As a homeowner, I would not use Renters Warehouse again. I hired them because I didn’t want to be involved in any of the renting process of my home. Their add says that they find very qualified tenants on average in 7 days.i certainly know that’s an average however it took much longer and they advertised on the same site I would have. I mistakenly thought they had a broader range of potential tenants to reach. I was shocked at the first several people whose applications they presented to me. It took 2 months to find someone and I found them by placing for rent information on the property Facebook page. I then was in contact with the tenants daily for the first two weeks to get things straightened out regarding getting into what is a gated community. The agent they assigned me, Olga Palmer was the absolute best. However, the outcome was that they had the tenants sign the lease, via e-mail, and will collect the rent. I had done that in the past and could do it again. The fees that they charge and in my case the little work they’ll do is not at all worth the cost. It was time and not wanting to be involved that I wanted covered by hiring them and that didn’t happen. Would not do it again.

My Shitz Tzu went last Saturday for the first time and loved it. We were greeted so warmly as soon as we waved into the door. What a beautiful in door park for all size family members. The spa treatment he received was outstanding. He slept so well thru the night after having so much fun.

I placed an order and received a call from the Restaurant telling me I ordered the Wrong thing and to Cancel the order. There was not a option to cancel so I looked for a number to call for assistance. It took me 10 minutes just to locate a number to call customer service. When I Finally reached someone She told me Well YOU placed the order so Now you’re Stuck with it. I HATE UBER EATS CUSTOMERS SERVICE ‭1 (800) 253-9377‬

Fix the filter/suggestions issue

I don’t know if it’s for all the filters... but I’m just confused on why I’m being falsely mislead to “Vegan” friendly places that aren’t vegan friendly. I had fixed the filter setting earlier this week since I’m on vacation (and hoping it would help me find Vegan friendly areas at the place I traveled to) but it’s as though the app is confused on what’s vegan and what’s vegetarian? Most people are vegan because of health reasons (such as gluten allergies, lactose intolerance, etc.).. it doesn’t really help people who will be touring unknown territory if the filter-system isn’t working well. A person can always check the menu or call ahead of time to double-check.. but even then, it’s kind of tiring of having to add that step in as a precaution. I could only imagine some people short on time trying to find a restaurant and having to take longer to find what they’re looking for, due to the suggestions/filter in check (not even specifying “vegan/vegetarian” options). It’s like wanting to use Netflix to watch a movie.. but taking longer to find the actual movie as opposed to actually watching the film. Same concept here: it’s taking too long to find a place to eat vs actually just going to get your food(/then eat it).

I ordered a jumper and some tables at the last minute and they were able to accommodate even though their schedule was already full. Great service, quick response and quality equipment. I would recommend them again to family and friends.

Used to love this place but tasteless Huevos Rancheros and lack of customer service will keep me away from now on! I got bit by a flea or mosquito and called the manager to tell him and he told me he didn’t believe me and that he just had the rugs washed. That I just wanted something for free!!! Oh my now what kind of customer service is that!!! I’ll never go back!!

Worst customer service ever

I’ve been a committed jcrew shopper for the last 20+ years. This store has the absolute worst customer service. Two middle age blondes were working last week when I went in and they ignored anyone who didn’t have jcrew clothes and people that they didn’t recognize as regular shoppers. They both focused on their conversations with each other rather than their customers. I had to ask for them to please check me out. No offer of help with dressing rooms, sizes or even a hello. Jcrew hire friendly helpful sales people! I would’ve spent a lot more money that day if the service had been decent.

For the last 9 years I have always taken my Honda Accord to this dealer for regular service. Just recently I had a problem with my car which was difficult to diagnose. The service department was persistent and the problem was solved. The serviceman Bobby, was professional and even called later to confirm I had no problems with the car. Seldom have I dealt with such a professional. I highly recommend this company

A little loud, but beach atmosphere ..Server Cole made us so comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the food and types of oysters as well as specials of the day. Two of us really interested in oysters and he did a great job guiding us to what turned out to be outstanding oyster heaven!! I started with an oyster shooter. The oyster was so large it took three delicious swallows! Then 6 and 6, all delicious, followed by fried oyster basket, beautifully cooked, hot on outside and crispy, perfect melt in your mouth inside. Even splitting the basket we brought some home. You could even get broccoli as a side instead of fries. We did. Cole was a joy to have serve us, and we would surely ask for him when we return. His knowledge of the food and personality made our evening extra enjoyable.

I love Dip Nails and the lovely ladies who work there. These ladies have done my SNS Dip nails for quite some time! I am always pleased with the job they do. Prices are very competitive, clearly posted with no surprises. They do manis and pedis with a variety of products. My nails stay nice for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend this place for great nails in a state of the art salon!!

I had breakfast at our absolute favorite place to eat in Yuma! Penny Diner can’t be beat! Their food is amazing, service is the best in Yuma but today was very sad. I was told tAll the quirky, cute kinda costumes the staff used to wear are no longer allowed! I know that isn’t important to a good meal but look I like the FUN!!! It just another kinda cute restaurant without the extra pizzazz the staff having fun with each holiday! I really looked forward to seeing what they would bring to each day! I’m really sad to see management opt for such an ordinary just like Denny’s or IHOP! I think they fun actually helped me make up my mind where I wanted to eat! I’m really sad you’ve made this decision!

Husband and I were at this restaurant yesterday, October 13, 2019, with our dinner bus from our village. Had the best meal ever. We both had the Cioppino. The best ever since we were in San Francisco. We’ve had this dish in other places in the area. NOT as good. We will always have this dish when we go to Lefty’s.

This is my 3rd time to used atlas cargo to send balikbayan boxes to the phils.dissapointed everytime because it tales more than 2mos. While other cargo Co. Takes only 1.5mos. I regularly track the shipment and its always "delayed due to missed connecting vessel" how on earth could you missed a connecting vessel?

Would not recommend to anyone . Unreliable . Shorty workmanship . Kept my car shy of one week to 7 months . Gritty paint job , hood crooked ., ac not working blamed it on Toyota even though my car was never there . Said Toyota had it for Two weeks for the AC then once again to run it on the computer . Again it was never at Toyota . Excuse upon excuses every week . Said car had been detailed and it was thilthy inside and out . Supposed to be short handed but has a lot full of cars waiting to be repaired . Why not hire more mechanics. Instead of allowing a disabled woman to be without a car for almost 7 months ? I could not trust my car to be safe anymore . I took a loss on a new car with only 12,000 miles and had to trade for a lesser value one . From a Camry yo a corolla but my safety is priceless .

Had a great meal and drinks with my family while waiting for the Nationals playoff game. Had apps, cocktails, dinner and dessert - all were great, right up to when the host asked us to leave so they could give our table to someone else! I guess a $200+ bill doesn’t mean what it use to!

Our waitress memorized everything, gave us speedy, accurate service, and even arranged a free sample for our drinks. The food was also spectacular. To top it off, I accidentally left my debit card in the folder, and they protected it for a few days when I discovered where I had lost it, so I didn’t even have to cancel since there were no charges: they had kept the card in the manager office for me to pick up with my ID. I never write these things, but I felt like I should because I had such a wonderful experience.

This airline is coming worse in their customer service.Change our flight # for an earlier one thought that there was only a penalty of $35.00 but there was another $51.00 of FARE DIFFERENCE.I was shocked when I found out.The agent said that the new policy they have now for long time the first time that I heard that FARE DIFFERENCE.So for one way back I paid for $202.00 for one way back home???????

I took my husband out for his “70” birthday. He is Italian and does not like to go out for Italian food because he is an awesome cook and know the Italian food how to cook it and he was brought up in a restaurant in NY all his life. His mom and grandparents ran the restaurant they made everything from scratch bread sauce etc! This place was amazing. They make there bread and pizza dough every day and I wanted to drink the sauce that’s how good it was. My husband had the linguine and clam sauce with lots of fresh garlic and he was shocked on the quality and the flavor! WOW. When u walk in u can smell CLEAN and FRESH. Felt like home . We will be regulars . Oh and also bartender Al was such a pleasure and a delight made us feel so welcomed.

Made reservations after reading it is the nicest French restaurant in Key West. We expected to sit in an air conditioned room for a wonderful meal selected from the menu on line. First I would like to say that the staff was pleasant and helpful. They compiled three strikes against the rating vey quickly: No room in the small air conditioned area, menu was totally different than the one on line and the wine requested from their menu was a different year. The food we finally selected was OK but not what you would select from a fine French Restaurant. I gave three stars after we were told the food was half price!

I stayed here several nights. The breakfast was outstanding, Helen was at the ready to get me whatever I asked for. Bronson helped me get my motorcycle off the trailer. Mr. Young went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and was very helpful with me motorcycle too. I will stay here again !

As booked on our reservations it states parking onsite HOWEVER when pulled up with car full of luggage we had to according to front staff(valet parking isn’t available anymore) you unload your luggage to front desk drive .3 miles to their other hotel leave car there walk back and carry luggage up with no help... no to handicap, no to seniors, no!

We used the barge ladies to book a barge cruise in September 2019. I would discourage anyone from using them. Beyond taking the money for the trip , their service was mediocre...absoutely no value added. Imagine getting to the barge and there is a lovely hot tub that we were never told about. We brought no bathing suits. I won't bore you with a list of reasons they were such a disappointment but I would be remiss for not castigating this group and their lack of service. "Beyond the boat"...they do nothing. I gave them one star because I coud not give them 0 stars.

I can honestly say I have never done a bad review on any company . I had signed up for a 3 month ADVANCE payment In other words , my bill was due for FUTURE storage, yet when the advancement was charged for the next three months , my credit card had expired. Therefore , the payment did not go thru . I was notified about the card , and did not want to leave a new credit card number , but left several messages for them to call me back to give the new number. When I finally did make contact , I was charged not only a late fee which I DO understand that , but also a “ lien fee “ even though my 3 months period had not even occurred yet . I would advise future customers to make sure they pay monthly , or you will be charged for future months that haven’t even happened yet . Took my car to mercedes at Valencia for airbag recall... they found something else to fix. Had it done because I was told it needed it. When I drove home, noticed the clock was off but thought nothing if it. Sound of the car was different. I've been doing this car for 12 years and you know the sound of your car by then. It sounded strange but I assumed it's because of the work done. Now the car won't start and when I called service department... Ryan stated nothing they can do and not their fault and recommended to take it to the shop. Not very helpful!!! I won't take it there anymore!!! Teresita

I find Yelp very useful in finding eating establishments and rating them. It is also very helpful in find all kinds of services. The integration with online maps is also an added advantage. Regrettably, it seems only work well in the United States and little else elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here with friends and family for years. I was there this past Saturday night and had bad food! When I say bad- I don’t mean bad tasting! I got food poisoning Saturday night from the Mongolian beef. I usually get the sushi , but felt like a hot dish. When I received the good, the meat was tough-& the edges seemed a bit burnt. If I didn’t know better, it looked as though the food may have been reheated. The edges of the neat were hard & I should have sent it back. Truth be told, we were a large party and it took the food a long time to come out. I was so hungry- I ate it, against my better judgement! Talk about a wrong move? I’ve been in bed for 2 days. I tried calling cdc- but no luck obtaining their #. I was feeling so sick , that if I ca n t get fluids in me... I’ll have to go later for aN IV BAG to keep from dehydrating. Lesson learned- when I doubt , send it back! I’m upset and literally sick to my stomach. I was in no position to respond yesterday. Sincerely- LB

It used to be horrible, all the elevators were broken, and service was the worst, now the new management is great, we have a beautiful lawn and park, flowers, playground and shake shack and taco food tracks come for family picnic nights, movie nights, great families and kids lie here, dog runs, it’s clean and for the price,nothing beats it, the rooms are huge, the one drawback, they seem to test and fix water lines five times a year, so they turn it off for an afternoon, and it happens at least 3-5x every year..other than that, ignore the bad reviews, those should all be from years ago, this place changed a couple of years ago..drastically, for the better, thank goodness..and it’s a wonderful place for young people,old or families

I owned a restaurant and we had 4.5 to 4.75 rating on all other rating sites, except Yelp. On Yelp we had a 2.5. I went through the reviews and there were many that were 4 to 5 star reviews, but they were hidden on Yelp and not used in our rating. I contacted Yelp and they explained how these were not trustworthy reviews and that their system takes random reviews and creates our rating. Funny, there were two or three low reviews, they were all used, and /15-20 high reviews but only a few of those were used. Here the best part. Soon after I contacted them, i started getting calls from Yelp sales people wanting me to buy ads. I explained my issue with their rating system and they told me that if I bought ads, those negative reviews could be eliminated and more of the positive reviews used so that our overall rating would be better. It’s a scam and no one will ever change my mind on this. Just like Yahoo used to be. Yahoo advertised as this all knowing search engine, yet you had to pay to be on it, so it wasn’t search the web, it was searching its database. It’s just not honest. Yelp selects the reviews they use in the rating and if you pay them, they improve your rating. That too is just not honest. It’s a joke.

I love the concept of yelp, but as a movie theater manager I like to see what people say about our business. It saddens me to see that yelp has become a platform for people who want to rate 1 stars because they didn’t get their entitled way about something. I can’t tell you the amount of times people write false information or leave out important details as to why they were treated the way they were because they feel like they can leave a terrible review and keep customers away simply because they did not want to follow a company’s rules. People should not be allowed to call out an employees full name, which targets the employee. Half the time it’s a person calling the employee racist or a racial profiler because they were asked to follow a policy any other person would have to. I wish there was a way for businesses to be able to better prove facts. At least maybe if app users could respond on people’s reviews and leave some facts and information back to the reviewer, then it could help better show people the true way the business runs/ what happened in situations.

It’s a gorgeous October night in Charleston. As I write this review, I am sitting on the stoop in front of Kaminskys on minute 96 of our 35 minute wait. There is a huge line of people waiting to put in their to go orders. The girl manning the door keeps telling people “35-45 minutes.” One woman here said she has been waiting since 7:48. (It is 9:34 and she’s still out here). New at the door says “they only have two people in the back so it’s taking awhile.” Just checked on our table again- we were told 20 minutes ago that the people at our table “had paid and are getting ready to leave” but the folks sitting at the table we’re supposedly waiting on to “leave any minute” just had their wine refilled...so there goes that. Dessert here is good and all, but take their estimated wait times with a grain of salt. And if you are here having dessert and you notice a giant line out the door, mayyyyybe realize there are other people that would like dessert too and not hog up a table for two hours.

I can honestly say I have never done a bad review on any company . I had signed up for a 3 month ADVANCE payment In other words , my bill was due for FUTURE storage, yet when the advancement was charged for the next three months , my credit card had expired. Therefore , the payment did not go thru . I was notified about the card , and did not want to leave a new credit card number , but left several messages for them to call me back to give the new number. When I finally did make contact , I was charged not only a late fee which I DO understand that , but also a “ lien fee “ even though my 3 months period had not even occurred yet . I would advise future customers to make sure they pay monthly , or you will be charged for future months that haven’t even happened yet . I would also suggest that Eagleville storage have professional courtesy, and check your clients notes and information and do not place liens in advance when the timeframe has not even passed . This is one of the best apps there is and it’s literally my go to regarding all services. For example nail salons, hairdressers, restaurants and other establishments that offer any type of service or product. It has probably saved me thousands of dollars at this point from avoiding places not recommended. I also have to say most of the reviewers are ON POINT. Whether you’re looking to buy a new car from a “shady dealership” or wanting to try out a new hipster place for lunch- check it out on Yelp first. People provide you literally everything from price points to savings and deals to dishes that are out of this world! If you’re looking for honest and upfront reviews of establishments in your area- this is the app for you!!
Cannot see full phone number

Yelp has 0 ways to contact them unless you want to report a specific business or are a business owner. Leaving this negative review is the only way I could think of to contact them about this issue. On some recent update they changed the layout on business pages where they put the phone number and a link to directions on the same line. This cuts off the last 5 digits of the phone number so you cannot see it. For phone users this isn't a problem because you can click and auto call, but for wifi or iPod users it just prevents us from getting the phone number in the app. Worse yet, the phone number is not included on the about page for businesses either which would be an easy fix! I now have to open yelp entries in Safari or google the business to get the phone number. This is really inconvenient and I'm considering deleting the app and just using the website, annoying!!!

I travel frequently and one of the hazards of frequent business travel is eating too many heavy meals, just because you don’t have time to find a place and get a look at the menu. Yelp makes it super easy to find a place that’s close, give you the menu, and let you check feedback from customers. Also important: tells you whether place is open or will be closing soon! I was mildly disappointed with the analog version of yelp offered in the recent update; I tried to order it for my previous boss, but they only deliver to loading docks that are open at 330am. Sounds a little sketchy to me. Need business-hour delivery of that 120,000-lb “gift”, yelp!
Map search is flawed

Summary: Map search results on iPhone include areas outside of map boundaries. I have had the Yelp app on several phones over the years and and I’m familiar with the website. I had it on my iPhone 6+ in the past but deleted it to save space about a year ago. Since then I have used the mobile website. I finally got tired of the nag screens telling me to view my search results on the app so I reloaded the app. When I search using map results I get places that are relatively nearby but not on the map. Very irritating to me. If I wanted results from other places I’d move the map or resize it. To Yelp: Stop giving me search results I don’t want or need. I just remembered another irritating thing about this app. Every time you change the search terms it resets the filters instead of keeping the previous ones.

This is the worst app I have ever dealt with (and I was user for years). Only low class uneducated people would continuously use such an app, telling blatant lies. There are garbage write ups over brief interactions with a business, without actually wanting to resolve what their issue with the business is first. Yelp only cares about numbers, high traffic and increasing their profits and this is not a platform that creates any goodness in this world. If I could give zero stars, I would. I fell for this idiocy in the beginning, ignorant to the real lack of value it actually has in this world. Where did my reviews go? Why are businesses scammed into paying yelp to have their good reviews available to the public? Crazy. I will no longer be a part of the bashing and negativity. I will no longer debase others in a platform that does not allow them to defend themselves properly in the public forum that it is. Google reviews is where it’s at. Sorry yelp. I’m done.

Like many of the previous reviewers, I have experienced the same rotten treatment from Yelp. It is true. They do hide good reviews and post the bad ones. When I finally got a real person to talk to, the said my reviews in "queue" were questionable! There were 5 good, positive reviews and they would not post them! They said that if someone is not a "Yelper" and has only posted one review, it was not "credible"! I told them that my clientele was not of that generation who Yelp, do FB, Instagram, etc. and that if they were nice enough to take the time and learn how to write a review, it should be posted!!! I told them they were discriminating against the older generation as well as my business! I too asked to be removed from Yelp because I want no association with such an outfit and they said it was impossible to be taken off. YET, from people's reviews, they remove US for speaking up!! A big thumbs down for Yelp being so biased!!!!

Obviously Yelp is useful. But the user experience becomes annoying when i google search for something, click on a yelp link in the search results, then it tells me i need to open the page in the yelp app. Ok, seems unnecessary, but thats fine. Except when i click on open it takes me to the app store because yelp releases what seems like daily updates. When the app opens, it goes to yelps home screen. So now i have to search again trying to remember the key words i searched for in google, and decipher which store it was that i was originally looking at. Half the time, if not more, i cant find it and end up going somewhere else. Again, yelp is still useful, but it’s annoying. And it’s a stupid kind of annoying - similar to the idiots posting food reviews for yelp in the app store. Annoying, because it’s a stupid inconvenience.

Wow... for a company whose entire business model is based on reviews is so astoundingly dumb and blind towards bad reviews received toward its own app just blows my mind. The app keeps annoying you for location services. I mean like its a freaking mule that will JUST NOT move forward till you switch location services on. And even if you do switch LS on, the restaurant locations that you can find online are surprisingly not showing up in the app. The app insists on showing me search results for only things around a five mile radius from me. The search function blows my mind in terms of how irritating and dumb it is. One of my reviews didn't end up going live. I think I hate this app. Lastly with the whole Apple integration it’s impossible to do anything on your mobile device with yelp until you download the friggin app. It keeps hounding you to download ans will not show you any detailed information unless you download their stupid app. I hate yelp.

Woah inception... a review in a review. Before I started using yelp my life had very little meaning. Sure there was the occasional WWE Raw re-run (VHS tape from my childhood). Yet even Randy Savage, or as us true fans call him Randal Mario Poffo, cannot compare to the hours of value YELP has added to my life. For example, I am now the life of any situation I may find myself in. Whether a funeral or a Bat Mitzvah YELP has turned me into a regular good time guy. Little did I know that I was the ugly girl in some late 1990s romcom. All I needed was to put on my YELP glasses and everyone would behold my beautiful face. Love the app & the improvements made. Wish they’d make the following updates... 1. When you do a search, please automatically sort by distance, closest to furthest. Then, allow the list to be filtered again by: stars, etc. 2. Please expand your listing to the Bahamas. Your GPS is off and everything falls under Nassau, NY instead of Nassau, Bahamas. If Facebook can find me and I can check in there, it would behoove you to do the same. 3. When someone sends a complement based on a tip or a review, it’s helpful to know the context of the complement as the receiver. “Joe B sent you a complement from you review or tip at XYZ” 4. Please allow the about me section allowing it to be modified within the app. Please add more questions and please allow more characters to the comments. If I try to go online, it jumps to the app. 5. Please trigger notifications when you are active in the Talk section so you know there was a response. I don’t get notifications. I just have to keep checking back. 6. Please require a person to have at least 25 friends, 25 reviews and 25 pics WITH an actual pic before they are allowed to message anyone. I am beyond sick and tired of the stalkers and trolls. Men will troll to hit on women. This is not a dating site and creeps are getting in.
Chick’s Oyster Bar

A little loud, but beach atmosphere ..Server Cole made us so comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the food and types of oysters as well as specials of the day. Two of us really interested in oysters and he did a great job guiding us to what turned out to be outstanding oyster heaven!! I started with an oyster shooter. The oyster was so large it took three delicious swallows! Then 6 and 6, all delicious, followed by fried oyster basket, beautifully cooked, hot on outside and crispy, perfect melt in your mouth inside. Even splitting the basket we brought some home. You could even get broccoli as a side instead of fries. We did. Cole was a joy to have serve us, and we would surely ask for him when we return. His knowledge of the food and personality made our evening extra enjoyable.

A couple of weeks back I had the chance to visit planet Toyota in Matteson with my daughter Michaela Sorokas. I was looking for a used car. I did not really have an idea as to what kind or what your car I was looking for. The salesman that helped me was absolutely wonderful, kind, and extremely patient with me! It took me over four hours to make a decision. I was never pressured!! I was shown cars that I had questions on and when I finally decided on a car I was able to take it for a test drive. I could not say enough positive things over how grateful I am to planet Toyota. I have given out recommendations left and right to go visit planet Toyota in Mattson. I am extremely thankful and happy with the purchase I made.
Good but could use improvements

Still my preferred app to check out restaurants. A couple of suggestions. I like that people can check in. It would make more sense if there was an option to geographically base the check ins. Say for example you go a business trip and there was an awesome restaurant you visited but couldn't remember what the name was or where it was located. While you remembered to check in, it was roughly about 3 years ago. You have to spend several minutes scrolling and scrolling through your saved check ins to find the general timeframe of when you went there. More often than not, I will skip over it and it just leads to frustration. Make check ins more useful. The same repetitive questions keep coming up. For attire, answering either casual or formal would generally suffice. I don't think people filter places specifically looking for a divvy or hipster venue. I think one of the more useful things you could add is average wait time and harness the database of loyal users. If you could ask if wait time is less than 5 min, less than 30 min, or greater than an hour for walk ins, that would help users prioritize their list of possible selections. Hope these suggestions make it to the next update.

After being in marketing for years I always understand what Yelp is, how it’s great for business, how to set up profiles, what it costs to list yourself on there as a premium account, etc etc. Up until recently I never used the app and never really thought it would be useful to me. I preached about, and helped with developing processes to get consumers to write good reviews.... did I mention for quite a few years? Meanwhile I was over here never writing any reviews myself or using the tool to my advantage! I’ve saved money, visited little places I didn’t know existed and have settled food decision wars in my house. I love Yelp now and told my husband I may be headed toward becoming a full on “Yelper” soon. 🤔😊
Needs to prioritize reviews better

It doesn't make sense that even for places with hundreds of reviews, the app lists reviews in random order... You might see a six month old review on top, followed by one from five years ago, then one from last week, etc. This makes it harder to tell if a place with overall good ratings has gone downhill recently, or if a place with overall bad ones has started improving. About the only way I can see this seemingly random order making sense is when a business suddenly gets a bunch of mostly good or bad reviews due to sketchy reasons - but that likely doesn't happen often. One other comment... I know people complain about how businesses can pay to get listed first, but the app makes it obvious by showing the "ad" symbol etc. and Yelp has to make money somehow.

UPDATE: Nothing has changed. I give the app a chance by clicking on a link in safari, knowing I will be redirected. I don’t get redirected to what I was previously reading. This is so ridiculous and tiresome. Clearly y’all don’t want people to use your site. ******* I am so tired of you guys forcing me to use this app while I am browsing on safari. It should be an option we can turn off. And if it's not offered, you do a great job of hiding the ball and making people search to figure it out. My use of this app is a choice. If I want to visit the website, I should not be forced to interact with the app. I thought you would have addressed this by now but nope. One star for tone deafness and really messed up advertising. Also: If you're going to force people to open the app when using safari and looking at the mobile site, make sure it works and people are actually directed to the site they were looking at on safari.

Title says it all, but correction needs elucidation: wanted unsweetened ice tea, but it pulled mango tea. I told the manager, who explained somebody had inadvertently changed the line from the back of the location to the front. She tried to pull the drink from the drive-up window station, but it was also mango tea. She offered to let the line clear by just draining the gallon or so still in the line, but since lunch customers were coming in quickly, I told her I would do it for her, too which she immediately agreed with a huge smile. She wouldn't even let me pay for the drink. Upshot: if a customer is reasonable every good manager will accommodate the Stuart and usually, it is to the customers benefit. Great job, Steffenie.

My wife and I looked at a few cars over the Internet and found several we were interested in and contacted Chris Myers about them. I was connected with a salesman Cole Bertran who was very nice on the phone. We set up and appointment last Saturday May 18,2019. He had the cars pulled out front for us to go over. He then showed us another car we may have interest in and we made a decision right away. Cole was not pushy which my wife was very pleased about that. I would like to give Cole a shout out and a 10 on the service scale as a top salesman. I have purchased several trucks at Chris Myers and I must say that Cole was the best salesman I ever felt with here. Thanks Cole for a very good experience while purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.
They keep making their bookmarks feature worse and worse

Who is in charge of this design? I use the bookmarks feature extensively and it has only gotten worse. Now in order to see my bookmarks on the app, I have to select “more” from the menu at the bottom, then select “bookmarks” which doesn’t actually take you to your bookmarks but to the collections feature which is pretty useless IMO and then click “bookmarks”. Fine I’ve lived with that since the last bad update but now you have no way of seeing whether the restaurant is open or closed without having to click on the individual business. You can’t see it from the list or the map anymore at all and it makes bookmarks so much less useful on the fly. I was hoping they would add a feature to show bookmarks by “open now” like you can with the search function but instead they crippled the function even more. This is a huge step backwards

I need one improvement made to Yelp. Reviewers need the ability to cast a zero star vote for merchants that fail to provide customer service. In other words, when you walk in a restaurant, and you receive zero greeting, zero signage instructions, no menu, no water, I will be right with you, no acknowledgement even though I’m delivering food right behind you, and no attention after an extended waiting period. Guess what, a zero rating is definitely warranted and in order. To rate higher than zero (1) causes the overall average rating of the restaurant to be inflated and potentially cause another customer to share a similar experience. Agree? To do otherwise, suggests that I should have left some form of monetary tip for having taken up that seat.

About 3 Months Ago my son was racially profiled in this store. He was asked to come to the back of the store because they suspected he was stealing. When he got to the back the store security showed him a picture of a person who the security system caught stealing in the past. The person on camera looked nothing like my son, the only thing they had an common was that they were both BLACK. I was called down to Adams to pick him up by Adams security, a white bald male. When I got there he was standing outside with 2 police officers, when I asked if my son was stealing he said No, but he is banned from the store. Why would he get banned if he was not stealing?? Adams used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but since this incident I will never step foot in there again. My 16 year old was banned for basically no reason at all other then being a young black male. Shame on Adams security (whatever his name is) and shame on Adams!!!

I love yelp because it is an all inclusive app that you can find anything that your looking for, from food to home maintenance. The great thing about it is the reviews and the pictures others post, it tells the true story of what your getting yourself into. I use Yelp for everything to finding places to hangout, to eat and even my vacations locations. Oh wait the best thing about Yelp is the discounts you get for checking in to places that use Yelp to advertise #awesome, I have gotten some good coupons and I like it as well for the badges and status you get for the check ins and reviews. Well I guess you can see I love to Yelp so I hope you become a Yelper yourself it will save you the time and headache trust me.
Worst Business Decision EVER

I’ve been in business for 13 years and never used any advertising to gain new clients from the internet or traditional advertising methods. I get new clients from referrals from current clients. I thought I’d join YELP just to have an online presence. Since that decision 1 month ago, I’ve been promised help with my business listing by Valentina my customer service rep at YELP (never happened). I have received 9 calls from other sites trying to get me to pay money to get my business listing to the top of a google search. I’ve also been charged $118 by YELP but Im not sure why. Valentina assured me I had a $300 credit to give my company exposure. (Randomly put my business at the top of the page when searching for my category of service) When I emailed Valentina, my customer service rep at YELP about the charge, she said she had no idea why I was charged and suggested I contact YELP billing. BOTTOM LINE: Dony join YELP for advertising, it’s a scam!

Use this app often to research anyplace unfamiliar, especially restaurants. I like to see real deal pictures from the customers and not just the dressed up ones they want you to see. I do find reviews can be skewed. Some people just can’t be pleased like complaining about a 30 minute wait at a restaurant on Friday night or a 2 star review because of something that was superficial and likely an honest mistake like putting the appetizer on the wrong check with a party of 3 couples. When taking all this into account I find this app extremely helpful and informative. So far it has helped my family find several favorite local go to spots. We especially rely on it when traveling.

Yelp is quite an amazing app. Many use it to rate first experiences of restaurants, gyms, clothing stores, you name it. Others rate what they have been going to their whole life. Either way, it is a great tool to use in order to understand whether a place you want to check out is good or not. Another bonus to this app is the fact that some businesses are willing to give free product and bonuses just for liking them and leaving a review on yelp. One thing that does confuse me is that a place for show four reviews actually have more than hundred. I'm guessing Yelp either has some algorithm to determine if a review is legitimate or yelp has certain preferences towards certain businesses. Who knows?

I love this app but the sponsored adds are annoying especially when they aren’t part of your modification on search. Also annoying when you go to read reviews on a place and they actually have SPONSORED reviews or something for other restaurants as your scrolling for other restaurants. Not only are these adds irrelevant to your search, but it’s made me misread reviews for places thinking they were for the place I was looking up. HOWEVER! I will continue to use this app because despite the annoyances like, it’s still extremely useful overall and I’ve even used it to schedule appointments for hair and nails. But usually use for food. Still recommend it for looking up places.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to about this sham of an app. Every time I’m looking into a business for whatever reason, the top searches all yield the same results: Yelp. Then, in the middle of what I’m trying to read, I’m forced to stop because Yelp wants me to go to their app. After months of this, I relented. Mistake. Not only does the app never have any useful information, but when I find something on the website and then “continue in app” it takes me to a page completely unrelated to what I was just reading! It’s such a scam. Don’t waste your time with this awful app, and don’t waste your time with Yelp! It’s a garbage website, with more ads than info. They obviously make lots of money to have the monopoly on Google searches, and I wish that would change, because all I want to know is who has the best sushi in my area and I might never know. Delete the app before you throw your phone across the room.

Love this app! Use it often. Yelp has allowed me to further develop my critical and creative thinking! It has sparked the food critic in me. Which in turn helped me cipher between bias and unbiased opinion. A hat off to their development team, for keeping up with updates. Best features come in handy ...Such as the check in rewards for visits at participating venues. To the social status, and awards for rankings. One thing am not keen on. Is the image share. Within app—taking images, then resulting with yelp insignia all over the image one takes. What’s up with that? In a way that feature has discouraged me from taking images. No biggie. In all this app is fun to use and gives me incentives to continue using it! Thanks Yelp!

I don't know any other app that does the job like yelp, and there's a reason to that. Yelp is unique in that there's a whole community that shares their experiences about restaurants all over the world. The app is so easy to use and user-friendly. I couldn't have asked for more from an app, and I believe this app will change your life, at least in the area of knowing what restaurants and joints to check out. Although the ratings and reviews may be opinionated, you're better off trying a new restaurant with the affirmation of good reviews on yelp, than trying one on your own whim (from experience). So if you haven't tried yelp, which is highly unlikely, then go ahead and give it a shot.

I love Yelp! For a long time I had never even heard of Yelp. I was going to restaurants and writing reviews on the food I was getting every place I went. I have always considered myself a good judge of great food, mediocre food, and terrible food. I also believe in telling the truth, but without being downright rude. I then discovered Yelp and started reading reviews of places. I loved reading everyone’s opinion of all the different places. I don’t really remember how I got started writing for Yelp, but I’m glad I do because I love every minute of it. Meeting some of the Yelpers has been a treat too! Real people writing real opinions about food and businesses. Thank you YELP for allowing me to be a part of a wonderful organization.

Three different patrons left our business STELLAR reviews today on Yelp (first time I ever mentioned our presence on Yelp or had their link on our Web site [already removed]). Within a few hours, one of said customers contacts me to let me know her review was pulled by Yelp or made invisible, without reason or explanation. Why? I had no idea for her. Even worse, during the same timeframe, some older gentlemen we’ve never dealt with leaves a terrible, one-star review for us — even though he SPECIFICALLY CITES in his write up that he’s actually talking about an entirely different company with a somewhat similar name... It’s just unacceptable and infuriating... after this realization, I noticed that numerous other positive reviews that have been left by our patrons, were for some reason being made invisible and uncounted by Yelp. In the Cannabis industry (my company is a medical research and education organization), there are too many other resources for reviews available to even acknowledge Yelp. Resources which are UNIMPEACHABLE in credibility, cross-referencing IP addresses, among many other authenticity verifying protocols. This will now be a topic at our regional conference next Monday — I’ve already contacted the president of the Commission for my state, and I will be unequivocally recommending a boycott of Yelp for the entire Cannabis Industry.
This app is a MUST HAVE if you want your coin spent for a good experience!

I use this app for everything! I tell my friends and family about it. I’m a very adventurous person so I love to try new restaurants, hair salons, nail salons, even night life when I’m in different cities! I don’t like to waste my time or spend my money for service I didn’t enjoy. Since I’ve been using this app faithfully, I can honestly say, I’m never let down. I love how this app lets people take a picture and post about their experience. Rather just reading a review about how great a dish was or how great this hairstylist achieved their haircut or color but can’t see it. Yelp allows every review be personal but very helpful for others. Thank you Yelp!

As a business owner I know not every single customer will love you but Yelp lets anyone say WHATEVER they want, even lies with no proof and the business owner can only respond to the review! Yelp will not assist business owners in removing reviews that are lies! I am a Yelp user and I have been a loyal advertiser until today! I received a 1 star review from a customer that was in my store last week, her review is about 10 paragraphs long and contradicts herself multiple times, not only that but what she says is a lie and I have proof but does Yelp care? NO! Does Yelp care that I was screamed at by someone unstable for 30 minutes and I never raised my voice and do they care that she was given a full refund? NO! Does Yelp care that I was told by my other clients in my store and 2 of my employees that I needed to call the police on this woman? NO! Does Yelp care that out of her 19 reviews she has left for other stores, over 10 of them are 1 star? NO!

That’s what you get when you read a yelp review. No one gets paid to write a review unlike an advertisement. Remember how it used to be? You’d go to a place, the service, the products or the food were terrible, and you let your friends know about it. The owners never got any feedback generally and you just never went back. Yelp gives consumers a voice and owners constructive knowledge of how to improve. It’s no wonder that reviews can either boost or detract from Sales. It gives power to the consumer. Let’s face it, Honolulu is not cheap. And if you’re going to pay that much for something, you have the right to have something that is delicious, experience good service and a good product.

Person from major appliance came to do estimates for replacing all ignition parts for bbq and a new seal for fridge, gave him the original manual with complete parts list! Weeks later cleaner comes (this part was good) and next day repair guy-who apparently did NOT request all the ignators as told at estimate day and says has to order the other ones! To top that off the seal on fridge he left 1/2 inch gap in upper left corner-Wind blows door open as well as air escape!! Call and leave message same day about problem to come back and fix and never a return call on that! Then someone leaves message that will expediate parts still needed and they could not have known about (again-complete list was provided to person who came to look at and told needed all!) Now - still, weeks later, apparently no ‘expedite’ and still not fixed! And had to have someone else correct the fridge seal so door would close with no gap.

I am glad this app exists. In today’s world, unfortunately, there are many businesses who take advantage of customers. Businesses can’t alter or change the bad things they have done on Yelp and holds them accountable! They are like the police of the businesses for consumerism! Totally support this type of honestly and accountability from consumers and others. For the business owners who get mad or disagree, maybe you should check yourself! It’s too bad they didn’t have an app for the businesses who treat employees bad for future prospects, who are looking for work. For the businesses who do their consumers right thumbs up to you ! I've been a very frequent business traveler for over 20 years. In that time I've been my experience seeing the country grow more and more interesting. Yelp has made the travel more interesting and fulfilling than ever before. In fact I always find anything from gasoline to entertainment using Yelp. I've learned the ins and outs of interpreting reviews and I cannot remember a poor experience after finding a place with Yelp. It's become my right hand when it comes to nearly every commerce transaction in my life. Yelp is a remarkable tool for finding excellent food, service, and entertainment. I will always recommend it to friends and always use it at every opportunity.

I needed to rent a truck at a moments notice in an area I'm not familiar with at a Home Depot I'm not familiar with. The yelp reviews of this location were very low so I was concerned. I was relieved and pleased to find that I was very quickly connected to the right individual in the right department with the current correct information. When I arrived I was able without any trouble to find the right area to go to. I did wait about 5 minutes with a couple who had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to help but when the young man arrived everything went smoothly and quickly. Overall it was an easy, painless, very reasonably priced transaction. Good on ya HD

I contacted Audi in Cary, NC, about 2016 Mustang. The Salesperson Eric Nitsch, contacted me via text, which I prefer. Asked him questions concerning the features of the 2016 Mustang.... not only did he answered my questions... he took pictures of the dashboard to make sure we were both on the same page.... to me that was OUTSTANDING! He went out to the car... not just reading a script. He was professional and personable. Everyone was friendly and cheerful... our car was waiting, detailed, gassed with a “Sold” to The Buyers (our Name) ... yes we felt special... no high pressure... just good old fashion friendly service. Yes! Would recommend Audi in Cary to everyone and our sale person Eric Nitsch! The whole team!!! Thank you :) !

Noticed new staff possible of new ownership, if so bring back the original owner. Girl at the cashier taking phone orders has a terrible attitude if you don’t like your job quit. Estimated time for food to be picked up was terribly off no sense of communication what so ever. Asked for an extra sauce was charged (don’t mind paying extra, cost of goods) $0.50 for one should of just rounded it to the dollar for two. When asking for sauce no communication and acknowledgement was acknowledged. People pay for good services. Customers help local businesses such as this one to stay in business and keep the community going...but honestly this experience wasn’t worth me going back there. Hope all find this useful and have a much greater experience . No need to reply back to this review, take that same time and effort to review the ethics skills in your establishment. One conversation with your staff members can go a long way. TNT BBQ HUT, you’ll be missed!!

Whether it’s looking for a new nail salon to try in my area or a hot sushi place in Las Vegas, I am constantly using Yelp to help lead me to my next destination. I love how I can read through reviews to find out what to order or who to book an appointment with. I also find it very convenient to see the hours the businesses are open and click to call directly. The most convenient tool I’ve recently used is the “Join the Waitlist” link for a local hot restaurant. What a convenient and time-saving feature! I truly don’t know what I would do without Yelp. It’s the best way to navigate through unfamiliar cities and even to find recommendations in my own town.

As a homeowner, I would not use Renters Warehouse again. I hired them because I didn’t want to be involved in any of the renting process of my home. Their add says that they find very qualified tenants on average in 7 days.i certainly know that’s an average however it took much longer and they advertised on the same site I would have. I mistakenly thought they had a broader range of potential tenants to reach. I was shocked at the first several people whose applications they presented to me. It took 2 months to find someone and I found them by placing for rent information on the property Facebook page. I then was in contact with the tenants daily for the first two weeks to get things straightened out regarding getting into what is a gated community. The agent they assigned me, Olga Palmer was the absolute best. However, the outcome was that they had the tenants sign the lease, via e-mail, and will collect the rent. I had done that in the past and could do it again. The fees that they charge and in my case the little work they’ll do is not at all worth the cost. It was time and not wanting to be involved that I wanted covered by hiring them and that didn’t happen. Would not do it again.

My Shitz Tzu went last Saturday for the first time and loved it. We were greeted so warmly as soon as we waved into the door. What a beautiful in door park for all size family members. The spa treatment he received was outstanding. He slept so well thru the night after having so much fun.

I placed an order and received a call from the Restaurant telling me I ordered the Wrong thing and to Cancel the order. There was not a option to cancel so I looked for a number to call for assistance. It took me 10 minutes just to locate a number to call customer service. Fix the filter/suggestions issue

I don’t know if it’s for all the filters... but I’m just confused on why I’m being falsely mislead to “Vegan” friendly places that aren’t vegan friendly. I had fixed the filter setting earlier this week since I’m on vacation (and hoping it would help me find Vegan friendly areas at the place I traveled to) but it’s as though the app is confused on what’s vegan and what’s vegetarian? Most people are vegan because of health reasons (such as gluten allergies, lactose intolerance, etc.).. it doesn’t really help people who will be touring unknown territory if the filter-system isn’t working well. A person can always check the menu or call ahead of time to double-check.. but even then, it’s kind of tiring of having to add that step in as a precaution. I could only imagine some people short on time trying to find a restaurant and having to take longer to find what they’re looking for, due to the suggestions/filter in check (not even specifying “vegan/vegetarian” options). It’s like wanting to use Netflix to watch a movie.. but taking longer to find the actual movie as opposed to actually watching the film. Same concept here: it’s taking too long to find a place to eat vs actually just going to get your food(/then eat it).

Used to love this place but tasteless Huevos Rancheros and lack of customer service will keep me away from now on! I got bit by a flea or mosquito and called the manager to tell him and he told me he didn’t believe me and that he just had the rugs washed. That I just wanted something for free!!! Oh my now what kind of customer service is that!!! I’ll never go back!!

Worst customer service ever

I’ve been a committed jcrew shopper for the last 20+ years. This store has the absolute worst customer service. Two middle age blondes were working last week when I went in and they ignored anyone who didn’t have jcrew clothes and people that they didn’t recognize as regular shoppers. For the last 9 years I have always taken my Honda Accord to this dealer for regular service. Just recently I had a problem with my car which was difficult to diagnose. The service department was persistent and the problem was solved. The serviceman Bobby, was professional and even called later to confirm I had no problems with the car. Seldom have I dealt with such a professional. I highly recommend this company

A little loud, but beach atmosphere ..Server Cole made us so comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the food and types of oysters as well as specials of the day. Two of us really interested in oysters and he did a great job guiding us to what turned out to be outstanding oyster heaven!! I started with an oyster shooter. The oyster was so large it took three delicious swallows! Then 6 and 6, all delicious, followed by fried oyster basket, beautifully cooked, hot on outside and crispy, perfect melt in your mouth inside. Even splitting the basket we brought some home. You could even get broccoli as a side instead of fries. We did. Cole was a joy to have serve us, and we would surely ask for him when we return. His knowledge of the food and personality made our evening extra enjoyable.

I love Dip Nails and the lovely ladies who work there. These ladies have done my SNS Dip nails for quite some time! I am always pleased with the job they do. Prices are very competitive, clearly posted with no surprises. They do manis and pedis with a variety of products. My nails stay nice for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend this place for great nails in a state of the art salon!!

I had breakfast at our absolute favorite place to eat in Yuma! Penny Diner can’t be beat! Their food is amazing, service is the best in Yuma but today was very sad. I was told tAll the quirky, cute kinda costumes the staff used to wear are no longer allowed! I know that isn’t important to a good meal but look I like the FUN!!! It just another kinda cute restaurant without the extra pizzazz the staff having fun with each holiday! I really looked forward to seeing what they would bring to each day! I’m really sad to see management opt for such an ordinary just like Denny’s or IHOP! I think they fun actually helped me make up my mind where I wanted to eat! I’m really sad you’ve made this decision!

Husband and I were at this restaurant yesterday, October 13, 2019, with our dinner bus from our village. Had the best meal ever. We both had the Cioppino. Would not recommend to anyone . Unreliable . Shorty workmanship . Kept my car shy of one week to 7 months . Gritty paint job , hood crooked ., ac not working blamed it on Toyota even though my car was never there . Said Toyota had it for Two weeks for the AC then once again to run it on the computer . Again it was never at Toyota . Excuse upon excuses every week . Said car had been detailed and it was thilthy inside and out . Supposed to be short handed but has a lot full of cars waiting to be repaired . Why not hire more mechanics. Instead of allowing a disabled woman to be without a car for almost 7 months ? I could not trust my car to be safe anymore . I took a loss on a new car with only 12,000 miles and had to trade for a lesser value one . From a Camry yo a corolla but my safety is priceless .

Our waitress memorized everything, gave us speedy, accurate service, and even arranged a free sample for our drinks. The food was also spectacular. To top it off, I accidentally left my debit card in the folder, and they protected it for a few days when I discovered where I had lost it, so I didn’t even have to cancel since there were no charges: they had kept the card in the manager office for me to pick up with my ID. I never write these things, but I felt like I should because I had such a wonderful experience.

I took my husband out for his “70” birthday. He is Italian and does not like to go out for Italian food because he is an awesome cook and know the Italian food how to cook it and he was brought up in a restaurant in NY all his life. His mom and grandparents ran the restaurant they made everything from scratch bread sauce etc! This place was amazing. They make there bread and pizza dough every day and I wanted to drink the sauce that’s how good it was. My husband had the linguine and clam sauce with lots of fresh garlic and he was shocked on the quality and the flavor! WOW. When u walk in u can smell CLEAN and FRESH. Felt like home . We will be regulars . Oh and also bartender Al was such a pleasure and a delight made us feel so welcomed.

Made reservations after reading it is the nicest French restaurant in Key West. We expected to sit in an air conditioned room for a wonderful meal selected from the menu on line. First I would like to say that the staff was pleasant and helpful. They compiled three strikes against the rating vey quickly: No room in the small air conditioned area, menu was totally different than the one on line and the wine requested from their menu was a different year. The food we finally selected was OK but not what you would select from a fine French Restaurant. I gave three stars after we were told the food was half price!

As booked on our reservations it states parking onsite HOWEVER when pulled up with car full of luggage we had to according to front staff(valet parking isn’t available anymore) you unload your luggage to front desk drive .3 miles to their other hotel leave car there walk back and carry luggage up with no help... no to handicap, no to seniors, no!

We used the barge ladies to book a barge cruise in September 2019. I would discourage anyone from using them. Beyond taking the money for the trip , their service was mediocre...absoutely no value added. Imagine getting to the barge and there is a lovely hot tub that we were never told about. We brought no bathing suits. I won't bore you with a list of reasons they were such a disappointment but I would be remiss for not castigating this group and their lack of service. I can honestly say I have never done a bad review on any company . I had signed up for a 3 month ADVANCE payment In other words , my bill was due for FUTURE storage, yet when the advancement was charged for the next three months , my credit card had expired. Therefore , the payment did not go thru . I was notified about the card , and did not want to leave a new credit card number , but left several messages for them to call me back to give the new number. When I finally did make contact , I was charged not only a late fee which I DO understand that , but also a “ lien fee “ even though my 3 months period had not even occurred yet . I would advise future customers to make sure they pay monthly , or you will be charged for future months that haven’t even happened yet . I would also suggest that Eagleville storage have professional courtesy, and check your clients notes and information and do not place liens in advance when the timeframe has not even passed . Perhaps , you need to not do advanced payments .

Took my car to mercedes at Valencia for airbag recall... they found something else to fix. Had it done because I was told it needed it. When I drove home, noticed the clock was off but thought nothing if it. Sound of the car was different. I've been doing this car for 12 years and you know the sound of your car by then. It sounded strange but I assumed it's because of the work done. Now the car won't start and when I called service department... Ryan stated nothing they can do and not their fault and recommended to take it to the shop. Not very helpful!!! I won't take it there anymore!!! Teresita

I find Yelp very useful in finding eating establishments and rating them. It is also very helpful in find all kinds of services. The integration with online maps is also an added advantage. Regrettably, it seems only work well in the United States and little else elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here with friends and family for years. I was there this past Saturday night and had bad food! When I say bad- I don’t mean bad tasting! I got food poisoning Saturday night from the Mongolian beef. I usually get the sushi , but felt like a hot dish. When I received the good, the meat was tough-& the edges seemed a bit burnt. If I didn’t know better, it looked as though the food may have been reheated. The edges of the neat were hard & I should have sent it back. Truth be told, we were a large party and it took the food a long time to come out. I was so hungry- I ate it, against my better judgement! Talk about a wrong move? I’ve been in bed for 2 days. I tried calling cdc- but no luck obtaining their #. I was feeling so sick , that if I ca n t get fluids in me... I’ll have to go later for aN IV BAG to keep from dehydrating. Lesson learned- when I doubt , send it back! I’m upset and literally sick to my stomach. I was in no position to respond yesterday. Sincerely- LB

It used to be horrible, all the elevators were broken, and service was the worst, now the new management is great, we have a beautiful lawn and park, flowers, playground and shake shack and taco food tracks come for family picnic nights, movie nights, great families and kids lie here, dog runs, it’s clean and for the price,nothing beats it, the rooms are huge, the one drawback, they seem to test and fix water lines five times a year, so they turn it off for an afternoon, and it happens at least 3-5x every year..other than that, ignore the bad reviews, those should all be from years ago, this place changed a couple of years ago..drastically, for the better, thank goodness..and it’s a wonderful place for young people,old or families

I owned a restaurant and we had 4.5 to 4.75 rating on all other rating sites, except Yelp. On Yelp we had a 2.5. I went through the reviews and there were many that were 4 to 5 star reviews, but they were hidden on Yelp and not used in our rating. I contacted Yelp and they explained how these were not trustworthy reviews and that their system takes random reviews and creates our rating. Funny, there were two or three low reviews, they were all used, and /15-20 high reviews but only a few of those were used. Here the best part. Soon after I contacted them, i started getting calls from Yelp sales people wanting me to buy ads. I explained my issue with their rating system and they told me that if I bought ads, those negative reviews could be eliminated and more of the positive reviews used so that our overall rating would be better. It’s a scam and no one will ever change my mind on this. Just like Yahoo used to be. Yahoo advertised as this all knowing search engine, yet you had to pay to be on it, so it wasn’t search the web, it was searching its database. It’s just not honest. Yelp selects the reviews they use in the rating and if you pay them, they improve your rating. That too is just not honest. It’s a joke.

I love the concept of yelp, but as a movie theater manager I like to see what people say about our business. It saddens me to see that yelp has become a platform for people who want to rate 1 stars because they didn’t get their entitled way about something. I can’t tell you the amount of times people write false information or leave out important details as to why they were treated the way they were because they feel like they can leave a terrible review and keep customers away simply because they did not want to follow a company’s rules. People should not be allowed to call out an employees full name, which targets the employee. Half the time it’s a person calling the employee racist or a racial profiler because they were asked to follow a policy any other person would have to. I wish there was a way for businesses to be able to better prove facts. At least maybe if app users could respond on people’s reviews and leave some facts and information back to the reviewer, then it could help better show people the true way the business runs/ what happened in situations.

It’s a gorgeous October night in Charleston. As I write this review, I am sitting on the stoop in front of Kaminskys on minute 96 of our 35 minute wait. There is a huge line of people waiting to put in their to go orders. The girl manning the door keeps telling people “35-45 minutes.” One woman here said she has been waiting since 7:48. (It is 9:34 and she’s still out here). New at the door says “they only have two people in the back so it’s taking awhile.” Just checked on our table again- we were told 20 minutes ago that the people at our table “had paid and are getting ready to leave” but the folks sitting at the table we’re supposedly waiting on to “leave any minute” just had their wine refilled...so there goes that. Dessert here is good and all, but take their estimated wait times with a grain of salt. And if you are here having dessert and you notice a giant line out the door, mayyyyybe realize there are other people that would like dessert too and not hog up a table for two hours.

This is one of the best apps there is and it’s literally my go to regarding all services. For example nail salons, hairdressers, restaurants and other establishments that offer any type of service or product. It has probably saved me thousands of dollars at this point from avoiding places not recommended. I also have to say most of the reviewers are ON POINT. Whether you’re looking to buy a new car from a “shady dealership” or wanting to try out a new hipster place for lunch- check it out on Yelp first. People provide you literally everything from price points to savings and deals to dishes that are out of this world! If you’re looking for honest and upfront reviews of establishments in your area- this is the app for you!!

Yelp has 0 ways to contact them unless you want to report a specific business or are a business owner. Leaving this negative review is the only way I could think of to contact them about this issue. On some recent update they changed the layout on business pages where they put the phone number and a link to directions on the same line. This cuts off the last 5 digits of the phone number so you cannot see it. For phone users this isn't a problem because you can click and auto call, but for wifi or iPod users it just prevents us from getting the phone number in the app. Worse yet, the phone number is not included on the about page for businesses either which would be an easy fix! I now have to open yelp entries in Safari or google the business to get the phone number. This is really inconvenient and I'm considering deleting the app and just using the website, annoying!!!

I travel frequently and one of the hazards of frequent business travel is eating too many heavy meals, just because you don’t have time to find a place and get a look at the menu. Yelp makes it super easy to find a place that’s close, give you the menu, and let you check feedback from customers. Also important: tells you whether place is open or will be closing soon! I was mildly disappointed with the analog version of yelp offered in the recent update; I tried to order it for my previous boss, but they only deliver to loading docks that are open at 330am. Sounds a little sketchy to me. Need business-hour delivery of that 120,000-lb “gift”, yelp!
Map search is flawed

Summary: Map search results on iPhone include areas outside of map boundaries. I have had the Yelp app on several phones over the years and and I’m familiar with the website. I had it on my iPhone 6+ in the past but deleted it to save space about a year ago. Since then I have used the mobile website. I finally got tired of the nag screens telling me to view my search results on the app so I reloaded the app. When I search using map results I get places that are relatively nearby but not on the map. Very irritating to me. If I wanted results from other places I’d move the map or resize it. To Yelp: Stop giving me search results I don’t want or need. I just remembered another irritating thing about this app. Every time you change the search terms it resets the filters instead of keeping the previous ones.

This is the worst app I have ever dealt with (and I was user for years). Only low class uneducated people would continuously use such an app, telling blatant lies. There are garbage write ups over brief interactions with a business, without actually wanting to resolve what their issue with the business is first. Yelp only cares about numbers, high traffic and increasing their profits and this is not a platform that creates any goodness in this world. If I could give zero stars, I would. I fell for this idiocy in the beginning, ignorant to the real lack of value it actually has in this world. Where did my reviews go? Why are businesses scammed into paying yelp to have their good reviews available to the public? Crazy. I will no longer be a part of the bashing and negativity. I will no longer debase others in a platform that does not allow them to defend themselves properly in the public forum that it is. Google reviews is where it’s at. Sorry yelp. I’m done.

Like many of the previous reviewers, I have experienced the same rotten treatment from Yelp. It is true. They do hide good reviews and post the bad ones. When I finally got a real person to talk to, the said my reviews in "queue" were questionable! There were 5 good, positive reviews and they would not post them! They said that if someone is not a "Yelper" and has only posted one review, it was not "credible"! I told them that my clientele was not of that generation who Yelp, do FB, Instagram, etc. and that if they were nice enough to take the time and learn how to write a review, it should be posted!!! I told them they were discriminating against the older generation as well as my business! I too asked to be removed from Yelp because I want no association with such an outfit and they said it was impossible to be taken off. YET, from people's reviews, they remove US for speaking up!! A big thumbs down for Yelp being so biased!!!!

Obviously Yelp is useful. But the user experience becomes annoying when i google search for something, click on a yelp link in the search results, then it tells me i need to open the page in the yelp app. Ok, seems unnecessary, but thats fine. Except when i click on open it takes me to the app store because yelp releases what seems like daily updates. When the app opens, it goes to yelps home screen. So now i have to search again trying to remember the key words i searched for in google, and decipher which store it was that i was originally looking at. Half the time, if not more, i cant find it and end up going somewhere else. Again, yelp is still useful, but it’s annoying. And it’s a stupid kind of annoying - similar to the idiots posting food reviews for yelp in the app store. Annoying, because it’s a stupid inconvenience.

Wow... for a company whose entire business model is based on reviews is so astoundingly dumb and blind towards bad reviews received toward its own app just blows my mind. The app keeps annoying you for location services. I mean like its a freaking mule that will JUST NOT move forward till you switch location services on. And even if you do switch LS on, the restaurant locations that you can find online are surprisingly not showing up in the app. The app insists on showing me search results for only things around a five mile radius from me. The search function blows my mind in terms of how irritating and dumb it is. One of my reviews didn't end up going live. I think I hate this app. Lastly with the whole Apple integration it’s impossible to do anything on your mobile device with yelp until you download the friggin app. It keeps hounding you to download ans will not show you any detailed information unless you download their stupid app. I hate yelp.

Woah inception... a review in a review. Before I started using yelp my life had very little meaning. Sure there was the occasional WWE Raw re-run (VHS tape from my childhood). Yet even Randy Savage, or as us true fans call him Randal Mario Poffo, cannot compare to the hours of value YELP has added to my life. For example, I am now the life of any situation I may find myself in. Whether a funeral or a Bat Mitzvah YELP has turned me into a regular good time guy. Little did I know that I was the ugly girl in some late 1990s romcom. All I needed was to put on my YELP glasses and everyone would behold my beautiful face. So if you want to be like me and attain “good time guy” status... Just hit that little download button... your life will never be the same, I promise.

Love the app & the improvements made. Wish they’d make the following updates... 1. When you do a search, please automatically sort by distance, closest to furthest. Then, allow the list to be filtered again by: stars, etc. 2. Please expand your listing to the Bahamas. Your GPS is off and everything falls under Nassau, NY instead of Nassau, Bahamas. If Facebook can find me and I can check in there, it would behoove you to do the same. 3. When someone sends a complement based on a tip or a review, it’s helpful to know the context of the complement as the receiver. “Joe B sent you a complement from you review or tip at XYZ” 4. Please allow the about me section allowing it to be modified within the app. Please add more questions and please allow more characters to the comments. If I try to go online, it jumps to the app. 5. Please trigger notifications when you are active in the Talk section so you know there was a response. I don’t get notifications. I just have to keep checking back. 6. Please require a person to have at least 25 friends, 25 reviews and 25 pics WITH an actual pic before they are allowed to message anyone. I am beyond sick and tired of the stalkers and trolls. Men will troll to hit on women. This is not a dating site and creeps are getting in.

A little loud, but beach atmosphere ..Server Cole made us so comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the food and types of oysters as well as specials of the day. Two of us really interested in oysters and he did a great job guiding us to what turned out to be outstanding oyster heaven!! I started with an oyster shooter. The oyster was so large it took three delicious swallows! Then 6 and 6, all delicious, followed by fried oyster basket, beautifully cooked, hot on outside and crispy, perfect melt in your mouth inside. Even splitting the basket we brought some home. You could even get broccoli as a side instead of fries. We did. Cole was a joy to have serve us, and we would surely ask for him when we return. His knowledge of the food and personality made our evening extra enjoyable.

A couple of weeks back I had the chance to visit planet Toyota in Matteson with my daughter Michaela Sorokas. I was looking for a used car. I did not really have an idea as to what kind or what your car I was looking for. The salesman that helped me was absolutely wonderful, kind, and extremely patient with me! It took me over four hours to make a decision. I was never pressured!! I was shown cars that I had questions on and when I finally decided on a car I was able to take it for a test drive. I could not say enough positive things over how grateful I am to planet Toyota. I have given out recommendations left and right to go visit planet Toyota in Mattson. I am extremely thankful and happy with the purchase I made.
Good but could use improvements

Still my preferred app to check out restaurants. A couple of suggestions. I like that people can check in. It would make more sense if there was an option to geographically base the check ins. Say for example you go a business trip and there was an awesome restaurant you visited but couldn't remember what the name was or where it was located. While you remembered to check in, it was roughly about 3 years ago. You have to spend several minutes scrolling and scrolling through your saved check ins to find the general timeframe of when you went there. More often than not, I will skip over it and it just leads to frustration. Make check ins more useful. The same repetitive questions keep coming up. For attire, answering either casual or formal would generally suffice. I don't think people filter places specifically looking for a divvy or hipster venue. I think one of the more useful things you could add is average wait time and harness the database of loyal users. If you could ask if wait time is less than 5 min, less than 30 min, or greater than an hour for walk ins, that would help users prioritize their list of possible selections. Hope these suggestions make it to the next update.

After being in marketing for years I always understand what Yelp is, how it’s great for business, how to set up profiles, what it costs to list yourself on there as a premium account, etc etc. Up until recently I never used the app and never really thought it would be useful to me. I preached about, and helped with developing processes to get consumers to write good reviews.... did I mention for quite a few years? Meanwhile I was over here never writing any reviews myself or using the tool to my advantage! I’ve saved money, visited little places I didn’t know existed and have settled food decision wars in my house. I love Yelp now and told my husband I may be headed toward becoming a full on “Yelper” soon. 🤔😊
Needs to prioritize reviews better

It doesn't make sense that even for places with hundreds of reviews, the app lists reviews in random order... You might see a six month old review on top, followed by one from five years ago, then one from last week, etc. This makes it harder to tell if a place with overall good ratings has gone downhill recently, or if a place with overall bad ones has started improving. About the only way I can see this seemingly random order making sense is when a business suddenly gets a bunch of mostly good or bad reviews due to sketchy reasons - but that likely doesn't happen often. One other comment... I know people complain about how businesses can pay to get listed first, but the app makes it obvious by showing the "ad" symbol etc. and Yelp has to make money somehow.

UPDATE: Nothing has changed. I give the app a chance by clicking on a link in safari, knowing I will be redirected. I don’t get redirected to what I was previously reading. This is so ridiculous and tiresome. Clearly y’all don’t want people to use your site. ******* I am so tired of you guys forcing me to use this app while I am browsing on safari. It should be an option we can turn off. And if it's not offered, you do a great job of hiding the ball and making people search to figure it out. My use of this app is a choice. If I want to visit the website, I should not be forced to interact with the app. I thought you would have addressed this by now but nope. One star for tone deafness and really messed up advertising. Also: If you're going to force people to open the app when using safari and looking at the mobile site, make sure it works and people are actually directed to the site they were looking at on safari.

Title says it all, but correction needs elucidation: wanted unsweetened ice tea, but it pulled mango tea. I told the manager, who explained somebody had inadvertently changed the line from the back of the location to the front. She tried to pull the drink from the drive-up window station, but it was also mango tea. She offered to let the line clear by just draining the gallon or so still in the line, but since lunch customers were coming in quickly, I told her I would do it for her, too which she immediately agreed with a huge smile. She wouldn't even let me pay for the drink. Upshot: if a customer is reasonable every good manager will accommodate the Stuart and usually, it is to the customers benefit. Great job, Steffenie.

My wife and I looked at a few cars over the Internet and found several we were interested in and contacted Chris Myers about them. I was connected with a salesman Cole Bertran who was very nice on the phone. We set up and appointment last Saturday May 18,2019. He had the cars pulled out front for us to go over. He then showed us another car we may have interest in and we made a decision right away. Cole was not pushy which my wife was very pleased about that. I would like to give Cole a shout out and a 10 on the service scale as a top salesman. I have purchased several trucks at Chris Myers and I must say that Cole was the best salesman I ever felt with here. Thanks Cole for a very good experience while purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.
They keep making their bookmarks feature worse and worse

Who is in charge of this design? I use the bookmarks feature extensively and it has only gotten worse. Now in order to see my bookmarks on the app, I have to select “more” from the menu at the bottom, then select “bookmarks” which doesn’t actually take you to your bookmarks but to the collections feature which is pretty useless IMO and then click “bookmarks”. Fine I’ve lived with that since the last bad update but now you have no way of seeing whether the restaurant is open or closed without having to click on the individual business. You can’t see it from the list or the map anymore at all and it makes bookmarks so much less useful on the fly. I was hoping they would add a feature to show bookmarks by “open now” like you can with the search function but instead they crippled the function even more. This is a huge step backwards

I need one improvement made to Yelp. Reviewers need the ability to cast a zero star vote for merchants that fail to provide customer service. In other words, when you walk in a restaurant, and you receive zero greeting, zero signage instructions, no menu, no water, I will be right with you, no acknowledgement even though I’m delivering food right behind you, and no attention after an extended waiting period. Guess what, a zero rating is definitely warranted and in order. To rate higher than zero (1) causes the overall average rating of the restaurant to be inflated and potentially cause another customer to share a similar experience. Agree? To do otherwise, suggests that I should have left some form of monetary tip for having taken up that seat.

About 3 Months Ago my son was racially profiled in this store. He was asked to come to the back of the store because they suspected he was stealing. When he got to the back the store security showed him a picture of a person who the security system caught stealing in the past. The person on camera looked nothing like my son, the only thing they had an common was that they were both BLACK. I was called down to Adams to pick him up by Adams security, a white bald male. When I got there he was standing outside with 2 police officers, when I asked if my son was stealing he said No, but he is banned from the store. Why would he get banned if he was not stealing?? Adams used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but since this incident I will never step foot in there again. My 16 year old was banned for basically no reason at all other then being a young black male. Shame on Adams security (whatever his name is) and shame on Adams!!!

I love yelp because it is an all inclusive app that you can find anything that your looking for, from food to home maintenance. The great thing about it is the reviews and the pictures others post, it tells the true story of what your getting yourself into. I use Yelp for everything to finding places to hangout, to eat and even my vacations locations. Oh wait the best thing about Yelp is the discounts you get for checking in to places that use Yelp to advertise #awesome, I have gotten some good coupons and I like it as well for the badges and status you get for the check ins and reviews. Well I guess you can see I love to Yelp so I hope you become a Yelper yourself it will save you the time and headache trust me.
Worst Business Decision EVER

I’ve been in business for 13 years and never used any advertising to gain new clients from the internet or traditional advertising methods. I get new clients from referrals from current clients. I thought I’d join YELP just to have an online presence. Since that decision 1 month ago, I’ve been promised help with my business listing by Valentina my customer service rep at YELP (never happened). I have received 9 calls from other sites trying to get me to pay money to get my business listing to the top of a google search. I’ve also been charged $118 by YELP but Im not sure why. Valentina assured me I had a $300 credit to give my company exposure. (Randomly put my business at the top of the page when searching for my category of service) When I emailed Valentina, my customer service rep at YELP about the charge, she said she had no idea why I was charged and suggested I contact YELP billing. BOTTOM LINE: Dony join YELP for advertising, it’s a scam!

Use this app often to research anyplace unfamiliar, especially restaurants. I like to see real deal pictures from the customers and not just the dressed up ones they want you to see. I do find reviews can be skewed. Some people just can’t be pleased like complaining about a 30 minute wait at a restaurant on Friday night or a 2 star review because of something that was superficial and likely an honest mistake like putting the appetizer on the wrong check with a party of 3 couples. When taking all this into account I find this app extremely helpful and informative. So far it has helped my family find several favorite local go to spots. We especially rely on it when traveling.

Yelp is quite an amazing app. Many use it to rate first experiences of restaurants, gyms, clothing stores, you name it. Others rate what they have been going to their whole life. Either way, it is a great tool to use in order to understand whether a place you want to check out is good or not. Another bonus to this app is the fact that some businesses are willing to give free product and bonuses just for liking them and leaving a review on yelp. One thing that does confuse me is that a place for show four reviews actually have more than hundred. I'm guessing Yelp either has some algorithm to determine if a review is legitimate or yelp has certain preferences towards certain businesses. Who knows?

I love this app but the sponsored adds are annoying especially when they aren’t part of your modification on search. Also annoying when you go to read reviews on a place and they actually have SPONSORED reviews or something for other restaurants as your scrolling for other restaurants. Not only are these adds irrelevant to your search, but it’s made me misread reviews for places thinking they were for the place I was looking up. HOWEVER! I will continue to use this app because despite the annoyances like, it’s still extremely useful overall and I’ve even used it to schedule appointments for hair and nails. But usually use for food. Still recommend it for looking up places.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to about this sham of an app. Every time I’m looking into a business for whatever reason, the top searches all yield the same results: Yelp. Then, in the middle of what I’m trying to read, I’m forced to stop because Yelp wants me to go to their app. After months of this, I relented. Mistake. Not only does the app never have any useful information, but when I find something on the website and then “continue in app” it takes me to a page completely unrelated to what I was just reading! It’s such a scam. Don’t waste your time with this awful app, and don’t waste your time with Yelp! It’s a garbage website, with more ads than info. They obviously make lots of money to have the monopoly on Google searches, and I wish that would change, because all I want to know is who has the best sushi in my area and I might never know. Delete the app before you throw your phone across the room.

Love this app! Use it often. Yelp has allowed me to further develop my critical and creative thinking! It has sparked the food critic in me. Which in turn helped me cipher between bias and unbiased opinion. A hat off to their development team, for keeping up with updates. Best features come in handy ...Such as the check in rewards for visits at participating venues. To the social status, and awards for rankings. One thing am not keen on. Is the image share. Within app—taking images, then resulting with yelp insignia all over the image one takes. What’s up with that? In a way that feature has discouraged me from taking images. No biggie. In all this app is fun to use and gives me incentives to continue using it! Thanks Yelp!

I don't know any other app that does the job like yelp, and there's a reason to that. Yelp is unique in that there's a whole community that shares their experiences about restaurants all over the world. The app is so easy to use and user-friendly. I couldn't have asked for more from an app, and I believe this app will change your life, at least in the area of knowing what restaurants and joints to check out. Although the ratings and reviews may be opinionated, you're better off trying a new restaurant with the affirmation of good reviews on yelp, than trying one on your own whim (from experience). So if you haven't tried yelp, which is highly unlikely, then go ahead and give it a shot.

I love Yelp! For a long time I had never even heard of Yelp. I was going to restaurants and writing reviews on the food I was getting every place I went. I have always considered myself a good judge of great food, mediocre food, and terrible food. I also believe in telling the truth, but without being downright rude. I then discovered Yelp and started reading reviews of places. I loved reading everyone’s opinion of all the different places. I don’t really remember how I got started writing for Yelp, but I’m glad I do because I love every minute of it. Meeting some of the Yelpers has been a treat too! Real people writing real opinions about food and businesses. Thank you YELP for allowing me to be a part of a wonderful organization.

Three different patrons left our business STELLAR reviews today on Yelp (first time I ever mentioned our presence on Yelp or had their link on our Web site [already removed]). Within a few hours, one of said customers contacts me to let me know her review was pulled by Yelp or made invisible, without reason or explanation. Why? I had no idea for her. Even worse, during the same timeframe, some older gentlemen we’ve never dealt with leaves a terrible, one-star review for us — even though he SPECIFICALLY CITES in his write up that he’s actually talking about an entirely different company with a somewhat similar name... It’s just unacceptable and infuriating... after this realization, I noticed that numerous other positive reviews that have been left by our patrons, were for some reason being made invisible and uncounted by Yelp. In the Cannabis industry (my company is a medical research and education organization), there are too many other resources for reviews available to even acknowledge Yelp. Resources which are UNIMPEACHABLE in credibility, cross-referencing IP addresses, among many other authenticity verifying protocols. This will now be a topic at our regional conference next Monday — I’ve already contacted the president of the Commission for my state, and I will be unequivocally recommending a boycott of Yelp for the entire Cannabis Industry.

I use this app for everything! I tell my friends and family about it. I’m a very adventurous person so I love to try new restaurants, hair salons, nail salons, even night life when I’m in different cities! I don’t like to waste my time or spend my money for service I didn’t enjoy. Since I’ve been using this app faithfully, I can honestly say, I’m never let down. I love how this app lets people take a picture and post about their experience. Rather just reading a review about how great a dish was or how great this hairstylist achieved their haircut or color but can’t see it. Yelp allows every review be personal but very helpful for others. Thank you Yelp!

As a business owner I know not every single customer will love you but Yelp lets anyone say WHATEVER they want, even lies with no proof and the business owner can only respond to the review! Yelp will not assist business owners in removing reviews that are lies! I am a Yelp user and I have been a loyal advertiser until today! I received a 1 star review from a customer that was in my store last week, her review is about 10 paragraphs long and contradicts herself multiple times, not only that but what she says is a lie and I have proof but does Yelp care? NO! Does Yelp care that I was screamed at by someone unstable for 30 minutes and I never raised my voice and do they care that she was given a full refund? NO! Does Yelp care that I was told by my other clients in my store and 2 of my employees that I needed to call the police on this woman? NO! Does Yelp care that out of her 19 reviews she has left for other stores, over 10 of them are 1 star? NO!

That’s what you get when you read a yelp review. No one gets paid to write a review unlike an advertisement. Remember how it used to be? You’d go to a place, the service, the products or the food were terrible, and you let your friends know about it. The owners never got any feedback generally and you just never went back. Yelp gives consumers a voice and owners constructive knowledge of how to improve. It’s no wonder that reviews can either boost or detract from Sales. It gives power to the consumer. Let’s face it, Honolulu is not cheap. And if you’re going to pay that much for something, you have the right to have something that is delicious, experience good service and a good product.
Leaves a lot to be desired

Person from major appliance came to do estimates for replacing all ignition parts for bbq and a new seal for fridge, gave him the original manual with complete parts list! Weeks later cleaner comes (this part was good) and next day repair guy-who apparently did NOT request all the ignators as told at estimate day and says has to order the other ones! To top that off the seal on fridge he left 1/2 inch gap in upper left corner-Wind blows door open as well as air escape!! Call and leave message same day about problem to come back and fix and never a return call on that! Then someone leaves message that will expediate parts still needed and they could not have known about (again-complete list was provided to person who came to look at and told needed all!) Now - still, weeks later, apparently no ‘expedite’ and still not fixed! And had to have someone else correct the fridge seal so door would close with no gap.

I am glad this app exists. In today’s world, unfortunately, there are many businesses who take advantage of customers. Businesses can’t alter or change the bad things they have done on Yelp and holds them accountable! They are like the police of the businesses for consumerism! Totally support this type of honestly and accountability from consumers and others. For the business owners who get mad or disagree, maybe you should check yourself! It’s too bad they didn’t have an app for the businesses who treat employees bad for future prospects, who are looking for work. For the businesses who do their consumers right thumbs up to you ! I've been a very frequent business traveler for over 20 years. In that time I've been my experience seeing the country grow more and more interesting. Yelp has made the travel more interesting and fulfilling than ever before. In fact I always find anything from gasoline to entertainment using Yelp. I've learned the ins and outs of interpreting reviews and I cannot remember a poor experience after finding a place with Yelp. It's become my right hand when it comes to nearly every commerce transaction in my life. Yelp is a remarkable tool for finding excellent food, service, and entertainment. I will always recommend it to friends and always use it at every opportunity.

I needed to rent a truck at a moments notice in an area I'm not familiar with at a Home Depot I'm not familiar with. The yelp reviews of this location were very low so I was concerned. I was relieved and pleased to find that I was very quickly connected to the right individual in the right department with the current correct information. When I arrived I was able without any trouble to find the right area to go to. I did wait about 5 minutes with a couple who had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to help but when the young man arrived everything went smoothly and quickly. Overall it was an easy, painless, very reasonably priced transaction. Good on ya HD

I contacted Audi in Cary, NC, about 2016 Mustang. The Salesperson Eric Nitsch, contacted me via text, which I prefer. Asked him questions concerning the features of the 2016 Mustang.... not only did he answered my questions... he took pictures of the dashboard to make sure we were both on the same page.... to me that was OUTSTANDING! He went out to the car... not just reading a script. He was professional and personable. Everyone was friendly and cheerful... our car was waiting, detailed, gassed with a “Sold” to The Buyers (our Name) ... yes we felt special... no high pressure... just good old fashion friendly service. Yes! Would recommend Audi in Cary to everyone and our sale person Eric Nitsch! The whole team!!! Thank you :) !

Noticed new staff possible of new ownership, if so bring back the original owner. Girl at the cashier taking phone orders has a terrible attitude if you don’t like your job quit. Estimated time for food to be picked up was terribly off no sense of communication what so ever. Asked for an extra sauce was charged (don’t mind paying extra, cost of goods) $0.50 for one should of just rounded it to the dollar for two. When asking for sauce no communication and acknowledgement was acknowledged. People pay for good services. Customers help local businesses such as this one to stay in business and keep the community going...but honestly this experience wasn’t worth me going back there. Hope all find this useful and have a much greater experience . No need to reply back to this review, take that same time and effort to review the ethics skills in your establishment. One conversation with your staff members can go a long way. TNT BBQ HUT, you’ll be missed!!

Whether it’s looking for a new nail salon to try in my area or a hot sushi place in Las Vegas, I am constantly using Yelp to help lead me to my next destination. I love how I can read through reviews to find out what to order or who to book an appointment with. I also find it very convenient to see the hours the businesses are open and click to call directly. The most convenient tool I’ve recently used is the “Join the Waitlist” link for a local hot restaurant. What a convenient and time-saving feature! I truly don’t know what I would do without Yelp. It’s the best way to navigate through unfamiliar cities and even to find recommendations in my own town.
This app is a MUST HAVE if you want your coin spent for a good experience!

I use this app for everything! I tell my friends and family about it. I’m a very adventurous person so I love to try new restaurants, hair salons, nail salons, even night life when I’m in different cities! I don’t like to waste my time or spend my money for service I didn’t enjoy. Since I’ve been using this app faithfully, I can honestly say, I’m never let down. I love how this app lets people take a picture and post about their experience. Rather just reading a review about how great a dish was or how great this hairstylist achieved their haircut or color but can’t see it. Yelp allows every review be personal but very helpful for others. Thank you Yelp!
