These locations are collected even if the app is in the background. Location settings can be configured in the Settings app.
Great for hotel info and restaurant reviews. So-so for booking flights.
by Golfing kicks on 2019/02/15 12:39
I am a fairly regular reviewer on Tripadvisor. What they do GREAT are hotel and restaurant reviews and things to do. What needs work is their air travel booking. It has a different feel from the rest of the app and then links you to another service. The gold standard in air travel booking now is...dare I say: Google. Prices are better. It is faster. The others need to hurry to catch up. That includes my friends at Tripadvisor. Would be nice to do everything quickly and efficiently ‘all under one roof.’

TripAdvisor is my go-to resource to check out hotels and restaurants. I’ve used it for years in my travels throughout Europe found it highly reliable.

The new version is an improvement
by Nuclear war is fun !!! on 2019/02/14 21:11
It looks better. However registertration is required and all previous saves are lost. The graphics are better though, although maybe that is because I got an Ipad 7. For all travelers, I recommend getting it. Even if you are a casual traveler, get it.
Easy to use

Place Elite
by :)les616 on 2019/02/14 19:14
While we spoke with many people who are happy with their membership, I remain disappointed. We signed up in order to take advantage of Interval International and travel elsewhere. Told we could stay in Paris. First, couldn’t get the week “banked”. Now that it’s finally banked, $ gone from our Am Express acct, I have spent a week trying to make the exchange reservation. Can’t. System is “hung up” at Palace. Also read that the hotels are only for “Getaways” and not exchanges. And the cost will be MUCH more than we were told that it would be. If true we were lied to. That remains to be seen. I need to get the exchange first.
Love TripAdvisor
by Dakota Rider on 2019/02/14 19:08
Some friends recommended TripAdvisor to us as more than just a source to find hotels. We are full-time RVers, and we consult and rely on TripAdvisor wherever we go for things to do, restaurants, golf courses and other things. We would be lost without TripAdvisor.
Great app for information

It used to be better
by MariaO17 on 2019/02/14 17:11
I used to enjoy some features that seemed to be gone. The best was an option to see my own reviews by country and city, after you have written lots of them, it is very helpful to be able to do that and find them in an easier manner. It even had a world map where you would see the number of reviews by city, touching the city it would display only those. The home page to search for places works very well.
Never go anywhere without you!
by nuklar on 2019/02/14 16:50
TripAdvisor has made our vacations more adventures, more economical and more fun. Things I wouldn’t have thought of we have tried because they have been shown as #3 thing to do in the small community. Tried new food and eaten at wonderful local restaurants that should not be missed, because of how fantastic the food is. I don’t plan on ever going anywhere without you. Our 2 year old granddaughter says “What does TripAdvisor say”

Indispensable! TripAdvisor App!
by AliceNYWonder on 2019/02/14 15:11
From dreams of imaginary trips to nitty-gritty details, facts, recommendations and warnings, Trip Advisor is my first and every stop. Love the nuanced and authentic reviews. No other site is so comprehensive and detailed at the same time. I try to write as many good reviews as I can, both close to home in NYC neighborhood, but also far away and exotic places.

Batchell Cabin at Dubois Wyoming
by Iowa Snowmobilers on 2019/02/14 14:44
We were a group of eleven and chose to rent this cabin. The cabin itself was wonderful with a wood burning fireplace and wood stove. However, the road getting there was very twisting and winding and often narrow in places and the driveway was very steep. No place to park snowmobile trailers for sure. Also only small pans were supplied with the exception of a couple of roasters which made cooking a challenge. For a group our size and for our 9 day stay, we were limited to only 1500 gallons of water. If we needed more, we had to pay an extra $250 and wait “a couple” days. The manager made a couple of water saving suggestions that were pretty unrealistic ( like a 4 minute shower) to save water. Overall, I would recommend this cabin to smaller groups in the summer and in the winter only if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter. The view from the living room is breathtaking and we even had mule deer right out the back door.

Unfortunately, not the best app
by jimmm_nyc on 2019/02/14 04:34
The addresses and maps are often incorrect on TripAdvisor. Many times I’ve made location edits with TripAdvisor and a few times TripAdvisor has accepted & changed the map locations to the correct spot on the map. However, most often TripAdvisor does not edit the map information and the location continues to be completely incorrect. Therefore, I would not depend on TripAdvisor for the correct address or map location. Instagram will do this for you though and again, lots of fantastic and beautiful photos on Instagram. There’s plenty of different apps and online resources for you to double check locations of hotel, restaurant, tours, etc because TripAdvisor is not trustworthy on giving the correct location. It’s almost like going to the doctor and getting a second opinion. Always double check the facts! TripAdvisor, I guess, is in its infancy stages and hopefully it will get better. Meanwhile, Instagram exceeds all the other apps for a lot of useful “sharing” information to help you make your decision of where to stay and where to eat.
Best app for everything

Not really reliable there are a lot of over rated businesses
by Massage mania on 2019/02/13 21:02
Trip advisor is not really reliable app to understand the quality of the business because the owner of the business or somebody can remove your review by reporting etc. Your comment can get complain by several accounts which are working for to keep the ratings high of a business. Therefore, you wont see some business did get any complain or low rating or comments. Many businesses are over 4.5 etc which dont reflect the reality. However, Use google map instead.
I don’t go anywhere without it!
by Mom is BANANAS! on 2019/02/13 20:32
I have found that the app is accurate with most reviews. Mainly, I use the hotel, restaurant and things to do categories. Recently I discovered the “nearby” option and that has been very helpful as well.
Best Smoked Meat in Florida
by PaulplusKim on 2019/02/13 20:24
First time here in this little hole in the wall place and have never had a better meal in Florida! We ordered the 1/4 rack of baby back ribs and the pulled pork nachos. The ribs were delicious and the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The nachos come with coleslaw but I don’t care for slaw and replaced with homemade collard greens. The nachos were piled high with pulled pork and just enough cheddar cheese and sauce to make them better than Bad Brads’s in MI! The greens were to die for! While we were waiting for our food, they brought us each a sample slice of their brisket; mouth watering tender, cooked to perfection. We will be back!

Better Before Update
by Stephanie S 17 on 2019/02/13 12:24
Love the app. Love that we used to be able to make an it itinerary and add things to certain days and now we can’t move them around or add days or anything. I wish we could add in an address manually—say of a hotel we were lodging in. We use this app to plan all our trips and love that we can add people so they can see individual trips and add things too. Hope you make the change back so we can plan the days better ♥️

Very helpful
by Hanyu Xuesheng on 2019/02/13 07:44
The reviews provide a good basis for travel. The photos provided by members give an honest view of what you can see there. My one complaint is that it relies on Google Maps. I live and travel in China, so this can be a problem at times. It would be good to have an option to choose a map app on your phone instead of relying on the app for coordinates and directions. Other than the map, I thoroughly enjoy this app.

Use TripAdvisor Frequently
by Jpamr6 on 2019/02/12 22:39
The TripAdvisor app is great for traveling because information and reviews are handy and readily available. I like that reviews are easy to write and submit. However within the last year with the updates, several of the features I liked are no longer available on the app but are on the web version. When I needed to recommend a spot or remember a spot I had reviewed in the past, I was able to search by the city, state under “Me”, but now on the app that sort or feature is no longer available. There are few other features such as showing the number of my reviews and where I had visited that no longer on the app.
A must have app
by clownface01 on 2019/02/12 21:58

El cid el Moro beach
by Rocketmn01 on 2019/02/12 21:06
We are currently staying at el cid el Moro beach and thought staying here would get better all inclusive. We can’t book any restaurants because they are filled days in advance but we can only book them in the morning for the evening but they are filled. We thought staying at el Moro would get us the better menu but we can’t even get fried shrimp. There’s a separate menu that is not allowed for us. After arriving, then we were told for an extra $45usd per person per day we could use the adult pool and have the better menu, I don’t know if we would be allowed in any good restaurants. Quite disappointed after spending the extra money to stay at el Moro beach. Even the better beer or drinks are off limits. Staying for two weeks but maybe should’ve looked at more reviews. Our room is nice but I’m not sure about ever staying again. We’re here one more week but pretty disappointed so far.

This is the best place to find ratings and details about hotels, restaurants, etc.
by Bob WW on 2019/02/12 17:30
I evaluate most of the hotels, restaurants, and local sights on TripAdvisor. I only rarely have to give bad ratings since I have checked in advance on TripAdvisor. By reading many reviews you can quickly get a good idea of each rated place. Note that some reviewers are always negative - either they are never satisfied or they are so grumpy that they have brought out the worst in everyone they meet. When hundreds of visitors have given a place “excellent” or “very good” ratings, usually the few bad ratings are due to such trolls. I usually do read several negative ratings - bad days do occur and there are flaws in everything and it can help you to notice those flaws - but if most people liked it, I will probably like it too. I have used “Yelp” at times for restaurant reviews (sometimes searching sends me to Yelp). It is ok, but I have not usually found it more convenient. I am less familiar with it - and I have never posted a rating there.

Trip Advisor is a great way to research hotels, restaurants and other places on a trip or even in your own neighborhood. I believe customers’ reviews far more than professional marketing believing them to be authentic with nothing to gain.

This is the holly grail of travel apps. It has a little bit of everything. Hotels, hostels, flights, transportation. This is always my first go to app I use to find a place to stay when traveling. They also offer incentive if you leave reviews for for the destinations you stay.

Recent changes made app less useful
by Southside9955112 on 2019/02/12 07:27
While the TA app remains useful undone respects, recent changes made it less so. For instance, the default mode now ranks hotels by some bogus, undefined “value” rather than by traveler rankings.
Terrible Bartendress

Went because of the good Reviews this Restaurant had. Unfortunately, the place did not live up to the Reviews as did the appetizer we ordered not the service from the Bartendress. Maybe her dog died that morning or her husband left her but please don’t bring an attitude to work when your livelihood depends on the quality of your service.
Enjoyable beach vacation w the family
by Durango Katie on 2019/01/06 22:24
Came here w my four teens for a New Years vacation. 3rd time to the island. Loved the snorkeling. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Check in was a bit slow and our room was not ready after a long trip. We were put in a 2nd floor poolside room which seemed like a great idea but there were several evenings with jamming loud live music right below our room til 10:00 making conversation in the roof difficult. Manager comped the $35/day resort fee after I talked to her. Fun place for partying. Loved all the seating and the beach. I see complaints about it but if you have reef shoes you can walk south and snorkle in many places even a small ship wreck and few properties south. There is a man made cove allowing for a nice dip and you can swim through the channel out to a beautiful reef. Lots of sand and places to chill. We enjoyed New Years even here and watched fireworks with a nice cocktail. Staff recommended several places to eat all of which were excellent. The coffee bar had yummy and (relatively) inexpensive food for the caymans. Pizza is also really tasty. We took public transport from the resort to Cemetary Reef and Smiths Beach At $2.50 pp. Easy and nice Public vans. We rented a van one day which was quite costly. Would prob stick to public transport next time. Kids liked all the snorkeling and the waves at the public beaches. With teens they enjoyed Chicken Chicken, Peppers and Ilio for breakfast.

Fantastic Resort
by MHutch0528 on 2019/02/08 12:49
We went to the Baha Mar on a girls get-a-way for 4 nights 5 days. Stayed at the Baha Mar Hyatt West. Exceeded all expectations. Absolutely beautiful. Pools were amazing, beaches fantastic, room spotless, even pool bathrooms were spotless, plenty of seats so NO need to get up at 6AM and grab a lounge chair. There were so many food options. We had access to the Grand Club which had so many options for breakfast and dinner. We took full advantage of that. Snacks, water, soft drinks in the afternoon. Coffee espresso and specialty coffees all day. Huge plus. They had beer, wine and cocktails in the evening at the lounge. The resort is truly a gem. John D’Angelo the manager went over and above to make sure we had a great time. Really made it very special. A special “thank you” to Locksley Brown, Grand Club Attendant. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so professional but he shared some very funny stories. There is so much the hotel offers in activities. You can do as much or as little as you choose. I highly recommend this resort. The boat ride to the island with the dolphins and sting rays was very fun. Would love to go back for a full week.
Love this app but use improvements
by Teddy bear babe on 2018/08/18 17:29
I use this app almost every time we go to a new city to find what food is good and where to eat. That being said there are some improvements I would like to see. 1. For vegetarians and vegans the app can be a little difficult to navigate. One change I would like to see is in phrasing and searching filters. There is a difference between vegetarian/ vegan restaraunts and a restaurant having vegan/vegetarian options. The app currently does not show the difference which can be vexing. 2. Another change I would like to see is in the search. Often times i go on here to find food between point a and point b but currently there is not a way to search along that route or slightly off from it. Yes you can go through each address and see but for tourists this can be difficult and additional time to your task. It’s a good time to mention that even if these changes don’t occur I will keep using the app but it would be nice to see a change to help support those of us with different diets. And not just non-meat eaters but, gluten free eaters, paleo people or even those that have a lot of allergies to food such as nuts, milk, eggs and more.
Excellence Oyster Bay a treat
by DickDynasty on 2018/12/09 01:37
After reminding the reservation desk, who made many mistakes on my name, that this was our FOURTH stay at an Excellence resort—we kindly began receiving little perks and special beverages in our suite throughout the week. The accommodations were very nice—having requested an ocean view room because it was just a little bit more than our normal requested accommodations. Layout of this room was spacious, and a truly private balcony where we could look at the endless view of the ocean, while listening to the calming sounds with 87 degrees and sunny most every day—and pretty low humidity! Got breezy over two days, which is cooling when you’re under the hot sun. PLENTY of beach lounges available.. on no one tried to reserve them as even visitors must have adopted he “Jamaica Way” of doing things...slow and easy NO rush, “mon!!! This comes to my only complaint: the waitresses around the pool area are SO SLOW at taking and delivering your order..then disappear for long stretches of time! Normally I’m quite a critic of places but THIS Excellence lived up to its name in the two reasons I frequent their resorts: Service and Sun!
Love the app, however...
by Soflaguy63 on 2018/04/10 18:36
I have used the Trip Advisor app for years and found it to be very helpful. However, in this era of stored data abuses, I find it annoying that I can not erase my recent search history. Some will argue why this is an issue so I will share an issue that a co-worker had with the Trip Advisor app. My co-worker was planning on surprising his wife with a romantic mid-week trip at an oceanfront resort 40 miles from his home. He used Trip Advisor to find the best accommodations available. He has the Trip Advisor app on both his iPhone and iPad. After determining that this type of trip wasn’t in his budget, he decided to wait and save a little bit of money each week. Well, sometime later, his wife was using the iPad and Trip Advisor to research a restaurant in the area for a family dinner. While she was in the app, she noticed his history. She was also noticing that he was taking money from their savings account (money he was saving for their romantic weekend.) Anyhow, my co-workers wife’s man hating sister had her convinced that he was having an affair. No need to keep going on this story as I am sure you all get it. Once Trip Advisor allows search history to be deleted, I will amend my 2 star rating.
Great ap
by 🐊Go Gators on 2018/07/07 10:35
I do check the reviews good and bad for restaurants, hotels and the like and with few exceptions I find them accurate. When you see largely positive comments they usually lead you to a great place. Any restaurant or hotel can have a bad day or month. Staffing levels change or the best chef may be on vacation- but over time cream rises to the top. So I use the app all the time and it leads me to great places I may have never tried from great rob joint to Michelin stared restaurants or even a great Lebanese place I would have likely not tried but for so many positive reviews- that happened to be very accurate! I think shared experiences over time show if a place can sustain quality- so if you read reviews or write them, be fair and look to the averages of how a place sustains success as opposed to outliers of a really negative person who is hypercritical because of something the majority of reviewers don’t comment on. I would use the Ap to expand where you travel and what experience you are open to!
Great app but tired of some of the questions
by Hearing in LA! on 2018/02/22 21:38
I like the app and have used it for both evaluating and reviewing restaurants, hotels, and things to do all over the world. It is fairly easy to use but have found 1 issue that was only cleared up after I sent a message to Trip Advisor. When adding a new location of any type, a website or social media listing is shown being “optional.” I have found that if the new location does not have a website or not listed on social media, TA will reject the listing without explanation. This was very frustrating after going through all the detail of listing 2 new restaurants and having them rejected without explanation. There should be a note requiring website or social media address before going through details of a new listing. A point that not only perturbs but concerns me greatly is I am totally offended by constantly being asked if a restaurant offers halal food. It is very discriminatory to single this out. I do not nor will I ever eat this food so stop asking me this offense question!!!!
Really helps RVers, more & more as people utilize
by frequent TA user on 2018/02/19 02:30
In travel, this app is priceless! Particularly traveling to a new destination, helps tremendously with restaurant info. and directions! Ditto for events, attractions. Much better than Around Me, which we hardly use anymore. Even at home, we use it when the inevitable question “where should we go eat?” arises. Especially when wanting something other than our usual go-tos. Breakfast lunch or dinner, or even Happy Hr. it sure helps. Can really tell a difference in the App since we retired 3 years ago and began more extended RV trips - more RV parks and public campgrounds being listed and reviewed, all the time. Pictures help soo much as well as specific site info., amenities, when trying to find a place to camp. And Especially when looking for a place to eat, sightsee or shop for fresh seafood/meats in a new place, we find TA invaluable. The more people use and review, the better it gets. And the app updates have made it better. Keep up the good work, TA!
The ratings they give to those who review is a scam!
by Dawn3547 on 2018/10/26 23:44
I have submitted nearly 100 reviews over the years which I have enjoyed doing but what bothers me is the “rewards” and badges given to those who review and the badgering they do to lure you into making more reviews to be “the top reviewer in your area”. Or, “you are 2 reviews away from receiving Photographer status”, etc!!!!! I write reviews in order to share my excitement or dissatisfaction with a place of service. The place has to be pretty bad for me to complain- the businesses we review can make or break someone’s business.... that’s a serious responsibility. I take re Jewish g seriously. My reason for 2 stars for Trip Advisor is the giving of rewards for which nothing is actually given. It’s enough reward for me to be able to help a fellow traveler but be straight with your reviewers. If you award “trophies” at least back them up with a small discount on a hotel, or a meal, etc! I am a member of many rewards clubs for gasoline, restaurants, or shopping venues. These are great perks and command my loyalty. Wouldn’t that be nice if Trip Advisor extended this appreciation to its reviewers? Just saying........😁
Dependably yummy!

December 2018: Took 2 out-of-town girlfriends. Very tasty lemony chicken breast with capers, rice, grilled asparagus (nightly special) and HGF burger with fries. Creme brûlée delicious. Not too noisy. Late October 2018: Took 7 out-of-town childhood girlfriends. Ultimately it turned out fine BUT a near fiasco at first: our reservation was lost (even though we’d called twice); we ended up after a 30 minute wait asking to seat us anywhere; we ended up as a table of 4 up front and a table of 3 in the very back. Fortunately, everyone liked what they’d ordered: lasagna, a shrimp and pasta dish, chicken, bison burger. Sorry can’t recall more specifically, but basically from the menu. The waitress gave each table a dessert gratis and we loved the creme brûlée! Early October 2018: my companion and I loved our late dinner at the bar! Bison burger for me was tasty, not greasy, nicely topped with cheese and lettuce and tomato. Companion’s chicken sandwich was goodly sized, nicely fried and well seasoned. He really liked the fries too. Wonderful bartender- can’t recall his name, darn it! Lucky to have this in lil ole Weaverville.
Great App But Could Use Improvements
by Island Sparkles on 2018/04/29 12:03
I use TripAdvisor quite often to review my experiences at hotels, restaurants and attraction areas as well as read the reviews of others when deciding on areas and places to visit. It would be great if TripAdvisor would add cruise lines to their portfolio of things that can be reviewed as I am getting ready to take a cruise and would love to share my experience when I return. I have had some difficulties when trying to write reviews for locations or places that are not yet listed in the app. This has been very frustrating as you do not realize that your review will not get published until after you go through all that effort to write the review and include pictures etc. Additionally, I would like to see some incentives or benefits for members that take the time to write all of these reviews to inform the general public of their experiences. I have written 105 reviews, and I have not yet received any type of incentives i.e. discounts to restaurants, hotels, attractions etc. Granted, I do not write these reviews for any type of reward. I write them because it benefits me when I read others reviews when trying to decide on things to do and places to go; however, I just think it would be nice for TripAdvisor to give some sort of gesture to show that they appreciate what we as reviewers do for them. Overall, I do enjoy using this app and will continue to use the app as needed because the benefits outweigh their need for improvements.
Wonderful accommodations and great staff!

We stayed at Melia Cozumel over three weeks last month from February 24th through March 12th, 2018. Everything was fantastic, want to give particular high marks to the following employees: Hilario, the beach waiter who was always eager to bring what we wanted- we dont usually drink much but probably did on the days he worked:) Alicia our maid who remembered that we need extra waters for medication etc.. Alberto the waiter in the buffet area who is so friendly and taught us Mayan words , like “show-pee” that means finished, all done. Hassell went over and above at the concierge and the other girl, Tania, was very helpful to assist my calling the airline to extend our trip and help with Spanish translating. Sandra from the office did a good job setting it all up for us. Bryan was very helpful with my printing a few important documents, so patient and calm. Martin, the younger waiter at breakfast was very polite and refilled the coffees quickly. Tania helpful at concierge. On our last night, Jose at at dinner buffet with good with the wine refills. Antonio at breakfast always came with more coffee and water. Those are the standouts I took notes about, although I have to say not one of the staff were ever rude, the activities team was funny and friendly and even though we didnt participate in anything but maybe Bingo once they made us feel welcome if we wanted to. Another enjoyable stay and we look forward to next time! Thank you!
Bill’s Front Porch
by blueeyeddarlin on 2018/12/01 00:39
Hidden Gem in Wilmington especially when you get to see and hear Folkstone Stringband! Lucky enough to be at Bill’s Front Porch when they had live music with a phenomenal Bluegrass Band named Folkstone Stringband! Beers are housemade and the new “Christmas Pants” is smooth and not too sharp. With the romaine lettuce scare, salads are a little slack but still delicious 🍁 quesadilla s are delicious especially the brisket. Their cheese dip is house made but is a little floury not cheesy enough . The craft brews are great with a variety of taste experiences. From the sharp citrus based IPA’s to the smooth new Christmas brew called “Christmas Pants”. By far the smoothest of all the craft brews Bill’s makes. Two members of the waitstaff are the best I’ve encountered. Lindsey and Sandy are some of the best waitstaff I have had. Attentive and on top of everything. Ask for them, you won’t be sorry. They are great!!! Overall Bills is a great eating and drinking establishment, Good food and beverage, but add the great music of Folkstone Stringband and you have a winning combination!
A day for me in the air on China Eastern Airlines
by gene and ilana go to Asia on 2018/01/28 07:38
Ilana and I were so excited about our first trip to Asia. Thailand and Cambodia were a dream we’ve had for what seems to be forever. But truthfully I was dreading the long flight. The longest part was from JFK to Bangkok and I imagined us getting there and losing another day sleeping off the jet lag. So we booked our travel in business class for the first time. It was a delight. The service was excellent. From the moment we checked in. Their lounge at the airport was very comfortable. The food on the plane was beautifully prepared and served and the lay flat beds were amazing. We slept 11 of the 14+hours to Shanghai and after a short layover we were on our way again for the final part of our trip. We arrived fresh and ready to tour an exciting city. And it was a pretty good deal cost wise as well compared to the price we got for business class on other airlines. Over all, a great start to our 2 weeks in Asia.
Lost confidence
by marinadoug on 2019/01/28 14:53
My wife and I always check out the reviews for hotels and restaurants and have had great results. The reviews reflect accurately what our experiences have been. We have to weed out some of the negative reviews, some people just have to vent when the world just doesn’t go their way. But now TA is rating with their “Best Value”. My wife and I travel to many of the same cities for work and have learned where to stay and not to stay. Their Best Value is completely false and we must say a completely fake rating for us the consumer. We can’t begin to understand any logic in these ratings. There is no cost association and for sure there is no quality association. We are guessing that TA has sold out to who will pay the most. In the end we have lost confidence in anything they say now and feel we must check other sites to be sure of all our future choices for hotels and restaurants. Such a shame, it was such a good site, you can still switch to consumer ratings....but have they sold out to the highest bidder there, if they are ok making a fake Best Value are they ok with making or modifying reviews to the highest bidder and they become fake.
Plastic Surgery
by cherrydelo on 2018/09/15 13:27
Dr Enrique Alejandro is so so good. I did a lot of research on surgeons in Guadalajara, or Dr Alejandro does most of his work, and compared his technique, his skills, and his training with the best surgeons in New York. My sister-in-law had had work done by Dr. uses the same technique and she looks amazing. I did my research and Dr Alejandro uses the latest under the muscle technique not used by many because they have not had the training. He takes his time and treated me as an individual piece of art, sculpting my face in a way that did not change the way I look but a younger version of myself. I don’t look like “ i’ve had work done”. I’m just younger looking. The Elaen Center in Nuevo Vallarta Connect to the San Javier hospital is clean, the staff professional and caring. Not only that but he would contact me to check up on me, to have me come in for regular checks up without extra charge. He’s young, professional and takes immense pride in his work.
I use it daily to locate the best dining hotels, etc
by Fishin' Dan on 2018/07/20 13:00
An Example: my wife & I were driving home from Branson last week, decided to stop for lunch in Harris, Ark., opened trip advisor and searched for “Nearby” restaurants. We found Jessi’s and it was a hidden gem, would have never believed that a restaurant this good would be there. We then continued on and found an extremely good value hotel (Econo lodge) on the outskirts of Little Rock. We could tell from the Traveler reviews that this was a great place to stay the night, and it turned out to be true, absolutely. we then searched for for nearby restaurants, using “Cajun & Creole” dining offerings in the search filter. “Copeland’s came up , and it was wonderful. These examples are from just one day of several hundred days of traveling in the last three years. Trip adviser has been an essential part of our travels, and we’d be “travel dysfunctional” if we didn’t have it in the future.
Prom pics at the Benson
by rebelmom999 on 2018/04/08 05:21
We have stayed at the Benson several times when downtown for events. This weekend was prom and we had plans to take pics at the Japanese Gardens. Unfortunately Oregon had other ideas. In a panic to come up with a dry option for pics I remembered the lovely lobby of the Benson. The valet was sweet and agreed to keep the Jeep up front so the kids didn’t have to park and walk through the rain to get to the lobby. The staff watched for 20 minutes while we captured their wonderful prom in photos before a manager stomped up to inform us that if we weren’t paying for an event we weren’t allowed to take pics in their lobby in order to preserve the “reputation of the Benson”. I thanked him and explained the rain caused us to scramble for an appropriate indoor venue for prom pics. I know the floor staff knew policy and yet allowed the kids this wonderful opportunity. Thank you Benson Hotel. The pics were gorgeous and the kids were thrilled.
One Of My Top Five Apps!
by Mike22233 on 2017/10/31 19:40
I have used TripAdvisor for nearly ten years. I never travel or try a new restaurant without searching the site and reading the reviews. Recently, I have booked hotels and dinner reservations more frequently using the site. I have read some of the other reviews. I disagree with most of the criticism. I understand that this is a free site and that there is a company behind it that has commercial needs. However, if you have spent enough time using the site and the app, you will recognize the advertising. It's easily maneuvered to find the strictly objective advice. For example, I would prefer that the site did not default to "Best Value" ranking when searching hotels, as it is not fully reflective of hotel rankings by users. However, provided that you remember to change the default setting on each search to "Traveler Ranked", you can find the objective data.

I wrote a review and got auto corrected, didn’t catch it and now I cannot find the EDIT thing. Haven’t seen now if they send me an email to review and edit before it is actually published though. Also It would be nice if somehow the app interfaced with a map without having to go in and out of the app. Many times I am trying to find hotels, restaurants, attractions by locations and proximity and I get tired of having to go back and forth, would be nice to be able to ‘pin/ sticky’ note stuff within the TA app so I don’t have to figure it out all over again. I’ve started taking out my paper map and using sticky notes which works but would be nice to have something user friendly like that within TA app. I have used this app for many years and try to add a review each time I go someplace, and I really depend on this when I travel. Now I just tried to submit and it says my nickname is taken, it’s my nickname so what’s up?
Playa Grande 2017 new year
by Ycnibrc on 2018/01/01 04:34
Well first impression is good. Facility is clean and the hosts and staff are nice. I choose building O for the nice view and short walk to the beach. Building P was all booked. The 1 bedroom is nice and spacious with kitchen 2 bathroom 2 balcony. Get the higher floor 3 or above for better view. We have our first dinner at calina restaurant and it was good. If u want some free credit for food and beverage then do the time share breakfast if u dont care then skip it. The pool is nice and heated i think its a salt water pool it tase like salt water. Beach is very nice however because of the drop off near shore they recommend no swimming but theres people still swim. The beach is very quiet not crowded like cancun mostly because of the current undertow so not too many people swimming. You can walk to the left of the beach and climb over a rock mount then u will be at lovers beach which u can swim and u can see the land end rock arch.
Hector’s in Mazatlan

This Was not a fine dining experience as we expected. I would’ve felt more welcome at Burger King and been better taken care of. Our whole experience from ordering to checking out was less than 45 minutes. The waiter took our drink order and we only got one Cube of ice after requesting a full glass. After he brought Iceless tea, I ordered a glass of red wine and never received it. The prawn spaghetti was good as was the risotto. I had the lasagna and Stouffers makes better. We were served our food & received no further attention from any of the waiters despite asking for ice and salt and pepper. We asked several times for the check and when we finally received it, we paid part in pesos and put part on the credit card. We told him to put 605 pesos on the card and he came back and had charged us 620. We will never go back here again. There were people at every table when we arrived but by the time we left 45 minutes later the place was relatively empty. People did not seem to be enjoying their dining experience either.
Constant use
by Emahiserj on 2018/07/28 22:18
This is an update of my review reflected below. We constantly use this when we travel and for restaurants in our home area. We still think this app is very good and easy to use. One of the keys is that we find the latest places are included . However one of my pet peeves is still there. Reviews no matter how old. Are still reflected. A review over 12-15 months old does not seem to be current enough to matter. Things change, people leave, corrections are made . We use this in our travels primarily for restaurants and places to stay. Glad we see the good bad and ugly. However reviews should be purged after 12-15 months to keep out the old ratings. Have seen reviews going back to 2008 which makes no sense due to being relevant This has been my review for couple years. Need to purge old reviews as they have zero meaning as out of date. Today actually saw a review for 2007
Horrible! Don’t Use!!
by Dissatisfied Customer z on 2018/12/09 14:14
First, there are problems logging into the app. You have to prove you’re not a robot over and over again. Also, once you are logged in you don’t know it because there’s not any confirmation or landing page. Instead, after a successful login you are taken back to the login page which causes you to think that you were unsuccessful. What a mess!! I booked three tours for one day. Without asking or even giving a reason, TripAdvisor took it upon themselves to cancel one of my tours and change the time of the second tour. When I arrived at checkin to get my ticket I was informed that the tour was in Hebrew, which I do NOT speak. Because this was only an hour before the app advised that I would not be refunded. When I tried to look for a customer service phone number, I found that none were listed. All I could do was email a complaint which in turn I received an email back stating that my problem would be looked into within 3 to 5 DAYS!!! What a waste!!! I can only hope that at this evening’s planned event I will not have any problem getting my ticket!!
Friendliest staff, cleanest and coziest rooms, reasonably priced!
by Unhappy Scrabble addict on 2018/08/20 03:53
This is a review for the best Western Inn at Facetock in Bandon, Oregon. We stayed there in a recent vacation and had been there a year earlier too. We specifically came back to this hotel due to the friendliness of the staff, the coziness and cleanliness of the room, and the reasonable price. The hotel is across the street from the beach so we’d wake up every day to fresh air and the sound of the waves. Every day breakfasts , included in the price, were always delicious and carefully prepared with many options. The check-in-staff, the cooks, the hostesses, room service attendees, were all friendly, professional and made us feel at home. Kudos go to Larry, the manager there, Eileen, and the rest of the welcome staff, who gave us great suggestions as to places to visit in Bandon. We highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel if you’re in the Bandon area.
Every time I travel, and sometimes at home.

I love this app, I use it wherever I go to find places to eat and things to do. I return the favor by posting reviews everywhere I go... EXCEPT when at home. (I live in Vegas, and honestly, we want the tourists to mostly stay in the tourist areas. If you come to town to visit relatives, they may take you off the strip for a good meal, but the town is laid out for you to easily get back and forth in the tourist areas, and to be able to do ANYTHING you want while there, and for the locals to be able to avoid tourists by avoiding the tourist areas). I have traveled the world, this app has helped me out on four continents, didn’t get out and about on the fifth (work stopover), haven’t been to Australia or Antarctica yet.... and honestly, I don’t think this app will help much when I do get to Antarctica..... but it helps EVERYWHERE else.....
JW Marriott, Bangkok Thailand,

My wife and I had the most wonderful 10 days staying at this Marriott! From the moment our cab dropped us off from the airport the "staff" worked as a team to make certain all of of our needs and wishes were met always with a smile and ultimate courtesy. I would describe everyone on the "team" as ALWAYS kind and from the heart. Our times with the Concierge, Front Desk and Executive Lounge always exceeded our expectations. We would like to acknowledge everyone by name as each one was very special to us. The Manager of the team is Patt. She leads by example always from her "heart" and everyone on her team, without exception, follows her example! They were all "born" that way! It is natural and easy for them. The "team" members by name are: Fong, Honey, Lukpla, Peach, Day, Touch, Mena, Genova, Por, and Noon. If you want at great total experience Stay at the JW Marriott, Bangkok!
Omg, this app makes me so mad
by Rockfish420311 on 2018/01/13 17:27
I get about a kabillion emails from trip advisor begging me to write a review, so I try. I go to the TripAdvisor app, try to add a photo with my review but only about half of my photos are available to choose from and NEVER the photo I’m looking for. So I go to the “help section” of trip advisor and it says “you can’t upload pics from the app you have to do that from the full site”. Which is bs because I COULD upload a pic from the app just NOT the pic I wanted. So, I went to the full site via safari, which is a bigger headache. The main page is insistently trying to get me to search for a hotel or restaurant near Palm Springs, CA (which is about 3000 miles away from me and not a place I’m even thinking about visiting.) Then, when I TRY to write a review via safari it tries to push me to the app. I’m literally 43 minutes into trying to write a review of a great restaurant I visited last night and I’m still not done. Why do you make your site so difficult to use? Do you want to be obsolete? Is that your goal? You’re well on your way.

My wife and I drove all day from BOSTON, MA. The traffic was tough, the weather got colder as the day went on. We checked in at 9:30 PM and went down to grab a bite. We were starved!! My wife got the Salmon and I got the Scallops. We ordered the small chopped salad. The house dressing was a “Honey Vinaigrette” ! It was great, so light and it made the salad taste out of this world. The meal was very good but most of all was the great service by Maged, our waiter. For desert we had a house special apple desert. It too was so great, so light, so fresh with hot apples and rich ice cream. We suggested they also serve it at breakfast but no. It is made fresh every afternoon!! I suggest you get it at night and bring it home for your breakfast. The “bite to eat” was so good we had to go for a walk as we were so full we were afraid to lay down! Without a dought, we will be back
Sunset Monalisa
by teresitatraviesa on 2018/11/19 12:41
I have been here twice and on both occasions I was treated wonderfully. They have great music, awesome view of the sunset on the beach and wonderful service. From the time I arrived I was welcomed by the hostess Alondra and Michelle. The rest of the crew from Pedro, Lilly and Alfredo where great. They made sure i was always taken care of. The beautiful bar is a spectacular site. The bartender Gustavo does an amazing job of making you feel unique and very welcomed. I mentioned that it was getting chilly and within two minutes I had a shawl. The drinks were amazing and I had plenty of wonderful food at the bar. This is a place that I always want to come back to it. Not only because of the services, View call mom but also the wonderful food that the chef prepared. Thank you Gustavo And the rest of the stuff for making my stay so wonderful.
Great app!
by ZX6girl on 2018/08/07 17:23
I always use trip advisor when I plan a trip. It has been fairly accurate when I’ve used it. The only drawback I’ve found is after I write a review and it has posted, the reviewed party may give feedback regarding my review. While this is expected, I don’t expect my review to be called inaccurate or made up and not have any way to defend my review. I wish I were able to address this issue with the party I’ve reviewed. One place in particular has basically called every negative reviewer a liar, claiming they made up things to put them in a negative light. When in fact multiple people gave the same reviews! I have pictures to prove myself if I write a negative review I don’t appreciate being called a liar and not being able to defend myself. Knowing this, I fully intend to document anything I may say in my review with pictures to prove my assessment of future places.
Common Sense Required!
by X-Limo Guy on 2018/04/02 15:50
This is a great app that stands above several of the other apps in this competitive market. User friendly, a good tool to find what you are looking for when in an unknown area. The reviews help a lot when choosing a hotel, attraction or restaurant. However, remember, some people are haters and post negative reviews just because they are in a bad mood that day. Others are the opposite. You have to read several of the reviews and draw your own conclusions. I have posted over 200 reviews over the years and have tried to be as objective as possible. You also have to keep in mind that the subject of the review (Restaurant for example) can have bad days, or exceptionally good days as well. A little common sense goes a long way when reading the reviews. Great app! I highly recommend it!
Tokyo Marriott Hotel - Shinagawa
by Big electric fan on 2018/02/18 05:30
Recently I spent a week at the Marriott in Shinagawa. I had the Best service ever. I don’t speak Japanese and bringing a child around with specific needs required some assistance. The concierge, Saki and Shoku were so helpful! Saki made sure the restaurant could accommodate food allergies and Shoko planned a very organized sight seeing trip for us using trains and busses and trams. Everything was done with such professionalism, incredible friendly and courteous demeanor, we felt so well taken care of during our entire trip. In the restaurant, Mary Grace greeted us with such a friendly comment and smile each morning and was quick to try to assist in every way. I felt she went above and beyond what anyone could expect to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Kudos to the management for such a fabulous staff. We can’t wait to return!
Saved cities should be available off line
by Linda's a cruising on 2018/11/08 15:24
One really bad thing about Trip Advisor is that if you have a non standard issue, THERE IS NO WAY To CONTACT THEM. I recently received emails that I had posted a review. When I logged in, the review was posted to my account, but I had not written it, nor had I ever been to that city. My email and password still worked so I do not know if they had a hiccup electronically on their end. I changed my password, but I wanted to report it directly to them. That said I really do like the app. I’ve used the Trip Advisor app for over 6 years. There used to be self walking tours that one could follow off line. I used one of them extensively to find my way back to my hotel when WiFi was not available. Now I can make my own in My Trips, but it’s not available to me when I am offline. This frequently happens to me when I am traveling out of the USA. I download the city map, but I haven’t found how to download my saves so I can find my way from one saved spot to another. This makes it difficult when I’m walking somewhere that I don’t speak the language. That said, I do love the app and use it to select sites and evaluate hotels and restaurants. I can eat at those restaurants only when I can remember where they are, since I can’t find my trips when I’m offline.
Grand Circle trip to Italy
by Jo Ann Allen on 2018/12/13 21:44
My husband and I returned November 1 after a pre-trip to Rome, then Malta where we met the rest of travelers. After three days in Malta we boarded a small ship to continue to (not necessarily in this order!) Sicily, Bari, Ravenna, some others ending in Venice. Our guides in Rome and the rest of the trip were wonderful. Due to a nor’easter the itinerary was altered. The trip was still wonderful! The towns we visited were very interesting; the food was very good on and off the ship. This was our 8th trip and definitely not our last. I really like that our guide was with us on and off the ship. Yes, we also had a local guide in each town that we visited as well. So much information was shared with us that cannot be found in guide books. The home visit/lunches and day at an olive farm definitely enriched our experience.
An extremely useful travel app - must have!
by Ed Br on 2018/11/25 05:45
Trip Advisor is a must have app for those that travel, locally as well as to far away places. I’ve used this app while vacationing in Europe as well as the States. The information shared by others is accurate and informative. Shared experiences and knowledge of places to dine, lodging, attractions and other places of interest I’ve found to be invaluable in planning what to see and do. The offers for day trips and local offers are also extremely helpful. The ability to utilize the app to document your trip each day with the places you visit is also immensely helpful. Highly recommended for those that travel locally or to a distant locale, guarantee that anywhere you travel Trip Advisor will have beneficial information to review. Trip Advisor is a must have!
Wow!! ... Delicious!!
by sbbink on 2018/02/02 05:19
I went to Brownstones Coffee in Amityville today for the first time. WOW❣️ It was a late lunch, 2pm, so there were only a few occupied tables. What great diverse menu selections. Had a hard time choosing to have breakfast or lunch. We decided on lunch and my friend and I each had hamburgers. I ordered mine very rare which is not easy to get in most restaurants. It was absolutely one of the most delicious burgers I’ve ever had and was cooked to perfection. WOW again. My friend enjoyed her burger as well. Since we had been enticed by the Nutella-Banana-Strawberry Crepe, we shared one for dessert (we usually never have dessert with lunch). WOW x 3!! Delectable! I’m sorry I don’t recall our server’s name but she was prompt, attentive, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back (many times). It’s now one of my ‘go-to’ restaurants. (Too bad they’re not open for dinner.)
JW Marriott Cancun
by jelliffnewc on 2019/02/01 22:17
The beach and the views alone are 5 star but the staff makes this hotel a fantastic choice. I’ve stayed in many beachfront resorts and this one is among my favorites. We did the Club 91 which is a great deal for all meals and open bar at night. Marco, Kim and Diana were our favorites. We rented a cabana for one of our days. A great luxury and Carlos made sure we were comfortable. Beach side food and beverage service was super attentive thanks to hard working Manuel, Benjamin and Orlando. They could not have been more focused on us . I highly recommend the resort for couples or families, there’s enough space for all to feel comfortable. We tried the tequila tasting at the lobby bar and it was a lot of fun, we met another couple and shared laughs and tequila. The adult pool area was tranquil with a fun pool bar. Hope you get to try it! We will be back.
Lost its identity as a curator
by nsaba on 2018/11/18 15:31
TripAdvisor used to have a clear identity. It was my destination of choice anytime I wanted to discover about a new location. Now it looks like a bad version of facebook with lots of posts of people i don't know and don't care for. I stated using google instead, which has improved considerably in that regard. Yesterday for instance I wanted to look into Seville, in preparation to my trip in April. I felt lost in the TripAdvisor page, scrolling through dozens of irrelevant posts until I would get to something meaningful. I finally gave up and googled Seville and to my surprise it was great and gave me everything I wanted very quickly. I hope the management of TripAdvisor reads this and rethinks their new directions. It needs adjustments for sure. This is not just my opinion but it was the subject of recent conversations among friends who travel very often and did not like the new design. At a minimum make it an option to see or not the facebook like feed.
My go to when planning trips, just one request
by You Don't Like My Nicknames on 2018/06/02 22:36
I always turn to TripAdvisor for reviews, even for local things. I appreciate everyone’s reviews of their experiences so I make sure to leave reviews of mine and hope they are helpful and valuable. One request: Can there be a way to mark listings you’ve read and want to rule out? I like the option of giving a heart to places which saves them to my trips as possibilities. It’d be nice to have a 🚫 or something so that I can track what I’ve already looked at and decided against. This way I’m not going back to the look at the same listings multiple times. Added thought: I wish it wasn’t such a jump from Average to Very Good (3 to 4 Stars). Sometimes I want to rate something as good because it’s better than average but not quite very good.
Somewhat Dissapointed
by ChereMcg on 2018/01/19 17:18
When I booked the room I was told we were invited to join cocktails and appetizers next door, but when I asked at check in what time to arrive for it I was told oh no that’s not for you! I feel they use advertising free meals to get bookings. The breakfast was just ok. The orange juice was so watered down it didn’t taste like anything. The fruit had seen much better days, but the cantaloupe was slimy and moldy tasting. That did me in. The comfort of the bed is the most important part of a hotel. With that being said; I prefer to stay with Marriot since I love the BED. This is not the case at this property. The bed is hard, with a very thin mattress pad, paper thin sheets, a light weight poly filled blanket, and a paper thin throw on top. I requested a down blanket and was given another poly filled flat blanket. Both together failed to keep me warm in that hard bed. For the most part It was an uncomfortable stay. I won’t assume a hotel owned by Marriot will be even slightly comfortable anymore. ☹️
No Longer Legitimate, Rankings and Features are Bought
by Disappointed in TripAdvisor on 2017/12/21 19:48
TripAdvisor used to be a wonderful resource for finding unique, top-of-the-line things to do when traveling. Businesses were ranked according to their customers’ reviews. For the last few years, it seems businesses in cahoots with Viator are ranked highest, either through buying ads on TA or allowing bookings through TA. Recently, they changed their formatting where if you search a type of activity, it features only a couple of businesses and make it nearly impossible to find the full listing of similar activities. And guess what?! Those featured businesses are usually corporate and allowing bookings through Viator. In talking with other longtime TA users, in recent years many folks have had their bad reviews removed. Some have even gone as far as re-posting the bad reviews and having them repeatedly taken down. Upon complaining to TA, they were simply ignored. Additionally, small business owners in my community complain of their competitors breaking all sorts of TA rules and not being reprimanded or forced to correct their wrongs when brought to TA authorities by multiple sources. Some examples include having multiple TA pages/titles for their one business, clearly having hired fake reviewers to dilute their bad reviews and having their legitimate bad reviews removed. Basically, TripAdvisor reviews are bought and are no longer based on merit. They cannot be trusted. They are operating falsely and deceitfully.
Anything but quiet and romantic
by Erdoc1152 on 2018/02/18 04:17
We went tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day. We were told it was a very quiet romantic restaurant. Once we got there, it was anything but. There was a large party of about 10 people at one of the tables that were screaming, banging on the table, cursing, and just downright rude. We changed our table but that did not help. We couldn't carry on any conversation due to the noise. When we complained we were told "we already told them twice". No further attempt was made to quiet them. There were many customers that made the same complaint only to be given the same answer. It was obvious that the restaurant was much more concerned with the revenue from this large table rather than the other dinner's experience. Our nice quiet romantic evening was completely destroyed with management just throwing up their hands and basically stating that they did what they could do. If you're looking for a quiet romantic restaurant, I suggest you look elsewhere. This will be our last time going to Scarborough Fair
Where To? Mediocre for Airport Hotel!
by Inspector Gadgetry on 2018/01/06 00:58
Been using this app/site for a few years and its great...EXCEPT: When entering a destination while searching for an airport hotel, the database/search will almost always search the CITY only. Just try it:Enter "LAX" for example...only returns "Los Angeles"...a HUGE area to search. Enter "Los Angeles Airport" and same problem...only city will come up. Another example, you want an airport hotel near (SFO - San Francisco) for example...great...except the airport is in a different city (Millbrae!) as are most international airports....so if you don't know the actual city the airport is located in, it is a PITA to find an airport hotel. So I need to go to Google (for example) to find the city the airport is located in.... so I might as well just stay with Google to find an airport hotel! Knit picky, maybe, but get a better search engine/database. This has been going on a long time... just ridiculous for a travel app.
What have you done to this ap
by Clivewatkins on 2019/02/12 02:21
STOP ASKING ME ABOUT ADA ISSUES. I DONT LOOK FOR THEM. THEY DONT EFFECT ME. THEY ARE WASTED ON ME. I don’t notice them. INSTEAD why not have a button for “ADA input” and post results in a separate ADA info area in your templates. then people who are concerned have somewhere to go look. This is a small percent of the dining public , and I see the need, for them, but you re asking 100% of the diners to comment on what they arent looking for. You’ve wrecked that section of questions by overreacting to this section of the public. Ask food My reviews and history are still so far unfindable. I can’t just go to "me", and review my cities for advice to people on where I’ve been and recommend. I truly hope this is not your finished product. People should sort by current reviews and see how many power users are dissatisfied with what they have done to this ap. Simply unusable for history, and navigation has turned awkward. Is there any manager that sees the difference in what this has become.????

It looks better. However registertration is required and all previous saves are lost. The graphics are better though, although maybe that is because I got an Ipad 7. For all travelers, I recommend getting it. Even if you are a casual traveler, get it.

Some friends recommended TripAdvisor to us as more than just a source to find hotels. We are full-time RVers, and we consult and rely on TripAdvisor wherever we go for things to do, restaurants, golf courses and other things. We would be lost without TripAdvisor.

by MariaO17 on 2019/02/14 17:11
I used to enjoy some features that seemed to be gone. The best was an option to see my own reviews by country and city, after you have written lots of them, it is very helpful to be able to do that and find them in an easier manner. It even had a world map where you would see the number of reviews by city, touching the city it would display only those. The home page to search for places works very well.
Never go anywhere without you!

Recent changes made app less useful
by Southside9955112 on 2019/02/12 07:27
While the TA app remains useful undone respects, recent changes made it less so. For instance, the default mode now ranks hotels by some bogus, undefined “value” rather than by traveler rankings.

Little Europe itself, should be a destination for anyone visiting St Maarten! Not only is The store one of the most beautiful on the Island,,with an incredible range of the highest quality merchandise, to appeal to your budget, but without question, you will meet the finest, most decent, honorable and warm and friendly Families, whether you make a purchase or not! If you do make a purchase of any 1 of their beautiful ‘pieces’, you will have the 100% satisfaction of knowing, without question, you received the best and fairest price, anywhere, for your purchase! That policy, along with warm, personal and friendly service, which for over 40 years, has been the Hallmark, of the incredible Alwani Family...each and every one of them, from their Patriarch, Hiro, his beautiful wife Neenah, their 2 incredible Sons, Sanjay and his beautiful wife, and Manjou, who runs the family business on beautiful Aruba! Their entire Family and their businesses, make for a ‘must destination’ for any trip to beautiful Sint Maartan or ‘One Happy Island’, Aruba! I can promise you that if you do stop in, and meet this beautiful Family, you’ll be happy and enriched by the experience!
Normally I’m quite a critic of places but THIS Excellence lived up to its name in the two reasons I frequent their resorts: Service and Sun!

by Soflaguy63 on 2018/04/10 18:36
I have used the Trip Advisor app for years and found it to be very helpful.

Unfortunately, not the best app

Wonderful accommodations and great staff!
by Groovy mini on 2018/04/19 19:23
We stayed at Melia Cozumel over three weeks last month from February 24th through March 12th, 2018.

Every time I travel, and sometimes at home.
by Cavalry God on 2018/06/17 19:11
I love this app, I use it wherever I go to find places to eat and things to do.
JW Marriott, Bangkok Thailand,
by Vic and Bev on 2017/11/13 02:13
My wife and I had the most wonderful 10 days staying at this Marriott!
