I bought soooo many episodes. Then they decided to switch to a subscription service. I lost all those episodes I bought and the stupid app has never worked properly since. Rarely does this app get used now, and we used to use it all the time. Such a ripoff.

I bought all the episodes for my daughter a couple of years ago because she loved pocoyo. However, it got so frustrating as it kept glitching and we had to delete and reload the app again and again! In the end i deleted the app to save her tears and my sanity, hoping that one day it will be fixed. Today i reloaded it for my two year old son, hoping that after such a long time it has been fixed only to find that now you have to pay regular subscription only to watch the same episodes again and again, and your previous purchase just comes up as Error!!! Shameless!

Then i see a new update & im here thinking they fixed their issue & its even worst & whatever subscription i payed for doesn't even show on file. I wrote a dissatisfied review about a month ago. Not with the app which is fantastic, but with the update that took away my access to previously purchased episodes. I am happy to say the Pocoyo team heard my cry and fixed the issue promptly! Now, I (or should I say my kiddos) have access to all purchased episodes! Bravo for Pocoyo! Thanks guys you are awesome!

I'm rather disappointed that I can no longer stream the episodes. When "Play" is pressed, the selected episode starts to download instead of actually playing. Why bother having the "Play" button if it doesn't play anymore? I don't want to download the episodes, just play them, which sadly I can no longer do.

All I get is the splash screen for half a second or so before the app bails out. The iPad 1 was powered off and back on, but did not make a difference. Too bad.

I bought this app for my daughter, and paid for all the videos, 50 of them. They used to play right away, and now it takes forever to download to play them. I wonder what's going to happen to the 50 episodes I bought once my 180 day subscription expires....Kinda mad I paid for all of them now.

This app used to be our go-to app before the new "subscription" update came out. We would stream episodes and download some on the iPad for when there was no wifi. My son enjoyed this app so much that I decided to purchase/ unlock a series of episodes. We were very pleased and my son was happy. Days after the purchase I had promised him he could watch some episodes and all of a sudden the only option was to download each episode. Can you imagine having to explain to a toddler to wait a LONG time for just one episode to load! I couldn't stream, had to restore my purchases, and then each time I downloaded an episode, it would not save! What the heck did I pay for? I don't have time with two kids to sit down and read any pop ups to inform me of any changes. I was not aware this was changing. I was so upset and frustrated that I just use Netflix now but Netflix removed Pocoyo. So we never watch Pocoyo any more. It's terrible. I never write reviews but I got so fed up today because my toddler keeps wondering why he can't watch his favorite show any longer.

First of all, I paid the $5.99 for all the episodes years ago w/no time paid subscription cost, when none of the videos would even upload & play 😁 Now, you have switched to subscription mode to where I have to pay $5.99 a year. What about the time that I had already paid & it didn't work?!? Why must the previous consumers be subjected to a subscription cost when we had to endure a year or so more of not even receiving what we had paid for in the first place?!?

Ditto^^^^ I've never had a problem with this app until now! Everything has gone and I'm having to download each episode. I've just spent another $6 thinking it might work but no. It's taking longer to download the episode then actually watching it. Whatever you changed please change it back. Until then I'm only giving 1 star and advising people not to buy the app!! I'll retract this once/if it gets sorted out....

I bought all 50 episodes. They are locked and I have to restore all the time. Beside that issue, what will happen in 180 days? Am I to pay for something I've already paid once? And btw, your new model won't allow me to download more than 15 episodes. I hate dealing with this app. I want a refund. Who's developing this app?

When I made the purchase of the chapters and unlock everything, it was for a reason, I don't like subscription models. I am not your cow to milk. You set a price I pay, but it looks that you no longer like your model! That's not my problem, it's yours. The least you can do is honor previous purchases and apply your new scheme to new customers. Shame on you. Such a nice cartoon, with some greedy manager. Ethics, a dead word.

After update lost all purchased episodes. The "Restore Purchases" doesn't do anything. No way to contact the developer either in-app or out. No way to conduct business. Don't EVER buy ANYTHING from these people - if you ever have a problem you're SOL. Update: Intermittently I've been able to restore purchases - but it never lasts very long. More often than not this app is broken or hobbled in some way. Now they're going to a subscription model!?! They've very generously allowing people who have unlocked episodes to keep them until July 14th, at which time you get to pay them monthly for something you've already paid once - how very nice of them. I'm done. Deleted.

If you pay for the extra videos, after a short while the app locks them again. You must continually renown load the app to get them to play. It's a hugs hassle. Apple should just remove this app until the developers sort out their mess.

Like others, I had lost unlocked episodes. Following the advice from another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and then using the "Restore Purchases" option succeeded in recovering all my unlocked episodes. But I have to do this pretty much every time. This issue aside, the app would otherwise be great. My two year old girl loves to watch her favorite episodes, which can be pre-downloaded to save on bandwidth, especially while away from home. She also loves the Talking Pocoyo app.

Much like other reviewers have mentioned, we purchased additional episodes that end up disappearing. All suggestions to restore the purchases does not work. This is absolutely infuriating as my son adores Pocoyo and this app would allow us to keep him entertained while we are traveling. I had to buy the extra episodes a second time just to make my young toddler happy while we were out of town. Hoping that they resolve this soon so that they restore the shows we have purchased or provide a refund for this nonsense. I won't hold my breath for either. Very disappointed.

My son loved this app. It was worth the $5.99 for all of the videos. Since all of the updates I can no longer access any of the locked episodes. I even went to try and re- purchase the episodes and it says that I have already purchased and need to download. I have tried to restore the episodes several times and it says I have 0 episodes! My 3 year old loved this app while it was working. Paid the $5.99 for 45 more streaming episodes and then it stopped working. Thought it might be a temporary glitch and have waited a week for them to fix, but nothing. Did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing and nothing as well. If he downloads the episode, he can watch it once but then it doesn't store it like it should have and so he must wait to download a single episode each time — which, if you have a toddler you'll understand — it's not the happiest of times. If they can't fix this app they need to refund everyone or else they are just scam artists. Update: There was an app update today on Sept 13, 2013 to "update and fix bugs" but it still does NOT stream....so essentially, nothing has been fixed. Operating on iPhone5 as well.

Love watching with my son but as others have discovered your purchases disappear. The Spanish speaker has the right of it though. Delete the app and when u reinstall follow the directions to get your purchase back. It worked for me. So great product with some glitches. Update: this app is a huge pain to run. It constantly asks for you to log in. Then out of nowhere all the episodes that were downloaded will not play so you either eliminate them and reload or delete the app and reload again. Luckily we don't rely on this app as much anymore. I barely give it two stars.

This app is simply terrible. It does not work period. They must have hired interns to create it. I totally wasted my money buying extra episodes. They remain locked even after I paid. Apple has to provide a better way make the app store work in a manner that does not downright steal money from customers. Horrible app that gets worse with each update...criminal.

It plays the quick 7 min episodes versus the 30 min shown on tv. Only down fall is it needs to be connected to an Internet service to play the episodes. Which means if u are playing it on your iPhone in the car or store, you are using your data package.

Please do your best to fix this problem it's more than 6 or 7 dollars its the fact that my son complains about wanting to watch it and I have to explain time and again to a two year old mind you that it doesn't work. "Why daddy" he replies. I say, "because I updated the app". "Why" again. "Because I thought it'd improve the app for you" I replied. "Why" lol dude. This app was wonderful for a long time, but recently ran into trouble- wouldn't play the videos, very frustrating! I'm delighted to say my Pocoyo is back! The episodes are playing, my purchases have been restored. For me and my 2 yo, this is the best app on our device! Pocoyo and his friends bring laughter and joy to allll ages. ( i admit, I've been caught watching without a little one :)

We love this little guy, Pocoyo and enjoy it. Now since the update, can not see what I had gladly paid for. So all of you involved in the app, get it done, good customer service my friends is all we are asking for, nothing outrageous , just proper business practice, simple. This is a scam. We purchased countless episodes and when we updated the app we lost 90 percent of the episodes. All this app is designed to do is take your money and to add insult to injury the developer does not provide an easy feedback mechanism to address this issue so again do not waste your money on this or any other apps related to this developer as it will be both a financial waste and lead to your child's disappointment.

I'm really getting fed up with this app. When you download episodes to watch offline they never get saved. It seems like I'm always deleting the app and reinstalling it in order to recover the episodes that I paid for. I would just delete this app permanently and just ask for my money back, but my son loves Pocoyo and he would be upset. I think the app works better than it used to, at least now there's a way to recover those paid for episodes, but I just don't think it should be this hard!!

My daughter loves Pocoyo and she loves this app. It's fun and fantastic... when it's working. It used to work fine, but now it crashes constantly and drives me and my little girl crazy. Please just fix the issue of crashing and it would be our 5 star favorite. Right now I'm probably going to have to remove it so my daughter stops being frustrated by the constant crashing.

After installing, I wanted to buy the locked episodes. The 45 ep said that there's not enough to unlock and suggested unlocking a smaller pack. So I bought the 20 but twice. The problem is, now I have 5 locked ep. So I went to buy the unlock 5. I get the same frustrating message. Not enough ep to unlock. And suggested buying one with less. There is nothing less then 5. Go figure.

I bought all the episodes for my daughter a couple of years ago because she loved pocoyo. However, it got so frustrating as it kept glitching and we had to delete and reload the app again and again! In the end i deleted the app to save her tears and my sanity, hoping that one day it will be fixed. Today i reloaded it for my two year old son, hoping that after such a long time it has been fixed only to find that now you have to pay regular subscription only to watch the same episodes again and again, and your previous purchase just comes up as Error!!! Shameless!

This app used to be our go-to app before the new "subscription" update came out. We would stream episodes and download some on the iPad for when there was no wifi. My son enjoyed this app so much that I decided to purchase/ unlock a series of episodes. We were very pleased and my son was happy. Days after the purchase I had promised him he could watch some episodes and all of a sudden the only option was to download each episode. Can you imagine having to explain to a toddler to wait a LONG time for just one episode to load! I couldn't stream, had to restore my purchases, and then each time I downloaded an episode, it would not save! What the heck did I pay for? I don't have time with two kids to sit down and read any pop ups to inform me of any changes. I was not aware this was changing. I was so upset and frustrated that I just use Netflix now but Netflix removed Pocoyo. So we never watch Pocoyo any more. It's terrible. I never write reviews but I got so fed up today because my toddler keeps wondering why he can't watch his favorite show any longer.

Originally when I had dl this app all was in English..somehow after I updated it everything became espanol! So for those of you who have the same problem, with my highschool Spanish, I figured out that you can change the language if you go into your settings (probably located on the first page) and choose pocoyo tv app and you will have the choice of changing it to one of several languages. Hope this helps! ;) other than that my tot loves this app! Especially the theme song! I'll admit its definitely catchy! Oh and i try not to dl it bc it makes the app run slower! Fortunately my son knows that there are places he can watch this and some places he can't..that's wifi for a tot!

My 3 year old loved this app while it was working. Paid the $5.99 for 45 more streaming episodes and then it stopped working. Thought it might be a temporary glitch and have waited a week for them to fix, but nothing. Did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing and nothing as well. If he downloads the episode, he can watch it once but then it doesn't store it like it should have and so he must wait to download a single episode each time — which, if you have a toddler you'll understand — it's not the happiest of times. If they can't fix this app they need to refund everyone or else they are just scam artists. Update: There was an app update today on Sept 13, 2013 to "update and fix bugs" but it still does NOT stream....so essentially, nothing has been fixed. Operating on iPhone5 as well.

This is the worst app I have ever bought. My son loves Pocoyo, so I ended up buying ALL of the episodes. It was working out great, but suddenly the episodes I bought were all locked again! I read the reviews, and it happened to so many other people, they figured out that if you delete the app, then turn off your phone, then restore it, it will work again. Well, it does work, and I have done that more times than I can count...but NOW all of the episodes unlock, but most of the episodes just won't load, so they don't work anyway. This would be such a great app IF it ever worked. I wish I could get my money back, this has been nothing but problematic. Awful. Don't waste your money. Please refund me!

After update lost all purchased episodes. The "Restore Purchases" doesn't do anything. No way to contact the developer either in-app or out. No way to conduct business. Don't EVER buy ANYTHING from these people - if you ever have a problem you're SOL. Update: Intermittently I've been able to restore purchases - but it never lasts very long. More often than not this app is broken or hobbled in some way. Now they're going to a subscription model!?! They've very generously allowing people who have unlocked episodes to keep them until July 14th, at which time you get to pay them monthly for something you've already paid once - how very nice of them. I'm done. Deleted.

Love watching with my son but as others have discovered your purchases disappear. The Spanish speaker has the right of it though. Delete the app and when u reinstall follow the directions to get your purchase back. It worked for me. So great product with some glitches. Update: this app is a huge pain to run. It constantly asks for you to log in. Then out of nowhere all the episodes that were downloaded will not play so you either eliminate them and reload or delete the app and reload again. Luckily we don't rely on this app as much anymore. I barely give it two stars.

Please do your best to fix this problem it's more than 6 or 7 dollars its the fact that my son complains about wanting to watch it and I have to explain time and again to a two year old mind you that it doesn't work. This is frequent. Every time an update is released all episodes bought become blocked. I always have to reinstall the app. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't and I have to wait some days to try again. My son gets very frustrated. I bought all episodes. When you try the "restore purchase" option inside the app, it always gives you back "0 episodes were restored". Also, in Brazilian Portuguese the episode titles do not match to the episode that will be shown. It's a big mess. And it's been like this for ages...

I have the same problem of buying the bundle package of $5.99, took my time to download 15 episodes so they could be view without wifi which took a long time to do, only to find out a few days later they were all reset and all shows were locked again. It happened several times already, and today not only are they all locked up, when I tried to RESTORE, it does not allow me to restore and said zero episode bought. Fixed it please!! You are giving Pocoyo a bad name with this. Was going to buy other products but not if this is happening!!!

This app was wonderful for a long time, but recently ran into trouble- wouldn't play the videos, very frustrating! I'm delighted to say my Pocoyo is back! The episodes are playing, my purchases have been restored. For me and my 2 yo, this is the best app on our device! Pocoyo and his friends bring laughter and joy to allll ages. ( i admit, I've been caught watching without a little one :)

I wrote a dissatisfied review about a month ago. Not with the app which is fantastic, but with the update that took away my access to previously purchased episodes. I am happy to say the Pocoyo team heard my cry and fixed the issue promptly! Now, I (or should I say my kiddos) have access to all purchased episodes! Bravo for Pocoyo! Thanks guys you are awesome!

First, this is an iPhone app that has an iPad friendly flash screen at the beginning and then it shrinks down to iPhone screen size like any other non-universal app. Putting the little plus on the install button to denote that it has been built as a universal app for both iPhone and iPad is disingenuous at best. Second - only the first two episodes are available for free. For anything more you have to pay. Is that horrible? Not so much, but it's again misleading, as is pricing the added content in euros for the US market.

Negative aspects of this App: 1) Additional episodes require a WiFi access to view. 2) 10 second delay from the time the App is selected until the homescreen appears (it scrolls through Pocoyo title screen then 2 additional marketing-related screens). My 2 year-old often loses patience waiting for the homescreen. 3) I purchased additional episodes on my iPhone and they ARE NOT viewable on my son's iPod Touch. That's the first time I've experienced a "full version" of any application only available on the device in which it was purchased. Had I known that was going to happen, I would have purchased the additional episodes on his iPod Touch. The show is great for little ones, this App is not so user-friendly for the little ones. All in all, I am disappointed and which I hadn't spend the $5.99 on the 50 episodes.

I spent a lot of time downloading the 15 episodes you can have without Internet connection because I do not have it in my house. All the sudden my daughter cannot watch any of them, and having to explain to her they were supposedly still on her iPad but wouldn't play has been irritating. Like a dummy I just paid for more episodes just so she can have some to watch. Videos keep locking back up

Listen, my daughter LOVES this app. I happily paid to unlock all the episodes, but they keep locking back up. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall, which is a pain. Restore doesn't work until I do that. On top of that, because the videos stream poorly on 3G, I like to keep 10 videos downloaded at all times, so when I have to reinstall, I have to spend forever downloading the episodes again. PLEASE FIX. This is really annoying.

I'm really getting fed up with this app. When you download episodes to watch offline they never get saved. It seems like I'm always deleting the app and reinstalling it in order to recover the episodes that I paid for. I would just delete this app permanently and just ask for my money back, but my son loves Pocoyo and he would be upset. I think the app works better than it used to, at least now there's a way to recover those paid for episodes, but I just don't think it should be this hard!!

This problem is the same as others in earlier versions. We paid for the episode download and there is a charge on my credit card but the app will not let me download more than the default five episodes. This is not acceptable nor is the "app support" page which has no support.

First of all, I paid the $5.99 for all the episodes years ago w/no time paid subscription cost, when none of the videos would even upload & play 😁 Now, you have switched to subscription mode to where I have to pay $5.99 a year. What about the time that I had already paid & it didn't work?!? Why must the previous consumers be subjected to a subscription cost when we had to endure a year or so more of not even receiving what we had paid for in the first place?!?

Like others, I had lost unlocked episodes. Following the advice from another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and then using the "Restore Purchases" option succeeded in recovering all my unlocked episodes. But I have to do this pretty much every time. This issue aside, the app would otherwise be great. My two year old girl loves to watch her favorite episodes, which can be pre-downloaded to save on bandwidth, especially while away from home. She also loves the Talking Pocoyo app.

So now I'm wondering if it was worth paying for 25 episodes and only being to download 5 at a time. Also am I using data when I see any episode even if it is downloaded or just the ones that are not downloaded?

If i could give this zero stars, i would. While the app worked at first, after an update all of my purchases disappeared. Did what everyone said, and was able to restore purchases after deleting the app. After doing this more times than I can count, my purchases will no longer restore. This and every other pocoyo app is terrible. Don't waste your time or money to only have your child constantly disappointed when it doesn't work.

My son loved this app. It was worth the $5.99 for all of the videos. Since all of the updates I can no longer access any of the locked episodes. I even went to try and re- purchase the episodes and it says that I have already purchased and need to download. I have tried to restore the episodes several times and it says I have 0 episodes! I have deleted and installed the app several times, with no luck. Extremely disappointed!!

I downloaded this months ago and have spent a decent amount of money on it unlocking new episodes. My daughter is obsessed with Pocoyo and is as I am typing this laying on the floor crying because she can't watch her Pocoyo before bed! None of the episodes play!! NONE of them! I was so happy with this app for as long as I can remember and now this?? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and restoring all episodes. NOTHING WORKS!!!! Either fix it, or give me my money back!

It plays the quick 7 min episodes versus the 30 min shown on tv. Only down fall is it needs to be connected to an Internet service to play the episodes. Which means if u are playing it on your iPhone in the car or store, you are using your data package.

Son with autism loves his Pocoyo app. Recently we lost all our purchases and was unable to restore. If this happens to you, uninstall app, reinstall then turn off your iPad. When you restart the iPad and open the app, restore your purchases. Worked like a charm. :)

This is a scam. We purchased countless episodes and when we updated the app we lost 90 percent of the episodes. All this app is designed to do is take your money and to add insult to injury the developer does not provide an easy feedback mechanism to address this issue so again do not waste your money on this or any other apps related to this developer as it will be both a financial waste and lead to your child's disappointment.

We love watching Pocoyo, I'm sad I hadn't downloaded it yet with all the issues I've had watching it from this app. I too bought the full episode packages of both Pocoyo season shows, can not restore any of my purchases, everything is locked. This happened once before and was corrected, now it's right back and the team in charge is slow to fixing. The add is not right when I paid, and don't even have what I paid for.

I have 5 episodes left to unlock and it will not let me, just says select a package with fewer episodes. There aren't any! 5 is the smallest package listed. I'm rather disappointed that I can no longer stream the episodes. When "Play" is pressed, the selected episode starts to download instead of actually playing. Why bother having the "Play" button if it doesn't play anymore? I don't want to download the episodes, just play them, which sadly I can no longer do.

When I made the purchase of the chapters and unlock everything, it was for a reason, I don't like subscription models. I am not your cow to milk. You set a price I pay, but it looks that you no longer like your model! That's not my problem, it's yours. The least you can do is honor previous purchases and apply your new scheme to new customers. It doesn't crash a lot for me. Works perfectly fine Netherlands episodes shows in good quality. It is annoying to have to re downloload videos but its really not that big a deal. The downloads are fast and easy.

My children love Pocyo the first time I got this app I bought new episodes, well I had to redownload this app and now it won't restore the episodes that I had already purchased. Also, I starred and downloaded every episode and they still will not play when I am not contacted to the Internet. Could you please fix this issues? Thank you.

I wrote a dissatisfied review about a month ago. Not with the app which is fantastic, but with the update that took away my access to previously purchased episodes. I am happy to say the Pocoyo team heard my cry and fixed the issue promptly! Now, I (or should I say my kiddos) have access to all purchased episodes! Bravo for Pocoyo! Thanks guys you are awesome!

I'm rather disappointed that I can no longer stream the episodes. When "Play" is pressed, the selected episode starts to download instead of actually playing. Why bother having the "Play" button if it doesn't play anymore? I don't want to download the episodes, just play them, which sadly I can no longer do.

This app used to be our go-to app before the new "subscription" update came out. We would stream episodes and download some on the iPad for when there was no wifi. My son enjoyed this app so much that I decided to purchase/ unlock a series of episodes. We were very pleased and my son was happy. Days after the purchase I had promised him he could watch some episodes and all of a sudden the only option was to download each episode. Can you imagine having to explain to a toddler to wait a LONG time for just one episode to load! I couldn't stream, had to restore my purchases, and then each time I downloaded an episode, it would not save! What the heck did I pay for? I don't have time with two kids to sit down and read any pop ups to inform me of any changes. I was not aware this was changing. I was so upset and frustrated that I just use Netflix now but Netflix removed Pocoyo. So we never watch Pocoyo any more. It's terrible. I never write reviews but I got so fed up today because my toddler keeps wondering why he can't watch his favorite show any longer.

First of all, I paid the $5.99 for all the episodes years ago w/no time paid subscription cost, when none of the videos would even upload & play 😁 Now, you have switched to subscription mode to where I have to pay $5.99 a year. When I made the purchase of the chapters and unlock everything, it was for a reason, I don't like subscription models. I am not your cow to milk. You set a price I pay, but it looks that you no longer like your model! That's not my problem, it's yours. The least you can do is honor previous purchases and apply your new scheme to new customers. After update lost all purchased episodes. The "Restore Purchases" doesn't do anything. No way to contact the developer either in-app or out. No way to conduct business. Don't EVER buy ANYTHING from these people - if you ever have a problem you're SOL. Update: Intermittently I've been able to restore purchases - but it never lasts very long. More often than not this app is broken or hobbled in some way. Now they're going to a subscription model!?! They've very generously allowing people who have unlocked episodes to keep them until July 14th, at which time you get to pay them monthly for something you've already paid once - how very nice of them. I'm done. Deleted.

Like others, I had lost unlocked episodes. Following the advice from another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and then using the "Restore Purchases" option succeeded in recovering all my unlocked episodes. But I have to do this pretty much every time. This issue aside, the app would otherwise be great. My two year old girl loves to watch her favorite episodes, which can be pre-downloaded to save on bandwidth, especially while away from home. She also loves the Talking Pocoyo app.

Much like other reviewers have mentioned, we purchased additional episodes that end up disappearing. All suggestions to restore the purchases does not work. This is absolutely infuriating as my son adores Pocoyo and this app would allow us to keep him entertained while we are traveling. I had to buy the extra episodes a second time just to make my young toddler happy while we were out of town. Hoping that they resolve this soon so that they restore the shows we have purchased or provide a refund for this nonsense. I won't hold my breath for either. Very disappointed.

My 3 year old loved this app while it was working. Paid the $5.99 for 45 more streaming episodes and then it stopped working. Thought it might be a temporary glitch and have waited a week for them to fix, but nothing. Did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing and nothing as well. If he downloads the episode, he can watch it once but then it doesn't store it like it should have and so he must wait to download a single episode each time — which, if you have a toddler you'll understand — it's not the happiest of times. If they can't fix this app they need to refund everyone or else they are just scam artists. Update: There was an app update today on Sept 13, 2013 to "update and fix bugs" but it still does NOT stream....so essentially, nothing has been fixed. Operating on iPhone5 as well.

Love watching with my son but as others have discovered your purchases disappear. The Spanish speaker has the right of it though. Delete the app and when u reinstall follow the directions to get your purchase back. It worked for me. So great product with some glitches. Update: this app is a huge pain to run. It constantly asks for you to log in. Then out of nowhere all the episodes that were downloaded will not play so you either eliminate them and reload or delete the app and reload again. Luckily we don't rely on this app as much anymore. I barely give it two stars.

It plays the quick 7 min episodes versus the 30 min shown on tv. Only down fall is it needs to be connected to an Internet service to play the episodes. Which means if u are playing it on your iPhone in the car or store, you are using your data package.

This is a scam. We purchased countless episodes and when we updated the app we lost 90 percent of the episodes. All this app is designed to do is take your money and to add insult to injury the developer does not provide an easy feedback mechanism to address this issue so again do not waste your money on this or any other apps related to this developer as it will be both a financial waste and lead to your child's disappointment.

I'm really getting fed up with this app. When you download episodes to watch offline they never get saved. It seems like I'm always deleting the app and reinstalling it in order to recover the episodes that I paid for. I would just delete this app permanently and just ask for my money back, but my son loves Pocoyo and he would be upset. I think the app works better than it used to, at least now there's a way to recover those paid for episodes, but I just don't think it should be this hard!!

In the end i deleted the app to save her tears and my sanity, hoping that one day it will be fixed. I bought all the episodes a couple years ago. The developer updates the app and remove everyone’s purchases. Complete scam!!!
Frustrating/ upsetting waste of money

This app used to be our go-to app before the new "subscription" update came out. We would stream episodes and download some on the iPad for when there was no wifi. My son enjoyed this app so much that I decided to purchase/ unlock a series of episodes. We were very pleased and my son was happy. Days after the purchase I had promised him he could watch some episodes and all of a sudden the only option was to download each episode. Can you imagine having to explain to a toddler to wait a LONG time for just one episode to load! I couldn't stream, had to restore my purchases, and then each time I downloaded an episode, it would not save! What the heck did I pay for? I don't have time with two kids to sit down and read any pop ups to inform me of any changes. I was not aware this was changing. I was so upset and frustrated that I just use Netflix now but Netflix removed Pocoyo. So we never watch Pocoyo any more. It's terrible. I never write reviews but I got so fed up today because my toddler keeps wondering why he can't watch his favorite show any longer.

Originally when I had dl this app all was in English..somehow after I updated it everything became espanol! So for those of you who have the same problem, with my highschool Spanish, I figured out that you can change the language if you go into your settings (probably located on the first page) and choose pocoyo tv app and you will have the choice of changing it to one of several languages. Hope this helps! ;) other than that my tot loves this app! Especially the theme song! I'll admit its definitely catchy! Oh and i try not to dl it bc it makes the app run slower! Fortunately my son knows that there are places he can watch this and some places he can't..that's wifi for a tot!

My 3 year old loved this app while it was working. Paid the $5.99 for 45 more streaming episodes and then it stopped working. Thought it might be a temporary glitch and have waited a week for them to fix, but nothing. Did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing and nothing as well. If he downloads the episode, he can watch it once but then it doesn't store it like it should have and so he must wait to download a single episode each time — which, if you have a toddler you'll understand — it's not the happiest of times. If they can't fix this app they need to refund everyone or else they are just scam artists. Update: There was an app update today on Sept 13, 2013 to "update and fix bugs" but it still does NOT stream....so essentially, nothing has been fixed. Operating on iPhone5 as well.

This is the worst app I have ever bought. My son loves Pocoyo, so I ended up buying ALL of the episodes. It was working out great, but suddenly the episodes I bought were all locked again! I read the reviews, and it happened to so many other people, they figured out that if you delete the app, then turn off your phone, then restore it, it will work again. Well, it does work, and I have done that more times than I can count...but NOW all of the episodes unlock, but most of the episodes just won't load, so they don't work anyway. This would be such a great app IF it ever worked. I wish I could get my money back, this has been nothing but problematic. Awful. Don't waste your money. Please refund me!

After update lost all purchased episodes. The "Restore Purchases" doesn't do anything. No way to contact the developer either in-app or out. No way to conduct business. Don't EVER buy ANYTHING from these people - if you ever have a problem you're SOL. Update: Intermittently I've been able to restore purchases - but it never lasts very long. More often than not this app is broken or hobbled in some way. Now they're going to a subscription model!?! They've very generously allowing people who have unlocked episodes to keep them until July 14th, at which time you get to pay them monthly for something you've already paid once - how very nice of them. I'm done. Deleted.
Love pocoyo but restoring is a pain

Love watching with my son but as others have discovered your purchases disappear. The Spanish speaker has the right of it though. Delete the app and when u reinstall follow the directions to get your purchase back. It worked for me. So great product with some glitches. Update: this app is a huge pain to run. It constantly asks for you to log in. Then out of nowhere all the episodes that were downloaded will not play so you either eliminate them and reload or delete the app and reload again. Luckily we don't rely on this app as much anymore. I barely give it two stars.

Please listen to all these people including myself. These episodes are not playing and I almost regret that I did the update at all. Please do your best to fix this problem it's more than 6 or 7 dollars its the fact that my son complains about wanting to watch it and I have to explain time and again to a two year old mind you that it doesn't work. "Why daddy" he replies. I say, "because I updated the app". "Why" again. "Because I thought it'd improve the app for you" I replied. "Why" lol dude. Please man he just wants to watch Pocoyo when we go out for long drives or at night :) thank you
Episodes blocked after update

This is frequent. Every time an update is released all episodes bought become blocked. I always have to reinstall the app. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't and I have to wait some days to try again. My son gets very frustrated. I bought all episodes. When you try the "restore purchase" option inside the app, it always gives you back "0 episodes were restored". Also, in Brazilian Portuguese the episode titles do not match to the episode that will be shown. It's a big mess. And it's been like this for ages...

I have the same problem of buying the bundle package of $5.99, took my time to download 15 episodes so they could be view without wifi which took a long time to do, only to find out a few days later they were all reset and all shows were locked again. It happened several times already, and today not only are they all locked up, when I tried to RESTORE, it does not allow me to restore and said zero episode bought. Fixed it please!! You are giving Pocoyo a bad name with this. Was going to buy other products but not if this is happening!!!

This app was wonderful for a long time, but recently ran into trouble- wouldn't play the videos, very frustrating! I'm delighted to say my Pocoyo is back! The episodes are playing, my purchases have been restored. For me and my 2 yo, this is the best app on our device! Pocoyo and his friends bring laughter and joy to allll ages. ( i admit, I've been caught watching without a little one :)

I wrote a dissatisfied review about a month ago. Not with the app which is fantastic, but with the update that took away my access to previously purchased episodes. I am happy to say the Pocoyo team heard my cry and fixed the issue promptly! Now, I (or should I say my kiddos) have access to all purchased episodes! Bravo for Pocoyo! Thanks guys you are awesome!

First, this is an iPhone app that has an iPad friendly flash screen at the beginning and then it shrinks down to iPhone screen size like any other non-universal app. Putting the little plus on the install button to denote that it has been built as a universal app for both iPhone and iPad is disingenuous at best. Second - only the first two episodes are available for free. For anything more you have to pay. Is that horrible? Not so much, but it's again misleading, as is pricing the added content in euros for the US market.

Negative aspects of this App: 1) Additional episodes require a WiFi access to view. 2) 10 second delay from the time the App is selected until the homescreen appears (it scrolls through Pocoyo title screen then 2 additional marketing-related screens). My 2 year-old often loses patience waiting for the homescreen. 3) I purchased additional episodes on my iPhone and they ARE NOT viewable on my son's iPod Touch. That's the first time I've experienced a "full version" of any application only available on the device in which it was purchased. Had I known that was going to happen, I would have purchased the additional episodes on his iPod Touch. The show is great for little ones, this App is not so user-friendly for the little ones. All in all, I am disappointed and which I hadn't spend the $5.99 on the 50 episodes.
Beyond livid

I spent a lot of time downloading the 15 episodes you can have without Internet connection because I do not have it in my house. All the sudden my daughter cannot watch any of them, and having to explain to her they were supposedly still on her iPad but wouldn't play has been irritating. Like a dummy I just paid for more episodes just so she can have some to watch. Sooooo here's to probably wasting even more time downloading these!!------------this was my previous review and still stands today. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Videos keep locking back up

Listen, my daughter LOVES this app. I happily paid to unlock all the episodes, but they keep locking back up. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall, which is a pain. Restore doesn't work until I do that. On top of that, because the videos stream poorly on 3G, I like to keep 10 videos downloaded at all times, so when I have to reinstall, I have to spend forever downloading the episodes again. PLEASE FIX. This is really annoying.

I'm really getting fed up with this app. When you download episodes to watch offline they never get saved. It seems like I'm always deleting the app and reinstalling it in order to recover the episodes that I paid for. I would just delete this app permanently and just ask for my money back, but my son loves Pocoyo and he would be upset. I think the app works better than it used to, at least now there's a way to recover those paid for episodes, but I just don't think it should be this hard!!

This problem is the same as others in earlier versions. We paid for the episode download and there is a charge on my credit card but the app will not let me download more than the default five episodes. This is not acceptable nor is the "app support" page which has no support.

My daughter loves Pocoyo and she loves this app. It's fun and fantastic... when it's working. It used to work fine, but now it crashes constantly and drives me and my little girl crazy. Please just fix the issue of crashing and it would be our 5 star favorite. Right now I'm probably going to have to remove it so my daughter stops being frustrated by the constant crashing.

First of all, I paid the $5.99 for all the episodes years ago w/no time paid subscription cost, when none of the videos would even upload & play 😁 Now, you have switched to subscription mode to where I have to pay $5.99 a year. What about the time that I had already paid & it didn't work?!? Why must the previous consumers be subjected to a subscription cost when we had to endure a year or so more of not even receiving what we had paid for in the first place?!?

Like others, I had lost unlocked episodes. Following the advice from another reviewer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and then using the "Restore Purchases" option succeeded in recovering all my unlocked episodes. But I have to do this pretty much every time. This issue aside, the app would otherwise be great. My two year old girl loves to watch her favorite episodes, which can be pre-downloaded to save on bandwidth, especially while away from home. She also loves the Talking Pocoyo app.

We love pocoyo since it's in Spanish. My son loves it, but I think this caused us to go over our data plan on my phone. So now I'm wondering if it was worth paying for 25 episodes and only being to download 5 at a time. Also am I using data when I see any episode even if it is downloaded or just the ones that are not downloaded?

If i could give this zero stars, i would. While the app worked at first, after an update all of my purchases disappeared. Did what everyone said, and was able to restore purchases after deleting the app. After doing this more times than I can count, my purchases will no longer restore. This and every other pocoyo app is terrible. Don't waste your time or money to only have your child constantly disappointed when it doesn't work.

My son loved this app. It was worth the $5.99 for all of the videos. Since all of the updates I can no longer access any of the locked episodes. I even went to try and re- purchase the episodes and it says that I have already purchased and need to download. I have tried to restore the episodes several times and it says I have 0 episodes! I have deleted and installed the app several times, with no luck. Extremely disappointed!!

I downloaded this months ago and have spent a decent amount of money on it unlocking new episodes. My daughter is obsessed with Pocoyo and is as I am typing this laying on the floor crying because she can't watch her Pocoyo before bed! None of the episodes play!! NONE of them! I was so happy with this app for as long as I can remember and now this?? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and restoring all episodes. NOTHING WORKS!!!! Either fix it, or give me my money back!

It plays the quick 7 min episodes versus the 30 min shown on tv. Only down fall is it needs to be connected to an Internet service to play the episodes. Which means if u are playing it on your iPhone in the car or store, you are using your data package.

Son with autism loves his Pocoyo app. Recently we lost all our purchases and was unable to restore. If this happens to you, uninstall app, reinstall then turn off your iPad. When you restart the iPad and open the app, restore your purchases. Worked like a charm. :)

My son accidentally deleted the app and the in app purchases. Now I can't figure out how to get the purchases back! I don't want to pay anymore money but he's tired of watching the same two episodes! I don't know what to do!

Ditto^^^^ I've never had a problem with this app until now! Everything has gone and I'm having to download each episode. I've just spent another $6 thinking it might work but no. It's taking longer to download the episode then actually watching it. Whatever you changed please change it back. Until then I'm only giving 1 star and advising people not to buy the app!! I'll retract this once/if it gets sorted out....

This is a scam. We purchased countless episodes and when we updated the app we lost 90 percent of the episodes. All this app is designed to do is take your money and to add insult to injury the developer does not provide an easy feedback mechanism to address this issue so again do not waste your money on this or any other apps related to this developer as it will be both a financial waste and lead to your child's disappointment.

This app would get 5 stars because my son absolutely adores Pocoyo but the episodes we bought and paid for disappeared from my iPad with the last update. I haven't updated it on my iPhone because I don't wanna lose them there, too! Please fix this!! My little one is NOT HAPPY and, therefore, neither am I! :(

We love this little guy, Pocoyo and enjoy it. Now since the update, can not see what I had gladly paid for. So all of you involved in the app, get it done, good customer service my friends is all we are asking for, nothing outrageous , just proper business practice, simple. Fix the problems and make your customers happy. And behave just like our little friend Pocoyo would do, and just think how very dissatisfied with your inaction , he would be!

We love watching Pocoyo, I'm sad I hadn't downloaded it yet with all the issues I've had watching it from this app. I too bought the full episode packages of both Pocoyo season shows, can not restore any of my purchases, everything is locked. This happened once before and was corrected, now it's right back and the team in charge is slow to fixing. The add is not right when I paid, and don't even have what I paid for.
Purchase unlock glitch

I have 5 episodes left to unlock and it will not let me, just says select a package with fewer episodes. There aren't any! 5 is the smallest package listed. Of course my 4 year old keyed in on those 5 locked episodes immediately and wants them unlocked. Please fix! We want the episodes and your losing money.
Doesn't always work

Every couple of times my kids want to watch this is doesn't work. I end up having to delete the app and reinstall it and then only half the time does it work. So annoying. I gave it three stars bc when it does work its a fun way to watch and my kids love the show.

Paid for additional episodes but could not open them. Deleted app and downloaded again. Told it "yes" to allow it to use current location. Now episodes work.
Pocoyo stops working

Very upset with this app. It is wonderful at the beginning when it is working. But now that I have had it for a month it has quit working on Pocoyo 1 and 2. This has happened on multiple phones that I've had. Plus not very happy that I've paid for all of the episodes and now my daughter can't even watch them
No More Streaming

I'm rather disappointed that I can no longer stream the episodes. When "Play" is pressed, the selected episode starts to download instead of actually playing. Why bother having the "Play" button if it doesn't play anymore? I don't want to download the episodes, just play them, which sadly I can no longer do.

My son loves this app, and up until today, I had only put a couple episodes on it. Today I decided to pay the $5.99 just to add all the episodes, and we still can't access them. It keeps telling us they are still locked and that we have to pay again to unlock them. I have been billed also. Please fix this and give me what I paid for or refund my money. Rip off.

When I made the purchase of the chapters and unlock everything, it was for a reason, I don't like subscription models. I am not your cow to milk. You set a price I pay, but it looks that you no longer like your model! That's not my problem, it's yours. The least you can do is honor previous purchases and apply your new scheme to new customers. Shame on you. Such a nice cartoon, with some greedy manager. Ethics, a dead word.

I loved having all the episodes available to my daughter when i had previously purchased them for 5.99. After updating, I thought I was the only one having problems restoring all my episodes. It says that 0 purchases are restored. :( really want to get all my episodes back since I spent 5.99

It doesn't crash a lot for me. Works perfectly fine Netherlands episodes shows in good quality. It is annoying to have to re downloload videos but its really not that big a deal. The downloads are fast and easy.

My children love Pocyo the first time I got this app I bought new episodes, well I had to redownload this app and now it won't restore the episodes that I had already purchased. Also, I starred and downloaded every episode and they still will not play when I am not contacted to the Internet. Could you please fix this issues? Thank you.
