I booked train ticket as it was displaying 100+ seats available. After the transaction, ticket was waitlisted and it did not get confirmed hence ticket got cancelled automatically after chart preparation. IRCTC refunds all amount for waitlisted table while MakeMyTrip trip deducted 25% amount approx and refunded 75% only. This is ridiculous and fraud as well. Tried to reach customer care but goes to IVR only. Never buy train ticket from MakeMyTrip.

Booked a 5 day trip from Make my trip through an MMT agent, on the trip there was a snow storm because of that trip has to be cancelled on second day only as all roads were closed, I was told by MMT agent a partial refund will be given. But after some days agent stopped replying, and MMT kept all of the money to themselves, MMT do not care about customer experience they just know how to take money from customer. After giving your money to MMT forget about any refund you can get back no matter whatever the reason. I will not recommend Make my trip to anyone. Better do some extra efforts and book things by yourself.

Despite being a leading platform, I’m surprised to see how bad the app is. The chat option doesn’t work & the only response you get is to use a self-service link. You click on that, it takes you to a login screen which I don’t understand why because I had already logged in! The app is cumbersome with too many options instead of focusing on what really matters.

It is virtually impossible to contact the support group through any of the email ids provided. The only way to connect is through self help page which is a joke because the there are no updates there. Have been waiting for a refund since over an year now. Will never book through makemytrip ever in future

They say all their bookings r refundable bt when you pay it shows non refundable Plus in this pandemic if people change their plans as responsible citizens they don’t allow they say u have to travel even if u have fewer bcoz ur booking is not refundable They r responsible fr spreading virus bcoz they make ppl travel even if they r nt willing to bcoz they have paid fr it Ppl book thinking they can modify there plans if need be bt MMT cheats them Even if airlines & hotels r supportive & refund to MMT, MMT holds the money and doesn’t resolve any issue Their customer service is pathetic.... I have always used MMT but no longer! If anything out of the ordinary purchase of ticket is needed, good luck. My husband and myself have worked to get his ticket refund, due to Covid cancellation last year by airline, for approximately 3 months. We have provided all documents requested and called maybe 50-60 times at least. Three times someone responded via email for information or to say they were working on a resolution but nothing has happened yet. We keep being told they will call us back in 48 hours, does not happen. Very poor customer service, I have never dealt with any company like this. I will never use MMT again, even if I could save a lot of money on flights. BEWARE if you ever have to work with them. I am telling everyone I know who flys frequently not to use them. If they take care of my refund I will update my review.

I needed help with my account and I was locked out. I could not get to 1 human representative to talk to to get my problem resolved. I could not find 1 email address where I could seek help. I still haven’t gotten any help with my account and I am still locked out. To the folks at MakeMyTrip reading these reviews, I dare you to get to 1 customer service agent using your publicly available numbers or emails. Either you don’t have any agents which is really bad or your website maintenance team is not doing their job right which is even worse. Absolutely pathetic.

I could say the worst customer service. I have booked a round trip for India and because of some reasons i have cancelled my trip and I didn’t get my refund till now. I spoke with customer support for hours and they couldn’t do anything. Nowadays I can’t even connect call to them at all. I would suggest everyone from my circle not to use this service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I booked my flight tickets and it was a connecting flight. My connecting flight got rescheduled without acknowledging me and it led to shorter layover for my next flight. So, what do I do now in this situation? I decided to call MMT customer care but their automatic answering machine isn’t designed to handle queries for customers who have already booked the tickets. You can cancel and perform date change via online on the app ONLY. There is no way your call goes through to the representative. However, I found a way and got to a representative but they say we will get back to you on the phone number you gave us and no one called after that. Also, the people don’t transfer calls to the appropriate departments as they say it’s against their policies. How is this against the company’s policies if you are trying to help a customer who is using your platform to book tickets? Aren’t you responsible for it? It’s one of the worst and pathetic service and would not recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the worst travel app I’ve ever used. The OTP requirement each time you login is maddening, especially as it doesn’t always work correctly. And getting support from MakeMyTrip is virtually impossible. How are these losers in business I seriously wonder.

Make my trip is decent for booking flights but Beware, if you ever need to change your flight or your flight is canceled or delayed, getting hold of a live person is impossible. They keep bouncing you around through pre-recorded messages and sending to their app when is useless for such cases. Getting refund for cancelled flights is very cumbersome a d they make the process so that the customer eventually gives up on the refund. You will be better off booking directly with the airlines. This has happened with me atleast 3 times.

Basic option you would expect from a travel company app is a way to get to customer support if there are issues. But here’s an app which decides to just leave no way to aces any kind of support for issues that invariably crop up while booking through this app. Instead , one is sent meaningless SMSs and WhatsApp messages giving you random links to click on for ‘contact-less’ support !! Of course these links lead nowhere. What kind of an idea is this ? A strange case for an app like Makemytrip that it has either deliberately decided to inconvenience users or just seems to be taking the users for granted !! Real Shame !

This company is a total fraud. They will keep your money even if the airline has issued the refund for you. They don't give you a penny back. So be aware of these fraudsters. ALSO ONE MORE THING. IF YOU CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL ANSWER THE CALL ONLY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A NEW BOOKING. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THE EXISTING BOOKING, THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL HANG UP THE CALL. YOU CAN IMAGINE , of what quality service you will be getting. I suggest book directly from the airline website, even if you have to pay little extra(which is not the case always because makemytrip add the convinience fee at the last moment when you are about to checkout).

I have booked many many trips over the last 5 years with MMT. They used to be good with changes to bookings as well. However, since the COVID 19 lockdown, and cancellation of all travel for a while, their customer service has been extremely unhelpful. Even after the Supreme Court of India and multiple airlines have declared their intention to fully refund trip cost to the customers, MMT is holding on to my money (which they originally promised to refund), and refusing to obey the current laws. As a student, I have lost a lot of money on this trip to MMT and never really will recommend this to anyone any more.

Makemytrip has a decent website that usually works just fine. The problem is that they make it nearly impossible to talk with a customer service representative. Searching the web for a customer service number gives few results and when you do find a number it takes you to a prerecorded message and doesn’t let you talk to a real person. The options, “press 1 for this” or “press 2 for that” are very specific and do not allow for out of the ordinary issues. The service directs you to their website which is also not at all useful for solving problems that do not fit their predefined categories. It looks like I will be moving to a different online travel agency like Yatra or Goibibo or something. Really frustrated!

Make My Trip should be blacklisted. They advertise hotels and services that are terrible and when you make them aware of the issue their customer service has ‘I dont care’ attitude. I recently made a 6 night reservation at a property they advertised as close to 4 stars. The hotel had no rooms with functioning bathroom and they changed my room 3 times in the first 12 hours. I checked out next morning and cut my stay short. Now I am wasting my time daily talking to MMT. BOYCOTT MMT. BLACKLIST MMT. Note - The hotel i selected is ‘Delhi Hotel 37’ Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. The good reviews are all fake.

Cancelled tickets’ Refund Issue

Upon cancellation of Our 2 Tickets (due to Corona Crisis) from DEL-Rome-JFK for March 15,2020, Delta-Airlines in April 2020 had approved my full Refund eligibility, BUT, the refund was to be paid by MMRTP. Upon my phone/SMS WITH Ms. Deepali Veema of MMTRP had assured to expedite the process the payment in coordination with Delta and send me the Refund upon process completion. BUT, REGRETFULLY, ever since May 2020, NO MESSAGE, Neither any RESPONSE TO MY MULTIPLE PHONE/SMS/E-Mails to Ms. Deepali Verma or from MMTRP has been received by me. Extortionary policies and untrustworthy company

App review: I was able to book flights and outstation cabs fine until recently. The My Trips portion stopped showing up after I raised a refund request (mind you, this still worked from home within another app called PhonePe). This continued to not work even after I reinstalled the app a couple of times. Service review: The biggest problem is their service and refund policies. The airline canceled my flight and MMT keeps the convenience fee. This is close to 10% of my total booking for 3 people. During the pandemic, I think the only way for MMT to survive seems to be through flight cancellations. I recommend everyone go directly through the airline websites. I sincerely do not know how this practice is legal. Paying for MMT Black is another wasted aspect of things 1) they unilaterally cancel its benefits during the pandemic 2) they keep any membership fee you’ve paid for it. Untrustworthy to their core.

I have done a booking and and they deduct the amount from the credit card and then no confirmation, no booking number and no email and their support can’t be reached without the booking code. This is a fraud and I will escalate this till I get my money back.

These people and some other travel agencies loot people. When your flight gets canceled it is a nightmare to ask for refund and they cut a lot of money and return almost no refund. Beware of MMT, discounts come at a cost. Better to book directly with the airline.

MMT- Travel agent or Frauds?

I am quite an old customer of MakeMyTrip. Now they have gone to an insanely low levels. They are using the global Corona virus pandemic as an excuse to their fraudulent activities. I asked them to cancel my international tickets 2 months back on the account of flight not being operational. They got the refund back from airlines but they didn’t refund back my money which is in lakhs. After many follow-up they finally refunded back the money in mmt wallet that too with deductions. After checking directly from the airlines I was informed that there has been no deductions at their end, also they have made refunds to mmt in actual cash. But mmt is not ready to refund me to my bank account and they have made unnecessary deductions. Please don’t waste your money by booking tickets through MMT. At time of needs they don’t care at all about their customers. Instead they go to as low as taking advantage of the global pandemic for their personal profits!

Customer support is quite pathetic and waste of time. The bot is so stupid that is responds with weird unrelated responses. I really don’t understand why it fails to connect to a human representative. MMT please add more human representative. This company shows real character during difficult time and MMT failed miserably. The company overcharged me for date change and then my ticket got cancelled with no refunds etc. It was taking hours to get someone on phone but no resolution. I am going to file a court case against MMT for cheating and fraud and will never use it in future. Pls stay away!!!
Holiday packages

Recently had a very bad experience on my holiday booking . The agents are non professional and have nil knowledge about the booked places. Once you pay the amount, no one responds to your messages / calls or even emails. Call to customer service number is never attended. You will always be told that you will be contacted by concerning department , but will never get any call. I advise everyone not to book any holiday package from MMT or otherwise will repent for rest of your life.

It was very bad experience with MakeMyTrip and AirIndia together. When I booked the ticket baggage allowance I gave was 2x23, 1x7 for adult and 1x23 for Infant. But during checkin airline people said only 1x10 allowed for infant and asked us to pay amount 9,000/- INR for remaining 13kgs. And surprisingly after checkin during boarding they asked us to pay another 9,000/- INR. They said they can’t give my bag with out that. I tried calling MakeMyTrip but not use. The only response I got from MakeMyTrip is all our representatives are busy at this moment. Useless customer service from MakeMyTrip. Even all 13kgs if I send it through a private courier I would have charged less than 6,000/- INR. Here I end up paying 3 times which is even more worst part. And that to getting lot of trouble from airline people and with infant in my hands. If MakeMyTrip is is going to do this kind of business who is going to trust you guys. I send the same email to customer care I received a beautiful automated reply. Which is even more useless. In email I received a direct chat link to get quick resolution. But unfortunately it a chat bot which doesn’t even have intelligence to understand my question. Very pathetic service. I don’t see and negative stars here. If so I would have given negative stars.

Stayed at the hotel one night. All staff members were very courteous and polite. But the room was dirty. Found the presence of cockroach in the bathroom. Therefore, I was shifted to another room. A website with least clarity and zero moral compass! Good bye.. I deleted you. I downloaded the app because they said they'll give Rs. 1000 in discount. I had the web page open and they gave a Rs 240 discount whereas on my PC I was getting a Rs 400 discount. All the flight rates were hiked up to almost Rs 1000 more than the website. They charge more for USD conversion than what is standard. Ha, I deleted the app right away, money-suckers! Of course I went with GoIbibo.. These unethical companies who create no customer satisfaction are the ones that should go bankrupt.

PS: their customer service number is based in India therefore you need to dial via International call capability. I booked my international tickets through their website. The payment gateway timed out, resulting in no confirmation via website. I saw the pending charge on my card and called my bank and makemytrip customer service. They said there is nothing to be worried about since the transaction did not go through. Since then I called them 15 times and all along they said they can’t find the original booking and there is morning to be worried about. Came back from my trip and now they’re saying that I booked it twice and it’s our fault for booking 4 international tickets TWICE on the same flight with the same passengers. Stay away from this company, and spend your money elsewhere.

I’m traveling India solo and tried this app today at a nice Indian man’s suggestion. I really needed help in finding affordable accommodation in Shillong after battling an overnight train ride with the flu. I chose the “pay at location” option and received confirmation of my reservation. Upon arriving in Shillong in very poor shape I called customer service as I had a feeling something was off. Sure enough, make my trip had canceled my reservation without even telling me. They said it was because they did not receive payment- when I actually chose the more expensive, pay upon arrival option and was given a confirmation. The app still says my reservation is good but customer service says it is cancelled but will be glad to reinstate the reservation for almost double the rate that I was promised. They put me on hold telling me a supervisor would be on the line any minute to help out. After fifteen minutes the line went dead. Now I am staying in an absolute hole of an Indian hotel room- shivering with cold. Makemytrip, the world must know about how you treat your clients... like complete dirt!

MakeMyTrip appears to be an app that thoroughly profiles user behavior and then starts slipping in expensive and even sheer misleading offers. The first two or three offers will be good offers but when they figure that you have made it a habit to check MakeMyTrip they will have misleading offers by showing one price and then offering a much higher price at checkout. Make sure you also check Amoma.com and one or two others for every reservation.

I stayed at Winnie's resort, Kasauli for two days wef from 29th July 2019. My self and my wife are above 70 and wife has problem in her knees. Their executive Mr. Ravi have allotted a room without stair. Further they have golf cart for movement from rooms to restaurant etc. Room and balcony were very spacious with a beautiful view. Each and every staff was very helpful. Nice food and location. I give them full 10 out of 10 number.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I booked my flight tickets and it was a connecting flight. My connecting flight got rescheduled without acknowledging me and it led to shorter layover for my next flight. So, what do I do now in this situation? I decided to call MMT customer care but their automatic answering machine isn’t designed to handle queries for customers who have already booked the tickets. You can cancel and perform date change via online on the app ONLY. There is no way your call goes through to the representative. However, I found a way and got to a representative but they say we will get back to you on the phone number you gave us and no one called after that. Also, the people don’t transfer calls to the appropriate departments as they say it’s against their policies. How is this against the company’s policies if you are trying to help a customer who is using your platform to book tickets? Aren’t you responsible for it? It’s one of the worst and pathetic service and would not recommend it to anyone.

App review: I was able to book flights and outstation cabs fine until recently. The My Trips portion stopped showing up after I raised a refund request (mind you, this still worked from home within another app called PhonePe). This continued to not work even after I reinstalled the app a couple of times. Service review: The biggest problem is their service and refund policies. The airline canceled my flight and MMT keeps the convenience fee. This is close to 10% of my total booking for 3 people. During the pandemic, I think the only way for MMT to survive seems to be through flight cancellations. I recommend everyone go directly through the airline websites. I sincerely do not know how this practice is legal. Paying for MMT Black is another wasted aspect of things 1) they unilaterally cancel its benefits during the pandemic 2) they keep any membership fee you’ve paid for it. Untrustworthy to their core.

Makemytrip has a decent website that usually works just fine. The problem is that they make it nearly impossible to talk with a customer service representative. Searching the web for a customer service number gives few results and when you do find a number it takes you to a prerecorded message and doesn’t let you talk to a real person. The options, “press 1 for this” or “press 2 for that” are very specific and do not allow for out of the ordinary issues. The service directs you to their website which is also not at all useful for solving problems that do not fit their predefined categories. It looks like I will be moving to a different online travel agency like Yatra or Goibibo or something. Really frustrated!
No resolution on refund

I have always used MMT but no longer! If anything out of the ordinary purchase of ticket is needed, good luck. My husband and myself have worked to get his ticket refund, due to Covid cancellation last year by airline, for approximately 3 months. We have provided all documents requested and called maybe 50-60 times at least. Three times someone responded via email for information or to say they were working on a resolution but nothing has happened yet. We keep being told they will call us back in 48 hours, does not happen. Very poor customer service, I have never dealt with any company like this. I will never use MMT again, even if I could save a lot of money on flights. BEWARE if you ever have to work with them. I am telling everyone I know who flys frequently not to use them. If they take care of my refund I will update my review.

Over promise and under deliver. Promise discounts on booking, which never realize after the trip is over. Poor hotels in trip packages, complete mismanagement of travel schedules. Went on a recent package trip to Bhutan. MMT had 4 couples in 4 different hotels with the same van!! We wasted one hour everyday just picking everyone from their hotels before we could begin the day tour. Even their customer service is bad. They will call you everyday before the package is booked. Try contacting them and resolving issues after the trip. They will send you a ticket number which is never resolved. And their customer service will only provide lip service, no resolution at all.

I have booked many many trips over the last 5 years with MMT. They used to be good with changes to bookings as well. However, since the COVID 19 lockdown, and cancellation of all travel for a while, their customer service has been extremely unhelpful. Even after the Supreme Court of India and multiple airlines have declared their intention to fully refund trip cost to the customers, MMT is holding on to my money (which they originally promised to refund), and refusing to obey the current laws. As a student, I have lost a lot of money on this trip to MMT and never really will recommend this to anyone any more.

Make my trip is decent for booking flights but Beware, if you ever need to change your flight or your flight is canceled or delayed, getting hold of a live person is impossible. They keep bouncing you around through pre-recorded messages and sending to their app when is useless for such cases. Getting refund for cancelled flights is very cumbersome a d they make the process so that the customer eventually gives up on the refund. You will be better off booking directly with the airlines. This has happened with me atleast 3 times.

Booked a 5 day trip from Make my trip through an MMT agent, on the trip there was a snow storm because of that trip has to be cancelled on second day only as all roads were closed, I was told by MMT agent a partial refund will be given. But after some days agent stopped replying, and MMT kept all of the money to themselves, MMT do not care about customer experience they just know how to take money from customer. After giving your money to MMT forget about any refund you can get back no matter whatever the reason. I will not recommend Make my trip to anyone. Better do some extra efforts and book things by yourself.

Basic option you would expect from a travel company app is a way to get to customer support if there are issues. But here’s an app which decides to just leave no way to aces any kind of support for issues that invariably crop up while booking through this app. Instead , one is sent meaningless SMSs and WhatsApp messages giving you random links to click on for ‘contact-less’ support !! Of course these links lead nowhere. What kind of an idea is this ? A strange case for an app like Makemytrip that it has either deliberately decided to inconvenience users or just seems to be taking the users for granted !! Real Shame !

The app gives the best hotel and combo(flight +hotel) prices. Need improvement: “online booking surcharge” that appears at checkout for flt tickets is something that needs to be more transparent. For Instance it is better if it is included in the fare at the “results “ page itself.

I am quite an old customer of MakeMyTrip. Now they have gone to an insanely low levels. They are using the global Corona virus pandemic as an excuse to their fraudulent activities. I asked them to cancel my international tickets 2 months back on the account of flight not being operational. They got the refund back from airlines but they didn’t refund back my money which is in lakhs. After many follow-up they finally refunded back the money in mmt wallet that too with deductions. After checking directly from the airlines I was informed that there has been no deductions at their end, also they have made refunds to mmt in actual cash. But mmt is not ready to refund me to my bank account and they have made unnecessary deductions. Please don’t waste your money by booking tickets through MMT. At time of needs they don’t care at all about their customers. Instead they go to as low as taking advantage of the global pandemic for their personal profits!

On our round trip through Thiland we bought a travel Insurance through mmt. We never received the policy in-spite of so many email reminders from us & hence remained practically uninsured through our journey, which caused a tremendous mental stress of traveling with out Insurance. Had to pay a higher price for car rental & took 5 weeks of intense efforts to get the issue resolved after getting at least 15-18 emails from very inefficient officer dealing with us from mmt, before we settled for a lollypop to put the matter to rest. Aghast is the only word to describe the whole episode & experience...

I needed help with my account and I was locked out. I could not get to 1 human representative to talk to to get my problem resolved. I could not find 1 email address where I could seek help. I still haven’t gotten any help with my account and I am still locked out. To the folks at MakeMyTrip reading these reviews, I dare you to get to 1 customer service agent using your publicly available numbers or emails. Either you don’t have any agents which is really bad or your website maintenance team is not doing their job right which is even worse. Absolutely pathetic.

Make My Trip should be blacklisted. They advertise hotels and services that are terrible and when you make them aware of the issue their customer service has ‘I dont care’ attitude. I recently made a 6 night reservation at a property they advertised as close to 4 stars. The hotel had no rooms with functioning bathroom and they changed my room 3 times in the first 12 hours. I checked out next morning and cut my stay short. Now I am wasting my time daily talking to MMT. BOYCOTT MMT. BLACKLIST MMT. Note - The hotel i selected is ‘Delhi Hotel 37’ Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. The good reviews are all fake.

My airline canceled the flights. There is no way that I can speak to someone at MMT. MMT thinks they sold and took his cut so no worries. Let the customer face all the heat. Why should I book the air ticket or hotel through MMT if I have to call and cancel directly with the service provider. MMT NOT DOING TO DO ANY GOOD TO ME. Rather I will book directly with the service provider HENCE FORTH. Very displeased with MMT's policies as well.

One of the most difficult application for claiming the bonus points. I believe, user interface could be made more candid to allow user value for money. The following features were troublesome - 1. User cannot claim all the bonus in the MMT wallet. Sometime ago this was not so 2. MMT option of Rs 5 to charity should be off by default 3. MMT ticket insurance option should be off by default. Since option 2 and 3 are on by default they add to the price of the ticket. These are hidden costs and only an experienced user can discern. Please make changes asap.

Recently had a very bad experience on my holiday booking . The agents are non professional and have nil knowledge about the booked places. Once you pay the amount, no one responds to your messages / calls or even emails. Call to customer service number is never attended. You will always be told that you will be contacted by concerning department , but will never get any call. I advise everyone not to book any holiday package from MMT or otherwise will repent for rest of your life.

Their website wont let you login, MMT app says wait for 40 mins to login again. Being a genuine user I cannot access my account. I think they themselves don’t use the App, otherwise they understand how annoying is this when u have amount in your wallet and you cannot use it. Have some design thinking, MFA are for user double layer security, you dont have to build waiting time in between. Lock the account for suspect-able activity. Use captcha to identify user with bots.

Their support takes you to a chat service which doesn’t understand...only option is yo choose existing booking or wallet. Any thing other than that it says start new chat. Not sure why mobile booking or online booking has convenience charges??? The whole point of not going thru a agent in person or on phone to avoid personal / man power charges. And to be charged so called convenience fee in INDIA is ridiculous. This was my first time using make my trip and I haven’t found any savings or convenience. One can easily book domestic flights from the airline app or online ( who are equally notorious of charging so called convenience charges).

The process of booking a ticket through makemytrip is great. However after I installed the app on iOS, I get non-stop push notifications with random offers every few hours. It seriously can’t get any more annoying. I enabled push notifications for important information relating to last minute flight schedule changes. However I need to delete the app because of the push notification spam that it sends me.

Stayed at the hotel one night. All staff members were very courteous and polite. But the room was dirty. Found the presence of cockroach in the bathroom. Therefore, I was shifted to another room. The app is getting stuck. I am trying to book a hotel for tomorrow. The cancellation perk doesn't work if you book for hotel for checkin within 24 hours so this bug is just not letting me book at all. Why the hell did I even sign up for doubleblack then. Despite being a leading platform, I’m surprised to see how bad the app is. The chat option doesn’t work & the only response you get is to use a self-service link. You click on that, it takes you to a login screen which I don’t understand why because I had already logged in! The app is cumbersome with too many options instead of focusing on what really matters.

Worth staying

I recently stayed in this hotel. Hotel is very close to temple which allowed us to visit temple couple of times. Attitude of staffs was also cooperative. On an average no negative issues.
Do not use for Train

I booked train ticket as it was displaying 100+ seats available. After the transaction, ticket was waitlisted and it did not get confirmed hence ticket got cancelled automatically after chart preparation. IRCTC refunds all amount for waitlisted table while MakeMyTrip trip deducted 25% amount approx and refunded 75% only. This is ridiculous and fraud as well. Tried to reach customer care but goes to IVR only. Never buy train ticket from MakeMyTrip.

Bad experience

I booked a cab on mmt and never received any contact information of the driver until an hour and a half before my ride time. When I called them they promised to call me back in fifteen minutes as they couldn't get a vendor. Again didn't receive any call, when I called them back 20 minutes before my ride time they said they had to cancel my booking.

It is virtually impossible to contact the support group through any of the email ids provided. The only way to connect is through self help page which is a joke because the there are no updates there. Have been waiting for a refund since over an year now. Will never book through makemytrip ever in future
Didn’t get my 800$ refund

I could say the worst customer service. I have booked a round trip for India and because of some reasons i have cancelled my trip and I didn’t get my refund till now. I spoke with customer support for hours and they couldn’t do anything. Nowadays I can’t even connect call to them at all. I would suggest everyone from my circle not to use this service.
Incorrect information about room bookings

I had booked a hotel room for February 2019 in Nasik however the hotel denied the confirmation stating MMT has not updated the room rates and the rates are different. Now if this is the way a customer will be cheated then I guess I need to shift or check out other online hotel booking options like trivago etc.

Can’t buy tickets

I’ve been trying to buy two tickets from Mumbai to Goa and every time I get to the last page to pay for the tickets, I get a message that says “unable to process your request, please try again later.” I have made an account with Makemytrip as well as IRCTC which both have been verified, so what am I doing wrong here? Someone please help!
