The app would be great if I hadn’t spent 30 minutes choosing photos from my phone to upload and order and then the app suddenly closes without saving my progress. This happened 6 or 7 times. Yes I spent that much time because I wanted to get the sale price.

I had waited to Order Christmas Cards because I needed the perfect picture. Have ordered from VisitaPrint for a few years now but tonight when trying to order, the estimating shipping was December 19th to December 26th. So I proceeded to order since usually the first date is the one it will arrive. When I went to place the order, the date changed to December 30th!!! I could pay and extra 24.99 ( that was the total for my order with my coupon) to get them here by the 16th....REALLY. Disappointed and thinking I won’t have cards this year, I went to my app and in 5 min I have cards ordered and it says that telnet will be ready tomorrow....WALGREENS FOR THE WIN!!!

Terrible photo picking options in app. If you pick from one album you can’t pick from another album on phone with out losing first choice. Basic programming. I had to do separate orders. 🤦‍♀️ It also shows oldest pictures first and doesn’t short by album in phone.

This app blows. The map function only shows a small number of stores, in a very small radius, instead of allowing one to move the map in order to view store locations not immediately near the holder of the phone. It forces one to be psychic, and know ahead of time where stores are before it will show a map of multiple locations—again, only a limited number of stores are shown at a time. The BARCODE REFILL function is USELESS. Completely. Useless. I have tried in bright light, low light with the flashlight on (an option within the app), bright light with the flashlight on—I tried with the bottle in both resting positions (because there is NO indication organic to the label which way is “up”), and NOTHING! There are several apps that are nearly completely useless, and this is one.

We have tried every way to apply a code for Walgreens app photo discounts that came in the mail and there is no way to apply that code at any place in the order before hitting submit???? There is an expired code available to apply at the beginning of the order, but no place to apply the code that came in the mail???

So the first screen gives no indication of where to find my account details or order history. Randomly try eveything. Order history is under Shop Products-Purchase History. Some account details under the spinning Options/settings/preferences button. Still can’t find the rest. Under Balance Rewards maybe? I give up!

The app will no longer read my Apple Health tracker and it continually asks me to reconnect it. I’ve done it several times and it continues to disconnect and I’ve miss out on a lot of points because of it. Please fix.

I’ve yet to successfully refill a prescription with your app. Your text system describe my texts as “invalid” with no offer to resolve my issues other than visit your FAQ. I don’t believe any function in your app is useful to me without those abilities.

Vaughn was amazingly helpful with my online photo order as I’m not very computer savvy when it comes to doing things online. The employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful which is why I keep coming back after 15 years ( or longer) for all my pharmacy , photo, household, gifting, makeup (Of which Lindsey in Beautg Products is SO knowledgeable and helpful ) and (Dawn in pharmacy always remembers what I need and she is very efficient ) not to mention that I love my Reward Points ! I saved 10.00 ) just this past week! I would recommend this Walgreens location in Boone to anyone . It’s so nice when they remember you , are so friendly and the sale prices are really good buys AND you get reward points to save even more. So , thank you guys for being SO efficient. Merry Christmas to all y’all 😊❤️

I like having the app, but for photos it’s more of a pain. You can’t just download photos without ordering them to save them for cards or any photo gift. They need to update this so it’s more user friendly.

I have a coupon code but I couldn’t find anywhere to apply it. I backed out of the ap several times thinking it would give me the opportunity but it would go back to the same place. At the time of submitting the order it should give you the chance to apply any codes that you have. It didn’t. I even called the local store before submitting and asked a photo employee and she said right before I submit my order I would get a chance. I did not. So, now I don’t know what to do. This is a definite flaw in the ap.

Why not have the special offer code displayed at end of order? I had to go back and look for code, losing my order, having to do it over. Then before submitting, I wanted to adjust numbers ordered but no edit button. These issues need fixed! Thank you.

I’ve used Walgreens and this app for years since a year away when they fought with expressscripts. It has been wonderful but for the last 6 months it’s hit an miss at best and mostly fails to function. I am unable to order prescriptions via the app, don’t get updates for those which are sent via a dr and overall let’s them down. I’ve complained to them directly and never even received a response. I guess it’s time to move on.

WOW! Photo center was busy. Employees Jason & Mike noticed me waiting to use in-store photo machine so he explained that Walgreen’s app is a very efficient, easy to use & quick way to submit my iPhone photos to be printed. Oh yeah....very easy. I’m now a Walgreen photo convert. Try it...you’ll like it. Turn around is very quick. I can continue shopping in store while they print. Or, I can carry out my errands & will receive a text/email message w/prints are ready for pick up. Great deal!

I have been going to Walgreens more frequently since my great-grandson was born 2 months ago so I’ve had ALOT of pictures to print from my phone and they ALWAYS have an employee helping me and showed me how to do it with the app on my phone. I did so a few days ago and didn’t hear back and when I looked at my phone it said the app stopped working but saved my order so I just re-submitted it and hope it’s not a double order. One more thing I want to mention that the last time I was there I believe the person that helped me was one of the managers (wish I could remember his name) and I was having a little trouble with the development from my phone and when I asked for help he came over and stayed with me for me to complete my order AND I forgot about the advertisement for a discount but he told me to wait and he inputted the discount which was 40% which brought my order down to the $20’s!! The sale of other items is always great. Walgreens on Firestone and Lakewood have me for LIFE!! Thank you Walgreens 😄😄💙💙

Scanner doesn’t usually work. And this is on various devices. I have to enter the Rx manually. Then it does take it & I am able to get my refills. As I said, it has happened on several different devices, including 2 iPhones & 3 iPads. I usually have to manually type in the Rx number, then it’s fine. But it mostly won’t scan, & these are neither faded or old Rx’s.

Great interaction with associates in the Photo Lab. One showed me how to download the App so I was able to complete my action quickly and efficiently. It’s too bad the second machine here isn’t working. There were 4 of us behind the person using the only working machine. If second machine was working this would have been a 5 star review.

This app is trash! Why, because it seldom has your prescriptions filled. Or, it says they are filled, but when you get to the pharmacy, they have no idea of what you are talking about. Shame on you Walgreens , you were once my go too pharmacy now I’m trying to get away from you. Thanks for all the bad memories of infilled requests and missed doses.

Takes forever to load and cannot handle large volumes of pictures from my I phone. I attempted to up load 97 pictures and it stopped loading at 62 and I had to go completely out then make two separate orders. Over all took about 1 1/2

This app isn’t great. I couldn’t figure out how to make 1 (same day pickup) order with multiple items on the same order. Once I added the prints I couldn’t go back and add Christmas cards to the same order. I had to make them separate. There are no buttons for “keep shopping” or “add more” to your cart!! Annoying!!!

Starting a week ago I get occasional notification to Log into my Walgreens app to continue to receive reward points. I open the app and I’m already logged in. A couple times I logged out and back in to see if that satisfied it only to get the same notification again a couple hours later. I assumed it was due to not performing the latest iOS update. I updated and installed the most current iOS and the Walgreens app. Still getting repeated notification I need to log into my Walgreens app again. I was getting points for exercise with data from iHealth. Not sure if I am anymore. I’m insulin dependent diabetic checking blood sugar at least five times a day. I’ve tried several diabetic apps that communicate with iHealth but testing never earns rewards like Walgreens stated it would. I purchased a Walgreens Bluetooth blood glucose meter that stated it communicates directly to the Walgreens app and iHealth. That meter sits in the package never used because it refuses to pair with my old iPhone or my new iPhone 10r. I was told my Strava cycling app data isn’t reflected in the Walgreens app because Strava doesn’t communicate with iHealth. But it does. Strava data shows in MySugr diabetes log book app automatically. They all have permission to exchange data in their settings.

I use Walgreens pharmacy to fill EVERY script we use! I must say that adds up to over 10 prescriptions per month ,if not 15. My family has used every other pharmacy in Lockhart and until we started using Walgreens, picking up a script was a DREADED errand! Long wait times....even longer pick up lines. It seemed no matter how many times I updated our information something was wrong. It has been nice NOT having these issues with Walgreens. Our prescriptions are always ready in a reasonable amount of time. We are individually notified when to pick up or if there is an issue that may need to be addressed. We have gotten to know the entire staff and are greeted personally upon arrival. The pharmacists are very thorough in making sure there are no possible drug interactions. My husband has several serious medical issues and medication changes occur often! We all feel at ease with Dan &amp; Brenda in charge! The entire staff is knowledgeable and I just can not say enough good things about each one. We were even taken care of while OUT OF STATE. So kudos to you all at the pharmacy in lockhart. The app is easy to use, when it works. However, it becomes confusing when the email refill reminders arrive without RX information and I try to refill using the app: sometimes it creates multiple refills (be careful that you pick up the first refill at the store otherwise you may be charged hundreds of dollars) or simply does not refill. Additionally, the pharmacists often do not call the doctor when a new Perscriptions is needed if I send the notice through the app — unfortunately, this flaw has come close to putting my family members in the hospital when I have expected to pick up a prescription only to find out that no one had called my kids’ doctors. Of course, if there was some way the app could notify me that contact with the doctor is needed, I would be delighted to call the doctor hourly to keep my kids out of the hospital. The worst part is that Scripts sometimes completely disappear from the app. For example, a cream that keeps me from needing a catheter and surgery actually disappears from the list of Perscriptions every time the pharmacist needs to call my doctor to refill it. When I go to pick up the prescription after ordering it through the app, it is missing from my list as if it never existed. Finally, there are times that I simply cannot see my Perscriptions because they load indefinitely. When it works, it is convenient, but when it doesn’t it is a dangerous health hazard.

I have several prescriptions I take daily. When I visit my doctor for followup, he writes new prescriptions for those prescriptions. If I’m not quite out of any of them I just go ahead and have my Walgreens pharmacy put them on file for future filling through my Walgreens app. I’ve been using it several years now and love it!! It’s so convenient and easy to use. I only have one issue. When I try to fill a prescription that I have on file, the app puts that prescription in a category that “requires action”. Most of the time I’m also refilling a prescription. I go get my prescriptions when the app notifies me they are ready, get home and then realize I don’t have one of my prescriptions. Looking back on my app it show that prescription needs attention. That requires me to call, talk to someone, then it’s filled. But I’m already home. It would be much more helpful and convenient for prescriptions such as this to go ahead and be filled so customers aren’t inconvenienced or possibly miss taking a medication because they didn’t realize their requested prescription is stuck in a black hole. The pharmacy personnel have no idea these prescriptions requiring attention even exist. Hope you can fix this issue. Thank you for this awesome app!

The app could be better by allowing you to have access to photo order information/history. I do like the app for prescription status. Why can’t they do the same for photos. I don’t even know if my order is processed or even ready. I placed photo order from my iPhone XsMax at 900am. I received email but never received text or email that order was ready. I called the store at 12:14pm to confirm the order. Many times the store says the system gets backed up and can’t download the photos. I should not have to call store to confirm order. I couldn’t even find and record of my order on this app. I think Walgreens trying to consolidate things on the app but I have to go thru many steps (even logged on to the website) to find or locate info. #hassle. Thinking that my order didn’t get processed, I resent the photo order to another Walgreens. Update: When I called the lady at my neighborhood Walgreens said the order was ready but the tag printed on the photos says 12:14pm which was the same time I called. The second Walgreens photo order was processed and ready in 15-20 minutes. All I just ask is that the Walgreens app be updated to include photo order status. I hate being in a rush and stop at my neighborhood Walgreens and they tell me that the photo machine is backlogged because it can’t download the photo orders. #2019not1999

It’s pretty sad I get My Prescription every month and it’s too early to drop off the prescription so I set a reminder to drop my monthly prescription on The 15th of every month. I use a paper script because if my dr sends my prescription electronically at my monthly appointment it’s too early and Walgreens rejects it so when the 15th comes around (that’s when The Walgreens Pharmacist they told Me I can drop off the script each month) If I come on the 14th they can’t take my paper prescription so I have to come back and try again. When I came in on the 15th of this month they said I would have to come back on the 17th. I called today and they still don’t have my script that I’ve been on for close to 20 years. I ask myself is Walgreens really that operationally dumb in supply chain management that they can’t predict that I will need my meds on the 15th? It’s not a non linear equation it’s simple to predict that I will need my meds on the 15th of every month. I already brought my other prescriptions to Walmart in Delray because Walgreens in Boca Raton on Clintmoore and Military further screws my prescription up and can’t tell Me when they will have it. It’s weak that they can’t predict that I will need My Prescription even though I get it in the 15th of every month for years. If they can’t tell Me when they will have it soon. I will have to reward Walmart with My Business instead.
Works but you need to learn the quirks

This app is handy for renewing prescriptions which is what I use it for. To get the most out of it you need to learn the quirks. (1) Enter prescription renewals as if each one was the only one. If you enter multiple renewals on one order you will only get the first one. All others will be lost! They keep telling me this has been fixed but it hasn’t. (2) It likes to text you when you’re due for a renewal but it won’t tell you which medicine needs to be renewed - you’ll have to figure that out (the pharmacists won’t know either). And, fairly frequently, it will text me that a prescription is due for renewal and when I figure out which one and renew it, quite often the renewal is too soon for the insurance. Better to renew on your own timetable. (3) The app will want to text you when your prescription is ready but it’s better to check by logging in and looking at the prescription status. Sometimes you think it will be ready and it’s not for a reason you’re not expecting and only by logging in will you find this out. Or the prescription has only been partially filled - but the app won’t text you that it’s been partially filled - you have to log in for that information. Other than that it works well enough.

This is my continued review after using the app for a while, maybe a year or longer... I love the app &amp; I love being able to add coupons to my account &amp; just entering my phone number at the checkout &amp; watching the amount drop!... That being said, I have had some issues lately with the coupons not being subtracted &amp; then my “Members only bonus points” not showing up. When I try to go on the app &amp; add a transaction to get my bonus points, it’s already been processed...but what happened to my bonus points?!? The store employees are no help in this area &amp; they only tell me to contact the customer service number on the back of my card. I’m not sure why it works only sometimes but doesn’t work the other time... I have discovered the Points for Healthy choices option, though. I love this &amp; using it certainly is encouraging to get moving &amp; check my blood pressure &amp; many more action to encourage more healthy habits! LOVE IT! But please fix the issue with the bonus points. Thank you! J. Rasmussen

Add all your coupons, check the local adds, and then double check because there&#39;s no way your going to get that good a deal! Realizing your accurate you rush out the door to the amazing Walgreens you shop at nearly everyday. When you arrive they have everything you need and more so you end up easily spending $200. (Note: It still is the sales that made you come in but your saving so much you feel there&#39;s no way you can afford to not get extra) Your coupons will not work at the end, the cashier, assistant and general manager will not be able to help and customer service will almost always condescendingly call you a thief. If it&#39;s not hard enough to call feeling completely petty then we have to listen to their foulness. APPALLED! All over a $10 coupon that&#39;s advertised a thousand times in your store. This was my favorite store and it&#39;s very very saddening to know I now must shop at four new stores in order to compensate for my once beloved Walgreens. This is seriously upsetting as I truly loved my Walgreens and all the employees too. Everyone there knows me and treated me so wonderfully and remembering my boys but I cannot continue to be treated like this and let it go any longer. I&#39;m sorry to say I will not return to Walgreens this time because it has gone far enough and clearly isn&#39;t going to stop.

“Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices” hasn’t worked for several weeks... ever since iOS 11.3. Page won’t load. I’ve emailed Walgreens about it twice, but have yet to receive a reply. This whole “Healthy Choices” section is poorly coded anyway... very buggy and unreliable. e.g. The various activity apps don’t stay connected and/or don’t sync reliably (I periodically disconnect them, sometimes even delete and re-download, to get them to temporarily work again... I’ve tried at least 10 different recommended apps, all with same issues); the Walgreens apps always retrieves my ‘steps’ from my iPhone Health app yet oddly Never pulls in my blood pressure (I’ve even played with settings various ways to no avail). Also, general navigation on the app is clumsy. The back-arrow follows your cookie-crumb backwards rather than taking you directly ‘up’ one menu level (this would be fine IF you also offered a way to jump directly to the ‘home’ screen). In summary, I work in the technology Innovation industry so have evaluated, designed, and used many apps (mostly B2B vs B2C thou). And as a mainstream app, Walgreens’ is easily one of the worst!! I would suggest you learn from the likes of Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target if you wish to remain competitive in the mobile space!!!

I am not sure what is going on with your app but it definitely needs to be fixed. It is one of the most undependable apps I have ever used. Half the time you can’t even get into it and it says it’s temporarily not available. Then other times you do get in and check on the status or look in status to see when you last refilled a prescription and you see medications that haven’t filled in a few years. That happened a few times this week. Come on people!! It’s really ridiculous the amount of times this app has been messing up! I could understand that a smaller business having these problems but a large corporation like Walgreens’s? Can you not find a team of techs who know how to fix this app once and for all?? It’s very frustrating. Oh and I almost forgot about to mention how somehow I’ve had my settings set to receive messages by text and those stopped coming and the very annoying automated phone calls started coming and coming and would not stop. I did look at my settings and it was setup as text only and I tried to reset it but nope the auto calls just wouldn’t stop. Then I get an email from Walgreens about a month later asking me how I want to be notified. Are you kidding me?? I have had texting setup for a few years. Get it together!! I’ve used Walgreens every time my insurance comes to it senses and comes back to Walgreens and the app instead of improving it just gets worse and the text alert from the actual computer generated pharmacy app well, let’s just say every improvement is a step farther away from the truth. . You get a alert saying fill time, so you call, not time,then it’s time and they either ( the app not employees it frustrates them too!) text and alert you a million times,you go to pick up it’s not even been put in! No, this doesn’t happen every time but in this day and time when we’re all busy trying to keep up with all the computer upgrades ( lol) let’s just say I don’t know what dictionary the powers that be have but, upgrades means a whole different thing in my dictionary maybe I should let the app powers that be borrow MY dictionary. And this no way reflects on the staff I feel terrible for them doing a job when the app needs ALOT of tweaking but, just as if the chef burns your steak at the restaurant it’s the wait person who gets less tip and more mouth time from customer while chef hides in kitchen. Well, enough of my rant it’s just frustrating as all (you know what)happier day to all and to the app tweakers try again cause it ain’t workin😥

This feature was huge for me. It meant everything because I am too ill to wait in the long lines there and it was just great the one time I used it. I went back &amp; the option is gone. I talked with someone on chat told me it was randomized feature. Walgreens randomly chooses who to give express pickup to and who they will take away from. I don’t even see where random has any place in user friendliness or customer care. Or patient care. With The exception of trials. In all the apps I’ve ever tried, and there have been many, I have never seen any developer, especially working with medicine, to randomly implement &amp; remove features like this to people. Perhaps this developer has no idea how important not having to wait in a long line when you’re really sick Development is not a game, at least not for the developers that I speak with who’s apps I’m happy to use. I wish I weren’t sick so that I could articulate more clearly just how this never happens. Congratulations, you’re the first to play with your customers and willing to gamble tens of thousands of dollars a year by doing so. Done with your store and app because you know two little about pharmacies care and about building apps for people. Walgreens always has trouble connecting the dots.

Ok so I want to like this app since Walgreens is my pharmacy and the local store is good as well as the desktop version on my computer browser. But the iOS app needs work... 1) It seems designed for the iPhone and wastes a lot of screen space on my iPad Pro. 2) Browsing to my cart takes forever! I mean 5 minutes sometimes. I’m on a fast connection and no other apps have trouble, nor does doing certain things like looking up products in the shopping section. Adding things to my cart is fine too. But actually tap the cart icon to see its contents/check out? It’s like there’s a queue of computers all pinging away at a single nationwide server. I’m sure that’s not the situation, but every darn time on either of my iPads I want to view my cart, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Lastly, 3) The app store page states clearly that the Walgreens app ‘may’ use your location, even when it isn’t open. Huh? Please explain to us why the app would need to do that *other* than for tracking consumer behavior in order to target him/her for ads, or other shenanigans. Good app otherwise, but because of #2 and #3 above I will not be using it. I will upgrade my star rating if these things are fixed.

I have been going to Walgreens more frequently since my great-grandson was born 2 months ago so I’ve had ALOT of pictures to print from my phone and they ALWAYS have an employee helping me and showed me how to do it with the app on my phone. I did so a few days ago and didn’t hear back and when I looked at my phone it said the app stopped working but saved my order so I just re-submitted it and hope it’s not a double order. One more thing I want to mention that the last time I was there I believe the person that helped me was one of the managers (wish I could remember his name) and I was having a little trouble with the development from my phone and when I asked for help he came over and stayed with me for me to complete my order AND I forgot about the advertisement for a discount but he told me to wait and he inputted the discount which was 40% which brought my order down to the $20’s!! The sale of other items is always great. Walgreens on Firestone and Lakewood have me for LIFE!! Thank you Walgreens 😄😄💙💙

At first I thought this app would be a convenient way of knowing when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. But today after I received BOTH a phone call and an e-mail telling me my prescription was ready for pickup, I made a special trip to pick it up. And of course it was not ready and could not be picked up for another day. The cherry on top was when the pharmacist told me that I happens all of the time. Really? Then what is the point of BOTH phone calls and e-mails to remind you if they have nothing to do with what is going on at the local pharmacy?? Why is it that the pharmacy has no idea what is being sent on the app? For me this app is a piece of junk and until there is someone at Walgreens who is willing to try to figure out why it isn&#39;t working and to be accountable for its lack of correct information, I won&#39;t be using it. I will be calling and taking up the pharmacists valuable time. Goodness knows they&#39;ve wasted enough of mine.

I. HATE. THIS. APP. This app is constantly loading when I attempt to submit prescriptions!! It NEVER EVER works properly!! The coupons I download rarely ever work!! The Health Services section is ALWAYS loading. Remember that loading icon when you had dial up internet?? Yes, that loading and buffering icon. It’s not my WiFi either, because it’s still happening when I use my Verizon data, and my current WiFi speed is 168mbps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app well over 10 times! It’s horrible! It does NOT work on an iPhone X! It seems to sometimes work on my old iPhone 6!! Fix this stupid app already!! I’ve done your survey 3 times, but still you keep attempting to add services that DO NOT WORK, and only make me despise this app more. Fix the app before adding new services. Yes, I’m talking about your stupid fitness challenges and 10,000 steps!! Why can’t you fix the app before adding more junk that is irrelevant AND also doesn’t work?? I don’t know how this app has 4.8 stars. I’m guessing it’s because people like me are constantly deleting this junk app, therefore our reviews get deleted. When are you FINALLY going to have a working Walgreens? My 10 year old could develop a better app!

I am never able to finish a photo order! The app crashes all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. This is SO frustrating to upload a 100 or more photos, take the time to go through each one to make sure nothing important is going to get cropped, then to change the quantities for some, and then have the app crash before I even finish with quantities and crop checking. Every time. Such a waste of my time. I am SO SICK of attempting. I have been a loyal Walgreens photo customer for years. Easily spending close to or maybe more than a $1000 a year on photos. I&#39;m going to have to go elsewhere because I can NEVER get my order completed with this app. I used to upload my photo orders on mobile by just using the site (not the app), but the site got changed this year and now even that is a poor and frustrating photo experience. Please bring back the classic Walgreens mobile site/classic photo look for mobile. It was so easy and fast that way! This poor photo experience has greatly decreased my sales at Walgreens. I would have made at least 5 very large photo orders this summer but the app crashed at each attempt. Such a shame that I had to look into your competitors recently.
RX Status & Health

Why did Walgreens change the “RX Status &amp; Health” feature of this app??? I can no longer look at my past refills or new prescriptions and how much I paid for them or they will cost me when I go to pick them up. All you can do is refill from this section now. Prior to their latest update you could do both look at prior scripts, refills, how much you paid for each, and the date you refilled them, etc. Now all you can see is the last date you refilled or got a prescription and submit a refill. I hate this! The app is basically useless to me now. I used the features they took away very often. Why did they change this??? I have secured my account so there is no reason for them to change this feature the way they did. I won’t be using this app except to use my card to get points....oh wait, I don’t know if that feature has been changed so I better not say it’s the same or will even still work the same. Why Walgreens, why??????

I live In Yakima Washington and my pharmacy is Walgreens on 40th and Summitview. It’s horrible!! I am thinking of leaving and finding a new pharmacy. My mom and both have called numerous times and had to wait for almost 1/2 hour then they get on and say please hold, then we get hung up on. They tell you when your prescription will be done you go get it and I’ve had to wait four more hours!! Today they told me at 11 the meds will be done I went at 11:30 I finally got to the window she told me another 5 - 10 min. I told her I would get behind the line at the drive through after waiting for almost 1/2 hour I get to the window again and she tells me another hour!!! This happens every time. I know they get busy at times, I can understand this but different times of the day even in the evening this happens. I’ve also heard other people complain and did find a knew pharmacy. They need to have more people then the pharmacist and one worker working the counter and window. This is so unprofessional. I have never ever complained about a company but this pharmacy is really horrible I took the prescription in right at nine and now they say it won’t be ready until 2!!! But first it was at 11 yeah right!

This app can save money, and the convenience of the digital coupons is really nice! I have noticed though, that a lot of coupons other people seem to get $12 off $40, 30% off when you spend $30, etc never show up for me. Literally NEVER. I have also noticed that certain high value coupons like the fairly recent $8 off Crest, etc rarely show up even if they are available for others. I’ve tried looking through categories, every available coupon, as well as searching for specific key words. I know sometimes there are probably special coupons that just show up for random or even just selected customers. That is fine. It’s just frustrating when I shop at Walgreens so much, to have literally never seen a percent off or a $ off total purchase coupons even when I see that everyone else has them. Would be nice to see the coupons everyone else seems to get.
Pill reminder getting better again

I pretty much use this app for the medication reminders. After the update back in February completely wiped out all of the functionality, it has slowly become capable of things it once was. I like that I can once again edit times on my &#34;missed&#34; doses, when I have taken medications but forgot to tell the app I took them. And I am very grateful to be able to once again add &#39;as needed&#39; and &#39;one-off&#39; medications because that is what I need to track the most at this time. I can only take so much as needed medication in 24hours and OTC medication needs to be kept under a certain level as well. I like the fact that I could export and print my history if I wanted to bring it to my doctor, though I just tell him, it is a great tool for people like me who need to track how often they are having to take certain medications. Prior to the app I simply used my calendar which worked but was very difficult for retrieving the information later. Please keep moving in the right direction.

I’m not going to write a negative review because actual film and customer service is something that died long ago. Walgreens is one of the only companies that still cares to locally develop your precious memories. I honestly wish I could sit next to every guest and teach them how to use these machines that they don’t know how to use they just want pictures of the grandkids. They might get lucky and find a helpful employee but usually not. I wish there was a place that I could teach everyone how to print pictures of their grandkids. As simple as it is to some of us, sometimes it is completely difficult for others to just print a photo they want on their wall. I recently lost my family so I completely understand. Don’t give up, print those photos, who knows maybe a friendly employee will help you. If I am behind you in line I swear I will help you print an entire album. Sometimes photographs are all we have to help us with our memories.

Update: Solved! An update at the beginning of the year made the app incompatible with the use of content blockers on iPhone. The error messages could be improved by asking you to add Walgreens to your content blocker’s white list. It remains the only app I have on my phone that needs content blocker permissions to function. It is, again, a usable and functional app. Account login function has been broken for three months iPhone X running iOS 11.3.1. When the app is inactive for 10 minutes the password becomes invalid and the account is automatically logged out. EVERY time I use the app I’m required to create a new password, only to have the app then welcome me to my “New Account”. There is no “keep me logged in” toggle available after you change your password. If there is a setting to resolve this, it’s not apparent. I’ve been patiently waiting for an update and it downloaded Friday—and resolved nothing. Please resolve this issue which literally makes the app unusable. I am rating this app 2 stars (changed to 1 Star after the app functionality actually degraded further) until this app-breaking flaw is resolved. It’s a useful app when it works. Edit: the dev has stated that this is a known issue and that they’re working on a fix. I’m looking forward to a useful app and changing my rating back to 5 stars. I appreciate getting a response.
Great App for Rx Refills

I primarily use this app to refill my meds. I&#39;m one of those people who would forget their own name if it wasn&#39;t said so many times every day. I forget dates times, I make a goldfish seem like the most attentive animal alive. That being said I need a constant reminder in bright flashing lights that says REFILL YOUR MEDS NOW, NOT TOMORROW BUT NOW! So with this app on my phone it is a constant reminder or an occasional one depending on your preferences plus when linked to your phone number, Wallgreens texts you reminder when your medication is ready to be picked up, and they&#39;ll keep reminding you unless you reply stop which I don&#39;t recommend so that you never end up saying at the end of the day &#34; What was that one important thing that I had to do today but forgot to?!? &#34; It&#39;s a no brained for those who are using their brains for many things at once do you don&#39;t have to worry about running out of &#34;Momento&#34; post it notes to adhere to every wall in your entire house!! Ahhh finally a little bit of a personal assistant!!
Great for Refills, Terrible for Contacts

I mainly use this site to refill my prescriptions and it is so easy and convenient. Easier than calling, just scan and submit. I would give it 5 stars without hesitation for that alone. However, I also tried to use this site to buy contact lenses, since Walgreens purchased VisionDirect, but that was a pain. The ordering system is a little difficult to navigate if you have a different prescription for each eye. For the second prescription I had to go all the way back to the brand of contacts and then work out from there, instead of being able to pick the brand and then input the two different prescriptions. I also had trouble because I was trying to buy contacts for two different people and the site wouldn&#39;t let me do it. It kept trying to replace the first order instead of creating an additional order. Then, after all that trouble, they canceled my order without notifying me so I was left waiting for contacts that never came. I ended up using 1800contacts and that was much better.
Not worth it.. 4.8 out of 5?? Sure didn’t look that way in the reviews?

Apps are supposed to make things easier! Not harder! Literally spent an hour just trying to get my acct verified just so I can just refill on the app. After that hour, they have on my acct,”NO SCRIPTS” so I try chatting, yet even more time, only to be told they can’t help me and I have to call another number.... no thanks. I’ll just continue to take the 3 mins to call! What a joke... they don’t even have MY store come up? This is so stupid. Says, “Scan and refill scripts in seconds!” Um no you can’t!!!!😂😂 Seems to me it’s the same generated answer to the same complaint over and over and over again. What’s the point of people calling and “sharing” their problem with you!? It’s been going on a long time so if your trying to help, why isn’t it fixed by now? Wish our Walgreens had stayed a rite aid. SO less problems... Do yourself a favor people, DO NOT USE THE PHOTO services!!!! Great sneaky job on offering codes then not giving them to your customers. You don’t even have my store, which I found out AFTER I gave you all my info, so I guess doing so was pointless anyway!!!! Please Toronto Ohio, get another pharmacy!!!!!!!!

I have always had great and professional service from your pharmacy department. As I tried to give the pharmacy a 5 star rating, I tapped the first star and it submitted 1star? You should clearly state, by tapping the 5th star, I would give that 5 star rating they are well deserved of! So now, I have sent in a 1star rating, a 2 star, and FINALY, I tapped just the 5th star and it sent in at the rate I wanted to give in the first place! So please let it be known, that those first two rating’s are, INCORRECT! My pharmacy, was to have received my 5 star rating and not the first two, 1 and 2 rating’s. Let it be known, as to the first two rating’s, that were mistakenly submitted, and does Not reflect on their complete overall performance to their well deserved 5 star rating.. I’ve never had a problem at that store or any other Walgreens I’ve always had great service and I love the store cleanliness. I hope they treat their employees as good as they treat me every time I come.! I’m greeted every time with a smile even though I don’t care that they say welcome to Walgreens everywhere I go I would much rather they focus on the customer in front of them them being so worried about who’s walking in the door. They should make sure that they concentrate on what they have to do because it can get very busy in there. We own a restaurant that used to be here in town and now we moved it out of town but we focus on our customers and what we have to do to make our place great not just worrying about a customer that walked in the door if we’re getting someone’s order ready we like the focus and worry about our customer says and we do a heck of a business!

I have never had this app crash on me or give me trouble with my orders. I use this to fill my prescriptions and upload photos for printing. It’s very helpful that for the prescriptions it tells me when one is due for a refill or is ready for pickup. Just the ability to fill prescriptions with the click of a button is worth everything instead of waiting on the phone to speak to someone like we used to have to do. I have to take several medications and am always at the doctor so this app keeps all my past and current meds in a list that I can reference back to. The photo uploading and ordering is super simple and there is usually the latest deal/savings info at the top when you go to the photo section. I have a baby so I print A LOT of photos! This app really makes my life easier and I don’t even think I use it to its full potential.
What hppened to shopping list

I live very close to my Walgreens and typically shop there at least once a week. I previously loved the app, especially the ease of looking through the circular and simply clicking an item to add it to your shopping list, plus having the ability to add your own items to the shopping list. With the recent update, however, I cannot find any shopping list at all!!! When I click on an item from the ad it just goes into a saved items category along with all of my coupons. I don&#39;t want to buy every item for which I have clipped a coupon; that is not a shopping list! There&#39;s also no way to add additional items that I need. There&#39;s no point to have the app if I cannot use it to make a shopping list. I am extremely disappointed. I hope Walgreens fixes this feature immediate or I will shop elsewhere.

When I visit the Wallgreens pharmacy located at Covell and Kelly, I typically leave extremely frustrated. The take way too long. On my last visit, I was in the drive through for 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. They open another lane, which was helpful but then they didn’t help on a first come first serve basis. There were cars who were in the original open lane that had been waiting and they immediately started serving the both lanes. They also held my prescription until they finish what they started with the other lane and my prescription was ready to send out to me. There are times i go to the pharmacy and there’s no pharmacist on duty. May be my mistake with wrong pharmacy hours. Also, I live approximately 1.5 miles away. I have gone to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription because I received notification saying it would be ready or it was ready and when I get there, they tell me it’s not ready. When I ask when will it be ready. They tell me 20 to 30 minutes. I leave to go home and by the time I reach my sub division, I am receiving notification saying my prescription is ready.

For the last few years I have ordered photos get prescriptions at this crazy location. You guys know which location so I&#39;m just saying I am not a druggy and the workers at this location deserve a tip or something. I need to be consistent with my pharmacy and everyone else here is so attentive and I&#39;ve even witnessed your pharmacy technician do an intervention because a woman was being so disrespectful and grabbed a little girl by her arm and told this little girl...like 9 year old to teach her mom English.... I was so angry but thankfully your technician said &#34;I can help you&#34; and this ridiculous woman stood up and said me and the technician said you will be next....and the technician helped the abused woman first. This hopefully makes sense. But III can tell you your two Pharmasists and the woman behind the counter deal with more than you know at this location. Good job guys! N gals!!!

I recently moved into the Maple Grove area. I’ve taken lots of pictures lately of my new house. I’ve also wanted to access pictures taken over the years but so far were located only in my cell phone’s camera. In a time when it seems a rarity to have employees check on you, offer help etc., I have been delighted to see what is obviously your philosophy on customer service. Each time I visited your store I have been greeted by friendly employees and have consistently had great help when learning how to order photos. My most recent visit was yesterday; Megan was extremely nice and helpful to me; she even helped me locate coupons that would help with my cost. I left the store smiling. You’re obviously doing something really right to have this many terrific employees! It does make a difference and this is my Walgreens from here on out!

I’ve been using the app so far just for the photo ordering so I can’t speak for the rest of its features. I’m not really happy at all with my photo experience however. Selecting the photos has been fine and it’s very accessible, but I keep getting a message that there is a “network issue” and that an image cannot be uploaded. This message then send me back to choose a store location and I have not been able to place my order because of it. The error message comes up again and again after I have checked my connection, used data instead of my WiFi connection, and changed out the lower quality photos for the better quality ones in my collage. Nothing seems to help and now due to this flaw I won’t be able to use a coupon that expires soon. This is costing me a bit of money and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. This needs to fixed because it is preventing customers from placing orders (and getting the store money!!) Maybe that will get someone’s attention to fix it...
Intuitive App Especially When Compared to CVS

This Walgreens app is a lifesaver when printing photos. You can upload easily from your phone or social platforms like FB. Just click on photos and submit. Then you can double check how the photos have been cropped. The Walgreens app is spot on with the crops unlike CVS. CVS has required me to make many adjustments like rotating the photos and their weird crops always make me frustrated. Then when I go to pick up my prints at CVS and they are like missing half my son’s face. They will not reprint because they said I clicked on a disclaimer. It’s frustrating. However, Walgreens’ photos are always perfect and they even check the photos to make sure they didn’t crop someone’s face. They will reprint if their was a printing error. I will always use Walgreens going forward even if it is a drive for me to find a Walgreens.

Excellent app!! Love that I can refill my prescriptions and order new photo prints right from my phone. The daily pill reminder is a plus too. The cashier can just scan my phone every time I go shopping instead of having to carry or worry about finding my rewards card or clipping coupons. Can&#39;t say enough about this app. Easy to navigate as well. I did have to leave back a star because of one issue. With the new iOS 11 upgrade we can no longer view and mark pill reminders as taken from the notifications screen. Instead we have to open the app and then it becomes a multiple click process. Would be great if we could address pill reminders from the lock/notification screen(s) without having to open the app. Please reconsider bringing this feature back! I use it daily. Huge convenience.

I love the pharmacy. I don’t know what we’d do without Kimberly and Jasmine. And, I love the clearances but they often swoop the good deals quicker then me. But I go to get my medication. I met Kimberly with I brought her my medical file and she was kind enough to sincerely look at it and emphasize for my situation. I take all my meds there and they know what I take and often correct the doctors office when they have their assistants write their scripts and write it for the wrong meds. I trust this pharmacy more then any I have been too. I’ve taken medication when I had double lung pneumonia in 92 as a freshmen in school. But other than that I never really taken medication before. I’m lucky to have a pharmacy that actually cares. And ur sales and clearances are great too. The print I ordered was finished quick. But I am lucky to have a good pharmacy given I have to take care of my Mother’s meds too. But if my surgeries work out I hope I won’t have to take meds much anymore but with age I doubt I’m going to ever be completely off judging from what my parents take. But if I have to take meds I could get better service than I do at my Walgreens pharmacy in Miramar. I’m just using this app and it asked me to write a review. I have tried it for the pharmacy but for the photo shop it’s pretty cool.

While I love the app, it is the store location that’s always the problem. They never have enough people to wait on customers during peak times in the store and if you choose to use the drive through, you might as well get ready to waste gas because they wait on every customer until their problem has been resolved. Trying to call in a refill is even worse. They never answer the phone. This is bad customer service! I have been in the store to pick up a prescription that was ready. However I got caught behind a lady who had to decide whether or not she wanted to pay that much for her meds. The she decided to ask to pick up meds for a daughter. Then had to call the daughter to see if she wanted to pay for all of them. 15 minutes later I was waited on by the guy working the pick up window. Bad service!
Ordering photo prints from your phone

The Walgreens mobile app is so simple to use. You can send pictures to any Walgreens with a photo desk right from your phone and hardcopies are ready for pick up the same day! Sending hard copies that you selected to your friends and relatives can be so much more enjoyable and personal. Especially if they didn’t grow up with all of today’s IT technology. Getting pictures in a text or email is nice, but getting a print that’s ready for a frame is fantastic! Even better if it’s for someone that lives far away and you don’t get to see them very often. If you haven’t tried this app, I highly recommend you do! Give it a try. Send one to your nearest store and pick it up today (most of mine have been less than a couple of hours). Then send some to your parents or grandparents... they will love it!
Pill Reminder very helpful feature, but not user friendly

As a budding senior, I have pills to take in the morning and others to take at night. Since I live alone, there’s nobody around to ask if I took that, so this is a great feature. The issue is there does not seem to be a way to either edit or delete a prescription once it is scheduled. For example. I was given antibiotics for 2 weeks. Don’t need them anymore. Can’t find a delete function. As another example, I used to take a thyroid med in the morning. Now I take a new one at night. I can’t delete or edit the old one. I had to add a new one for the evening script. Now it looks like I’m taking two thyroid medications and about 4 antibiotics. Can you please add or make accessible an add, delete, modify function for prescriptions? It would make the app actually practical and useful. Thank you!

We love this store. It’s the best Walgreens we have ever been to. I do almost all of my shopping here. I love coming in and being greeted every time. The pharmacy has taken such great care with my medical history. They know how sick I am and stay on top of the prescriptions and interactions. If there is a problem with one of them, they call me immediately. They don’t wait as other pharmacies have done in the past. They will call and/or fax the dr multiple times until the problem is resolved. A recent error was made by my dr and caught by the pharmacist and brought to my attention. The pharmacy bent over backwards to try and get in contact with the dr to fix it. They go the extra mile. The assistants do as well. They are all nice and have smiles on their faces every time I see them. Greatest pharmacy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kimberly Rhoads

I was getting notified by text, email, push, and phone. Turned it all off. All I really want to know is if my Rx is ready, but that’s not an option. So I have to cancel it all... or so I thought... I still get bombarded after cancellation. Email says time to refill. Ok, click refill. Later, text says time to refill. Hmm. Must’ve not worked before. Ok. Refill. Get push notification to refill. Check app. Not time to refill yet. Get a PHONE CALL to refill. Check again. Your refill is ready. AND we’ve contacted your doctor to renew your refill. But he says it’s too soon because obviously you’re an addict because you just sent me 3 refill requests and IT’S NOT TIME YET??? Why did you tell me to refill and it’s not time yet anyway? Then there’s the constant confusion with the watch sync. Constant push notifications to log back in to track your steps. Click it. You’re already logged in. Not tracking steps. Your app is already linked to your watch. Do you want to start a challenge (that you’ve already “started” 6 times and let’s go back to the first step of you haven’t logged in, but you’re already logged in)? I’ve used the photo service. It seems to work ok. I also like it tracks my purchases with my rewards. I keep the app anyway so I can show my doctors what I’m on and what dose and no, I’m not needing another refill although Walgreens keeps insisting I do. Overall 2 stars because, while it’s incredibly annoying, it’s useful.

This store has the most personable, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered, and I have been using Walgreens photo processing services for many, many years! I would especially like to give a round of applause to a staff member named Brandon. On several occasions he has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction has been met by ensuring my photographs and magnets meet my satisfaction, as I do order at least 10+ magnets on minimum per month to give as gifts, and several other prints and various photos, wood panels, and other items. I am so very disappointed in the WALGREENS PHARMACY on county road 419 and COLONIAL. I have been to the pharmacy on random days to go get my medications only to find a sign on the door stating it was close because they didn’t have a pharmacist. I don’t know what happened or why they changed all regular pharmacist and technicians. All I is it has been horrible since then. The new pharmacist and are rude and not very friendly! It use to be when I walk in the store all the previous pharmacist knew my name and remembered not only my medications but my mothers as well and she took a whole lot of medications. I was always greeted with hello Mrs. Aguirre and they always asked about my mom. There is one particular pharmacist named Holly. She was so good and so friendly. She on several occasions caught errors in what my doctor would prescribed as far one medication interfering with another. I have submitted some medication to pick up tomorrow and if I have any kind of trouble getting them or I’m treated rudely I am going to my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I’m really disappointed and I wished these changes hadn’t taken place!!

The app worked great, fast and easy. However, that is, until I started to make an order for prints. The process of choosing the pictures was fine. The app started to disappoint when it came to &#34;Review &amp; Submit&#34; the order. It froze a lot of the time and kept on exiting out of the app, often forcing me to start the process all over again. It was just very very very slow and got me extremely frustrated. After several different attempts of doing so, even deleting the app and re-downloading, I thought I&#39;d might as well take screenshots of this and send an email over about the issue and come to the store to explain it in person as well. Luckily, the order finally went through after many tries throughout the entire day. It is understandable that the app may have just been overworking itself trying to upload the pictures causing it to act slow and exit out, but it is also unacceptable as an app should make orders especially like this quick and easy. 2 out of 5 stars.
Horrendous Photo App! Worst I’ve seen!

It makes you scroll through potentially thousands of photos on your iphone OVER and OVER again, to get to older photos on your phone, because it makes you do that for each individual photo you want printed, rather than letting you select multiple photos from your phone in a group selection. So if you want to print 10 older photos, you’ve got to scroll back in time 10 separate times, potentially going through 1000s of photos 10 times over! Worse yet, after spending so much time finally getting all your desired photos selected, the app will routinely crash at some point before finalizing your order, requiring you to start all over again. Your App does this virtually EVERY time I use it, only randomly finally not crashing after multiple unsuccessful tries to finally get to the end. It’s so frustrating that you want to never have anything to do with Walgreens Photo. Please fix this horribly designed, and totally unreliable photo app, before all your customers bolt to competitors like CVS.

Every time I go to Walgreens Drive in pharmacy the people are working quite diligently and rushed. It’s quite apparent that it’s not staffed properly. That leads to medication Errors! They are very nice people and when I complement them and ask them how many people are in there helping they say well I’m all alone today. As if I even had ask, it’s quite obvious they’re doing their best in a horrible company situation. A company with a great reputation is going downhill and you Are allowing it! Being a retired nurse I know how to price out meds and I can tell you that Walgreens prices on drugs are extremely high so I go to another drugstore for two of the medication safety. Just one of them was $75 a month hire at Walgreens, than competitor. Y’all better get your stuff together or you’re gonna lose the staff you have being stretched so thin! My memo will probably serve as no changes are going to take place, but at least you’ve been notified by a non-staffed person. I have no relatives working there either.

I have used the photo app for years. On a recent update Walgreens disappeared. I have had a bit so good time trying to get it back. It is downloaded for now, but I thought it was down loaded yesterday and that I had sent pictures to be developed. Went to get them today and was told there were no pictures for me. Just spent an hour trying to get pictures sent in. Had to go through the process 3or 4 times before I got it done. One of the issues was that I was being told on the first effort that the codes were wrong &amp; I had taken one right of the Walgreens ad. Everything worked tonight but it wasn&#39;t easy because the site kept telling me my email had been entered then it said ad email even though it was telling me that I needed a user name at the top but if I entered a name it said email needed. I finally got past that but not 100% sure how I did it

The app would be great if I hadn’t spent 30 minutes choosing photos from my phone to upload and order and then the app suddenly closes without saving my progress. This happened 6 or 7 times. Yes I spent that much time because I wanted to get the sale price.

I had waited to Order Christmas Cards because I needed the perfect picture. Have ordered from VisitaPrint for a few years now but tonight when trying to order, the estimating shipping was December 19th to December 26th. So I proceeded to order since usually the first date is the one it will arrive. When I went to place the order, the date changed to December 30th!!! I could pay and extra 24.99 ( that was the total for my order with my coupon) to get them here by the 16th....REALLY. Disappointed and thinking I won’t have cards this year, I went to my app and in 5 min I have cards ordered and it says that telnet will be ready tomorrow....WALGREENS FOR THE WIN!!!

Terrible photo picking options in app. If you pick from one album you can’t pick from another album on phone with out losing first choice. Basic programming. I had to do separate orders. 🤦‍♀️ It also shows oldest pictures first and doesn’t short by album in phone.

This app blows. The map function only shows a small number of stores, in a very small radius, instead of allowing one to move the map in order to view store locations not immediately near the holder of the phone. It forces one to be psychic, and know ahead of time where stores are before it will show a map of multiple locations—again, only a limited number of stores are shown at a time. The BARCODE REFILL function is USELESS. Completely. Useless. I have tried in bright light, low light with the flashlight on (an option within the app), bright light with the flashlight on—I tried with the bottle in both resting positions (because there is NO indication organic to the label which way is “up”), and NOTHING! There are several apps that are nearly completely useless, and this is one.

We have tried every way to apply a code for Walgreens app photo discounts that came in the mail and there is no way to apply that code at any place in the order before hitting submit???? There is an expired code available to apply at the beginning of the order, but no place to apply the code that came in the mail???

So the first screen gives no indication of where to find my account details or order history. Randomly try eveything. Order history is under Shop Products-Purchase History. Some account details under the spinning Options/settings/preferences button. Still can’t find the rest. Under Balance Rewards maybe? I give up!

I’ve yet to successfully refill a prescription with your app. Your text system describe my texts as “invalid” with no offer to resolve my issues other than visit your FAQ. I don’t believe any function in your app is useful to me without those abilities.

Vaughn was amazingly helpful with my online photo order as I’m not very computer savvy when it comes to doing things online. The employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful which is why I keep coming back after 15 years ( or longer) for all my pharmacy , photo, household, gifting, makeup (Of which Lindsey in Beautg Products is SO knowledgeable and helpful ) and (Dawn in pharmacy always remembers what I need and she is very efficient ) not to mention that I love my Reward Points ! I saved 10.00 ) just this past week! I would recommend this Walgreens location in Boone to anyone . It’s so nice when they remember you , are so friendly and the sale prices are really good buys AND you get reward points to save even more. So , thank you guys for being SO efficient. Merry Christmas to all y’all 😊❤️

I like having the app, but for photos it’s more of a pain. You can’t just download photos without ordering them to save them for cards or any photo gift. They need to update this so it’s more user friendly.

I have a coupon code but I couldn’t find anywhere to apply it. I backed out of the ap several times thinking it would give me the opportunity but it would go back to the same place. At the time of submitting the order it should give you the chance to apply any codes that you have. It didn’t. I even called the local store before submitting and asked a photo employee and she said right before I submit my order I would get a chance. I did not. So, now I don’t know what to do. This is a definite flaw in the ap.

Why not have the special offer code displayed at end of order? I had to go back and look for code, losing my order, having to do it over. Then before submitting, I wanted to adjust numbers ordered but no edit button. These issues need fixed! Thank you.

I’ve used Walgreens and this app for years since a year away when they fought with expressscripts. It has been wonderful but for the last 6 months it’s hit an miss at best and mostly fails to function. I am unable to order prescriptions via the app, don’t get updates for those which are sent via a dr and overall let’s them down. I’ve complained to them directly and never even received a response. I guess it’s time to move on.

WOW! Photo center was busy. Employees Jason &amp; Mike noticed me waiting to use in-store photo machine so he explained that Walgreen’s app is a very efficient, easy to use &amp; quick way to submit my iPhone photos to be printed. Oh yeah....very easy. I’m now a Walgreen photo convert. Try it...you’ll like it. Turn around is very quick. I can continue shopping in store while they print. Or, I can carry out my errands &amp; will receive a text/email message w/prints are ready for pick up. Great deal!

I have been going to Walgreens more frequently since my great-grandson was born 2 months ago so I’ve had ALOT of pictures to print from my phone and they ALWAYS have an employee helping me and showed me how to do it with the app on my phone. I did so a few days ago and didn’t hear back and when I looked at my phone it said the app stopped working but saved my order so I just re-submitted it and hope it’s not a double order. One more thing I want to mention that the last time I was there I believe the person that helped me was one of the managers (wish I could remember his name) and I was having a little trouble with the development from my phone and when I asked for help he came over and stayed with me for me to complete my order AND I forgot about the advertisement for a discount but he told me to wait and he inputted the discount which was 40% which brought my order down to the $20’s!! The sale of other items is always great. Walgreens on Firestone and Lakewood have me for LIFE!! Thank you Walgreens 😄😄💙💙

Scanner doesn’t usually work. And this is on various devices. I have to enter the Rx manually. Then it does take it &amp; I am able to get my refills. As I said, it has happened on several different devices, including 2 iPhones &amp; 3 iPads. I usually have to manually type in the Rx number, then it’s fine. But it mostly won’t scan, &amp; these are neither faded or old Rx’s.

Great interaction with associates in the Photo Lab. One showed me how to download the App so I was able to complete my action quickly and efficiently. It’s too bad the second machine here isn’t working. There were 4 of us behind the person using the only working machine. If second machine was working this would have been a 5 star review.

This app is trash! Why, because it seldom has your prescriptions filled. Or, it says they are filled, but when you get to the pharmacy, they have no idea of what you are talking about. Takes forever to load and cannot handle large volumes of pictures from my I phone. I attempted to up load 97 pictures and it stopped loading at 62 and I had to go completely out then make two separate orders. Over all took about 1 1/2

This app isn’t great. I couldn’t figure out how to make 1 (same day pickup) order with multiple items on the same order. Once I added the prints I couldn’t go back and add Christmas cards to the same order. I had to make them separate. There are no buttons for “keep shopping” or “add more” to your cart!! Annoying!!!

Starting a week ago I get occasional notification to Log into my Walgreens app to continue to receive reward points. I open the app and I’m already logged in. A couple times I logged out and back in to see if that satisfied it only to get the same notification again a couple hours later. I assumed it was due to not performing the latest iOS update. I updated and installed the most current iOS and the Walgreens app. Still getting repeated notification I need to log into my Walgreens app again. I was getting points for exercise with data from iHealth. Not sure if I am anymore. I’m insulin dependent diabetic checking blood sugar at least five times a day. I’ve tried several diabetic apps that communicate with iHealth but testing never earns rewards like Walgreens stated it would. I purchased a Walgreens Bluetooth blood glucose meter that stated it communicates directly to the Walgreens app and iHealth. That meter sits in the package never used because it refuses to pair with my old iPhone or my new iPhone 10r. I was told my Strava cycling app data isn’t reflected in the Walgreens app because Strava doesn’t communicate with iHealth. But it does. Strava data shows in MySugr diabetes log book app automatically. They all have permission to exchange data in their settings.

I use Walgreens pharmacy to fill EVERY script we use! I must say that adds up to over 10 prescriptions per month ,if not 15. My family has used every other pharmacy in Lockhart and until we started using Walgreens, picking up a script was a DREADED errand! Long wait times....even longer pick up lines. It seemed no matter how many times I updated our information something was wrong. It has been nice NOT having these issues with Walgreens. Our prescriptions are always ready in a reasonable amount of time. We are individually notified when to pick up or if there is an issue that may need to be addressed. We have gotten to know the entire staff and are greeted personally upon arrival. The pharmacists are very thorough in making sure there are no possible drug interactions. My husband has several serious medical issues and medication changes occur often! We all feel at ease with Dan &amp; Brenda in charge! The entire staff is knowledgeable and I just can not say enough good things about each one. We were even taken care of while OUT OF STATE. So kudos to you all at the pharmacy in lockhart. The app is easy to use, when it works. However, it becomes confusing when the email refill reminders arrive without RX information and I try to refill using the app: sometimes it creates multiple refills (be careful that you pick up the first refill at the store otherwise you may be charged hundreds of dollars) or simply does not refill. Additionally, the pharmacists often do not call the doctor when a new Perscriptions is needed if I send the notice through the app — unfortunately, this flaw has come close to putting my family members in the hospital when I have expected to pick up a prescription only to find out that no one had called my kids’ doctors. Of course, if there was some way the app could notify me that contact with the doctor is needed, I would be delighted to call the doctor hourly to keep my kids out of the hospital. The worst part is that Scripts sometimes completely disappear from the app. For example, a cream that keeps me from needing a catheter and surgery actually disappears from the list of Perscriptions every time the pharmacist needs to call my doctor to refill it. When I go to pick up the prescription after ordering it through the app, it is missing from my list as if it never existed. Finally, there are times that I simply cannot see my Perscriptions because they load indefinitely. When it works, it is convenient, but when it doesn’t it is a dangerous health hazard.

I have several prescriptions I take daily. When I visit my doctor for followup, he writes new prescriptions for those prescriptions. If I’m not quite out of any of them I just go ahead and have my Walgreens pharmacy put them on file for future filling through my Walgreens app. I’ve been using it several years now and love it!! It’s so convenient and easy to use. I only have one issue. When I try to fill a prescription that I have on file, the app puts that prescription in a category that “requires action”. Most of the time I’m also refilling a prescription. I go get my prescriptions when the app notifies me they are ready, get home and then realize I don’t have one of my prescriptions. Looking back on my app it show that prescription needs attention. That requires me to call, talk to someone, then it’s filled. But I’m already home. It would be much more helpful and convenient for prescriptions such as this to go ahead and be filled so customers aren’t inconvenienced or possibly miss taking a medication because they didn’t realize their requested prescription is stuck in a black hole. The pharmacy personnel have no idea these prescriptions requiring attention even exist. Hope you can fix this issue. Thank you for this awesome app!

The app could be better by allowing you to have access to photo order information/history. I do like the app for prescription status. Why can’t they do the same for photos. I don’t even know if my order is processed or even ready. I placed photo order from my iPhone XsMax at 900am. I received email but never received text or email that order was ready. I called the store at 12:14pm to confirm the order. Many times the store says the system gets backed up and can’t download the photos. I should not have to call store to confirm order. I couldn’t even find and record of my order on this app. I think Walgreens trying to consolidate things on the app but I have to go thru many steps (even logged on to the website) to find or locate info. #hassle. Thinking that my order didn’t get processed, I resent the photo order to another Walgreens. Update: When I called the lady at my neighborhood Walgreens said the order was ready but the tag printed on the photos says 12:14pm which was the same time I called. The second Walgreens photo order was processed and ready in 15-20 minutes. All I just ask is that the Walgreens app be updated to include photo order status. I hate being in a rush and stop at my neighborhood Walgreens and they tell me that the photo machine is backlogged because it can’t download the photo orders. #2019not1999

It’s pretty sad I get My Prescription every month and it’s too early to drop off the prescription so I set a reminder to drop my monthly prescription on The 15th of every month. I use a paper script because if my dr sends my prescription electronically at my monthly appointment it’s too early and Walgreens rejects it so when the 15th comes around (that’s when The Walgreens Pharmacist they told Me I can drop off the script each month) If I come on the 14th they can’t take my paper prescription so I have to come back and try again. When I came in on the 15th of this month they said I would have to come back on the 17th. I called today and they still don’t have my script that I’ve been on for close to 20 years. I ask myself is Walgreens really that operationally dumb in supply chain management that they can’t predict that I will need my meds on the 15th? It’s not a non linear equation it’s simple to predict that I will need my meds on the 15th of every month. I already brought my other prescriptions to Walmart in Delray because Walgreens in Boca Raton on Clintmoore and Military further screws my prescription up and can’t tell Me when they will have it. It’s weak that they can’t predict that I will need My Prescription even though I get it in the 15th of every month for years. If they can’t tell Me when they will have it soon. I will have to reward Walmart with My Business instead.
Works but you need to learn the quirks

This app is handy for renewing prescriptions which is what I use it for. To get the most out of it you need to learn the quirks. (1) Enter prescription renewals as if each one was the only one. If you enter multiple renewals on one order you will only get the first one. All others will be lost! They keep telling me this has been fixed but it hasn’t. (2) It likes to text you when you’re due for a renewal but it won’t tell you which medicine needs to be renewed - you’ll have to figure that out (the pharmacists won’t know either). And, fairly frequently, it will text me that a prescription is due for renewal and when I figure out which one and renew it, quite often the renewal is too soon for the insurance. Better to renew on your own timetable. (3) The app will want to text you when your prescription is ready but it’s better to check by logging in and looking at the prescription status. Sometimes you think it will be ready and it’s not for a reason you’re not expecting and only by logging in will you find this out. Or the prescription has only been partially filled - but the app won’t text you that it’s been partially filled - you have to log in for that information. Other than that it works well enough.

This is my continued review after using the app for a while, maybe a year or longer... I love the app &amp; I love being able to add coupons to my account &amp; just entering my phone number at the checkout &amp; watching the amount drop!... That being said, I have had some issues lately with the coupons not being subtracted &amp; then my “Members only bonus points” not showing up. When I try to go on the app &amp; add a transaction to get my bonus points, it’s already been processed...but what happened to my bonus points?!? The store employees are no help in this area &amp; they only tell me to contact the customer service number on the back of my card. I’m not sure why it works only sometimes but doesn’t work the other time... I have discovered the Points for Healthy choices option, though. I love this &amp; using it certainly is encouraging to get moving &amp; check my blood pressure &amp; many more action to encourage more healthy habits! LOVE IT! But please fix the issue with the bonus points. Thank you! J. Rasmussen

Add all your coupons, check the local adds, and then double check because there&#39;s no way your going to get that good a deal! Realizing your accurate you rush out the door to the amazing Walgreens you shop at nearly everyday. When you arrive they have everything you need and more so you end up easily spending $200. (Note: It still is the sales that made you come in but your saving so much you feel there&#39;s no way you can afford to not get extra) Your coupons will not work at the end, the cashier, assistant and general manager will not be able to help and customer service will almost always condescendingly call you a thief. If it&#39;s not hard enough to call feeling completely petty then we have to listen to their foulness. APPALLED! All over a $10 coupon that&#39;s advertised a thousand times in your store. This was my favorite store and it&#39;s very very saddening to know I now must shop at four new stores in order to compensate for my once beloved Walgreens. This is seriously upsetting as I truly loved my Walgreens and all the employees too. Everyone there knows me and treated me so wonderfully and remembering my boys but I cannot continue to be treated like this and let it go any longer. I&#39;m sorry to say I will not return to Walgreens this time because it has gone far enough and clearly isn&#39;t going to stop.
“Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices” not working

“Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices” hasn’t worked for several weeks... ever since iOS 11.3. Page won’t load. I’ve emailed Walgreens about it twice, but have yet to receive a reply. This whole “Healthy Choices” section is poorly coded anyway... very buggy and unreliable. e.g. The various activity apps don’t stay connected and/or don’t sync reliably (I periodically disconnect them, sometimes even delete and re-download, to get them to temporarily work again... I’ve tried at least 10 different recommended apps, all with same issues); the Walgreens apps always retrieves my ‘steps’ from my iPhone Health app yet oddly Never pulls in my blood pressure (I’ve even played with settings various ways to no avail). Also, general navigation on the app is clumsy. The back-arrow follows your cookie-crumb backwards rather than taking you directly ‘up’ one menu level (this would be fine IF you also offered a way to jump directly to the ‘home’ screen). In summary, I work in the technology Innovation industry so have evaluated, designed, and used many apps (mostly B2B vs B2C thou). And as a mainstream app, Walgreens’ is easily one of the worst!! I would suggest you learn from the likes of Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target if you wish to remain competitive in the mobile space!!!

I am not sure what is going on with your app but it definitely needs to be fixed. It is one of the most undependable apps I have ever used. Half the time you can’t even get into it and it says it’s temporarily not available. Then other times you do get in and check on the status or look in status to see when you last refilled a prescription and you see medications that haven’t filled in a few years. That happened a few times this week. Come on people!! It’s really ridiculous the amount of times this app has been messing up! I could understand that a smaller business having these problems but a large corporation like Walgreens’s? Can you not find a team of techs who know how to fix this app once and for all?? It’s very frustrating. Oh and I almost forgot about to mention how somehow I’ve had my settings set to receive messages by text and those stopped coming and the very annoying automated phone calls started coming and coming and would not stop. I did look at my settings and it was setup as text only and I tried to reset it but nope the auto calls just wouldn’t stop. Then I get an email from Walgreens about a month later asking me how I want to be notified. Are you kidding me?? I have had texting setup for a few years. Get it together!! You get a alert saying fill time, so you call, not time,then it’s time and they either ( the app not employees it frustrates them too!) text and alert you a million times,you go to pick up it’s not even been put in! No, this doesn’t happen every time but in this day and time when we’re all busy trying to keep up with all the computer upgrades ( lol) let’s just say I don’t know what dictionary the powers that be have but, upgrades means a whole different thing in my dictionary maybe I should let the app powers that be borrow MY dictionary. And this no way reflects on the staff I feel terrible for them doing a job when the app needs ALOT of tweaking but, just as if the chef burns your steak at the restaurant it’s the wait person who gets less tip and more mouth time from customer while chef hides in kitchen. Well, enough of my rant it’s just frustrating as all (you know what)happier day to all and to the app tweakers try again cause it ain’t workin😥
They give express pick up and take it away at random

This feature was huge for me. It meant everything because I am too ill to wait in the long lines there and it was just great the one time I used it. I went back &amp; the option is gone. I talked with someone on chat told me it was randomized feature. Walgreens randomly chooses who to give express pickup to and who they will take away from. I don’t even see where random has any place in user friendliness or customer care. Or patient care. With The exception of trials. In all the apps I’ve ever tried, and there have been many, I have never seen any developer, especially working with medicine, to randomly implement &amp; remove features like this to people. Perhaps this developer has no idea how important not having to wait in a long line when you’re really sick Development is not a game, at least not for the developers that I speak with who’s apps I’m happy to use. I wish I weren’t sick so that I could articulate more clearly just how this never happens. Congratulations, you’re the first to play with your customers and willing to gamble tens of thousands of dollars a year by doing so. Done with your store and app because you know two little about pharmacies care and about building apps for people. Walgreens always has trouble connecting the dots.

Ok so I want to like this app since Walgreens is my pharmacy and the local store is good as well as the desktop version on my computer browser. But the iOS app needs work... 1) It seems designed for the iPhone and wastes a lot of screen space on my iPad Pro. 2) Browsing to my cart takes forever! I mean 5 minutes sometimes. I’m on a fast connection and no other apps have trouble, nor does doing certain things like looking up products in the shopping section. Adding things to my cart is fine too. But actually tap the cart icon to see its contents/check out? It’s like there’s a queue of computers all pinging away at a single nationwide server. I’m sure that’s not the situation, but every darn time on either of my iPads I want to view my cart, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. Lastly, 3) The app store page states clearly that the Walgreens app ‘may’ use your location, even when it isn’t open. Huh? Please explain to us why the app would need to do that *other* than for tracking consumer behavior in order to target him/her for ads, or other shenanigans. Good app otherwise, but because of #2 and #3 above I will not be using it. I will upgrade my star rating if these things are fixed.

I have been going to Walgreens more frequently since my great-grandson was born 2 months ago so I’ve had ALOT of pictures to print from my phone and they ALWAYS have an employee helping me and showed me how to do it with the app on my phone. I did so a few days ago and didn’t hear back and when I looked at my phone it said the app stopped working but saved my order so I just re-submitted it and hope it’s not a double order. One more thing I want to mention that the last time I was there I believe the person that helped me was one of the managers (wish I could remember his name) and I was having a little trouble with the development from my phone and when I asked for help he came over and stayed with me for me to complete my order AND I forgot about the advertisement for a discount but he told me to wait and he inputted the discount which was 40% which brought my order down to the $20’s!! The sale of other items is always great. Walgreens on Firestone and Lakewood have me for LIFE!! Thank you Walgreens 😄😄💙💙
App gives WRONG information!!!

At first I thought this app would be a convenient way of knowing when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. But today after I received BOTH a phone call and an e-mail telling me my prescription was ready for pickup, I made a special trip to pick it up. And of course it was not ready and could not be picked up for another day. The cherry on top was when the pharmacist told me that I happens all of the time. Really? Then what is the point of BOTH phone calls and e-mails to remind you if they have nothing to do with what is going on at the local pharmacy?? Why is it that the pharmacy has no idea what is being sent on the app? For me this app is a piece of junk and until there is someone at Walgreens who is willing to try to figure out why it isn&#39;t working and to be accountable for its lack of correct information, I won&#39;t be using it. I will be calling and taking up the pharmacists valuable time. Goodness knows they&#39;ve wasted enough of mine.

I. HATE. THIS. APP. This app is constantly loading when I attempt to submit prescriptions!! It NEVER EVER works properly!! The coupons I download rarely ever work!! The Health Services section is ALWAYS loading. Remember that loading icon when you had dial up internet?? Yes, that loading and buffering icon. It’s not my WiFi either, because it’s still happening when I use my Verizon data, and my current WiFi speed is 168mbps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app well over 10 times! It’s horrible! It does NOT work on an iPhone X! It seems to sometimes work on my old iPhone 6!! Fix this stupid app already!! I’ve done your survey 3 times, but still you keep attempting to add services that DO NOT WORK, and only make me despise this app more. Fix the app before adding new services. Yes, I’m talking about your stupid fitness challenges and 10,000 steps!! Why can’t you fix the app before adding more junk that is irrelevant AND also doesn’t work?? I don’t know how this app has 4.8 stars. I’m guessing it’s because people like me are constantly deleting this junk app, therefore our reviews get deleted. When are you FINALLY going to have a working Walgreens? My 10 year old could develop a better app!

I am never able to finish a photo order! The app crashes all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. This is SO frustrating to upload a 100 or more photos, take the time to go through each one to make sure nothing important is going to get cropped, then to change the quantities for some, and then have the app crash before I even finish with quantities and crop checking. Every time. Such a waste of my time. I am SO SICK of attempting. I have been a loyal Walgreens photo customer for years. Easily spending close to or maybe more than a $1000 a year on photos. I&#39;m going to have to go elsewhere because I can NEVER get my order completed with this app. I used to upload my photo orders on mobile by just using the site (not the app), but the site got changed this year and now even that is a poor and frustrating photo experience. Please bring back the classic Walgreens mobile site/classic photo look for mobile. It was so easy and fast that way! This poor photo experience has greatly decreased my sales at Walgreens. I would have made at least 5 very large photo orders this summer but the app crashed at each attempt. Such a shame that I had to look into your competitors recently.
RX Status & Health

Why did Walgreens change the “RX Status &amp; Health” feature of this app??? I can no longer look at my past refills or new prescriptions and how much I paid for them or they will cost me when I go to pick them up. All you can do is refill from this section now. Prior to their latest update you could do both look at prior scripts, refills, how much you paid for each, and the date you refilled them, etc. Now all you can see is the last date you refilled or got a prescription and submit a refill. I hate this! The app is basically useless to me now. I used the features they took away very often. Why did they change this??? I have secured my account so there is no reason for them to change this feature the way they did. I won’t be using this app except to use my card to get points....oh wait, I don’t know if that feature has been changed so I better not say it’s the same or will even still work the same. Why Walgreens, why??????

I live In Yakima Washington and my pharmacy is Walgreens on 40th and Summitview. It’s horrible!! I am thinking of leaving and finding a new pharmacy. My mom and both have called numerous times and had to wait for almost 1/2 hour then they get on and say please hold, then we get hung up on. They tell you when your prescription will be done you go get it and I’ve had to wait four more hours!! Today they told me at 11 the meds will be done I went at 11:30 I finally got to the window she told me another 5 - 10 min. I told her I would get behind the line at the drive through after waiting for almost 1/2 hour I get to the window again and she tells me another hour!!! This happens every time. I know they get busy at times, I can understand this but different times of the day even in the evening this happens. I’ve also heard other people complain and did find a knew pharmacy. They need to have more people then the pharmacist and one worker working the counter and window. This is so unprofessional. I have never ever complained about a company but this pharmacy is really horrible I took the prescription in right at nine and now they say it won’t be ready until 2!!! But first it was at 11 yeah right!

This app can save money, and the convenience of the digital coupons is really nice! I have noticed though, that a lot of coupons other people seem to get $12 off $40, 30% off when you spend $30, etc never show up for me. Literally NEVER. I have also noticed that certain high value coupons like the fairly recent $8 off Crest, etc rarely show up even if they are available for others. I’ve tried looking through categories, every available coupon, as well as searching for specific key words. I know sometimes there are probably special coupons that just show up for random or even just selected customers. That is fine. It’s just frustrating when I shop at Walgreens so much, to have literally never seen a percent off or a $ off total purchase coupons even when I see that everyone else has them. Would be nice to see the coupons everyone else seems to get.
Pill reminder getting better again

I pretty much use this app for the medication reminders. After the update back in February completely wiped out all of the functionality, it has slowly become capable of things it once was. I like that I can once again edit times on my &#34;missed&#34; doses, when I have taken medications but forgot to tell the app I took them. And I am very grateful to be able to once again add &#39;as needed&#39; and &#39;one-off&#39; medications because that is what I need to track the most at this time. I can only take so much as needed medication in 24hours and OTC medication needs to be kept under a certain level as well. I like the fact that I could export and print my history if I wanted to bring it to my doctor, though I just tell him, it is a great tool for people like me who need to track how often they are having to take certain medications. Prior to the app I simply used my calendar which worked but was very difficult for retrieving the information later. Please keep moving in the right direction.

I’m not going to write a negative review because actual film and customer service is something that died long ago. Walgreens is one of the only companies that still cares to locally develop your precious memories. I honestly wish I could sit next to every guest and teach them how to use these machines that they don’t know how to use they just want pictures of the grandkids. They might get lucky and find a helpful employee but usually not. I wish there was a place that I could teach everyone how to print pictures of their grandkids. As simple as it is to some of us, sometimes it is completely difficult for others to just print a photo they want on their wall. I recently lost my family so I completely understand. Don’t give up, print those photos, who knows maybe a friendly employee will help you. If I am behind you in line I swear I will help you print an entire album. Sometimes photographs are all we have to help us with our memories.

Update: Solved! An update at the beginning of the year made the app incompatible with the use of content blockers on iPhone. The error messages could be improved by asking you to add Walgreens to your content blocker’s white list. It remains the only app I have on my phone that needs content blocker permissions to function. It is, again, a usable and functional app. Account login function has been broken for three months iPhone X running iOS 11.3.1. When the app is inactive for 10 minutes the password becomes invalid and the account is automatically logged out. EVERY time I use the app I’m required to create a new password, only to have the app then welcome me to my “New Account”. There is no “keep me logged in” toggle available after you change your password. If there is a setting to resolve this, it’s not apparent. I’ve been patiently waiting for an update and it downloaded Friday—and resolved nothing. Please resolve this issue which literally makes the app unusable. I am rating this app 2 stars (changed to 1 Star after the app functionality actually degraded further) until this app-breaking flaw is resolved. It’s a useful app when it works. Edit: the dev has stated that this is a known issue and that they’re working on a fix. I’m looking forward to a useful app and changing my rating back to 5 stars. I appreciate getting a response.
Great App for Rx Refills

I primarily use this app to refill my meds. I&#39;m one of those people who would forget their own name if it wasn&#39;t said so many times every day. I forget dates times, I make a goldfish seem like the most attentive animal alive. That being said I need a constant reminder in bright flashing lights that says REFILL YOUR MEDS NOW, NOT TOMORROW BUT NOW! So with this app on my phone it is a constant reminder or an occasional one depending on your preferences plus when linked to your phone number, Wallgreens texts you reminder when your medication is ready to be picked up, and they&#39;ll keep reminding you unless you reply stop which I don&#39;t recommend so that you never end up saying at the end of the day &#34; What was that one important thing that I had to do today but forgot to?!? &#34; It&#39;s a no brained for those who are using their brains for many things at once do you don&#39;t have to worry about running out of &#34;Momento&#34; post it notes to adhere to every wall in your entire house!! Ahhh finally a little bit of a personal assistant!!

I mainly use this site to refill my prescriptions and it is so easy and convenient. Easier than calling, just scan and submit. I would give it 5 stars without hesitation for that alone. However, I also tried to use this site to buy contact lenses, since Walgreens purchased VisionDirect, but that was a pain. The ordering system is a little difficult to navigate if you have a different prescription for each eye. For the second prescription I had to go all the way back to the brand of contacts and then work out from there, instead of being able to pick the brand and then input the two different prescriptions. I also had trouble because I was trying to buy contacts for two different people and the site wouldn&#39;t let me do it. It kept trying to replace the first order instead of creating an additional order. Then, after all that trouble, they canceled my order without notifying me so I was left waiting for contacts that never came. I ended up using 1800contacts and that was much better.
Not worth it.. 4.8 out of 5?? Sure didn’t look that way in the reviews?

Apps are supposed to make things easier! Not harder! Literally spent an hour just trying to get my acct verified just so I can just refill on the app. After that hour, they have on my acct,”NO SCRIPTS” so I try chatting, yet even more time, only to be told they can’t help me and I have to call another number.... no thanks. I’ll just continue to take the 3 mins to call! What a joke... they don’t even have MY store come up? This is so stupid. Says, “Scan and refill scripts in seconds!” Um no you can’t!!!!😂😂 Seems to me it’s the same generated answer to the same complaint over and over and over again. What’s the point of people calling and “sharing” their problem with you!? It’s been going on a long time so if your trying to help, why isn’t it fixed by now? Wish our Walgreens had stayed a rite aid. SO less problems... Do yourself a favor people, DO NOT USE THE PHOTO services!!!! Great sneaky job on offering codes then not giving them to your customers. I have always had great and professional service from your pharmacy department. As I tried to give the pharmacy a 5 star rating, I tapped the first star and it submitted 1star? You should clearly state, by tapping the 5th star, I would give that 5 star rating they are well deserved of! So now, I have sent in a 1star rating, a 2 star, and FINALY, I tapped just the 5th star and it sent in at the rate I wanted to give in the first place! So please let it be known, that those first two rating’s are, INCORRECT! My pharmacy, was to have received my 5 star rating and not the first two, 1 and 2 rating’s. Let it be known, as to the first two rating’s, that were mistakenly submitted, and does Not reflect on their complete overall performance to their well deserved 5 star rating.. I’ve never had a problem at that store or any other Walgreens I’ve always had great service and I love the store cleanliness. I hope they treat their employees as good as they treat me every time I come.! I’m greeted every time with a smile even though I don’t care that they say welcome to Walgreens everywhere I go I would much rather they focus on the customer in front of them them being so worried about who’s walking in the door. They should make sure that they concentrate on what they have to do because it can get very busy in there. We own a restaurant that used to be here in town and now we moved it out of town but we focus on our customers and what we have to do to make our place great not just worrying about a customer that walked in the door if we’re getting someone’s order ready we like the focus and worry about our customer says and we do a heck of a business!

I have never had this app crash on me or give me trouble with my orders. I use this to fill my prescriptions and upload photos for printing. It’s very helpful that for the prescriptions it tells me when one is due for a refill or is ready for pickup. Just the ability to fill prescriptions with the click of a button is worth everything instead of waiting on the phone to speak to someone like we used to have to do. I have to take several medications and am always at the doctor so this app keeps all my past and current meds in a list that I can reference back to. The photo uploading and ordering is super simple and there is usually the latest deal/savings info at the top when you go to the photo section. I have a baby so I print A LOT of photos! This app really makes my life easier and I don’t even think I use it to its full potential.
What hppened to shopping list

I live very close to my Walgreens and typically shop there at least once a week. I previously loved the app, especially the ease of looking through the circular and simply clicking an item to add it to your shopping list, plus having the ability to add your own items to the shopping list. With the recent update, however, I cannot find any shopping list at all!!! When I click on an item from the ad it just goes into a saved items category along with all of my coupons. I don&#39;t want to buy every item for which I have clipped a coupon; that is not a shopping list! There&#39;s also no way to add additional items that I need. There&#39;s no point to have the app if I cannot use it to make a shopping list. I am extremely disappointed. I hope Walgreens fixes this feature immediate or I will shop elsewhere.

When I visit the Wallgreens pharmacy located at Covell and Kelly, I typically leave extremely frustrated. The take way too long. On my last visit, I was in the drive through for 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. They open another lane, which was helpful but then they didn’t help on a first come first serve basis. There were cars who were in the original open lane that had been waiting and they immediately started serving the both lanes. They also held my prescription until they finish what they started with the other lane and my prescription was ready to send out to me. There are times i go to the pharmacy and there’s no pharmacist on duty. May be my mistake with wrong pharmacy hours. Also, I live approximately 1.5 miles away. I have gone to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription because I received notification saying it would be ready or it was ready and when I get there, they tell me it’s not ready. When I ask when will it be ready. They tell me 20 to 30 minutes. I leave to go home and by the time I reach my sub division, I am receiving notification saying my prescription is ready.

For the last few years I have ordered photos get prescriptions at this crazy location. You guys know which location so I&#39;m just saying I am not a druggy and the workers at this location deserve a tip or something. I need to be consistent with my pharmacy and everyone else here is so attentive and I&#39;ve even witnessed your pharmacy technician do an intervention because a woman was being so disrespectful and grabbed a little girl by her arm and told this little girl...like 9 year old to teach her mom English.... I was so angry but thankfully your technician said &#34;I can help you&#34; and this ridiculous woman stood up and said me and the technician said you will be next....and the technician helped the abused woman first. This hopefully makes sense. But III can tell you your two Pharmasists and the woman behind the counter deal with more than you know at this location. Good job guys! N gals!!!

I recently moved into the Maple Grove area. I’ve taken lots of pictures lately of my new house. I’ve also wanted to access pictures taken over the years but so far were located only in my cell phone’s camera. In a time when it seems a rarity to have employees check on you, offer help etc., I have been delighted to see what is obviously your philosophy on customer service. Each time I visited your store I have been greeted by friendly employees and have consistently had great help when learning how to order photos. My most recent visit was yesterday; Megan was extremely nice and helpful to me; she even helped me locate coupons that would help with my cost. I left the store smiling. You’re obviously doing something really right to have this many terrific employees! It does make a difference and this is my Walgreens from here on out!
Issues with ordering photos

I’ve been using the app so far just for the photo ordering so I can’t speak for the rest of its features. I’m not really happy at all with my photo experience however. Selecting the photos has been fine and it’s very accessible, but I keep getting a message that there is a “network issue” and that an image cannot be uploaded. This message then send me back to choose a store location and I have not been able to place my order because of it. The error message comes up again and again after I have checked my connection, used data instead of my WiFi connection, and changed out the lower quality photos for the better quality ones in my collage. Nothing seems to help and now due to this flaw I won’t be able to use a coupon that expires soon. This is costing me a bit of money and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. This needs to fixed because it is preventing customers from placing orders (and getting the store money!!) Maybe that will get someone’s attention to fix it...
Intuitive App Especially When Compared to CVS

This Walgreens app is a lifesaver when printing photos. You can upload easily from your phone or social platforms like FB. Just click on photos and submit. Then you can double check how the photos have been cropped. The Walgreens app is spot on with the crops unlike CVS. CVS has required me to make many adjustments like rotating the photos and their weird crops always make me frustrated. Then when I go to pick up my prints at CVS and they are like missing half my son’s face. They will not reprint because they said I clicked on a disclaimer. It’s frustrating. However, Walgreens’ photos are always perfect and they even check the photos to make sure they didn’t crop someone’s face. They will reprint if their was a printing error. I will always use Walgreens going forward even if it is a drive for me to find a Walgreens.

Excellent app!! Love that I can refill my prescriptions and order new photo prints right from my phone. The daily pill reminder is a plus too. The cashier can just scan my phone every time I go shopping instead of having to carry or worry about finding my rewards card or clipping coupons. Can&#39;t say enough about this app. Easy to navigate as well. I did have to leave back a star because of one issue. With the new iOS 11 upgrade we can no longer view and mark pill reminders as taken from the notifications screen. Instead we have to open the app and then it becomes a multiple click process. Would be great if we could address pill reminders from the lock/notification screen(s) without having to open the app. Please reconsider bringing this feature back! I use it daily. Huge convenience.

I love the pharmacy. I don’t know what we’d do without Kimberly and Jasmine. And, I love the clearances but they often swoop the good deals quicker then me. But I go to get my medication. I met Kimberly with I brought her my medical file and she was kind enough to sincerely look at it and emphasize for my situation. I take all my meds there and they know what I take and often correct the doctors office when they have their assistants write their scripts and write it for the wrong meds. I trust this pharmacy more then any I have been too. I’ve taken medication when I had double lung pneumonia in 92 as a freshmen in school. But other than that I never really taken medication before. I’m lucky to have a pharmacy that actually cares. And ur sales and clearances are great too. The print I ordered was finished quick. But I am lucky to have a good pharmacy given I have to take care of my Mother’s meds too. But if my surgeries work out I hope I won’t have to take meds much anymore but with age I doubt I’m going to ever be completely off judging from what my parents take. But if I have to take meds I could get better service than I do at my Walgreens pharmacy in Miramar. I’m just using this app and it asked me to write a review. I have tried it for the pharmacy but for the photo shop it’s pretty cool.

While I love the app, it is the store location that’s always the problem. They never have enough people to wait on customers during peak times in the store and if you choose to use the drive through, you might as well get ready to waste gas because they wait on every customer until their problem has been resolved. Trying to call in a refill is even worse. They never answer the phone. This is bad customer service! I have been in the store to pick up a prescription that was ready. However I got caught behind a lady who had to decide whether or not she wanted to pay that much for her meds. The she decided to ask to pick up meds for a daughter. Then had to call the daughter to see if she wanted to pay for all of them. 15 minutes later I was waited on by the guy working the pick up window. Bad service!
Ordering photo prints from your phone

The Walgreens mobile app is so simple to use. You can send pictures to any Walgreens with a photo desk right from your phone and hardcopies are ready for pick up the same day! Sending hard copies that you selected to your friends and relatives can be so much more enjoyable and personal. Especially if they didn’t grow up with all of today’s IT technology. Getting pictures in a text or email is nice, but getting a print that’s ready for a frame is fantastic! Even better if it’s for someone that lives far away and you don’t get to see them very often. If you haven’t tried this app, I highly recommend you do! Give it a try. Send one to your nearest store and pick it up today (most of mine have been less than a couple of hours). Then send some to your parents or grandparents... they will love it!
Pill Reminder very helpful feature, but not user friendly

As a budding senior, I have pills to take in the morning and others to take at night. Since I live alone, there’s nobody around to ask if I took that, so this is a great feature. The issue is there does not seem to be a way to either edit or delete a prescription once it is scheduled. For example. I was given antibiotics for 2 weeks. Don’t need them anymore. Can’t find a delete function. As another example, I used to take a thyroid med in the morning. Now I take a new one at night. I can’t delete or edit the old one. I had to add a new one for the evening script. Now it looks like I’m taking two thyroid medications and about 4 antibiotics. Can you please add or make accessible an add, delete, modify function for prescriptions? It would make the app actually practical and useful. Thank you!

We love this store. It’s the best Walgreens we have ever been to. I do almost all of my shopping here. I love coming in and being greeted every time. The pharmacy has taken such great care with my medical history. They know how sick I am and stay on top of the prescriptions and interactions. If there is a problem with one of them, they call me immediately. They don’t wait as other pharmacies have done in the past. They will call and/or fax the dr multiple times until the problem is resolved. A recent error was made by my dr and caught by the pharmacist and brought to my attention. The pharmacy bent over backwards to try and get in contact with the dr to fix it. They go the extra mile. The assistants do as well. They are all nice and have smiles on their faces every time I see them. Greatest pharmacy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kimberly Rhoads

I was getting notified by text, email, push, and phone. Turned it all off. All I really want to know is if my Rx is ready, but that’s not an option. So I have to cancel it all... or so I thought... I still get bombarded after cancellation. Email says time to refill. Ok, click refill. Later, text says time to refill. Hmm. Must’ve not worked before. Ok. Refill. Get push notification to refill. Check app. Not time to refill yet. Get a PHONE CALL to refill. Check again. Your refill is ready. AND we’ve contacted your doctor to renew your refill. But he says it’s too soon because obviously you’re an addict because you just sent me 3 refill requests and IT’S NOT TIME YET??? Why did you tell me to refill and it’s not time yet anyway? Then there’s the constant confusion with the watch sync. Constant push notifications to log back in to track your steps. Click it. You’re already logged in. Not tracking steps. Your app is already linked to your watch. Do you want to start a challenge (that you’ve already “started” 6 times and let’s go back to the first step of you haven’t logged in, but you’re already logged in)? I’ve used the photo service. It seems to work ok. I also like it tracks my purchases with my rewards. I keep the app anyway so I can show my doctors what I’m on and what dose and no, I’m not needing another refill although Walgreens keeps insisting I do. Overall 2 stars because, while it’s incredibly annoying, it’s useful.

I&#39;ve been using this particular Walgreens photo department as well as the Walgreens at Stage Rd and Kirby Whitten. This store has the most personable, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered, and I have been using Walgreens photo processing services for many, many years! I would especially like to give a round of applause to a staff member named Brandon. On several occasions he has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction has been met by ensuring my photographs and magnets meet my satisfaction, as I do order at least 10+ magnets on minimum per month to give as gifts, and several other prints and various photos, wood panels, and other items. Please continue to keep up the great work, and I&#39;ll continue to spread the word that this Walgreens has the best customer service around! Thank you so much, Officer Wilchcombe

I am so very disappointed in the WALGREENS PHARMACY on county road 419 and COLONIAL. I have been to the pharmacy on random days to go get my medications only to find a sign on the door stating it was close because they didn’t have a pharmacist. I don’t know what happened or why they changed all regular pharmacist and technicians. All I is it has been horrible since then. The new pharmacist and are rude and not very friendly! It use to be when I walk in the store all the previous pharmacist knew my name and remembered not only my medications but my mothers as well and she took a whole lot of medications. I was always greeted with hello Mrs. Aguirre and they always asked about my mom. There is one particular pharmacist named Holly. She was so good and so friendly. She on several occasions caught errors in what my doctor would prescribed as far one medication interfering with another. I have submitted some medication to pick up tomorrow and if I have any kind of trouble getting them or I’m treated rudely I am going to my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I’m really disappointed and I wished these changes hadn’t taken place!!

The app worked great, fast and easy. However, that is, until I started to make an order for prints. The process of choosing the pictures was fine. The app started to disappoint when it came to &#34;Review &amp; Submit&#34; the order. It froze a lot of the time and kept on exiting out of the app, often forcing me to start the process all over again. It was just very very very slow and got me extremely frustrated. After several different attempts of doing so, even deleting the app and re-downloading, I thought I&#39;d might as well take screenshots of this and send an email over about the issue and come to the store to explain it in person as well. Luckily, the order finally went through after many tries throughout the entire day. It is understandable that the app may have just been overworking itself trying to upload the pictures causing it to act slow and exit out, but it is also unacceptable as an app should make orders especially like this quick and easy. 2 out of 5 stars.
Horrendous Photo App! Worst I’ve seen!

It makes you scroll through potentially thousands of photos on your iphone OVER and OVER again, to get to older photos on your phone, because it makes you do that for each individual photo you want printed, rather than letting you select multiple photos from your phone in a group selection. So if you want to print 10 older photos, you’ve got to scroll back in time 10 separate times, potentially going through 1000s of photos 10 times over! Worse yet, after spending so much time finally getting all your desired photos selected, the app will routinely crash at some point before finalizing your order, requiring you to start all over again. Your App does this virtually EVERY time I use it, only randomly finally not crashing after multiple unsuccessful tries to finally get to the end. It’s so frustrating that you want to never have anything to do with Walgreens Photo. Please fix this horribly designed, and totally unreliable photo app, before all your customers bolt to competitors like CVS.

Every time I go to Walgreens Drive in pharmacy the people are working quite diligently and rushed. It’s quite apparent that it’s not staffed properly. That leads to medication Errors! They are very nice people and when I complement them and ask them how many people are in there helping they say well I’m all alone today. As if I even had ask, it’s quite obvious they’re doing their best in a horrible company situation. A company with a great reputation is going downhill and you Are allowing it! Being a retired nurse I know how to price out meds and I can tell you that Walgreens prices on drugs are extremely high so I go to another drugstore for two of the medication safety. Just one of them was $75 a month hire at Walgreens, than competitor. Y’all better get your stuff together or you’re gonna lose the staff you have being stretched so thin! My memo will probably serve as no changes are going to take place, but at least you’ve been notified by a non-staffed person. I have no relatives working there either.

I have used the photo app for years. On a recent update Walgreens disappeared. I have had a bit so good time trying to get it back. It is downloaded for now, but I thought it was down loaded yesterday and that I had sent pictures to be developed. Went to get them today and was told there were no pictures for me. Just spent an hour trying to get pictures sent in. Had to go through the process 3or 4 times before I got it done. One of the issues was that I was being told on the first effort that the codes were wrong &amp; I had taken one right of the Walgreens ad. Everything worked tonight but it wasn&#39;t easy because the site kept telling me my email had been entered then it said ad email even though it was telling me that I needed a user name at the top but if I entered a name it said email needed. I finally got past that but not 100% sure how I did it
