mobile version” of the app on the iPad. I find myself daily checking the App Store for updates and looking for an update for iPad. If this app had a meaningful iPad user interface (that is, using the ENTIRE SCREEN), then this app would get 5 stars for me. Let’s get that iPad update!
Useful (when it works), but slow and very limited
by MaxAgHammer on 2020/06/14 01:42
I don’t know if this app by itself is better than having the three separate Office apps installed, but it takes up considerably less space. I use this almost exclusively for Excel documents, and this app is an adequate editor for very simple things like adding new data entries and viewing attachments received via mail or shared via cloud based file services. However, this app is EXTREMELY SLOW to work with and its interface feels claustrophobic and fiddly on an iPhone 8 screen. Maybe it’s better on an iPad Pro, with the larger display and more powerful CPU to run it? I don’t even try to do anything so complicated as enter formulas or format cells when I’m using this app… like I said, the UI is not great. A word of warning: if you rely on Dropbox to store Office documents that you frequently work with and update via this app, you will tear your hair out in frustration at the way Office turns into a complete basket case trying to deal with Dropbox storage. I don’t know whose fault that is, Microsoft or Dropbox, but it’s infuriating and will happen to you even when doing the simplest things to documents retrieved from Dropbox folders. It gets even worse if you’re using a VPN… be ready for lost work and mondo pain. At least everything works even slower over VPN connections, so you have that to look forward to.
Not for me
by JOK3R B on 2020/02/23 14:04
I like the idea of a all in one productivity app, however this just doesn’t work for me for a couple of reasons. Number one is the horrible built in Lens scanner. I had Lens before and quickly moved away from it once I discovered Evernote’s Scannable. I scan a lot of documents for work and work a lot with PDF’s so having a well performing scanner is essential for me and Lens simply doesn’t work well enough. I had hoped it had been upgraded for this app and would perform better but it’s the same as the stand alone version. The other PDF related problem is the lack of ability to mark up a PDF. Yes you can sign a document but I often need to add text, boxes or arrows to a PDF and those functions are not available here. The other major downfall is the lack of iPad support. I work a lot on my iPad and need the tools I use to be available there as well. I could see this maybe becoming a great all in one tool in the future with some tweaks but for now I’ll stick with Evernote, Scannable, Docs and Pages.
Why isn’t this universal at start?
by Dan62103 on 2020/05/09 14:12
I’ve had an iPad since day 1, gen 1. I have waited ever since for Microsoft and Apple to meld their strengths and have a good workflow for office on IOS and cloud files. After reading about this app’s release I was hopeful this was the one that would become the solution. And then after downloading realized...it’s prioritized for phones and does the lame compatibility version for iPad. I don’t work in the tech industry, but would bet money that an analysis would show people using office on mobile devices are largely on tablets and less on phones. Are that many people really making presentations and excel files on phone screens? This needed to be a universal app or prioritized for iPads first and then have a phone version. Feels like a no brainer and failure for now for me. Hoping iPad prioritization comes soon.
New Office app confusing in opened / created Word files
by Mark Verizon customer on 2020/11/20 12:55
Since the installation of the new Office app, if I go to OneDrive on an iOS device and open a Word file or create a Word file, what interface shows up in the opened or created file isn’t Word app or a Word interface. Instead this “Office” app opens. It’s very confusing. The Office app interface is very basic, and even the font graphics are simplistic. Since I have discovered this quirk with the “Office” app, and since going to support didn’t give me an easy way to address the issue, I cannot rate this new Office app very high, only one star low. If I open just the Word app, it seems to work just fine. So today, to try and avoid the Office app doing this, since I already have Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps installed and working well on iOS devices, I removed the Office app and dropped my rating to one star.
Call it “Office Lens Plus”?
by Apps as I see them on 2020/02/20 18:32
The Office app for iOS as of February 2020 seems to be lacking a lot of the power promised in the various videos from Microsoft floating around. It looks like this app was rushed out before it was finished. One video shows the ability to create a PowerPoint from an outline, but try finding the “Create Outline” button in this version. Office Lens already has some great capabilities - such as scanning a whiteboard or making a PDF - and this app does those too. And while it will get those images or scans over into a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document, that’s hardly bringing them all into one place in any easy way. I hope Microsoft will continue to develop this into what they’ve promised. But at this point, there’s not enough in the app, and what is there isn’t quite integrated yet.
Great All-in-one
by TrueReviewer02 on 2020/05/14 14:32
Great call by Microsoft to add their Office Trio (Word, Excel and Power Point) into one app. I have an older 16GB phone, and Storage is at a high premium. With this app, I can write papers, work on spreadsheets and presentations without taking up space with three separate apps, saving me precious storage space. This is a great app for working on projects in places I can't bring my laptop, or if one of my other family members is using it, I can still be productive from my phone. Pair this app with a bluetooth keyboard and you have a winning combination!
I’m super happy with the new Office app!
by apfitzg2 on 2020/02/20 05:13
This is great! The update is very efficient for me. I work between Word and Excel quite often for research. To be able to open, copy, and use actions quickly when I’m doing something quickly (like emailing my boss about statistical results) is essential. Office does this very well and I’m very happy with Microsoft listening to customers and combining all of the essentials into one. I also really like the option to convert an image to Excel table or image to text. These small features really make me love it.
Elegant and well done
by Atlg8or on 2020/05/13 12:32
This app is an example of something I didn’t know I needed but once I began exploring and using it, I love it. Very elegant and simple solution, with access to all of the key use cases. Microsoft continues to delight under Satya Nadella and this app is another example of a well-executed solution that not only meets needs but delights in its simplicity. As MS continues to improve some of the bones (lens/pdf scanning and editing, etc.) this app will only continue to get better. Well done Microsoft and Office app developers. Love it.
Definitely Recommend
by salad345 on 2020/04/15 15:32
I live for this app. It is so much easier on the app then on the browser. Especially since I have to do school work from home, it’s just so much easier and less stressful. The only thing I would correct is when you go into office, I wish more of the little icons were there that you could go to like word or PowerPoint or teams and stuff like that. But otherwise I definitely recommend this app. Five stars
Forces phone/tablet choice
by Thee Madam Bomb on 2020/02/21 18:53
Unless it’s a bug, the app seems to make you choose between optimization for a phone or tablet. I installed on my phone first and then on the iPad and it won’t resolve to the iPad screen properly. (There’s also a message generated saying as much). Beyond that super-annoying issue, I don’t really see how this is an improvement over the individual apps I use (Word, Excel & PPT) on these devices. It seems like a re-skin, not a re-think.
Microsoft Office Application
by NewJack Sixty on 2020/07/30 10:23
The app is great; but limited. The pandemic locked me out of university, community college, and public library computer labs which put a cramp in me posting on my Facebook page. I wondered if Microsoft had an Office App in the App Store? To my surprise; there was! The App allowed me to continue posting from my IPhone SE; which have its difficulties. I yet, continued on. My problems were the inflexibility of the app to work on the small surface of my iPhone. Frustrating as it is, I continue to use it, the App gets the job done; which is a plus!!!
Thanks!
Update broken!
by muy bien 13 on 2020/11/19 09:09
Ever since I updated the lens/document scan feature is broken! I can no longer scan to PDF or I get an error. Please make save to PDF the default saving option, nobody wants photos of long documents they need to send as one file. Also, if I forget to change it from photo, I want to be able to go into media, open the scan, tap edit, and re-save as a PDF but it’s missing! I have to completely rescan.
I would like more capabilities to video chat while working with coworkers
by Charlen_21 on 2020/11/16 17:52
I this new world of business Office needs to update for the students at home and the work mom at home. We needed to be able to do more on our smart phone and on our laptop. The YouthTube videos need to more better meaning while in any windows apps the video needs to clearer and so bugs with the coding are off as far a integrating with the latest smartphones
Love Having my Desktop Wherever I’m At
by Dbblair on 2020/03/13 02:11
I decided to check this out when it popped up on my computer when I was in Excel, and I’m really glad that I did. Frequently, there are things that I have laid out on a spreadsheet that I want to show my husband, and now, instead of waiting for an opportunity to interrupt what he’s doing to sit him down at the computer, I can just quickly pull it up on my phone. Great app!
So far so good, but...
by Wasting My Thyme on 2020/08/04 01:59
Would be even better if (A) there was a privacy option that allows users to set a password/pin, or use Touch ID; and (B) if there were better integration between this and cloud provider apps such that each app could be protected with a password while also allowing the user to open documents from any cloud app via Office as a centralized point. Right now password protection for iOS OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. has to be disabled to open and edit documents.
limited benefits...
by josey4628 on 2021/01/21 13:41
While this takes up less memory on my device, it doesn’t feel like it makes things easier or faster when using Office. If I have individual apps on my home screen, I can start the needed workflow faster than opening Office then looking for Word or Excel. Also a true iPad version is needed for me to get meaningful work done. I can zoom in on my iPad, but lots of screen space is wasted, and again, there is no advantage than using the individual iPad versions of MS Office.
Was good, but an update made it worse.
by Sebas421 on 2020/04/28 00:44
There's a microphone icon when viewing a document in Mobile view that won't go away. It's so annoying. That and when coming back to a document, I no longer have the option to go where I left off. When working with smaller documents, it's not a problem. But when I have a 456 page document that I'm working on and I go back to the middle to edit and exit, I have to find my way back when before there used to be a little previous badge I could click on. Ease revert and give option to hide the microphone icon.
Love the user interface! My life as an interior designer is going to be simplified!
by Ahhhhh!!!! Cheese on 2020/02/20 15:56
It’s so easy to navigate and have everything you need for working with the documents on my phone in one place. I often need to respond quickly, by photographing the drawing, making changes on the go, before it was a pain. I can now sign documents, create PDFs, and use office lens, all in the same place!
Absolutely incredible !
by Devspace on 2020/02/19 16:42
Whoever came up with this idea of providing a unique seamless experience deserves much more than an appreciation. The app provides stunning experience with far less complexity compared to managing one for text and graphics needs. I am sure the app will get more revisions and tweaks down the lane , but I am very impressed with what Microsoft has done here. Outstanding!
Microsoft Office 365 Word
by aapdisney on 2020/10/07 17:20
This started out as a great tool, but lately has been a huge headache due to the fact that after a short period of time typing there are constant delays in words appearing and punctuations, spaces and words are being added randomly. Nothing has helped to correct the issue. We have tried deleting and reuploading it and that hasn’t helped, we checked our internet and that isn’t the issue, we have even tried other devices with the same thing and it happens there too. It’s very frustrating especially when it is the main tool for my schoolwork.
Works great.....on my iPhone
by Dj Dominox on 2020/07/21 22:42
I feel like this is some sort of a joke for using Office/Microsoft products on Apple devices. This app works great on my iPhone but on my iPad that I have a keyboard for, not so much. One the screen is small meaning its for iPhones and not iPads. I now have to download 5 different apps that I could have used just one, please fix this ironic mistake so I can work in one app in peace.
Microsoft Disappoints.
by XPortagoX on 2020/12/03 16:12
I am aware that the separate apps are optimized for iPad, but I wanted to get this to get to my things all in one app. Seeing that’s not possible anymore, it’s better to just get the separate apps for iPad that are actually optimized. I use an iPad mini and I saw that Office was here as an iPad app—but it’s not. The “iPad” app that is supposed to be for iPad users is literally the iPhone app. Your only option to make it fit your iPad’s screen is to use the enlarge button on the bottom right corner of your screen. Why did you get lazy? The Office app still has a lot of potential but it’s ruined for iPad users.
Fantastic.
MAKE iPAD VERSION PLEASE
by Krazazn on 2020/02/26 22:14
I use this app on my phone all the time, but hope they will make one for iPad os. But please allow multiple instances. I currently reference a spreadsheet and write about the data in a word document on separate apps, but I am worried that I will not be able to have these two files open in separate apps and will have to close a file, open the other, the. Reopen the original. It can be great!
Excellent but...
by Anonymous #1212 on 2020/12/06 05:18
I love this app because it’s all Office apps in one but I use an iPad and this app is for iPhone and I can still download it but it has the iPhone versions of Office which are a little bit harder to work on iPad, and also the keyboard is big which makes it more harder to work in iPad. This app is excellent but the only problem is that it’s for iPhone and not for iPad, I would like a lot if you make it available for iPad.
Multiple Account Support
by RWT97 on 2020/02/24 15:58
In today’s tech spectrum, individuals have multiple accounts. It would be nice to have multiple account support. As someone who has both personal and work accounts, we need the functionality to seamlessly transition from one account to another. Please add this ability Microsoft!
Love the idea, needs work on iPad
by JayJay2425 on 2021/02/16 13:07
I love the idea of having a unified app on iOS/iPadOS. I was very excited to see that this app has finally made its way to iPad. I’m someone who doesn’t necessarily need the full power of all 3 standalone apps, and they take up storage more than anything else. A unified, lighter app is just what I was looking for. However, without multiple-window/multitasking support, this app cannot serve as a suitable replacement. If this feature is added, this app would be perfect.
Office for IOS
by AlphaGhost84 on 2020/02/19 22:22
It’s hard to get work done without Microsoft Office, and it is convenient to have everything all in one app. Office is not perfect but it is very good, especially on a mobile device. Some of the negative reviews are from over 6 years ago. Office for IOS has come a very long way since then.

Loaded new Office 365 and it blocked access to Office 2010 and I yet to have accessed my old email accounts at all after a week of hours trying Wish I never waisted the money I didn’t need One Drive but Windows 10 update installed it too. It earned a 1 star from me and now only an old laptop works yet with Office 2010 and my new laptop is worthless for my old email coming in it only puts out via Windows 10 on Edge and nothing on Outlook 365 but some long outlook with numbers behind i🤬🥵😡🤯
Office for iOS
by Pathoftruth on 2021/02/06 15:15
Thank you Satya Nadella!!! The best Microsoft Office experience is on Apple hardware! Ok, well maybe I just like the Apple design language, but MS does a terrific job combing what we are familiar with on Office on the iOS platform. This app is fantastic, combining several apps into one and integrating with OneDrive and OneNote! 5 stars, no complaints, must have, especially for MS365 subscribers!
PLEASE OPTIMIZE FOR iPadOS
by Shaw.Nomura on 2020/04/13 14:40
I can’t give you a 5 star review for two reasons: 1) I use Office 365 APPS exclusively on my iPad Pro. You NEED TO provide a separate iPadOS app or optimize this one to be used on the iPad. 2) Please improve the Excel parts of this app especially when an iPadOS version is created. It would be awesome to get a version that rivals the MacOS version of Excel. Many of us us the iPad as a Mac/PC replacement. These two improvements will truly make this the perfect APP for the mobile office user.
Amazing office app for ios
by Mrmcpistole on 2020/08/17 04:49
Use to use word but needed a spread sheet outline that word couldn't use and discovered this app. Must say...... amazed. They need this on pc. Like all the main Microsoft platforms that can open all the different document styles and that students, and employees use bundled in one? Why wasn't this a thing prior when i was in high school.
Will not save a single scan
by SirFliesALot on 2020/11/06 05:04
This app is a waste of space. It will allow you to view your one drive and that’s about it. If you scan a document, it won’t save it. If you open a document, it won’t successfully open. If you create a document, it’ll bring about yet another error. App seems cool in concept but if it doesn’t work then it is just a clunk of an app that does absolutely nothing in terms of work flow. It is just an app taking up space that allows you to do what the OneDrive app already lets me do, view what I have saved in OneDrive.
It is now better
by ESman9 on 2021/02/20 23:22
With the new update, this app is now more valuable and useful, now I don’t need 3 different apps (Word, Excel, PP) its all here as if I was using that specific app. It also has a PDF converter and multiple other actions *if you have a subscription. Highly recommend this if you use these apps daily.
No disappointment

by jeny clark on 2020/05/22 15:21
Since quarantine is here we need this for school so it’s really helpful and there is this feature where you can just speak and it writes down by itself just that at first it was tricky that’s why I gave it 4 stars ⭐️ and I had another review and it asked me to write one again and again I can’t find my old one like they delete it or something
A little effort might help
by yandere or tsundere on 2020/04/01 06:43
This app is not working for IPad, I understand that you made it for iPhones, but please make it for IPads as well. Secondly most of us are used to the structure/texture of these apps (word, excel,PowerPoint and others) I understand that it is a little different on IPhones but the arrangement is a little too different and difficult, I hope you change it accordingly
Only 4 stars because...
by Rezzenonne on 2021/01/07 15:54
... why not release a version for iPad? This app is great on iPhone but having separate apps for the iPad is inconvenient. Honestly, they should replace the Mac/Windows apps with this one too. That’s how good it is. But I can’t give it 5 stars as an iOS app because it’s only for iPhone which is as asinine as WhatsApp, Robinhood, Instagram & others being only for iPhone.
My experience with Microsoft Word on IPad
by Lynatam on 2020/11/13 11:30
I am a very recent user (about a week!) and am yet to figure out a couple of things, such as creation of folders, inserting a password on a document or change on an imported document. The Apple Apps (Pages, Numbers, ...) have a link to getting started (some kind of Manual for guidance on how to navigate the App). I don’t know if there’s an equivalent - it would be very helpful. Thank you.
Pinned items do not sync properly
by rgoble4 on 2020/12/10 01:28
This seems silly, but if I mark a document as pinned on the iPhone and then open/edit that document on my Mac, I expect the pinned status to carry forward. Yet over and over again I have to remark my frequently used documents as pinned on my iPhone after editing them on my Mac because somehow the pinned value is lost. It makes me angry every time. I’ll leave this at 1 star until this is fixed. How hard is it to sync one Boolean value? This is happening with OneDrive!
Microsoft Office Suite 365 app

They may fix this later, but for now, “Delete App.”

by Somesillyname1984 on 2021/03/28 14:15
I really like the idea of office 365 and I am otherwise an Apple and Linux person.

Thanks!

Why
by Shsull on 2021/02/18 16:20
If the included apps are still available, I’m having trouble understanding why we need this app.

Not for me
by JOK3R B on 2020/02/23 14:04
I like the idea of a all in one productivity app, however this just doesn’t work for me for a couple of reasons.
Five stars
