Poorly written app, there are lots of add ons that they try to trick u into selecting which cost extra....instead of telling you that you need to wait till 24 hours before your flight to check in....app tells u there is a problem, so u might think there is a problem with your ticket. Maybe they should let u check in prior to 24 hours, that’s so arbitrary

Doesn’t use Apple Pay. Credit card scanning does not work. Does not access the built-in password vaults (iOS keychain or my 1Password) to get the CC info. Cannot paste into the CC number field, so the number must be typed by hand. Does not format the number with spaces, so verifying all 16 packed digits are correct is a pain. Basically, they make it look pretty but its functionality is from 2001.

How can anyone take flight when the app used for booking does not even work. Not a member? Become a member, it only takes 10 minutes to fill out the form. Ah "SUBMIT" finally, ech, check your connection and try again later. Twice, 12 hours apart! I guess if there was a problem with my 3 bar LTE connection, I would not be able to write this review to save you time, frustration and 'from missing your flight'. If you stick with this airline, you won't miss your flight because you will never get one booked!

Jet Blue is headed South. One of their worst features, a corporate mentality. It’s all about Jet Blue. Recently Jet Blue canceled a trip to New York out of Sacramento. Not before changing the flight schedule twice. With my room and other events already paid for I was required to spend over $ 400.00 dollars on a last minute flight with American. I was told my flight was canceled due to weather, yet all the flights from LA, San Francisco and Oakland to New York flew as scheduled. There were no seats. I was treated like fodder, simple grease in the gears of a corporate giant that used to treat me like a king. Now I am pale blue. After I receive my refund, I am waving goodbye to Jet Blue. They can keep all my miles, they are worthless anyway.

I think airlines should reverse their baggage ck in policy. People whom do hand carry luggage should pay. It should be in reverse. You pay to ck your bag than you are unconvinced to wait an wait fir people to put their luggage in bin. Than again wait am wait for them to remove it to get off. We pay an we are the ones that are inconvenienced. I am sure I am not the first to complain about this policy. Not just you all airlines should do the reverse of what they do now. Or follow Sw ... which is a great policy.. no charge at all. Thank You

Normally JetBlue is pretty good, but today I found out that the mobile boarding pass that you can put in your Wallet is not updated with departure times/gate changes, which made me miss my flight. All of the other airlines keep their mobile boarding passes updated so i feel like I should be expecting the same from JetBlue. Please fix.

My wonderful wife with a beautiful heart lost her battle with cancer. JetBlue would only allow a credit for her Thanksgiving ticket AND CHARGED A $75 Change FEE. “Sorry it’s JetBlue’s policy”. I asked for this at the end of May. I would give negative stars if they were available.

We missed our connection and had to stay in New York overnight due to a technical problem with the plane. But the pilot was so happy with his landing that he asked for applause. After running to the connection the jet blue employees could have cared less.

This app gave me the wrong time for our flight and we ended up missing our flight. I don’t know why it gave me the wrong boarding times. They also said the flight was delayed. Jet Blue had no other flights. Luckilily Southwest had some available flights.

The app overall is easy to navigate however when selecting the dates or inputting card info the numbers doesn’t seem to stay on what u r choosing, it keeps going to either a different month or date. For example I want to choose October 5 it will spin to September 2...weird but other than that little nitch it’s a good app.

I accidentally made 2 departing flights for a trip and JetBlue charged me 500 dollars to change the flights. For an honest mistake. Very disappointed as this was 1/4 the cost of our flight. This is a lot of money for a single mother to travel with her children for a wedding. Have been flying JetBlue for years and after this I would definitely use a different airline

I always use True Blue to fly back and forward from NY to Florida and other places within its locations. I had to recently AA to fly from lga to Miami. I have never been so scared, uncomfortable and disrespected on a flight. I travel internationally as well and this was the worst experience. Firstly the way they board is ridiculous. Hugs pile ups in isle of plane. Didn’t carry many choices of soft drinks. Also to pay a ridiculous price for checked in bagweighing only 40lb. I could go on. But I won’t. Jet Blue I love you. You are the best of the rest.

It’s an useful app for Jet blue flyers. With online check in to Apple wallet support, to scheduling flight and current status, gate and terminal number and most important things is the rewards system, everything is just awesome. I like the features most that shows the airport map. As a new flyer to a totally new airport it’s so much helpful to have a primary idea. You can even select drop and pickup service using Lyft with this app. Highly recommended 👍

Checking for me and my family for a trip to Turks and Caicos. Mine and my son’s process went well but for my husband it asks for a visa. However we know Turks and Caicos doesn’t require a visa from our country.

Worst web site of all the airlines. I’m a weekly traveler and travel over once a week. Jet Blue’s poor web site is one of the reasons I don’t choose them unless I have to. The only good thing about Jet Blue is their crews. They actually let you select a new seat for free ( like the exit) once the cabin door is closed.

The app does not retain my information and the reservation doesn’t pick up my information from my true blue account. I can’t select or change seats on the app and no one at JetBlue can explain why. Rally poor experience; tell me again why I should choose JetBlue over any other airline whose app works (all of them).
Cancelled flight at Grenada

We waited for our flight for 6 hours then JetBlue decided to cancel the flight. By that time it was already 7pm in Grenada, Jet blue refuses to put us up in a hotel even though the new flight is next day. I ask the Jet Blue spokes woman it is already 7 pm and it is carnival season in Grenada. What if we can not find a hotel? Will we be allowed to stay at the airport until next morning? She said yes, but later came back telling us the inside of the airport will be locked at 10:30 but the outside we can stay. The outside at Grenada airport basically is outdoors , so literally Jet Blue is kicking us out on the streets and ask us to sleep on the street overnight. That is absolutely unacceptable. Anyways by the time we learnt all this it is getting dark outside. I was with my wife and son, and it was getting so scared we can not find any hotel. We keep calling hotels and resorts we can find on the internet, even with very slow WiFi service at the airport. But still no luck. Finally we found some place they just had an early cancellation. Otherwise we are not sure what we would do that night. And in the mean time Jet Blue did not do anything to help us. I will never fly JetBlue again !!

I've purchased even more space and even more speed is included with that. However, for the second time, when I print my boarding pass, even more speed is not reflected even though I checked the box. I called Jetblue and they told me that I have to go to the counter to remedy the problem. OMG! So much for even more speed! Instead it's another line I have to stand in. Not to mention that I always purchase the ems/ems, yet I constantly stand by and watch people who have not purchased ems/ems to be directed into the ems designated lines ahead of those of us who have paid good money for the convenience. And, I've seen this not only at security, but at the gate as well. At the gate, the employees allow themselves to be bullied by impatient non paying for ems passengers. It's like after first class anything goes. :(. And more than once I've been in a seat where my tv didn't work. I don't think it's fair to pay extra money for even more space then get only an apology and no tv when I have to be on a plane for 6 hours. I used to brag about how good Jetblue is, now, not so much. :(

I love their app. It is so easy to navigate and find the best fares. I get the best deals here compared to Expedia, Kayak and other apps. They never have the deals the Jet Blue app has. Of course you have to fly to a city they serve. We fly often to Washington DC from Hartford to visit my daughter. We have gotten fares as low as $34 per person. Cheaper than driving or taking the train! Of course you have to be flexible with the times they offer and the return trip is a higher fare usually but they still are pretty cheap. And also we have never had a problem with their flights from Hartford or Reagan and the planes are clean and comfortable and flight attendants and other staff are always very helpful and courteous. It’s our first choice for an Airline! Keep up the good work Jet Blue!

I am writing this not because of the crew or the trip, rather I got an email one hour before flight time spent over a hundred dollars to take a Uber to the airport at JFK then 45 min to board the flight is canceled? Furthermore, you said it was due to weather which was a cop out bc I have a pilot license and know that they had over a mile visibility and multiple flights were still taken off. My question is how can you blame the weather and then keep sending flights out? I could understand if it was the last flight of the night but it wasn’t and we even got on a later flight with JetBlue but to another airport costing us money and time. I feel that you should understand that it was a total inconvenience to my family and I and we should get reimbursed for all costs relating to our hardship, but that’s on you! If you would like me to continue to fly with JetBlue then you will make it right and be fair. Thank you in advance. John Broskie

My experience with JetBlue has always been relatively good. On my flight in July from FLL-Newark we were delayed 3 hours and there was not even a “sorry” for the in convenience... I missed dinner with my family and it ruined that entire evening. The most recent flight I was on was on time etc... BUTTTTTT what is going on with all the animals being allowed without carriers on board????? Besides the 4 or 5 small lap dogs that were on the flight there was a Labrador 3 Seats in front of me- I could not believe it! I am so allergic to dogs and if this dog was sitting in the seat next to me I would have had a huge issue. Dogs , cats etc need to be in carriers if they are going to fly. He was allowed to sit on the seat and then peak over to the sit in front and back- just ridiculous.
The nightmare of Irma

During hurricane Irma I had the misfortune that I had to fly to California from Fort Lauderdale and it was quite a crazy day that day and Jet Blue took me out we got to where I was supposed to go they only problem was I paid a fortune for my fair is over thousand dollars and I called them up a couple days later explained how it happened that I was charge so much money and they refunded me all at the $99 fare they were offering me similar thing happened on American airlines my husband got a flight on that airline and they did not take off he had to go home and come back to the airport and I called them and I had to send and I had to send a letter and they refused they said they will not refund me the 900 and some dollars so you fly JetBlue if you’re smart.

I love Jet Blue !!! Staff flight attendants and pilots are all so friendly even when it’s crazy and flight delayed due to weather or any reason . They brought drinks and snacks to gate where we where waiting . Kept making sure everyone was informed updated and always smiling .that was my last trip . The staff at the desk go all out . Jaun saw I was having trouble standing got me wheelchair , escorted me down to gate told me about extra room seats . He always takes care of us and knows us when ever he sees us anywhere in airport . I fly back and forth for medical reasons . Each time he says Lori is their anything else we can do to make your trip easier . The Boston staff is also amazing . Keep hiring people who care . When I fly it’s always JetBlue if they are a carrier where I’m going. It is the easiest process ever to make reservations, get to the airport & get where I am going without stress. I had my first ever horrible experience where I got held up in TSA. I hear customer service calling my name. 3xs they called me with the final call being the gates are closing. I can’t go to the gate. I missed my plane. I finally get to the gate. I explain my situation to Dominic, the JetBlue representative. He was sorry for my distress. He asks if I’d like to fly with another carrier. I said “No, JetBlue is the Best!” He gave me excellent customer service, rescheduled me for the next day’s flight & I was on my way. All JetBlue needs to do for me now is fly into New Orleans! 😜

Checking in using the app is easy enough, but it does not send you updates timely or accurately. JetBlue moved the departing airport from San Francisco to Oakland. However, when checking flight status app NEVER mentioned the airport had been moved. I found out about the switch when I checked email in the afternoon, I saw the email sent at 7:30am, but I had been checking the flight status on the app to see if there was delays. I also noticed using google to find the flight status has more up to date information than JetBlue’s app. JetBlue said the flight was completely full, but I noticed empty seats. I wonder how many people were stranded a the San Francisco airport because they did not know Jetblue moved the departing airport across the Bay. Since it was a 6pm flight, there would be no way to get to the other airport in time.

I can say that I haven’t flown with JetBlue in over a decade and since I stopped working for them when they stopped flights to ONT, so returning to the airline I was part of after so long had truly shown how much JetBlue has evolved in service, equipment and culture! The service has gotten better, the free extra perks are still free (minus the checked bag allowances), they evolved their A321 cabin and introduced a premium product called Mint and broke from the core cabin layout that they were known for having, and they tacked on some extra fees for priority seating, priority boarding and the premium snacks and beverages. Some of the old JetBlue is in there, just under a new shiny cabin and all still while keeping to the shades of Blue that first flew on the first flight! The App is always updated to be functional and still hip and trendy. Having all the features you do want and none of the features that clutter up an App. Any issues they’re just a tweet or phone call away and always are helpful and quick in addressing any issues or concerns!

We only fly JetBlue. There is only one item we disagree with- and that is the raised price for bringing a pet in a carrier under the seat. Cost to jetblue is zero- I could pay for the seat next to me cheaper than the $125 for the pet fee. Ours is an older well behaved cat. He bothers no one- he seems to enjoy his carrier and sleeps in it at home. My thought is that if a pet becomes a “known traveler” and is consistently well behaved- offer frequent flyer discounts. Fly twice, third is free or something. We will continue to always fly jetblue because we enjoy the jetblue experience- we recommend jetblue to everyone. We would just like to bring Dumbby more often.

I only recently started flying JetBlue consistently in the last year and while the flying experience is palatable - their mobile app is near useless. I started to write this review prior to the latest update and even after the update previously it had extremely limited functionality for a major airline. The latest update was comparable to putting lipstick on a pig. Cosmetic not functional. The biggest issue is the inability to change seats through the app, view a real-time seat map and view standby/upgrade list. To me, those are the 3 most important features of any airline app. Also it does not show TrueBlue activity only your point balance. The update seems to have improved the freezing and crashing but the app lacks frequent flier practicality of which would be expected for one of the top 4 US airlines. A ways to go.

JetBlue if it were possible for me to give everyone in your company a big hug I would!! You have come through for me so big with last minute travel plans at an affordable price. I am so appreciative of your services. Your flight attendants are super nice and treat everyone like the whole plane is first class. I 90% of the time I book online and it's faster and easier than ordering at Starbucks. The 10% of the time I have to speak with a representative because I have some complicated change that needs to be done same day of travel I always feel like I'm talking to one of my friend's. My dad was traveling September 24 from Fort Lauderdale airport to Quito-Ecuador. He gave his carry on bags to the lady in the counter in Fort Lauderdale Airport Before the flight, when He remembered he has left his new iPhone 8 Plus with the box and everything inside his backpack. He went back to the lady at the counter asked for his bag if is still there to get his phone and the lady told him the bags are inside the plane already. When he got home to search for his new phone the phone wasn’t there. They gave us a phone number in Ecuador that nobody answers, and we asked for help here, and they just told us to call that number. Do you think that people that work there will be honest? and wouldn’t steal stuff inside our bag? And if they do take anything shouldn’t the company be responsible for the stolen items and pay back the customer?

There should be more options of direct flight from FLL to SDQ. That flight being at 5:50 am is way too early!! There should be a flight at 10 am at least!! Also, it would be great if there was a flight from PBI to SDQ, there are so many Dominicans that have to drive down to FLL in order to be able to catch that flight. If someone lives in Port St. Lucie and needs to be 3 hours before their flight to the Dominican Republic ( 3am ) they would have to start driving between 1:00 am - 1:30 am so they can catch that 5:50 am flight. But PBI would be great for all of us that live in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties!!
Impossible to book through the app

I love JetBlue but it is literally impossible to book a flight through the app. There are two many amateurish bugs throughout. Like in one spot the "phone number" field (required) gets populated by a drop down list of countries, with no way to put in an actual number. In another phone number field, dashes are required but the keyboard that gets displayed doesn't have a dash button. Also, don't tap any of the "info" buttons to see the difference between the different plans - there's no Close button. The only way to close it is to shut down the entire reservation process and start over. All in all just a terrible terrible experience. I tried twice, wasted half an hour, and was never able to book my flight.

JetBlue is literally the only airline I have ever flown consistently and am always satisfied with. I have even had some rough travel experiences using JetBlue and they have ALWAYS made up for any short-comings, above and beyond as well as extremely promptly including putting me up in a 4 star hotel near airport, paying for dinner and breakfast, and changing flight times and dates at no extra charge. I truly swear by JetBlue through and through and I honestly haven’t flown any other airline besides them in the past 5 years. Love em’ and their blue chips and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. 👌🏼😍💙

The app can be very frustrating when you book a flight. No problem searching for flights and comparing priced based on days. But when you actually book, it gets stuck. Today it got stuck after I entered additional passengers(in the system as part of my family plan). Then I noticed that that TSA pre-check numbers were not automatically entered, although they are attached to our accounts. Great way to prevent a customer from making a purchase! I’ll have to go back and find the numbers on the TSA paperwork or make the reservation by phone, which reduces my points. The app got stuck over the summer when I was making reservations, too. Thought they would have cleaned up the app by now.

Looked for a support / feedback email or form. Didnt find anything on the app itself and the app store link "app support" is useless, so i guess this is the only place I can contact jetblue developers to let them know they need to do better debugging / testing. I have the latest iPad / ios / jetblue app. Got stuck before i could select the seats. Had to go and start all over from my iphone. On the phone once I hit submit on the last step, it refreshed and the submit button was green again, as if I still had to submit it again, it didn't give me a completed confirmation, even though I did receive a confirmation email. So both apps have bugs, they need more testing.

JetBlue has always been my favorite airline.I always have comfortable seats good movies to watch and great service. This very last flight I had enough true blue miles to buy my husband’s ticket, so he flew free. Can’t get better than that. I only wish we had the same confirmation number, but I guess that’s not possible when you get a free flight. As a result of different confirmation numbers, I ended up getting TSA approved and he did not. I guess it’s a small price to pay for free flight. I will continue to be a true blue member. Jet blue is the best

I keep trying to Check in for my connection flights in Boston and New York. my first flight from Detroit to Boston is all set got my boarding pass and everything. but I’m trying to check in for my 5am flight to New York 917 and then my 9am flight to my final Destination St. Maarten 787 to get my boarding passes & the stupid jetBlue app says “we are having trouble processing your request check your connection and try again” EVEN THOUGH MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORKING FAST!!!!!! jetBlue you need to be on your A Game when it comes down to situations like this. This is the last time I’m flying jetBlue. I’m never flying jetBlue Again after I return from this trip. I’ve had a bad experience with jetBlue before and it’s happening again the first time was a long delayed flight and now this

Have been using the app for a fairly long time but since the most recent update constantly crashes on login. Also if not logged in but adding my upcoming flight confirmation number. App support link just takes you to the mobile site, and contact us links and numbers there doesn’t seem to offer app support. I've tried... reinstalling, updating ios, flushing data, along with all the usual stuff. App works until I either login or not logged in will crash after adding flight confirmation Please help me either obtain prior version or resolve issue.

I always use True Blue to fly back and forward from NY to Florida and other places within its locations. I had to recently AA to fly from lga to Miami. I have never been so scared, uncomfortable and disrespected on a flight. I travel internationally as well and this was the worst experience. Firstly the way they board is ridiculous. Hugs pile ups in isle of plane. Didn’t carry many choices of soft drinks. Also to pay a ridiculous price for checked in bagweighing only 40lb. I could go on. But I won’t. Jet Blue I love you. You are the best of the rest.

I always receive excellent service with JetBlue. Today is no exception. My dad has been moved to hospice and we are told he will pass in the next 24 hours likely. I’ve been flying back and forth to help etc., but now my scheduled trip for next week needs to change. I spoke with Dave and he refunded the trip I had scheduled for next week and comped me tickets for my disabled daughter and myself for tomorrow. I’m shocked and so grateful Thank you so much for the kindness you showed my family during this insanely difficult time.

My husband and I have switched from Virgin to Mint since they started service from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles in March. It keeps getting better and better. After my first flight, I sent and answer from a JetBlue survey they emailed me. I spelled out a few things I thought it was missing... socks, priority boarding before all guests, internet... To my surprise, they have implemented them all! I was stunned when I opened my little bag to find socks!!! JetBlue, you are awesome, thanks for listening. Thanks for keeping the minty lip balm too!

Usually this app is great and I never have a issue. I fly very often and always use JetBlue.. but this time the app will not let me do anything at all. I try checking into my flight and it’s saying there’s a issue, I can’t login or make a account because it says there’s a error or something. This is not good, my flight is tomorrow and I always use this app to be prepared and ready because it’s so much easier then going to the counter at the airport.. please fix this!!
Problem with Latest Update

In the latest version (4.1.1), once you checked in for the outbound portion of a reservation, the “My Trips” section doesn’t seem to provide a way to look up the return portion of the reservation (like if you want to tell someone you’re visiting what time you’ll be leaving). Seems like a bad functionality to lose, since now I have to go back and find my original reservation info, either on the JetBlue web site or in my email.
Buggy alerts

I have experienced several false alerts coming from this app that have caused minor confusion at a minimum, and at times full on panic. The latest false alert informed me that my flight’s departure time had been moved up by 1 hour and 40 minutes. I live 35 minutes from the airport so I rushed out of the house and drove as fast as I could through the rain, only to run into the airport at what I thought was 5 minutes late for my new departure time. While I was waiting in TSA, panicking that I had missed my flight, I was informed by a fellow passenger that the alert was bogus, and that the flight was scheduled to leave at its normal time. The JetBlue staff could not explain what had happened. Not only was this frustrating, it was dangerous. I foolishly took chances try to get to the airport that were unnecessary. All other functions in the app seem to work fine, if not a bit clunky. Until JetBlue fixes whatever is wrong with their alerting I would not trust anything this app tells you.

I called a few weeks ago in regards to a $15 voucher I received from JetBlue. After speaking with the agent I was informed that it can only be used towards flights and no inflight service. Bummer. However, the agent then said well “let me see if I can get you some good seats”. She gave me great seats all because of a voucher I couldn’t use. Honestly I wasn’t upset about it, I figured that was the case but thought I’d ask. The agent was friendly and joking around with me! I love JetBlue!!

Edit: rating changed with recent update, my previous comments are no longer valid as most recent update has remedied the problems I was experiencing. Using new iOS11 and app is completely useless. Once opened, it immediately crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and again, immediate crash. I’m unable to do mobile check in or obtain my mobile boarding pass, such a hassle to not be able to use mobile boarding pass in the airport.

It’s an useful app for Jet blue flyers. With online check in to Apple wallet support, to scheduling flight and current status, gate and terminal number and most important things is the rewards system, everything is just awesome. I like the features most that shows the airport map. As a new flyer to a totally new airport it’s so much helpful to have a primary idea. You can even select drop and pickup service using Lyft with this app. Highly recommended 👍

Of course I like the convenience of checking in, but buying seats was odd. I tried on different occasions to buy seats for the second leg of my trip, but it wouldn’t let me. The system seemed to treat the second leg as if it were not separate from the first flight, I don’t know. Anyway, I had to wait until check in and as I’d expected most of the good options were gone. I’m glad I was able to do it, but why couldn’t I do it before check in? Of course I should have done it when I purchased the tickets, but I was on the fence at the time. I can’t understand why it had to be so difficult.

1) Why can’t i check seat assignments, and change if available? I can do it online. Paying for extra leg room (what used to be ordinary economy space), and my party is stuck in center seats in different rows, i want to keep checking if other seats become available. I should be able to do in the app and not boot my computer. 2) i can print from my phone to my printer. Why am i not given the ability to both print my boarding pass and save to my apple wallet? I have to go to my computer for such a mundane action.

I have been flying this year more than I usually do. So I have used Spirt Airline and I would never use them again. JetBlue has 6 less seats than Spirt. The flight attendants were so happy and it made me feel like they love there job and always wanted to help me in anyway. It is the first airline that I look for when me or my family has to fly. I am committed with loyalty to Jet Blue company because: 1-they have always help me with fly arrangements to accommodate my family needs. 2-they have the compasión and sensitivity during times of distress such as hurricane Irma and Maria. 3-they launches their Humanitarian flights and we’re doing anything in their power to assist the island and their employees. I thought I checked my flight status but really the app just wasn’t refreshing. It’s not obvious that you need to pull down to refresh, since it looked like the app was thinking. As a result, I got to the airport way too early given the massive delay. Also, even when you do explicitly refresh, it takes forever to update. I have notifications enabled so it’s ridiculous that I even had to check manually in the first place. I finally received a notification two hours later, but by that time, the information was stale (flight time had been revised further). This is too bad because there have been times when the AA app saved me when my flight got cancelled. Since I had the app, I was one of the first to rebook. Those precious minutes can be the difference between getting home the same day versus waiting a day. PS - couldn’t find a place to submit feedback privately in the app so I have to shame you publicly. Maybe you should add a feedback feature

I was at New York for the electric holiday festival and a hurracaine was heading to Puerto Rico the same day I have to go back to the island. I call to the costumer service area and explain the situation to a representative and she helps me to change my flight so easy and fast! That's efficiency and an example of excellent costumer service, I will definitely travel again with this airline. Now I am to my way to my beautiful island 🌴 to take care of the ones I love ❤️. The ground crews and flight crews are so great! I usually can get what I need online. I have a flight tomorrow, just checked in...seamless. A little problem with booking another flight next week...I think the poor website was tired and was having trouble with arrival in one city and departing from another over 100 miles away. I’ll resolve today, if not talk to the great ground crew at PBI at 5AM...everyone is on top of their game that early😎😎✈️

This rating is for the APP- the airline and service get 5 stars. But I find app design cumbersome to use. Some times you scroll down and check a box other times you have to look up top to move forward. Would like it if you made moving around the APP consistent. This is not a super big deal but the whole purpose of using an app is to be able to get though the process quicker and if you searching the APP trying to figure out how to maneuver around that will slow you down.

This app doesn’t even open (“...try again in a few minutes...”) 90% of the time. And freezes another 5%, and closes out another 3%. It’s infuriating when you are traveling. Seriously, hire more devs to have a working app, this is embarrassing for such a large company and one that is otherwise known for putting customers first.

I travel to Orlando frequently and I usually take the earliest flight out of Boston. It’s great, rarely late. I spend the extra money for extra space seats because it affords you the opportunity to board first. I have a pet so it’s more convenient. I have taken other carriers to Florida and had my itinerary changed from 4 hours to 13 hours. Not with JetBlue. They respond quickly to special requests. Great company! LTLmolly

This app used to be mint about 6 months or so ago. Since they did the overhaul, it is buggy. You often can’t see return trip until you complete outbound leg. That means you can’t do check-in or modify your seats, etc. I’ve have several trips booked. Some work, some don’t. From a PC on the web there are no issues. If they EVER fix this annoying app, I’d give it 5 stars.

*UPDATE* I was able to use it after deleting and reinstalling it, and then disable notifications and location services. After installing iOS 11.1 update on my iPhone 5s the Jetblue crashes. I tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. The Jetblue app needs an update for iOS 11.1 compatibility ASAP. I have a flight tomorrow and I really need this app.

UPDATE: version 3.2.2 intended to fix the boarding pass problem causes the app to instantly crash on load when I am signed in rendering the app completely useless. Can’t access anything anymore. If I disable the location services and notifications the app stops crashing. Can we please get this fixed? Can’t get boarding passes with the new iPhone 8 plus. Get the blue spinning circle and the boarding passes never show. Husband is able to get his with an iPhone 7 without any issue. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Please fix this issue ASAP!

I made a mistake booking my flight for the wrong month. I went to check in the day I was supposed to leave and it wouldn’t let me. I started freaking out, but the customer service line immediately calmed me down and let me know they could still get me on the flights I needed out. The service was fast and very helpful. I will definitely be flying jet blue again!

Poorly written app, there are lots of add ons that they try to trick u into selecting which cost extra....instead of telling you that you need to wait till 24 hours before your flight to check in....app tells u there is a problem, so u might think there is a problem with your ticket. Doesn’t use Apple Pay. Credit card scanning does not work. Does not access the built-in password vaults (iOS keychain or my 1Password) to get the CC info. Cannot paste into the CC number field, so the number must be typed by hand. Does not format the number with spaces, so verifying all 16 packed digits are correct is a pain. Basically, they make it look pretty but its functionality is from 2001.

How can anyone take flight when the app used for booking does not even work. Not a member? Become a member, it only takes 10 minutes to fill out the form. Ah "SUBMIT" finally, ech, check your connection and try again later. Twice, 12 hours apart! I guess if there was a problem with my 3 bar LTE connection, I would not be able to write this review to save you time, frustration and 'from missing your flight'. If you stick with this airline, you won't miss your flight because you will never get one booked!

Jet Blue is headed South. One of their worst features, a corporate mentality. It’s all about Jet Blue. Recently Jet Blue canceled a trip to New York out of Sacramento. Not before changing the flight schedule twice. With my room and other events already paid for I was required to spend over $ 400.00 dollars on a last minute flight with American. I was told my flight was canceled due to weather, yet all the flights from LA, San Francisco and Oakland to New York flew as scheduled. There were no seats. I was treated like fodder, simple grease in the gears of a corporate giant that used to treat me like a king. Now I am pale blue. After I receive my refund, I am waving goodbye to Jet Blue. They can keep all my miles, they are worthless anyway.

I think airlines should reverse their baggage ck in policy. People whom do hand carry luggage should pay. It should be in reverse. You pay to ck your bag than you are unconvinced to wait an wait fir people to put their luggage in bin. Than again wait am wait for them to remove it to get off. We pay an we are the ones that are inconvenienced. I am sure I am not the first to complain about this policy. Not just you all airlines should do the reverse of what they do now. Normally JetBlue is pretty good, but today I found out that the mobile boarding pass that you can put in your Wallet is not updated with departure times/gate changes, which made me miss my flight. All of the other airlines keep their mobile boarding passes updated so i feel like I should be expecting the same from JetBlue. Please fix.

This app gave me the wrong time for our flight and we ended up missing our flight. I don’t know why it gave me the wrong boarding times. They also said the flight was delayed. Jet Blue had no other flights. Luckilily Southwest had some available flights.

The app overall is easy to navigate however when selecting the dates or inputting card info the numbers doesn’t seem to stay on what u r choosing, it keeps going to either a different month or date. I always use True Blue to fly back and forward from NY to Florida and other places within its locations. I had to recently AA to fly from lga to Miami. I have never been so scared, uncomfortable and disrespected on a flight. I travel internationally as well and this was the worst experience. Firstly the way they board is ridiculous. Hugs pile ups in isle of plane. Didn’t carry many choices of soft drinks. Also to pay a ridiculous price for checked in bagweighing only 40lb. I could go on. But I won’t. Jet Blue I love you. You are the best of the rest.

It’s an useful app for Jet blue flyers. With online check in to Apple wallet support, to scheduling flight and current status, gate and terminal number and most important things is the rewards system, everything is just awesome. I like the features most that shows the airport map. As a new flyer to a totally new airport it’s so much helpful to have a primary idea. You can even select drop and pickup service using Lyft with this app. Highly recommended 👍

Worst web site of all the airlines. I’m a weekly traveler and travel over once a week. Jet Blue’s poor web site is one of the reasons I don’t choose them unless I have to. Cancelled flight at Grenada

We waited for our flight for 6 hours then JetBlue decided to cancel the flight. By that time it was already 7pm in Grenada, Jet blue refuses to put us up in a hotel even though the new flight is next day. I ask the Jet Blue spokes woman it is already 7 pm and it is carnival season in Grenada. What if we can not find a hotel? Will we be allowed to stay at the airport until next morning? She said yes, but later came back telling us the inside of the airport will be locked at 10:30 but the outside we can stay. The outside at Grenada airport basically is outdoors , so literally Jet Blue is kicking us out on the streets and ask us to sleep on the street overnight. That is absolutely unacceptable. Anyways by the time we learnt all this it is getting dark outside. I was with my wife and son, and it was getting so scared we can not find any hotel. We keep calling hotels and resorts we can find on the internet, even with very slow WiFi service at the airport. But still no luck. Finally we found some place they just had an early cancellation. Otherwise we are not sure what we would do that night. And in the mean time Jet Blue did not do anything to help us. I will never fly JetBlue again !!

I've purchased even more space and even more speed is included with that. However, for the second time, when I print my boarding pass, even more speed is not reflected even though I checked the box. I called Jetblue and they told me that I have to go to the counter to remedy the problem. OMG! So much for even more speed! Instead it's another line I have to stand in. Not to mention that I always purchase the ems/ems, yet I constantly stand by and watch people who have not purchased ems/ems to be directed into the ems designated lines ahead of those of us who have paid good money for the convenience. And, I've seen this not only at security, but at the gate as well. At the gate, the employees allow themselves to be bullied by impatient non paying for ems passengers. It's like after first class anything goes. :(. And more than once I've been in a seat where my tv didn't work. I don't think it's fair to pay extra money for even more space then get only an apology and no tv when I have to be on a plane for 6 hours. I used to brag about how good Jetblue is, now, not so much. :(

I love their app. It is so easy to navigate and find the best fares. I get the best deals here compared to Expedia, Kayak and other apps. They never have the deals the Jet Blue app has. Of course you have to fly to a city they serve. We fly often to Washington DC from Hartford to visit my daughter. We have gotten fares as low as $34 per person. Cheaper than driving or taking the train! Of course you have to be flexible with the times they offer and the return trip is a higher fare usually but they still are pretty cheap. And also we have never had a problem with their flights from Hartford or Reagan and the planes are clean and comfortable and flight attendants and other staff are always very helpful and courteous. It’s our first choice for an Airline! Keep up the good work Jet Blue!

I am writing this not because of the crew or the trip, rather I got an email one hour before flight time spent over a hundred dollars to take a Uber to the airport at JFK then 45 min to board the flight is canceled? Furthermore, you said it was due to weather which was a cop out bc I have a pilot license and know that they had over a mile visibility and multiple flights were still taken off. My question is how can you blame the weather and then keep sending flights out? I could understand if it was the last flight of the night but it wasn’t and we even got on a later flight with JetBlue but to another airport costing us money and time. I feel that you should understand that it was a total inconvenience to my family and I and we should get reimbursed for all costs relating to our hardship, but that’s on you! If you would like me to continue to fly with JetBlue then you will make it right and be fair. Thank you in advance. John Broskie

My experience with JetBlue has always been relatively good. On my flight in July from FLL-Newark we were delayed 3 hours and there was not even a “sorry” for the in convenience... I missed dinner with my family and it ruined that entire evening. The most recent flight I was on was on time etc... BUTTTTTT what is going on with all the animals being allowed without carriers on board????? Besides the 4 or 5 small lap dogs that were on the flight there was a Labrador 3 Seats in front of me- I could not believe it! I am so allergic to dogs and if this dog was sitting in the seat next to me I would have had a huge issue. Dogs , cats etc need to be in carriers if they are going to fly. He was allowed to sit on the seat and then peak over to the sit in front and back- just ridiculous.

During hurricane Irma I had the misfortune that I had to fly to California from Fort Lauderdale and it was quite a crazy day that day and Jet Blue took me out we got to where I was supposed to go they only problem was I paid a fortune for my fair is over thousand dollars and I called them up a couple days later explained how it happened that I was charge so much money and they refunded me all at the $99 fare they were offering me similar thing happened on American airlines my husband got a flight on that airline and they did not take off he had to go home and come back to the airport and I called them and I had to send and I had to send a letter and they refused they said they will not refund me the 900 and some dollars so you fly JetBlue if you’re smart.

I love Jet Blue !!! Staff flight attendants and pilots are all so friendly even when it’s crazy and flight delayed due to weather or any reason . They brought drinks and snacks to gate where we where waiting . Kept making sure everyone was informed updated and always smiling .that was my last trip . The staff at the desk go all out . Jaun saw I was having trouble standing got me wheelchair , escorted me down to gate told me about extra room seats . He always takes care of us and knows us when ever he sees us anywhere in airport . I fly back and forth for medical reasons . Each time he says Lori is their anything else we can do to make your trip easier . The Boston staff is also amazing . Keep hiring people who care . When I fly it’s always JetBlue if they are a carrier where I’m going. It is the easiest process ever to make reservations, get to the airport & get where I am going without stress. I had my first ever horrible experience where I got held up in TSA. I hear customer service calling my name. 3xs they called me with the final call being the gates are closing. I can’t go to the gate. I missed my plane. I finally get to the gate. I explain my situation to Dominic, the JetBlue representative. He was sorry for my distress. He asks if I’d like to fly with another carrier. I said “No, JetBlue is the Best!” He gave me excellent customer service, rescheduled me for the next day’s flight & I was on my way. All JetBlue needs to do for me now is fly into New Orleans! 😜

Checking in using the app is easy enough, but it does not send you updates timely or accurately. JetBlue moved the departing airport from San Francisco to Oakland. However, when checking flight status app NEVER mentioned the airport had been moved. I found out about the switch when I checked email in the afternoon, I saw the email sent at 7:30am, but I had been checking the flight status on the app to see if there was delays. I also noticed using google to find the flight status has more up to date information than JetBlue’s app. JetBlue said the flight was completely full, but I noticed empty seats. I wonder how many people were stranded a the San Francisco airport because they did not know Jetblue moved the departing airport across the Bay. Since it was a 6pm flight, there would be no way to get to the other airport in time.

I can say that I haven’t flown with JetBlue in over a decade and since I stopped working for them when they stopped flights to ONT, so returning to the airline I was part of after so long had truly shown how much JetBlue has evolved in service, equipment and culture! The service has gotten better, the free extra perks are still free (minus the checked bag allowances), they evolved their A321 cabin and introduced a premium product called Mint and broke from the core cabin layout that they were known for having, and they tacked on some extra fees for priority seating, priority boarding and the premium snacks and beverages. Some of the old JetBlue is in there, just under a new shiny cabin and all still while keeping to the shades of Blue that first flew on the first flight! The App is always updated to be functional and still hip and trendy. Having all the features you do want and none of the features that clutter up an App. Any issues they’re just a tweet or phone call away and always are helpful and quick in addressing any issues or concerns!

We only fly JetBlue. There is only one item we disagree with- and that is the raised price for bringing a pet in a carrier under the seat. Cost to jetblue is zero- I could pay for the seat next to me cheaper than the $125 for the pet fee. Ours is an older well behaved cat. He bothers no one- he seems to enjoy his carrier and sleeps in it at home. My thought is that if a pet becomes a “known traveler” and is consistently well behaved- offer frequent flyer discounts. Fly twice, third is free or something. We will continue to always fly jetblue because we enjoy the jetblue experience- we recommend jetblue to everyone. We would just like to bring Dumbby more often.
Lacks frequent flier practicality

I only recently started flying JetBlue consistently in the last year and while the flying experience is palatable - their mobile app is near useless. I started to write this review prior to the latest update and even after the update previously it had extremely limited functionality for a major airline. The latest update was comparable to putting lipstick on a pig. Cosmetic not functional. The biggest issue is the inability to change seats through the app, view a real-time seat map and view standby/upgrade list. To me, those are the 3 most important features of any airline app. Also it does not show TrueBlue activity only your point balance. The update seems to have improved the freezing and crashing but the app lacks frequent flier practicality of which would be expected for one of the top 4 US airlines. A ways to go.

I am so appreciative of your services. Your flight attendants are super nice and treat everyone like the whole plane is first class. I 90% of the time I book online and it's faster and easier than ordering at Starbucks. The 10% of the time I have to speak with a representative because I have some complicated change that needs to be done same day of travel I always feel like I'm talking to one of my friend's. JetBlue workers steal a phone from the bags

My dad was traveling September 24 from Fort Lauderdale airport to Quito-Ecuador. He gave his carry on bags to the lady in the counter in Fort Lauderdale Airport Before the flight, when He remembered he has left his new iPhone 8 Plus with the box and everything inside his backpack. He went back to the lady at the counter asked for his bag if is still there to get his phone and the lady told him the bags are inside the plane already. When he got home to search for his new phone the phone wasn’t there. They gave us a phone number in Ecuador that nobody answers, and we asked for help here, and they just told us to call that number. Do you think that people that work there will be honest? and wouldn’t steal stuff inside our bag? And if they do take anything shouldn’t the company be responsible for the stolen items and pay back the customer?
Flights

There should be more options of direct flight from FLL to SDQ. That flight being at 5:50 am is way too early!! There should be a flight at 10 am at least!! Also, it would be great if there was a flight from PBI to SDQ, there are so many Dominicans that have to drive down to FLL in order to be able to catch that flight. If someone lives in Port St. Lucie and needs to be 3 hours before their flight to the Dominican Republic ( 3am ) they would have to start driving between 1:00 am - 1:30 am so they can catch that 5:50 am flight. But PBI would be great for all of us that live in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties!!
Impossible to book through the app

I love JetBlue but it is literally impossible to book a flight through the app. There are two many amateurish bugs throughout. Like in one spot the "phone number" field (required) gets populated by a drop down list of countries, with no way to put in an actual number. In another phone number field, dashes are required but the keyboard that gets displayed doesn't have a dash button. Also, don't tap any of the "info" buttons to see the difference between the different plans - there's no Close button. The only way to close it is to shut down the entire reservation process and start over. All in all just a terrible terrible experience. I tried twice, wasted half an hour, and was never able to book my flight.

JetBlue is literally the only airline I have ever flown consistently and am always satisfied with. I have even had some rough travel experiences using JetBlue and they have ALWAYS made up for any short-comings, above and beyond as well as extremely promptly including putting me up in a 4 star hotel near airport, paying for dinner and breakfast, and changing flight times and dates at no extra charge. I truly swear by JetBlue through and through and I honestly haven’t flown any other airline besides them in the past 5 years. Love em’ and their blue chips and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. 👌🏼😍💙
Frustrating

The app can be very frustrating when you book a flight. No problem searching for flights and comparing priced based on days. But when you actually book, it gets stuck. Today it got stuck after I entered additional passengers(in the system as part of my family plan). Then I noticed that that TSA pre-check numbers were not automatically entered, although they are attached to our accounts. Great way to prevent a customer from making a purchase! I’ll have to go back and find the numbers on the TSA paperwork or make the reservation by phone, which reduces my points. The app got stuck over the summer when I was making reservations, too. Thought they would have cleaned up the app by now.

Looked for a support / feedback email or form. Didnt find anything on the app itself and the app store link "app support" is useless, so i guess this is the only place I can contact jetblue developers to let them know they need to do better debugging / testing. I have the latest iPad / ios / jetblue app. Got stuck before i could select the seats. Had to go and start all over from my iphone. On the phone once I hit submit on the last step, it refreshed and the submit button was green again, as if I still had to submit it again, it didn't give me a completed confirmation, even though I did receive a confirmation email. So both apps have bugs, they need more testing.

JetBlue has always been my favorite airline.I always have comfortable seats good movies to watch and great service. This very last flight I had enough true blue miles to buy my husband’s ticket, so he flew free. Can’t get better than that. I only wish we had the same confirmation number, but I guess that’s not possible when you get a free flight. As a result of different confirmation numbers, I ended up getting TSA approved and he did not. I guess it’s a small price to pay for free flight. I will continue to be a true blue member. Jet blue is the best

I keep trying to Check in for my connection flights in Boston and New York. my first flight from Detroit to Boston is all set got my boarding pass and everything. but I’m trying to check in for my 5am flight to New York 917 and then my 9am flight to my final Destination St. Maarten 787 to get my boarding passes & the stupid jetBlue app says “we are having trouble processing your request check your connection and try again” EVEN THOUGH MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS WORKING FAST!!!!!! jetBlue you need to be on your A Game when it comes down to situations like this. This is the last time I’m flying jetBlue. I’m never flying jetBlue Again after I return from this trip. I’ve had a bad experience with jetBlue before and it’s happening again the first time was a long delayed flight and now this
App support?!?

Have been using the app for a fairly long time but since the most recent update constantly crashes on login. Also if not logged in but adding my upcoming flight confirmation number. App support link just takes you to the mobile site, and contact us links and numbers there doesn’t seem to offer app support. I've tried... reinstalling, updating ios, flushing data, along with all the usual stuff. App works until I either login or not logged in will crash after adding flight confirmation Please help me either obtain prior version or resolve issue.

I always use True Blue to fly back and forward from NY to Florida and other places within its locations. I had to recently AA to fly from lga to Miami. I have never been so scared, uncomfortable and disrespected on a flight. I travel internationally as well and this was the worst experience. Firstly the way they board is ridiculous. Hugs pile ups in isle of plane. Didn’t carry many choices of soft drinks. Also to pay a ridiculous price for checked in bagweighing only 40lb. I could go on. But I won’t. Jet Blue I love you. You are the best of the rest.

I always receive excellent service with JetBlue. Today is no exception. My dad has been moved to hospice and we are told he will pass in the next 24 hours likely. I’ve been flying back and forth to help etc., but now my scheduled trip for next week needs to change. I spoke with Dave and he refunded the trip I had scheduled for next week and comped me tickets for my disabled daughter and myself for tomorrow. I’m shocked and so grateful Thank you so much for the kindness you showed my family during this insanely difficult time.

My husband and I have switched from Virgin to Mint since they started service from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles in March. It keeps getting better and better. After my first flight, I sent and answer from a JetBlue survey they emailed me. I spelled out a few things I thought it was missing... socks, priority boarding before all guests, internet... To my surprise, they have implemented them all! I was stunned when I opened my little bag to find socks!!! JetBlue, you are awesome, thanks for listening. Thanks for keeping the minty lip balm too!

I live in Florida MiamiBeach I happened to be visiting family ,, I stayed longer because it made no since to hurry home with a horrible hurricane coming,,,you guys helped change my flight did not ask for more money ,, iam truly happy I've fly and only like to fly you guys since day one ,, you are truly a special business,,,while other airlines we're trying to rip off people you actually help us ,, there are no words ,, now you are feeding my people in ft Lauderdale,,, no words can express my thanks to u ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌

Usually this app is great and I never have a issue. I fly very often and always use JetBlue.. but this time the app will not let me do anything at all. I try checking into my flight and it’s saying there’s a issue, I can’t login or make a account because it says there’s a error or something. This is not good, my flight is tomorrow and I always use this app to be prepared and ready because it’s so much easier then going to the counter at the airport.. please fix this!!
Problem with Latest Update

In the latest version (4.1.1), once you checked in for the outbound portion of a reservation, the “My Trips” section doesn’t seem to provide a way to look up the return portion of the reservation (like if you want to tell someone you’re visiting what time you’ll be leaving). Seems like a bad functionality to lose, since now I have to go back and find my original reservation info, either on the JetBlue web site or in my email.
Buggy alerts

I have experienced several false alerts coming from this app that have caused minor confusion at a minimum, and at times full on panic. The latest false alert informed me that my flight’s departure time had been moved up by 1 hour and 40 minutes. I live 35 minutes from the airport so I rushed out of the house and drove as fast as I could through the rain, only to run into the airport at what I thought was 5 minutes late for my new departure time. While I was waiting in TSA, panicking that I had missed my flight, I was informed by a fellow passenger that the alert was bogus, and that the flight was scheduled to leave at its normal time. The JetBlue staff could not explain what had happened. Not only was this frustrating, it was dangerous. I foolishly took chances try to get to the airport that were unnecessary. All other functions in the app seem to work fine, if not a bit clunky. Until JetBlue fixes whatever is wrong with their alerting I would not trust anything this app tells you.

I called a few weeks ago in regards to a $15 voucher I received from JetBlue. After speaking with the agent I was informed that it can only be used towards flights and no inflight service. Bummer. However, the agent then said well “let me see if I can get you some good seats”. She gave me great seats all because of a voucher I couldn’t use. Honestly I wasn’t upset about it, I figured that was the case but thought I’d ask. The agent was friendly and joking around with me! I love JetBlue!!
App instantly crashes

Edit: rating changed with recent update, my previous comments are no longer valid as most recent update has remedied the problems I was experiencing. Using new iOS11 and app is completely useless. Once opened, it immediately crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and again, immediate crash. I’m unable to do mobile check in or obtain my mobile boarding pass, such a hassle to not be able to use mobile boarding pass in the airport.

It’s an useful app for Jet blue flyers. With online check in to Apple wallet support, to scheduling flight and current status, gate and terminal number and most important things is the rewards system, everything is just awesome. I like the features most that shows the airport map. As a new flyer to a totally new airport it’s so much helpful to have a primary idea. You can even select drop and pickup service using Lyft with this app. Highly recommended 👍

Of course I like the convenience of checking in, but buying seats was odd. I tried on different occasions to buy seats for the second leg of my trip, but it wouldn’t let me. The system seemed to treat the second leg as if it were not separate from the first flight, I don’t know. Anyway, I had to wait until check in and as I’d expected most of the good options were gone. I’m glad I was able to do it, but why couldn’t I do it before check in? Of course I should have done it when I purchased the tickets, but I was on the fence at the time. I can’t understand why it had to be so difficult.
Seat selection?

1) Why can’t i check seat assignments, and change if available? I can do it online. Paying for extra leg room (what used to be ordinary economy space), and my party is stuck in center seats in different rows, i want to keep checking if other seats become available. I should be able to do in the app and not boot my computer. 2) i can print from my phone to my printer. Why am i not given the ability to both print my boarding pass and save to my apple wallet? I have to go to my computer for such a mundane action.
Great Airline

I have been flying this year more than I usually do. So I have used Spirt Airline and I would never use them again. JetBlue has 6 less seats than Spirt. The flight attendants were so happy and it made me feel like they love there job and always wanted to help me in anyway. It is the first airline that I look for when me or my family has to fly. I am delighted with JET BLUE service. I am committed with loyalty to Jet Blue company because: 1-they have always help me with fly arrangements to accommodate my family needs. 2-they have the compasión and sensitivity during times of distress such as hurricane Irma and Maria. 3-they launches their Humanitarian flights and we’re doing anything in their power to assist the island and their employees. I will never forget how they have behave “like real family” and that is rewarded with loyalty. Thank you Jet Blue!
Doesn’t refresh or notify

I thought I checked my flight status but really the app just wasn’t refreshing. It’s not obvious that you need to pull down to refresh, since it looked like the app was thinking. As a result, I got to the airport way too early given the massive delay. Also, even when you do explicitly refresh, it takes forever to update. I have notifications enabled so it’s ridiculous that I even had to check manually in the first place. I finally received a notification two hours later, but by that time, the information was stale (flight time had been revised further). This is too bad because there have been times when the AA app saved me when my flight got cancelled. Since I had the app, I was one of the first to rebook. Those precious minutes can be the difference between getting home the same day versus waiting a day. PS - couldn’t find a place to submit feedback privately in the app so I have to shame you publicly. Maybe you should add a feedback feature

I was at New York for the electric holiday festival and a hurracaine was heading to Puerto Rico the same day I have to go back to the island. I call to the costumer service area and explain the situation to a representative and she helps me to change my flight so easy and fast! That's efficiency and an example of excellent costumer service, I will definitely travel again with this airline. Now I am to my way to my beautiful island 🌴 to take care of the ones I love ❤️. Thank u jetblue!

The ground crews and flight crews are so great! I usually can get what I need online. I have a flight tomorrow, just checked in...seamless. A little problem with booking another flight next week...I think the poor website was tired and was having trouble with arrival in one city and departing from another over 100 miles away. I’ll resolve today, if not talk to the great ground crew at PBI at 5AM...everyone is on top of their game that early😎😎✈️
Love JetBlue - APP is cumbersome

This rating is for the APP- the airline and service get 5 stars. But I find app design cumbersome to use. Some times you scroll down and check a box other times you have to look up top to move forward. Would like it if you made moving around the APP consistent. This is not a super big deal but the whole purpose of using an app is to be able to get though the process quicker and if you searching the APP trying to figure out how to maneuver around that will slow you down.

This app doesn’t even open (“...try again in a few minutes...”) 90% of the time. And freezes another 5%, and closes out another 3%. It’s infuriating when you are traveling. Seriously, hire more devs to have a working app, this is embarrassing for such a large company and one that is otherwise known for putting customers first.
Difficult times made better

I have been trying to get to PR for about a week. I have a home in Vieques PR and want to help my neighbors, check my home etc. it had been difficult with cancellations and rebooking several times. But throughout the agents have been kind, helpful and understanding. I appreciate their assistance and patience. They have made the frustrating situation less stressful. Thanks to all of them! I travel to Orlando frequently and I usually take the earliest flight out of Boston. It’s great, rarely late. I spend the extra money for extra space seats because it affords you the opportunity to board first. I have a pet so it’s more convenient. I have taken other carriers to Florida and had my itinerary changed from 4 hours to 13 hours. Not with JetBlue. They respond quickly to special requests. Great company! LTLmolly
Still buggy

This app used to be mint about 6 months or so ago. Since they did the overhaul, it is buggy. You often can’t see return trip until you complete outbound leg. That means you can’t do check-in or modify your seats, etc. I’ve have several trips booked. Some work, some don’t. From a PC on the web there are no issues. If they EVER fix this annoying app, I’d give it 5 stars.
Doesn’t work with iOS 11.1

*UPDATE* I was able to use it after deleting and reinstalling it, and then disable notifications and location services. After installing iOS 11.1 update on my iPhone 5s the Jetblue crashes. I tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. The Jetblue app needs an update for iOS 11.1 compatibility ASAP. I have a flight tomorrow and I really need this app.
Boarding pass problems with iPhone 8

UPDATE: version 3.2.2 intended to fix the boarding pass problem causes the app to instantly crash on load when I am signed in rendering the app completely useless. Can’t access anything anymore. If I disable the location services and notifications the app stops crashing. Can we please get this fixed? Can’t get boarding passes with the new iPhone 8 plus. Get the blue spinning circle and the boarding passes never show. Husband is able to get his with an iPhone 7 without any issue. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Please fix this issue ASAP!

My favorite airline to fly and love using the app to book flights/check in/browse my in-flight entertainment options, etc. Also, can we all just take a moment to enjoy the last bullet point in the “What’s New” blurbs of every update they’ve had for the app? I appreciate the laughs and the quality company that you guys are, Jet Blue. Keep up the great work! 😎

I made a mistake booking my flight for the wrong month. I went to check in the day I was supposed to leave and it wouldn’t let me. I started freaking out, but the customer service line immediately calmed me down and let me know they could still get me on the flights I needed out. The service was fast and very helpful. I will definitely be flying jet blue again!

Extremely impressed by the dedicated service the team at JetBlue have provided for me today . I experienced a death in the family and the members at JetBlue provided me with immediate assistance and accommodations within such a short notice. I will continue to be a loyal and supportive member of the JetBlue family for no matter the life circumstances , JetBlue is always there. I am and will always count on JetBlue, thank you for always assisting me.
