Have never had a problem with a hotel booking, U. S. or Europe when using Booking.com. Rooms are usually what the reviews state, not always but that is hotel customers who rate rooms a bit higher then they are. What are u gonna do? Booking.com is my site for accommodations.

Booking.com is pretty good… it’s helped me save money. But the app is abysmal! It duplicated a car rental booking on me. Thankfully I only paid for one of them, but there’s no way to delete the duplicate booking on the app! It’s ridiculous!

Don’t be fooled by the ratings on the store because they are not what they say they are! I tried booking a hotel with this app and when I thought all was through and I got my confirmation number, I get to the hotel to figure out that the company will not send their transaction through even though I’ve paid and everything. The hotel confirms that they have my payment, but not the company’s because it keeps “declining” for an odd reason. Sounds like a bunch of scammers to me! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS APP.

After reading the fist reviews about this app I decided to use it to book a hotel stay. When we arrived at our hotel at 2am (which we clearly stated when booking and even called to confirm) we were turned away because they said our reservation through BOOKING.COM was not valid and that our room had been given away. The payment had already been processed and we called the hotel to complain. They apologized and finally gave us a room but the next day we see that we were charged double! Both the hotel and Booking.com had changed us. We only gave our card information to Booking.com but we’re still somehow charged by the hotel??? When we called Booking.com customer service they said they were unable to do ANYTHING until the hotel confirmed that we were charged twice. I have proof on my bank statement that we were indeed charged twice and have still (it’s been a week) not received a refund. Do not use this service as there is literally nothing they can do to give you your money back and you will end up paying double.

Click on a hotel that said free cancellation, but when I go to cancel it says I chose the no cancellation policy option (who would choose that?) and I’m being charged the total of the room as my cancellation fee. I did however choose the option to pay later, as in when I got there, but they charged me now. Figured they just needed a credit card on file just in case, but no they lied on that too. Ask to have the fee waived, don’t even ask why, just state they’ll send me their response in 48hrs. Now the listing doesn’t have the free cancellation statement on it. I should have just found a place when I get to my destination this weekend instead of booking ahead. Thought I could try and save time and money for myself, but if they don’t “approve” my fee waiver, I’ll be out almost 200$ out of my travel budget and end up paying for somewhere else.

This app gives great rooms, a few dollars cheaper in some areas. But when in question, research the room interested in before booking it. Some hotels can be pretty old & not in the best of area’s. Always read the reviews too.

I have booked multiple hotel stays with this app. I was fraudulently charged for a day I did not stay due to the hotel being a literal health hazard which I had to contact the health department about. Even though I have hand written proof and video evidence that I did not stay at the hotel the booking company now after 2 months (was even assured the app would refund me if hits didn’t) I am told they will give me a $29 credit towards another hotel stay. The booking company has led me along for 2 months only to them tell me that because the hotel won’t agree to it (even though I have written and video evidence that they assured me I wasn’t being charged for not staying) they will not protect me,a loyal customer. The hotel is still able to book through them . I guess why protect your loyal customer when you the rich thief . I have now had to report the fraud to my bank which I could have done 2 months ago if this company didn’t lie and lead me along so long . Absolutely awful.

I purchased a flight today. When I sent the confirmation to the person that I’m flying with, she said that was the wrong time. I immediately called Booking.com to change my flight. They said I couldn’t change my flight without paying the full price of the ticket. NEVER USE A 3RD PARTY BOOKING SYSTEM LIKE BOOKING.COM TO PURCHASE FLIGHTS!!! This is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve seen in awhile. I hope these vaccination mandates bankrupt these petty airlines!

This resort need a lot of maintenance the pool need to be clean the water was cloudy every day try get towels never hv them breakfast was always the same meal the hallway ceiling is always leaking water .. parking was very expensive I pay for 10 days and I didn’t enjoy myself couldn’t stay there n enjoy the day didn’t hv the room clean every 3 days didn’t get clean towels some of the staff was good .for the price I pay I could of stay in a very better place

The hotel we booked with basically said BOOKING is a scam. They were prepared to give our refund back 100% but booking claims every time that they “beg the hotel to refund even a portion” of our $526 and that they’re refused. Someone’s lying and it’s not the hotel we always book every year with Expedia and/or Travelocity.

Love using Booking.com, do I use other sites also...Yes! But Booking.com has repeatedly been cheaper than the others. I would like to see the establishments they work with provide more photos of their breakfast options or mention that they’ve discontinued breakfast options. I always look at how the breakfast is before booking and sometimes it takes a lot of reviews to go through for that small info. Over all booking is a great help!!! I also love that booking.com displays nightly rates on their booking calendar so you can see the daily rate while booking your stay. The one thing I did notice was that some places Do Not give you the booking.con rate when you check in, so check your receipts and I hope booking.com can address this issue.

The app is easy to use. I’ve found some of the best rates for hotels using this app. The rates on here are better than military and government rates for some hotels. You can also send messages to a personnel of the hotel if you have any questions or concerns about your future stay. I like the many options for filters. I would highly recommend getting this app.

I have been to Cappadocia MANY times and sent hundreds of people there. This is my favorite hotel by far. The combination of value, location, kind of rooms and staff is unbeatable. Can you get cheaper sure- but not better. Can you get maybe something with a bit more cachet , maybe but not in this amazing location where you can walk out to browse the shops, have dinner, take a Turkish bath at fabulous Kelebek (sister property) or take the balloon at a less terrible hour. Love it!

WARNING: If something goes wrong with your reservation, there is nobody available to speak with. I had found a bed bug as soon as I walked into my reserved room. I tried to chat with a CSR, but that was useless. I wanted a refund, no response. If you think this app will provide any assistance if something goes wrong, then you will be disappointed, as I was.

I would give this place a 5 star “IF” I was given the correct mattress size. Everything was splendid until I kept noticing the bed we were sleeping in was a FULL & NOT a QUEEN so I believe that was a complete rip off due to me working at a mattress company. I was told in the discretion that it was a Queen studio but the bed most certainly measure to a FULL. This was ONLY a issue because I brung my newborn. I’m hoping they fix this for future but loved our stay!

I requested a cancellation I got the confirmation email for it and everything and they still took my money. I went to the hotel and asked they said that I needed to talk to booking.com since I made the reservation and canceled using the app. I tried to get ahold of them but they are difficult to reach and don’t seem to wanna help.

I am always extremely satisfied with any of my bookings. However I have lost quite a bit of $ due to booking issues and unpreventable cancellations I would never have expected. I am completely aware I chose Non refundable but the wrong room and immediate family deaths should be an exception. I will continue to be a loyal customer but going outside the box might be a good topic to discuss.

We stopped here to sleep on our trip from Indiana to Florida. The hotel was clean, the king size bed was comfortable and everyone on the staff that we talked to was especially nice and accommodating! We especially were impressed with the front desk clerk on October 14th, she was super nice and was swamped doing the job alone! We dound out later had been working there less than a month! Good job!

The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk anywhere in downtown Dublin, the staff was genuinely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. The view from the window overlooked a club with a large TV screen that was quite entertaining, we took a stroll to it and had so much fun! Overall our stay in Dublin was a great experience!

I highly do not recommend using booking.com AT ALL! I reserved in Vegas and I found out I was too far from family however there was the same hotel near my family I only called to see if I can get a transfer of hotels (still 1 1/2 month away) however the girl stated unfortunately they have to cancel the reservation and I had to book again even though this hotel had the same exact room available for the same price. I then proceed to cancel this reservation. Diana C (customer service rep) stated to me “you automatically receive your refund within 7-10 days” which I was fine with, however it has been past 18 days already so I call customers service again and they stated “the hotel has not confirmed cancellation and we don’t issue refunds until they cancel” in which I said “that is NOT what DIANA SAID she stated to me everything automatically gets cancelled and I receive my refund” they proceeded to tell me “no we don’t give refunds until 20 days of clearance if you do not receive you’re refund on the 19” (right now it is the 15 of oct I cancelled on the 27 of sept) the rep states (call us back then and we can see what we can do) which is absolutely ridiculous! I hang up at that point. I am trying to receive HR email to file a BETTER BUSINESS REPORT since these ppl don’t want to give me my refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT THINK TWICE OF BOOKING WITH “BOOKING.COM”.

Great welcoming staff ! You come in and they greet you with excitement and have weekly plans already without asking. Clean hotel with great housekeeping staff as well. This was my first stay here and we will definitely be back they had awesome hospitality and made sure I enjoyed my stay ! They were all helpful with anything I needed and the beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend this resort and the fees are unreasonable at all plus the stay included free kids meals at the on site Applebee’s and shuttle to three different parks for free ! Love it here ! The manager Danny was great and quickly solved several issues that I noticed . He leads with great staff behind him where Fabian the most welcoming and calm, Allison the bilingual phenomenal associate helped with quick check in throughout my week stay and Amanda who was extra understanding and nice . Absolutely love it highly recommend to anyone coming in to Orlando not far from any attractions either .

My experience in the hotel was near perfect. I went to 3 different hotels and this one was the most modern and stylish... the USB ports for charging your devices was a big plus for me since I have a lot if electronics and the USA watts are different the USB ports were a great little detail that went far in my experience. My single bed room was the best very spacious and the view in the balcony was amazing to view the city. I got different room with 2 twin beds that felt smaller and less luxurious than the single bed room and the balcony wasn’t as nice like the single bed room but I am been picky with those small details if I have to say something to up the experience would be My only recommendations or wishes would be for the gym to have more options than a treadmill , bike and a multi lifting weight station. But it was clean and the sauna it’s right next to it. Great for after a good workout session. If the hotel had a pool it would be perfect. The breakfast was good and fresh the chef comes out and prepares your eggs to your liking. Overall the service was excellent the staff is friendly and very helpful really accommodating. I will definitely be back and recommend the place to family and friends

Overall the app is pretty good, there are just a couple of things I wish would be changed. First, a lot of accommodations (especially in the US) charge a security deposit. It’s almost never easy to find out how much it is and it can even cause a cancelation if it goes over your card limit. I really feel security deposits are a form of age discrimination. What I would like is a way for the app to filter OUT properties that charge a security deposit. This would show age discriminating businesses that we won’t tolerate it. Secondly, again in the US, it doesn’t show the taxes until you’re on the last page to book. It makes properties seem cheaper than they really are. Booking even in expensive countries like the UK can still be cheaper because it’s difficult to find something affordable and safe in the US. Some of these things may be difficult to change given how unfriendly the US is towards its own consumers, but I overall love using this app and hope they can do something to punish age discriminating businesses and help save us money when booking domestic.

All of our travel plans got canceled so naturally we had to cancel the hotel room we booked through your app. We were told we could not cancel and get a refund, but instead could inform them of when we planned to travel again so we can change the date/get a credit. Now that Iceland has opened back up (this is where we had our hotel at), we rebooked our trip and called Booking to get the credit for the room. We were told today that because we did not call them to change the dates prior to our original hotel booking (March 15, 2020), that our credit was no longer active and there is nothing they can do. They told us to call the hotel but when we did, they said Booking never gave them our money and that we have to resolve it with Booking. Basically you all expected us to magically know when we would travel again 3 days after the pandemic started so now we are out 3 days worth of a hotel. I’m extremely unhappy and cannot express to you enough that I will not be using Booking in the future!!! You have stolen our money and that’s all there is to it.

Not what I expected for the price we paid. The hotel is in a great location but could use some upgrades and better housekeeping skills. The room was spacious but not as clean as it should be. The bathroom curtain was white with some gray stains which showed it had not been properly watched in a long time. The bathroom sink had some yellow stains in the corner and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. This one had a whole right next to it that was never patched up and the footboard needed some real good cleaning as they were gray instead of white. I spoke with the front desk about it and they sent the housekeeper to clean the room but everything I mentioned was still the same when we got back to the room. You could tell they switched the bedroom sheets, replaced the towels and vacuumed the floors but nothing else was done. This is the first time I experience anything like this in a hotel and it was a shamed. The food is also over priced. I was only there for two nights and didn’t want to make a big deal about the cleanliness of the room but unfortunately, I would not be staying here again.

From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business accounts (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m 62 and travel frequently. I was there 5 days... the police were there multiple times, vagrants were always around begging money, the elevator was broke down for 2 days, the halls reeked of pot, the room was filthy, we were moved 3 times because the toilet was not working, the carpet was filthy, there was black mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner rattled , the shower barely worked. I paid for my stay in advance so I was stuck. My daughter and her family stayed 2 days and left and found another hotel. Today when thankfully I checked out, the elevator was finally working, there were 6 guests with luggage on the elevator when the rear door opened and a housekeeper with a cart and vacuum forced her way on the elevator pinning my 11 year old grandson against the wall. We all tried to tell her it was too crowded, she pretended she didn’t understand English... I later heard her speaking fluent English. Ironically, I had to wait to get my cash deposit back while someone inspected the room. What a joke. The only reason I gave that dump 1 star was because it had a bed ( with stained linens ) and a roof.

My check in time was supposed to be 3 pm and I got there at 4:30, I still had to wait sitting in the lobby for another 10-20 min waiting for her to give me a room number but a man walked in behind me to check in and she gave him his room and he did not have to wait. I booked well over a month in advance requesting a bottom floor and got a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nothing like it said had coffee and granola bars really disappointing! They say they are only 2.6 miles from the stadium and they are over 6.6 miles away!! The person checking us in seemed very rude and not very friendly at all!! At check out the lady was leaving the lobby briefly asked me what room and said fine and walked away not sure if I was supposed to do anything else instead, I really hope it was fine because there was no one else around to ask!! Was very disappointed and the facilities was a big let down!!

The room was large and appeared even more spacious with the tall ceilings. The view from our first floor room was amazing. Very large windows and remote control blinds made it all the better. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The bed slept well and I would rate it above above average. The addition of the included mini bar was a nice touch. They restock the wine, water, coke, diet Coke (Coke Light), Sprite, beer, and peanuts every evening. I never heard noise from the nieghboring rooms. The location was central enough to get around easily. It is only an eight minute walk with luggage to the central train station. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had but two complaints. First, the water in our shower and one of the double sinks in the room had a drainage problem. They backed up very quickly. The tub and other sink did not have the same issue. Overall, I would say the hotel was the best I've stayed at in Amsterdam.

I love everything about this place and I LITERALLY MEAN EVERYTHING !☝️😫 from the beautiful clean fully loaded house to the breath taking ocean site ! Like you literally take 8 steps out the house and your feet is in the sand and the view and vibe is taking your pain and stress right away ! 🥺🙏♥️ I loved everything I slept so peacefully 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they even had items in the closet for the beach such as children toys 🧸 and beach layouts ! 🏖 I definitely will be renting again and definitely would give 6 stars ⭐️ if I CAN ! let’s not forget the $200 dollar deposit they gave me back literally I’m 24 hours 🙏 not 3-6 business days , (24 hours) ! Which was definitely appreciated because it help save me from coming out my pocket for extra expenses while I wait those few days so I really do appreciate and thank you guys SO MUCH I promise this was one of the best birthdays EVER 🥺☝️♥️🤲♥️🌎

I’ve used boooking several times in the past without problems, until recently. It was my birthday and wanted to celebrate with my girlfriend. I went on the Booking app to find a Jacuzzi Suite and located one in their site at a Holiday in express and Suites. Drove over a hundred miles to this hotel that I reserved And got to hotel. Checked in and went up to room only to find their was no jacuzzi in room. Called front desk and was told that they didn’t have any rooms with jacuzzis, and that I would need to talk to manager in the morning. Talked to manager at checkout and was told that They are not going to refund me at all because it’s not their fault, it’s Bookings fault and I had to call them. Called booking and they said it’s not their fault either. So I guess it’s my fault that I was lied to and lured into a hotel for something I was promised and paid for but didn’t receive. Beware of Booking. Com as they will not stand behind anything, and don’t care a lot guest relations. Again I used them to book many times in the past and will not again and suggest for your sake you do not either.

It was not near or convenient to anything. When you look at the map you think “oh its in Jimbaran so it near...” as there are many great things worth seeing & experiencing here in Jimbaran or Uluwatu area but its quite far from anything due to the windy roads. You have to hire a car —no taxis available from here —and you are at the mercy of whatever they want to charge you, even to go 5 minutes down the road to the closest restaurant. I’d recommend stYing here for a night and enjoying a full day relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The dinner at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Then, after enjoying your time here, find another location for site-seeing the rest of Bali as this is not a convenient base for going on excursions, shopping, dining, etc. its gorgeous and inexpensive for what they offer—this makes it a great value, but its too far away to enjoy anything beyond this property itself.

This accommodation was more like a bed and breakfast (except without the breakfast) Beds were not comfortable. One, the hide-a-bed was a thin mattress and my son woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Queen bed was a mattress with memory foam on top. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. Hot and stuffy in room but Xavier brought a fan which was helpful. Only one faucet worked on sink with lukewarm water and shower was not so great, but had nice hot water. Also, no fridge, microwave or anything. Parking was about 1/4 mile away and an extra $10-$15 a night. Xavier was very trustworthy and helpful and gave us good suggestions where to eat, etc.. (The reason for the 3stars otherwise I would give it Just 2 stars for comfort). He was also a good communicator and responded to texts and requests promptly. This place was close to the center and seemed to be safe enough with double locked doors. All in all I felt like we paid a lot for what we got compared to other places we stayed in MX though. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash (pesos) too.

The hotel was near a new mall. The room was small but clean. We stayed for 13 days. On the 3rd day, a bottle of perfume was taken out of the room when they cleaned it. The front desk was notified and they said the cleaning crew knew nothing about it. Nothing else done about it. Use the room safe as the cleaning staff may not be trusted. The bottle of perfume was not high in value but still bothered my wife because something was taken out of the room. No manager came to talk to us in the next 10 days of our stay. Another thing, we received 2 card keys in the beginning of our stay. One cracked and did not work when trying to open the door. I alerted the front desk and they said they will replace it for 200 pesos as “all room cards are inventoried”. Such a valuable piece of plastic... We continued to stay there as we were already charged for the entire stay. Flip a coin when deciding on this hotel as they seem to be customer friendly until a problem arises. The only real plus were the showers.

The rooms were dirty. Yes the floors were sticky in the hallway. The room was without light bulbs. One chair was so dirty. The housekeeping staff turned it over on the other side. However that side was dirty as . Not one time did the manager come to talk with me. We looked at 4 rooms and still had to stay in the first dirty room. The pool was cold. The housekeeping didn’t give us fresh sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t bring fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Then when we asked they didn’t bring them and we had to call again. The walks in the room was peeling. The bathroom walls were cracked. One of the rooms I looked at the door to the room looked like it had been broken into. When the person came up to look at it they didn’t even say anything other then that’s not a hole. Then on the 2nd night there was a room with 20 kids in it. They kept running up and down the hallways being loud. Then they took over the pool. The breakfast was not fresh. I ended up drinking spoiled milk. I complained and all i was offered was $44 for my trouble. That’s not even enough. This hotel is not worth the money.

Front desk manager should not look like a peep show girl with a small silver bow in her side part unless at an adult only restort 🤔 Coming from Park City Utah and knowing what the resort is like there—— No COMPARISOn - never staying at this Las Vegas property again! I’m sure this is not the atmosphere you would like to use for carrying on such a reputable establishment As a guest——Know resort fees are better covered in properties in Las Vegas that have fresh drinking water service at the pool..... Serve room service with water included.... (not upon request) ..... When going GREEN - don’t place the offer on the desk and hard to see —— use a tent marketing strategy in the BATHRoOM——Oh and coffee in room makes most excited!! Not included??? —- !!! AND when the pool is closed in April, don’t use internet, fitness center (not used) or TOLL free calls be obliged to waive the resort fee when addressed in this situation.

I checked in here on Friday and I hate every minute of it.I paid for a luxury room what I got was far from that my first room was room 5111. You can tell the room was hit hard during the flood it has mold everywhere. I requested to get moved because of the awful smell in the room and breathing was impossible. When I called to complain they just hung up the phone. The first room we had had fresh cut fruits and a bottle of wine nice presentation but we could not eat anything out of the moldy room we finally got moved to another room that was not luxury with two beds instead of a king bed. Spoke to a supervisor who gave us reservation to a Mediterranean restaurant which already came with our booking lol.. I have requested to be moved to the diamond room and offered to pay more the hotels has refused to grant this claiming they are all full as I sit by the pool and see empty rooms. I have never felt the need to write a review but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in can’t wait to get home absolutely HATE IT unfortunately am here until Wednesday hopefully someone will make this right but I highly doubt it

First off,I love the location specially if you don’t feel like driving long distances for the most convenient thing’s! It’s great restaurants near by, you have Walmart down the street. I had a king suite room! I love love the amount of space of the room! The room had a hallway from the front door to the bedroom it self. The bathroom,I kid you not you could have a party in the bathroom if you wanted too! You didn’t feel so closed in, in the bathroom you had more then enough room! The shower was bomb,It was a walk-in shower which I love! I love the location of my room, I loved being in the corner. Everyone was friendly, and very homey. Even with this pandemic going on, they was well organized. You didn’t hear no loud noise while trying to relax and sleep. The tv was very decent, had good channels. I was dere for four nights,I can’t wait to go back!

The Oakwood has really gone beyond my expectations. I was originally going to check in at the Marriot since my brother was getting a room there; but instead I decided to next door to the Oakwood and I was not disappointed. It was 15% savings with a studio room upgraded to a suite by the fantastic fellows at the front desk. The rooms are very clean and modern along with large fridge and full kitchen. Beds were very plush. The gym on the top floor was well rounded and fantastic along with the steam room. I did laps in there rooftop pool which was very clean. The hotel is connected to the mall and the shopping was also very good and convenient. There are about 6 restaurants you can choose from here and so far each one has been good. You will feel very welcomed and have everything you need and then some at the Oakwood.

We loved it. It was more than what we expected. The 2nd floor jumper/ trampoline was a extra for the kids. They wanted to sleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and great!!! Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty!!! Everything was roomy for two of us families. Access was easy and they were ready for us. The top pool was amazing!! It was so beautiful up there. It had a bathroom and even a grill!!! The architecture and design of the building and every detail was so impressive. It was close to circle k, gas, food and a police station. We felt safe and at home. I really would love to own one of these units. This will be our spot going forward whenever we visit Tulum. We have always loved Tulum and all it’s restaurants, shops and activities. It’s the place to be!!! Thank you so much to All the staff!!! We’ll miss you!!!

From the beginning at checkout, to questions, to the restaurant staff... everyone was helpful, cheerful and happy! The rooms are a bit small, but we only rested and got ready in them so no worries. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and rooms were clean. The restaurant is currently only serving breakfast, the staff was attentive and pleasant. Could use a lot of upgrades, but was roomy and food was decent. (Not free). The Splashatorium was a good way for the kiddos to wind down. Not really big or much to do. It was just the one slide, pool, and hot tub.... like I said good way to wind down and chill. Make reservations for the splashatorium!!! We made reservations a week in advance do to my research and looking at reviews, otherwise I would not have known. We had no where to sit or put or things, I would recommend that the resort supply enough sitting for the amount of people reserved. All and all a pleasant stay.

Update: Customer service is useless. They don’t want or even try to help you because it’s not in their best interest. Their Deals are no better than Priceline etc. The travel credits you earn can never be used because there is no way to apply the reward on the app. I called a rep about an issue with the hotel I booked. They handled it worse than a 5 year old. I guess British/ European people are a bit odd. Why this woman said what she said is inexcusable and definitely not proper customer service. They will not help you if you need it. Try another hotel app. The app gives you errors when you try to claim you $50 rewards. I wonder if people ever get them and use them successfully. I find it really hard the people in Europe do not understand the English language. I think they purposely try to act confused to avoid taking any responsibility. These people are a complete waste of time I think even a five year old in the United States could offer more customer service and these people can. They are truly a waste of space in the customer service industry.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my girlfriend we’re both woman and a couple booked a room here for New Year’s Eve. We thought we would have a decent room in the back with privacy and some peace. Wrong, in as less than 1 hour we received a disturbing note on my car windshield. You can see for yourself in my photos. We felt very uncomfortable and threaten someone at the motel is watching over us. We called the front desk to informed them what’s going on and requested for him to escort us to the car we felt unsafe at the moment. He took nearly 30 minutes. And so we decided to reach out to the cops to have them escort us out the motel in a safely manner. But the cops never showed up of course it was New Year’s Eve. The front desk attendant end up showing up later and we decided to get a refund back it was unpleasant. Cigarette hole inside the comforter, the vent was off the ceiling in the restroom, a cloth towel was hung on the shower curtain/rod used, and red stain on the side table. It may be cheaper to stay for a Motel 6 but this one was the worst one I ever stay please do not book this place!!!

The B&B is located in a nice historic area. It is a bit too far from the station, especially because we could not find any taxi service in the city. There is no reception at the building and we didn’t receive the email by the time we got there, which was a bit confusing. But we managed to speak to the person in charge. The building looks nice and historic. The bedroom was a bit expensive for the type of furniture they have there. The bedroom furniture looks cheap and old. The bathroom was nice, but the shower box was poorly installed and didn’t work properly. They offered a breakfast, which was included in the price. But the breakfast was too basic and we had to order some sides to complement our meal. However, we were charged twice for the basic breakfast and the service was pretty disappointing. We did book our stay without researching at the very last minute. The B&B was a recommendation by a friend. But we expected a little more for the price we paid for the suite.

I spent 4 nights at the Rocabella Santorini Resort. Simply stated, it was an excellent experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was presented with a welcome drink and informed that I was upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was perfect, large, and had all the amenities that I could ask for. My room faced the Caldera, which made for beautiful views. The highlight of my trip was twofold. First, the restaurant served very tasty food and the service was beyond excellent. Second, the waiter at the restaurant, Vlad, made my stay most memorable. In the 5 days that I stayed at the Rocabella, I developed a friendship with Vlad. During his time off, he showed me around the island and knowing my love for hiking, hiked with me to the town of Oia introducing me to some of his friends. As I was traveling alone, having Vlad there made my trip most enjoyable. Thank you Vlad and thank you Rocabella! I will be back with my wife.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? We arrived around 6:30 pm, after a 10 minute drive from Boston Logan Airport to the charming area of Revere. The entry details sent to us by the hosts were perfect! Upon entering the building, we knew that we were in a special apartment. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. Everything has been renovated to the highest caliber. The beds are all three like sleeping on clouds. Although, we were here only one night, prior to a flight to Newfoundland, we could have all spent a week. The restaurants in the area are great & so reasonably priced. We ate at Di’Parma, 2 blocks away. Fantastic fresh swordfish & risotto. Great house bottles of vino for $17 USD. Whenever I am back in Boston, this is where I will stay. I would give this 100 stars if possible. Thank you Erik & Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment. 😃🥰

My fiancée and I flew away and was booked in Montréal for a one week get away. There were many amazing places to dine coming from the gem of hospitality in the South - Charleston, SC. There were so many great and diverse ethnicities to dine. We stayed above a grocery store on Sainte-Catherine Street that had all of the amenities one could ask. We ate at ‘Cacou 70’ Rue Sainte-Catherine where we stayed for breakfast, Mediterranean Tabouli at a grocery store for lunch and Israeli, Latin, Greek, Asian and of course, French food for dinner. We were two foodies in a nirvana metropolis. We found ourselves eating at Cacao 70 several times due to their many options. We never ate the same options twice, as we sampled bites from each other’s order. We also went on a hot air balloon and hit the spa ‘Sibéria’, and bought many postcards and trinkets to seal our memory. I proposed to my fiancée while in Québec and look forward to future travels with her. Viva Montréal!

First off me and my husband were told that we could use the military discount on the app but when it came to it nothing showed up to put in the military discount information so they lied about that and we were left with an over bearing price that was more than the original price the hotel website even offered then when we tried to cancel the reservation we assumed we wouldn’t be charged because it was barely even 10 minutes after booking even though they have a 24 hour policy on bookings, which we tried to get the charges waived there was difficulty to get into contact with the customer service manager because there needed to be a “third party” to speak to us on the app but they were saying that there was nothing that they could which already goes against their policy. So we ended up having to keep the reservation since we’re tight on budgets, terrible service and terrible app, don’t recommend if you’re on a budget!!!

I did find some cheap motels in Savannah Ga at the last minute, and they were very cheap. But is was so far from Tybee Island. We stayed at the Baymount Hotel on 2 Lee Blvd, Savannah Ga. the room was for Thursday-Saturday. We did get a good rate. That was the only thing good about it. The room was very clean but very small for a family of 5. The pool was dirty and warm. Almost like it was a heated pool. And I kept asking why it doesn’t look like it’s been chlorinated, but they finally cleaned the pool on our last day there. And we could finally see our feet in the pool. And on this Booking app. It said hot breakfast served every morning. But when we woke up to eat. There was only muffins, bananas and yogurt, and coffee. I asked tje concierge and she said that since the virus they don’t serve hot breakfast. I asked why that wasn’t labeled on the website. But she couldn’t answer me. So our stay was ok. But it wasn’t the best I’ve had.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful. It has almost everything you need for an extended stay. It is located right by the #4 bus that will take you to Old Town, if you don’t want to walk. I prefer walking. It’s within easy walking distance of two beaches, grocery stores, bakery, and some great restaurants (Taj Mahal was my favorite). The only reason I rated it less was for the value. I stayed 5 nights in Kotor Bay for $45 euros less than I stayed 2 nights at Pavle, and in Kotor I had a full living room, and a washer to wash my clothes. The apartment I had in Virpazar, Lake Skadar also had a washer, 2 BRs and a living room for less money. And when I stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, I had a wonderful flat for far less money, so Pavle is overpriced comparatively. But again, the hosts are great, the apartment is very clean and the kitchen is equipped, and the location was good.

The staff is so helpful and understanding. I had read all the reviews about the king size handicapped room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. That is the room we have. For us, it’s not too loud, but we are here in late April. I do wish like others have said that it had a view of anything other than a wall. But it is what it is. I’m much more into the comfort of the room. Our room is clean, although, they do skimp on the toilet paper. I shall have to request more. We don’t use the amenities that the hotel offers. We don’t swim or go to a gym. We also don’t have have young children of any age. We have come to Reno to watch grass and trees grow somewhere. Anything other we say would be unfair because we have just spent our 1st night here. I don’t expect anything to happen negatively here that can’t be fixed.

Downloaded for US cross country road trip. Used everyday so far, now going on day 7. Very easy to search, read reviews by category, apply filters for specific needs (pet friendly, free cancellation, etc) and book. Saves billing info for easy reservations across pretty much all hotel/motel chains. Super simple to use. One suggestion, if Bookings had its own rewards program, it would likely gain more market share as many of the chains have their own rewards programs that incentivize using their app instead. For budget travelers like me, Bookings is easier to use in finding the cheapest deals across chains, so having an umbrella “rewards” or points system through Bookings that could apply to all stays regardless of the hotel chain would be awesome.
Read before you book! Your trip depends on it!!!

You get what you pay for... the first room I had because I did ask for a new room had a cracked and pealing ceiling, dark, and the furniture was so old and rocky, like a table that needed adjustments, the phone had some sort of interference that projected a high pitched screeching noise and rocky. That room needed a complete make over. So I get my new room in the “new” tower... the carpets getting there needed to be stretched like a low budget carpet company put them in. As you get off the elevator to the 22nd floor it smelled like sewage every day I was there which is gross. By the way so does the pool area that was half open. The bathroom in this new room is missing finishing touches the alarm clock is out of the 90s and the phone didn’t work in this room either. I won’t ever go back unless I go a nice free room to change my thinking... Which is why the saying “you get what you pay for” is true in this case. I would have rather payed the extra $200 and stayed in the Aria like I did last time and been a lot happier.

I must say my Husband and I checked in for 2 nights we watched the fireworks Father’s Day weekend it was beautiful I will be back I would never check in the Days inn again with there nasty slippery floors I like carpet the microwave wouldn’t even reach the socket at the days inn plus they tried to film flam us and said the towels was missing who on earth would steal dirty towels the supervisor fired the guy who lied and gave us our $100 deposit back I called the police got a report I was hurt to the pit of my stomach you don’t lie on me and my Husband we have plenty of money to travel with and if I was a thief why would I take dirty towels and not the iron or the blow dryer pillows and ironing board they was looking for an excuse to keep our deposit and it didn’t WORK I’m fine Hear at the Super 8 its way much COMFORTABLE BLESS THE OWNER WHO RENOVATED THIS HOTEL YOU'VE DONE AN AMAZING JOB MR&MRS JOHNSON

There’s two rooms with a pull out couch and a full kitchen. Pots, and pans. Silverware etc. nice big king bed. Comfortable newer mattress. Nice bedding. I personally watched as the maid brought fresh comforters to the downstairs unit, so it’s all fresh. Everything works. A couple minutes walk to the beach. If you want beachfront you may want to contact to be sure. Everything is nice and quiet, and clean. Since Covid-19 you need to have a mash on in stores, and some restaurants you have to wear one to the table. Don’t let this scare you off! Avon cottages offers a nice place at an affordable price. The beach is amazing down here!! Definitely two thumbs up!! If I had an extra arm the thumb would be up! Definitely coming back here!! Next time I want beachfront though I have a bad back, and can’t walk far.

We spent a week here and mostly just to rest it was quiet even know they're doing construction across the street and the room was nice and dark for sleeping on the air conditioning worked extremely well maybe too well. Staff is very accommodating and kind- You're within a five minute walk of the Times Square mall which is a great place to go for food on the lower level. also if you want to cross over where the monorail is a few blocks up there's a night Street market with tons of food and also the fancier Fahrenheit 88 mall and promenade. Personally I like the hotel but the street that it was on was off the beaten path and it could be a little scary for women traveling alone I would not recommend it. However I was always with my husband and never felt unsafe at any time. they have some fun theme rooms like the Beatles room in Marilyn Monroe room or the Elvis Presley room we actually stayed in the Beatles room for the first night and it was adorable. Breakfast was included but I'm not much of a breakfast person so I only saw one time and it was limited. Our favorite place was as you approach the Fahrenheit 88 mall there are some Japanese and Chinese letterings we found it on the last night and it's a massive food court with everything from Japan or Hong Kong. He was a nice stay and the price was right.
Checkout doesn’t work - 500 exceptions

The app hasn’t worked for anyone in our group for weeks now, ever since we landed in the UK. Every time we try to checkout the app returns a 500 exception at the last stage. Not sure if your revenue dropped to 0, as it doesn’t work on any of our accounts. But this is plain embarrassing. You should have really noticed your bugs by now. Ended up using alternative services and booking directly with the hotels all month. ******************************** In response to the developer - of course I tried to uninstall, and checkout doesn’t work on any of our phones - not just for me. Did some QA to make it work - and it seems that checkout doesn’t work for US clients in the UK without turning on VPN. Maybe you have some bug with payments details. You should look into it as no one in our group is able to use the app anymore since we came to the UK - so you’re losing thousands of $. And most people aren’t technical so they won’t figure out they need to turn on vpn or even know what that means!

Our first day was absolutely amazing the employees that were working that they were very accommodating! The next day and the people above us were so loud they kept my baby up all night crying. The next day they had to guests up to 25 people drinking and partying till two in the morning right outside of her window!! we were not compensated for our night. We were compensated for the night before but it was a horrible!! the employee that was working that night did not give a care at all….He was kind of acting like he was part of the party! However there are Many other good employee that made the stay better…I did feel that with our overall experience we should’ve got a room compensated! The guests are the reason why our stay was so bad which is unfortunate because it it has been a great vacation!

Deleted this Ap and will never do business with them or their partners. But if I may digress, I’ve used booking for the majority of my travels and with great success. Had a family member pass recently and set a booking for San Francisco for Sept 3. I made the reservation on 8/24. Booking stated in the reservation that my card would not be charged and only a hold would be placed as I could pay upon arrival. Low and behold I was charged on 8/28 for the full amount. No worries as we anticipated making the trip. Then we are stricken with covid on the 30th. Go into the booking ap to cancel and they say you’ve already been charged and the cancellation charge is the full amount. But wait I’m sure it said I had 24 hours to cancel with no fees? Nope. I sent and email to ask to reverse the charge and all of a sudden they have no control I have to call the property. Guess what…. I put it on a credit card, cancel the charge, erase the ap, put booking on blast for their deceitful misrepresentation and move on with my life. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS AP.

The customer service is the best. They treat you like royalty. That being said, the place needs some updating. They tile in the shower is cute but shower curtain didn’t go with th decor. The floors are sold and need to be replaced. The furniture in the room and lobby is very dirty and outdated. The pictures that are on the website are not true to the hotel. Hated the art work in our room. It looked like graffiti so we took it down during our stay and it made the room more acceptable. It was very noisy. We had a balcony and you can hear the rain and people taking and the wind. The halls were noisy and you can hear everything so not a lot of privacy. No elevator with so you have to walk those stairs! But absolutely loved the rooftop. Had a small pool and lounge chairs that we took advantage while there because beach is hard to get to in Old San Juan.

It was lovely to live there ! We arrived a little bit late , but the boss was so nice , even it’s late, he introduced us where the swimming pool and the kitchen and where we could have breakfast! He’s so nice ! And after we slept, we reminded that we need to get up early next morning so we can leave for the Xcaret Park early, but we have no idea where to take the bus and everything, so we have to wake him up , he’s so patient and helpful , and even helped us search for the bus routines so we could know when we can catch the latest bus back home ! Totally nice experience stay with them ! And the other day , his wife is also sooo nice ,cook us the breakfast and call the taxi for us . Highly recommend stay with them if you need to stay in Cancun! Lovely place and friendly host!

When I initially got the app (about 6 years ago) I was very pleased with the recommendations and found that the reviews and ratings were quite accurate. I was also happy with how easy the app was to use. Notice I said WAS. Now, not so much. For some reason, I am unable to do a general city search; it wants to only search for what is closest to me. Most importantly, many user reviews of properties state peoples personal experiences and not specific to the amenities, facilities, staff and services. And I suspect someone has been editing out the negative comments. We stayed at a property three years ago with a high star rating and glowing reviews, but when we got there, it was a run down motel 50 yards from a freeway. They required a $200 deposit - even with a credit card, worn out carpeting, an AC unit that had to be beaten before it would cough out coolish air, if it blew any air at all, no hot water and spotty wi-fi. I have been reading reviews online and comparing those to reviews on Booking and they are not even close: 2 weeks ago people have began complaining about bedbugs and roaches at one property, while no mention of such nastiness is made on Booking where the reviews are still all positive. I will try the update and see if that fixes the functionality of the app and continue researching online reviews/ratings.

Carob Hostel Carob Hostel is amazing!!! 10/10 from me. The vibe is FRIENDLY, WELCOMING AND HOSPITABLE. I was in Jordan for about 3 days and wanted to see Petra. Firas put together a tour for me to get the most out of my time in Jordan and it was amazing. I got to visit Wadi Rum, Petra, Aqaba and the Dead Sea. I got to see more way more tourist sites than I could have originally planned, and I couldn’t be more happy. The bathrooms, showers and bedrooms are clean and well divided. The outdoor space is very comfortable and with an amazing view to the city in the front. The overall the ambience is very relaxed, calm and comfortable; therefore very fitting for either younger or older people. The owners of the hostel are Ahmad and Firas. If you get to meet either of them you will feel like you have known them for years just by chatting with them for a few minutes very welcoming. I’ll come back to visit real soon and I would of course book with Carob Hostel. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. If you are coming to Jordan make sure you stay here and book tours with them you will not regret it. (Tips book the JordanPass and you will save a lot since the visa is included in the pass). Hotel was really nice wanted rooms together which came with a bed change but overall was clean and nice room was cleaned daily. Enjoyed the view of the ocean the pool the beach. Davian was our pool area guy and he knew his stuff made sure we kept up with the lunch time and went to get what we wanted in time so we had no wait and fed us nonstop drinks. He even knew the things my little niece liked and would pre-order for her. He really went above and beyond and I really like that! Wide selection of breakfast although some of the servers were stingy hey I love my food and one of them wasn’t very pleasant with my brother so I would have to go back there to get his plate. However food was really well cooked and flavorful. Enjoyed a few night shows and dinning, really loved the Italian restaurant.

Don’t use booking. They are middle men who only collect fees and don’t help with anything else. If you can’t reach the property booking won’t help. If the property won’t call or email you back, booking still won’t help. Waiting on a refund booking won’t help. I’ve contacted the property multiple times and I get no response from them. Also don’t book or stay at Downtown 24 Concierge. I’ve been contacting them for over a week and they don’t respond to messages and never return phone calls. Like I said, booking won’t help. Use at your own risk. Update to the developer response. I’ve already contacted customer service and was lied to by Javey if that’s even his real name. I still haven’t heard back from you all or the property. I’m still out of $293 that I’m being scammed out of by you and the aforementioned property. It’s been 16 days since I cancelled my reservation and I still haven’t received my refund. So try again with your nonsense. If you can’t get me my refund to respond to these reviews.
Bed bugs

I have stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the first time I ever encounter bed bugs. It was literally on the bed crawling around. We called the front desk repeatedly to get the person working to come. They didn’t answer so we grabbed our things and told her there was a bug in our room. She asked if it was a stink bug, I said no and asked if she would come to the room. She went into the room and saw it immediately. She apologized and said she would move us. We were about to leave the room when she turned back and said let me get it before it spreads. We then went to the front desk where she was bombarded by phone calls and proceeded to say she would move us. While she was on the phone we talked to each other and decided no way. We told her we didn’t want that we wanted a refund because we have children in our home. She then asked if we wanted one of the new unused rooms. We repeated no and she said we would get a refund once we spoke to the manager the next day. It’s been five days and no call back.

The accommodation is well located at Taxia village, which is the destination of Tulou Course B. First of all, the owener of the place and his wife were really kind and willing to help me. They did not just pick me up from Taxia bus stop from the course, but also guided me around with a kind explanation. The madam cooks well and treated me dinner! The place is calm and homey, besides clean! If you have any problem, the owner will happily help you! Also, dried bamboo shoots that dried by the owner, (which is a local dish), is sold at the accommodation. Last but not least, thank you Mr and Mrs for your kind answers to my questions!!

I called earlier this afternoon to make a reservation for tonight. They said they were booked full. Couple hours later, I tried on line and got a room but at a much, much higher rate. Very unfair way of doing business and a strange way to build customer loyalty. I also wanted to enter a comment about how they rent rooms (terrible). I had to enter a nickname to do it. I used my first name and initial of last name and a pop up message said that nickname was already used. I also entered both my initials and that got rejected, too. I then entered ‘Unhappy Customer’ and the same thing happened. I’m going to raise my scoring from One Star to Two Stars and keep going till it gets accepted. If this post appears online, it’s because it won’t accept lower ratings!

I travel A LOT for both business and pleasure. This is MY FAVORITE app for booking hotels. It's always the cheapest. The rates always go down. It's easy to make special requests. You can sync it to multiple devices or send and share a booking with other people. You can add booking details to your iPhone Passbook or to your Photo album. It has a pay later option. The customer service is wonderful. They will send you maps and things to do in the area etc. everything about it is perfect. Recently because I book so often with them they upgraded me to the genius account which means I get up to 30% off a lot of hotels. I had a hotel booked in nYc for $1340----they upgraded me and reduced my price to $901! Hello thank you! Use this app!

Don’t be fooled by the ratings on the store because they are not what they say they are! I tried booking a hotel with this app and when I thought all was through and I got my confirmation number, I get to the hotel to figure out that the company will not send their transaction through even though I’ve paid and everything. The hotel confirms that they have my payment, but not the company’s because it keeps “declining” for an odd reason. Sounds like a bunch of scammers to me! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS APP.

After reading the fist reviews about this app I decided to use it to book a hotel stay. When we arrived at our hotel at 2am (which we clearly stated when booking and even called to confirm) we were turned away because they said our reservation through BOOKING.COM was not valid and that our room had been given away. The payment had already been processed and we called the hotel to complain. They apologized and finally gave us a room but the next day we see that we were charged double! Both the hotel and Booking.com had changed us. We only gave our card information to Booking.com but we’re still somehow charged by the hotel??? When we called Booking.com customer service they said they were unable to do ANYTHING until the hotel confirmed that we were charged twice. I have proof on my bank statement that we were indeed charged twice and have still (it’s been a week) not received a refund. Do not use this service as there is literally nothing they can do to give you your money back and you will end up paying double.

Click on a hotel that said free cancellation, but when I go to cancel it says I chose the no cancellation policy option (who would choose that?) and I’m being charged the total of the room as my cancellation fee. I did however choose the option to pay later, as in when I got there, but they charged me now. Figured they just needed a credit card on file just in case, but no they lied on that too. Ask to have the fee waived, don’t even ask why, just state they’ll send me their response in 48hrs. Now the listing doesn’t have the free cancellation statement on it. I should have just found a place when I get to my destination this weekend instead of booking ahead. Thought I could try and save time and money for myself, but if they don’t “approve” my fee waiver, I’ll be out almost 200$ out of my travel budget and end up paying for somewhere else.

This app gives great rooms, a few dollars cheaper in some areas. But when in question, research the room interested in before booking it. Some hotels can be pretty old & not in the best of area’s. Always read the reviews too.

I have booked multiple hotel stays with this app. I was fraudulently charged for a day I did not stay due to the hotel being a literal health hazard which I had to contact the health department about. Even though I have hand written proof and video evidence that I did not stay at the hotel the booking company now after 2 months (was even assured the app would refund me if hits didn’t) I am told they will give me a $29 credit towards another hotel stay. The booking company has led me along for 2 months only to them tell me that because the hotel won’t agree to it (even though I have written and video evidence that they assured me I wasn’t being charged for not staying) they will not protect me,a loyal customer. The hotel is still able to book through them . I guess why protect your loyal customer when you the rich thief . I have now had to report the fraud to my bank which I could have done 2 months ago if this company didn’t lie and lead me along so long . Absolutely awful.

I purchased a flight today. When I sent the confirmation to the person that I’m flying with, she said that was the wrong time. I immediately called Booking.com to change my flight. They said I couldn’t change my flight without paying the full price of the ticket. NEVER USE A 3RD PARTY BOOKING SYSTEM LIKE BOOKING.COM TO PURCHASE FLIGHTS!!! This is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve seen in awhile. I hope these vaccination mandates bankrupt these petty airlines!

This resort need a lot of maintenance the pool need to be clean the water was cloudy every day try get towels never hv them breakfast was always the same meal the hallway ceiling is always leaking water .. parking was very expensive I pay for 10 days and I didn’t enjoy myself couldn’t stay there n enjoy the day didn’t hv the room clean every 3 days didn’t get clean towels some of the staff was good .for the price I pay I could of stay in a very better place

The hotel we booked with basically said BOOKING is a scam. They were prepared to give our refund back 100% but booking claims every time that they “beg the hotel to refund even a portion” of our $526 and that they’re refused. Someone’s lying and it’s not the hotel we always book every year with Expedia and/or Travelocity.

Love using Booking.com, do I use other sites also...Yes! But Booking.com has repeatedly been cheaper than the others. I would like to see the establishments they work with provide more photos of their breakfast options or mention that they’ve discontinued breakfast options. I always look at how the breakfast is before booking and sometimes it takes a lot of reviews to go through for that small info. Over all booking is a great help!!! I also love that booking.com displays nightly rates on their booking calendar so you can see the daily rate while booking your stay. The one thing I did notice was that some places Do Not give you the booking.con rate when you check in, so check your receipts and I hope booking.com can address this issue.

The app is easy to use. I’ve found some of the best rates for hotels using this app. The rates on here are better than military and government rates for some hotels. You can also send messages to a personnel of the hotel if you have any questions or concerns about your future stay. I like the many options for filters. I would highly recommend getting this app.

I have been to Cappadocia MANY times and sent hundreds of people there. This is my favorite hotel by far. The combination of value, location, kind of rooms and staff is unbeatable. Can you get cheaper sure- but not better. Can you get maybe something with a bit more cachet , maybe but not in this amazing location where you can walk out to browse the shops, have dinner, take a Turkish bath at fabulous Kelebek (sister property) or take the balloon at a less terrible hour. Love it!

WARNING: If something goes wrong with your reservation, there is nobody available to speak with. I had found a bed bug as soon as I walked into my reserved room. I tried to chat with a CSR, but that was useless. I wanted a refund, no response. If you think this app will provide any assistance if something goes wrong, then you will be disappointed, as I was.

I would give this place a 5 star “IF” I was given the correct mattress size. Everything was splendid until I kept noticing the bed we were sleeping in was a FULL & NOT a QUEEN so I believe that was a complete rip off due to me working at a mattress company. I was told in the discretion that it was a Queen studio but the bed most certainly measure to a FULL. This was ONLY a issue because I brung my newborn. I’m hoping they fix this for future but loved our stay!

I requested a cancellation I got the confirmation email for it and everything and they still took my money. I went to the hotel and asked they said that I needed to talk to booking.com since I made the reservation and canceled using the app. I tried to get ahold of them but they are difficult to reach and don’t seem to wanna help.

I am always extremely satisfied with any of my bookings. However I have lost quite a bit of $ due to booking issues and unpreventable cancellations I would never have expected. I am completely aware I chose Non refundable but the wrong room and immediate family deaths should be an exception. I will continue to be a loyal customer but going outside the box might be a good topic to discuss.

We stopped here to sleep on our trip from Indiana to Florida. The hotel was clean, the king size bed was comfortable and everyone on the staff that we talked to was especially nice and accommodating! We especially were impressed with the front desk clerk on October 14th, she was super nice and was swamped doing the job alone! We dound out later had been working there less than a month! Good job!

The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk anywhere in downtown Dublin, the staff was genuinely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. The view from the window overlooked a club with a large TV screen that was quite entertaining, we took a stroll to it and had so much fun! Overall our stay in Dublin was a great experience!

I highly do not recommend using booking.com AT ALL! I reserved in Vegas and I found out I was too far from family however there was the same hotel near my family I only called to see if I can get a transfer of hotels (still 1 1/2 month away) however the girl stated unfortunately they have to cancel the reservation and I had to book again even though this hotel had the same exact room available for the same price. I then proceed to cancel this reservation. Diana C (customer service rep) stated to me “you automatically receive your refund within 7-10 days” which I was fine with, however it has been past 18 days already so I call customers service again and they stated “the hotel has not confirmed cancellation and we don’t issue refunds until they cancel” in which I said “that is NOT what DIANA SAID she stated to me everything automatically gets cancelled and I receive my refund” they proceeded to tell me “no we don’t give refunds until 20 days of clearance if you do not receive you’re refund on the 19” (right now it is the 15 of oct I cancelled on the 27 of sept) the rep states (call us back then and we can see what we can do) which is absolutely ridiculous! I hang up at that point. I am trying to receive HR email to file a BETTER BUSINESS REPORT since these ppl don’t want to give me my refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT THINK TWICE OF BOOKING WITH “BOOKING.COM”.

Great welcoming staff ! You come in and they greet you with excitement and have weekly plans already without asking. Clean hotel with great housekeeping staff as well. This was my first stay here and we will definitely be back they had awesome hospitality and made sure I enjoyed my stay ! They were all helpful with anything I needed and the beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend this resort and the fees are unreasonable at all plus the stay included free kids meals at the on site Applebee’s and shuttle to three different parks for free ! Love it here ! The manager Danny was great and quickly solved several issues that I noticed . He leads with great staff behind him where Fabian the most welcoming and calm, Allison the bilingual phenomenal associate helped with quick check in throughout my week stay and Amanda who was extra understanding and nice . Absolutely love it highly recommend to anyone coming in to Orlando not far from any attractions either .

My experience in the hotel was near perfect. I went to 3 different hotels and this one was the most modern and stylish... the USB ports for charging your devices was a big plus for me since I have a lot if electronics and the USA watts are different the USB ports were a great little detail that went far in my experience. My single bed room was the best very spacious and the view in the balcony was amazing to view the city. I got different room with 2 twin beds that felt smaller and less luxurious than the single bed room and the balcony wasn’t as nice like the single bed room but I am been picky with those small details if I have to say something to up the experience would be My only recommendations or wishes would be for the gym to have more options than a treadmill , bike and a multi lifting weight station. But it was clean and the sauna it’s right next to it. Great for after a good workout session. If the hotel had a pool it would be perfect. The breakfast was good and fresh the chef comes out and prepares your eggs to your liking. Overall the service was excellent the staff is friendly and very helpful really accommodating. I will definitely be back and recommend the place to family and friends

Overall the app is pretty good, there are just a couple of things I wish would be changed. First, a lot of accommodations (especially in the US) charge a security deposit. It’s almost never easy to find out how much it is and it can even cause a cancelation if it goes over your card limit. I really feel security deposits are a form of age discrimination. What I would like is a way for the app to filter OUT properties that charge a security deposit. This would show age discriminating businesses that we won’t tolerate it. Secondly, again in the US, it doesn’t show the taxes until you’re on the last page to book. It makes properties seem cheaper than they really are. Booking even in expensive countries like the UK can still be cheaper because it’s difficult to find something affordable and safe in the US. Some of these things may be difficult to change given how unfriendly the US is towards its own consumers, but I overall love using this app and hope they can do something to punish age discriminating businesses and help save us money when booking domestic.

Last year we had a trip planned in March, flying out 3 days after the pandemic started. All of our travel plans got canceled so naturally we had to cancel the hotel room we booked through your app. We were told we could not cancel and get a refund, but instead could inform them of when we planned to travel again so we can change the date/get a credit. Now that Iceland has opened back up (this is where we had our hotel at), we rebooked our trip and called Booking to get the credit for the room. We were told today that because we did not call them to change the dates prior to our original hotel booking (March 15, 2020), that our credit was no longer active and there is nothing they can do. They told us to call the hotel but when we did, they said Booking never gave them our money and that we have to resolve it with Booking. Basically you all expected us to magically know when we would travel again 3 days after the pandemic started so now we are out 3 days worth of a hotel. I’m extremely unhappy and cannot express to you enough that I will not be using Booking in the future!!! You have stolen our money and that’s all there is to it.

Not what I expected for the price we paid. The hotel is in a great location but could use some upgrades and better housekeeping skills. The room was spacious but not as clean as it should be. The bathroom curtain was white with some gray stains which showed it had not been properly watched in a long time. The bathroom sink had some yellow stains in the corner and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. This one had a whole right next to it that was never patched up and the footboard needed some real good cleaning as they were gray instead of white. I spoke with the front desk about it and they sent the housekeeper to clean the room but everything I mentioned was still the same when we got back to the room. You could tell they switched the bedroom sheets, replaced the towels and vacuumed the floors but nothing else was done. This is the first time I experience anything like this in a hotel and it was a shamed. The food is also over priced. I was only there for two nights and didn’t want to make a big deal about the cleanliness of the room but unfortunately, I would not be staying here again.

From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business accounts (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m 62 and travel frequently. I was there 5 days... the police were there multiple times, vagrants were always around begging money, the elevator was broke down for 2 days, the halls reeked of pot, the room was filthy, we were moved 3 times because the toilet was not working, the carpet was filthy, there was black mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner rattled , the shower barely worked. I paid for my stay in advance so I was stuck. My daughter and her family stayed 2 days and left and found another hotel. Today when thankfully I checked out, the elevator was finally working, there were 6 guests with luggage on the elevator when the rear door opened and a housekeeper with a cart and vacuum forced her way on the elevator pinning my 11 year old grandson against the wall. We all tried to tell her it was too crowded, she pretended she didn’t understand English... I later heard her speaking fluent English. Ironically, I had to wait to get my cash deposit back while someone inspected the room. What a joke. The only reason I gave that dump 1 star was because it had a bed ( with stained linens ) and a roof.

My check in time was supposed to be 3 pm and I got there at 4:30, I still had to wait sitting in the lobby for another 10-20 min waiting for her to give me a room number but a man walked in behind me to check in and she gave him his room and he did not have to wait. I booked well over a month in advance requesting a bottom floor and got a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nothing like it said had coffee and granola bars really disappointing! They say they are only 2.6 miles from the stadium and they are over 6.6 miles away!! The person checking us in seemed very rude and not very friendly at all!! At check out the lady was leaving the lobby briefly asked me what room and said fine and walked away not sure if I was supposed to do anything else instead, I really hope it was fine because there was no one else around to ask!! Was very disappointed and the facilities was a big let down!!

The room was large and appeared even more spacious with the tall ceilings. The view from our first floor room was amazing. Very large windows and remote control blinds made it all the better. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The bed slept well and I would rate it above above average. The addition of the included mini bar was a nice touch. They restock the wine, water, coke, diet Coke (Coke Light), Sprite, beer, and peanuts every evening. I never heard noise from the nieghboring rooms. The location was central enough to get around easily. It is only an eight minute walk with luggage to the central train station. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had but two complaints. First, the water in our shower and one of the double sinks in the room had a drainage problem. They backed up very quickly. The tub and other sink did not have the same issue. Overall, I would say the hotel was the best I've stayed at in Amsterdam.

I love everything about this place and I LITERALLY MEAN EVERYTHING !☝️😫 from the beautiful clean fully loaded house to the breath taking ocean site ! Like you literally take 8 steps out the house and your feet is in the sand and the view and vibe is taking your pain and stress right away ! 🥺🙏♥️ I loved everything I slept so peacefully 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they even had items in the closet for the beach such as children toys 🧸 and beach layouts ! 🏖 I definitely will be renting again and definitely would give 6 stars ⭐️ if I CAN ! let’s not forget the $200 dollar deposit they gave me back literally I’m 24 hours 🙏 not 3-6 business days , (24 hours) ! Which was definitely appreciated because it help save me from coming out my pocket for extra expenses while I wait those few days so I really do appreciate and thank you guys SO MUCH I promise this was one of the best birthdays EVER 🥺☝️♥️🤲♥️🌎

I’ve used boooking several times in the past without problems, until recently. It was my birthday and wanted to celebrate with my girlfriend. I went on the Booking app to find a Jacuzzi Suite and located one in their site at a Holiday in express and Suites. Drove over a hundred miles to this hotel that I reserved And got to hotel. Checked in and went up to room only to find their was no jacuzzi in room. Called front desk and was told that they didn’t have any rooms with jacuzzis, and that I would need to talk to manager in the morning. Talked to manager at checkout and was told that They are not going to refund me at all because it’s not their fault, it’s Bookings fault and I had to call them. Called booking and they said it’s not their fault either. So I guess it’s my fault that I was lied to and lured into a hotel for something I was promised and paid for but didn’t receive. Beware of Booking. Com as they will not stand behind anything, and don’t care a lot guest relations. Again I used them to book many times in the past and will not again and suggest for your sake you do not either.

It was not near or convenient to anything. When you look at the map you think “oh its in Jimbaran so it near...” as there are many great things worth seeing & experiencing here in Jimbaran or Uluwatu area but its quite far from anything due to the windy roads. You have to hire a car —no taxis available from here —and you are at the mercy of whatever they want to charge you, even to go 5 minutes down the road to the closest restaurant. I’d recommend stYing here for a night and enjoying a full day relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The dinner at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Then, after enjoying your time here, find another location for site-seeing the rest of Bali as this is not a convenient base for going on excursions, shopping, dining, etc. its gorgeous and inexpensive for what they offer—this makes it a great value, but its too far away to enjoy anything beyond this property itself.

This accommodation was more like a bed and breakfast (except without the breakfast) Beds were not comfortable. One, the hide-a-bed was a thin mattress and my son woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Queen bed was a mattress with memory foam on top. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. Hot and stuffy in room but Xavier brought a fan which was helpful. Only one faucet worked on sink with lukewarm water and shower was not so great, but had nice hot water. Also, no fridge, microwave or anything. Parking was about 1/4 mile away and an extra $10-$15 a night. Xavier was very trustworthy and helpful and gave us good suggestions where to eat, etc.. (The reason for the 3stars otherwise I would give it Just 2 stars for comfort). He was also a good communicator and responded to texts and requests promptly. This place was close to the center and seemed to be safe enough with double locked doors. All in all I felt like we paid a lot for what we got compared to other places we stayed in MX though. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash (pesos) too.

The hotel was near a new mall. The room was small but clean. We stayed for 13 days. On the 3rd day, a bottle of perfume was taken out of the room when they cleaned it. The front desk was notified and they said the cleaning crew knew nothing about it. Nothing else done about it. Use the room safe as the cleaning staff may not be trusted. The bottle of perfume was not high in value but still bothered my wife because something was taken out of the room. No manager came to talk to us in the next 10 days of our stay. Another thing, we received 2 card keys in the beginning of our stay. One cracked and did not work when trying to open the door. I alerted the front desk and they said they will replace it for 200 pesos as “all room cards are inventoried”. Such a valuable piece of plastic... We continued to stay there as we were already charged for the entire stay. Flip a coin when deciding on this hotel as they seem to be customer friendly until a problem arises. The only real plus were the showers.

The rooms were dirty. Yes the floors were sticky in the hallway. The room was without light bulbs. One chair was so dirty. The housekeeping staff turned it over on the other side. However that side was dirty as . Not one time did the manager come to talk with me. We looked at 4 rooms and still had to stay in the first dirty room. The pool was cold. The housekeeping didn’t give us fresh sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t bring fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Then when we asked they didn’t bring them and we had to call again. The walks in the room was peeling. The bathroom walls were cracked. One of the rooms I looked at the door to the room looked like it had been broken into. When the person came up to look at it they didn’t even say anything other then that’s not a hole. Then on the 2nd night there was a room with 20 kids in it. They kept running up and down the hallways being loud. Then they took over the pool. The breakfast was not fresh. I ended up drinking spoiled milk. I complained and all i was offered was $44 for my trouble. That’s not even enough. This hotel is not worth the money.

Ya. Umm. Find a new in house management and marketing team.... Front desk manager should not look like a peep show girl with a small silver bow in her side part unless at an adult only restort 🤔 Coming from Park City Utah and knowing what the resort is like there—— No COMPARISOn - never staying at this Las Vegas property again! I’m sure this is not the atmosphere you would like to use for carrying on such a reputable establishment As a guest——Know resort fees are better covered in properties in Las Vegas that have fresh drinking water service at the pool..... Serve room service with water included.... (not upon request) ..... When going GREEN - don’t place the offer on the desk and hard to see —— use a tent marketing strategy in the BATHRoOM——Oh and coffee in room makes most excited!! Not included??? —- !!! AND when the pool is closed in April, don’t use internet, fitness center (not used) or TOLL free calls be obliged to waive the resort fee when addressed in this situation.

I checked in here on Friday and I hate every minute of it.I paid for a luxury room what I got was far from that my first room was room 5111. You can tell the room was hit hard during the flood it has mold everywhere. I requested to get moved because of the awful smell in the room and breathing was impossible. When I called to complain they just hung up the phone. The first room we had had fresh cut fruits and a bottle of wine nice presentation but we could not eat anything out of the moldy room we finally got moved to another room that was not luxury with two beds instead of a king bed. Spoke to a supervisor who gave us reservation to a Mediterranean restaurant which already came with our booking lol.. I have requested to be moved to the diamond room and offered to pay more the hotels has refused to grant this claiming they are all full as I sit by the pool and see empty rooms. I have never felt the need to write a review but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in can’t wait to get home absolutely HATE IT unfortunately am here until Wednesday hopefully someone will make this right but I highly doubt it

First off,I love the location specially if you don’t feel like driving long distances for the most convenient thing’s! It’s great restaurants near by, you have Walmart down the street. I had a king suite room! I love love the amount of space of the room! The room had a hallway from the front door to the bedroom it self. The bathroom,I kid you not you could have a party in the bathroom if you wanted too! You didn’t feel so closed in, in the bathroom you had more then enough room! The shower was bomb,It was a walk-in shower which I love! I love the location of my room, I loved being in the corner. Everyone was friendly, and very homey. Even with this pandemic going on, they was well organized. You didn’t hear no loud noise while trying to relax and sleep. The tv was very decent, had good channels. I was dere for four nights,I can’t wait to go back!

The Oakwood has really gone beyond my expectations. I was originally going to check in at the Marriot since my brother was getting a room there; but instead I decided to next door to the Oakwood and I was not disappointed. It was 15% savings with a studio room upgraded to a suite by the fantastic fellows at the front desk. The rooms are very clean and modern along with large fridge and full kitchen. Beds were very plush. The gym on the top floor was well rounded and fantastic along with the steam room. I did laps in there rooftop pool which was very clean. The hotel is connected to the mall and the shopping was also very good and convenient. There are about 6 restaurants you can choose from here and so far each one has been good. You will feel very welcomed and have everything you need and then some at the Oakwood.

We loved it. It was more than what we expected. The 2nd floor jumper/ trampoline was a extra for the kids. They wanted to sleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and great!!! Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty!!! Everything was roomy for two of us families. Access was easy and they were ready for us. The top pool was amazing!! It was so beautiful up there. It had a bathroom and even a grill!!! The architecture and design of the building and every detail was so impressive. It was close to circle k, gas, food and a police station. We felt safe and at home. I really would love to own one of these units. This will be our spot going forward whenever we visit Tulum. We have always loved Tulum and all it’s restaurants, shops and activities. It’s the place to be!!! Thank you so much to All the staff!!! We’ll miss you!!!

From the beginning at checkout, to questions, to the restaurant staff... everyone was helpful, cheerful and happy! The rooms are a bit small, but we only rested and got ready in them so no worries. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and rooms were clean. The restaurant is currently only serving breakfast, the staff was attentive and pleasant. Could use a lot of upgrades, but was roomy and food was decent. (Not free). The Splashatorium was a good way for the kiddos to wind down. Not really big or much to do. It was just the one slide, pool, and hot tub.... like I said good way to wind down and chill. Make reservations for the splashatorium!!! We made reservations a week in advance do to my research and looking at reviews, otherwise I would not have known. We had no where to sit or put or things, I would recommend that the resort supply enough sitting for the amount of people reserved. All and all a pleasant stay.

Update: Customer service is useless. They don’t want or even try to help you because it’s not in their best interest. Their Deals are no better than Priceline etc. The travel credits you earn can never be used because there is no way to apply the reward on the app. I called a rep about an issue with the hotel I booked. They handled it worse than a 5 year old. I guess British/ European people are a bit odd. Why this woman said what she said is inexcusable and definitely not proper customer service. They will not help you if you need it. Try another hotel app. The app gives you errors when you try to claim you $50 rewards. I wonder if people ever get them and use them successfully. I find it really hard the people in Europe do not understand the English language. I think they purposely try to act confused to avoid taking any responsibility. These people are a complete waste of time I think even a five year old in the United States could offer more customer service and these people can. They are truly a waste of space in the customer service industry.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my girlfriend we’re both woman and a couple booked a room here for New Year’s Eve. We thought we would have a decent room in the back with privacy and some peace. Wrong, in as less than 1 hour we received a disturbing note on my car windshield. You can see for yourself in my photos. We felt very uncomfortable and threaten someone at the motel is watching over us. We called the front desk to informed them what’s going on and requested for him to escort us to the car we felt unsafe at the moment. He took nearly 30 minutes. And so we decided to reach out to the cops to have them escort us out the motel in a safely manner. But the cops never showed up of course it was New Year’s Eve. The front desk attendant end up showing up later and we decided to get a refund back it was unpleasant. Cigarette hole inside the comforter, the vent was off the ceiling in the restroom, a cloth towel was hung on the shower curtain/rod used, and red stain on the side table. It may be cheaper to stay for a Motel 6 but this one was the worst one I ever stay please do not book this place!!!

The B&B is located in a nice historic area. It is a bit too far from the station, especially because we could not find any taxi service in the city. There is no reception at the building and we didn’t receive the email by the time we got there, which was a bit confusing. But we managed to speak to the person in charge. The building looks nice and historic. The bedroom was a bit expensive for the type of furniture they have there. The bedroom furniture looks cheap and old. The bathroom was nice, but the shower box was poorly installed and didn’t work properly. They offered a breakfast, which was included in the price. But the breakfast was too basic and we had to order some sides to complement our meal. However, we were charged twice for the basic breakfast and the service was pretty disappointing. We did book our stay without researching at the very last minute. The B&B was a recommendation by a friend. But we expected a little more for the price we paid for the suite.

I spent 4 nights at the Rocabella Santorini Resort. Simply stated, it was an excellent experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was presented with a welcome drink and informed that I was upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was perfect, large, and had all the amenities that I could ask for. My room faced the Caldera, which made for beautiful views. The highlight of my trip was twofold. First, the restaurant served very tasty food and the service was beyond excellent. Second, the waiter at the restaurant, Vlad, made my stay most memorable. In the 5 days that I stayed at the Rocabella, I developed a friendship with Vlad. During his time off, he showed me around the island and knowing my love for hiking, hiked with me to the town of Oia introducing me to some of his friends. As I was traveling alone, having Vlad there made my trip most enjoyable. Thank you Vlad and thank you Rocabella! I will be back with my wife.

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin? We arrived around 6:30 pm, after a 10 minute drive from Boston Logan Airport to the charming area of Revere. The entry details sent to us by the hosts were perfect! Upon entering the building, we knew that we were in a special apartment. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. Everything has been renovated to the highest caliber. The beds are all three like sleeping on clouds. Although, we were here only one night, prior to a flight to Newfoundland, we could have all spent a week. The restaurants in the area are great & so reasonably priced. We ate at Di’Parma, 2 blocks away. Fantastic fresh swordfish & risotto. Great house bottles of vino for $17 USD. Whenever I am back in Boston, this is where I will stay. I would give this 100 stars if possible. Thank you Erik & Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment. 😃🥰

My fiancée and I flew away and was booked in Montréal for a one week get away. There were many amazing places to dine coming from the gem of hospitality in the South - Charleston, SC. There were so many great and diverse ethnicities to dine. We stayed above a grocery store on Sainte-Catherine Street that had all of the amenities one could ask. We ate at ‘Cacou 70’ Rue Sainte-Catherine where we stayed for breakfast, Mediterranean Tabouli at a grocery store for lunch and Israeli, Latin, Greek, Asian and of course, French food for dinner. We were two foodies in a nirvana metropolis. We found ourselves eating at Cacao 70 several times due to their many options. We never ate the same options twice, as we sampled bites from each other’s order. We also went on a hot air balloon and hit the spa ‘Sibéria’, and bought many postcards and trinkets to seal our memory. I proposed to my fiancée while in Québec and look forward to future travels with her. Viva Montréal!

First off me and my husband were told that we could use the military discount on the app but when it came to it nothing showed up to put in the military discount information so they lied about that and we were left with an over bearing price that was more than the original price the hotel website even offered then when we tried to cancel the reservation we assumed we wouldn’t be charged because it was barely even 10 minutes after booking even though they have a 24 hour policy on bookings, which we tried to get the charges waived there was difficulty to get into contact with the customer service manager because there needed to be a “third party” to speak to us on the app but they were saying that there was nothing that they could which already goes against their policy. So we ended up having to keep the reservation since we’re tight on budgets, terrible service and terrible app, don’t recommend if you’re on a budget!!!

I did find some cheap motels in Savannah Ga at the last minute, and they were very cheap. But is was so far from Tybee Island. We stayed at the Baymount Hotel on 2 Lee Blvd, Savannah Ga. the room was for Thursday-Saturday. We did get a good rate. That was the only thing good about it. The room was very clean but very small for a family of 5. The pool was dirty and warm. Almost like it was a heated pool. And I kept asking why it doesn’t look like it’s been chlorinated, but they finally cleaned the pool on our last day there. And we could finally see our feet in the pool. And on this Booking app. It said hot breakfast served every morning. But when we woke up to eat. There was only muffins, bananas and yogurt, and coffee. I asked tje concierge and she said that since the virus they don’t serve hot breakfast. I asked why that wasn’t labeled on the website. But she couldn’t answer me. So our stay was ok. But it wasn’t the best I’ve had.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful. It has almost everything you need for an extended stay. It is located right by the #4 bus that will take you to Old Town, if you don’t want to walk. I prefer walking. It’s within easy walking distance of two beaches, grocery stores, bakery, and some great restaurants (Taj Mahal was my favorite). The only reason I rated it less was for the value. I stayed 5 nights in Kotor Bay for $45 euros less than I stayed 2 nights at Pavle, and in Kotor I had a full living room, and a washer to wash my clothes. The apartment I had in Virpazar, Lake Skadar also had a washer, 2 BRs and a living room for less money. And when I stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, I had a wonderful flat for far less money, so Pavle is overpriced comparatively. But again, the hosts are great, the apartment is very clean and the kitchen is equipped, and the location was good.

The staff is so helpful and understanding. I had read all the reviews about the king size handicapped room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. That is the room we have. For us, it’s not too loud, but we are here in late April. I do wish like others have said that it had a view of anything other than a wall. But it is what it is. I’m much more into the comfort of the room. Our room is clean, although, they do skimp on the toilet paper. I shall have to request more. We don’t use the amenities that the hotel offers. We don’t swim or go to a gym. We also don’t have have young children of any age. We have come to Reno to watch grass and trees grow somewhere. Anything other we say would be unfair because we have just spent our 1st night here. I don’t expect anything to happen negatively here that can’t be fixed.

Downloaded for US cross country road trip. Used everyday so far, now going on day 7. Very easy to search, read reviews by category, apply filters for specific needs (pet friendly, free cancellation, etc) and book. Saves billing info for easy reservations across pretty much all hotel/motel chains. Super simple to use. One suggestion, if Bookings had its own rewards program, it would likely gain more market share as many of the chains have their own rewards programs that incentivize using their app instead. For budget travelers like me, Bookings is easier to use in finding the cheapest deals across chains, so having an umbrella “rewards” or points system through Bookings that could apply to all stays regardless of the hotel chain would be awesome.
Read before you book! Your trip depends on it!!!

You get what you pay for... the first room I had because I did ask for a new room had a cracked and pealing ceiling, dark, and the furniture was so old and rocky, like a table that needed adjustments, the phone had some sort of interference that projected a high pitched screeching noise and rocky. That room needed a complete make over. So I get my new room in the “new” tower... the carpets getting there needed to be stretched like a low budget carpet company put them in. As you get off the elevator to the 22nd floor it smelled like sewage every day I was there which is gross. By the way so does the pool area that was half open. The bathroom in this new room is missing finishing touches the alarm clock is out of the 90s and the phone didn’t work in this room either. I won’t ever go back unless I go a nice free room to change my thinking... Which is why the saying “you get what you pay for” is true in this case. I would have rather payed the extra $200 and stayed in the Aria like I did last time and been a lot happier.

I must say my Husband and I checked in for 2 nights we watched the fireworks Father’s Day weekend it was beautiful I will be back I would never check in the Days inn again with there nasty slippery floors I like carpet the microwave wouldn’t even reach the socket at the days inn plus they tried to film flam us and said the towels was missing who on earth would steal dirty towels the supervisor fired the guy who lied and gave us our $100 deposit back I called the police got a report I was hurt to the pit of my stomach you don’t lie on me and my Husband we have plenty of money to travel with and if I was a thief why would I take dirty towels and not the iron or the blow dryer pillows and ironing board they was looking for an excuse to keep our deposit and it didn’t WORK I’m fine Hear at the Super 8 its way much COMFORTABLE BLESS THE OWNER WHO RENOVATED THIS HOTEL YOU'VE DONE AN AMAZING JOB MR&MRS JOHNSON

There’s two rooms with a pull out couch and a full kitchen. Pots, and pans. Silverware etc. nice big king bed. Comfortable newer mattress. Nice bedding. I personally watched as the maid brought fresh comforters to the downstairs unit, so it’s all fresh. Everything works. A couple minutes walk to the beach. If you want beachfront you may want to contact to be sure. Everything is nice and quiet, and clean. Since Covid-19 you need to have a mash on in stores, and some restaurants you have to wear one to the table. Don’t let this scare you off! Avon cottages offers a nice place at an affordable price. The beach is amazing down here!! Definitely two thumbs up!! If I had an extra arm the thumb would be up! Definitely coming back here!! Next time I want beachfront though I have a bad back, and can’t walk far.

We spent a week here and mostly just to rest it was quiet even know they're doing construction across the street and the room was nice and dark for sleeping on the air conditioning worked extremely well maybe too well. Staff is very accommodating and kind- You're within a five minute walk of the Times Square mall which is a great place to go for food on the lower level. also if you want to cross over where the monorail is a few blocks up there's a night Street market with tons of food and also the fancier Fahrenheit 88 mall and promenade. Personally I like the hotel but the street that it was on was off the beaten path and it could be a little scary for women traveling alone I would not recommend it. However I was always with my husband and never felt unsafe at any time. they have some fun theme rooms like the Beatles room in Marilyn Monroe room or the Elvis Presley room we actually stayed in the Beatles room for the first night and it was adorable. Breakfast was included but I'm not much of a breakfast person so I only saw one time and it was limited. Our favorite place was as you approach the Fahrenheit 88 mall there are some Japanese and Chinese letterings we found it on the last night and it's a massive food court with everything from Japan or Hong Kong. He was a nice stay and the price was right.
Checkout doesn’t work - 500 exceptions

The app hasn’t worked for anyone in our group for weeks now, ever since we landed in the UK. Every time we try to checkout the app returns a 500 exception at the last stage. Not sure if your revenue dropped to 0, as it doesn’t work on any of our accounts. But this is plain embarrassing. You should have really noticed your bugs by now. Ended up using alternative services and booking directly with the hotels all month. ******************************** In response to the developer - of course I tried to uninstall, and checkout doesn’t work on any of our phones - not just for me. Did some QA to make it work - and it seems that checkout doesn’t work for US clients in the UK without turning on VPN. Maybe you have some bug with payments details. You should look into it as no one in our group is able to use the app anymore since we came to the UK - so you’re losing thousands of $. And most people aren’t technical so they won’t figure out they need to turn on vpn or even know what that means!

Our first day was absolutely amazing the employees that were working that they were very accommodating! The next day and the people above us were so loud they kept my baby up all night crying. The next day they had to guests up to 25 people drinking and partying till two in the morning right outside of her window!! we were not compensated for our night. We were compensated for the night before but it was a horrible!! the employee that was working that night did not give a care at all….He was kind of acting like he was part of the party! However there are Many other good employee that made the stay better…I did feel that with our overall experience we should’ve got a room compensated! The guests are the reason why our stay was so bad which is unfortunate because it it has been a great vacation!

Deleted this Ap and will never do business with them or their partners. But if I may digress, I’ve used booking for the majority of my travels and with great success. Had a family member pass recently and set a booking for San Francisco for Sept 3. I made the reservation on 8/24. Booking stated in the reservation that my card would not be charged and only a hold would be placed as I could pay upon arrival. Low and behold I was charged on 8/28 for the full amount. No worries as we anticipated making the trip. Then we are stricken with covid on the 30th. Go into the booking ap to cancel and they say you’ve already been charged and the cancellation charge is the full amount. But wait I’m sure it said I had 24 hours to cancel with no fees? Nope. I sent and email to ask to reverse the charge and all of a sudden they have no control I have to call the property. Guess what…. I put it on a credit card, cancel the charge, erase the ap, put booking on blast for their deceitful misrepresentation and move on with my life. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS AP.

The customer service is the best. They treat you like royalty. That being said, the place needs some updating. They tile in the shower is cute but shower curtain didn’t go with th decor. The floors are sold and need to be replaced. The furniture in the room and lobby is very dirty and outdated. The pictures that are on the website are not true to the hotel. Hated the art work in our room. It looked like graffiti so we took it down during our stay and it made the room more acceptable. It was very noisy. We had a balcony and you can hear the rain and people taking and the wind. The halls were noisy and you can hear everything so not a lot of privacy. No elevator with so you have to walk those stairs! But absolutely loved the rooftop. Had a small pool and lounge chairs that we took advantage while there because beach is hard to get to in Old San Juan.

It was lovely to live there ! We arrived a little bit late , but the boss was so nice , even it’s late, he introduced us where the swimming pool and the kitchen and where we could have breakfast! He’s so nice ! And after we slept, we reminded that we need to get up early next morning so we can leave for the Xcaret Park early, but we have no idea where to take the bus and everything, so we have to wake him up , he’s so patient and helpful , and even helped us search for the bus routines so we could know when we can catch the latest bus back home ! Totally nice experience stay with them ! And the other day , his wife is also sooo nice ,cook us the breakfast and call the taxi for us . Highly recommend stay with them if you need to stay in Cancun! Lovely place and friendly host!

When I initially got the app (about 6 years ago) I was very pleased with the recommendations and found that the reviews and ratings were quite accurate. I was also happy with how easy the app was to use. Notice I said WAS. Now, not so much. For some reason, I am unable to do a general city search; it wants to only search for what is closest to me. Most importantly, many user reviews of properties state peoples personal experiences and not specific to the amenities, facilities, staff and services. And I suspect someone has been editing out the negative comments. We stayed at a property three years ago with a high star rating and glowing reviews, but when we got there, it was a run down motel 50 yards from a freeway. They required a $200 deposit - even with a credit card, worn out carpeting, an AC unit that had to be beaten before it would cough out coolish air, if it blew any air at all, no hot water and spotty wi-fi. I have been reading reviews online and comparing those to reviews on Booking and they are not even close: 2 weeks ago people have began complaining about bedbugs and roaches at one property, while no mention of such nastiness is made on Booking where the reviews are still all positive. I will try the update and see if that fixes the functionality of the app and continue researching online reviews/ratings.

Carob Hostel Carob Hostel is amazing!!! 10/10 from me. The vibe is FRIENDLY, WELCOMING AND HOSPITABLE. I was in Jordan for about 3 days and wanted to see Petra. Firas put together a tour for me to get the most out of my time in Jordan and it was amazing. I got to visit Wadi Rum, Petra, Aqaba and the Dead Sea. I got to see more way more tourist sites than I could have originally planned, and I couldn’t be more happy. The bathrooms, showers and bedrooms are clean and well divided. The outdoor space is very comfortable and with an amazing view to the city in the front. The overall the ambience is very relaxed, calm and comfortable; therefore very fitting for either younger or older people. The owners of the hostel are Ahmad and Firas. If you get to meet either of them you will feel like you have known them for years just by chatting with them for a few minutes very welcoming. I’ll come back to visit real soon and I would of course book with Carob Hostel. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. If you are coming to Jordan make sure you stay here and book tours with them you will not regret it. (Tips book the JordanPass and you will save a lot since the visa is included in the pass). Hotel was really nice wanted rooms together which came with a bed change but overall was clean and nice room was cleaned daily. Enjoyed the view of the ocean the pool the beach. Davian was our pool area guy and he knew his stuff made sure we kept up with the lunch time and went to get what we wanted in time so we had no wait and fed us nonstop drinks. He even knew the things my little niece liked and would pre-order for her. He really went above and beyond and I really like that! Wide selection of breakfast although some of the servers were stingy hey I love my food and one of them wasn’t very pleasant with my brother so I would have to go back there to get his plate. However food was really well cooked and flavorful. Enjoyed a few night shows and dinning, really loved the Italian restaurant.

Don’t use booking. They are middle men who only collect fees and don’t help with anything else. If you can’t reach the property booking won’t help. If the property won’t call or email you back, booking still won’t help. Waiting on a refund booking won’t help. I’ve contacted the property multiple times and I get no response from them. Also don’t book or stay at Downtown 24 Concierge. I’ve been contacting them for over a week and they don’t respond to messages and never return phone calls. Like I said, booking won’t help. Use at your own risk. Update to the developer response. I’ve already contacted customer service and was lied to by Javey if that’s even his real name. I still haven’t heard back from you all or the property. I’m still out of $293 that I’m being scammed out of by you and the aforementioned property. It’s been 16 days since I cancelled my reservation and I still haven’t received my refund. So try again with your nonsense. If you can’t get me my refund to respond to these reviews.
Bed bugs

I have stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the first time I ever encounter bed bugs. It was literally on the bed crawling around. We called the front desk repeatedly to get the person working to come. They didn’t answer so we grabbed our things and told her there was a bug in our room. She asked if it was a stink bug, I said no and asked if she would come to the room. She went into the room and saw it immediately. She apologized and said she would move us. We were about to leave the room when she turned back and said let me get it before it spreads. We then went to the front desk where she was bombarded by phone calls and proceeded to say she would move us. While she was on the phone we talked to each other and decided no way. We told her we didn’t want that we wanted a refund because we have children in our home. She then asked if we wanted one of the new unused rooms. We repeated no and she said we would get a refund once we spoke to the manager the next day. It’s been five days and no call back.

처음으로 숙소 평가 써 봅니다. 숙소가 난징토루 B코스의 종착점 타샤에 있어서 가서 하루숙박하기에 좋습니다. 그리고 숙소 사장님과 사모님이 정말친절하세요. 도착하는날 사장님이 픽업해주시고 뒤에있는 사원안내도 해주셨어요. 그리고 사모님이 요리도 잘하시는데 초대해주셔서 저녁도 잘먹고 숙소가 깨끗하고 아늑해서 편안한 밤을 보냈습니다. 죽순요리가 난징에 특색요리중 하나인데 숙소에서 직접 말린 죽순도 구매할수있습니다. 향이좋고맛도좋아요. 숙소에 하루 묶은것이 아쉬울 정도였고 숙소에 묶기 전에서 후에도 질문에 친절하게 대답해주셔서 고맙습니다. The accommodation is well located at Taxia village, which is the destination of Tulou Course B. First of all, the owener of the place and his wife were really kind and willing to help me. They did not just pick me up from Taxia bus stop from the course, but also guided me around with a kind explanation. The madam cooks well and treated me dinner! The place is calm and homey, besides clean! If you have any problem, the owner will happily help you! Also, dried bamboo shoots that dried by the owner, (which is a local dish), is sold at the accommodation. Last but not least, thank you Mr and Mrs for your kind answers to my questions!!

I called earlier this afternoon to make a reservation for tonight. They said they were booked full. Couple hours later, I tried on line and got a room but at a much, much higher rate. Very unfair way of doing business and a strange way to build customer loyalty. I also wanted to enter a comment about how they rent rooms (terrible). I had to enter a nickname to do it. I used my first name and initial of last name and a pop up message said that nickname was already used. I also entered both my initials and that got rejected, too. I then entered ‘Unhappy Customer’ and the same thing happened. I’m going to raise my scoring from One Star to Two Stars and keep going till it gets accepted. If this post appears online, it’s because it won’t accept lower ratings!

I travel A LOT for both business and pleasure. This is MY FAVORITE app for booking hotels. It's always the cheapest. The rates always go down. It's easy to make special requests. You can sync it to multiple devices or send and share a booking with other people. You can add booking details to your iPhone Passbook or to your Photo album. It has a pay later option. The customer service is wonderful. They will send you maps and things to do in the area etc. everything about it is perfect. Recently because I book so often with them they upgraded me to the genius account which means I get up to 30% off a lot of hotels. I had a hotel booked in nYc for $1340----they upgraded me and reduced my price to $901! Hello thank you! Use this app!
