It’s good, BUT...
by Stymyx on 2019/06/18 21:07
It really is a real good Solitaire game, with plenty of options for play, but… At the end of each win, you get a screen showing your score, your time and the number of moves you made in the game. You also see those same figures for “Best” that’s not explained very well (it’s not your personal best, but measured against some unclear metric). Under the Best Time, it ALWAYS says a time in the neighborhood of 30 seconds! I even once saw a Best Time of about 23 seconds! I want to meet the human being that can play and win a hand of Klondike Solitaire in this app in 23 seconds and 109 moves!! It’s this screen that’s the only thing about this game I don’t like, and this is a totally personal gripe. I’m sure the numbers are supposed to be a motivator to encourage you to play better, but I find it more depressing than anything else and I wish the “Best” numbers could be turned off. Other than that, I love this game.
Multiple Onstalls

I bought the app without ads and have had to reinstall several times because it simply stopped working.
Fun game!

Can’t let a day go by without a few rounds of solitaire.

Well designed, I like the every game has a win mode, I find it To be great to exercise my mind. Thanks
Just Fun! I
by lindainspring on 2019/06/02 21:06
Absolutely addictive. This game is as unpredictable as a deck of cards and there is a good percentage of wins. The ads are interesting, learned a few things and found some more interesting games
Disappointed
by Chiefbwt on 2019/06/01 17:35
I have been challenged and have enjoyed playing this version of Solitaire for 6 years. I’ve improved my playing strategy and typically complete each month with a gold crown. Last month I completed all but May 30th, which I played 15 times with no success. I’m also finding that I’m able to complete a win fewer and fewer times. Is there a reason for this? Maybe it’s time for me to leave Mobility Ware solitaire.
Worlds best time killer
by RevelationAdept on 2019/05/31 15:07
5/22/2019- There are many versions of phone Solitaire out there, but this one has been around for a long, long time. I know this because I’ve had the game since my first Iphone way back when. All that time in the market has polished and evolved this app , and now it does what it does pretty much perfectly. BUT, I do think the folks who prefer a more mellow experience should have that option. Why not make it a cool “retro” feature to be able to play the old school version of Solitaire. That way you can truly say you have something for everyone.
Frustrating
by Dittdotdowedowe2998 on 2019/05/30 12:08
As you move up through the levels- you get hilarious titles- however what is frustrating and why I am deleting it is as you go higher, you begin to lose more and more- solitaire is a game of chance, you should have the same level of success all the way through- the chance you are going to miss entire suits or entire numbers in a single game as often as you do begins to make you aware this has been unnaturally programmed into the game and you begin to really dislike it- Thanks for your response but it appears you did not read my review, or you have a reading comprehension issue- I did not need advice on how to LEARN TO WIN- I SAID the game was frustrating because you are never felt all red cards or all black cards or are missing all the 5 and 6’s - IT IS AN UNNATURAL WIN- IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH A REAL DECK, in real life- you have programmed this and it so noticeable.... and it’s not fun. I know about the winning deals slider (that too is ridiculous because it works the opposite as mentioned giving you an outrageously impossible win) IT NEEDS WORK

I really love this app but am disappointed that I can find no method of reporting a flaw in the iPad version
Terrible
by vicmar78 on 2019/05/20 03:40
I used to love this app. I hate it now. The graphics are great but the gameplay is terrible. If you like losing 15-20 times in succession then this is the game for you. Me? Not so much. Yes, losing is to be expected. You can’t win them all. But it’s overkill with this app.
Actress
by mynameisactress on 2019/05/15 20:38
Keep it simple...just a you won instead of the flashes, stars and levels.....solitaire IS a solitary game and each one should stand on its own... I end up not selecting autocomplete and just starting a new game.

Leaderboard
by alfonzo396 on 2019/05/08 19:13
I like the leaderboard for fewest moves..... I have it on my kindle fire. That’s my go to game.... this version is ok but found lacking a key feature.

Love it! 1000 Daily Challenge crowns. One of the first things I do in the morning. Thanks!
Ads are awful
by abcd kat w on 2019/04/21 14:24
I deleted this because the ads were like no frequent and stalled the games. Very frustrating!
Themed Backgrounds
by yzarcrazy on 2019/04/19 19:37
The backgrounds that change with seasons are definitely my favorite, and much appreciated. I would humbly suggest more themed backgrounds! (May the 4th, Labor Day, Hanukkah, and so forth). This allows for a wider variety of backgrounds throughout the year and can open eyes onto causes they might not have known, such as Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
Game Freezes
by Rosegarten on 2019/04/17 22:25
While playing this game, the cards freezes up and I have to reboot my iPad. This is happening more frequently as I have had to reboot my iPad three times today. I am giving it only three stars because of this problem. I love this game, I play it daily. Is there a fix for this.
Just a few ideas
by johgirv on 2019/04/17 13:56
Terrific app. No stupid music!! Suggestions, if I may. Although there is a score given after each round (I play non-Vegas Draw Three mostly) there’s no info on how that’s arrived at. Best guess is 200 for a win and 100 for a win with one undo move. The awarded points for advancement is either 100 or 200. That’s a little dull and eliminates some satisfaction when moving between levels. Lastly, at the end of a successful level, auto complete is good; but you can never see the last pile of revealed cards. (Goes by too fast) When you play in real life, it’s always fun to find where the card you were looking for was. A great version of a timeless classic.
Works great, have request
by khsampon on 2019/04/17 03:27
I don’t know if anyone else would like the feature I’d like to see added but my request is to be able to determine the position that the Aces would line up. When playing, I like all my spades in the far left position, Clubs in the second spot, then diamonds and hearts. Can a feature be added that would enable the player to predetermine where the suits would line up for every game. That way a simple two taps would shoot the card to the predetermined location. Now, I have to drag the ace there. Give it some thought....
Missing card??
by Livyomamma on 2019/04/15 21:37
I enjoy this Solitaire game and would have given 5 stars until tying to complete the April 10th daily challenge. After more than 20 attempts, I listed out the cards that were played and those in the stack yet to be played. I could account for 9 unplayed cards, however, there were only 8 cards that were not yet visible on the play piles. Where is the other card? I have solved all of the April challenges to date without any difficulty. Very disappointed.
Need iCloud Support
by Steve Cam on 2019/04/14 17:24
This is the best solitaire game on the App Store. No gimmicks just classic solitaire. The daily challenges will keep you playing everyday and give you something to look forward to. There are so many customization options to tailor your experience. I would rate 5 stars if they had iCloud support.
I have been playing your game for a decade and absolutely love it.
by RedRoseAlways on 2019/04/14 08:34
I saw an ad for the deluxe solitaire 2 and tried it just out of curiosity and loved their format. I absolutely hated their klondike though, you can only draw three unlimited, if you draw one, you can only cycle through the deck once or twice. It was pretty aggregious and I left them a scathing review before I deleted the app. If you could add a theme store and coins like they do - BUT KEEP THE USE YOUR OWN CARD AND TABLE BACKGROUNDS OR I QUIT - just add more of your own themes, beautiful like theirs that you can buy. That way you make some money off this game without the ads and players can still enjoy using their own graphics still. I love making wallpapers and card backs for the game! It's such a fun hobby, but if you guys put out a store with some exceptional card backs AND FRONTS and wallpapers, I would certainly save up coins or some may buy coin packs, to use them too. Just like the solitaire deluxe 2 people are doing. I like their fb integration too. They have some great things going for them, but lacking the freedom to use our own graphics or draw one card without restrictions is a complete deal breaker. So keep your amazing app the way it is, because it's absolutely amazing, but think about incorporating a theme store and coins system (make sure free players can still earn them through wins - but you can sell bundles for the impatient inapp purchase crowd). I really love this app and have for ten years but I sort of like the way Deluxe is running certain things. I hate in app purchases and would never have dreamed of writing this review this way in a million years but I really like being able to save up for premium themes, AND CARD FRONTS, and backs, and backgrounds - AGAIN, KEEP THE "USE YOUR OWN PHOTO" BACKS AND WALLPAPERS!!! If I lose that function I'm quitting. I love being able to make my own themes, but again, would like to be able to buy fancy ones like Deluxe has. Especially since you guys are wonderful enough not to have pain in the butt ads that made me delete so many others, I really want you guys to incorporate a shop so you can get rewarded for maintaining this absolutely amazing app!!! THANK YOU FOR TEN YEARS OF PEACEFUL PLAYING!!!! Love you guys!!! ✌🏻👏🏻♥️♣️♦️♠️👍🏻

Ducky 1
by duck @ rest on 2019/04/08 15:45
I liked the old version better. The new version is much is much slower to auto-complete and takes to long to come on. I don’t think that we need to read about how long Mobility Ware has been around while waiting for the game to load. After the new update the game opens much faster! Thanks Mobility Ware. I have got used to the levels of the game, I have found that I play more to just get to the next level. I’m at level 137 now. I like the fireworks after a win but have never figured out how often they appear. Any answer?
Addictive app needs left handed option
by edumuse on 2019/04/07 20:04
With a business name of mobility ware you’d think accessibility would be on the radar for left handed people. I’ve probably owned this game since the iPhone came out and yet I still have to reach across the screen (blocking my view of the cards in play) to tap the deck and turn a card
Best yet

I want the old solitaire back
by JoKild on 2019/04/01 11:06
I play the daily challenge every day. I do not like the new update. I don’t care about going up levels or earning points. I just want a good variety of deals and a good game. I hate there is no choice to stop notices of going up levels etc. new graphics are ok.

I miss the older version I don’t need points for playing solitaire.
It's great!
by Teenk on 2019/03/30 02:55
I've played it nearly every day for over a year now and love it. I've never found a better one and I've never had a bit of trouble with it. Last update added goals to pyramid. I hate them. How can I delete the goals? If I can’t, I’ll delete the game.
New update not the greatest
by 5 pets too many on 2019/03/28 20:42
I’m leaving my review following this paragraph but the software developer did send a message that they saw my comments and were considering them. I’ve since deleted this app and purchased one that is a basic solitaire game—no pop ups or encouraging me to post on social networks. Maybe this app will change but I doubt I’ll redownload it. All of a sudden the app is forcing me to look at my level. How do I shut this off? I don’t see an option settings. I JUST WANT TO PLAY SOLITAIRE. no extras. The new update caters more to people who want to NOT be solitary. Biggest peeve: Every time I open it, it welcomes me back and blocks the top part of the screen. Drop the pop up. It’s annoying.

Used to be better
by mjlmjlmjl0501molly on 2019/03/26 02:20
This solitaire used to be better. Now they added a ridiculous series of levels that just depend on how many games you play. Should be harmless but they stall out the game while you wait for their silly scoring. They should just keep to the basics. What they have done is just annoying.
Fail challenge graphics annoying
by Evapp June 2012 on 2019/03/24 19:12
I play a lot of solitaire... and the Mobilityware game was my favorite until this new version. There are several things I dislike about it but the most annoying is the graphics and animation that plays after a win in the daily challenge. It centers around acquiring “crowns” on each success and it goes on and on and there is no way to bypass it. Wish I could get the old version back. Still excellent graphics but overdone animation.
Suggestion
by Saddlebum042 on 2019/03/24 13:52
At the end (no more moves) of a Random game it would be great to know if the deal had been winnable. That way we could replay it (because it would be a bigger challenge) instead of just moving on to another random deal.
Becomes unresponsive
by majorzero on 2019/03/21 16:46
I’m glad the developer fixed the reloading of the game every time it was switched away from, but now it becomes unresponsive for 5-10 seconds any time I receive a notification, bring up Control Panel, etc. It’s not ideal for someone who plays the game while commuting and needs to respond to texts, etc.
New set up not good
by used to love solitaire on 2019/03/21 15:16
I used to enjoy playing solitaire each day. With the changes that have been made, it’s a a chore. The game is straight forward one and the set up should be the same. I don’t like the new set up at all and may try to find another solitaire game. Making something fancy isn’t necessarily the right thing to do.
Wonderful version with freq. updates; some suggestions
by Roadmaster71 on 2019/03/21 10:33
I have used this app for years and it is great. The authors always ask for suggestions on how to improve the game so here are a couple: Stacks can get so tall (long) that they become partially obscured by the menu at the bottom of the screen. This never happened in the past. I suggest changing card size dynamically whenever this condition exists and reverting to large size when stack is shortened. When checking statistics it now takes two key presses to leave the mode. In the past you could just click anywhere on the screen outside of the menu to exit. Please put this feature back. The cards seem to be less responsive to touch than in the past. I used to play on iPad one, now using new ver, 6. Is it my iPad or the app or my old age? LOL
Easy and fun to play
by EdXDJ on 2019/03/14 01:51
This solitaire game offers 1-card and 3-card options, plus daily challenges to solve. Each time you win, there’s a little “half-time show” of card animations. You can choose the style of cards plus the card backs and the background. Hint and Undo buttons are available if you want them. It also keeps all kinds of statistics about your games. Fun and easy to play!
Upside down?
by 2LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on 2019/03/11 04:49
App was great, but now it always loads upside down. Dislike all of the additional graphics that play every time you win the game. Too much nonsense for me. I suggest you find a different company to purchase a solitaire app from because this one has become VERY disappointing!

MW's Solitaire is buggy
by brnaska on 2019/03/08 04:13
I've played the free version for years and it used to work smoothly. I loved it. Then this year it began slow loading, locking up, turning off, etc. So, I bought the new app thinking that would solve everything. Nope. Do not get this
by Dobermans3 on 2019/03/03 18:00
At first, the game was great. The best out there. But then they interrupt the game and LOCK you into trying another game. THERE IS NO X to tap to move Mack into the solitaire screen. It says “Try for Free”. The worst of it is you are locked in and can’t get out of it until you press home button. Then you start over and it does the same thing again. It is a BIG turn off to market something else by locking you in. NO THANKS
I hate the revised version
by bryantcafe on 2019/03/01 06:43
Please get rid of that stupid front panel with the cutesy but irritating questions and factoids. Movement is not consistent.

Can’t transfer progress
by Bsakelarides on 2019/02/22 12:50
I have been playing the free version of this app for several months. The Ad implementation on that version is terrible. Even in airplane mode you are bombarded with 2 ads before every single game. So I finally broke down and bought the ad free version. Unfortunately your progress in one version is not transferred to the paid version. So I lost 2 months of daily challenges. Not the end of the world but why wouldn’t you be able to transfer your progress through Game Center? Also I haven’t found a single difference between this and the ad sponsored version so you’re only paying to remove ads.

by auntiepegeen on 2019/02/18 22:03

Quick play, another horrible idea. Anyway to opt-out of it?
Nice update trophies still need work
by perlmangle on 2019/02/15 04:11
I like the little slide noise the daily challenge crown now makes when power boosting 1up along the counter slider. Nice touch. Still have a big problem with the month themed “trophies”. Ugh, such a bad design choice. A trophy is not a calendar totem. The calendar is already background themed; leave the trophies alone. They should be double handled booze guzzlers made of gold for a champion to drunkenly boast of his great deeds. This month instead they’re little hearts. Gag. Srsly fix this please. Great game otherwise. Best one out there.
Opt out?
by Dude chook on 2019/02/14 00:16

The cards aren’t showing up in multiplayer games
by and_scene on 2019/02/05 22:45
Disappointed in a simple solitaire game I bought so I didn’t have to see ads. Toolbar disappears like every 5th multiplayer game. And the cards do r show up randomly in the same scenario. I have to quit the app and then reopen, but it still happens after a few games.
Return to game of solitaire, dump distractions, fix freezing issue.
by Grant III on 2019/02/05 13:25
I have use this app going on eight years. It has become increasingly less pleasurable due to additions of junk distractions. Recent update has caused freezing and jittery movement gameplay. App has become very slow to start, even from windowed screen. The app used to be great but has fallen on bad times. Developers need to realize solitaire is just that. Using iPad Air, fully updated iOS.
Don’t believe times
by Carlspectrum on 2019/02/05 05:24
I like the games but I think the times that are winning are computer solutions. I am not sure how they do it but only a computer can go that fast. When you see 33 seconds to solve a game, you have to wonder if the time to actually make 100 moves can be accommodated in that time. I think you need a better scoring theme.
Paid to remove ads and the game still gives pop-over ads.

Will remove even though paid for if this continues.

Upgrade is awful!
by Relaxed Out on 2019/02/03 02:53
I have had this app for years. Simple and clean. It was my favorite one. The upgrade now has levels and points and other junk. I only play this with winning deal. Only a single player.
Used to love it!
by Cfcmhh on 2019/02/03 00:48
This was a 5 Star app until the recent changes! It’s not fun anymore it’s annoying. Why did you ruin a great app that I’ve had for years! Update I changed my rating to one star due to the levels which I hate and you cannot opt out of them. I would think the developer would notice how many of the reviews are negative & how many like me have had this app for many many years but no longer enjoy it.
Locking up
by Do jeep on 2019/02/02 16:38
I have had this app for a long time and have always liked it but now it seems to freeze up quite often. It is always froze up for a while when I first open it, but now it’s even freezing up when I’m playing one game after another. I hope this is something that can be fixed.
Degraded Experience
by Bobsie2 on 2019/01/29 21:46
This is, by far, the best solitaire app available. But they made it a very annoying experience with the addition of “levels and titles”. Very distracting. I asked them to add an option to turn this “feature” off, but they refused..

30 Sec Commercials and Longer
by TMDobson on 2019/01/20 21:02
Everyone, be aware that Monilityware is going the way of other game developers and booking ads that run 30 seconds and longer. If I wanted to view a commercial I would watch television. I play games to relax. I don’t mind the quick ads that u can X away from after a couple seconds, but any more of these long commercials and I’ll do with your games as I have with others and delete them and no longer use any Mobilityware products. First and only warning.

Randomizing Card Deck is Flawed
by Skeet47 on 2019/01/14 10:04
All too often, the card that shows up after moving a card in the array is the same card value (and color) as the card that was moved. This happened with the old version and now with the current version. So, for example, if I move a “4 of hearts” to the discard pile or on to of a black 5 in the array, the next card up is all too often a “4 of diamonds”. The best winning percentage I have achieved after thousands of games is ~21% playing the three card draw. Statistically, it should be much higher assuming you play well. Developers..... please look at how you have programmed the randomizing algorithms for Solitaire.

Scoring and ratings

What happened to the front
by niyofu on 2019/01/11 07:57
Normally this is a great game but yesterday, my hand would only show the back of the cards. Had to start a new game & I was winning. Glad for the update, now I am enjoying this game. No longer getting stuck on my phone. Also, these new levels, novice, & other bells and whistles are annoying. Wish I could get the Classic version back,

As stated in title,
Version 5 is much better than version 6
by SecurityCurmudgeon on 2019/01/08 00:27
After upgrading to ver 6 on my iPad I found several issues: - the new version is much, much slower to start up than ver 5 on my iPhone - ver 6 frequently "forgets" completed games from one day to the next -- this is a serious bug - ver 6 replaced the single "daily challenge" screen with a less informative "results" screen, then a useless intermediate "menu" screen -- making the inter-game play awkward and clumsy - ver 6 is, for some reason three times the size of ver 5 (150 mB versus 50mB) Could I please downgrade from v 6 to v 5 ? A long term, dedicated but disappointed user.
Solitaire
by jjbbssee on 2019/01/07 15:01
Some features since the update are improvements. Tracking wins is good and ending the game when no more moves is helpful. Most features stayed the same and were always good. Not good are the tiresome statements on the opening screen and the slower opening of the game. Also one frequently used win animation is really unpleasant. The cards form a triangle and legs pulse out of the sides. Please lose that one. In fact most of those animations are uninteresting. I wish there was an option to turn them off.
Terrible Update
by /.................\ on 2019/01/07 05:16
With the latest update there is a terrible strobing, or flicker, during any card movement on the latet iPad pro. I don't know if this is the case on all devices or not because I have no intention of updating the game on my other devices after experiencing this. Additionally, the graphices have changed in a way that is far less aesthetic. It is difficult to believe this went through a review prior to release. In addition, an all of the releases, even when you pay for ad free you get regular notifications that interrupt play.

by rlbyer on 2019/01/06 22:07
I have used this app for a few years, and enjoy it. But the latest update introduced levels and award points and those are downright silly. I wish that I could turn those off. They are a distraction.

Add-free & worth it! (Revised)
by MamawPJ on 2018/08/17 14:55
Finally found the add-free version ($0.99 alone or in a bundle of 4 games for $1.99). Love it & the other 3 in the bundle! I’m finding that I do not enjoy the changes made in the recent update. I was not having any problems with the operation of the game am not seeing any changes in that aspect now. I do, however, think the aesthetics of the visual are much less than previously. I do not like the changes in position of the various properties, preferring the tool bar at the bottom of the page. (I keep tapping on them unintentionally where they are now.) I love the very intricate pictures made with the cards when one wins one of the games, I find them very entertaining and I always am awed by the mind that could make them appear on my screen. I especially love the sailing boat and would feel especially rewarded for winning a game when it appeared.
Newer Version
by RevivePlants on 2017/02/21 04:39
This Mobility Solitaire game had been my favorite of all Solitaires, then it disappeared from my apps. I found another version, the graphics still good, but some changes in how cards fell in random deals. The cards would all be red and the same numbers, eg., 4 sevens in succession, and several eights in succession, etc. It become what seemed like impossible to win, and boring. I got back to pretty much liking the play, and winning a fair number of times. I've just gotta win those Daily Challenges! I just downloaded what seems to be the latest version and I like it thus far. I lost the first time I played, but undid everything and tried again and won. A sliding scale is one of the settings, so that the player can choose a percentage of win-able games. I chose 45%, but I'm going to lower it. I like a challenging game. I just don't like "random" deals that are like those described above. There are updates on the graphics, it seems. The graphics on this game have always been beautiful, card backs are like fine art. It is such a fine-looking game to play, and there are some new choices, also nice. I'm looking forward to playing lots of games with this version.
Developers mistake
by Wilie1 on 2018/08/30 11:33
I’ve used this app for 2 years. I purchased 3 other games from this developer because of this one. Now I wish I hadn’t. This abomination is not what I bought and no mount of fixing will make it better. I’ve asked the developer to consider an alternative that may satisfy but all I get is a canned reply. Zero customer satisfaction. Never will purchase another Mobilityware app. Update: Please don’t assume that the canned responses make up for a lack of credible customer service. Kicking the can upstairs to a “development team” is not accepting responsibility for what was done to this app. And it’s not showing consideration to the numerous customers who have complained in this space. I’ve made my case, added the suggestion to role this back or change the model for the Solitaire version in the app store that does not allow ad removal, to one that does. If there are others like me that are frustrated by this, check out the Solitaire+ app from A-Star. LATEST: Looks as though customer service kicked this debacle upstairs to the development team. And they’ve punted. No updates or fixes for nearly 4 weeks. This developer no longer cares to address any complaints. Don’t waste your money. Bad reviews outnumber good 10 to 1 or better.
Want to get to the game!
by Low carber on 2018/07/25 21:37
Overall, the latest update is good, but with the mobility ware, page, then the solitaire facts/ads for other games/game info page, it takes time to get to the game. I play this game numerous times daily, and going through these pages every time I go to the app is getting annoying! I’ve already seen all the the second pages numerous times. If these must be there, at least add a way to click through or skip them. Even if I want to read them, I am a fast reader and still end up waiting. I would also like other options for card faces. The current ones are basically the same except larger font. Would even like to see a complete card face. Took a deeper look and compared with the free/last version. In the update there are fewer card face styles - not including the one I had been using, and no choice for card spots. I prefer no outline. I do appreciate the no more moves flash on the play button, but that’s about the only thing I see as an “improvement”.
Not a fan of the recent changes 8/18
by 235790865325 on 2018/12/07 05:16
Bought the app and have enjoyed it for years. It’s a simple game you can play for fun, stress relief, etc. No biggie. However, the recent overhaul now forces you to look at their logo (an ad for them) while everything loads (allegedly) for a surprising length of time. Every single time you open the app (even if you haven’t closed the app and just switched apps for a second. Ugh! This was not the case before. Their customer service folks are nice... but their response was not satisfying. There is no need to have to wait that long... and no, your solitaire/company trivia is not fun. Please... just let people play the game! I may just delete the game and move onto another company. :-( Update: 12/18 — more changes in update that are a distraction from the game. Forced to pick king or queen-type personality, forced to sit through more stupid screens about some new points program. I want to pick up my phone and distract myself with a game of solitaire... not be bombarded with carnival graphics that you can’t shut off. These updates are so frustrating. I hope they are making buckets of money, because I see no point in the nonsense.
My Favorite
by Chardenay on 2018/07/20 21:41
UPDATE - This USE to be my favorite until this last update!! I agree 100% with the others who are saying this latest update ruined it. I hate it! The new lay out is terrible and my running high score (vegas accumulative) is gone from view, I have to purposefully look it up every time instead of it being in constant view. The new graphics & UI are obnoxiously inconvenient and were much better the way they were. If I can’t change it back to how it was before the update, I will be looking for a new favorite. Love this game. Played a lot of others that don't have the features this one does. Smooth graphics with a lot of options - you can change the background and card backs with their numerous selections or your own pictures - a feature I love. You can turn animations up or down, play different versions ( I like Vegas scoring), and select different card faces such as regular to easy to see. Too many options to list - in short - you can't go wrong with this one! I've had it for years and it just keeps getting better. Thanks for the great app!! A+++++ 👍
Confused
by Radlw on 2018/09/06 17:10
Before a recent update, I was playing Vegas solitaire. I was $100K in the hole after about 50,000 games (not bad, really; a loss of only $2 per game). My win rate was about 8%. The update hijacked my statistics, zeroed out my debt, and started me over with a new look I didn’t like. Now I am $100K in the black after only a few thousand games and my win rate is through the roof. Have I finally perfected my system? Am I a Vegas solitaire genius? Or did the boys and girls at Mobility decide to tweak the odds in my favor so I would feel better? I don’t feel better. I was okay with my old stats, powered by the conviction (no doubt false) that I was slowly perfecting my game and improving (remember, tens of thousands of games; 50K in my last run, but that was only my most recent reset - I’ve been playing for years and resetting my stats now and then when I wanted a do-over). Now I am a disappointed winner. I’ll keep playing, but gambler’s reinforcement - winning runs after long periods of loss - is gone, replaced by certainty. Who wants to be a winner?
New version needs some work, but nice
by Sua2385 on 2018/07/28 18:48
I also am tired of having to wait for the first screen to disappear. I have pretty much got used to the abbreviated cards, but don’t prefer them. They and the card outlines in back take up so much room it feels crowded, and I don’t like having the outlines in the background while your new and mostly great (I hate the martial swords and the clown face, which you kept) animations perform. And I wish you had more choice of thematic backgrounds, this year you keep messaging in this and another game that a new background is available, but it always turns out to be the same seasonal background as last year or the year before. And if you had all the time in the world, which I know I am not paying for much of it, I would love to see those original old card faces you mentioned on one first page! But I find the game relaxing while I think - at least until one takes 30 minutes to solve - and love it.
Reliable. Performs Well
by Wm Gardner on 2017/07/20 12:32
Really, my ONLY complaint about this app is that it sometimes indicates (in advance) that a game is "winnable", when the only way you could win the game is through illogical moves that require advanced knowledge of where the cards are. That aside, I have owned this app for years but only started playing it regularly a couple of months ago. It is nice mental exercise and I now play the game everyday. I play the "daily challenge" and while I am not fast enough to achieve scores in the top tier, I do enjoy the stimulation. The app offers various modes of play, with multiple draw styles, multiple scoring methods, and the ability to minimize being dealt "unwinnable" hands (although, just because a game is not indicated as "winnable" does not mean it is "unwinnable"). TL;DR- game is reliable, fast and has multiple methods of play. Only quirk is how it occasionally will determine a game "winnable". Would definitely buy again.
The Best Solitaire game in the App Store
by Randoma on 2018/05/24 08:02
I have been plain this game for years. It is beautifully rendered. You can choose from a good sized library of background images and card backs to change the appearance of the game just to your liking. There are many options, but not an overwhelming amount. You can also choose whether you want a random shuffle, a winning deal (even with a winning it doesn’t mean it is easy. that easy) there is a choice between 3 or 1 card draw and it isn’t going to troll you with ads all the time, or requests, and it doesn’t have in-app purchases. There is also a daily challenge, which I like. Also, there are leaderboards and rewards for surpassing yourself. I have tried many solitaire games over the years, but I always end up returning to this one. If you like no nonsense solitaire, this is the one folks.

Prior to using this, all I used was a standalone unit that had few features. I wore out two of them. Once I got hooked on your game on my phone, I use it constantly! Great game, and I know I will never use all of its capabilities. After suffering a stroke a few years ago, my ability to speak, read, and generally reason were affected, and my wife has commented many times that she felt that this game was of tremendous benefit for its unintended purpose as a therapeutic device. Any rationale that will permit me to play the game is OK by me! Apparently my last entry was still in limbo, so this is an update. The latest version has a curious feature that is mentioned by (kiddo20 or something, I couldn't remember ) wherein the "feeling" as I touch the keys has been omitted. I'd like to have that back. Other than that, I love it!
FIX THE GLITCHES
by Almathea67 on 2018/08/01 20:42
I loved this game so much I purchased the full $5 app with no ads. I’ve literally played over 10,000 games with this app. This new update is terrible. It glitches constantly when I attempt to play it. It’s much slower than it used to be, so trying to finish a game faster to get a higher score is impossible. The new layout isn’t bad, except the leaderboard is so close to where you pick a card that I touch it almost every single time, which pauses my game and it starts glitching again. At least twice now when I try to play a winning hand, it will deal and then when I start to play the cards disappear. I honestly don’t hate the new layout, aside from the leaderboard, the game just needs some tweaks. Customer service is no help. I emailed them over a week ago, and they haven’t emailed back. Even though the automatic email stated that I would be replied to within 48 hours. I’ve already attempted to delete the app and reinstall it, force stop the app, and turning my phone off and on again. Nothing works. I’m about to find a new solitaire app.
Thank you.

Update to 4 stars: the latest release brought back the status bar and snappiness in card movements so I’ll download to my other devices. Thank you. I still find the large size and blinking play button annoying but I’m glad you made the latest fixes to my favorite Solitaire game. Prior comments: Have been using this App for years. The newest update is so annoying and frustrating, that the game I’ve enjoyed playing is now a COMPLETE turnoff. It’s too slow to load. Keeps asking annoying questions and stays on way to long. I use to jump into the next game, now I’m forced to wait for the congratulatory comments to stop. The flashing play button is distracting. I could go on. I wished I would have read the reviews for this version before downloading. I’ve not downloaded this version on my other devices and have no intention of doing so.
Frustrating
by Dittdotdowedowe2998 on 2019/05/30 12:08
As you move up through the levels- you get hilarious titles- however what is frustrating and why I am deleting it is as you go higher, you begin to lose more and more- solitaire is a game of chance, you should have the same level of success all the way through- the chance you are going to miss entire suits or entire numbers in a single game as often as you do begins to make you aware this has been unnaturally programmed into the game and you begin to really dislike it- Thanks for your response but it appears you did not read my review, or you have a reading comprehension issue- I did not need advice on how to LEARN TO WIN- I SAID the game was frustrating because you are never felt all red cards or all black cards or are missing all the 5 and 6’s - IT IS AN UNNATURAL WIN- IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH A REAL DECK, in real life- you have programmed this and it so noticeable.... and it’s not fun. I know about the winning deals slider (that too is ridiculous because it works the opposite as mentioned giving you an outrageously impossible win) IT NEEDS WORK
Liking it Less with new Display Format
by JSanibel on 2018/07/30 03:48
For a while now I have been frustrated with this game. For years I’ve loved playing the game after a very challenging work day. It relaxed me and let me chill out and get ready to sleep. In about the last year or 6 months it has become very frustrating, kind of like a difficult day at work! Instead of having fun and feeling successful, it seems you can win less and less. More frustrating than fun. I guess it’s just me but other friends have commented on this too. Now after the latest update, you can’t go right into the game. The blue screen is slow as you wait to get into the regular green screen where you can just start playing. I find myself less engaged in a game that I enjoyed every evening. It’s disappointing.
New look and other changes with latest upgrade - updated
by GrammaCajun on 2018/09/04 21:05
Update: After last update for this app, I upgraded my rating. Most of the issues were addressed and I appreciate the response by the developers to the comments by many reviewers. To the developer: do you read the reviews which are mostly negative, and are you going to do anything to change the app? Is there any way to revert to the old version? I don’t like the changes made in the last update. The cards are now extra large and there is no way to select a size. And I don’t like the Game Center screen popping up when I open the app. This never occurred before and I didn’t make any changes to my settings on my iPad. Much slower to start up than it used to be. I regret updating from the old version. I will not upgrade my iPhone until changes are made.
Best. Solitaire. Ever
by NanaEllen on 2017/03/08 00:28
I have been using this app on my iPad and love it, but I had a different solitaire on my iPhone until just now. When I thought why am I doing this and installed the mobilityware solitaire for iPhone. What's good about it? One, No ads. No having to find the mysterious hidden little X to get back to the game. (How do they monetize this I wonder?) But that's not all that's good. I can control whether or what percentage of winning deals I am given. It shows me whether the deal has been won before. The hints are meaningful and when there are no more productive moves, it tells me, instead of moving some card back and forth endlessly without it opening up any additional moves. So, all good. I like it.
A Change I Do Not Like
by pearleaf529 on 2018/07/25 16:26
I have played this version of Solitaire for years, but the new version has destroyed the thing that made me choose and stay with this version. I play Los Vegas cumulative score. I had set the mix of random and winning deals so that that cumulative score gradually went up. That option has been removed and this makes this version no better than any other. These games are for fun and this new version took away much of the fun. I do still enjoy the daily puzzle. Knowing that a deal is a winning deal makes a game a puzzle and I love puzzles. Now there is a winning deal option which would make a deal such a puzzle but it is not available for playing Las Vegas cumulative scoring. If I were to switch from that I would lose my cumulative score altogether, so I don’t have that option either. Given all of that, three stars is generous.
The rating would have been higher for previous versions
by howmanytriesbeforethisworjs on 2018/12/22 23:59
The newest update has made this so annoying to use I’m seriously thinking of deleting it and finding another solitaire app. Who thought making the user wait while the app cycled through some pointless animation every. single. time. you opened it was a good idea? Plus the random changes to the order of the icons at the bottom of the screen, plus everything seems to take more clicks, plus I swear the animation of the cards is jerkier in this version. I keep forgetting that this new version is terrible, opening it, and then immediately being reminded why I’ve stopped using it. As of December 2018 it loads marginally faster. Marginally. Unfortunately they’ve added a bunch of new “fun” features that are either impossible or unintuitive to disable. I don’t want to “level up” and I don’t want stupid titles. I just want a basic version of solitaire I can play mindlessly on my phone when I’m bored. Still one star.
Still the vey Best solitaire out there!
by suzanne-del on 2018/10/29 00:59
Used for over 3 years and it just keeps getting better and better! Lots of setting options, amazing animations and love the new themes for the holidays and on daily challenges area. The trophies are really a lot of fun; just wish you could more frequently earn them, perhaps by winning a certain amount of games in a row, or something like that? , as waiting every ten days seems too long😆. Developers: if you’re reading, that would REALLY make the game Da,Bomb! And even more fun and addictive! There is still a little lag when flipping the cards since the latest animation-packed update too, but not a deal breaker. Keep up the awesomeness mobilityware , and thanks!

I complained and so did hundreds of people and you guys heard us! Thank you for that! Thank you 3 times! This last version update brought our favorite game back, with some interesting new design and style but the same god old game we all love! Thank you for listening to us!
Good but frustrating
by vcmjr on 2018/03/21 14:57
I have been playing this app a lot. It has some of the most original graphics of the competing Solitaire games. I like playing winnable deals. The frustrating part is that many of those deals seem to have been played and won with extremely high scores and unbelievably fast. So fast, in fact, that I don't think they could have been played by real people. So I must be playing against a computer program—and that is frustrating. But I have also become a better player thanks to this app. I have learned to look for a number of playing options through the app’s hints that I had been overlooking before.
Still works, but has become relentlessly annoying
by jkr90000 on 2018/08/06 07:58
I’ve played MobilityWare’s Solitaire app most days, for years. I paid to get rid of ads long ago, but since a recent thorough revision, the developers have undertaken to become incredibly annoying in other ways. Now they force use, or repeated avoidance, of Game Center. They provide little messages about the history of Solitaire. They encourage participation in contests, and the winning of vanity awards. Guys, c’mon, it’s Solitaire. I play it explicitly not to compete with anybody or in any way. I don’t want to share it with anyone. Solitaire, get it? I suppose some customers want these features. But, could a fella that just wants to idle away a little bit of time get a break? Give it a rest with all the ‘did you know you could change your card backs’ please.
Great company, great game, cards easy to read
by mjbuzzy on 2018/07/24 11:06
Great game and intuitively the place tools. My only challenge these days is they just upgraded the program and it runs much slower. It’s slower to open, slow to re-open if you open another app, keep it open in the background, and then go back to. Also, now much slower when it auto completes after being prompted. It was much faster before the update. I really appreciate the fact that the moment Yep realizes that your hand is a losing hand, after many various choices in a game, it lets you know they flashing play icon. I stop the game at that point and either start another one or replay the game to see if I can win it. Beyond its recently being slowed down, it’s a great app.
Great
by CathieQ on 2017/05/24 20:30
This is an update to the following review from years ago. I am still addicted to the game and play very often. My one complaint is that the last update took away the visual cue that you had selected a card. I find myself touching the card a second time to be sure. Other than that the following still applies I am addicted to this game. Much better than other solitaire games I have tried over the years. Works well and I like the info it provides. It's nice to see that you have solved in as few steps as the previous best solvers. My time is always much slower so my score is low. It's also nice to solve one of the random deals.
Lots of Fun
by MaryBiz on 2016/12/11 17:52
I have played thousands of rounds of this game in all different modes. I loved it so much that I finally paid for the app to avoid getting ad pop-ups. A short while ago the game froze and I had to delete and reinstall it. Of course I lost all my status ratings when I did this which was disappointing. I compete against myself but I still liked seeing the achievements that I attained. The reason I only gave four stars is because the feature that was once present when you touched a card has been removed. I miss that feature and would like to see it return. Still love playing.
Don’t Change When Ahead!
by Chrisrs2000 on 2018/07/26 18:44
Dear Mobility Ware, I’ve been a faithful user of your Solitaire game for quite a while. I started using it for free until I decided I really liked it & paid. Without the ads, I loved the fast way it came on, the moment I tapped the icon. THEN, you thought you were the best & changed things! Now, when I tap the icon, I have to read about how great you are & wait while the four card faces light up. ALSO, you’ve changed the graphics & made them “cartoon-like”, which seems to slow things down even more! PLEASE stop changing things & making the game worse! You said you were “the best”, then did this! I don’t mind changes for the better, but this is ridiculous!!!
Too intrusive
by Scribe1215 on 2018/07/23 18:43
I’ve played this game for years and loved it, but the new version is too intrusive. It not only tells you when it thinks you’ve lost but does everything it can to end the game. I’ll give up when I’m ready, not when the game tells me to. I hope they disable that function. Two other minor quibbles: The screen no longer shows iPhone info at the top, especially the current time, which is a problem for those of us who play during stolen moments... Also, the controls at the bottom (hints, undo, etc.) have always toggled with a single tap. If they toggled with a double tap, those of us who want them there all the time wouldn’t have to keep bringing them back just because we touched an unused part of the screen.
Strike three
by mariposafan on 2018/09/07 13:23
Even if, as the condescending popup says, you needed to rewrite the program from scratch due to new technologies (I'm skeptical), you didn't need to ruin the gameplay. It's still painfully slow to launch. Tip, if you're making your app slower to start you're screwing up. It still has that stupid 'tips' screen - which is utterly without merit and slows things down even further. I still would prefer to set the percentage of winning/random deals ahead of time and just play my game. - fixed I intensely dislike the bright flash for a solving a deal. - fixed On the good side, the status bar is back and play doesn't feel as painfully slow. One more version. I think if that stupid tips screen is still there after the next version I'll just delete the app. As it is I use the tips screen to remind me that the game has been mangled and just shut it down. That stupid and utterly without merit tips screen is still around. Almost make you wonder if the company pays attention to these reviews. When I read them that screen appears to be universally panned. Three updates and the stupid thing is still there. Three updates and it's still horribly slow to load. You lose.
Newest update has ruined my favorite game!!
by k-meow on 2018/07/24 13:38
I don’t think I’ve actually ever written an app review but after the newest update to the app I’ve probably had the longest I just had to. I can’t stand the new update, I used to love the random slider and just getting either a random game or a winning game, I don’t like having to pick if I want a winning game or a random game. The new graphics and animations give me a feeling this game will now be another battery drain, even with the animations clicked to minimize. I dislike how zoomed in it feels, I feel like it was optimized for a toddler to play. The cards appear to not move as smoothly as before either. I’m just super unimpressed and really regret updating the app, I wish I could go back to the previous version. Now I’m going to have to find another solitaire app to download :(
Great app but update has problems.
by Bartaloni on 2018/08/03 23:50
I’ve been a long time fan of this app. However with the recent update there have been two problems for me. First, the time and battery status are no longer visible at the top of the app. Second, every time I leave the app to check those - or do anything in another app - the app has to completely reload when I return before I can resume the game. In the past that wasn’t the case. I’d love to see those issues addressed. I appreciate having the status bar back. One other problem I didn’t mention in my original review. I wear Bluetooth hearing aids and the app takes control of them and won’t allow the hearing aid app to function while I’m playing. Would really like that addressed.
Latest update is terrible...
by Mr.InBetween on 2018/07/25 04:29
First try at update didn’t work right...had to delete then re-install app to get a working product. Even after that, several settings are different in a bad way. Can’t turn off timed game without also turning off the score, and so on. My favorite mode of play is no longer supported, independent of time while still showing score. And I don’t care about the number of moves, but I have to have it if I want to see the score. Don’t have any idea why they collapsed several independent settings into one setting, makes those settings essentially useless. In other words, it’s not much fun to play anymore. I’m currently shopping for a different solitaire game that works the way it should. Too bad, previous version was fine, new re-write is just broken.
All around Awesome!!
by Honeybearz on 2016/12/10 03:36
Been playing for 45 years. This particular iteration is another improvement as far as i can see. I Love that I can slide to all hands of chance. I don't compete and don't care to do all winning games-seems just a cheat. I think it sharpens my brain focus, and can easily be done while whiling away time waiting or while listening to stories or music or (shush) during phone calls!! Only thing i do not like, is having to pay for it all over after buying a new phone. But it $2, and gets more use than even my Facebook app!! It beats all other solitaire apps i have tried as well!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Winnable?
by Legs75 on 2018/09/08 22:32
I have my random set at 100% random. AFTER I’ve played and perhaps replayed a hand, it would be kind of cool to be able to find out AT THAT POINT whether the hand is winnable. With the Daily Challenge, I know with certainty that the hand is winnable. On the rare occasion I don’t solve it the first time, I replay it because I know I can win it. I would like to be challenged to solve the random hands IF they are solvable. I don’t want to replay it three or four times if I can’t win it. Obviously, if you stated whether a random hand were not solvable before I ever tried it, I wouldn’t waste my time even once. But after that...
The BEST Solitaire game by far!!
by Another Charlie on 2018/08/06 15:56
I had posted a negative review after an update with some features I didn’t care for. I also wrote to the company and guess what, the actually DO read and respond to player’s suggestions. My main complaint was a title screen that seemed to take forever so you had to wait and wait to play. The fixed this and there have been frequent updates so I had to edit my review completely! I was trying all the other Solitaire games but this is the BEST one. Don’t even bother with the others. A big thanks to the developers for actually caring about their customers.
Response to other reviews
by azmusikluvr on 2016/12/07 12:53
I have reviewed this app before and I still love it. Play it all the time. Regarding "winning" you set how you want to win in the settings. You can set so you never win or always win or somewhere in between. Go into settings when you are in the app and click on winning deals. There is a slide scale there to change it. All kinds of things to do or change in settings. Can't save games to come back to. If I haven't won one after multiple times of replay I just close my iPad and come back to it later. Otherwise just move on it may not be winnable
Can’t stand the slow start
by SuzeRPdx on 2018/07/27 22:52
When upgrades happen, they are usually for the best, but this latest is so bad I might not be using the app for much longer. Time to load seems to have tripled, I don’t need nutty messages while I wait, fingers tapping impatiently. I also don’t need a prolonged shooting star at the end of my wins. What the hell is everyone thinking????? Lastly I really miss the cue that I’m playing a game that can be solved, and I also hate the ‘you seem to be having trouble, would you like help?’ notice. No I don’t want help thanks. I’m pretty sure I PAID for this game and I’m beginning to regret it.
New version Reloads opening sequence every time you maximize
by PVTR58 on 2018/07/28 04:33
I’ve been a huge fan of this app since 2014, but this latest update contains one thing that is killing me. Whenever I minimize the app to check a text, or an e-mail, and then go back into it, it relaunches the entire “opening credits” sequence where you have to wait 5 or 6 seconds to get back to the game you were just playing. New graphics are nice and it moves faster than ever once inside, but if the next update could have the app bypass the opening sequence after maximizing, that would be awesome.
Could Be Improved
by BillnSF on 2016/12/07 07:36
1. You ask me to review the app. right after taking the updates, BEFORE I've had a chance to play. 2. After I win a game, I have to press additional buttons to find out how I've done against everyone else. 3. After I win and check how I've done, I get asked if I want to play a new game OR whether I want to replay the same game. If I choose NEW game, I get another pop up menu that asks the SAME question again. Additional key strokes! 4. If I don't win a game and want to try again, there should be some way to identify the moves and their order that I tried the first time so I don't make the SAME mistakes the second time.
The Good Old Version
by BJJ71 on 2018/11/22 03:10
When I got my first I-pad 4 years ago, I downloaded and paid for Solitaire and it was was simple and easy to play. Now, this version I down Loaded to a second I-pad the settings no longer give me the ability to switch the side on which the deck of cards resides. Also, the pop up bar for the settings covers the cards while using the I-pad in the landscape position. I do not understand why changes have to eliminate things users actually use and/or create views that are bothersome. What do you say, folks, can you take ideas from the past and include them in future versions? If you do, I would like to be able to update my current version.
Recent Changes Put Me Off
by SJ_Art on 2018/09/28 05:30
I enjoy playing a bit of Klondike, which I learned with playing cards as a child, around 60 years ago when computers largely were still on vacuum tubes. My mobile devices are much more convenient than cards, and I’ve enjoyed playing MobilityWare Klondike for years, but the most recent updates have made it much less enjoyable for me. It’s now what I would call twitchy as it often flashes a notice to me that a given draw is unwinnable while I’m still poking around. I play the game for my own casual enjoyment, not to be rushed around by the solitaire algorithm. I buy action games to rush me around. Can Klondike get a control to turn that behavior off? My rating is low only because of that behavior. Thanks for your consideration.
Missing scoring option
by Donr105 on 2018/07/29 15:07
Latest update(6.0.2) is a real problem for scoring on iPad. I haven’t had to update my iPhone and probably won’t. I can’t get a simple score on draw 1. For years is was simply 5, 10, 15 points with a 2-point penalty for an undo and a 100-point on a deck flip. Now it’s doing draw 3 scoring and I’ve tried all sorts of settings to change it. The problem is that my wife (iPad) and I (iPhone) contest each other on the daily challenge. We’ve done this for years but as of yesterday can no more. I have message customer support through settings but have yet to get a reply. I know it may take a few days but I just thought I’d put this out there in case someone else has found this to be a problem. Nikkiboy
WORTH THE $5!!!!!
by Libster10 on 2017/10/26 07:42
If you’re looking for the best Solitaire app, this is it. I bought multiple Solitaire apps but they were all either clearly rigged, had too meany, advertisements, or just didn’t play quite right. I came across the free version of this app and loved how it plays and the settings that available as well. After that, all I wanted was that exact app but with no adds. I was ELATED to learn that was an option. It IS more expensive than the other “add free” apps but this one beats those out of the water. This is. Exactly. What. I wanted. I have no complaints. Worth the extra money.
Older version better
by PoorVersion on 2018/08/05 03:19
This is the only game I play on my phone. Just installed lastest upgrade. Opens with a bunch of graphics before moving to the game. I get impatient with the slow opening. Then it brings up a new page with play options. All this new stuff is only to satisfy the creators ego. It was much better when I could open the program & start playing. Also, the auto-finish, moving the cards up to the Aces is slower than the earlier version, adding length to your finish time. Then the play option page comes up again rather than just allowing you to hit the new shuffle button at the bottom. None of this seems like an improvement. Only additional graphics & pages to boost the creators ego.
Great Game!

Stimulate Your Brain! Been playing for a few years now, and it's helped to keep my aging brain sharp. I play winning hands only. Don't for one second think of that as cheating; like that makes things easy. Far from it. It becomes a real head scratcher, builds character, when knowing you're playing a winning hand, and you're 2000 moves into it, totally frustrated and furious with yourself because you can't figure out where you keep going wrong, and you just want to throw the phone against a wall! But then when you finally do solve it.....
New Version is Awful
by JRWStormy on 2018/07/22 14:16
I’m so disappointed in the new, “rebuilt” version that just came out. I used to use Solitaire as a means of easing anxiety and passing time, but it’s become more of a chore than a stress reliever. The new version crashes every few minutes, which the old one never used to do. It also takes forever to load, and has to reload every time it’s opened. I used to be able to flip between Solitaire and other apps seamlessly, but that’s gone now. I realize I sound like an entitled brat complaining about free software, but I want my Solitaire back.
An essential!
by johnsmoothy on 2018/06/15 07:55
I have played this game over 17,000 times, and on 3 generations of cell phones. When I look at my battery-use stats, Solitaire is almost always at the top. My win/loss stats have carried over from phone to phone, which is pretty cool! Since the deal is electronic and hence very rapid, I have “stacked the deck.” (Dealt until I got the hand which met my criteria.) Nonetheless, I have used exactly the same criteria (2 aces up) from the beginning so that game to game comparisons are valid. This is a long way winded way of saying that I really like this game. Please don’t “improve” it!!
I guess downgrade is the new upgrade.
by Sedona Steve on 2018/07/22 04:31
I really don’t understand this recent so-called upgrade. It’s not. I’m so disappointed. The playing cards don’t look real like they used to, everything is slower, my settings disappeared, the bottom menu is further to reach, the sound effects are just annoying and so are the special effects, enough already with the tips and tutorials, and what’s with the Game Center login screen keeps popping up? Please admit this non-upgrade mistake and go back to the previous version. This used to be my favorite game that I played all the time, thousands of times. Sadly, I’m deleting it to go look for a Solitaire game from another developer. Yes, it is that bad. What were you guys thinking, did you just get bored? Get a clue Mobilityware! Check out all the bad reviews.

Terrible
by vicmar78 on 2019/05/20 03:40
I used to love this app. I hate it now. The graphics are great but the gameplay is terrible. If you like losing 15-20 times in succession then this is the game for you. Me? Not so much. Yes, losing is to be expected. You can’t win them all. But it’s overkill with this app.

Very disappointed.

by Steve Cam on 2019/04/14 17:24
This is the best solitaire game on the App Store.
✌🏻👏🏻♥️♣️♦️♠️👍🏻

by duck @ rest on 2019/04/08 15:45
I liked the old version better.
Best yet

You have automatically “updated” my game and ruined it. I don’t want your levels crap. It slows down my playing time. And for what reason? Hundreds of useless levels and silly titles. I’ve been a user since introduced. I am deleting it. 🤬🤮

NO THANKS

Upgrade is awful!
by Relaxed Out on 2019/02/03 02:53

Solitaire

Our favorite game is back!!!
by Guima0126 on 2018/09/26 04:35
I play this game since it was available on my 3Com Palm... a lot of people doesn’t even know what I am talking about... I have being a faithful player for more then 20 years... last year we were all surprised by a new version that turned out favorite game into a cheap and slow Hollywood scenario... it was awful... a lot of people gave up and uninstalled it after years playing.
