I’m trying to do a spreadsheet, which I have done hundreds of times before. All these Apps sell you an App with no Guidance, Manual to look up and answer your questions, No Means of directing any questions to or be responded to with explanations to any issues! I have no Manual or instructions to look up my questions and problems with--so this entire App is essentially a hit-or-miss situation & is taking FOREVER!! Thank God I HAVE USED WORD, AND EXCEL for so many years prior!!! BUT—HOW DO I FORMAT?? WHERE DO I RESEARCH MY ISSUES??? These are the exact same issues lI have endured for the last year; while I have desperately attempted to format a business letter, and adjust the pitch of the typestyle I choose to type in! I was legal assistant/secretary for over 34 years, and have worked on several computer systems throughout those years. However, it’s crazy not to know how to move “A color Palette out of the way so you can resize the columns to fit the necessary info needed to be installed in each column. I gave up after several hours today, prior to figuring out how to insert another column between two existing columns or how to change pitch, bold, italic. (I got color change - kinda—but color choices were placed over other icons, which I needed to access & I can’t seem to move the color Palette squares from on top of other icons (such as BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINE, CHANGING THE SIZE (WIDTH) OF THE COLUMNS! I never figured out how to use data entry formulas to place into “total” squares to be automatically calculated.

Needs more improvement but it does the job.

The survey showed up documents app is the handiest app on my iPhone and I tend to use it several times daily to make or recall notes. With my first iPhone 5 I first got the Documents Pro App, then upgraded to the Documents App over 6 iPhone models. In various Documents folders I have over 140 txt, rtf and cvs files. I simply cannot recommend Documents highly enough.

Yes, this is free, but what good is free if it doesn’t work? I can create and edit documents, but I can’t print! That means this is worthless.

Good for text files. Save as text. Save to Dropbox. Convert RTF to text - real good. Does what it needs to do.

I can't get to my documents to edit. It just shows a email screen.

Simple, effective no frills text editor. I use it as a cache to hold & save writing sessions, so when i move between apps, things dont get lost in the shuffle.

I like spreadsheet function. But when it come to printer it not print landscaping. I made a spreadsheet 2 page long and now it will not print out. Print 1 page vertical not even half a page. Not a happy camper. Try your support app never got a word out of you. So must for giving you a 5 star rate

I'm new to Mac OS. Plus have iPhone. So file or document could show up anywhere!! Had handle with Mac book pro 2011, I updated RAM TO 16GB, i7 Intel. So yes I use this app and have enjoyed how easy they make it!

I had no idea it does that. Good to know, I guess. I’ve tried the three top rated stitch programs and this one definitely beats the others. It automatically senses groups of screenshots and either seamlessly stitches them or lets you know there’s not enough overlap and directs you to retake the shots. It even automatically detects your old groups ( swipe left) to see them). The only problem is that it doesn’t allow you to stitch things that don’t have enough overlap. I hope they add that functionality as retaking old screenshots would be insane to attempt. Highly recommended. Go ahead and buy it the ads are annoying and your going to want full functionality and to support the developers.

Ez to use- save, file, recall/ important docs I create or that I download from the Net. Get it, use it. You won’t be disappointed!

This app doesn’t provide anything new. They imply that it can edit word documents, but it can’t. I tried the trial app, but it appeared I couldn’t edit any of my documents without purchasing the paid version. Well, the paid version can’t edit them either. It’s a bit of a waste.

This program slams my Document needs.

It will keep every thing in alphabetical order, phone numbers addresses, any folder! And you can lock it with a pass code and back it up with iCloud.

Keeps duplicating scans into iCloud folder. Unable to rename scans. Bought app to scan a multi-page doc. Good thing I emailed s copy to myself before upgrading.

Very functional and useful tool for my iPad. Takes a little will to get used to but not bad.

After spent 60 min and writing a letter I tried to print .nowhere will it let you print so then it wanted to update and I let it I had two saved copies and now both are gone. It never warned me it would erase them . What a peace of junk don’t use it.

If you are editing a file, you have to go to ‘File’ at top left corner and hit ‘Save’ to save. And when you do, it closes the file and returns you back to the document menu. If you screenshot you phone before saving, you’ll lose all your editing. App needs a separate ‘Done’ button to save and also needs to retain your editing upon screenshots as long as the app itself is not closed

So far I’ve been able to save and retrieve documents . I like the app. Still learning how to use ..got to figure out how to rename files

Wasted $5.40 buying this app. Tried to get help and the site keep sending me to a page that no longer existed. Sent an email to company and they told me to go to site and it would take me to help page. "Not" All I wanted to know is if it is possible to put tabs in my docs. Wish I had my $5.00 back.

I’ve been using this app for quite awhile across my devices. I’ve really been able to create, edit, and share documents quite easily. But now since the latest iOS update, when I select text and try to change the font size, the app crashes back to my home screen every time. Please update.

I have been using this app for years. I have Numbers and Pages but you go to this app instead. Easy to use and has most of the functions I need for my documents and spreadsheets. It keeps everything in one place and easy to find and access. I would highly recommend this app!!

There was a version of documents that came on my iPad that seemed like it had a lot of potential. As I was getting used to some of its functions and features. Then I noticed that there were certain things that could only be done on the “upgraded version” of the app. So I went ahead and purchased the “upgraded version”. Now I have two documents apps. One is the regular version and the other is documents plus. I then noticed that none of the documents carried over. So I then had to copy all of my files over manually. Now I do not know which is which when the menu comes up to add attachments to....lets say....emails, because all that comes up on the display is “documents” so I do not know if the older version is safe to erase. There is also the question of why there’s a small phone icon on the bottom of the documents page that i can’t click on and a cloud icon on my iPhone that i can’t click on? There’s a bunch of things that aren’t explained and when I go to the “more help” tab in the app, it directs me to a page that is no longer there. I then write the makers and I got a reply of “we will look into that” months ago so I’ve given up hope. I kind of regret purchasing this app now. Hopefully it does improve. It is positioned to be great since it does come preinstalled on Apple products already. Let’s see! But for now, I’m pretty frustrated.

7-19-2019 ALSO I cannot find any search function. No search if document titles, no way to arrange them such as recent first, or alphabetic, it and other option. AND no way to search fir text inside a document. ALSO no search for text induce all documents. The app does not identify which app it is or which version number. ALSO THE failure of a comprehensive manual with a search function for the version I have I have not found a way to AIRPRINT the documents. Google searches hit on instructions to AirPrint, but they do not fit the screens of my app. AND NO ONE has responded to the attached request sent a long time ago. But have saved my request and attached it to your invitation for feedback. FINALLY your request today popped up in the middle of a text I was creating. It froze the screen. I lost all my work because if it. Wouldn’t it be nice to have had an auto-save back up file for the event of sudden close without saving ( like the one in Microsoft Word. MY REQUEST. My pages are blank in new phone. When I saw pages in old phone, it wouldn’t let me sort or sync, or save the document to my PC. I wanted to keep a running list of all my films so I wouldn’t keep buying duplicates. I can’t get this list to work on my phone, and I can’t get it to pop up on my pc. Useless, and a waste of all the time I invested in it.?

If you like using Text Edit on your Mac, you'll find this Documens very helpful. Easy to use with an uncluttered interface. Highly recommended.

My pages are blank in new phone. When I saw pages in old phone, it wouldn’t let me sort or sync, or save the document to my PC. I wanted to keep a running list of all my films so I wouldn’t keep buying duplicates. I can’t get this list to work on my phone, and I can’t get it to pop up on my pc. Useless, and a waste of all the time I invested in it.?

If you like using Text Edit on your Mac, you'll find this Documens very helpful. Easy to use with an uncluttered interface. Highly recommended.

Takes some practice, but the rewards are great. It helps me keep my docs organized
