I love this app for booking. This app has the best rates. I suggest that you check back because you can sometimes find a better rate than your original booking. You can do that if you book with the no charge for cancellation. Now you can automatically cancel and book your new reservation at the same time. I also love the booking assistant. You get information on the property and you can connect to the property to ask questions, book transportation, early check-in, etc.

I am using a lot this application, however is absolutely necessary the possibility to correct any reservation. As an example for some reason the system make reservation for 2 rooms instead of only one. There is no way to correct.

Since getting the app I’m unable to log on using my browser. Claims to not recognize my email then sends me emails to reset password! Called “customer support” ( 20 minutes wait) who only said try resetting password which I did 4 more times before giving up.

Booking.com is by far my favorite app to use to find and book places to stay during vacation. Easy to use and always has the best deals! Even other apps like trivago pull their best deals from booking.com. Plus they have a type of loyalty program that offers you a certain percentage off depending on how frequent you book through them.

my card have been charged for $ 116.03 checked multiple times with my bank and app showed internal error, never got any confirmation or email, called to helpline after waiting for long time most horrible and rude employees they couldn’t locate any information and started blaming that i didn’t done booking, i said check with your technical team or financial department you might have error in app and reply was their can’t be error in app, congratulations for proving customer are always wrong, shame on you guys for not handling matter

I booked three rooms through Booking.com on October 30, 2018 for an important trip on February 14th 2019 for three nights. When my elderly parents and in-laws arrived at the Quality Inn to check in, the hotel had no record of our confirmation. They directed me to call booking.com, which I did. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and when someone finally answered my call they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back to talk to someone again and they said they would call the hotel and put me on hold again for 20 more minutes. This is all the while four elderly people were standing in a parking lot and desperately calling around to find an open hotel room in a booked city. No matter what they did or said it didn’t matter because the hotel had already given our rooms away. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay and had to find three rooms in an emergency situation on a booked weekend in Tacoma. We each ended up paying $600 more than our budget allowed, which is $1800 more to avoid sleeping in the car. Either booking.com did not communicate with the Quality Inn or the Quality Inn booted us out of the system because they thought they could make more money on our rooms. Either way, this is no way to do business. I will not be using booking.com again and I’m telling every single person I know that it’s a huge risk they should not take. The right thing for booking.com to do would be to reimburse us the $1800 extra that we had to pay because of their incompetence. I have never written a review in my entire life but this was so out of control, rude, and deceptive, that I had no choice.

I booked first hotel with them and went on the app to cancel. It no longer showed on any of my profile, bookings or trips on the app. So I thought canceled trip was complete. Then I get charged for it! They said I never cancelled?? How? It’s no where on any data? I never checked in the hotel either. They made it sound like I was lying too. Very poor customer service and won’t give me my money back. Plus the deals are not cheaper than just pulling up to the hotel. Never use Booking.com!!

I like booking.com because it is easy to use, and so convenient. Also, I get peace of mind that I can cancel reservations most all the time with no charge. This is important as things do come up that interfere with our plans.

Very useful for a long trip. Could be a super excellent app if it was possible to move all hotel stays, etc at the same time should it be necessary to move the itinerary backward or forward by a day or so.

Love this app and site. My only issue is that they don’t help w/ refunds. I had to cancel a reservation and the Booking.com operator informed me that they have no power on refunds or even crediting me for a future booking. I was informed that I had to call the hotel property myself and ask for a refund on my own. (So I did) The hotel said they wouldn’t refund me nor give me credit for a future date. So I was charged for the days I originally booked. So when u book, make sure u make it to your hotel or else Booking.com can’t help nor refund you. Other than that, this app and site are really helpful for last minute bookings 😃👍🏽 easy to use as well

Just used booking.com to book a room for the first time. After the booking it prompted me to install the App to store my booking. I installed the App and got caught in a loop between the App and website. The process was kind of ‘clunky’ and it took a while to get the booking to load in the App.

Takes forever to log in, entering email address is slow and buggy. I can’t see previous records because it was used on another device. What?? Even though I have the records in my Apple Wallet, what’s the point in denying me to see my records in your app?? Very redundant security measure. I’ll use another service, so inconvenient.

I’ve been a dedicated Airbnb user, but I just booked with Booking.com because of its cancellation policy. In searching, I love that I was able to compare hotel rooms and specialty lodging (apartments, b&b’s) side by side. Really, I’m surprised by how much better it is than Trip Advisor, Expedia and Airbnb. It’s like the 3 of those rolled into one. The only thing I miss from Airbnb is having the owner able to rate me. Having a strong Airbnb rating from owners has helped me book long term rentals in the past and for that reason, I’ll probably continue to use Airbnb from time to time to keep my user profile up to date.

I had never stayed in a villa before and thought I would miss the 5 star service and facilities the truth is after staying at Al Mare Villas I don’t think I will ever go back to hotels! Great service, clean facilities, breakfast is a must and the peace and quiet along with the views are breathtaking. I do recommend a car and it’s a fairly easy drive from the airport to the Villas albeit allow an hour and grab some drinks before you set off otherwise taxi is €100 each way to the airport and the car hire cost just €280 for the week to and from airport. There are no real facilities or shops within immediate walking distance but 15-20 minutes along the beach road are a number of restaurants and a few typical seaside shops. On the top road visit Gres Cafe the staff are also fantastic and food is up there too. A drive to Lindos or taxi €25 each way is well worth the few hours spent shopping or just taking in the amazing views. Some nice restaurants in Lardos and Lindos too so worth the trek. You will find more supermarkets along the main road and whilst there is a CarreFor the smaller supermarkets have more and are better priced. My first time to Greece and won’t be my last whilst the views and accommodation are breathtaking it’s the people and the laid back attitude that really make the difference! Nothing is too much trouble for them

I arrived for my two night stay at about 3pm, after check in time and my room wasn’t ready. It took about an hour longer until I got to my room. They not so generously offer me a cup of tea for the delay. My room had been prepaid for months and they said “ sorry we are busy”. We did get a “large room” overlooking an alley and office building even though we requested street view. Maybe it was a better room but not what we had asked for. And “large” is relative it was slightly bigger than a regular hotel room but I overheard guest say they had the smallest room they have ever seen. Bed was made up by the maid with a magazine I was reading under the covers. The towels were not touched and while they weren’t supposed to be changed they are usually tidied up- refolded. Breakfast was very good but there were extra items available by ordering rather than just in the buffet. We ordered porridge and never got it during a 1/2 hour wait. The Gin Palace is suffering from a bartender how has checked out for a new opportunity. When checking out the clerk asked how I enjoyed my stay and I replied “ not what I expected”. He did not follow up. When I pay a lot for a hotel I expect good quality service. I don’t feel like I got that. Richard and Phillip, two of the doormen, were top notch. If the hotel acted like little problems were unacceptable, this would have been a five star rating.

I prepaid with hotel 3 days prior to arrival for the Lanai 2 queens room. My last stay with my daughter was awesome last year with slider to the pool and great room service food. I tried to duplicate that stay with a friend for a HS reunion. I checked in at 4:30 after a 30 min line and when I got my room it was 5th floor out of 12 with view of concrete slab. I called front desk where a rude man said pool view was no guarantee. I got same floor as pool. Wow. I didn’t accept that and knowing I might get a different answer if I called again Paid off. King bed but at least in front of pool. On end looking a concrete a bit but still better . No other advice was offered. In the morning I ordered the same as previous stay. Oatmeal changed Yogurt parfait changed The beautiful white China like plates bowls to small and brown No longer real silverware and no child m half with oatmeal no raisins and yogurt was cream cheese chunk I had to find under. Manager admitted changes was kind refunded all and I ordered French onion soup as she said that was the same and fresh. It was ok. I used app to check out and assumed the cash deposit would have went back to credit card but it didn’t. It appeared as a charge and my small remaining deposit went to someone. Who? I have no idea. All the time and work saving done by me using suggested check out options to save time has made this more of a bad learning experience. I won’t stay here again. Too many options.
Fun resort on the beach

We had an ocean view room that overlooked both pools/hot tub and of course the Gulf of Mexico. The view and sunsets were amazing! We had four adults and two children and the suite was very spacious and comfortable, and the pull out couch was great for the kids. Even being above the bar and patio it was quiet with the doors shut. The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk out to the ocean and beautiful white, soft sand. The sharing bin was great for people to use chairs, buckets, shovels, etc for the beach and we were happy to leave our buckets and rafts for others to enjoy when we left. Everything from the room to the hallways to the elevator was clean and the housekeeping staff was quick with anything we asked for. There is a ton of storage in the suite. The courtyard with hammock and benches is beautiful and the ping pong table was a nice amenity. We enjoyed breakfast in the cafe a couple mornings. Overall it was a great experience and it’s hard to complain when you’re in such a beautiful place, but... we wished it was a nonsmoking resort because everyone’s smoke smell lofted up to us on our deck or we had to deal with it while at the pool. A decent restaurant right there would’ve been nice, since the cafe closes R 5, but there are several close at Johns Pass. Thanks Sunset Vista for a great week!

We booked the hotel from Friday but we arrived saterday morning and I called them to say that we are going to be late the said ok once arrived Saturday at 11 AM the front desk said we put u no show so u have to Waite up to 4:00 because we gave ur room t some one els then my husband got upset and hen after he yelled then they started to work on giving us a room which was not clean for the rating of the hotel there were insects in the room so and it was not. clean we were given another room that was some what better still it had some sort of ants in it that actually bite my son and we had to buy some medication for it and today there was another insect in the bathroom while the sofa bed mattress looked very dirty so yellow and thin my husband had to put it on the floor to sleep the queen beds were so bad they were so uncomfortable because it was so curved inside mind you they did not clean the bathroom sink nor clean old coffee drops from the side of the tables between the beds . If u are going to say this is Florida it has insects I have been coming Florida and staying in different hotels for 4 years never did I find any insects in any of them and am not saying there names so this will not be make promotion for them and this is my fist time even writing a review in a nut shell I don’t recommend staying at B resort and spa

At first glance hotel seems charming and well kept but as you go in and open the door to the room you realize that you are not sure if you are staying in an apartment building or hotel. The room seems to be updated but phone barely worked and there was no room book with information about the hotel and amenities. Sound carriers tremendously to the point that a security guard showed up at my door because I was walking with my boots too loudly. 🤦‍♀️😂 I had to go to the lobby and asked about how to order food. I complained about the guard coming to my room and wanting to check for too many people but the two gentlemen at the front desk dismissed me with that is hotel policy. Very disappointed and later that night tried to use the phone 3 to order food but they had a busy tone every time. The bathtub was very difficult to get in and out so nice they put glass doors on top of a hot tub, unbelievable. When I asked for another room they told me because part of the hotel is permanent resident Apartment many rooms has been changed. Ere some other flaws I found that made me left earlier than I wanted to. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom showed signs of water damage and dust in room. The view was great but overall was an unpleasant stay.

This hotel came highly recommended from a friend who lives in the area and who stayed with me at the hotel while I was in town. He said they had just renovated it and it was really nice. When We got to the room We noticed a very big mold stain from floor to ceiling next to one of the beds. They did a poor paint job trying to cover it up. Their was also mold in the mini fridge freezer compartment. Both lamps were out by the beds and it was completely dark. The AC didn’t work in this room either. I called the lobby and ask the front desk to come up to my room so that I could show them. I asked to be moved to another room. I was told to go back down to the front desk. The young guy at the front desk told me he couldn’t leave the desk to see the room because he was the only one on duty? Then he told me their was a water leak recently and the mold was properly cleaned up and repainted. Or so he was told by his supervisor. My friend kept correcting the front desk guy and telling him it is mold and he knew it because that’s his job. He works with the painters union. After that the front desk guy seem really agitated. We grab our stuff and went to the new room. There was mold on the same spot on the wall by the bed too. There was mold in the shower and the AC didn’t work in this room either. I didn’t go to the pool, but it looked really nice.

I’m book this hotel while I was in Miraflores with my husband . We like Miraflores and we wanted to stay close to Larcomar. We didn’t have our luggage with us because we were staying with family the first days and We were carrying just our Texas Driving license with us . We though is enough for an identification . Here start the trouble . They needed a passport for not charge the Peruvian Taxes to the booking . Ok. We said we will send the picture of our American passport over email . We sent the pictures of our passport over email to the hotel . Then they said . I’m sorry but we need the both pages open book passport pictures . Ok . We sent those over . THEN .next day Also They need the stamp of the day you enter to Peru . The person we’re doing us the favor to send the pictures not were available to send me the last stamp . They just sent us one stamp and I told the front desk that I enter immigrations with my Peruvian Passport .HERE IS when The front desk start to be more pushy about to get the second stamp entrance . I can’t believe all this requirements needs to be provided. They want all the information of everyone staying here. And if it is a Peruvian staying here they will charge you 18% more. The hotel is nice and clean but the process to book was very stressful .

The hotel is not clean and smells like marijuana and hospice. My room was in a stairwell which made it both difficult to find as well as noisy when people used the stairwell. The toilet in the bathroom looks like a public restroom you’d find in a rundown convenience store. They don’t offer any maid service and refuse to bring towels or blankets to the room. The amenities include a roll out bed, but when I asked for one they informed me that they weren’t available as the hotel was completely booked out. There are not many other rooms occupied as the hotel seems otherwise empty and quiet, which isn’t shocking since our experience has been unimpressive at best. The location is about 2 miles from all of the shopping and entertainment, so why would anyone ever pay $100/night on a “special” to stay here when they can pay $150/night to stay at a Mariott right at the epicenter? Parking is offered across the street and difficult to find as it goes underground. It’s $30/night and you have to get your ticket validated by the hotel or it will be more. You’re not allowed to access your car while it’s parked there. Very inconvenient as we wanted to check out, pack the car and continue shopping the next day. Never again!!

Our overnight stay was planned to be the end to a day spent at EPCOT enjoying the Food & Wine Festival. We checked in at 9:30 PM and were pretty tired. The room was large, had a separate bedroom w/ a king size bed. The living room, where my son & his wife were going to sleep had a pull out sofa that was awful. The mattress was thin and all of the coils could be felt. I spoke to the Manager at the front desk, he was very apologetic and immediately had a regular Queen size pillow top mattress delivered to our room. They placed the mattress directly on top of the pull out sofa, it was very comfortable providing a good night’s sleep. The manager, to accommodate us for the inconvenience, comp’d our resort fee & valet parking fee. This was WAY more than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the way the manager handled this situation. We booked B Suite a good neighbor hotel in the Disney Springs area as a last option due to Disney making an error in our reservation that they could not correct due to full capacity in their resorts. The B suite room turned out to be a pleasant surprise to my disappointment with Disney. Thank you B Suites!!!!
Problem with Primos NYC

Check in was super sketchy. Meeting place got changed 3 times while I was on my way to NYC. Met by a parking garage and tailgated guy through a secure service entry. Had to go up the very dirty service elevator. Guy told us if anyone tried to talk to us to let him do the talking. Once at the apartment he said if anyone asked we were friends of Ben. The first night was OK but the next morning was definitely an issue. I went to NYC for security training and couldn’t believe what I was experiencing so far at this apartment. My training started at 10 am and I got a call at 9:50 saying that there was a problem and we had to pack our luggage and move to another apartment and they would give us a credit for one night. When I said I was busy with what I came to New York for, they said they were going to pack our bags and move them to another apartment. We told them no and on break went and packed our bags and they just left the door open to the other place and the keys on the counter. It was too sketchy so we booked a hotel. Not cheap last minute in Manhattan. Got another message that night that checkout couldn’t be at 11am anymore it had to be by 8:30am but they could hold our bags until 6pm. No thanks.
Disappointed power went out

I have never been in a hotel where the power was out and not even have a backup generator. I booked a 3 day 2 night stay and on my last morning the power went out about 5:45am I had an interview at 8pm and needed to look my best. I had to get dressed in the dark and could not do my hair and makeup on top of that had to take a cold shower. The hotel at checkout didn’t even offer any type of compensation. My air didn’t work in the room and pillows were flat. Rakia the housekeeper was so sweet and friendly she made sure we had what we needed both days we saw her. The front desk was friendly and the lobby was nice and accessible. Breakfast was nice and had many options. Free WiFi was good to have and complimentary newspapers, fruit and coffee were available everyday. I think I would be more eager to come back to stay if the staff would have acknowledged the power outage. That morning was very important to me and I didn't need that stress before my interview. Location was right off the highway with restaurant options a block or so away. Although having to walk out the front door to see a funeral home across the street is not the first thing you would want to eye but the rate was reasonable.

1. Room didn’t have enough soap to both shower and wash hands. I called, but no one did anything. 2. The room had no heat and we were very cold. We called, but we were told nothing could be done except turn off the ac for us which we did ourselves. 3. We asked for more blankets to combat the cold, but were told nothing could be done about that either since no one had extra blankets. We were offered sheets instead. 4. At 3:00 am an alarm went off on the property. We were of the impression we needed to evacuate, but called repeatedly to the front desk to find out what was going on before getting dressed and packing up. No one at all answered the phone after repeated attempts. We went back to sleep and a loud voice broadcast into the room said “false alarm” 5. One of your colleagues wrote to me and asked if there was anything else we needed. I requested help regarding transportation to Palm Beach. I was told concierge would contact me to discuss this, but they never did. 6. I called repeatedly to the front desk this morning to request a late check out, but no one ever answered until the fourth attempt. 7. Lines at the front desk were very long as only two people were working at it. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes and hardly anyone was checking in. 8. The hot tub was/is too dirty to use. No one was/is staffing the pool area. I’d actually really like a complete refund as I wholeheartedly feel my stay was not worth the $318 I paid for one night.

I booked this room late. I was coming from a friends get together and didn’t want to take the long drive home. I choose this hotel because it looked decent, and good surroundings and big enough for me,my daughter, and my fiancé. Now, when I booked, I made sure to put 2 adults, 1 child. Of course your site makes aware of it and accommodates. So as I arrive, we get our keys and as I walk to the room, it’s TINY. Not even big enough to fit a crib! It’s ridiculously small! So upset because I have my daughter who is crying because she wants to sleep and I can’t put her in this room. The bed was small and pretty much fit just 1 person! I then had to go back and let the guy know I did not want the room, he suggest a bigger one but there’s a “up charge” but that was after he suggested first to cancel the reservation through booking (knowing I’d have to pay a cancellation fee) and then rebook it. Now, I have to pay additional money because YOUR website didn’t accommodate my needs! Worst night, so disappointed with your booking! Highly dissatisfied customer!!!! Will definitely tell people about this! I’ve worked in hotel business and this is not how the booking nor the hotel experience should be

I used the app for “day-of” bookings for a family trip this summer. Seemed like I got some good rates and never had a problem with check in. It led us to places I wouldn’t have normally found— like a building of rental apartments in downtown Memphis. Really cool. Lately I’ve had an issue booking a family of five adults for a trip to Washington DC. I indicated the number of people I needed to accommodate in my search and it showed me properties with only one bed. (This same search worked flawlessly all summer. Often the property would even show a sofa bed if that was a element in the sleeping accommodations.) There’s a little icon that shows how many people are to be accommodated—yes it confirmed 5. In several instances, search results showed only one bed! Really? We are a close-knit family but not that close. I had to book a more expensive room that showed an appropriate number of beds. Was the lower rate legit? Not sure I trust the booking details now. Ugh.

When I first got there I was in a total shock, the place was Dirty, had makeup on pillow cases and hair under the blanket, old, falling apart, ants in the kitchen, very weak water stream in shower, missing remote control. Yes it’s cheap but not even worth that money. I met with an assistant of the manager that was rude, arrogant and completely unpleasant. We did not want to stay there and the refused to give us the money back. We were basically held hostages there because we did not want to lose the money we paid and add more. There were ants on the counter top kitchen and dirty sheets. Owner said he will send someone to clean, when we got back only the pillow cases were changed but nothing was cleaned. I went at 8pm to buy bleach, ant trap and bed sheets + blanket. It was disgusting. We complained again and only heard back the next day. It was only after I complained to the assistant and told hi that if his manager doesn’t contact me I will sue him because I don’t want to stay here and I had to buy all these things. The other apartment was a bit better but still very dirty I had to clean the floor that was so dusty as well. Owner promised to reimburse me for what I bought but obviously I never got that money.

It seems some hotel desk clerks don't like when we use the booking website to get great deals. It's seems if they notice that's how you booked you are placed in the rooms most likely not to be booked that night. It's usually the handicap room. For the most part it hasn't made much of a difference until our stay last night. The clerked booked us in a horrible smelling room and on the bottom floor which is partly below ground like a basement apartment. Very disappointed in how we were treated. I have always used my Marriott app to book our hotel stays at last minute while we are traveling on spur of the moment trips. But over the last few weeks I have discovered I get a better deal through the booking app even though I'm a Marriott rewards customer. One bad experience hasn't changed my mind about the site it's GREAT but for newbies like me just be a bit cautious with the hotels when you arrived at checkin

From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business accounts (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.
Cockroach mania

We have to give this place a one star rating. Starting with the only three positives, 1, when you opened the room door you could immediately tell the rooms had been updated. Then 2, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and patient even though we had to switch rooms 5 times. Finally, 3, even though we had hardships our final bill was comped $50. Now onto the unfortunate facts that lead to this rating. Our family booked two double bed suites for the weekend. As we entered our rooms we immediately found two medium sized roaches crawling on the entry lamp and wall near the bed. After going more into the room we found at least 10 other roaches around the beds, bathroom, and kitchen. There were also little black bugs that would fly around and were in between the sheets. We had to request moving rooms 5 different because of roaches and dirty bed sheets in the “alternate rooms” that were available. We finally settled on rooms and throughout the night we wound up killing 5 more roaches. Now we are going have to make sure every thing we have on this trip is checked thoroughly before we take it into our own home.

My check in time was supposed to be 3 pm and I got there at 4:30, I still had to wait sitting in the lobby for another 10-20 min waiting for her to give me a room number but a man walked in behind me to check in and she gave him his room and he did not have to wait. I booked well over a month in advance requesting a bottom floor and got a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nothing like it said had coffee and granola bars really disappointing! They say they are only 2.6 miles from the stadium and they are over 6.6 miles away!! The person checking us in seemed very rude and not very friendly at all!! At check out the lady was leaving the lobby briefly asked me what room and said fine and walked away not sure if I was supposed to do anything else instead, I really hope it was fine because there was no one else around to ask!! Was very disappointed and the facilities was a big let down!!

The room was large and appeared even more spacious with the tall ceilings. The view from our first floor room was amazing. Very large windows and remote control blinds made it all the better. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The bed slept well and I would rate it above above average. The addition of the included mini bar was a nice touch. They restock the wine, water, coke, diet Coke (Coke Light), Sprite, beer, and peanuts every evening. I never heard noise from the nieghboring rooms. The location was central enough to get around easily. It is only an eight minute walk with luggage to the central train station. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had but two complaints. First, the water in our shower and one of the double sinks in the room had a drainage problem. They backed up very quickly. The tub and other sink did not have the same issue. Overall, I would say the hotel was the best I've stayed at in Amsterdam.

It was not near or convenient to anything. When you look at the map you think “oh its in Jimbaran so it near...” as there are many great things worth seeing & experiencing here in Jimbaran or Uluwatu area but its quite far from anything due to the windy roads. You have to hire a car —no taxis available from here —and you are at the mercy of whatever they want to charge you, even to go 5 minutes down the road to the closest restaurant. I’d recommend stYing here for a night and enjoying a full day relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The dinner at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Then, after enjoying your time here, find another location for site-seeing the rest of Bali as this is not a convenient base for going on excursions, shopping, dining, etc. its gorgeous and inexpensive for what they offer—this makes it a great value, but its too far away to enjoy anything beyond this property itself.

This accommodation was more like a bed and breakfast (except without the breakfast) Beds were not comfortable. One, the hide-a-bed was a thin mattress and my son woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Queen bed was a mattress with memory foam on top. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. Hot and stuffy in room but Xavier brought a fan which was helpful. Only one faucet worked on sink with lukewarm water and shower was not so great, but had nice hot water. Also, no fridge, microwave or anything. Parking was about 1/4 mile away and an extra $10-$15 a night. Xavier was very trustworthy and helpful and gave us good suggestions where to eat, etc.. (The reason for the 3stars otherwise I would give it Just 2 stars for comfort). He was also a good communicator and responded to texts and requests promptly. This place was close to the center and seemed to be safe enough with double locked doors. All in all I felt like we paid a lot for what we got compared to other places we stayed in MX though. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash (pesos) too.

The hotel was near a new mall. The room was small but clean. We stayed for 13 days. On the 3rd day, a bottle of perfume was taken out of the room when they cleaned it. The front desk was notified and they said the cleaning crew knew nothing about it. Nothing else done about it. Use the room safe as the cleaning staff may not be trusted. The bottle of perfume was not high in value but still bothered my wife because something was taken out of the room. No manager came to talk to us in the next 10 days of our stay. Another thing, we received 2 card keys in the beginning of our stay. One cracked and did not work when trying to open the door. I alerted the front desk and they said they will replace it for 200 pesos as “all room cards are inventoried”. Such a valuable piece of plastic... We continued to stay there as we were already charged for the entire stay. Flip a coin when deciding on this hotel as they seem to be customer friendly until a problem arises. The only real plus were the showers.

The rooms were dirty. Yes the floors were sticky in the hallway. The room was without light bulbs. One chair was so dirty. The housekeeping staff turned it over on the other side. However that side was dirty as . Not one time did the manager come to talk with me. We looked at 4 rooms and still had to stay in the first dirty room. The pool was cold. The housekeeping didn’t give us fresh sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t bring fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Then when we asked they didn’t bring them and we had to call again. The walks in the room was peeling. The bathroom walls were cracked. One of the rooms I looked at the door to the room looked like it had been broken into. When the person came up to look at it they didn’t even say anything other then that’s not a hole. Then on the 2nd night there was a room with 20 kids in it. They kept running up and down the hallways being loud. Then they took over the pool. The breakfast was not fresh. I ended up drinking spoiled milk. I complained and all i was offered was $44 for my trouble. That’s not even enough. This hotel is not worth the money.

Front desk manager should not look like a peep show girl with a small silver bow in her side part unless at an adult only restort 🤔 Coming from Park City Utah and knowing what the resort is like there—— No COMPARISOn - never staying at this Las Vegas property again! I’m sure this is not the atmosphere you would like to use for carrying on such a reputable establishment As a guest——Know resort fees are better covered in properties in Las Vegas that have fresh drinking water service at the pool..... Serve room service with water included.... (not upon request) ..... When going GREEN - don’t place the offer on the desk and hard to see —— use a tent marketing strategy in the BATHRoOM——Oh and coffee in room makes most excited!! Not included??? —- !!! AND when the pool is closed in April, don’t use internet, fitness center (not used) or TOLL free calls be obliged to waive the resort fee when addressed in this situation.

I checked in here on Friday and I hate every minute of it.I paid for a luxury room what I got was far from that my first room was room 5111. You can tell the room was hit hard during the flood it has mold everywhere. I requested to get moved because of the awful smell in the room and breathing was impossible. When I called to complain they just hung up the phone. The first room we had had fresh cut fruits and a bottle of wine nice presentation but we could not eat anything out of the moldy room we finally got moved to another room that was not luxury with two beds instead of a king bed. Spoke to a supervisor who gave us reservation to a Mediterranean restaurant which already came with our booking lol.. I have requested to be moved to the diamond room and offered to pay more the hotels has refused to grant this claiming they are all full as I sit by the pool and see empty rooms. I have never felt the need to write a review but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in can’t wait to get home absolutely HATE IT unfortunately am here until Wednesday hopefully someone will make this right but I highly doubt it
Reasonable for a last minute booking

The B&B is located in a nice historic area. It is a bit too far from the station, especially because we could not find any taxi service in the city. There is no reception at the building and we didn’t receive the email by the time we got there, which was a bit confusing. But we managed to speak to the person in charge. The building looks nice and historic. The bedroom was a bit expensive for the type of furniture they have there. The bedroom furniture looks cheap and old. The bathroom was nice, but the shower box was poorly installed and didn’t work properly. They offered a breakfast, which was included in the price. But the breakfast was too basic and we had to order some sides to complement our meal. However, we were charged twice for the basic breakfast and the service was pretty disappointing. We did book our stay without researching at the very last minute. The B&B was a recommendation by a friend. But we expected a little more for the price we paid for the suite.

We loved it. It was more than what we expected. The 2nd floor jumper/ trampoline was a extra for the kids. They wanted to sleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and great!!! Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty!!! Everything was roomy for two of us families. Access was easy and they were ready for us. The top pool was amazing!! It was so beautiful up there. It had a bathroom and even a grill!!! The architecture and design of the building and every detail was so impressive. It was close to circle k, gas, food and a police station. We felt safe and at home. I really would love to own one of these units. This will be our spot going forward whenever we visit Tulum. We have always loved Tulum and all it’s restaurants, shops and activities. It’s the place to be!!! Thank you so much to All the staff!!! We’ll miss you!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my girlfriend we’re both woman and a couple booked a room here for New Year’s Eve. We thought we would have a decent room in the back with privacy and some peace. Wrong, in as less than 1 hour we received a disturbing note on my car windshield. You can see for yourself in my photos. We felt very uncomfortable and threaten someone at the motel is watching over us. We called the front desk to informed them what’s going on and requested for him to escort us to the car we felt unsafe at the moment. He took nearly 30 minutes. And so we decided to reach out to the cops to have them escort us out the motel in a safely manner. But the cops never showed up of course it was New Year’s Eve. The front desk attendant end up showing up later and we decided to get a refund back it was unpleasant. Cigarette hole inside the comforter, the vent was off the ceiling in the restroom, a cloth towel was hung on the shower curtain/rod used, and red stain on the side table. It may be cheaper to stay for a Motel 6 but this one was the worst one I ever stay please do not book this place!!!
Memorable Stay

I spent 4 nights at the Rocabella Santorini Resort. Simply stated, it was an excellent experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was presented with a welcome drink and informed that I was upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was perfect, large, and had all the amenities that I could ask for. My room faced the Caldera, which made for beautiful views. The highlight of my trip was twofold. First, the restaurant served very tasty food and the service was beyond excellent. Second, the waiter at the restaurant, Vlad, made my stay most memorable. In the 5 days that I stayed at the Rocabella, I developed a friendship with Vlad. During his time off, he showed me around the island and knowing my love for hiking, hiked with me to the town of Oia introducing me to some of his friends. As I was traveling alone, having Vlad there made my trip most enjoyable. Thank you Vlad and thank you Rocabella! I will be back with my wife.

My fiancée and I flew away and was booked in Montréal for a one week get away. There were many amazing places to dine coming from the gem of hospitality in the South - Charleston, SC. There were so many great and diverse ethnicities to dine. We stayed above a grocery store on Sainte-Catherine Street that had all of the amenities one could ask. We ate at ‘Cacou 70’ Rue Sainte-Catherine where we stayed for breakfast, Mediterranean Tabouli at a grocery store for lunch and Israeli, Latin, Greek, Asian and of course, French food for dinner. We were two foodies in a nirvana metropolis. We found ourselves eating at Cacao 70 several times due to their many options. We never ate the same options twice, as we sampled bites from each other’s order. We also went on a hot air balloon and hit the spa ‘Sibéria’, and bought many postcards and trinkets to seal our memory. I proposed to my fiancée while in Québec and look forward to future travels with her. Viva Montréal!

The staff is so helpful and understanding. I had read all the reviews about the king size handicapped room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. That is the room we have. For us, it’s not too loud, but we are here in late April. I do wish like others have said that it had a view of anything other than a wall. But it is what it is. I’m much more into the comfort of the room. Our room is clean, although, they do skimp on the toilet paper. I shall have to request more. We don’t use the amenities that the hotel offers. We don’t swim or go to a gym. We also don’t have have young children of any age. We have come to Reno to watch grass and trees grow somewhere. Anything other we say would be unfair because we have just spent our 1st night here. I don’t expect anything to happen negatively here that can’t be fixed.

You get what you pay for... the first room I had because I did ask for a new room had a cracked and pealing ceiling, dark, and the furniture was so old and rocky, like a table that needed adjustments, the phone had some sort of interference that projected a high pitched screeching noise and rocky. That room needed a complete make over. So I get my new room in the “new” tower... the carpets getting there needed to be stretched like a low budget carpet company put them in. As you get off the elevator to the 22nd floor it smelled like sewage every day I was there which is gross. By the way so does the pool area that was half open. The bathroom in this new room is missing finishing touches the alarm clock is out of the 90s and the phone didn’t work in this room either. I won’t ever go back unless I go a nice free room to change my thinking... Which is why the saying “you get what you pay for” is true in this case. I would have rather payed the extra $200 and stayed in the Aria like I did last time and been a lot happier.

I must say my Husband and I checked in for 2 nights we watched the fireworks Father’s Day weekend it was beautiful I will be back I would never check in the Days inn again with there nasty slippery floors I like carpet the microwave wouldn’t even reach the socket at the days inn plus they tried to film flam us and said the towels was missing who on earth would steal dirty towels the supervisor fired the guy who lied and gave us our $100 deposit back I called the police got a report I was hurt to the pit of my stomach you don’t lie on me and my Husband we have plenty of money to travel with and if I was a thief why would I take dirty towels and not the iron or the blow dryer pillows and ironing board they was looking for an excuse to keep our deposit and it didn’t WORK I’m fine Hear at the Super 8 its way much COMFORTABLE BLESS THE OWNER WHO RENOVATED THIS HOTEL YOU'VE DONE AN AMAZING JOB MR&MRS JOHNSON
Modern and quiet

We spent a week here and mostly just to rest it was quiet even know they're doing construction across the street and the room was nice and dark for sleeping on the air conditioning worked extremely well maybe too well. Staff is very accommodating and kind- You're within a five minute walk of the Times Square mall which is a great place to go for food on the lower level. also if you want to cross over where the monorail is a few blocks up there's a night Street market with tons of food and also the fancier Fahrenheit 88 mall and promenade. Personally I like the hotel but the street that it was on was off the beaten path and it could be a little scary for women traveling alone I would not recommend it. However I was always with my husband and never felt unsafe at any time. they have some fun theme rooms like the Beatles room in Marilyn Monroe room or the Elvis Presley room we actually stayed in the Beatles room for the first night and it was adorable. Breakfast was included but I'm not much of a breakfast person so I only saw one time and it was limited. Our favorite place was as you approach the Fahrenheit 88 mall there are some Japanese and Chinese letterings we found it on the last night and it's a massive food court with everything from Japan or Hong Kong. He was a nice stay and the price was right.

It was lovely to live there ! We arrived a little bit late , but the boss was so nice , even it’s late, he introduced us where the swimming pool and the kitchen and where we could have breakfast! He’s so nice ! And after we slept, we reminded that we need to get up early next morning so we can leave for the Xcaret Park early, but we have no idea where to take the bus and everything, so we have to wake him up , he’s so patient and helpful , and even helped us search for the bus routines so we could know when we can catch the latest bus back home ! Totally nice experience stay with them ! And the other day , his wife is also sooo nice ,cook us the breakfast and call the taxi for us . Highly recommend stay with them if you need to stay in Cancun! Lovely place and friendly host!

I have stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the first time I ever encounter bed bugs. It was literally on the bed crawling around. We called the front desk repeatedly to get the person working to come. They didn’t answer so we grabbed our things and told her there was a bug in our room. She asked if it was a stink bug, I said no and asked if she would come to the room. She went into the room and saw it immediately. She apologized and said she would move us. We were about to leave the room when she turned back and said let me get it before it spreads. We then went to the front desk where she was bombarded by phone calls and proceeded to say she would move us. While she was on the phone we talked to each other and decided no way. We told her we didn’t want that we wanted a refund because we have children in our home. She then asked if we wanted one of the new unused rooms. We repeated no and she said we would get a refund once we spoke to the manager the next day. It’s been five days and no call back.

I called earlier this afternoon to make a reservation for tonight. They said they were booked full. Couple hours later, I tried on line and got a room but at a much, much higher rate. Very unfair way of doing business and a strange way to build customer loyalty. I also wanted to enter a comment about how they rent rooms (terrible). I had to enter a nickname to do it. I used my first name and initial of last name and a pop up message said that nickname was already used. I also entered both my initials and that got rejected, too. I then entered ‘Unhappy Customer’ and the same thing happened. I’m going to raise my scoring from One Star to Two Stars and keep going till it gets accepted. If this post appears online, it’s because it won’t accept lower ratings!

I travel A LOT for both business and pleasure. This is MY FAVORITE app for booking hotels. It's always the cheapest. The rates always go down. It's easy to make special requests. You can sync it to multiple devices or send and share a booking with other people. You can add booking details to your iPhone Passbook or to your Photo album. It has a pay later option. The customer service is wonderful. They will send you maps and things to do in the area etc. everything about it is perfect. Recently because I book so often with them they upgraded me to the genius account which means I get up to 30% off a lot of hotels. I had a hotel booked in nYc for $1340----they upgraded me and reduced my price to $901! Hello thank you! Use this app!

Day 1: Upon arrival we were not even welcomed at the gate. Security was very rude even though we arrived in an airport taxi. There was not even a hotel buggy to take us to our quarters. Dinner that evening was great we had a wonderful hostess from Myanmar and in my opinion absolutely professional beyond measure. Day 2 : The beaches and the breakfast were wonderful. The views were simply and breathtaking. Dinner that nights was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hostesses were very pushy in trying to get us to place our order. Then after that didn’t work they ignored us until we had to signal them to come over. The kicker out of the whole night was their manager Ricardo. Me and my wife watched him greet every other table and guest that night twice while only glancing at us. I guess we had to either be Arab or Caucasian for him to even greet us in his Resturant. Horrible experience never would I recommend this resort to anyone.

Location proximity to Oktoberfest was only good thing. Well the check-in staff were friendly enough. The place was dark and grungy with several lights out. My first room was okay, but missing furniture. There were not adequate outlets either. I had to change rooms for my two night stay. This made me quite upset, as I was traveling for business and it meant leaving everything in luggage storage all the time. The luggage storage did not seem secure as it was in in an outside building and not monitored. It was also a ransacked mess. The breakfast, that I thought was included, was not. It was an okay assortment, but the breads did not seem fresh. My second room was worse than the first. But at least it had all furniture. The bed was about the least comfortable I've been on in a while. All night long people were knocking on doors and making loud noises. Broken beer bottles in the hallway. It was just a mess.

The price was right for me to stay next door to my friends and the staff was excellent. If you’re use to luxury I’d stay somewhere else; the bright photos on the website look new, comfortable, a magical. This place is dark n dingy at best. Very misleading photos but fine for what I needed I suppose. I booked 10 nights for under $350 USD I only slept there about four or five total nights so I sorta didn’t get to use all the benefits of free breakfast and sort of wasted money; that’s my fault not theirs but I’d have booked somewhere even cheaper had I known the downfalls of this place. Very friendly and trust worthy staff. I never locked a thing and was barely ever there to watch over my stuff. Sometimes it’s hard to find anyone depending on the hour but I would still suggest staying here for the price tag just don’t expect the Lap of luxury that the website promotes.

I was happy with most of the staff with an exception of a few unfriendlies. I like the fact that they want to be at your service but the mandatory bellhop (requiring a tip) can be annoying. I love to be served but I was running out of tip money. Also, having to call for items we forgot and then those items not coming was aggravating. I loved the fact that they offered full sized water bottles but was disappointed that we sent my daughter’s friend to grab some and they would only give her one. We all had to be present? Silly. The Hyatt is my favorite hotel, always comfy, friendly service and clean, staff attentive. I would stay here again. I only mentioned a few things that fell short because I assume you want my honesty.

I stayed in more luxurious hotels in London, that’s for sure, but all together it was a nice spot and the reception girl was oh so kind and helpful! The hotel location is extremely convenient to train and tube connections. Our room was located in the basement. No exciting view but we were not bothered as the room was spacious, clean, totally silent at night and it featured a very good working air-conditioning which was a true blessing during the heat weave in July 2018. We had no breakfast in the morning so I can’t rate it. The location is perfect, very close to Paddington train station and a couple of other metro stations. Hide Park is just a few min. walk and we rented a bike nearby to cycle to lovely Notting Hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends who wish value for money.

Great location. We arrived at midnight for our night stay. Made it to the room. Took a bath and started getting ready to sleep. No lock on the main door , nor security tool to prevent others to come in. Wifi did not work. Not available. No TV. It was making a horrible clicking sound all night long. Although the linen appeared to be clean there was a stench of water damage/dust accumulation. No literature on the previously mentioned equipment tot working. Twice we had people come in the room uninvited and had no way of keeping them out. We decided to lean a chair against the main lock for security. Other than than apartment was good sized, amazing views, great location. Right next ro the beach, restaurants etc. We were out of there before 9am, the most expensive one night sleep ever!! Will not return.
If you need a few hours sleep near Incheon, this place is perfect

I had a 14 hour connection at ICN and did not want to stay at a capsule room in the airport transit hotels or pay hundreds of dollars at the Grand Hyatt for such a short stay. I just wanted to get a breath of fresh air and a good night’s sleep. This place was just perfect. It’s a quick taxi ride from the airport, located just a few minutes away in a nice suburban neighborhood. The hotel itself is no-frills, what more do you need for an airport layover? Basic but quite comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic local Korean restaurant next door, as well as convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. I left at 5 am and a taxi was waiting right outside. Just perfect. Thank you, Hotel Hu!
Not what I expected!!

The room was clean and the staff was kind but that was were it ended. We booked a deluxe room with sitting area and a balcony; what we got was a small room with a double bed on a wooden pallet and no windows!!! The sitting area consisted of a small glass patio table and a metal chair, also there was no hot water. When I showed the front desk my reservation with description I was told they did not have that room available however I did not see any balconies so I’m not sure if that room even exists... this hotel was really difficult to find as well. So if you are a backpacker and looking for an upgrade from a tent this is your place!!! I would not stay there again and was charged for all 5 nights even though they did not have the room as advertised. We left after 1 night.

It has been about (6) six years now, and no matter where I go, it has been and will always be “ Extended Stay Inn. Very clean atmosphere, clean linens, white clean fresh bath towels , dishes, pots and pans, all clean, bathroom, tubs, toilet and face bowls all clean and fresh. Relaxation in the heart of stores, plaza, Resteraunt’s, banks whatever you’re needs may be, it will be met. The staffs are very courteous, friendly, just professional. I am a Manager so I definitely know. If you’re wondering where to stay and you have traveling plans, please don’t hesitate you be the judge choose Extended Stay, you’ll see what I mean.

I love this app for booking. This app has the best rates. I suggest that you check back because you can sometimes find a better rate than your original booking. You can do that if you book with the no charge for cancellation. Now you can automatically cancel and book your new reservation at the same time. I also love the booking assistant. You get information on the property and you can connect to the property to ask questions, book transportation, early check-in, etc.

Booking.com is by far my favorite app to use to find and book places to stay during vacation. Easy to use and always has the best deals! Even other apps like trivago pull their best deals from booking.com. Plus they have a type of loyalty program that offers you a certain percentage off depending on how frequent you book through them.

my card have been charged for $ 116.03 checked multiple times with my bank and app showed internal error, never got any confirmation or email, called to helpline after waiting for long time most horrible and rude employees they couldn’t locate any information and started blaming that i didn’t done booking, i said check with your technical team or financial department you might have error in app and reply was their can’t be error in app, congratulations for proving customer are always wrong, shame on you guys for not handling matter

I booked three rooms through Booking.com on October 30, 2018 for an important trip on February 14th 2019 for three nights. When my elderly parents and in-laws arrived at the Quality Inn to check in, the hotel had no record of our confirmation. They directed me to call booking.com, which I did. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and when someone finally answered my call they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back to talk to someone again and they said they would call the hotel and put me on hold again for 20 more minutes. This is all the while four elderly people were standing in a parking lot and desperately calling around to find an open hotel room in a booked city. No matter what they did or said it didn’t matter because the hotel had already given our rooms away. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay and had to find three rooms in an emergency situation on a booked weekend in Tacoma. We each ended up paying $600 more than our budget allowed, which is $1800 more to avoid sleeping in the car. Either booking.com did not communicate with the Quality Inn or the Quality Inn booted us out of the system because they thought they could make more money on our rooms. Either way, this is no way to do business. I will not be using booking.com again and I’m telling every single person I know that it’s a huge risk they should not take. The right thing for booking.com to do would be to reimburse us the $1800 extra that we had to pay because of their incompetence. I have never written a review in my entire life but this was so out of control, rude, and deceptive, that I had no choice.

I booked first hotel with them and went on the app to cancel. It no longer showed on any of my profile, bookings or trips on the app. So I thought canceled trip was complete. Then I get charged for it! They said I never cancelled?? How? It’s no where on any data? I never checked in the hotel either. They made it sound like I was lying too. Very poor customer service and won’t give me my money back. Plus the deals are not cheaper than just pulling up to the hotel. Never use Booking.com!!

Love this app and site. My only issue is that they don’t help w/ refunds. I had to cancel a reservation and the Booking.com operator informed me that they have no power on refunds or even crediting me for a future booking. I was informed that I had to call the hotel property myself and ask for a refund on my own. (So I did) The hotel said they wouldn’t refund me nor give me credit for a future date. So I was charged for the days I originally booked. So when u book, make sure u make it to your hotel or else Booking.com can’t help nor refund you. Other than that, this app and site are really helpful for last minute bookings 😃👍🏽 easy to use as well

Just used booking.com to book a room for the first time. After the booking it prompted me to install the App to store my booking. I installed the App and got caught in a loop between the App and website. The process was kind of ‘clunky’ and it took a while to get the booking to load in the App.

Takes forever to log in, entering email address is slow and buggy. I can’t see previous records because it was used on another device. What?? Even though I have the records in my Apple Wallet, what’s the point in denying me to see my records in your app?? Very redundant security measure. I’ll use another service, so inconvenient.

I’ve been a dedicated Airbnb user, but I just booked with Booking.com because of its cancellation policy. In searching, I love that I was able to compare hotel rooms and specialty lodging (apartments, b&b’s) side by side. Really, I’m surprised by how much better it is than Trip Advisor, Expedia and Airbnb. It’s like the 3 of those rolled into one. The only thing I miss from Airbnb is having the owner able to rate me. Having a strong Airbnb rating from owners has helped me book long term rentals in the past and for that reason, I’ll probably continue to use Airbnb from time to time to keep my user profile up to date.

I had never stayed in a villa before and thought I would miss the 5 star service and facilities the truth is after staying at Al Mare Villas I don’t think I will ever go back to hotels! Great service, clean facilities, breakfast is a must and the peace and quiet along with the views are breathtaking. I do recommend a car and it’s a fairly easy drive from the airport to the Villas albeit allow an hour and grab some drinks before you set off otherwise taxi is €100 each way to the airport and the car hire cost just €280 for the week to and from airport. There are no real facilities or shops within immediate walking distance but 15-20 minutes along the beach road are a number of restaurants and a few typical seaside shops. On the top road visit Gres Cafe the staff are also fantastic and food is up there too. A drive to Lindos or taxi €25 each way is well worth the few hours spent shopping or just taking in the amazing views. Some nice restaurants in Lardos and Lindos too so worth the trek. You will find more supermarkets along the main road and whilst there is a CarreFor the smaller supermarkets have more and are better priced. My first time to Greece and won’t be my last whilst the views and accommodation are breathtaking it’s the people and the laid back attitude that really make the difference! Nothing is too much trouble for them

I arrived for my two night stay at about 3pm, after check in time and my room wasn’t ready. It took about an hour longer until I got to my room. They not so generously offer me a cup of tea for the delay. My room had been prepaid for months and they said “ sorry we are busy”. We did get a “large room” overlooking an alley and office building even though we requested street view. Maybe it was a better room but not what we had asked for. And “large” is relative it was slightly bigger than a regular hotel room but I overheard guest say they had the smallest room they have ever seen. Bed was made up by the maid with a magazine I was reading under the covers. The towels were not touched and while they weren’t supposed to be changed they are usually tidied up- refolded. Breakfast was very good but there were extra items available by ordering rather than just in the buffet. We ordered porridge and never got it during a 1/2 hour wait. The Gin Palace is suffering from a bartender how has checked out for a new opportunity. When checking out the clerk asked how I enjoyed my stay and I replied “ not what I expected”. He did not follow up. When I pay a lot for a hotel I expect good quality service. I don’t feel like I got that. Richard and Phillip, two of the doormen, were top notch. If the hotel acted like little problems were unacceptable, this would have been a five star rating.

I prepaid with hotel 3 days prior to arrival for the Lanai 2 queens room. My last stay with my daughter was awesome last year with slider to the pool and great room service food. I tried to duplicate that stay with a friend for a HS reunion. I checked in at 4:30 after a 30 min line and when I got my room it was 5th floor out of 12 with view of concrete slab. I called front desk where a rude man said pool view was no guarantee. I got same floor as pool. Wow. I didn’t accept that and knowing I might get a different answer if I called again Paid off. King bed but at least in front of pool. On end looking a concrete a bit but still better . No other advice was offered. In the morning I ordered the same as previous stay. Oatmeal changed Yogurt parfait changed The beautiful white China like plates bowls to small and brown No longer real silverware and no child m half with oatmeal no raisins and yogurt was cream cheese chunk I had to find under. Manager admitted changes was kind refunded all and I ordered French onion soup as she said that was the same and fresh. It was ok. I used app to check out and assumed the cash deposit would have went back to credit card but it didn’t. It appeared as a charge and my small remaining deposit went to someone. Who? I have no idea. All the time and work saving done by me using suggested check out options to save time has made this more of a bad learning experience. I won’t stay here again. Too many options.
Fun resort on the beach

We had an ocean view room that overlooked both pools/hot tub and of course the Gulf of Mexico. The view and sunsets were amazing! We had four adults and two children and the suite was very spacious and comfortable, and the pull out couch was great for the kids. Even being above the bar and patio it was quiet with the doors shut. The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk out to the ocean and beautiful white, soft sand. The sharing bin was great for people to use chairs, buckets, shovels, etc for the beach and we were happy to leave our buckets and rafts for others to enjoy when we left. Everything from the room to the hallways to the elevator was clean and the housekeeping staff was quick with anything we asked for. There is a ton of storage in the suite. The courtyard with hammock and benches is beautiful and the ping pong table was a nice amenity. We enjoyed breakfast in the cafe a couple mornings. Overall it was a great experience and it’s hard to complain when you’re in such a beautiful place, but... we wished it was a nonsmoking resort because everyone’s smoke smell lofted up to us on our deck or we had to deal with it while at the pool. A decent restaurant right there would’ve been nice, since the cafe closes R 5, but there are several close at Johns Pass. Thanks Sunset Vista for a great week!

We booked the hotel from Friday but we arrived saterday morning and I called them to say that we are going to be late the said ok once arrived Saturday at 11 AM the front desk said we put u no show so u have to Waite up to 4:00 because we gave ur room t some one els then my husband got upset and hen after he yelled then they started to work on giving us a room which was not clean for the rating of the hotel there were insects in the room so and it was not. clean we were given another room that was some what better still it had some sort of ants in it that actually bite my son and we had to buy some medication for it and today there was another insect in the bathroom while the sofa bed mattress looked very dirty so yellow and thin my husband had to put it on the floor to sleep the queen beds were so bad they were so uncomfortable because it was so curved inside mind you they did not clean the bathroom sink nor clean old coffee drops from the side of the tables between the beds . If u are going to say this is Florida it has insects I have been coming Florida and staying in different hotels for 4 years never did I find any insects in any of them and am not saying there names so this will not be make promotion for them and this is my fist time even writing a review in a nut shell I don’t recommend staying at B resort and spa

At first glance hotel seems charming and well kept but as you go in and open the door to the room you realize that you are not sure if you are staying in an apartment building or hotel. The room seems to be updated but phone barely worked and there was no room book with information about the hotel and amenities. Sound carriers tremendously to the point that a security guard showed up at my door because I was walking with my boots too loudly. 🤦‍♀️😂 I had to go to the lobby and asked about how to order food. I complained about the guard coming to my room and wanting to check for too many people but the two gentlemen at the front desk dismissed me with that is hotel policy. Very disappointed and later that night tried to use the phone 3 to order food but they had a busy tone every time. The bathtub was very difficult to get in and out so nice they put glass doors on top of a hot tub, unbelievable. When I asked for another room they told me because part of the hotel is permanent resident Apartment many rooms has been changed. Ere some other flaws I found that made me left earlier than I wanted to. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom showed signs of water damage and dust in room. The view was great but overall was an unpleasant stay.

This hotel came highly recommended from a friend who lives in the area and who stayed with me at the hotel while I was in town. He said they had just renovated it and it was really nice. When We got to the room We noticed a very big mold stain from floor to ceiling next to one of the beds. They did a poor paint job trying to cover it up. Their was also mold in the mini fridge freezer compartment. Both lamps were out by the beds and it was completely dark. The AC didn’t work in this room either. I called the lobby and ask the front desk to come up to my room so that I could show them. I asked to be moved to another room. I was told to go back down to the front desk. The young guy at the front desk told me he couldn’t leave the desk to see the room because he was the only one on duty? Then he told me their was a water leak recently and the mold was properly cleaned up and repainted. Or so he was told by his supervisor. My friend kept correcting the front desk guy and telling him it is mold and he knew it because that’s his job. He works with the painters union. After that the front desk guy seem really agitated. We grab our stuff and went to the new room. There was mold on the same spot on the wall by the bed too. There was mold in the shower and the AC didn’t work in this room either. I didn’t go to the pool, but it looked really nice.

I’m book this hotel while I was in Miraflores with my husband . We like Miraflores and we wanted to stay close to Larcomar. We didn’t have our luggage with us because we were staying with family the first days and We were carrying just our Texas Driving license with us . We though is enough for an identification . Here start the trouble . They needed a passport for not charge the Peruvian Taxes to the booking . Ok. We said we will send the picture of our American passport over email . We sent the pictures of our passport over email to the hotel . Then they said . I’m sorry but we need the both pages open book passport pictures . Ok . We sent those over . THEN .next day Also They need the stamp of the day you enter to Peru . The person we’re doing us the favor to send the pictures not were available to send me the last stamp . They just sent us one stamp and I told the front desk that I enter immigrations with my Peruvian Passport .HERE IS when The front desk start to be more pushy about to get the second stamp entrance . I can’t believe all this requirements needs to be provided. They want all the information of everyone staying here. And if it is a Peruvian staying here they will charge you 18% more. The hotel is nice and clean but the process to book was very stressful .
My stay at the Dewitt

The hotel is not clean and smells like marijuana and hospice. My room was in a stairwell which made it both difficult to find as well as noisy when people used the stairwell. The toilet in the bathroom looks like a public restroom you’d find in a rundown convenience store. They don’t offer any maid service and refuse to bring towels or blankets to the room. The amenities include a roll out bed, but when I asked for one they informed me that they weren’t available as the hotel was completely booked out. There are not many other rooms occupied as the hotel seems otherwise empty and quiet, which isn’t shocking since our experience has been unimpressive at best. The location is about 2 miles from all of the shopping and entertainment, so why would anyone ever pay $100/night on a “special” to stay here when they can pay $150/night to stay at a Mariott right at the epicenter? Parking is offered across the street and difficult to find as it goes underground. It’s $30/night and you have to get your ticket validated by the hotel or it will be more. You’re not allowed to access your car while it’s parked there. Very inconvenient as we wanted to check out, pack the car and continue shopping the next day. Never again!!
Last Resort - should’ve been a First choice

Our overnight stay was planned to be the end to a day spent at EPCOT enjoying the Food & Wine Festival. We checked in at 9:30 PM and were pretty tired. The room was large, had a separate bedroom w/ a king size bed. The living room, where my son & his wife were going to sleep had a pull out sofa that was awful. The mattress was thin and all of the coils could be felt. I spoke to the Manager at the front desk, he was very apologetic and immediately had a regular Queen size pillow top mattress delivered to our room. They placed the mattress directly on top of the pull out sofa, it was very comfortable providing a good night’s sleep. The manager, to accommodate us for the inconvenience, comp’d our resort fee & valet parking fee. This was WAY more than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the way the manager handled this situation. We booked B Suite a good neighbor hotel in the Disney Springs area as a last option due to Disney making an error in our reservation that they could not correct due to full capacity in their resorts. The B suite room turned out to be a pleasant surprise to my disappointment with Disney. Thank you B Suites!!!!
Problem with Primos NYC

Check in was super sketchy. Meeting place got changed 3 times while I was on my way to NYC. Met by a parking garage and tailgated guy through a secure service entry. Had to go up the very dirty service elevator. Guy told us if anyone tried to talk to us to let him do the talking. Once at the apartment he said if anyone asked we were friends of Ben. The first night was OK but the next morning was definitely an issue. I went to NYC for security training and couldn’t believe what I was experiencing so far at this apartment. My training started at 10 am and I got a call at 9:50 saying that there was a problem and we had to pack our luggage and move to another apartment and they would give us a credit for one night. When I said I was busy with what I came to New York for, they said they were going to pack our bags and move them to another apartment. We told them no and on break went and packed our bags and they just left the door open to the other place and the keys on the counter. It was too sketchy so we booked a hotel. Not cheap last minute in Manhattan. Got another message that night that checkout couldn’t be at 11am anymore it had to be by 8:30am but they could hold our bags until 6pm. No thanks.
Disappointed power went out

I have never been in a hotel where the power was out and not even have a backup generator. I booked a 3 day 2 night stay and on my last morning the power went out about 5:45am I had an interview at 8pm and needed to look my best. I had to get dressed in the dark and could not do my hair and makeup on top of that had to take a cold shower. The hotel at checkout didn’t even offer any type of compensation. My air didn’t work in the room and pillows were flat. Rakia the housekeeper was so sweet and friendly she made sure we had what we needed both days we saw her. The front desk was friendly and the lobby was nice and accessible. Breakfast was nice and had many options. Free WiFi was good to have and complimentary newspapers, fruit and coffee were available everyday. I think I would be more eager to come back to stay if the staff would have acknowledged the power outage. That morning was very important to me and I didn't need that stress before my interview. Location was right off the highway with restaurant options a block or so away. Although having to walk out the front door to see a funeral home across the street is not the first thing you would want to eye but the rate was reasonable.

1. Room didn’t have enough soap to both shower and wash hands. I called, but no one did anything. 2. The room had no heat and we were very cold. We called, but we were told nothing could be done except turn off the ac for us which we did ourselves. 3. We asked for more blankets to combat the cold, but were told nothing could be done about that either since no one had extra blankets. We were offered sheets instead. 4. At 3:00 am an alarm went off on the property. We were of the impression we needed to evacuate, but called repeatedly to the front desk to find out what was going on before getting dressed and packing up. No one at all answered the phone after repeated attempts. We went back to sleep and a loud voice broadcast into the room said “false alarm” 5. One of your colleagues wrote to me and asked if there was anything else we needed. I requested help regarding transportation to Palm Beach. I was told concierge would contact me to discuss this, but they never did. 6. I called repeatedly to the front desk this morning to request a late check out, but no one ever answered until the fourth attempt. 7. Lines at the front desk were very long as only two people were working at it. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes and hardly anyone was checking in. 8. The hot tub was/is too dirty to use. No one was/is staffing the pool area. I’d actually really like a complete refund as I wholeheartedly feel my stay was not worth the $318 I paid for one night.

I booked this room late. I was coming from a friends get together and didn’t want to take the long drive home. I choose this hotel because it looked decent, and good surroundings and big enough for me,my daughter, and my fiancé. Now, when I booked, I made sure to put 2 adults, 1 child. Of course your site makes aware of it and accommodates. So as I arrive, we get our keys and as I walk to the room, it’s TINY. Not even big enough to fit a crib! It’s ridiculously small! So upset because I have my daughter who is crying because she wants to sleep and I can’t put her in this room. The bed was small and pretty much fit just 1 person! I then had to go back and let the guy know I did not want the room, he suggest a bigger one but there’s a “up charge” but that was after he suggested first to cancel the reservation through booking (knowing I’d have to pay a cancellation fee) and then rebook it. Now, I have to pay additional money because YOUR website didn’t accommodate my needs! Worst night, so disappointed with your booking! Highly dissatisfied customer!!!! Will definitely tell people about this! I’ve worked in hotel business and this is not how the booking nor the hotel experience should be
Used it extensively for a family vacation

I used the app for “day-of” bookings for a family trip this summer. Seemed like I got some good rates and never had a problem with check in. It led us to places I wouldn’t have normally found— like a building of rental apartments in downtown Memphis. Really cool. Lately I’ve had an issue booking a family of five adults for a trip to Washington DC. I indicated the number of people I needed to accommodate in my search and it showed me properties with only one bed. (This same search worked flawlessly all summer. Often the property would even show a sofa bed if that was a element in the sleeping accommodations.) There’s a little icon that shows how many people are to be accommodated—yes it confirmed 5. In several instances, search results showed only one bed! Really? We are a close-knit family but not that close. I had to book a more expensive room that showed an appropriate number of beds. Was the lower rate legit? Not sure I trust the booking details now. Ugh.

When I first got there I was in a total shock, the place was Dirty, had makeup on pillow cases and hair under the blanket, old, falling apart, ants in the kitchen, very weak water stream in shower, missing remote control. Yes it’s cheap but not even worth that money. I met with an assistant of the manager that was rude, arrogant and completely unpleasant. We did not want to stay there and the refused to give us the money back. We were basically held hostages there because we did not want to lose the money we paid and add more. There were ants on the counter top kitchen and dirty sheets. Owner said he will send someone to clean, when we got back only the pillow cases were changed but nothing was cleaned. I went at 8pm to buy bleach, ant trap and bed sheets + blanket. It was disgusting. We complained again and only heard back the next day. It was only after I complained to the assistant and told hi that if his manager doesn’t contact me I will sue him because I don’t want to stay here and I had to buy all these things. The other apartment was a bit better but still very dirty I had to clean the floor that was so dusty as well. Owner promised to reimburse me for what I bought but obviously I never got that money.
Caution on Deals too good

It seems some hotel desk clerks don't like when we use the booking website to get great deals. It's seems if they notice that's how you booked you are placed in the rooms most likely not to be booked that night. It's usually the handicap room. For the most part it hasn't made much of a difference until our stay last night. The clerked booked us in a horrible smelling room and on the bottom floor which is partly below ground like a basement apartment. Very disappointed in how we were treated. I have always used my Marriott app to book our hotel stays at last minute while we are traveling on spur of the moment trips. But over the last few weeks I have discovered I get a better deal through the booking app even though I'm a Marriott rewards customer. One bad experience hasn't changed my mind about the site it's GREAT but for newbies like me just be a bit cautious with the hotels when you arrived at checkin
Amazing Books!

From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business accounts (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.
Cockroach mania

We have to give this place a one star rating. Starting with the only three positives, 1, when you opened the room door you could immediately tell the rooms had been updated. Then 2, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and patient even though we had to switch rooms 5 times. Finally, 3, even though we had hardships our final bill was comped $50. Now onto the unfortunate facts that lead to this rating. Our family booked two double bed suites for the weekend. As we entered our rooms we immediately found two medium sized roaches crawling on the entry lamp and wall near the bed. After going more into the room we found at least 10 other roaches around the beds, bathroom, and kitchen. There were also little black bugs that would fly around and were in between the sheets. We had to request moving rooms 5 different because of roaches and dirty bed sheets in the “alternate rooms” that were available. We finally settled on rooms and throughout the night we wound up killing 5 more roaches. Now we are going have to make sure every thing we have on this trip is checked thoroughly before we take it into our own home.

My check in time was supposed to be 3 pm and I got there at 4:30, I still had to wait sitting in the lobby for another 10-20 min waiting for her to give me a room number but a man walked in behind me to check in and she gave him his room and he did not have to wait. I booked well over a month in advance requesting a bottom floor and got a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nothing like it said had coffee and granola bars really disappointing! They say they are only 2.6 miles from the stadium and they are over 6.6 miles away!! The person checking us in seemed very rude and not very friendly at all!! At check out the lady was leaving the lobby briefly asked me what room and said fine and walked away not sure if I was supposed to do anything else instead, I really hope it was fine because there was no one else around to ask!! Was very disappointed and the facilities was a big let down!!
Outstanding location and service

The room was large and appeared even more spacious with the tall ceilings. The view from our first floor room was amazing. Very large windows and remote control blinds made it all the better. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The bed slept well and I would rate it above above average. The addition of the included mini bar was a nice touch. They restock the wine, water, coke, diet Coke (Coke Light), Sprite, beer, and peanuts every evening. I never heard noise from the nieghboring rooms. The location was central enough to get around easily. It is only an eight minute walk with luggage to the central train station. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had but two complaints. First, the water in our shower and one of the double sinks in the room had a drainage problem. They backed up very quickly. The tub and other sink did not have the same issue. Overall, I would say the hotel was the best I've stayed at in Amsterdam.

It was not near or convenient to anything. When you look at the map you think “oh its in Jimbaran so it near...” as there are many great things worth seeing & experiencing here in Jimbaran or Uluwatu area but its quite far from anything due to the windy roads. You have to hire a car —no taxis available from here —and you are at the mercy of whatever they want to charge you, even to go 5 minutes down the road to the closest restaurant. I’d recommend stYing here for a night and enjoying a full day relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The dinner at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Then, after enjoying your time here, find another location for site-seeing the rest of Bali as this is not a convenient base for going on excursions, shopping, dining, etc. its gorgeous and inexpensive for what they offer—this makes it a great value, but its too far away to enjoy anything beyond this property itself.

This accommodation was more like a bed and breakfast (except without the breakfast) Beds were not comfortable. One, the hide-a-bed was a thin mattress and my son woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Queen bed was a mattress with memory foam on top. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. Hot and stuffy in room but Xavier brought a fan which was helpful. Only one faucet worked on sink with lukewarm water and shower was not so great, but had nice hot water. Also, no fridge, microwave or anything. Parking was about 1/4 mile away and an extra $10-$15 a night. Xavier was very trustworthy and helpful and gave us good suggestions where to eat, etc.. (The reason for the 3stars otherwise I would give it Just 2 stars for comfort). He was also a good communicator and responded to texts and requests promptly. This place was close to the center and seemed to be safe enough with double locked doors. All in all I felt like we paid a lot for what we got compared to other places we stayed in MX though. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash (pesos) too.

The hotel was near a new mall. The room was small but clean. We stayed for 13 days. On the 3rd day, a bottle of perfume was taken out of the room when they cleaned it. The front desk was notified and they said the cleaning crew knew nothing about it. Nothing else done about it. Use the room safe as the cleaning staff may not be trusted. The bottle of perfume was not high in value but still bothered my wife because something was taken out of the room. No manager came to talk to us in the next 10 days of our stay. Another thing, we received 2 card keys in the beginning of our stay. One cracked and did not work when trying to open the door. I alerted the front desk and they said they will replace it for 200 pesos as “all room cards are inventoried”. Such a valuable piece of plastic... We continued to stay there as we were already charged for the entire stay. Flip a coin when deciding on this hotel as they seem to be customer friendly until a problem arises. The only real plus were the showers.

The rooms were dirty. Yes the floors were sticky in the hallway. The room was without light bulbs. One chair was so dirty. The housekeeping staff turned it over on the other side. However that side was dirty as . Not one time did the manager come to talk with me. We looked at 4 rooms and still had to stay in the first dirty room. The pool was cold. The housekeeping didn’t give us fresh sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t bring fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Then when we asked they didn’t bring them and we had to call again. The walks in the room was peeling. The bathroom walls were cracked. One of the rooms I looked at the door to the room looked like it had been broken into. When the person came up to look at it they didn’t even say anything other then that’s not a hole. Then on the 2nd night there was a room with 20 kids in it. They kept running up and down the hallways being loud. Then they took over the pool. The breakfast was not fresh. I ended up drinking spoiled milk. I complained and all i was offered was $44 for my trouble. That’s not even enough. This hotel is not worth the money.

Ya. Umm. Find a new in house management and marketing team.... Front desk manager should not look like a peep show girl with a small silver bow in her side part unless at an adult only restort 🤔 Coming from Park City Utah and knowing what the resort is like there—— No COMPARISOn - never staying at this Las Vegas property again! I’m sure this is not the atmosphere you would like to use for carrying on such a reputable establishment As a guest——Know resort fees are better covered in properties in Las Vegas that have fresh drinking water service at the pool..... Serve room service with water included.... (not upon request) ..... When going GREEN - don’t place the offer on the desk and hard to see —— use a tent marketing strategy in the BATHRoOM——Oh and coffee in room makes most excited!! Not included??? —- !!! AND when the pool is closed in April, don’t use internet, fitness center (not used) or TOLL free calls be obliged to waive the resort fee when addressed in this situation.

I checked in here on Friday and I hate every minute of it.I paid for a luxury room what I got was far from that my first room was room 5111. You can tell the room was hit hard during the flood it has mold everywhere. I requested to get moved because of the awful smell in the room and breathing was impossible. When I called to complain they just hung up the phone. The first room we had had fresh cut fruits and a bottle of wine nice presentation but we could not eat anything out of the moldy room we finally got moved to another room that was not luxury with two beds instead of a king bed. Spoke to a supervisor who gave us reservation to a Mediterranean restaurant which already came with our booking lol.. I have requested to be moved to the diamond room and offered to pay more the hotels has refused to grant this claiming they are all full as I sit by the pool and see empty rooms. I have never felt the need to write a review but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in can’t wait to get home absolutely HATE IT unfortunately am here until Wednesday hopefully someone will make this right but I highly doubt it

The B&B is located in a nice historic area. It is a bit too far from the station, especially because we could not find any taxi service in the city. There is no reception at the building and we didn’t receive the email by the time we got there, which was a bit confusing. But we managed to speak to the person in charge. The building looks nice and historic. The bedroom was a bit expensive for the type of furniture they have there. The bedroom furniture looks cheap and old. The bathroom was nice, but the shower box was poorly installed and didn’t work properly. They offered a breakfast, which was included in the price. But the breakfast was too basic and we had to order some sides to complement our meal. However, we were charged twice for the basic breakfast and the service was pretty disappointing. We did book our stay without researching at the very last minute. The B&B was a recommendation by a friend. But we expected a little more for the price we paid for the suite.

We loved it. It was more than what we expected. The 2nd floor jumper/ trampoline was a extra for the kids. They wanted to sleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and great!!! Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty!!! Everything was roomy for two of us families. Access was easy and they were ready for us. The top pool was amazing!! It was so beautiful up there. It had a bathroom and even a grill!!! The architecture and design of the building and every detail was so impressive. It was close to circle k, gas, food and a police station. We felt safe and at home. I really would love to own one of these units. This will be our spot going forward whenever we visit Tulum. We have always loved Tulum and all it’s restaurants, shops and activities. It’s the place to be!!! Thank you so much to All the staff!!! We’ll miss you!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my girlfriend we’re both woman and a couple booked a room here for New Year’s Eve. We thought we would have a decent room in the back with privacy and some peace. Wrong, in as less than 1 hour we received a disturbing note on my car windshield. You can see for yourself in my photos. We felt very uncomfortable and threaten someone at the motel is watching over us. We called the front desk to informed them what’s going on and requested for him to escort us to the car we felt unsafe at the moment. He took nearly 30 minutes. And so we decided to reach out to the cops to have them escort us out the motel in a safely manner. But the cops never showed up of course it was New Year’s Eve. The front desk attendant end up showing up later and we decided to get a refund back it was unpleasant. Cigarette hole inside the comforter, the vent was off the ceiling in the restroom, a cloth towel was hung on the shower curtain/rod used, and red stain on the side table. It may be cheaper to stay for a Motel 6 but this one was the worst one I ever stay please do not book this place!!!
Memorable Stay

I spent 4 nights at the Rocabella Santorini Resort. Simply stated, it was an excellent experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was presented with a welcome drink and informed that I was upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was perfect, large, and had all the amenities that I could ask for. My room faced the Caldera, which made for beautiful views. The highlight of my trip was twofold. First, the restaurant served very tasty food and the service was beyond excellent. Second, the waiter at the restaurant, Vlad, made my stay most memorable. In the 5 days that I stayed at the Rocabella, I developed a friendship with Vlad. During his time off, he showed me around the island and knowing my love for hiking, hiked with me to the town of Oia introducing me to some of his friends. As I was traveling alone, having Vlad there made my trip most enjoyable. Thank you Vlad and thank you Rocabella! I will be back with my wife.

My fiancée and I flew away and was booked in Montréal for a one week get away. There were many amazing places to dine coming from the gem of hospitality in the South - Charleston, SC. There were so many great and diverse ethnicities to dine. We stayed above a grocery store on Sainte-Catherine Street that had all of the amenities one could ask. We ate at ‘Cacou 70’ Rue Sainte-Catherine where we stayed for breakfast, Mediterranean Tabouli at a grocery store for lunch and Israeli, Latin, Greek, Asian and of course, French food for dinner. We were two foodies in a nirvana metropolis. We found ourselves eating at Cacao 70 several times due to their many options. We never ate the same options twice, as we sampled bites from each other’s order. We also went on a hot air balloon and hit the spa ‘Sibéria’, and bought many postcards and trinkets to seal our memory. I proposed to my fiancée while in Québec and look forward to future travels with her. Viva Montréal!

The staff is so helpful and understanding. I had read all the reviews about the king size handicapped room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. That is the room we have. For us, it’s not too loud, but we are here in late April. I do wish like others have said that it had a view of anything other than a wall. But it is what it is. I’m much more into the comfort of the room. Our room is clean, although, they do skimp on the toilet paper. I shall have to request more. We don’t use the amenities that the hotel offers. We don’t swim or go to a gym. We also don’t have have young children of any age. We have come to Reno to watch grass and trees grow somewhere. Anything other we say would be unfair because we have just spent our 1st night here. I don’t expect anything to happen negatively here that can’t be fixed.
Read before you book! Your trip depends on it!!!

You get what you pay for... the first room I had because I did ask for a new room had a cracked and pealing ceiling, dark, and the furniture was so old and rocky, like a table that needed adjustments, the phone had some sort of interference that projected a high pitched screeching noise and rocky. That room needed a complete make over. So I get my new room in the “new” tower... the carpets getting there needed to be stretched like a low budget carpet company put them in. As you get off the elevator to the 22nd floor it smelled like sewage every day I was there which is gross. By the way so does the pool area that was half open. The bathroom in this new room is missing finishing touches the alarm clock is out of the 90s and the phone didn’t work in this room either. I won’t ever go back unless I go a nice free room to change my thinking... Which is why the saying “you get what you pay for” is true in this case. I would have rather payed the extra $200 and stayed in the Aria like I did last time and been a lot happier.

I must say my Husband and I checked in for 2 nights we watched the fireworks Father’s Day weekend it was beautiful I will be back I would never check in the Days inn again with there nasty slippery floors I like carpet the microwave wouldn’t even reach the socket at the days inn plus they tried to film flam us and said the towels was missing who on earth would steal dirty towels the supervisor fired the guy who lied and gave us our $100 deposit back I called the police got a report I was hurt to the pit of my stomach you don’t lie on me and my Husband we have plenty of money to travel with and if I was a thief why would I take dirty towels and not the iron or the blow dryer pillows and ironing board they was looking for an excuse to keep our deposit and it didn’t WORK I’m fine Hear at the Super 8 its way much COMFORTABLE BLESS THE OWNER WHO RENOVATED THIS HOTEL YOU'VE DONE AN AMAZING JOB MR&MRS JOHNSON
Modern and quiet

We spent a week here and mostly just to rest it was quiet even know they're doing construction across the street and the room was nice and dark for sleeping on the air conditioning worked extremely well maybe too well. Staff is very accommodating and kind- You're within a five minute walk of the Times Square mall which is a great place to go for food on the lower level. also if you want to cross over where the monorail is a few blocks up there's a night Street market with tons of food and also the fancier Fahrenheit 88 mall and promenade. Personally I like the hotel but the street that it was on was off the beaten path and it could be a little scary for women traveling alone I would not recommend it. However I was always with my husband and never felt unsafe at any time. they have some fun theme rooms like the Beatles room in Marilyn Monroe room or the Elvis Presley room we actually stayed in the Beatles room for the first night and it was adorable. Breakfast was included but I'm not much of a breakfast person so I only saw one time and it was limited. Our favorite place was as you approach the Fahrenheit 88 mall there are some Japanese and Chinese letterings we found it on the last night and it's a massive food court with everything from Japan or Hong Kong. He was a nice stay and the price was right.

It was lovely to live there ! We arrived a little bit late , but the boss was so nice , even it’s late, he introduced us where the swimming pool and the kitchen and where we could have breakfast! He’s so nice ! And after we slept, we reminded that we need to get up early next morning so we can leave for the Xcaret Park early, but we have no idea where to take the bus and everything, so we have to wake him up , he’s so patient and helpful , and even helped us search for the bus routines so we could know when we can catch the latest bus back home ! Totally nice experience stay with them ! And the other day , his wife is also sooo nice ,cook us the breakfast and call the taxi for us . Highly recommend stay with them if you need to stay in Cancun! Lovely place and friendly host!
Bed bugs

I have stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the first time I ever encounter bed bugs. It was literally on the bed crawling around. We called the front desk repeatedly to get the person working to come. They didn’t answer so we grabbed our things and told her there was a bug in our room. She asked if it was a stink bug, I said no and asked if she would come to the room. She went into the room and saw it immediately. She apologized and said she would move us. We were about to leave the room when she turned back and said let me get it before it spreads. We then went to the front desk where she was bombarded by phone calls and proceeded to say she would move us. While she was on the phone we talked to each other and decided no way. We told her we didn’t want that we wanted a refund because we have children in our home. She then asked if we wanted one of the new unused rooms. We repeated no and she said we would get a refund once we spoke to the manager the next day. It’s been five days and no call back.

I called earlier this afternoon to make a reservation for tonight. They said they were booked full. Couple hours later, I tried on line and got a room but at a much, much higher rate. Very unfair way of doing business and a strange way to build customer loyalty. I also wanted to enter a comment about how they rent rooms (terrible). I had to enter a nickname to do it. I used my first name and initial of last name and a pop up message said that nickname was already used. I also entered both my initials and that got rejected, too. I then entered ‘Unhappy Customer’ and the same thing happened. I’m going to raise my scoring from One Star to Two Stars and keep going till it gets accepted. If this post appears online, it’s because it won’t accept lower ratings!

I travel A LOT for both business and pleasure. This is MY FAVORITE app for booking hotels. It's always the cheapest. The rates always go down. It's easy to make special requests. You can sync it to multiple devices or send and share a booking with other people. You can add booking details to your iPhone Passbook or to your Photo album. It has a pay later option. The customer service is wonderful. They will send you maps and things to do in the area etc. everything about it is perfect. Recently because I book so often with them they upgraded me to the genius account which means I get up to 30% off a lot of hotels. I had a hotel booked in nYc for $1340----they upgraded me and reduced my price to $901! Hello thank you! Use this app!

Day 1: Upon arrival we were not even welcomed at the gate. Security was very rude even though we arrived in an airport taxi. There was not even a hotel buggy to take us to our quarters. Dinner that evening was great we had a wonderful hostess from Myanmar and in my opinion absolutely professional beyond measure. Day 2 : The beaches and the breakfast were wonderful. The views were simply and breathtaking. Dinner that nights was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hostesses were very pushy in trying to get us to place our order. Then after that didn’t work they ignored us until we had to signal them to come over. The kicker out of the whole night was their manager Ricardo. Me and my wife watched him greet every other table and guest that night twice while only glancing at us. I guess we had to either be Arab or Caucasian for him to even greet us in his Resturant. Horrible experience never would I recommend this resort to anyone.
Less than expected

Location proximity to Oktoberfest was only good thing. Well the check-in staff were friendly enough. The place was dark and grungy with several lights out. My first room was okay, but missing furniture. There were not adequate outlets either. I had to change rooms for my two night stay. This made me quite upset, as I was traveling for business and it meant leaving everything in luggage storage all the time. The luggage storage did not seem secure as it was in in an outside building and not monitored. It was also a ransacked mess. The breakfast, that I thought was included, was not. It was an okay assortment, but the breads did not seem fresh. My second room was worse than the first. But at least it had all furniture. The bed was about the least comfortable I've been on in a while. All night long people were knocking on doors and making loud noises. Broken beer bottles in the hallway. It was just a mess.

The price was right for me to stay next door to my friends and the staff was excellent. If you’re use to luxury I’d stay somewhere else; the bright photos on the website look new, comfortable, a magical. This place is dark n dingy at best. Very misleading photos but fine for what I needed I suppose. I booked 10 nights for under $350 USD I only slept there about four or five total nights so I sorta didn’t get to use all the benefits of free breakfast and sort of wasted money; that’s my fault not theirs but I’d have booked somewhere even cheaper had I known the downfalls of this place. Very friendly and trust worthy staff. I never locked a thing and was barely ever there to watch over my stuff. Sometimes it’s hard to find anyone depending on the hour but I would still suggest staying here for the price tag just don’t expect the Lap of luxury that the website promotes.

I was happy with most of the staff with an exception of a few unfriendlies. I like the fact that they want to be at your service but the mandatory bellhop (requiring a tip) can be annoying. I love to be served but I was running out of tip money. Also, having to call for items we forgot and then those items not coming was aggravating. I loved the fact that they offered full sized water bottles but was disappointed that we sent my daughter’s friend to grab some and they would only give her one. We all had to be present? Silly. The Hyatt is my favorite hotel, always comfy, friendly service and clean, staff attentive. I would stay here again. I only mentioned a few things that fell short because I assume you want my honesty.

I stayed in more luxurious hotels in London, that’s for sure, but all together it was a nice spot and the reception girl was oh so kind and helpful! The hotel location is extremely convenient to train and tube connections. Our room was located in the basement. No exciting view but we were not bothered as the room was spacious, clean, totally silent at night and it featured a very good working air-conditioning which was a true blessing during the heat weave in July 2018. We had no breakfast in the morning so I can’t rate it. The location is perfect, very close to Paddington train station and a couple of other metro stations. Hide Park is just a few min. walk and we rented a bike nearby to cycle to lovely Notting Hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends who wish value for money.

Great location. We arrived at midnight for our night stay. Made it to the room. Took a bath and started getting ready to sleep. No lock on the main door , nor security tool to prevent others to come in. Wifi did not work. Not available. No TV. It was making a horrible clicking sound all night long. Although the linen appeared to be clean there was a stench of water damage/dust accumulation. No literature on the previously mentioned equipment tot working. Twice we had people come in the room uninvited and had no way of keeping them out. We decided to lean a chair against the main lock for security. Other than than apartment was good sized, amazing views, great location. Right next ro the beach, restaurants etc. We were out of there before 9am, the most expensive one night sleep ever!! Will not return.
If you need a few hours sleep near Incheon, this place is perfect

I had a 14 hour connection at ICN and did not want to stay at a capsule room in the airport transit hotels or pay hundreds of dollars at the Grand Hyatt for such a short stay. I just wanted to get a breath of fresh air and a good night’s sleep. This place was just perfect. It’s a quick taxi ride from the airport, located just a few minutes away in a nice suburban neighborhood. The hotel itself is no-frills, what more do you need for an airport layover? Basic but quite comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic local Korean restaurant next door, as well as convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. I left at 5 am and a taxi was waiting right outside. Just perfect. Thank you, Hotel Hu!
Not what I expected!!

The room was clean and the staff was kind but that was were it ended. We booked a deluxe room with sitting area and a balcony; what we got was a small room with a double bed on a wooden pallet and no windows!!! The sitting area consisted of a small glass patio table and a metal chair, also there was no hot water. When I showed the front desk my reservation with description I was told they did not have that room available however I did not see any balconies so I’m not sure if that room even exists... this hotel was really difficult to find as well. So if you are a backpacker and looking for an upgrade from a tent this is your place!!! I would not stay there again and was charged for all 5 nights even though they did not have the room as advertised. We left after 1 night.

Hi my name is Michelle, I remember the very first time I chose to stay at an Extended Stay which was in Doral, oh my gosh” it was home, away from home. It has been about (6) six years now, and no matter where I go, it has been and will always be “ Extended Stay Inn. Very clean atmosphere, clean linens, white clean fresh bath towels , dishes, pots and pans, all clean, bathroom, tubs, toilet and face bowls all clean and fresh. Relaxation in the heart of stores, plaza, Resteraunt’s, banks whatever you’re needs may be, it will be met. The staffs are very courteous, friendly, just professional. I am a Manager so I definitely know. If you’re wondering where to stay and you have traveling plans, please don’t hesitate you be the judge choose Extended Stay, you’ll see what I mean.
