The app is clunky and not the easiest to navigate. If you are an MLife member the info on the app tends to be different than what you can find on the we. Offers are not consistent or in a lot of cases even correct. Needs a lot of work.

Yea, having the room key on your phone is lovely... except the room key/reservation constantly disappears so during the entire 5- day stay I had to keep “checking in”... same thing happened last trip so not just a coincidence. Defeats the purpose.

Where do I start, well coming from a back ground of restaurant/Casino management I can only say that our stay there was not what we expected, We went there to get married and it was my husbands first time there so I wanted a grand room with a strip view and we got a room with a view of the airport strip and a corner view of the end of the strip which isn’t what we wanted or expected, so I called the desk to let them know and they didn’t offer to let us switch rooms, only proceeded to tell us we got what we wanted then we went to the buffet after getting married and paid 71 dollars I could not believe how unappetizing the food looked and there was not a lot to choose from, so we went to get the prime rib since Vegas is known for the Prime Rib and we got to our table and my husband asked what that smell was and I was like, what do you mean and we smelled the meat and it smelled so bad, I couldn’t even eat it, so I basically didn’t eat and my husband ended up getting sick to his stomach from something that he ate which could have been the sausage or prime rib that he took one bite of. We don’t drink so the free beer and wine didn’t sell us, so 71 dollars that we spent to eat there was way overpriced especially since we both walked out still hungry and unable to eat because of the smell and look of the food! I wanted to make my Husbands first visit unforgettable and boy I guess this is one way he won’t forget it! Also when I went up to a few of the MGMs employees and said “excuse me can u tell us where the Buffet is?” We got ssshhh with a index finger up at us, just wow, It was horrible and we will make sure that we will take our business elsewhere, thanks but no thanks for the huge disappointment!

The idea of this app is great, however, a lot of the functionality just sidesteps the app and takes you to a built in web browser. If I wanted to use the MGM website, I would use my we browser. I want an app experience. That said, the true downfall is the check in process. I was so excited to be able to pre-check in, then check in and use my phone as my room key. The issue is that every time the app restarts, it clears out the reservation so I have to find the confirmation number in my email, re-enter it in the app, wait for it to locate my reservation and then I can use it. I ended up just getting physical room keys from the front desk. Again, if the app worked, it would be great.

In many ways this is pretty cool and belongs in every hotel to manage your reservations and keep track of your points. However, the interface is fatally flawed in that the component that allows you to use your phone to open the lock has very poor interface design. Even if you’re already logged in, to open your door with your phone, you have to click “book”, then you have to type in your reservation number (which for me involves opening up the email sent when I made my reservation), and THEN I reach a screen where I can unlock my door. I cannot imagine anyone actually used this feature in real life before it was released.

I have already deleted the app from my phone, as I have only had trouble trying to log on. I also belong to Caesar Rewards and their app is head and shoulders above this one. I am also confused as to why my gold card from the Borgata in Atlantic City does not work in Vegas, and vice verse for the card produced at Bellagio does not work in Atlantic City. I thought that the purpose of these apps was to make things easier, not more difficult. I guess MGM didn’t get the memo.

I’m scheduled to be going to Las Vegas and made dinner reservations through the MGM Resorts app. I’m unable to see these reservations at this time and for the last 4 days. There is a message that states that the issue is on MGM’s end. I have reached out to the help desk via email and they were not of assistance. It would be helpful to know if my reservations are still in place.

I downloaded this app for Mandalay Bay in Vegas but it was completely useless. I still had to stand in a line to check in, it wouldn’t let me use my phone as a key and I couldn’t even check out with the app.

Bellagio for a Quick Concert Weekend

The Bellagio is clean but the rooms are small and a little outdated. The hotel staff we spoke with were always kind and helpful. For the price, our Fountain View King wasn’t much of a view. We went to see the Eagles at the MGM. The concert venue does a poor job of crowd management- lucky we were mostly too old to cause a problem. Excellent concert!!! A two hour line for a concert shirt is ridiculous. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but couldn’t figure it out- four is generous. Overall, a good trip. I will likely stay elsewhere when the Eagles come again!

The points don’t upload right a lot and seems the closer you get to a new to upgrading your card it stops adding points. I have been 1500 points away from gold for 24hours yet I have spent and gambled more in the last 24 hours. Than the last 48 where I’ve gained 15k each day until today! I will probably stop staying and MGM and try Little Caesars and there group. There card system is a scam here. No way do I gain 1500 points instead of 15k.

I test IOS and Android mobile apps for a living. I’ve never used an application that never connects and always says Oops we can’t connect - especially after 2 full days with Full Connection through WiFi and cellular. I understand connectivity and area is important but I’m in the Park MGM and still can’t connect. However, logging into the website and connecting works flawlessly and I can get my KA tickets and itinerary. Please fix the app. Thanks. Jason Heinitz

These developers always seem to be behind on updating this app to ensure functionality on the latest iOS releases. Beta iOSversions are released to developers way ahead of public releases especially for this reason.

I thought it was cool that can do mobile check in to MGM Hotel... i have a room number BUT come to find out that you still have to go to the check in desk???!!!! What’s the point?! You still have to fall in line to check in! Called the hotel to let them know that we are doing late check in and was told that it won’t be an issue. Sure! Still waiting for 30 mins ( still waiting for my turn) to “check in”.

MGM owns top of the line hotels, the app is pretty good but I was surprised how glitchy and slow it was at times and I’m on a 10S so it’s not a hardware issue. Checking into the Bellagio the card printer was broken so we had to check in the old fashioned way which was fine, just surprising coming from a top of the line hotel. Mobile check out worked alright but then it glitched and I couldn’t view my room expenses...a work in progress!

Been a rewards member for a while but back in the day I didn’t use phone apps all that much. I was hoping this app would allow me to quickly access existing reservations but it doesn’t. To access I have to click on BOOK which is dumb because it’s already booked. I then have to click on MGM resortsd, not intuitive at all since I presume I am already using a rewards app. Then I have to click scroll down to the Mlife rewards button and click join again aren’t I already in an Mlife rewards app and didn’t i already log into Mlife rewards? Oh and finally my room reservation is way down at the bottom. Come on. Check it the Hilton app. Immediately when I log in I see my upcoming reservation which is what I need 99% of the time. If I want new ones I can do that too, but the immediate critical information is right on opening. I don’t have to bounce around. Same goes for any airline app too. You would thin MGM would see the paradigm and be close.

Absolute tightest slots in town! Strongly advise to look elsewhere for any chance at winning! I understand that you will never win in the long run, but at least other casinos give you a fighting chance to win every once in awhile. I don’t understand how they get away with such a low payback percentage. The MGM properties in Vegas are way better, likely due to the level of regulations in place and competition. I would think that the Michigan gaming commission would have stronger regulations in place.

Mobile check in sometimes works, but kicks you out and requires you to know your reservation number to pull up the key even when logged in. not enough cell service for it to work in the West wing. the finger print login option kicks out and requires log in after a week or so. Hilton has a mobile key app that actually works smoothly.

The app should allow you to view your itinerary directly from the interface, it should allow automatic login unless otherwise specified and it should provide a more interactive and automated experience based on your preferred/booked reservation.

This app is great in many ways. It is easy to check out, book a room, and look up entertainment in the hotel you’re staying at. However, it needs two major improvements. First, the app keeps signing me out when I close the app. Second, the mobile check in and digital key didn’t work, and I had to go to the front desk (and through a very long line) to get checked in. Other than that, the app is great.

Need more functioning electrical outlets and USB’s in the room. You should be able to use point on your MLife to buy a soda, water, candy bar, etc; at any of the stores. Should give more MLife points while betting baseball and horses. Love the smell of the hotel/casino.

I downloaded this app and tried to check in. It gave me an error message. I uninstalled the App, reinstalled it and tried to check in again. It gave me an error message indicating that the problem was at their end and to refresh and try again. After the fifteenth failed attempt, I thought I should write this review.

We have been part of the MGM family for about 15 years. When we first came aboard we thought “wow” it’s wonderful how much you get to be a member, or it’s great how they take care of even the little guys who put money into this membership. It was clean and inviting In the casinos and pools and dining. Somehow, along the years the big guy forgot where they came from and how to remember how to treat ALL members. Oh, I know the big guys matter, however the average person means as much. We contribute as much because that what we can afford. We are that loyal people who wants to be able to stay a part of this family without you changes the rules making it harder for us to get those comp dollars. Changing the resort credit and changing where you can use it. That is a big deal for the average person who relies on this. I don’t know maybe you saw that the change looked good on paper, however, it’s NOT! I can only hope that you are hearing me because my family loves being apart of this family. As an Mlife rewards member, you should be able to find your upcoming hotel, show and dinner reservations with one click once you enter the app. It takes many many clicks to drill down deep in the bowels of the MGM universe to find this information. This should be app development 101. The app is not very useful for managing all you have going on during your Vegas trip.

I struggle with this app. Loading and checking offers requires you to go to program overview but once you check and offer I cannot figure out how to go back without being kicked out. I find myself using Caesars and B Connected a lot more.

I think it’s overrated. The hotel is nice however our room on the west wing wasn’t all that. The telephones are outdated and they don’t even have USB ports in the room or lobby. The staff is nice however check was very very congested. Maybe because we came on a holiday weekend. Rooms were not ready and cleaned when we checked in. My digital key works when it wants to...

The app says you can manage your reservations. That is not true. It does not show them, and cannot find them with last name and confirmation number. The app is just a large advertisement, and the functionality that would actually be useful to a guest of an MGM resort is not functional.

You are not able to see your upcoming reservations in the app. You can check in, but my home screen should show at least part of my upcoming reservation . Avis app, I can see my upcoming reservations. Southwest app, I can see my upcoming reservations. Marriott app I can see my upcoming reservations. How come with the MGM app I cannot see my upcoming hotel reservation and was booked with my mlife number. That should be fixed

I have been staying at a variety of MGM properties in Las Vegas for over the past 20 years and absolutely love the rooms, hospitality, dining experiences, shops, bars, shows, events, and concerts the MGM casino resorts have to offer. Having the MGM app allows me to easily see my Mlife players information, all my offers, room layouts and property amenities, plus make real time reservations. Highly recommend.
Mobile check in is trash

I was told I could use mobile check on the day before and could get my room number. I needed this a day in advance to schedule hair and makeup with a mobile company... the app offers the option to change the card on file before you check in so I chose to do that and I really wish I hadn’t. I am not able to check in bc I did that and when I called they said there was nothing I could do I would now have to wait until the next night when I arrive. If you can’t use the mobile check in once you change your card then you shouldn’t have that available as an option at all. Really hope this is the only bump I run into with this trip

My husband and I would not consider ourselves as large gamblers, yet we would consider ourselves fun junkies. We enjoy going and doing fun things. We find we so much enjoy going to nice places surrounding ourselves with nice people. We find being gold members give us the access to nice vacations or breaks and we are treated with respect and kindness that we really enjoy. We understand nothing is “free” but we enjoy the perks and exposure to deals that make it extremely attractive. We love the atmosphere at MGM RESORTS and the staff is so friendly and the food and drinks are great and the action and energy is downright fun. Well worth what we spend for the return. Thanks MGM.
Not as easy to use as other hotel apps

Been a rewards member for a while but back in the day I didn’t use phone apps all that much. I was hoping this app would allow me to quickly access existing reservations but it doesn’t. To access I have to click on BOOK which is dumb because it’s already booked. I then have to click on MGM resortsd, not intuitive at all since I presume I am already using a rewards app. Then I have to click scroll down to the Mlife rewards button and click join again aren’t I already in an Mlife rewards app and didn’t i already log into Mlife rewards? Oh and finally my room reservation is way down at the bottom. Come on. Check it the Hilton app. Immediately when I log in I see my upcoming reservation which is what I need 99% of the time. If I want new ones I can do that too, but the immediate critical information is right on opening. I don’t have to bounce around. Same goes for any airline app too. You would thin MGM would see the paradigm and be close.

A great place to have some serious fun! It’s really not small but close. Yet, it offers to all a place to dream big and simply have fun. Tons of slots and there are many to choose from too. Always keep in mind that when you go to the MGM it’s for entertainment and the hope you hit it big! All the get quick rich ideas are great but use common sense in the end. I say to all, go in dreaming and enjoy the reality of the ‘Here and Now’ because your trip back home will be filled with either laughter and a good time, or maybe a nice fat check from the MGM casino of Springfield, MA.

We have been part of the MGM family for about 15 years. When we first came aboard we thought “wow” it’s wonderful how much you get to be a member, or it’s great how they take care of even the little guys who put money into this membership. It was clean and inviting In the casinos and pools and dining. Somehow, along the years the big guy forgot where they came from and how to remember how to treat ALL members. Oh, I know the big guys matter, however the average person means as much. We contribute as much because that what we can afford. We are that loyal people who wants to be able to stay a part of this family without you changes the rules making it harder for us to get those comp dollars. Changing the resort credit and changing where you can use it. That is a big deal for the average person who relies on this. I don’t know maybe you saw that the change looked good on paper, however, it’s NOT! I can only hope that you are hearing me because my family loves being apart of this family. Mirage Hotel and Casino

We always stay at the Mirage because it feels like our second home when we’re in Las Vegas. The rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to help if there is ever a problem! We now have our daughter and her boyfriend staying at the Mirage also and will be back in September with a friend of my husbands, who has never been to Vegas yet!! We will always stay at the Mirage ( or at least an MLife Hotel when visiting Vegas.
Poor interface design

In many ways this is pretty cool and belongs in every hotel to manage your reservations and keep track of your points. However, the interface is fatally flawed in that the component that allows you to use your phone to open the lock has very poor interface design. Even if you’re already logged in, to open your door with your phone, you have to click “book”, then you have to type in your reservation number (which for me involves opening up the email sent when I made my reservation), and THEN I reach a screen where I can unlock my door. I cannot imagine anyone actually used this feature in real life before it was released.
Worst check in experience ever at Luxor

MLife app only checked in one of two rooms booked. Elevator card reader would not hold my floor number so took me 30 minutes to finally find an elevator that would hold my room number. Front desk solution was to change my room. How is changing my room going to get my room key to work in the elevator card reader. Walked what seemed like 3 miles from parking garage to front desk, back to front desk for correct keys to 2nd room then the elevator problem. This is the worst experience and way to start my family Christmas trip. Killed any holiday joy I had. Will never stay at this hotel again and am a professional meeting planner so will let everyone else at my company not to book this hotel until they have a guarantee the elevator card readers work correctly.
Bellagio for a Quick Concert Weekend

The Bellagio is clean but the rooms are small and a little outdated. The hotel staff we spoke with were always kind and helpful. For the price, our Fountain View King wasn’t much of a view. We went to see the Eagles at the MGM. The concert venue does a poor job of crowd management- lucky we were mostly too old to cause a problem. Excellent concert!!! A two hour line for a concert shirt is ridiculous. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but couldn’t figure it out- four is generous. Overall, a good trip. I will likely stay elsewhere when the Eagles come again!

The idea of this app is great, however, a lot of the functionality just sidesteps the app and takes you to a built in web browser. If I wanted to use the MGM website, I would use my we browser. I want an app experience. That said, the true downfall is the check in process. I was so excited to be able to pre-check in, then check in and use my phone as my room key. The issue is that every time the app restarts, it clears out the reservation so I have to find the confirmation number in my email, re-enter it in the app, wait for it to locate my reservation and then I can use it. I ended up just getting physical room keys from the front desk. Again, if the app worked, it would be great.

This app needs a lot of work. There are some nice features about it such as checking restaurants and entertainment, but it also has a lot of flaws. First I couldn’t do the mobile check in for some reason. Then I was sent an email for mobile check in but it kept timing out. So when I was finally able to complete it I get to the hotel and their kiosk is down and I had to stand in line anyway. Then somehow the mobile check in had upgraded my room to an ADA room?!?! Again lots of issues within the app and the system as a whole. It would also be nice if the app provided property maps so you could find things easier.

I attempted to check in and obtain my mobile key about 10 times. Each time it recognized my reservation, located my credit card, then failed on final step with error message that I’m not allowed to check in because the reservation is not associated to my account. Getting help for this error was impossible. Reservation desk says they are not able to assist with the app and transferred me to the front desk. Front desk gave me a new reservation number saying the app doesn’t recognize alpha characters. Same error with the all numerical reservation number. The app is not allowing the convenient mobile check in I expected.

We checked in on Thursday June 6 a slight missup checking in due to using a 3rd party but Dennis at the front desk has it all squared away for us. The valet service and people are so very curious I couldn’t ask for better people to help me in and out of my car and always asking if I needed directions when leaving and when I returned if I had a good time. I will use Excalibur again the next time I am in Las Vegas. Sincerely AMFERGUSON

This app is great in many ways. It is easy to check out, book a room, and look up entertainment in the hotel you’re staying at. However, it needs two major improvements. First, the app keeps signing me out when I close the app. Second, the mobile check in and digital key didn’t work, and I had to go to the front desk (and through a very long line) to get checked in. Other than that, the app is great.

My wife and I have stayed at the Bellagio in LV many times and the Borgota in AC more times That I can remember. Both places are great. We played in Both casinos and had Avery enjoyable time. All I would like if the points we accumulated in your LV casino can be carried over to the Borgota. Our pearl cards we have gotten in LV doesn’t work in AC and the goes for our AC cards don’t work in LV. Thanks for all the good times in both. J Shaw

Needs digital card fix

Love the functionality of the app, however it’s a bit annoying to have to keep entering the confirmation # in order to use the digital key feature. Not efficient when you’re trying to go into your room. At this point stick to traditional keys. Unless I’m doing something wrong every time I close out the app said info is requested. Aside from that nice app to have while here visiting.

The MGM at Springfield app is misleading, we believed the Springfield resort had an indoor pool with the spa and a hot tub!! they offered nothing of the sort but still charge you a $22 resort fee for a small dinky gym and free Wi-Fi?? You don’t even have free valet parking with your stay for over $200, no air conditioning in room it is like a sauna in here the tv volume is controlled so you can’t hear it it’s ridiculous. The walk from the garage is long too Long to the lobby. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends how disappointed I was and make sure they all go to Foxwoods or Mohegan. Thanks SPRINGFIELD!

A little glitchy-a little surprised

MGM owns top of the line hotels, the app is pretty good but I was surprised how glitchy and slow it was at times and I’m on a 10S so it’s not a hardware issue. Checking into the Bellagio the card printer was broken so we had to check in the old fashioned way which was fine, just surprising coming from a top of the line hotel. Mobile check out worked alright but then it glitched and I couldn’t view my room expenses...a work in progress!

We stay at the Beau every time we visit Biloxi. It’s a nice hotel and they always comp us a room. Not much to complain about regarding the rooms and gambling area. I gave 4 stars for one reason. They never have enough wait staff out on the floor. They need more waiters to cater to the thirsty people gambling, I get frustrated when I have to leave the table and go get a drink ..after doing so a few times..,, I just go back to my room.
Digital Key won’t work

Very disappointed of the app and the expectations I had with Luxor overall. I don’t have the 4-5 star hotel feel that is expected for this place. Elevators have cardboard on the walls, accommodations in the room subpar. Super 8 gives you a refrigerator and it’s a pay option here. And this digital key only worked for the first day then said it won’t access. Went down to the counter and they had no clue how to resolve the problem and the staff told me that it usually doesn’t work. Well... that’s good to know. Like I said not a 4-5 star hotel feel. I’m very disappointed.

I waited over 30 minutes to check into the Las Vegas property. 30 minutes in I decided to do mobile check in so got out of the regular line with my mobile app downloaded and all the info filled out. It refreshed just as I got to the mobile check in desk and decided then to show a “something went wrong” message. Don’t waste your time with this app - I had to get back in the regular line and wait an additional 45 minutes - and this is at midnight. Figure out your check in MGM! Not staying here again.

The application works great when it’s working. I’ve been getting system errors for the last two months. The app has been working well lately. I’m upgrading my review for now. The application developer responded back to me in a timely matter, me issues. I have used the application several times recently with no issues.

Absolute tightest slots in town! Strongly advise to look elsewhere for any chance at winning! I understand that you will never win in the long run, but at least other casinos give you a fighting chance to win every once in awhile. I don’t understand how they get away with such a low payback percentage. The MGM properties in Vegas are way better, likely due to the level of regulations in place and competition. I would think that the Michigan gaming commission would have stronger regulations in place.
Mlife login not working

The Mlife login does not work for me. Accepts my login information, but takes me to a screen that says “please check in at the front desk. Your reservation required additional care”. I wasn’t trying to access a reservation, only log into Mlife. Excited for this feature once it is functioning as intended.
Park MGM

Not real impressed with the room. It seems sparse with its lack of drawer space, barn door bathroom and closet and no clock. The bed is comfortable and the service is excellent. This room is about 1 step up from a room at ExCaliber. Won’t be staying here again. The rooms were much nicer when it was the Monte Carlo

The points don’t upload right a lot and seems the closer you get to a new to upgrading your card it stops adding points. I have been 1500 points away from gold for 24hours yet I have spent and gambled more in the last 24 hours. Than the last 48 where I’ve gained 15k each day until today! I will probably stop staying and MGM and try Little Caesars and there group. There card system is a scam here. No way do I gain 1500 points instead of 15k.

I spent 5 days at MGM Grand to celebrate my 50th with friends. We had an awesome time, the food was great and the staff very accommodating. We dined at the Buffett and A Cafe. I love the security of the elevator key card system. I was offered the reward card w/ military benefits and truly appreciate the gesture. Cons: some of the roulette machines are broken or malfunction often and several the slots seem outdated.

I have already deleted the app from my phone, as I have only had trouble trying to log on. I also belong to Caesar Rewards and their app is head and shoulders above this one. I am also confused as to why my gold card from the Borgata in Atlantic City does not work in Vegas, and vice verse for the card produced at Bellagio does not work in Atlantic City. I thought that the purpose of these apps was to make things easier, not more difficult. I guess MGM didn’t get the memo.

I booked my stay weeks ago but the app couldn’t find it, so I wasn’t able to check in via the app or use my phone as a room key. The nice smiley young lady at the front desk said yes, my reservation is in the system and sometimes it takes a few days for the app to catch up. I’m only here 3 nights, so we’ll see if it catches up in time for me to use it to check out...

I opened the app, made sure all of my information is correct but it keeps telling me that something went wrong on your end and that it cannot find my information.. seems to be a disconnect between my mlife credit card account, your online account system and this app.. I would love to see more usable features with this app for the future.

I thought it was cool that can do mobile check in to MGM Hotel... i have a room number BUT come to find out that you still have to go to the check in desk???!!!! What’s the point?! You still have to fall in line to check in! Called the hotel to let them know that we are doing late check in and was told that it won’t be an issue. Sure! Still waiting for 30 mins ( still waiting for my turn) to “check in”.

I think it’s overrated. The hotel is nice however our room on the west wing wasn’t all that. The telephones are outdated and they don’t even have USB ports in the room or lobby. The staff is nice however check was very very congested. Maybe because we came on a holiday weekend. Rooms were not ready and cleaned when we checked in. My digital key works when it wants to...

We are staying in the Stay Well suite. And it’s very nice. The only complaint I have is there is smoking in the Casino and my asthma doesn’t like it at all. But would come back just finding alternate routes to walk around.

As an Mlife rewards member, you should be able to find your upcoming hotel, show and dinner reservations with one click once you enter the app. It takes many many clicks to drill down deep in the bowels of the MGM universe to find this information. This should be app development 101. The app is not very useful for managing all you have going on during your Vegas trip.

You are not able to see your upcoming reservations in the app. You can check in, but my home screen should show at least part of my upcoming reservation . Avis app, I can see my upcoming reservations. Southwest app, I can see my upcoming reservations. Marriott app I can see my upcoming reservations. How come with the MGM app I cannot see my upcoming hotel reservation and was booked with my mlife number. That should be fixed

I have actually never been compelled to write an app review before this one. This app is worthless. It can’t retrieve any reservations, can’t retrieve my MLife Rewards account information, can give you a digital key, but can’t allow you to check out (and that would assume it could pull up your reservation in the first place). Utterly worthless and actually cost me MORE time out of my vacation stay than anything else.

I will be visiting Vegas in July and I always make my reservation through the app but on this occasion I couldn’t because I had no comped rooms so I contacted my host and he says he is seeing my account differently from what I have and I do have offers so he reserved for me. I don’t mind using my host but I like to see what’s available before making a decision and now I can’t do it so that’s why I’m giving it one star until it’s fixed

Said my room was available then it would let me know when it was available . Which is it? Frustrating. I have done plenty of corporate events at Mandalay Bay, the checkin has always been terrible; all these years. This is why I do not do personal trips with you.

The thing I check most often is not even here on the app. Also if you could organize the offers better it would be much easier to find what I’m looking for. The headlines of the offers themselves don’t help me. They are all ‘exclusive’ and a discount.
