Updated!!! Thank you for fixing!! I have loved the wix owner app up until this newest update. I wasn’t thrilled about the new slide feature for analytics, bur now that is the least of my worries. Inventory will claim to have changes saved, but soon viewing my site they aren’t saved. Product descriptions didn’t all save after the update but the text format was. All text squished together. Now it’s stuck saying it’s June 7th (it’s October 16th!) it will not let me see my views/traffic/sales/bookings for June 8th to now. Please please please fix this ASAP! Will update review once it’s fixed. I’ve always taken up for wix and recommend to my fellow business owners. This is the first time in 5 years I’m really unhappy with wix. I pay close to 500$ annually for this service. It should work properly.
Constant changes and now analytics stopped working

Use the app daily to keep track of orders, traffic, etc. Analytics widget is (was) a very helpful tool but it suddenly stopped working and somehow is stuck on Jun 7. No matter what I do, I can’t get recent data. Constant changes to app design was frustrating, please fix that bug as that is the most valuable tool available.

Wix mobile app would be beneficial an more favored if I could edit my website when I’m on my phone . On the other hand editing is probably easier use on desktop/laptop .But since we phones an some of us are still in school, Website editor would be convenient and useful .

This app has caused me nothing but trouble since the day we were forced to use it. I have to turn off my Wi-Fi in order to get in order to at least show me what was ordered sometimes that doesn’t even work. Nine times out of 10 every order that pops up on my phone will not show me the order because this app is absolutely garbage. I want the old app back.

The app is kind of junky. If you have issues and/or need support you usually have to wait for pay. If/when you want to Cancel - you end up in a circular mess that doesn’t cancel the account and you end up with the previously mention support issue.

The other app never had issues with writing blogs and uploading photos on my phone but that’s all I’ve dealt with today. I cannot get more than two image blocks to work for no matter what I do. So frustrating.

There are an estimated 4m people worldwide who suffer from chronic migraine. Dark mode options are very useful to help these people prevent attacks. Please consider adding this as an option to help people like me with chronic migraine and other conditions that make the bright blue backlight hard to use. Thank you!!

If I have many items for sale in my store and a customer inquired about a particular item. There is no way for me to know which item the customer is talking about unless they screenshot me the item or try to tell me the exact item. This is so hard to deal with I might have to find a better website if it can’t be fixed. Thanks

App does not work, I use to be able to do more on safari before this app which is frustrating, now when I go on safari it just tells me to edit on app and when I do, the app doesn’t work. It won’t load things. I am seriously about to go back to godaddy for my website, I do everything from my phone, I don’t want to have to use a computer to be able to edit my website.

I’m actually writing this as a request to wix to please stop the app from constantly telling me something went wrong and I have to refresh. Every time I look at something I have to refresh, close, open, etc at least 10 times. Sounds like I’m exaggerating and I wish I was, but I’m not. Sometimes I just give up and try again later. I understand that there may be days or times when something is happening in the technology world but I’ve been using this app for several months now and it’s like this every day, every time I use it. I need to be able to run my business without constant frustration. Please, please, please fix your app.

The App is awesome, however the only thing that needs to be updated is the LIVE chat feature. It does not show up for the customer to see on the Mobile phone. When I send a LIVE message to greet the customer on the website, you can’t see it on the Mobile phone. Everything else is pretty good. Thank you!

I love this app. I’d love to give it five stars, but I have had an issue with members spamming other members on my site. I have turned ON join approval several times, and it keeps turning itself off. I have also turned OFF members being able to see other members, and it keeps turning back on I don’t know if it’s a bug or what. Also, why is it that we can’t delete members, from the app? We can only block them. Then when I delete them from my computer, they stay in my contacts. There’s no way to delete them at all even though they will NEVER be a client of mine.

Great for small business

I own a small business, or I should say, I AM a small business, since it's just me with no employees or anything. I got Wix as an upgrade from Etsy, since my shop was getting big enough that Etsy's fees crossed the threshold of costing more than just buying my own website. I've loved having a website, where I have my own custom domain and I can customize it however I want. Setting up my website was pretty easy, I did it in a few hours while I was on vacation. I've updated my shop a couple of times, and that's been awesome. But all of that is on PC. You can't edit how your site looks on the app, but you can add or remove products, check orders, all that kind of useful stuff. The app is great for that. I hardly ever use my PC because it's easier to just pull up the app to check orders, print shipping, etc. That's where my one complaint comes in: copying a shipping address. For some reason, when I tap the button to copy the shipping address, it's not formatted like an address. Normally, an address should be: Name Apartment or unit Street address City, State Zip code Country But instead, I get: Name street address, unit, city, state, country, zip This is really aggravating, because when I paste that into Pirate Ship where I buy my postage, it doesn't recognize the address until I format it correctly. It's simple to fix, just hitting enter and backspace a few times. But over dozens of orders, that small amount of time adds up to a big waste. If addresses were formatted properly, this app would be 5 stars. It's really a minor gripe, but when you make and ship products for a living, any speed bumps in the process can get really annoying.

The app is pretty good but not being able to send your client an estimate from within the app is pretty shortsighted. The development team needs to address this ASAP. You can do it from a desktop but not while your “in the field” and for the life of me I cannot see why that function was not made available from day 1.
Nice user interface, but hard to delete account

The User interface is very simple, but they mad it overtly difficult to delete/close your account. I downloaded and played around for an hour, but decided it’s too simplistic of a model — also, the free domain name they give you is more unprofessional than other free domain web builders. The problem is that they made it very difficult to close your account as a means of discouraging you from doing so. There is no other logical reason to make the process so difficult. If you’re not sure that you will live wix, then don’t bother with it because a headache will ensue.

Wife had website already built with products. Now moving into brick and mortar. The barcode function seems to be desperately difficult. Took 3 hours to scan all codes in but then in the wix owner app it only gives option to create new item when you scan those barcodes. I can create new items with barcodes scanned through app. But doesn’t work when barcode is added to already existing items. Back to drawing board!

I am forced to use this app because I used Wix to make my online store and website. I cannot tell you how many times they have made my life difficult because they constantly feel the need to "update" their App!! With every update they've made they've made it much more difficult for me to manage my store/orders! Back in early 2018 when I first started using them the App was AWESOME! I loved it! It was so easy to use and made my running my business so easy. Since then they have constantly messed with it, making it very difficult for me. Today, they made me update the App in order to view my orders...and now they are also forcing me to get another App installed to view my orders! This is insane! PLEASE PLEASE STOP THIS! That old saying...."if it ain't broke... don't fix it" could teach you something here!

I loved this app at first & now it’s just mind-blowingly frustrating. I simply wanted to have a space to create a blog & every time I try to include a picture in a post, I try going back & forth between “image” & “gallery” clicking between all 3 options to finally (maybe) get 1 or 2 pictures uploaded. I try countless times over & over & the screen just briefly.. blinks? & then nothing happens. rarely does it work anymore. what is going on & can you PLEASE fix this? I’ve updated both this app & wix owner & NOTHING works.

I updated last night. And just figured it out this update is SO BAD. All the filters are gone. • orders (fulfilled, partially fulfilled, canceled, cancelled) • product (out of stock, in stock, partially out of stock) And it’s very uncomfortable to find old sold out items for I can’t see the pictures clearly by blurred and crossed out for out of stock items

We have been using wix for over 3 years now and never had a problem and now it freezes every chance it gets. It’s sending multiple invoices or they disappear as if they were never sent. It’s really frustrating having to explain to customers that there is a glitch in the system. Please fix this ASAP!

I use wix for a blog page and am pretty frustrated with the new update. Anytime I try to upload an image, the screen does nothing. When it does, it asks me where I want to upload (media manager or choose from device) and then it freezes again. If I am able to upload an image, it will only let me do it in a gallery and only once in a page. I’ve been able to load a blog with photos and then go to load another on the same day and it glitches again. Not sure how to be helped with this one, but it’s been going on for over a week.

I’m just starting to build my website and it doesn’t look like all the same features are on this app. I don’t even have the option to add a simple text section to the page I’m working on. I’ve noticed that’s it’s been glitching a bit and not always saving my progress. I’m already frustrated with the app, and I’m not looking forward to how it’s going to be running and managing from the app

I did not want to leave a “bad” review to trying to find where I can contact the developer is near to impossible I’ve been having issues with my wix app loading for over a month now and I’m tired of it. I downloaded wix after reading the app description and all. Nowhere did I find that in order to publish my website, I’d have to pay a subscription plan. I am broke at the moment, and that’s why I’d downloaded the app instead of Commissioning a web developer. I understand that wix developers need money for their work, I just wish SOMEONE who wrote in that it’s not free BEFORE I’d completed building my website. I wasted my time designing a website I can’t even use. The only reason I’m giving the app 2 stars is because I understand why the app makers have this subscription plan in place. All I ask is that you add in a warning of sorts at the sign up process to let everyone know you WILL be charging them to publish their website. AND PLEASE NOT IN FINE PRINT!!! NO ONE WILL READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU KNOW IT!!! I just really don’t want anyone else to have this same experience. It’s really frustrating.

I cannot invoice customers from the app. Nothing will load. I have to sign into the website from a computer to invoice my customers. Which was the whole reason I got the app. The main page won’t even load. So disappointed.

Why is there a need to make apps for other apps? I had the other WIX app and never had issues with it. Updates I can understand, but why completely render the previous app useless just to have us install another that does the same exact thing? It’s honestly getting a little overwhelming how so many apps and services feel the need to update every other day when there is nothing to be fixed or changed. Leave the format alone for at LEAST a week.

why do you guys keep changing everything? It’s so frustrating. I have relied on spaces to manage my bookings as a massage therapist, and now there’s this new app I can’t access my original bookings on spaces anymore…and it automatically opens this new app when I try to go to my old dashboard but I have to “create now” in the wix owner dashboard in order to access my bookings that I constantly need to manage? I don’t have time for this. I don’t understand how to get to my bookings and I don’t want to edit or change anything in regards to the look on my phone. I do that on my computer. It’s just extremely frustrating i do not feel the ease of my business is supported by Wix apps. In Wix spaces when I needed to book a client the day of the week wouldn’t even show it would just show month/date/year and I discuss my bookings as days of the week with clients “next Wednesday?” they took the days of the week off when booking and it was always just one thing after another that never helps.

I’ve been using wix for almost 8 years and I always liked the ease and great layouts they offer. I’ve noticed the option to get your website/app into the Apple App store is gone. You were able to go into the App Store search your store name and customers could download your app. Now it’s just “Spaces” which is ok (not really, customers need to download spaces, then you need to send out an invite code for your store. To many steps in 2021) it’s not better than customers downloading your own app without knowing you used wix or having Wix name connected to app(Spaces). So it’s big promotion for Wix now using your website traffic. Please bring back stand alone app feature. Another feature which is paying for premium/upgrading Wix site we should be able to pay through the “Wix” app instead of going online to upgrade via web, This is a dinosaur way of paying for things. Everything should be easier when it comes to handling or payments and info through the wix app. Having to pull out my card vs tapping the side of my phone to pay for premium packages is annoying. 1 more thing, please upgrade the Wix e-commerce store, the design layouts should be more interactive now. The standard products item layouts are old and boring. At least think about charging for the code or more interactive layouts. 5stars since Wix helped millions of ppl create websites at a great price without needing to code. I respect it.

I have been using wix for about a year. It has taken awhile to understand and use the original app. Now I have to download an additional app to do the same things. This is a waste of phone space. I rather work only from one app. I do not understand the point of this and may consider another website builder.

This app is great for scheduling my clients, modifying appointments, and looking at my schedule. The downside is that it doesn’t always show who’s on my website. Lately, I’ll get a notification that someone is on my page, and when I immediately click the box, it shows they’re no longer online. Like seconds after I get the notification. Too many to count… the last 3-4 days, those are the only notifications I’ve received. It’s a bummer because I like to see where my visitors are from and what pages they’re visiting.

Numerous times I’ve tried to fix issues with my website with wix but if you can’t fix the problem you cannot get support! there’s no way to contact support properly. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was right a nasty note on Facebook and then they will get back with me.

I am a local bakery business owner to the Stone Mountain, GA area and just started my website in wix a little over a month ago and I love the app! I was intimidated at first to create a website in my own but wix made it very easy and user friendly and I love it! One issue I have is in creating invoices on the mobile app. When you select the due date and go to preview the invoice it gives you the date before the date you selected. So then I have to go back in to edit the invoice and choose the date after the due date actually want in order to get the correct date. I hope this can be fixed soon! I have recommended wix to other local business owners looking for a great and easy way to build their own website. You guys have done a great job!
The slowest app you have to use

iOS 14 on iPhone 11 Pro. This is the slowest app by the biggest company that has ever existed. I don’t understand. All data loads at snail speed if it ever even loads. I would love to see this fixed because you are a saint when it comes to site building tools. Five stars there for sure. But I’m a one star rating on this app because its atrociously slow.

Wow. I didn’t realize that I had so many leads contacting me via my website that is supposed to also forward the contacts to my email, and I never got them. Finally downloaded the app, got logged in and have seen all the client leads I’ve missed due to them not being forwarded to my email like I had set up. Wow Wix premium. Wow…

The app is easy to use and simple but I do have a few issues. 1. My notifications keep piling up and I am alerted but I cannot get the app to open the notifications “bell”. I tap on it to open but it just keeps cycling and cycling. Even when it did open it hadn’t actually updated the notifications in weeks. 2. My service is a subscription where people can change the amount of bins they need. There seems to be no simple way how to make this adjustment on the subscribers end of the webpage. They have to cancel and resubscribe which seems overly complicated.

I am submitting a review as a premium subscriber to two Wix sites there is NO way to enter a support ticket or call for support on the site ANYWHERE. I am frustrated at the lack of support. No email. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a difficult time in my life. Though Wix is supposed to be easy and convenient to use. It’d literally so messy and annoying. No thing about it is starter friendly. Most wasted time of my life. Unnecessarily difficult!

For me personally I wanted the functionality of being able to modify my website from the app. I haven’t always got my laptop with me but if I want to make a quick update or something it would be nice if I could do it directly from the app instead of having to wait to get to a computer.

In this day and age, I expect to be able to edit my website either in my mobile device, iPad, or this app. Turns out you can’t edit except on a desktop computer. No problem I thought, I’ll just request desktop site on my mobile device as I always do and am able to do what I need. It STILL said it was unsupported. So what’s the point of this app? I need to edit my site but I don’t own a desktop computer. Do I really have to go out buy one just to edit my site? It’s pretty frustrating.

This website probably doesn’t deserve one star but you’re getting it from me. I’m upset that if I go to the website for this app and the support page is garbage. Someone created a fake account using another paid subscription websites name and is using my pictures WITHOUT my permission and is using fake videos and pictures of me to sell subscription and there’s no way to email the website to take down the page. I called for expert support and they couldn’t help and asked me to email the abuse department which isn’t on their website to begin with. The webpage needs to be taken down NOW without excuse. It is a complete fraud and the fact that they allowed people to make money off of that without verifying the person first is disguising.

So let me start off by saying that this app is fairly easy to understand. However, when typing my blog I often find that when I add a space or punctuation mark it deletes the last letter off of the previous word. Please fix this because it makes it take longer having to deal with this issue.

So it turns out if you change your subscription plans. They still continue to charge you for the previous one. You can basically have multiple plans on one account. Even if they are not connected to your website. I decided to try the unlimited business plan. I wasn't getting a lot on sales so I went back to a regular website with no store and decided to pay for a full year (probably a bad idea cause now i have no leverage). I check back and there still charging me monthly! I decided to give a call and they said I was able to submit a special request. REFUND DENIED. Even though i wasnt using the $38ish a month subscription. So one year from now I guess ill get a professional website built. Not by wix of course!

What happened to the calendar? It used to be easier to book people for services on the app than on the desktop, and now the calendar does not appear in the app at all. I can’t even check my bookings for the day. What the what???? Also, there is no help feature in the app. And speaking of bookings, you should be able to tie a booking to an order. My clients order and then we schedule a pickup time. It would be great if I could link services to orders so I could check their booking and order all on the same page. But first you need to bring the calendar back. How can you run a business without mobile access to your calendar?

If zero stars was an option that would have been my choice. They took away our payments!!! How am I to have a website that I cannot accept payment on? So Wix once again has decided to make it even more difficult for store owners to manage and update our websites. They’ve also completely taken away payment methods for free account holders, preventing us from making any sales through our websites, unless we upgrade to a premium account. So over the corporate greed. Trying to provide for my family has become impossible with the wix platform. They won’t even allow us to use PayPal!!!! Their prices are so outrageous I can’t afford to upgrade. But preventing shop owners from taking payments? That’s just wrong! What’s the point of even allowing the s to create sites for free then? I’ve been a wix user for years. The service and platform has only gotten worse over the years.

The accessibility to customer service is horrible. I had to go through help center for everything and search which is time consuming and not user friendly. I will not use Wix again for further sites. The pages that appear when I signed into my site wasn’t even remotely close to where I needed to go to cancel the domain and email. All around very poor experience.

I’ve used Wix from day of starting my first business and now also with my 2nd. I used it at my juicebar for online ordering and for my website for my yoga studio. One of my biggest issue is with how wix calendars are set up. It would be great if they can pull up a full month view in order to see the class schedule, by day, week AND month. It was the reason I had to use another app for my class bookings. If wix can work this ONE feature out, I’d probably use wix for everything I need because it’s been pretty good for us.

So, things were perfectly fine at first. I was very excited to start my new journey as a blogger but then things got weird. I’ve advertisements and sponsorships of yours that usually discuss how “easy” and “fun” your app/site it but it’s kind of all over the place. It’s said to simple but some parts of it doesn’t really make sense. I can’t tell what I’m supposed to do from the get-go, which is the exact opposite from what you advertised. I’m very thankful an app/site like this exists but I wish it was simpler to use and not all messy. Like, seriously, starting from the get-go there were these most likely generic, already made posts I’m guessing everyone gets. The thing is, I don’t know why they’re there or how I could get rid of it since it’s kind of annoying. Also, I can’t tell if the name of my site is cut off or if I misspelled something or y’all misspelled it for some reason. It isn’t clarified and it’s not like it’s easy to change my site’s name on the app. In conclusion, I want to know, with a clear answer, what’s going on and why is it advertised to be simpler when really it’s stress inducing?
Randomly stops allowing payment requests

I’ve always used my Wix app to request payments. I use it several times a day and love that it lets me request payments Through my connected Facebook business page Messenger. But it only works for a little while through the app. It says I need to connect a payment system. I have been accepting payments all day every day for years so it isn’t that.. I really miss requesting payments on the fly through messenger. I keep uninstalling my app trying the other (spaces) app instead. Never had a problem until about two weeks ago when spaces launched. When I click to set up payment system to send a request, they have the green radio button “ON”.. I called twice and they remote controlled my computer etc etc saying it was a Setting on there but it works just fine to send a payment request through my Wix site inbox connected to my fb from there. Long story short, there’s a bug with the app and sending payment requests through inbox/messenger.

why do you guys keep changing everything? It’s so frustrating. I have relied on spaces to manage my bookings as a massage therapist, and now there’s this new app I can’t access my original bookings on spaces anymore…and it automatically opens this new app when I try to go to my old dashboard but I have to “create now” in the wix owner dashboard in order to access my bookings that I constantly need to manage? I don’t have time for this. I don’t understand how to get to my bookings and I don’t want to edit or change anything in regards to the look on my phone. I do that on my computer. It’s just extremely frustrating i do not feel the ease of my business is supported by Wix apps. In Wix spaces when I needed to book a client the day of the week wouldn’t even show it would just show month/date/year and I discuss my bookings as days of the week with clients “next Wednesday?” they took the days of the week off when booking and it was always just one thing after another that never helps.

I am a local recording studio owner (STUDIO 302) based out of Rhode Island and soon a warehouse near you! I love the wix app, it is very attractive and response. Been using it for 10 months now, and the update on the “Spaces” app has been great. One issue I have (which is less of a issue and more of a methods issue) is I have multiple engineers who work for me; and so we have multiple staff to choice from for bookings. Which is great until a client tries to book, and they can book the same time as someone else’s session. Imagine a barber shop with one chair and 3 barbers. Our clients keep getting confused. (There is no setting for this ; yet. I was told) Thanks to the wix customer service team member who responded to me with the quick way to work around. I hope to see this implicated in the near future! Will make me stay forever!

I downloaded wix after reading the app description and all. Nowhere did I find that in order to publish my website, I’d have to pay a subscription plan. I am broke at the moment, and that’s why I’d downloaded the app instead of Commissioning a web developer. I understand that wix developers need money for their work, I just wish SOMEONE who wrote in that it’s not free BEFORE I’d completed building my website. I wasted my time designing a website I can’t even use. The only reason I’m giving the app 2 stars is because I understand why the app makers have this subscription plan in place. All I ask is that you add in a warning of sorts at the sign up process to let everyone know you WILL be charging them to publish their website. AND PLEASE NOT IN FINE PRINT!!! NO ONE WILL READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU KNOW IT!!! I just really don’t want anyone else to have this same experience. It’s really frustrating.

I am a local bakery business owner to the Stone Mountain, GA area and just started my website in wix a little over a month ago and I love the app! I was intimidated at first to create a website in my own but wix made it very easy and user friendly and I love it! One issue I have is in creating invoices on the mobile app. When you select the due date and go to preview the invoice it gives you the date before the date you selected. So then I have to go back in to edit the invoice and choose the date after the due date actually want in order to get the correct date. I hope this can be fixed soon! I have recommended wix to other local business owners looking for a great and easy way to build their own website. You guys have done a great job!

I am forced to use this app because I used Wix to make my online store and website. I cannot tell you how many times they have made my life difficult because they constantly feel the need to "update" their App!! With every update they've made they've made it much more difficult for me to manage my store/orders! Back in early 2018 when I first started using them the App was AWESOME! I loved it! It was so easy to use and made my running my business so easy. Since then they have constantly messed with it, making it very difficult for me. Today, they made me update the App in order to view my orders...and now they are also forcing me to get another App installed to view my orders! This is insane! PLEASE PLEASE STOP THIS! That old saying...."if it ain't broke... don't fix it" could teach you something here!

I love wix. I switched over to them from Wordpress (which they are a great company as welll). With Wix, I have an easier time building my site. Their app isn’t as intuitive or as organized as I would like it to be. I could make edits to my actual site on the Wordpress app and editing blogs was a smooth experience. I find the wix app to be a bit slow and editing the spaces between paragraphs via web browser is seem less while on the app it doesn’t show up the same way. I feel the menu is too stuffed. It takes multiple clicks to get where I want to. Even with all that, it’s a fun app to use, write with, and manage aspects of my online business endeavors. 4 stars.

I’ve been a fan of Wix for a long time. We run a service based company and our website and other features run great! We started to use the Contact List. It works great on desktop, but on the mobile app it doesn’t seem to format every field properly. For example, if a text field has more then what fits in the screen, the app doesn’t wrap the text. Also, on an IPad it looks like some text fields don’t align right on the screen. This is a bit annoying because you have to then go in and try to edit the customer to read what is on that text field. If you guys could address this it would make a lot of lives a bit easier. Thank you!

This app is a great first step for business owners. I’m a restaurant owner and I use wix for delivery orders. I like wix but wix needs specific features just for restaurants. Each business is different and needs special attention but this app is a good first step for restaurants being that you can accept orders on this new dedicated app for business owners. Hopefully they implement new features and work on adapting features that most delivery services offer. Overall great first step and hopefully they continue to improve their apps.

The app is easy to use and simple but I do have a few issues. 1. My notifications keep piling up and I am alerted but I cannot get the app to open the notifications “bell”. I tap on it to open but it just keeps cycling and cycling. Even when it did open it hadn’t actually updated the notifications in weeks. 2. My service is a subscription where people can change the amount of bins they need. There seems to be no simple way how to make this adjustment on the subscribers end of the webpage. They have to cancel and resubscribe which seems overly complicated.

Updated!!! Thank you for fixing!! I have loved the wix owner app up until this newest update. I wasn’t thrilled about the new slide feature for analytics, bur now that is the least of my worries. Inventory will claim to have changes saved, but soon viewing my site they aren’t saved. Product descriptions didn’t all save after the update but the text format was. All text squished together. Now it’s stuck saying it’s June 7th (it’s October 16th!) it will not let me see my views/traffic/sales/bookings for June 8th to now. Please please please fix this ASAP! Will update review once it’s fixed. I’ve always taken up for wix and recommend to my fellow business owners. This is the first time in 5 years I’m really unhappy with wix. I pay close to 500$ annually for this service. It should work properly.

I’m actually writing this as a request to wix to please stop the app from constantly telling me something went wrong and I have to refresh. Every time I look at something I have to refresh, close, open, etc at least 10 times. Sounds like I’m exaggerating and I wish I was, but I’m not. Sometimes I just give up and try again later. I understand that there may be days or times when something is happening in the technology world but I’ve been using this app for several months now and it’s like this every day, every time I use it. I need to be able to run my business without constant frustration. Please, please, please fix your app.

I love this app. I’d love to give it five stars, but I have had an issue with members spamming other members on my site. I have turned ON join approval several times, and it keeps turning itself off. I have also turned OFF members being able to see other members, and it keeps turning back on I don’t know if it’s a bug or what. Also, why is it that we can’t delete members, from the app? We can only block them. Then when I delete them from my computer, they stay in my contacts. There’s no way to delete them at all even though they will NEVER be a client of mine.
Most of the time it’s great… 30% of the time, it’s not.

This app is great for scheduling my clients, modifying appointments, and looking at my schedule. The downside is that it doesn’t always show who’s on my website. Lately, I’ll get a notification that someone is on my page, and when I immediately click the box, it shows they’re no longer online. Like seconds after I get the notification. Too many to count… the last 3-4 days, those are the only notifications I’ve received. It’s a bummer because I like to see where my visitors are from and what pages they’re visiting.

Me and my friend wanted to make a company. We thought, let’s find a few website maker websites. When we found wix, we didn’t know how it worked. But now we have over 40 views and they helped a lot. The free part works very well. Highly recommend Update: ok wix is better than I thought!!! Lots of people bought from us and they love the website! Without wix none of this would have happene! There is literally zero point for the application. You cannot do anything with your website, you cannot check your website messages. This is only for creating what.... a online business profile that other wix website owners can see? So that they can what? Oh yeah just spam you with messages about how they can build you a better website? Ever since I’ve created a website with wix , I get 20+ spam messages from their platform every single week. I already built my website I don’t need your help. And I don’t need the spam that comes along with this pointless service. 0/10 would not recommend.
Images won’t upload without App freezing

I use wix for a blog page and am pretty frustrated with the new update. Anytime I try to upload an image, the screen does nothing. When it does, it asks me where I want to upload (media manager or choose from device) and then it freezes again. If I am able to upload an image, it will only let me do it in a gallery and only once in a page. I’ve been able to load a blog with photos and then go to load another on the same day and it glitches again. Not sure how to be helped with this one, but it’s been going on for over a week.
No Badges showing up

This app is almost great. There seems to be an issue currently where app notification badges are not showing up when I get a new text or message (as it is meant to do and as it was previously doing ) so now I can't tell when I've received a new text, or website form submission. I love the level of integration their aiming for but I urge the team to make sure the basics work! Was on a support call today and there were no solutions identified. Now reluctantly researching other VOIP services as my trust has been shaken.

This app is amazing, you can truly manage so much of your business from the app. My only complaint is that the notifications get stuck, they don’t reflect properly & never go away. It’s not accurate & you constantly have to look at the notifications to confirm there are no new ones. Not ideal if your clients book individual sessions on your site. This has been an on going issue for a month.

The User interface is very simple, but they mad it overtly difficult to delete/close your account. I downloaded and played around for an hour, but decided it’s too simplistic of a model — also, the free domain name they give you is more unprofessional than other free domain web builders. The problem is that they made it very difficult to close your account as a means of discouraging you from doing so. There is no other logical reason to make the process so difficult. If you’re not sure that you will live wix, then don’t bother with it because a headache will ensue.

I run two businesses. One online and one in person. The Wix owner App makes it so much easier for me to manage my online store while on the go. I can add new products, Disperse invoices, as well as customize sells right from my phone. I used to spend hours trying to get everything uploaded and added. Now I can do it all from my phone.

I have been using Wix and the app for several years now. It makes scheduling my clients a breeze. I am able to quickly check my books so I can keep tabs on my day. It is honestly like my own personal assistant. I would only be able to handle half the clients I have if it weren’t for the booking feature. I can’t say enough about it!

Took 3 hours to scan all codes in but then in the wix owner app it only gives option to create new item when you scan those barcodes. I can create new items with barcodes scanned through app. But doesn’t work when barcode is added to already existing items. Back to drawing board!

I loved this app at first & now it’s just mind-blowingly frustrating. I simply wanted to have a space to create a blog & every time I try to include a picture in a post, I try going back & forth between “image” & “gallery” clicking between all 3 options to finally (maybe) get 1 or 2 pictures uploaded. I try countless times over & over & the screen just briefly.. blinks? & then nothing happens. rarely does it work anymore. what is going on & can you PLEASE fix this? I’ve updated both this app & wix owner & NOTHING works.

The App is awesome, however the only thing that needs to be updated is the LIVE chat feature. It does not show up for the customer to see on the Mobile phone. When I send a LIVE message to greet the customer on the website, you can’t see it on the Mobile phone. Everything else is pretty good. Thank you!

The app is pretty good but not being able to send your client an estimate from within the app is pretty shortsighted. The development team needs to address this ASAP. You can do it from a desktop but not while your “in the field” and for the life of me I cannot see why that function was not made available from day 1.

In this day and age, I expect to be able to edit my website either in my mobile device, iPad, or this app. Turns out you can’t edit except on a desktop computer. No problem I thought, I’ll just request desktop site on my mobile device as I always do and am able to do what I need. It STILL said it was unsupported. So what’s the point of this app? I need to edit my site but I don’t own a desktop computer. Do I really have to go out buy one just to edit my site? It’s pretty frustrating.

Very nice. I still need the option of sending a group email without creating a marketing campaign. As an event planner, I should not have to create a marketing campaign in order to send information to those who have RSVP’d to an event for a client. It’s inconvenient to have to send an email externally. That’s more to have to track.

My website is also a booking site for my clients. And there is some sort of glitch while trying to view my booking and keep up with them for some reason it shows one booking but make the rest disappear. I have never had a problem with this until i updated my app. So this is a big inconvenience for me. I will have to go on my computer to keep up with my bookings from here on out. Please fix this glitch

If I have many items for sale in my store and a customer inquired about a particular item. There is no way for me to know which item the customer is talking about unless they screenshot me the item or try to tell me the exact item. This is so hard to deal with I might have to find a better website if it can’t be fixed. Thanks

If you are looking to be able to update your actual website don’t bother. Just another app on the phone. Maybe easier to use that the other one but you really need to be able to go in and adjust the actual content on ten site without logging into a desktop. It just sits there with its flaws because I hate using a desktop.

Why is there a need to make apps for other apps? I had the other WIX app and never had issues with it. Updates I can understand, but why completely render the previous app useless just to have us install another that does the same exact thing? It’s honestly getting a little overwhelming how so many apps and services feel the need to update every other day when there is nothing to be fixed or changed. Leave the format alone for at LEAST a week.

Too buggy for an essential app

I’m a content creator and use Wix as a central point to feature all my content—writing, music, video. A working mobile app would be most welcome, but this app is very buggy. I need to constantly go to my desktop to correct errors from the app. The blog writing features are non-existent. When I post a photo to the app it takes forever to load, and then doesn’t appear on the site. I’ve made an investment in Wix. A serious working mobile app is not a luxury, it’s a requirement.

I have used Wix since 2012 and have always found editing to be frustrating, finding that my edits are often undone if not immediately, soon after. Perhaps it’s the long history with them that’s jaded me, but yet again, this app feels useless. I don’t have easy access to a computer right now and need some essential updates because Wix has undone all my links and removed my search bar. What good is this app if I can’t edit my website on it?!

So let me start off by saying that this app is fairly easy to understand. However, when typing my blog I often find that when I add a space or punctuation mark it deletes the last letter off of the previous word. Please fix this because it makes it take longer having to deal with this issue.

Updated!!! Thank you for fixing!! I have loved the wix owner app up until this newest update. I wasn’t thrilled about the new slide feature for analytics, bur now that is the least of my worries. Inventory will claim to have changes saved, but soon viewing my site they aren’t saved. Product descriptions didn’t all save after the update but the text format was. All text squished together. Now it’s stuck saying it’s June 7th (it’s October 16th!) it will not let me see my views/traffic/sales/bookings for June 8th to now. Please please please fix this ASAP! Will update review once it’s fixed. I’ve always taken up for wix and recommend to my fellow business owners. This is the first time in 5 years I’m really unhappy with wix. I pay close to 500$ annually for this service. It should work properly.
Constant changes and now analytics stopped working

Use the app daily to keep track of orders, traffic, etc. Analytics widget is (was) a very helpful tool but it suddenly stopped working and somehow is stuck on Jun 7. No matter what I do, I can’t get recent data. Constant changes to app design was frustrating, please fix that bug as that is the most valuable tool available.

This app has caused me nothing but trouble since the day we were forced to use it. I have to turn off my Wi-Fi in order to get in order to at least show me what was ordered sometimes that doesn’t even work. Nine times out of 10 every order that pops up on my phone will not show me the order because this app is absolutely garbage. I want the old app back.

The app is kind of junky. If you have issues and/or need support you usually have to wait for pay. If/when you want to Cancel - you end up in a circular mess that doesn’t cancel the account and you end up with the previously mention support issue.

App does not work, I use to be able to do more on safari before this app which is frustrating, now when I go on safari it just tells me to edit on app and when I do, the app doesn’t work. It won’t load things. I am seriously about to go back to godaddy for my website, I do everything from my phone, I don’t want to have to use a computer to be able to edit my website.

I’m actually writing this as a request to wix to please stop the app from constantly telling me something went wrong and I have to refresh. Every time I look at something I have to refresh, close, open, etc at least 10 times. Sounds like I’m exaggerating and I wish I was, but I’m not. Sometimes I just give up and try again later. I understand that there may be days or times when something is happening in the technology world but I’ve been using this app for several months now and it’s like this every day, every time I use it. I need to be able to run my business without constant frustration. Please, please, please fix your app.

I love this app. I’d love to give it five stars, but I have had an issue with members spamming other members on my site. I have turned ON join approval several times, and it keeps turning itself off. I have also turned OFF members being able to see other members, and it keeps turning back on I don’t know if it’s a bug or what. Also, why is it that we can’t delete members, from the app? We can only block them. Then when I delete them from my computer, they stay in my contacts. There’s no way to delete them at all even though they will NEVER be a client of mine.

I own a small business, or I should say, I AM a small business, since it's just me with no employees or anything. I got Wix as an upgrade from Etsy, since my shop was getting big enough that Etsy's fees crossed the threshold of costing more than just buying my own website. I've loved having a website, where I have my own custom domain and I can customize it however I want. Setting up my website was pretty easy, I did it in a few hours while I was on vacation. I've updated my shop a couple of times, and that's been awesome. But all of that is on PC. You can't edit how your site looks on the app, but you can add or remove products, check orders, all that kind of useful stuff. The app is great for that. I hardly ever use my PC because it's easier to just pull up the app to check orders, print shipping, etc. That's where my one complaint comes in: copying a shipping address. For some reason, when I tap the button to copy the shipping address, it's not formatted like an address. Normally, an address should be: Name Apartment or unit Street address City, State Zip code Country But instead, I get: Name street address, unit, city, state, country, zip This is really aggravating, because when I paste that into Pirate Ship where I buy my postage, it doesn't recognize the address until I format it correctly. It's simple to fix, just hitting enter and backspace a few times. But over dozens of orders, that small amount of time adds up to a big waste. If addresses were formatted properly, this app would be 5 stars. It's really a minor gripe, but when you make and ship products for a living, any speed bumps in the process can get really annoying.

Nice user interface, but hard to delete account

The User interface is very simple, but they mad it overtly difficult to delete/close your account. I downloaded and played around for an hour, but decided it’s too simplistic of a model — also, the free domain name they give you is more unprofessional than other free domain web builders. The problem is that they made it very difficult to close your account as a means of discouraging you from doing so. There is no other logical reason to make the process so difficult. If you’re not sure that you will live wix, then don’t bother with it because a headache will ensue.

I am forced to use this app because I used Wix to make my online store and website. I cannot tell you how many times they have made my life difficult because they constantly feel the need to "update" their App!! With every update they've made they've made it much more difficult for me to manage my store/orders! Back in early 2018 when I first started using them the App was AWESOME! I loved it! It was so easy to use and made my running my business so easy. Since then they have constantly messed with it, making it very difficult for me. Today, they made me update the App in order to view my orders...and now they are also forcing me to get another App installed to view my orders! This is insane! PLEASE PLEASE STOP THIS! That old saying...."if it ain't broke... don't fix it" could teach you something here!

All the filters are gone. • orders (fulfilled, partially fulfilled, canceled, cancelled) • product (out of stock, in stock, partially out of stock) And it’s very uncomfortable to find old sold out items for I can’t see the pictures clearly by blurred and crossed out for out of stock items

I use wix for a blog page and am pretty frustrated with the new update. Anytime I try to upload an image, the screen does nothing. When it does, it asks me where I want to upload (media manager or choose from device) and then it freezes again. If I am able to upload an image, it will only let me do it in a gallery and only once in a page. I’ve been able to load a blog with photos and then go to load another on the same day and it glitches again. Not sure how to be helped with this one, but it’s been going on for over a week.

I’m just starting to build my website and it doesn’t look like all the same features are on this app. I don’t even have the option to add a simple text section to the page I’m working on. I’ve noticed that’s it’s been glitching a bit and not always saving my progress. I downloaded wix after reading the app description and all. Nowhere did I find that in order to publish my website, I’d have to pay a subscription plan. I am broke at the moment, and that’s why I’d downloaded the app instead of Commissioning a web developer. I understand that wix developers need money for their work, I just wish SOMEONE who wrote in that it’s not free BEFORE I’d completed building my website. I wasted my time designing a website I can’t even use. The only reason I’m giving the app 2 stars is because I understand why the app makers have this subscription plan in place. All I ask is that you add in a warning of sorts at the sign up process to let everyone know you WILL be charging them to publish their website. AND PLEASE NOT IN FINE PRINT!!! NO ONE WILL READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU KNOW IT!!! I just really don’t want anyone else to have this same experience. It’s really frustrating.

why do you guys keep changing everything? It’s so frustrating. I have relied on spaces to manage my bookings as a massage therapist, and now there’s this new app I can’t access my original bookings on spaces anymore…and it automatically opens this new app when I try to go to my old dashboard but I have to “create now” in the wix owner dashboard in order to access my bookings that I constantly need to manage? I don’t have time for this. I don’t understand how to get to my bookings and I don’t want to edit or change anything in regards to the look on my phone. I do that on my computer. It’s just extremely frustrating i do not feel the ease of my business is supported by Wix apps. In Wix spaces when I needed to book a client the day of the week wouldn’t even show it would just show month/date/year and I discuss my bookings as days of the week with clients “next Wednesday?” they took the days of the week off when booking and it was always just one thing after another that never helps.

I’ve been using wix for almost 8 years and I always liked the ease and great layouts they offer. I’ve noticed the option to get your website/app into the Apple App store is gone. You were able to go into the App Store search your store name and customers could download your app. Now it’s just “Spaces” which is ok (not really, customers need to download spaces, then you need to send out an invite code for your store. To many steps in 2021) it’s not better than customers downloading your own app without knowing you used wix or having Wix name connected to app(Spaces). So it’s big promotion for Wix now using your website traffic. Please bring back stand alone app feature. Another feature which is paying for premium/upgrading Wix site we should be able to pay through the “Wix” app instead of going online to upgrade via web, This is a dinosaur way of paying for things. Everything should be easier when it comes to handling or payments and info through the wix app. Having to pull out my card vs tapping the side of my phone to pay for premium packages is annoying. 1 more thing, please upgrade the Wix e-commerce store, the design layouts should be more interactive now. The standard products item layouts are old and boring. At least think about charging for the code or more interactive layouts. 5stars since Wix helped millions of ppl create websites at a great price without needing to code. I respect it.

I have been using wix for about a year. It has taken awhile to understand and use the original app. Now I have to download an additional app to do the same things. This is a waste of phone space. I rather work only from one app. I do not understand the point of this and may consider another website builder.

This app is great for scheduling my clients, modifying appointments, and looking at my schedule. The downside is that it doesn’t always show who’s on my website. Lately, I’ll get a notification that someone is on my page, and when I immediately click the box, it shows they’re no longer online. Like seconds after I get the notification. Too many to count… the last 3-4 days, those are the only notifications I’ve received. It’s a bummer because I like to see where my visitors are from and what pages they’re visiting.

Numerous times I’ve tried to fix issues with my website with wix but if you can’t fix the problem you cannot get support! there’s no way to contact support properly. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was right a nasty note on Facebook and then they will get back with me.

I am a local bakery business owner to the Stone Mountain, GA area and just started my website in wix a little over a month ago and I love the app! I was intimidated at first to create a website in my own but wix made it very easy and user friendly and I love it! One issue I have is in creating invoices on the mobile app. When you select the due date and go to preview the invoice it gives you the date before the date you selected. So then I have to go back in to edit the invoice and choose the date after the due date actually want in order to get the correct date. I hope this can be fixed soon! I have recommended wix to other local business owners looking for a great and easy way to build their own website. You guys have done a great job!

iOS 14 on iPhone 11 Pro. This is the slowest app by the biggest company that has ever existed. I don’t understand. All data loads at snail speed if it ever even loads. I would love to see this fixed because you are a saint when it comes to site building tools. Five stars there for sure. But I’m a one star rating on this app because its atrociously slow.

The app is easy to use and simple but I do have a few issues. 1. My notifications keep piling up and I am alerted but I cannot get the app to open the notifications “bell”. I tap on it to open but it just keeps cycling and cycling. Even when it did open it hadn’t actually updated the notifications in weeks. 2. My service is a subscription where people can change the amount of bins they need. There seems to be no simple way how to make this adjustment on the subscribers end of the webpage. They have to cancel and resubscribe which seems overly complicated.

I am submitting a review as a premium subscriber to two Wix sites there is NO way to enter a support ticket or call for support on the site ANYWHERE. I am frustrated at the lack of support. No email. No help. Don’t use this platform as you will regret it when you have to redo everything on a another platform!!

In this day and age, I expect to be able to edit my website either in my mobile device, iPad, or this app. Turns out you can’t edit except on a desktop computer. No problem I thought, I’ll just request desktop site on my mobile device as I always do and am able to do what I need. It STILL said it was unsupported. So what’s the point of this app? I need to edit my site but I don’t own a desktop computer. Do I really have to go out buy one just to edit my site? It’s pretty frustrating.

This website probably doesn’t deserve one star but you’re getting it from me. I’m upset that if I go to the website for this app and the support page is garbage. Someone created a fake account using another paid subscription websites name and is using my pictures WITHOUT my permission and is using fake videos and pictures of me to sell subscription and there’s no way to email the website to take down the page. I called for expert support and they couldn’t help and asked me to email the abuse department which isn’t on their website to begin with. The webpage needs to be taken down NOW without excuse. It is a complete fraud and the fact that they allowed people to make money off of that without verifying the person first is disguising.

So let me start off by saying that this app is fairly easy to understand. However, when typing my blog I often find that when I add a space or punctuation mark it deletes the last letter off of the previous word. Please fix this because it makes it take longer having to deal with this issue.

So it turns out if you change your subscription plans. They still continue to charge you for the previous one. You can basically have multiple plans on one account. Even if they are not connected to your website. I decided to try the unlimited business plan. I wasn't getting a lot on sales so I went back to a regular website with no store and decided to pay for a full year (probably a bad idea cause now i have no leverage). I check back and there still charging me monthly! I decided to give a call and they said I was able to submit a special request. REFUND DENIED. Even though i wasnt using the $38ish a month subscription. So one year from now I guess ill get a professional website built. Not by wix of course!

What happened to the calendar? It used to be easier to book people for services on the app than on the desktop, and now the calendar does not appear in the app at all. I can’t even check my bookings for the day. What the what???? Also, there is no help feature in the app. And speaking of bookings, you should be able to tie a booking to an order. My clients order and then we schedule a pickup time. It would be great if I could link services to orders so I could check their booking and order all on the same page. But first you need to bring the calendar back. How can you run a business without mobile access to your calendar?

They’ve also completely taken away payment methods for free account holders, preventing us from making any sales through our websites, unless we upgrade to a premium account. So over the corporate greed. Trying to provide for my family has become impossible with the wix platform. They won’t even allow us to use PayPal!!!! Their prices are so outrageous I can’t afford to upgrade. But preventing shop owners from taking payments? That’s just wrong! What’s the point of even allowing the s to create sites for free then? I’ve been a wix user for years. The service and platform has only gotten worse over the years.

The accessibility to customer service is horrible. I had to go through help center for everything and search which is time consuming and not user friendly. I will not use Wix again for further sites. The pages that appear when I signed into my site wasn’t even remotely close to where I needed to go to cancel the domain and email. All around very poor experience.

I’ve used Wix from day of starting my first business and now also with my 2nd. I used it at my juicebar for online ordering and for my website for my yoga studio. One of my biggest issue is with how wix calendars are set up. It would be great if they can pull up a full month view in order to see the class schedule, by day, week AND month. It was the reason I had to use another app for my class bookings. If wix can work this ONE feature out, I’d probably use wix for everything I need because it’s been pretty good for us.

So, things were perfectly fine at first. I was very excited to start my new journey as a blogger but then things got weird. I’ve advertisements and sponsorships of yours that usually discuss how “easy” and “fun” your app/site it but it’s kind of all over the place. It’s said to simple but some parts of it doesn’t really make sense. I can’t tell what I’m supposed to do from the get-go, which is the exact opposite from what you advertised. I’m very thankful an app/site like this exists but I wish it was simpler to use and not all messy. Like, seriously, starting from the get-go there were these most likely generic, already made posts I’m guessing everyone gets. The thing is, I don’t know why they’re there or how I could get rid of it since it’s kind of annoying. Also, I can’t tell if the name of my site is cut off or if I misspelled something or y’all misspelled it for some reason. It isn’t clarified and it’s not like it’s easy to change my site’s name on the app. In conclusion, I want to know, with a clear answer, what’s going on and why is it advertised to be simpler when really it’s stress inducing?
Randomly stops allowing payment requests

I’ve always used my Wix app to request payments. I use it several times a day and love that it lets me request payments Through my connected Facebook business page Messenger. But it only works for a little while through the app. It says I need to connect a payment system. I have been accepting payments all day every day for years so it isn’t that.. I really miss requesting payments on the fly through messenger. I keep uninstalling my app trying the other (spaces) app instead. Never had a problem until about two weeks ago when spaces launched. When I click to set up payment system to send a request, they have the green radio button “ON”.. I called twice and they remote controlled my computer etc etc saying it was a Setting on there but it works just fine to send a payment request through my Wix site inbox connected to my fb from there. Long story short, there’s a bug with the app and sending payment requests through inbox/messenger.

I am a local recording studio owner (STUDIO 302) based out of Rhode Island and soon a warehouse near you! I love the wix app, it is very attractive and response. Been using it for 10 months now, and the update on the “Spaces” app has been great. One issue I have (which is less of a issue and more of a methods issue) is I have multiple engineers who work for me; and so we have multiple staff to choice from for bookings. Which is great until a client tries to book, and they can book the same time as someone else’s session. Imagine a barber shop with one chair and 3 barbers. Our clients keep getting confused. (There is no setting for this ; yet. I was told) Thanks to the wix customer service team member who responded to me with the quick way to work around. I hope to see this implicated in the near future! Will make me stay forever!

I downloaded wix after reading the app description and all. Nowhere did I find that in order to publish my website, I’d have to pay a subscription plan. I am broke at the moment, and that’s why I’d downloaded the app instead of Commissioning a web developer. I understand that wix developers need money for their work, I just wish SOMEONE who wrote in that it’s not free BEFORE I’d completed building my website. I wasted my time designing a website I can’t even use. The only reason I’m giving the app 2 stars is because I understand why the app makers have this subscription plan in place. All I ask is that you add in a warning of sorts at the sign up process to let everyone know you WILL be charging them to publish their website. AND PLEASE NOT IN FINE PRINT!!! NO ONE WILL READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU KNOW IT!!! I just really don’t want anyone else to have this same experience. It’s really frustrating.

I am forced to use this app because I used Wix to make my online store and website. I cannot tell you how many times they have made my life difficult because they constantly feel the need to "update" their App!! With every update they've made they've made it much more difficult for me to manage my store/orders! Back in early 2018 when I first started using them the App was AWESOME! I loved it! It was so easy to use and made my running my business so easy. Since then they have constantly messed with it, making it very difficult for me. Today, they made me update the App in order to view my orders...and now they are also forcing me to get another App installed to view my orders! This is insane! PLEASE PLEASE STOP THIS! That old saying...."if it ain't broke... don't fix it" could teach you something here!

I love wix. I switched over to them from Wordpress (which they are a great company as welll). With Wix, I have an easier time building my site. Their app isn’t as intuitive or as organized as I would like it to be. I could make edits to my actual site on the Wordpress app and editing blogs was a smooth experience. I find the wix app to be a bit slow and editing the spaces between paragraphs via web browser is seem less while on the app it doesn’t show up the same way. I feel the menu is too stuffed. It takes multiple clicks to get where I want to. Even with all that, it’s a fun app to use, write with, and manage aspects of my online business endeavors. 4 stars.

I’ve been a fan of Wix for a long time. We run a service based company and our website and other features run great! We started to use the Contact List. It works great on desktop, but on the mobile app it doesn’t seem to format every field properly. For example, if a text field has more then what fits in the screen, the app doesn’t wrap the text. Also, on an IPad it looks like some text fields don’t align right on the screen. This is a bit annoying because you have to then go in and try to edit the customer to read what is on that text field. If you guys could address this it would make a lot of lives a bit easier. Thank you!

This app is a great first step for business owners. I’m a restaurant owner and I use wix for delivery orders. I like wix but wix needs specific features just for restaurants. Each business is different and needs special attention but this app is a good first step for restaurants being that you can accept orders on this new dedicated app for business owners. Hopefully they implement new features and work on adapting features that most delivery services offer. Overall great first step and hopefully they continue to improve their apps.

Updated!!! Thank you for fixing!! I have loved the wix owner app up until this newest update. I wasn’t thrilled about the new slide feature for analytics, bur now that is the least of my worries. Inventory will claim to have changes saved, but soon viewing my site they aren’t saved. Product descriptions didn’t all save after the update but the text format was. All text squished together. Now it’s stuck saying it’s June 7th (it’s October 16th!) it will not let me see my views/traffic/sales/bookings for June 8th to now. Please please please fix this ASAP! Will update review once it’s fixed. I’ve always taken up for wix and recommend to my fellow business owners. This is the first time in 5 years I’m really unhappy with wix. I pay close to 500$ annually for this service. It should work properly.

I’m actually writing this as a request to wix to please stop the app from constantly telling me something went wrong and I have to refresh. Every time I look at something I have to refresh, close, open, etc at least 10 times. Sounds like I’m exaggerating and I wish I was, but I’m not. Sometimes I just give up and try again later. I understand that there may be days or times when something is happening in the technology world but I’ve been using this app for several months now and it’s like this every day, every time I use it. I need to be able to run my business without constant frustration. Please, please, please fix your app.
Great except for one thing

I love this app. I’d love to give it five stars, but I have had an issue with members spamming other members on my site. I have turned ON join approval several times, and it keeps turning itself off. I have also turned OFF members being able to see other members, and it keeps turning back on I don’t know if it’s a bug or what. Also, why is it that we can’t delete members, from the app? We can only block them. Then when I delete them from my computer, they stay in my contacts. There’s no way to delete them at all even though they will NEVER be a client of mine.
Most of the time it’s great… 30% of the time, it’s not.

This app is great for scheduling my clients, modifying appointments, and looking at my schedule. The downside is that it doesn’t always show who’s on my website. Lately, I’ll get a notification that someone is on my page, and when I immediately click the box, it shows they’re no longer online. Like seconds after I get the notification. Too many to count… the last 3-4 days, those are the only notifications I’ve received. It’s a bummer because I like to see where my visitors are from and what pages they’re visiting.

Me and my friend wanted to make a company. We thought, let’s find a few website maker websites. When we found wix, we didn’t know how it worked. But now we have over 40 views and they helped a lot. The free part works very well. Highly recommend Update: ok wix is better than I thought!!! Lots of people bought from us and they love the website! Without wix none of this would have happene! Tysm! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

There is literally zero point for the application. You cannot do anything with your website, you cannot check your website messages. This is only for creating what.... a online business profile that other wix website owners can see? So that they can what? Oh yeah just spam you with messages about how they can build you a better website? Ever since I’ve created a website with wix , I get 20+ spam messages from their platform every single week. I already built my website I don’t need your help. And I don’t need the spam that comes along with this pointless service. 0/10 would not recommend.
Images won’t upload without App freezing

I use wix for a blog page and am pretty frustrated with the new update. Anytime I try to upload an image, the screen does nothing. When it does, it asks me where I want to upload (media manager or choose from device) and then it freezes again. If I am able to upload an image, it will only let me do it in a gallery and only once in a page. I’ve been able to load a blog with photos and then go to load another on the same day and it glitches again. Not sure how to be helped with this one, but it’s been going on for over a week.
No Badges showing up

This app is almost great. There seems to be an issue currently where app notification badges are not showing up when I get a new text or message (as it is meant to do and as it was previously doing ) so now I can't tell when I've received a new text, or website form submission. I love the level of integration their aiming for but I urge the team to make sure the basics work! Was on a support call today and there were no solutions identified. Now reluctantly researching other VOIP services as my trust has been shaken.

Notifications Incorrect

This app is amazing, you can truly manage so much of your business from the app. My only complaint is that the notifications get stuck, they don’t reflect properly & never go away. It’s not accurate & you constantly have to look at the notifications to confirm there are no new ones. Not ideal if your clients book individual sessions on your site. This has been an on going issue for a month.
Nice user interface, but hard to delete account

The User interface is very simple, but they mad it overtly difficult to delete/close your account. I downloaded and played around for an hour, but decided it’s too simplistic of a model — also, the free domain name they give you is more unprofessional than other free domain web builders. The problem is that they made it very difficult to close your account as a means of discouraging you from doing so. There is no other logical reason to make the process so difficult. If you’re not sure that you will live wix, then don’t bother with it because a headache will ensue.

I run two businesses. One online and one in person. The Wix owner App makes it so much easier for me to manage my online store while on the go. I can add new products, Disperse invoices, as well as customize sells right from my phone. I used to spend hours trying to get everything uploaded and added. Now I can do it all from my phone.

I’ve been a user of Wix for a while now and each update gets better and better! I love how I’d I’m out and about I can quickly send information to my customers, employees or clients without the hassle of having to get on my computer all the time. It’s user friendly and I recommend it to practically everyone now.

I have been using Wix and the app for several years now. It makes scheduling my clients a breeze. I am able to quickly check my books so I can keep tabs on my day. It is honestly like my own personal assistant. I would only be able to handle half the clients I have if it weren’t for the booking feature. I can’t say enough about it!

Since the most recent update whenever I try and create an invoice on the mobile App it takes along time to pull up information and then it will not save the invoice. Can someone please look into this and get back to me. They just did another update and the App is working great again!!! Thank you so much for your help 😊😊😊

Wix mobile app would be beneficial an more favored if I could edit my website when I’m on my phone . On the other hand editing is probably easier use on desktop/laptop .But since we phones an some of us are still in school, Website editor would be convenient and useful .

Wife had website already built with products. Now moving into brick and mortar. The barcode function seems to be desperately difficult. Took 3 hours to scan all codes in but then in the wix owner app it only gives option to create new item when you scan those barcodes. I can create new items with barcodes scanned through app. But doesn’t work when barcode is added to already existing items. Back to drawing board!

I loved this app at first & now it’s just mind-blowingly frustrating. I simply wanted to have a space to create a blog & every time I try to include a picture in a post, I try going back & forth between “image” & “gallery” clicking between all 3 options to finally (maybe) get 1 or 2 pictures uploaded. I try countless times over & over & the screen just briefly.. blinks? & then nothing happens. rarely does it work anymore. what is going on & can you PLEASE fix this? I’ve updated both this app & wix owner & NOTHING works.

The App is awesome, however the only thing that needs to be updated is the LIVE chat feature. It does not show up for the customer to see on the Mobile phone. When I send a LIVE message to greet the customer on the website, you can’t see it on the Mobile phone. Everything else is pretty good. Thank you!

The app is pretty good but not being able to send your client an estimate from within the app is pretty shortsighted. The development team needs to address this ASAP. You can do it from a desktop but not while your “in the field” and for the life of me I cannot see why that function was not made available from day 1.

In this day and age, I expect to be able to edit my website either in my mobile device, iPad, or this app. Turns out you can’t edit except on a desktop computer. No problem I thought, I’ll just request desktop site on my mobile device as I always do and am able to do what I need. It STILL said it was unsupported. So what’s the point of this app? I need to edit my site but I don’t own a desktop computer. Do I really have to go out buy one just to edit my site? It’s pretty frustrating.

Very nice. I still need the option of sending a group email without creating a marketing campaign. As an event planner, I should not have to create a marketing campaign in order to send information to those who have RSVP’d to an event for a client. It’s inconvenient to have to send an email externally. That’s more to have to track.

My website is also a booking site for my clients. And there is some sort of glitch while trying to view my booking and keep up with them for some reason it shows one booking but make the rest disappear. I have never had a problem with this until i updated my app. So this is a big inconvenience for me. I will have to go on my computer to keep up with my bookings from here on out. Please fix this glitch
Messaging is not good

If I have many items for sale in my store and a customer inquired about a particular item. There is no way for me to know which item the customer is talking about unless they screenshot me the item or try to tell me the exact item. This is so hard to deal with I might have to find a better website if it can’t be fixed. Thanks

If you are looking to be able to update your actual website don’t bother. Just another app on the phone. Maybe easier to use that the other one but you really need to be able to go in and adjust the actual content on ten site without logging into a desktop. It just sits there with its flaws because I hate using a desktop.

Why is there a need to make apps for other apps? I had the other WIX app and never had issues with it. Updates I can understand, but why completely render the previous app useless just to have us install another that does the same exact thing? It’s honestly getting a little overwhelming how so many apps and services feel the need to update every other day when there is nothing to be fixed or changed. Leave the format alone for at LEAST a week.
Dark mode not available

There are an estimated 4m people worldwide who suffer from chronic migraine. Dark mode options are very useful to help these people prevent attacks. Please consider adding this as an option to help people like me with chronic migraine and other conditions that make the bright blue backlight hard to use. Thank you!!
Too buggy for an essential app

I’m a content creator and use Wix as a central point to feature all my content—writing, music, video. A working mobile app would be most welcome, but this app is very buggy. I need to constantly go to my desktop to correct errors from the app. The blog writing features are non-existent. When I post a photo to the app it takes forever to load, and then doesn’t appear on the site. I’ve made an investment in Wix. A serious working mobile app is not a luxury, it’s a requirement.

I have used Wix since 2012 and have always found editing to be frustrating, finding that my edits are often undone if not immediately, soon after. Perhaps it’s the long history with them that’s jaded me, but yet again, this app feels useless. I don’t have easy access to a computer right now and need some essential updates because Wix has undone all my links and removed my search bar. What good is this app if I can’t edit my website on it?!

So let me start off by saying that this app is fairly easy to understand. However, when typing my blog I often find that when I add a space or punctuation mark it deletes the last letter off of the previous word. Please fix this because it makes it take longer having to deal with this issue.

I did not want to leave a “bad” review to trying to find where I can contact the developer is near to impossible I’ve been having issues with my wix app loading for over a month now and I’m tired of it. Why have this if it doesn’t work? Yes. I’ve updated and did everything I can think of. Please. If someone can reach out to me, I would love to change this review. I loved it before these issues. Why it so hard to find where to contact someone?
