The app is good for shopping & accessing current offers to general public. There doesn’t seem to be any option for adding offers or coupons that are specifically mine. With rewards and birthday bonuses all digital, I wish I could add them to my app rather than having to search through my email.

Waited 4 month For a bra that was a gift and Victoria Secret canceled my gift bra and the money was returned to the person who purchased me the gift they didn’t call text or email to ask me if I want a different bra or I want to gift card no nothing . When I called them they didn’t even offer anything so I didn’t get my gift waited 4 months was stuck with the underwear that’s a matching in gray color which I’m not gonna wear because I don’t have the bra. Very bad business they lost because I would’ve gotten something else and I lost $120.

I really love the brand and I am addicted to shop with you. I usually go in store, if I don’t find something then I go with online orders. Most of the time I had the worst experience. As my order did not ship to right place they offered me a refund or I can order any 2 items to replace my previous order. As I don’t need refund I choose the second option (to replace the items) . On the next day when I reach out to them, they didn’t even ask me what happened and issued the refund.Which I don’t need it. It was their mistake. The other offer what I was proposed they are asking me to pay for that as they issued refund.Where I never asked for REFUND. I also asked them to revoke the REFUND. That is not what I want. They never stand on the word they promised me. If they don’t want to stand then why should they offer me. It took more an hour behind them. Though they processed what I need after very long time. They used a word FREE and keeping some conditions on return. I don’t like the way they disrespect me. I am not here to take something for FREE. They did a mistake instead of saying it’s their mistake. They used a words COURTESY and FREE on me. I don’t recommend going online purchases. I have proof of every chat

I’m just curious if the developers of this app know that it doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to return an order since before Christmas and the return feature will not work. How else are we supposed to return an item when you can’t even get a return label? This is ridiculous. Of all the technological advances and big tech companies controlling virtually everything on the internet you’d think someone would have the intelligence to figure this one out 🙄

The app is bad. It doesn’t function as an app - it seems to just open the website. The customer service function is poor, you cannot check on orders within the app. It basically tells you to wait for a confirmation email. Part of my order was cancelled and had it been any other website I would have been notified and given options on other ways to purchase the merchandise. Instead, I was notified that one item shipped (with $8 shipping). I was instructed to purchase a different item (and pay $8 more dollars of shipping). That’s enough just in shipping for a whole other item. Bad app to say the least.

Forced to update my iPhone but not willing due to the stupid contact tracing apple is requesting. I was using the VS app fine until this update! Tried to shop in store but associates humiliate customers by telling them that they gained weight out loud!

I am very saddened that I can no longer use your app bc it requires iOS 13.0 or newer. My iPhone 6 is the most up to date with iOS 12.5 and therefore I can’t do anything on your app bc I can’t open it due to it prompting me to update the app and then I can’t update the app. I have a VS CC which I use a LOT shopping through the app. My 2 daughters were very upset they didn’t get the usual gifts they get every year at Christmas from VS and this was bc I couldn’t shop on my app like I usually do. I haven’t been going in to stores to shop with the virus going on so I am very saddened by your decision to require a certain iOS to use your app. I hope you rethink this decision before more customers are lost by not being able to shop anymore like I am.

I cannot get into my app or update my app for about a month now I’m getting a little frustrated every time I go to press update it takes me to the app and it says update again and then when I go back to update it loads but then it doesn’t go to the app what is going on with the app and developer getting a little frustrated I am a very avid shopper of Victoria’s Secret and I love that Heavenlee pajamas and I would like to shop but I can’t I have to go to the main websiteHow can I fix this issue? I shop at VS very frequently but now I can’t even update the app because it requires iOS 13 or later........Not all of us have an iPhone 3000 😒. A little ridiculous that my iPhone 6 can’t run the app at all, now. So I have to shop through the website until I can afford to upgrade to a $1,000 iPhone. Not happy about this at all. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. The app worked completely fine before.

I have a credit card and used it for the free shipping and it didn’t take it off still charged for shipping. Not sure if it’s a glitch with the app or what I usually don’t have issues over all though very convenient app but just false advertisement on here

The update on my phone is up to date to the most recent version available. To use the Victoria’s Secret app after the update, it is asking for an iOS version that isn’t available yet. I can’t get back on the app to shop, or to get exclusive “app day” deals.

This app does not work with iPhones 6 or older - it basically locks you out of the app. The app insists that you must update but you can’t, because you will never have IOS 13.0 or higher.

This app is one of the worst shopping apps I’ve ever used. I want to be able to just click on the category I’m looking to shop in (like tops), and start browsing - but you have to scroll through so many ads for other VS items that you’re not even interested in buying before you can look at things. It’s confusing to navigate, and not very user friendly. Also, some items don’t even show up in their category, and I have to type them into the search to find them. Needs a lot of improvement.

Got in a state where I could not check out (had to restart app). The main thing a merchant should ensure is seamless is buying things!! Credit card management is primitive. Navigation is awkward and confusing.

So go to my app to order and it won’t let me click out of the update app. So click on the update. App screen goes black for hours and never updates. It’s not my phone already checked out my storage only used 15.1gb out of 128. I missed out on all Black Friday deals because of your faulty update.

So all of a sudden I can no longer use this app because I don’t have IOS 13 or higher?? Great thanks. I guess I won’t be shopping at VS as much as I used too. Actually I might just stop completely because ever since VS partnered with Comenity Bank, my automatic payments got cancelled so I got charged a bunch of late fees for months that I didn’t even know about & my mailing address got changed to an old address too. Idk what the hell happened but somebody f***ked up & it wasn’t me unless I deleted all my current info in my sleep. 🤔🙃🥵

Please make your app rotate to landscape, I use my iPad with a keyboard, and it is extremely annoying to not be able to use the app because I don’t want to have to hold my iPad in the upright portrait position when shopping. So, sooo annoying.

Most of these updates have only made the app worse not better please go back to 2017 version. From the look to app navigation it's just not better than before. (Edit from 2020- the MOST ANNOYING thing is when my app updates WITHOUT my PERMISSION & I make sure to leave auto updates off so that's not it. I don't like this current update & I shouldn't have it considering when I check the App Store it still has the 'update this app' on VS for me. Also it now won't let me add things to my shopping bag. Very disappointed)

Shopping bag is possessed. Deletes AND ADDS items on its own. I understand when inventory is down so it disappears from bag, though you shouldn’t be able to add it in the first place. But you can’t delete items!!! At checkout, about to process payment and the app had put back previously deleted items. It just took me an hour to order some panties. Having to REPEATEDLY correct the shopping bag. Apparently “user friendly” is not a thing at VS.

Love VS and Pink. Love the selection of panties and bras to choose from. The app however just isn’t as good as I think it could be. I would love an option to favorite a pair of panties, bras, leggings, etc to come back to when I want to buy it. I thought it had that option at one point and I don’t know why it’s gone now. If they do have it and I’m just not seeing it it’s be treat for someone to let me know lol. Sometimes it a little laggy and slow and won’t remove items from my cart.

I had a bad experience buying at Victoria Secrets online, horrible, I do not recommend it, because I bought several products (6 specifically) more than 1 month ago and after making the purchase they canceled 1 Product, then they told me that they had sent me two and I arrive at fifteen days now I wait for the other 3 and the application says that the purchase was canceled. I have sent emails and nobody answers me. Well for me the purchase and / or application was fatal I prefer to go to my store

When I first got married we didn’t have much money. I looked forward to my gift card I got every year for Victoria’s Secret. It was the highlight of my year. I can afford it easier these days but I am sorely disappointed in the quality of the products. Somewhere you guys have lost your way. I would keep the same 10 pair of panties and they’d fit great, did not ride, and lasted for years. Not they do the opposite. It is ridiculous really. Please. Go back to the Way they were before. My bras would last forever. It was so nice. No they are tight, the material is rough, and they cost twice as much. Customer service is lacking as well. The people at the stores are not friendly or helpful. They act Like they are better than you are. Just awful all the way around.

It’d be better if they had the wishlist feature back. It’s just so much easier saving stuff to it that way you can easily come back to it. Especially with the perfumes and panties and that most of the bras are named the same but they’re different so it’s just easier to remember what you wanted and you could easily save it to Add to your cart later. If you guys do add it back that’d be amazing but for the most part an overall amazing store.

Everytime I try to check my delivery status in VS app and the PINK app it kicks me back out. Probably to hide the fact that I’m missing several items but cannot see everything I am missing due to this problem. I placed an order MAY 30 and have not received two or more of my items (it shows a few of the items but if I click on the whole order it backs out) it is now JULY 16 and I have not received any type of information on that order (says it was backordered on JUNE 24 but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.) I have been shopping with VS since I was a preteen and have spent OVER $1000 there just this year but I don’t think I’ll be shopping with them anymore considering this has happened with two orders I’ve placed AFTER the no show order I mentioned above. Pathetic app and horrible service!!!

Besides the refund policy the app isn’t that bad. I ordered 5 items and one of the items got back ordered yet I was still charged even though it wasn’t in stock. Plus they charged me for keeping my item in backorder and they never told me they charge every 3-5 business days. Then they canceled my order and never refunded me not even a dime since it was an online order. You might as well just purchase in store for what it’s worth. Literally trash I’m never ordering online again 😐.

I’ve tried many times after many of the updates, and Face ID still doesn’t work. You set it on the sign in screen, logout and evening time you have to use your ID and password. Please fix, way to long!

I’m addicted to shopping at Victoria’s Secret. I have many panties, bras and accessories. They have a wide variety of items to choose from on their site. I only shop online. I love their clearance section. I usually find quite a few things at a great price, especially when their clearance section is discounted. Their end of year sale should not be missed. If I get an item that I’m not happy with I usually just resell it. VS products always sell easily. There’s ways to get around paying the shipping charge. Being a VS cardholder has its benefits too. The website is full of special sales and items that u won’t find in a store. The site is easy to use and has virtually no cliches or bugs. FYI-I use my new iPad for shopping. I’m sure other devices have just as easy a time using this site. I honestly don’t mind shopping online on VS. enjoy!!

I have tried to place an order and connect it to my offers that I have received in the mail, the app does not allow more than three offers within it, however it will not accept more than two offers. Then when I’m trying to connect it to make a payment it clears out the offers category and I have to start back over. since I am working off of pieces of paper that have been mailed to me, and printed in a font that is generally illegible unless I take a photo and make notes it becomes quite cumbersome when I have to re-enter information multiple times before it’ll actually go through. The other issue that I have is I have attempted to make a payment on my angel card through the app and have been completely unsuccessful every time. I’ve been sending my payment to VS and they charge me a late fee, when it would have been in time if I could have gotten the app to work properly.

The Victoria’s Secret app and online shopping is 10 times better than the store because it has over 50% more in stock and more collections and it’s a shame that the store doesn’t carry him anything that is short or tall they only carry regular length which is a model size and the people in the store absolutely so rude to me every time I go in and when I called Victoria’s Secret in their great especially recently win couple pairs of my underwear came up missing in my order for Christmas and they made sure to get those sent right out since I am the highest court order I Victoria’s Secret and I spend a lot of money there and when I walk into the store they treat me like crap and it’s very very aggravating thank God for the app and online shopping!

The Victoria’s Secret APP stopped working two days ago while I was trying to place an order and was at the check-out stage trying to apply my discounts I EARNED!!! Lost out on the reward card due to the app going CrAzY, and eventually it went to a black screen that just says VICTORIA’S SECRET in gold letters. I kept trying to re-open so I could get my order completed, but no luck! I lost several items because they sold out while I was trying to check out. Now when I try tap on the APP it goes to the black screen w/Victoria’s Secret in gold on it and after waiting around 30-60 seconds it just closes and goes back to my home screen!!! FIX YOUR APP!!!! I shop online with y’all EVERY WEEK!!! PLEASE GET YOUR APP WORKING!!! And also, work on the Check-out and add you should add a “save for later” feature to the cart...so you don’t have to start over just to get to use the offers and rewards!!! I have been an avid buyer of products from Victoria’s Secret forever. I have many leggings, tops, bras, undies, and beauty products from them. Half my wardrobe has the VS logo somewhere on it. I do see the sizing and fabric to be a little odd with some orders, so I know quality control isn’t what it’s supposed to be. But the main reason I’m leaving a bad review is because I feel like for the amount of money and support that is shown to your company, the very least you could do for your loyal customers is have a functioning website/app. Today, I was prepared to spend over a $100 and I was unable to sign in, the app wasn’t loading properly at all, and the deals were only available for an hour. I promptly spent almost the whole hour trying to reach customer service to no avail and no purchase was made. What a shame that a company I have always enjoyed buying from has now left such a bad taste in my mouth!

Victoria’s Secret Online shopping is so much better then shopping in the stores! Especially when shipping is FREE! Today I went to my local Victoria’s Secret store and I was so bummed out when I found out they were out of my size in the underwear I wanted, especially cause there’s was a wonderful deal on undies! So thinking if I get online they might be out of my size too. But I gave it a shot. And behold. I was able to get the undies in the size I need plus more, cute pajamas and a some cute bras! I punched in my offer codes and was able to save money by buying more! So worth it! But now in order to get my free shipping I just have to wait a little longer for my items to arrive but totally worth it!

I've been using the app for a while now and it definitely needs some updates. For one it always seems to conveniently stop working when there is a decent sale. There was a flash sale for a few hours a while ago and the app won't even load up/ or I just can't check out. This has happened a few times and I’ve just had to get on the actual website to purchase anything. The app is very laggy when it comes to loading screens and looking at multiple items. It also gives me a message saying 'this page is unavailable' when I go to look at my orders. The most basic of apps should be able to show you your own orders... I also agree with some of the other reviewers, if I'm spending the money let me use all my available offer codes / coupons. Limit of three is kind of cheap.

The app keeps shutting itself down. I spent hours shopping and building a cart, went to place my order and all shut itself down and now all I get is a black screen that says Victoria’s Secret on it for about 20-30 seconds and it kicks me back to my home screen on my phone. I am beyond mad. This is not the first time this app has crashed. Last time it crashed for several weeks. I’ve missed out on exclusive offers, missed out on perks from my card, missed using gift cards as a reward from purchase, as well as lost items that were limited in quantity at the time due to the delay. This is ridiculous!

Positives: Easy to search for and find items. Excellent photos and descriptions of goods. This is especially true of the colors of cosmetics. Checkout is done well, with enough steps to ensure one is given every opportunity to make desired changes, but not so many that it feels burdensome. Negatives: A bit cumbersome and not as user-friendly as I’d like an app to be. I find the print to be clustered and arranged in an odd manner, so I am often searching for things (i.e. description and ratings) that should be more easily accessible. This is especially true of the price, which I have to hunt for more often than I’d like. I think the the use of bold text and larger font would make it easier to maneuver within the app.

vs is a very bad app let alone store let alone company. there is no diversity. every single model is at least a size 0 and a double d. i don’t think there are any B’s let alone A’s. yes there are my people (african americans) but sis, there are no darker versions, there are no asians, Latinas, there are no plus sizes, no short people. and you don’t even let my girl rock her natural hair style. further more, Victoria’s Secret is SO transphobic. you are entitled to you own decisions, but sis. my mom said if you do t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. maybe you should let some transgender people be models. last time i checked, they were still humans. This my 2nd Time order online from VS & I love it, I ordered some things on 2/26 & got them this morning 2/29. I love VS products, I have lotions, the mist, bags, bras & panties. And oh yeah you must hit up the clearance sale like I did , I saved myself over $100 😁, what woman wouldn’t like that. My young daughter love wearing my stuff so I order her 2 mini lotion & mist sets & she was so excited to have her own🙂. My favorites are the Heavenly lotion & Mist, Bombshell Seduction lotion & mist , Velvet Petals Lotion & Mist, Pure Addiction Lotion & Mist & So much more. When I first got married we didn’t have much money. I looked forward to my gift card I got every year for Victoria’s Secret. It was the highlight of my year. I can afford it easier these days but I am sorely disappointed in the quality of the products. Somewhere you guys have lost your way. I would keep the same 10 pair of panties and they’d fit great, did not ride, and lasted for years. Not they do the opposite. It is ridiculous really. Please. Go back to the Way they were before. My bras would last forever. It was so nice. No they are tight, the material is rough, and they cost twice as much. Customer service is lacking as well. The people at the stores are not friendly or helpful. They act Like they are better than you are. Just awful all the way around.

Everytime I try to check my delivery status in VS app and the PINK app it kicks me back out. Probably to hide the fact that I’m missing several items but cannot see everything I am missing due to this problem. I placed an order MAY 30 and have not received two or more of my items (it shows a few of the items but if I click on the whole order it backs out) it is now JULY 16 and I have not received any type of information on that order (says it was backordered on JUNE 24 but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation.) I have been shopping with VS since I was a preteen and have spent OVER $1000 there just this year but I don’t think I’ll be shopping with them anymore considering this has happened with two orders I’ve placed AFTER the no show order I mentioned above. Pathetic app and horrible service!!!

I only give it 4 stars become of this issue...So I recently I just logged back in my account and as I was shopping I noticed that the love list icon was Missing and I assumed maybe it was just missing on my phone specifically so I went on my iPod because that was the last time I actually logged in And when I pulled it up I was logged in and I saw that it said the app needs to be updated becuz my ipod was dead and i hadnt been on the app with my ipod..only my phone which was only today.. so i declined the update and I noticed the love list was on my screen so I’m wondering if I update the app on my iPod will my love list icon disappear???

Love this app it’s a must have for the holidays. It keeps you up to date on the latest offers. It’s also easy to combine the coupons you receive in your mailers or while shopping in store. The app offers anything one might miss in the smaller stores found in small malls. In my experience the size guide is on point. Over all fully satisfied. The only improvement could be made in the search bar. There aren’t any related suggestions underneath- so you either spell the item correctly or scroll through dozens of related items.

I went to specifically look for a red sweater for Christmas and found one with rave reviews. Also, on the off chance, they might offer one I looked for black cross-body purses. It had become necessary to replace my current severely worn out bag. Not only did they have it, but their style can also be worn in two (2) different ways. Which offers versatility my current bag did not. Both items are in stock and I should receive them by the end of the week. Thus, I am extremely pleased that I checked out their app today. I have been a customer since the stores initially opened and even now that I am over age 60 I still find stylish clothes and of course the same quality in lingerie that I have come to depend on for over 40 years! Did all Christmas shopping for the Ladies in my family and my friends. Plus, of course, I had to be Santa for myself 😁, and it took maybe an hour. The offers apply at checkout with a tap, all my information is loaded and CLICK. I’m kicking back stress free. This App has been great for me for years and there’s no running out of what you want, especially the Totes the store never has after the first hour. I get all the deals and points etc as you do in the store with no headaches. I love it!

I am very saddened that I can no longer use your app bc it requires iOS 13.0 or newer. My iPhone 6 is the most up to date with iOS 12.5 and therefore I can’t do anything on your app bc I can’t open it due to it prompting me to update the app and then I can’t update the app. I have a VS CC which I use a LOT shopping through the app. My 2 daughters were very upset they didn’t get the usual gifts they get every year at Christmas from VS and this was bc I couldn’t shop on my app like I usually do. I haven’t been going in to stores to shop with the virus going on so I am very saddened by your decision to require a certain iOS to use your app. I hope you rethink this decision before more customers are lost by not being able to shop anymore like I am.

As a Forever Angel cardholder I am on this app at least 3 times a day!! But for the past few days I haven’t been able to get on :( Just a black screen then it kicks off. I’ve tried just going on the website but I can’t check my points or my card balance, I can’t even make a payment online! Hopefully, this issue gets resolved soon. And maybe by some miracle we can use more than 3 Offers at a time!! Lately, this app has been super slow and glitchy and just difficult to navigate overall. So I haven’t even really purchased anything. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise - more money in my pocket!!

Trying to login to the app and had to reset my passcode four time. All links showed as “expired” links. This then locked my account and I was not able to reset my passcode. I Had to contact online customer support. The link they sent me also showed as an “expired” link. I’m gonna They suggested I do either: 1.sign in as a guest or 2. have me delete my whole account. I had them delete my whole account and I could just created a new one and started over. This was very frustrating and annoying. I know the passcode I was putting in was correct and it had to be error technically.

Like at least four or five offers would be nice there’s a lot of great offers you have plus those rewards we earn makes it a little harder to pick which ones we’d like to use so being able to have at least four or five offers would be very beneficial!! I used to love the app bec it works wonderfully but since the updated a few weeks back it snot working well or properly. I’m able to see their offers but most of times when I go to “shop” option nothing shows, it s blank so I have to go to the website instead & the same if I had something saved in the shopping bag, the icon will show the quantity but it’ll not open (once again will b blank) when I tried so I have to go to the regular website again & shop all over again. I had to delete and re-loaded it, hopefully it works this time. Frustrating and disappointed.

I love this app, I just wish checking out wasn’t confusing. When you add offer codes you have to go back a few times and it shows your total is still there until the very end. Weird. But other than that I love being able to see the offers available. I absolutely love the bag I get as gifts from Victoria secret and Pink and love the fact I can see their offers easily. It’s fun to shop and browse to see what there is. And very easy to order. :)

The BEST way pay off and review a store credit card. If you link your Angel card to the app, you can review all your purchases, track when you’re next reward is coming, get birthday rewards, and it’s SO easy to pay off your card on the app. With the new iPhone IOS, you can link your debit account to the app and pay off the card with one click. So easy. I’ve never had a late fee.

When people go online and shop for stuff they expect to have the most options online but want to comes to Victoria’s Secret when you go on story you have more option instead of going online most people like to shop online so it’s easier instead of having to go all the way in store when you go online there’s very few options and if it’s on sale you only have one or two choices when there should be more than just those few choices.

I am highly disappointed with the fact that the app has crashed and is no longer functioning. All I get is a black background with the words Victoria’s Secret in white. The app then just crashes and I cannot access it. It seems since the IOS 11.2.1 update may have be the culprit. Other than that I did love the app and all its functions, as a Forever cardholder I frequent the app regularly and this app is my most convenient means of doing so. Please fix this.

This app is just a short cut to the website. I downloaded it to pay my bill because I was under the impression I could pay my credit card bills this way but either I'm really stupid or there is no way to pay it on the app. Either way they should make it easier to figure out for bill paying. Also the fact it's just a short cut to the website makes the app feel so lazy and sometimes it's really inconvent the way it works. The company charges $50 for something that probably cost $15 to make and it comes with this garbage? Disappointing. 😒 And if you do read this DO NOT reply "you can call this number to pay your bill" FIX YOUR APP!

This app always had minor bug issues that caused freezing and crashing but for awhile it was doing great. Maybe due to so much demand come December the app completely stopped working, you won’t open long enough for nothing, force closes or closes out but still open in the background. I was hoping they’d release an update so I wouldn’t have to delete and reinstall but I have now. Hoping it works. I throughly enjoy being able to order and pay with my angel card and having offers right on hand to use. Please fix. 😢

Being able to check out offers and coupons available even if you don’t necessarily have or were even aware of coupons is a treat. The “wallet” feature for coupons is cool. Everything I get whether it be online or in store items they are packaged nicely, and product is excellent what I expect. If I have any problems with sizes or it was a different color I wanted them I go to the store and they are always more than happy to help solve my problem. They offer to get me a new pair in store or try to refund my money back. Wouldn’t buy my sports outfit anywhere else.

The app is bad. It doesn’t function as an app - it seems to just open the website. The customer service function is poor, you cannot check on orders within the app. It basically tells you to wait for a confirmation email. Part of my order was cancelled and had it been any other website I would have been notified and given options on other ways to purchase the merchandise. Instead, I was notified that one item shipped (with $8 shipping). I was instructed to purchase a different item (and pay $8 more dollars of shipping). That’s enough just in shipping for a whole other item. Bad app to say the least.

App needs to become more user friendly in a sense when you’re trying to check out if you’re in your account you shouldn’t have to enter your cc info again. You should only have to enter a number if you’re going to use another cc. Maybe shorten it to your last 4 of SSN for verification purposes but not the entire cc #. Geez!

Excuse me ☝️? I have done several orders in the last two months alone and they are nowhere to be found. Tried the website too. Same thing there! Love VS and Pink. Love the selection of panties and bras to choose from. The app however just isn’t as good as I think it could be. I would love an option to favorite a pair of panties, bras, leggings, etc to come back to when I want to buy it. I thought it had that option at one point and I don’t know why it’s gone now. If they do have it and I’m just not seeing it it’s be treat for someone to let me know lol. Sometimes it a little laggy and slow and won’t remove items from my cart.

I just spend 1 hour trying to do my credit card payment and this app is asking my information like account number, called customer service and they were close went to the live chad and maybe them went out of town for vacation..... no way to find help or topics regarding this particular issue. Really sad it looks like they want to sell but they want you getting late on your payment. My app frequently doesn’t load - the bar at the top moves like it’s loading but then nothing changes. This happens most often when I’m trying to check out, or if I start to check out and add more to my bag and try to come back to my cart. It doesn’t matter how many times I kill the app I usually finish checking out in my browser because the app won’t load. It also has a hard time with signing me in with the facial recognition, I’d say it works about 1/2 of the time.

I love the store. I HATE this app with rage. I have been trying to buy a pair of pants now for four days. FOUR DAYS. This useless app keeps changing the price higher and lower, VS deleting pants from the cart, not allowing coupon codes longer than Tolstoy novels that I get by VS email or in the mail from VS to be applied, Now locked out, now VS has deleted pants from the cart again. This app doesn’t save likes anymore so you have to search over and over and because it deletes from the cart, over. Useless. I could have driven to a store, tried on the pants, purchased the pants, returned the pants. But no, this app is useless, cannot even buy pants. But oh look? EBAY has the pants. DePop has these pants. POSHMARK has the pants. In six seconds, and two clicks had I paid someone else for the VS pants I wanted. I don’t have to enter multiple codes! Free shipping! VS clearly does want me frustrated and furious but does not want my money. Infuriating. Shop what you want on another app.

I’ve been shopping VS Bras since I was fitted as a teen and NOBODY makes comfy cozy bras & bustiers like BS, especially nice in the summer! I have a couple pairs of brand new panties that are unraveling but the lady said wash them and they’ll exchange them! Great folks here in Salisbury! The only thing that aggravates me are when “FREE” OFFER CODES refuse to apply and my purchase qualified 100%! That happens ALLTHE TIME!!!!

This app is one of the worst shopping apps I’ve ever used. I want to be able to just click on the category I’m looking to shop in (like tops), and start browsing - but you have to scroll through so many ads for other VS items that you’re not even interested in buying before you can look at things. It’s confusing to navigate, and not very user friendly. Also, some items don’t even show up in their category, and I have to type them into the search to find them. Needs a lot of improvement.

Most of these updates have only made the app worse not better please go back to 2017 version. From the look to app navigation it's just not better than before. (Edit from 2020- the MOST ANNOYING thing is when my app updates WITHOUT my PERMISSION & I make sure to leave auto updates off so that's not it. I don't like this current update & I shouldn't have it considering when I check the App Store it still has the 'update this app' on VS for me. Also it now won't let me add things to my shopping bag. I love the Victoria Secret app! It’s easy to use. The app makes it simple to find different offers so I don’t get confused on what I can buy in-store or online! I love the fingerprint log- in feature for a convenient log in process. I also think the apply offer add-on feature in the cart is very user friendly. I shop on the app more than I do on my laptop.

I just made my first online order today and we will see how that goes! I love how simple it is to use everything and navigate the app. And paying on my angel card couldn’t be any easier! I love VS products, but this app is horrible when it comes to payment. I used my old VS credit card last week after a few years of inactivity, and my order went into limbo. Even after I called customer service and gave them a better cc, my order failed to process and was eventually cancelled. If there was a way to edit the cc information via the app, VS would have had a bigger order from me...my second time placing the order, I went smaller. Please have IT work on a tech solution!

After the latest app update on July 3rd the app stopped working and wont open as soon as you open the app it crashes i had to delete it twice now to get it to open but that only makes it work for a few minutes please please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.

I find this app experience to be a little frustrating; it’s a little glitchy, slow, and difficult to navigate. I think the bulky design was cute a few years ago but I wish they’d update and make the navigation a little more user-friendly. I find that I often put carts together but don’t checkout. This drives me crazy because I want to spend money on cute stuff! But I just hate the app so much. I end up giving up before placing my orders, or I have to beg my guy to go through the annoying process for me. 💔

I made a purchase from Victoria’s Secret the other day and got quite a bit of compliments on the velvet Matte. I went online to see about all the colors and it was on a bigger sale online than in stores. I bought more for myself and my sisters. Great experience shopping online. Products were easy to find and were all in stock.

I love shopping they the app always such great deals! The only problem I always have weather I shop in store or on-line I always tend to order to late when it comes to free bags at checkout, I was excited this time around to shop and get the free handbag but I once again not available. Overall I love shopping with Victoria Secret

I had a very horrible experience using this card, the minimum payment showing in the card was 5$ and I pains extra 15$ which is 20$ total and they charge me for not paying the minimum payment and the customer service for this card is so hard to get hold of and when I do they were so rude and they don’t know what to respond they don’t even know how the card works, I don’t recommend it to any one I care they r sneaky and steal ur money if u don’t check it It’s just bad , they say u get this and that but they will get ur money back by sneaking in to ur account
