So I’m playing this game for a long time I have it on my phone that I’ve been playing for a couple years now I am on level like 1896 or something like that so a long time I’ve been playing it on my iPad now for about seven months and on my phone I have no issues but I’m here I feel like they rob me of my coins that I have I don’t ever play with the auto spin so I’ll hit spin and it’ll spin I’ll do it a couple more times I’ll look at my amount in the top corner and I’ve lost hundreds of thousands sometimes millions of dollars I also spent my own money on this game so for this to keep happening it’s really starting to piss me off

I must be an idiot as this is second time I made a purchase and second time I never got through one challenge. I’m talking about hundreds of spins and failing to get past opening quest. Maybe I would feel differently if I wouldn’t have spent money, but when they advertise xp and getting through challenges quicker when you purchase, they should at least keep their word. So I don’t really get what about this game or others like it that get people to play them. I gave it a try and yeah you can win enough or watch a few ads and you won’t need to buy coins. But the game play is so dull and Boring. I get you can’t win a jackpot every spin but spinning for an hour to finally get the feature to win nothing. Yes I do mean not a thing, zip, zero. Multiple spins and at the end you get a better luck next time. It has nothing to do with luck idiots. The algorithm can be set to pay or not to pay. I also believe from reading the developers responses that no body is running this thing except for an AI robot. I’m going to go dig out my NES 64 and play some Golden Eye, at least that will be 1000% more entertaining than this game.

I’ve played this game a lot for the past month and had no issues until recently. Twice now I’ve played their slots and returned to the main lobby only to have my coins wiped to 0.00 I’ve contacted them 3 different times and have received no response.
Also when I try to make any purchase the game freezes and it takes my money and doesn’t give me the coins or the other bonus items. When you contact customer support they give you some coins and that’s it. The refuse to issue any refunds or give you the additional items you were supposed to get. Fun to play but don’t waste any money or expect customer support to do anything if your coins get wiped.

Games play pretty good, until yo reach level 400. Then they slow way down. You get less bonus spins, and if you do get a bonus spin, they don’t pay as well. My coins have dropped over 75% in one week, even after buying coins. Don’t waste your money on purchases. They will be gone in the first hour after you buy them. Buying coins doesn’t help the games play any better. I’ve had this game six weeks, and it’s nearing the end. Once I hit level 400, and 40 billion coins, the games hardly play.

I downloaded this because it had slots that I play in the real casinos like Dancing Drums, Buffalo Grand, and Miss Kitty Gold but all of a sudden, they are gone now. Now it’s slots that look like the real ones but are just wanna be games. It’s disappointing. Bring those back please.
As far as overall experience, it’s nice they give chips so often and you can actually hit a jackpot or two once in a while so I can’t fault that. It just seems it lured me in with the good games, and once invested, they took it away. Not cool at all...

Have been playing for months and should probably delete. The algorithms in this game are set to get you hooked and then gouge you for your money - if you want to play you have to play because of how much you lose but then the more you pay the more you lose (plus prices for coins go up the more you buy). Extra coins/prizes do not reflect player level, nor are averages representative of player betting. Fun games, but just know you’ll be paying out the nose for play. So annoying. Also, customer service is nonexistent and they don’t do anything to respond to the negative aspects reported.

Starts out great, but unless you’re willing to spend real cash for fake cash, about a months worth of fun is all you’re gonna get. You will spend more time dismissing offers to buy coins and watching ads than you will actually playing slots. Not fun anymore.

So I’m playing this game for a long time I have it on my phone that I’ve been playing for a couple years now I am on level like 1896 or something like that so a long time I’ve been playing it on my iPad now for about seven months and on my phone I have no issues but I’m here I feel like they rob me of my coins that I have I don’t ever play with the auto spin so I’ll hit spin and it’ll spin I’ll do it a couple more times I’ll look at my amount in the top corner and I’ve lost hundreds of thousands sometimes millions of dollars I also spent my own money on this game so for this to keep happening it’s really starting to piss me off

I must be an idiot as this is second time I made a purchase and second time I never got through one challenge. I’m talking about hundreds of spins and failing to get past opening quest. Maybe I would feel differently if I wouldn’t have spent money, but when they advertise xp and getting through challenges quicker when you purchase, they should at least keep their word. So I don’t really get what about this game or others like it that get people to play them. I gave it a try and yeah you can win enough or watch a few ads and you won’t need to buy coins. But the game play is so dull and Boring. I get you can’t win a jackpot every spin but spinning for an hour to finally get the feature to win nothing. Yes I do mean not a thing, zip, zero. Multiple spins and at the end you get a better luck next time. It has nothing to do with luck idiots. The algorithm can be set to pay or not to pay. I also believe from reading the developers responses that no body is running this thing except for an AI robot. I’m going to go dig out my NES 64 and play some Golden Eye, at least that will be 1000% more entertaining than this game.
Worst customer service and steals your money!

I’ve played this game a lot for the past month and had no issues until recently. Twice now I’ve played their slots and returned to the main lobby only to have my coins wiped to 0.00 I’ve contacted them 3 different times and have received no response.
Also when I try to make any purchase the game freezes and it takes my money and doesn’t give me the coins or the other bonus items. When you contact customer support they give you some coins and that’s it. The refuse to issue any refunds or give you the additional items you were supposed to get. Fun to play but don’t waste any money or expect customer support to do anything if your coins get wiped.

Games play pretty good, until yo reach level 400. Then they slow way down. You get less bonus spins, and if you do get a bonus spin, they don’t pay as well. My coins have dropped over 75% in one week, even after buying coins. Don’t waste your money on purchases. They will be gone in the first hour after you buy them. Buying coins doesn’t help the games play any better. I’ve had this game six weeks, and it’s nearing the end. Once I hit level 400, and 40 billion coins, the games hardly play.

Update. This game has kept me playing longer than all the others. 26 billion and counting. Nice to be able to bet the minimum to qualify for extra stuff. Really fun

I really like this game. It’s a lot of fun. It took a while for me to understand the VIP stuff when starting but that made me stubborn and I wanted to stick to my favorite game. I am winning big time money and loving it. I’ll keep everyone posted on my largest wind ever but I’m getting there largest wind(over $188 million had a small loss but I’m on my way to building it back up again having fun thank you😁🤪

I downloaded this because it had slots that I play in the real casinos like Dancing Drums, Buffalo Grand, and Miss Kitty Gold but all of a sudden, they are gone now. Now it’s slots that look like the real ones but are just wanna be games. It’s disappointing. Bring those back please.
As far as overall experience, it’s nice they give chips so often and you can actually hit a jackpot or two once in a while so I can’t fault that. It just seems it lured me in with the good games, and once invested, they took it away. Not cool at all...

Have been playing for months and should probably delete. The algorithms in this game are set to get you hooked and then gouge you for your money - if you want to play you have to play because of how much you lose but then the more you pay the more you lose (plus prices for coins go up the more you buy). Extra coins/prizes do not reflect player level, nor are averages representative of player betting. Fun games, but just know you’ll be paying out the nose for play. So annoying. Also, customer service is nonexistent and they don’t do anything to respond to the negative aspects reported.

Your app is very disappointing....the slot games are very good but your payouts are terrible.....the wheel bonus is terrible....way to many pop ups ..it’s ridiculous how may pop ups ....this could & should be a fun entertaining app but it falls way short of being that
I’m not buying any coin packages....I’m not spending my real money to try to win fake money ....that’s just stupid !
I’ll play it a little more but I’m sure I’ll be deleting it soon.
You might want to think about increasing the starting amount of coins your currently giving people....10 Million would be reasonable...but with that being said ....I’m sure you’ll see to it that those coins would just get sucked out very quickly anyway.

I must be an idiot as this is second time I made a purchase and second time I never got through one challenge. I’m talking about hundreds of spins and failing to get past opening quest. Maybe I would feel differently if I wouldn’t have spent money, but when they advertise xp and getting through challenges quicker when you purchase, they should at least keep their word. I have emailed them regarding this and they don’t respond. Enjoy playing for free, but trust me when I say DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. You’ll be sorry.

Playing bought coins the transaction went thru and game stopped without play and then went blank . This is a rip off so will deny payment for coins. Love the game but have played it for several days strait and it always checks me in as Day 1. Why?

I like the graphics and game has been playing good on this 2nd try, so I give you 5 stars for now. Each time I’ve rated a game, the game starts to not play in my favor so I then delete the game as it then requires money to keep playing.

Could be a great game if u had opportunity to win. The hourly bonus is small with a high lowest bet. U get maybe 10 spins every hr. If u happen to get a winning spin the payout is so low it don’t matter. Obviously the makers are concentrating on money not realizing if they wanna make money they gotta make the player want to spend money. I’m not spending money on something when I’m just gonna lose.

Starts out great, but unless you’re willing to spend real cash for fake cash, about a months worth of fun is all you’re gonna get. You will spend more time dismissing offers to buy coins and watching ads than you will actually playing slots. Not fun anymore.

I like the app, but there are too many pop ups before you play. I counted... when I log on, there are 12-15 popups. Back out to try a different slot? 2-5 pop ups. Want to take a look at you epic card stash, 2-5 pop ups.
