I used to have this app on my old phone and it worked fine. But now that I got a new phone, it doesn’t work anymore. Bc when you go to the Modules Manager, it won’t load any sites.

I love it it has all kind of anime and it only has adds at the end of the episode or movie you watch no adds to interrupt what your watching it is completely free. You need to get this if you are an anime fan it has dub and sub episodes. I think it has Spanish to its an awesome app.

Its an good app but the bugs are annoying honestly, when I watch an anime the video sometimes freezes but the audio keeps on playing and not only the ads after the anime are annoying also but other than that it is a good app

Hello I had the app for almost a year now and it’s really really good but!
You need really good wifi for it which can be annoying when your on trips and watching from school
Also it dosent work for me anymore by deleting all of my watched progress and stuff that I favorited on KATSU
I am really disappointed and I really want it to work because I am eager to explore more anime

I really love this app for watching anime. Normally I hate when adds pop up like in crunchyroll, but the adds on KATSU are no big deal sense they are like 5 seconds long. Overall really good app, but the one thing I would love to see on KATSU is the option to make an account. Someday when I get a new phone it’s going to be really painful adding all my anime’s back(yes I know I don’t have to but I want to). But like I said besides that 5 stars for sure:)

I have been using the katsu app for a couple months now and I have seen over 20 anime using this app. This app is amazing, it comes with many anime subs and dub. The quality is really good for all the anime I have seen. Sometimes it takes a minute to ask for a server once I click an episode but it really isn’t a bother for me. The only thing that I don’t like is that the video comes off to easy. Sometimes I would barely touch the screen and move it a bit and it would take off the anime and since it doesn’t save the exact point you are on I have to try to find my place. So what I am trying to say is make it harder for and episode to take off when someone is watching because it really gets annoying for me since it tends to happen a lot but overall it is really great and I recommend it! I also recommend you search up a video on YouTube to see how the app works so you are not confused when you open it up!

i’ve been using this app since 2020 july but the other day i tried to watch one piece and none of my modules worked, human verification’s kept popping up. I did every single one and it still kept popping up. My brother has it too and it works for him.

I have used this app for quite a while now to watch my anime but all of a sudden when I go to chose my servers it will only say safari now and when I click on safari it will load for not even a second and then just nothing will happen so now I can’t watch any of my anime because it does that for every single anime I click on.

When I accidentally deleted it and re-downloaded it, it said that they wouldn’t provide any modules of their own, and I was fine with that because I have my own website I could put into KATSU, butttt then it wouldn’t let me put in those website that I wanted to add. But if it wasn’t for this KATSU would’ve received a 5 star review without hesitation.

Modules were removed due to ketsu being made so I recommend using ketsu it’s manga and anime for the modules for ketsu are in Orion’s discord.

This app is amazing!!! But I don’t know if it’s just my WiFi but when I sometimes watch dub anime, the audio and screen wouldn’t match. So if you can fix that, that would be amazing but I really recommend this app if your not trying to spend money.

So I’m sure that everyone knows that this app can and will be very convenient for nerds like all of us because it has a wide selection of shows to watch. This is amazing and it exceeded my expectations of it, but I will say that sometimes it doesn’t work. What I mean by that is when you have a new show picked and ready to watch, you get options on how you want to watch it and some of them don’t work or take loads of time to load or neither of them work at all which means you’ll have to pick another. Overall, this app is pretty awesome but the options that don’t work should be fixed.

I love how the anime is always there for you and no ads but the thing is when i accidentally swipe out of the video i can’t go back to the same exact time i was on. You should put a resume or a pop up saying “are you sure you want to exit” or something like that

Modules don’t pop up at all, and I watch the tutorials of how to use it. I do the same the the tutorials tell me, and nothing works. When I use search, nothing pops up. Like what the heck. It doesn’t work anymore and the modules don’t appear anymore. It takes me to a page to see if I am a robot or not every time I try to see a new chapter and when I go out and try to see the chapter again it takes me back to the page again, please fix the problem it was a very good app.

At first the app was amazing I loved it but then after like 3 months of using this app it suddenly kept buffering and I kept having to pause and unpause then show and it happened like every five seconds (not exaggerating btw) so I uninstalled it and installed it again and when I went to add a module it didn’t show any and it’s really annoying please fix this issue I would rate five if it wasn’t for this glitch

If you’re an anime fan and want an easy way to watch, this is the best app for you. You don’t have to deal with ads or paying for a premium subscription, all you have to do is search for what you’re trying to watch and you get the choice of both dub and sub. Very good concept. This app would definitely be a 5 star if the app would actually allow you to watch the shows you’ve downloaded while offline, which is the point of downloading an episode. It will show that an episode is completely downloaded and ready to play, but as long as your not on wifi, the video will try to load indefinitely. Great app, just a couple kinks to work out.

You just need to join the discord server and get the modules from there. And if you’re having trouble with importing them, you need to copy and paste the text of module into KATSU.
KATSU is one of the best apps I’ve used. I really cannot appreciate the creator enough.
They didn’t have all the episodes of one of my animes on Hulu, but KATSU had it. 10/10 app I will recommend this to everyone.

Only downside (for me) is where u love I don’t have good WiFi so when I’m at a friends house I’ll usually down the episodes but sometimes the episodes don’t work when they are done dowload it’s worked good for naruto shippuden but rn I’ve been trying to dowload dragon ball Z episodes and they don’t work after being dowloaded.

For some reason when I download the app it will tell me to put a module so I do that once I have to choose a module it won’t any module so then I won’t be able to even use katsu since I can’t choose a module so the problem is.

Hi. I’m like a big anime girl and if you’re like me, you’d want to watch loads of animes. This is a great app, they also have animes that I probably wouldn’t be able to find and EVEN IN DUB. Like for example, My Hero Academia, Naruto Shippuden, Boruto, Attack on Titan etc. The only downside (for me) is that sometimes I’ll click on an anime and try to play it, right? It’ll tell me what server to use and I usually use FBSERVER or OSSERVER. Sometimes, one of the 2 aren’t there, so I use the other. When I click on it, it’ll sometimes not work, or it’ll disappear, and nothing will happen. Another thing is, when I’m like in the middle of an episode, it’ll freeze and keep loading until I exit out of the episode. If those got fixed, this would have been an easy 5 stars.

Alright, I have to say that this app is the best I’ve ever downloaded for anime. If it weren’t for this app, I would’ve never seen all the anime’s I’ve watched this year. Literally, I would’ve been missing out. Thanks to this app, I watched so many shows that I love and will always love a lot. This app doesn’t have much bugs. The only bugs I’ve seen were the type that lets the anime’s run slow or won’t let you watch it. Even though it is a bit annoying, it always works later on in the end. No matter what, you still get to watch it. If I were to be completely honest, I think this app is 100% better than Crunchyroll. I’d rank KATSU #1 and Crunchyroll #2. On this app, you get to watch so many shows that you would never get to see on other apps or sites. I mostly use this app like 90% of the day just because of how good it is. You do not know how much battery I’ve been killing using this app. In short, I know for a fact this app is worth downloading. I will always have it installed and never delete it. I’m impressed with this app and hopefully it stays on the AppStore so others can use it as well. 5 STARS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app is purely just amazing. You can watch every anime and if theres an ad after you exit out of an episode, just press your home button and go back into KATSU. Else than some lag, the app is amazing and has the best quality. Don’t know why you kids are complaining since this is better than most websites and it’s actually safe to use. Just read the rules like me and I already watched One Piece, SDS,Tokyo Ghoul, BHNA, KnY, and Black Clover on it, nothing wrong has be going on and I can watch it anytime. Also the episodes will be out immediately after the release. So for example, BLACK CLOVER episode 141 came out and nit in a few hours did KATSU already have it out. It’s a great app to have if you’re a fellow weeb and want to watch anime anywhere, and anytime. Don’t understand why kids are complaining since this is an app without interruptions and ads in the middle of the anime and it’s safe to use and also it’s just a bit of lag of it’s the server you picked so just deal with it snd be grateful we have such an amazing anime app that’s safe.

I have started this app, once I heard it from tiktok. A few months ago it was popular, and had so much other people watching from it, so I started to get familiar with it. But today I started to use the app instead of my usually habits which is going to safari searching up websites to watch from, basically to much so I decided to go on KATSU. KATSU is an amazing app but some times it just doesn’t work. We really need a update ASAP. The main purpose is to basically watch anime and obviously create a list. But, that has already been ruined. Once I started watching as usually you pick your server/make your choice upon play or download. I have tried plenty of TIMES but it loads for a few seconds then disappears. The video doesn’t even show up. Some episodes it would have like 1-4 showin g up, but then afterwards the rest are not working. I’m aware that you could change browsers, but isn’t that too much? What if this happens in the future with a lot more browsers. Other words in simple terming this app is BROKEN. Yes I said it because the main purpose of this app is to watch anime freely, which means no matter you have to do this or that to watch the anime. You guys really need to fix this issue. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied.

I love KATSU, like very much! but for some reason, every time I try to watch an anime, it takes too long to load in or sometimes when I watch anime, the anime pauses by itself and it takes a long time to fix because I have to exit out the anime and go back in but it keeps pausing/loading for a long time. Another thing, some of the servers don’t work 😭. Every time I try to pick a server, it loads and then it doesn’t bring me to the anime. For an example, I could watch the anime I want on Safari so I pick that server. It loads but, when it’s done loading, it doesn’t bring me to safari at all. It happens to me with other servers. I couldn’t watch episode 4 of K-on! due to that. Other than that,
KATSU is a very good app! I really like it and it’s enjoying. Don’t listen to the people complaining about ads. There are barely any! :D I’m gonna stop writing right here since my arm is getting tired. Keep up the good work! ^_^

Would give it 5 stars but it has a lot of issues and not talking about when it does not let you log in and it says try author device that is not happening to me no more I am talking about smaller thing like leaving off where you were in the anime sometime I watch the anime and get off when I go on it brings me back to the start but that is not even close the the anthor annoying things I don’t feel like writing all of them lol but there is some small things they need to fix watching long anime is Dangerous if you trying to watch all the episodes because you might skip and episode or 2 if you not careful where you touch on the screen you will no what I mean when you get the app I don’t feel like writing anymore I can go on for an hour but I don’t want to do that but if you get the app you will see the small thing I am talking about if you see anything missed spelled are does not make sense well then sorry because I don’t feel like checking it over I got naruto to watch.

I found this from tiktok as some may have as well. This app is pretty good quality and lets you watch anime in great quality as well. I enjoy that you can mark shows as your favorite, if you’re currently watching, or if you’ve completed it. It also has a variety of shows.
Some downsides of this app: as I mentioned you can favorite and mark as watching/completed but for some reason the app won’t let me see my marked was watching or completed tab. Also the modules thing is honestly a little bit tricky to understand but a YT video helped with setting it up.
Overall, this is a fairly decent app that’s free. Just be warned that some of the subtitles are fansubbed and that it might take some time getting used to. But I’m glad to find shows on there that I have a hard time finding else where.

The app is great, but there are lots of things that bug me. (possibly others) The app loads a lot, sometimes it won’t let me play the episode because of that, then it’s always saying “Your stuck in an infinite loop” or “Try switching to a different module” I mean it’s just annoying. But I have 1 more concern, it lags, when I got on the episode I wanted, it loaded a bunch, and the sound was lagging when the episode started. These are the only things that have happened to me, I have even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, that didn’t work, and I’ve powered off my phone, that to didn’t work. The one thing that does seem to work, is just letting it sit for awhile and then choosing a different quality. That worked for me, and I hope to see a change in the app. (loading problems, sound issues, and more)

I like this app and it is really good but I have a couple issues with it. I watched Naruto a couple times on Netflix and was wanting to watch Shippūden and I asked my friend and he said to come to this app. It is really good but as I said it has some issues, one of the issues I have encountered is that the episode I am trying to watch will sometimes load and have a play button but no audio or video, all that takes though is a server change but sometimes you have to change from multiple servers and it can get pretty annoying. The other issue is that I am on episode 199 of Naruto Shippūden and the audio is HORRIBLE I don’t know why and I made sure it’s not my phone by watching something else and my phone is fine but I don’t know why the app does this. Other than that the app is really good

I recently downloaded this app, and I love the fact that everything is exactly like AnimeGT, but I wanted to comment on the download option. I don’t really see the point in it being available for use. This stemmed from when I “downloaded” an episode, but when I cut my data off to see if the video was able to be viewed offline, it wasn’t. I don’t have any issues with it being there or anything, but what purpose is it serving, is downloading a video serving, if you still need data or WiFi in order to watch it? I wasn’t sure what the creators had in mind when adding it, but I just assumed that it was to give viewers a way to continue watching their favorite animes without the need of internet. That way, you won’t have to worry about not being able to watch it. But sadly, you can’t do that.

I love this app, I’m so happy it has English subs and dub! I’m glad I’m able to watch my anime with great quality as well! But, I do have a few complaints/feedback to make.
1. I’m not sure if it’s just me but sometimes after the ads are over the song continues to play, after I exist out of the pop up ad... it’s kinda annoying because if I want to get rid of it COMPLETELY I have to double tap on my home button and swipe up and re open the app for the ad music to disappear. It even continues on playing even if I just exist out the app, so I have to swipe out of it.
2. I do wish the app was a bit more organized and better visuals if that makes sense. I would love to help remake the design of KATSU because it has sooo much potential, and really deserves all 5 stars, if there was a few tweaks and upgrades with the app.
Other than that I had a pleasant experience using this app! I would highly recommend it to any weeb out there! If you guys are annoyed with the pop up ads after watching an episode please consider that it’s better than getting 10 ads in one episode in apps like crunchy roll and stuff. 1 ad after every episode isn’t that bad :) so please download KATSU!

This app is the the best if you’re trying to watch anime with no ads or cuts the quality on the episodes are very good it’s a little hard at first to learn how to use the app at first but you can get a hang of it very fast. I’d recommended this app to anyone who’s trying to find a place to watch anime peacefully. my only concern is when I’m watching anime it starts bugging, It says it’s loading and you could stay there forever, on that page, I learned how to stop it by pressing the pause button “very very” frequently it gets frustrating as this happens every few couple of seconds and could last minutes. It doesn’t always help tho and that’s my only problem with this app. overall very good app and I hope you could fix this a soon as possible.

This app is probably the best anime app out there. It has all the shows you’d need to watch from old to new and others. You get to pick your preference of what server you watch from and even get to pick what website you get the shows from. When you want to play an show you even get to pick the quality of the shows depending on your internet speed. I really don’t understand why people complain about the lag because no ads interrupt what your watching and moreover this is free with everything you could want. The kids complain because it’s laggy but for me it doesn’t lag a lot and also it’s probably just their own internet that makes it lag.

Personally I think KATSU is a great app for all us weebs and otakus out there cause it can help you find any anime your look for like my hero academia, naruto, and attack on titan and many others. There are a few small problems but the biggest problem for me is the search section, when you go to type in the name of an anime you have to get the name exactly right or it won’t find it, and I mean exactly right like you can’t get even a single letter wrong in the anime name or KATSU won’t be able to bring it up, this problem has been very annoying to me which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I really hope this gets fixed because if it doesn’t I think a lot of people will just give up on the app and find something better.

This app has helped me a lot to be able to any anime I’ve wanted to and even without ads during it. But it could improve on a couple things like the interface and add a the feature to be able to resume an episode where you left off instead of having to manually slide through and find where you were. But on the topic of the interface, there isn’t any suggested for you section (which doesn’t bother me that much but it’d be nice to have) or popular section. Also when you search things I think if you are one letter off you won’t get what your looking for which is annoying and inconvenient.

First off I wanna say the only reason why I am putting a 4 out of 5 star is not because there isn’t a wide selection of anime, it is just the way the app is set up.
I got the app because I wanted a wide variety of Anime. And by god, my wish was granted. There is everything you need right in the app!
The only problem I had with the app it’s self if it didn’t say the episode name, and I would loose my place where I was at in an episode many times. It also doesn’t have a recently watched, and many times I struggled to find the show I was watching because I don’t know Chinese or Japanese.
However I recommend this app, it is still very nice and user friendly

The app is really great and have a lot of anime’s a few that I’m watching is One piece, Naruto, and much more. Sometimes it’s laggy but I can just close the app and go back to the episode. The severs are fine and there is a lot more shows that I want to watch. The only problem is watching it because every time I swipe even a little bit it takes me back to the episode. Besides the problem the app is pretty good just ignore the kids that give this app an low rating they are just ungrateful. It also don’t have a lot of ads and when they do you can just reopen the app to close the ads and it doesn’t have inappropriate ads to so just don’t listen to them.

I loved this app when I installed it a few months ago, the modules and everything was just super easy to work with and all, then I ran out of storage and I had to offload a few apps, Katsu being one of them. I had to wait about 2-3 months before i could use it again and when I did it was different from before. The modules were gone and every time I opened the app it made me verify I wasn’t a robot, I didn’t really mind it at first but it got annoying after a while. Also may I add that I can’t watch it like I used to anymore, it takes me to this screen where It’s just different anime’s and stuff, I don’t really mind it but I preferred the way it used to be. I would give it a 4-5 stars but the new things just aren’t doing it for me. I’ll use other apps while I wait for this one to get new updates, or go back to how it was.

ok so, i know crunchyroll is popular and such and has manyyy anime's but honestly i prefer this over it. This app has literally no ads other than at the end of each episode but you don't have to wait and can skip them instantly. With crunchyroll ads were one of the biggest issues for me so i'm really glad katsu doesn't have many. I also like that unlike crunchyroll this one doesn't have limited episodes and you don't need to buy anything. when it comes to my personal choice for all the anime's i watch i use cloud9 but they have many other options as well. ★★★★★ :)

At first I didn’t like anime and this year during quarantine, i said why not try it out and I started watching re zero, demon slayer, and naruto pre shippuden and shippuden. I am really loving katsu because no need to pay and I’m currently very low on money so this app is perfect for me.
There are some frustrating parts about this app, i am recommending an option to give people to be able to filter episodes like fillers which are annoying if they wanna get right into it. I know it may take some time creating such thing since there are a lot of animes with fillers in them like naruto.
Overall, I’m loving the app and i think it is a really good app.

This app is a really good app but then sometimes when I’m trying to watch something it will say I’m not allowed,then when I try to log back on it still want work for like a weak or more. then the main bug is a lot of times when I’m trying to play an episode it will just not load all together and when it doesn’t it will also not load for like a weak or more even. So this is kinda the only problems I’ve seen with this app but other wise it’s a great app perfect for all the anime weebs lol. So I’m sure that everyone knows that this app can and will be very convenient for nerds like all of us because it has a wide selection of shows to watch. This is amazing and it exceeded my expectations of it, but I will say that sometimes it doesn’t work. What I mean by that is when you have a new show picked and ready to watch, you get options on how you want to watch it and some of them don’t work or take loads of time to load or neither of them work at all which means you’ll have to pick another. Overall, this app is pretty awesome but the options that don’t work should be fixed.

I’ve downloaded and deleted this app 2 times already. I just couldn’t figure out how it worked. I finally understand how to work the app. There should be a tutorial showing step by step on how to work the app. By the way, I know that there is a link to a YT video, but most people won’t end up watching it.
Other than no tutorial on the app - it’s perfect. There’s no inappropriate ads next to the anime ( which is my personal favorite ).
Another amazing feature is the fact that it lists the anime that you’ve already watched which can help out a lot in the long run.

this app is really amazing! they have ‘almost’ all animes you could want to watch! this anime has all servers which i think is cool. something that bugs me is the audio in ‘some’ episodes but it goes away! i really like how this app is ACTUALLY free and doesnt have ads everywhere, just when you finish watching episodes. everything about this all is cool! i also have to say when you have stuff in your watching list for a long time and never got yourself to watch it , it never works it just goes on a loading screen . but this app works well (besides that—)

If you’re an anime fan and want an easy way to watch, this is the best app for you. You don’t have to deal with ads or paying for a premium subscription, all you have to do is search for what you’re trying to watch and you get the choice of both dub and sub. Very good concept. This app would definitely be a 5 star if the app would actually allow you to watch the shows you’ve downloaded while offline, which is the point of downloading an episode. It will show that an episode is completely downloaded and ready to play, but as long as your not on wifi, the video will try to load indefinitely. Great app, just a couple kinks to work out.

This is a really good app and I enjoy it a lot! But lately I would add an anime to my favorites, and when I click on it it doesn’t want to load. I’m sure it isn’t my internet because i have had it take its time to load and nothing happens, it just stays the same blanked screen. Also, when ever I would leave an anime episode and turn off my phone/go on another app, it would never load again. I would have to restart the episode over and then fast forward it little by little using the 15 sec option. Other than that it’s a very good app I just wish I these bugs can get fixed.

I really enjoy this app because it has no advertisements during the video like Crunchyroll and Funimation, but the ad after the video is just 5 seconds long and it’s amazing! It doesn’t have a buffering problem like Crunchyroll and it doesnt have advertising problem like Funimation! The thing that I enjoy about this app is that it’s completely FREE! You don’t have to pay for anything is amazing! And it have a bunch of anime, more anime and seasons than Crunchyroll or Funimation which is godly like! More ppl should get this app cuz it’s the best anime app I’ve been to!

This is a great app with a wide variety of anime, little ads, but there are a few things that would make this app even better. Starting with when you exit out of an episode maybe make it save were you where? Ive notice you have to watch the episode entirely or remember where you last got off. Another thing is making the set up easier. When I first got this app I was very confused and eventually just deleted it until I saw someone using it and got it again, eventually I figured it out but, it was tough. Anyway, this is an amazing app totally recommend.

This app is really worth it for every weeb/otaku because you can literally find anything on here. This app doesn’t have many ads and such but sometime you can’t close the ads so you have to close the app itself. Something other than that is what the point of getting tickets to download the anime you want if you can’t watch them offline i see that as a flaw in this app because i’m pretty sure if you want to watch ads for tickets at least make able so that when we download the episode it could be offline.

Hi, so first off this app is amazing I love it and I use it all the time to watch anime but I watch it on my phone and I was planning on buying a macbook for school and I wanted to start watching anime on a bigger screen haha. I was going through and saw that this app isn’t downloadable on a laptop and I’m kinda sad about that. This app is actually more reliable than I expected. It doesn’t take long to load and it has almost every anime you could think of. My only problem is that it doesn’t have a manga section. It’s really not a problem but probably more of a request. If the creators are not going to add a manga section any time soon than that’d be fine. Personally I think it’d be a great addition to the app. If there was a manga section I would love a wide selection of genres. When I download manga apps it mostly has Shōnen or cutesy manga and not other types that are more intense.

I love this app soooo much!!! I highly recommend it for all weebs out there. The only thing that I wish it hade was a way to see what your friends have watched. It would be epic if I could just see what friend is watching so I can keep up with them or see their reviews!!! I would love to see a feed as well like Instagram but it would just be on anime reviews and recommendations. Ik this app is for steaming and nothing more but the thought of a way to see my friends favorites would be amazing!!! Besides that this app is awesome!!! Oh and a manga section would be cool too.

I still have AnimeGT the app but in the app there is the manga section aka MangaGT and I have been using it ever since it came out but now that I am getting my iPhone data transferred to the phone I am currently using. This means that everything in this phone will be deleted when my iPhone6 plus data gets moved to this new one meaning all of the manga that I have collected in this phone will be destroyed and the AnimeGT app will be uninstalled thus the app shall disappear forever for me and I would love it if you guys created the MangaGT or something like it in KATSU I would be very thankful

My day was going to be totally complete till i go to the app click on the recent episode and all of a sudden some super girly anime pops up I thought i was trippin so i clicked ep 949 but I wasn’t so my smart intellect brain told me to click on the recent girly anime and see if i see the recent one piece episode there BUT NOOOOOOOO the girly anime episode was still there I just want to see One piece recent episode is that hard to ask plzzzzz fix that im soooo irritated right now but im overall this app has been giving me the content i wanted.

This app is great my friend suggested KATSU to me and I was hesitant and thought it was scam but now I see that I was hella wrong and this app is amazing I can see all of my favorite shows that I want to see but don’t have access like Seven Deadly sins it’s on Netflix but I don’t have that and KATSU makes everything easier although I do have a little bit of trouble finding seasons for the shows I watch and I wish there was a option to have all seasons just placed right in front of me but I will still give this a five star rating ⭐️ and KATSU keep the anime coming.

This is a great app and everything but I have some complaints. First, sometimes on certain episodes of certain animes, the ‘server’ you could say, I use isn’t there. Is there a reason for that? Second, when I can watch the episode it keeps pausing every few seconds even though I have perfect internet. I can usually resolve it by pausing and I pausing but having to do so every few seconds is hella annoying, especially when I’m trying to do something else too. Please fix this issue!! I really love the app and it’s really great in general besides these problem!

I love this app. Instead of having to pay for a subscription, or having to go to any ad-filled websites, I can just watch anime stress-free, all while not spending any money or evading ads with porn on it, even if it sources from those websites. I don’t have to worry about missing anime, due to it sourcing from websites like gogoanime, so that’s also a plus. The app is not buggy either, which means the dev put an amazing amount of work into this project. No complaints at all from me. I highly recommend this to anyone who hates subscriptions or ads and wants to watch anime.

I love the interface and everything, and the fact that you can watch airing animes. Over all a great app, although I underestimated this app before I gave it another try just to see how great this app is. But I have a couple suggestions, I would like to be able to pick up where I left off on an episode instead of it restarting, another thing I would want is to have like a schedule calendar for when episodes come out. I love this app and for everyone pondering of weather you should get it or not, well as you can see from my review I recommend this app 100%

The quality is amazing too and this app barely has ads too which is another amazing thing! If anyone is scrolling to check if this app is fake or not it’s not it’s 100% real and it doesn’t access your data or anything, it’s anti-virus too! If you’re an anime weeb like me and don’t want to pay for crunchyr0ll and funanimation then download this app!

I’ve loved Katsu ever since I’ve installed it. It’s by far the best anime app in the App Store that I’ve come across. Although the only problem I could find was with the “watch next” button. I don’t really pay attention to what episode I’m on, multiple times I have accidentally pressed right under the button and it showed that I last seen episode 1(even though I’ve already watched a lot of it). And when I’m watching a long anime such as naruto, since I don’t check what episode I’m on it takes about 10-25 minutes of finding what episode I was on.

Okay so it’s a great and all app but today when I wanted to watch something it wouldn’t let me, but if I do another episode it would and I find that strange, but when I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, it didn’t work either and literally nothing loaded, when I try to search something, nothing, when I look in the section where you can see the different anime, nope nothing. So please fix this I really want to watch MHA but it won’t work maybe I have to update the modules but if that doesn’t work please fix it!!!

KATSU is one hell of a great app, totally would recommend it cuz of how great it is, but I don’t know if it’s just me but lately I’ve been having some trouble trying to watch some episodes from Hunter x Hunter, whenever I try to load an episode it stays loading for it to then just stop and just freezes up. I would totally choose this anime watching app over other apps but lately it’s been making it hard to watch animes, hopefully that’ll get resolved soon🙏🏻🥺😭

This app is easy to use, NO ads DURING the show just in the beginning. The Ads are 5ish seconds max. There is a huge variety to choose from. When selecting in the beginning, I suggest choosing one of the top three ( Top to bottom ) and choosing the Top option when playing the video (Top to Bottom ). This will make more sense after using the app...
In the beginning, if you avoid the directions it is confusing ( since a lot of people tend to click out of a “NOTICE” screen without reading it ).

This has caused lots of problems even to those I’ve read reviews on for this app. A good 2-5 episodes are fine no lag whatsoever but out of the sudden an episode will either won’t load or buffers a lot and no it’s not an internet problem. I’ve now learned that it’s due to the server being full and many users are using the app at the moment. This is why the video won’t load for those who are wondering why it’s happening. Try again in a few minutes or more and you will see the server fbserver won’t appear because it is full and can’t hold more people.

So a lot of people on TikTok were using this app to watch anime on. So I downloaded it. There were a lot of anime’s that weren’t on my other anime app that I wanted to watch so I added them to my list. A couple day’s later I was thinking about starting to watch one. So I got on my phone and turned on the app. I clicked on the anime and it has this anime girl with horns on top of the screen. So I thought it was just a glitch went to another anime and the same picture I looked at the episodes at the bottom and it said 1 episode. And I knew that that anime didn’t have 1 episode. So I go to the App Store too see if it needs a update. Nope it does not. After a couple days later check up on the app it is the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!

Undoubtedly, KATSU takes the win for being the best, free anime streaming mobile app out of all I have seen. Following the AnimeGTs great app design and success, KATSU does even better than its previous version by implementing many new designs that make the app a whole lot cleaner and easier to use. Through there pop-up ads after every episode, they can be easily be closed after hitting the invisible upper right hand corner, and it is to be expected for a free app. Overall, KATSU is a must have for all Otaku’s and weebs and I strongly recommend it.

If it loads then disappears what you should do is reset your phone or make sure the module is updated and sometimes it will tell you once you log in that a module might not be working and their trying to fix it or that you have to go to a website to fix it this app is amazing I would recommend using gogoanime module and the one below it like animekiss I think it’s called the first and second module that Pop up are the best ones to search anime up on and watch

I like how you can watch everything and any anime you want but if your watching on a tv you have to spam your phone so it won’t turn off cause if you turn off your phone while it’s running on the tv you lose the time you left off on which is super annoying please fix. I also was watching this anime and it didn’t show all the episodes including the crucial part to how a certain item was found in the series which really ruined this app. This app is really good they just need to fix it turning off and losing your episode progress and adding all episodes from the actual series.

I love it it has all kind of anime and it only has adds at the end of the episode or movie you watch no adds to interrupt what your watching it is completely free. You need to get this if you are an anime fan it has dub and sub episodes. I think it has Spanish to its an awesome app.

Hello I had the app for almost a year now and it’s really really good but!
You need really good wifi for it which can be annoying when your on trips and watching from school

I really love this app for watching anime. Normally I hate when adds pop up like in crunchyroll, but the adds on KATSU are no big deal sense they are like 5 seconds long. Overall really good app, but the one thing I would love to see on KATSU is the option to make an account. Someday when I get a new phone it’s going to be really painful adding all my anime’s back(yes I know I don’t have to but I want to). But like I said besides that 5 stars for sure:)

I have been using the katsu app for a couple months now and I have seen over 20 anime using this app. This app is amazing, it comes with many anime subs and dub. The quality is really good for all the anime I have seen. Sometimes it takes a minute to ask for a server once I click an episode but it really isn’t a bother for me. The only thing that I don’t like is that the video comes off to easy. Sometimes I would barely touch the screen and move it a bit and it would take off the anime and since it doesn’t save the exact point you are on I have to try to find my place. So what I am trying to say is make it harder for and episode to take off when someone is watching because it really gets annoying for me since it tends to happen a lot but overall it is really great and I recommend it! I also recommend you search up a video on YouTube to see how the app works so you are not confused when you open it up!

I have used this app for quite a while now to watch my anime but all of a sudden when I go to chose my servers it will only say safari now and when I click on safari it will load for not even a second and then just nothing will happen so now I can’t watch any of my anime because it does that for every single anime I click on.

When I accidentally deleted it and re-downloaded it, it said that they wouldn’t provide any modules of their own, and I was fine with that because I have my own website I could put into KATSU, butttt then it wouldn’t let me put in those website that I wanted to add. Modules were removed due to ketsu being made so I recommend using ketsu it’s manga and anime for the modules for ketsu are in Orion’s discord.

So I’m sure that everyone knows that this app can and will be very convenient for nerds like all of us because it has a wide selection of shows to watch. This is amazing and it exceeded my expectations of it, but I will say that sometimes it doesn’t work. What I mean by that is when you have a new show picked and ready to watch, you get options on how you want to watch it and some of them don’t work or take loads of time to load or neither of them work at all which means you’ll have to pick another. Overall, this app is pretty awesome but the options that don’t work should be fixed.

If you’re an anime fan and want an easy way to watch, this is the best app for you. You don’t have to deal with ads or paying for a premium subscription, all you have to do is search for what you’re trying to watch and you get the choice of both dub and sub. Very good concept. This app would definitely be a 5 star if the app would actually allow you to watch the shows you’ve downloaded while offline, which is the point of downloading an episode. It will show that an episode is completely downloaded and ready to play, but as long as your not on wifi, the video will try to load indefinitely. Great app, just a couple kinks to work out.

You just need to join the discord server and get the modules from there. And if you’re having trouble with importing them, you need to copy and paste the text of module into KATSU.
KATSU is one of the best apps I’ve used. I really cannot appreciate the creator enough.
They didn’t have all the episodes of one of my animes on Hulu, but KATSU had it. 10/10 app I will recommend this to everyone.

For some reason when I download the app it will tell me to put a module so I do that once I have to choose a module it won’t any module so then I won’t be able to even use katsu since I can’t choose a module so the problem is.
Since it doesn’t show me the modules I can’t pick any so I can’t use Katsu at all🤷

Why isn’t this amazing app no longer working anymore out of nowhere? Can you guys fix it to working it again? Please reply back? When is fixable, I will rate the star higher. Hope once is fix, if it will get ever get fix, hope the app don’t stop working again and get a major update with more anime English dub and no dub and never have issues and get taken off from anywhere.

Hi. I’m like a big anime girl and if you’re like me, you’d want to watch loads of animes. This is a great app, they also have animes that I probably wouldn’t be able to find and EVEN IN DUB. Like for example, My Hero Academia, Naruto Shippuden, Boruto, Attack on Titan etc. The only downside (for me) is that sometimes I’ll click on an anime and try to play it, right? It’ll tell me what server to use and I usually use FBSERVER or OSSERVER. Sometimes, one of the 2 aren’t there, so I use the other. When I click on it, it’ll sometimes not work, or it’ll disappear, and nothing will happen. Another thing is, when I’m like in the middle of an episode, it’ll freeze and keep loading until I exit out of the episode. If those got fixed, this would have been an easy 5 stars.

Alright, I have to say that this app is the best I’ve ever downloaded for anime. If it weren’t for this app, I would’ve never seen all the anime’s I’ve watched this year. Literally, I would’ve been missing out. Thanks to this app, I watched so many shows that I love and will always love a lot. This app doesn’t have much bugs. The only bugs I’ve seen were the type that lets the anime’s run slow or won’t let you watch it. Even though it is a bit annoying, it always works later on in the end. No matter what, you still get to watch it. If I were to be completely honest, I think this app is 100% better than Crunchyroll. I’d rank KATSU #1 and Crunchyroll #2. On this app, you get to watch so many shows that you would never get to see on other apps or sites. I mostly use this app like 90% of the day just because of how good it is. You do not know how much battery I’ve been killing using this app. In short, I know for a fact this app is worth downloading. I will always have it installed and never delete it. I’m impressed with this app and hopefully it stays on the AppStore so others can use it as well. 5 STARS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app is purely just amazing. You can watch every anime and if theres an ad after you exit out of an episode, just press your home button and go back into KATSU. Else than some lag, the app is amazing and has the best quality. Don’t know why you kids are complaining since this is better than most websites and it’s actually safe to use. Just read the rules like me and I already watched One Piece, SDS,Tokyo Ghoul, BHNA, KnY, and Black Clover on it, nothing wrong has be going on and I can watch it anytime. Also the episodes will be out immediately after the release. So for example, BLACK CLOVER episode 141 came out and nit in a few hours did KATSU already have it out. It’s a great app to have if you’re a fellow weeb and want to watch anime anywhere, and anytime. Don’t understand why kids are complaining since this is an app without interruptions and ads in the middle of the anime and it’s safe to use and also it’s just a bit of lag of it’s the server you picked so just deal with it snd be grateful we have such an amazing anime app that’s safe.

I have started this app, once I heard it from tiktok. A few months ago it was popular, and had so much other people watching from it, so I started to get familiar with it. But today I started to use the app instead of my usually habits which is going to safari searching up websites to watch from, basically to much so I decided to go on KATSU. KATSU is an amazing app but some times it just doesn’t work. We really need a update ASAP. The main purpose is to basically watch anime and obviously create a list. But, that has already been ruined. Once I started watching as usually you pick your server/make your choice upon play or download. I have tried plenty of TIMES but it loads for a few seconds then disappears. The video doesn’t even show up. Some episodes it would have like 1-4 showin g up, but then afterwards the rest are not working. I’m aware that you could change browsers, but isn’t that too much? What if this happens in the future with a lot more browsers. Other words in simple terming this app is BROKEN. Yes I said it because the main purpose of this app is to watch anime freely, which means no matter you have to do this or that to watch the anime. You guys really need to fix this issue. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied.

I love KATSU, like very much! but for some reason, every time I try to watch an anime, it takes too long to load in or sometimes when I watch anime, the anime pauses by itself and it takes a long time to fix because I have to exit out the anime and go back in but it keeps pausing/loading for a long time. Another thing, some of the servers don’t work 😭. Every time I try to pick a server, it loads and then it doesn’t bring me to the anime. For an example, I could watch the anime I want on Safari so I pick that server. It loads but, when it’s done loading, it doesn’t bring me to safari at all. It happens to me with other servers. I couldn’t watch episode 4 of K-on! due to that. Other than that,
KATSU is a very good app! I really like it and it’s enjoying. Don’t listen to the people complaining about ads. There are barely any! :D I’m gonna stop writing right here since my arm is getting tired. Keep up the good work! ^_^

Would give it 5 stars but it has a lot of issues and not talking about when it does not let you log in and it says try author device that is not happening to me no more I am talking about smaller thing like leaving off where you were in the anime sometime I watch the anime and get off when I go on it brings me back to the start but that is not even close the the anthor annoying things I don’t feel like writing all of them lol but there is some small things they need to fix watching long anime is Dangerous if you trying to watch all the episodes because you might skip and episode or 2 if you not careful where you touch on the screen you will no what I mean when you get the app I don’t feel like writing anymore I can go on for an hour but I don’t want to do that but if you get the app you will see the small thing I am talking about if you see anything missed spelled are does not make sense well then sorry because I don’t feel like checking it over I got naruto to watch.

I found this from tiktok as some may have as well. This app is pretty good quality and lets you watch anime in great quality as well. I enjoy that you can mark shows as your favorite, if you’re currently watching, or if you’ve completed it. It also has a variety of shows.
Some downsides of this app: as I mentioned you can favorite and mark as watching/completed but for some reason the app won’t let me see my marked was watching or completed tab. Also the modules thing is honestly a little bit tricky to understand but a YT video helped with setting it up.
Overall, this is a fairly decent app that’s free. Just be warned that some of the subtitles are fansubbed and that it might take some time getting used to. But I’m glad to find shows on there that I have a hard time finding else where.

The app is great, but there are lots of things that bug me. (possibly others) The app loads a lot, sometimes it won’t let me play the episode because of that, then it’s always saying “Your stuck in an infinite loop” or “Try switching to a different module” I mean it’s just annoying. But I have 1 more concern, it lags, when I got on the episode I wanted, it loaded a bunch, and the sound was lagging when the episode started. These are the only things that have happened to me, I have even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, that didn’t work, and I’ve powered off my phone, that to didn’t work. The one thing that does seem to work, is just letting it sit for awhile and then choosing a different quality. That worked for me, and I hope to see a change in the app. (loading problems, sound issues, and more)

I like this app and it is really good but I have a couple issues with it. I watched Naruto a couple times on Netflix and was wanting to watch Shippūden and I asked my friend and he said to come to this app. It is really good but as I said it has some issues, one of the issues I have encountered is that the episode I am trying to watch will sometimes load and have a play button but no audio or video, all that takes though is a server change but sometimes you have to change from multiple servers and it can get pretty annoying. The other issue is that I am on episode 199 of Naruto Shippūden and the audio is HORRIBLE I don’t know why and I made sure it’s not my phone by watching something else and my phone is fine but I don’t know why the app does this. Other than that the app is really good

I recently downloaded this app, and I love the fact that everything is exactly like AnimeGT, but I wanted to comment on the download option. I don’t really see the point in it being available for use. This stemmed from when I “downloaded” an episode, but when I cut my data off to see if the video was able to be viewed offline, it wasn’t. I don’t have any issues with it being there or anything, but what purpose is it serving, is downloading a video serving, if you still need data or WiFi in order to watch it? I wasn’t sure what the creators had in mind when adding it, but I just assumed that it was to give viewers a way to continue watching their favorite animes without the need of internet. That way, you won’t have to worry about not being able to watch it. But sadly, you can’t do that.

I love this app, I’m so happy it has English subs and dub! I’m glad I’m able to watch my anime with great quality as well! But, I do have a few complaints/feedback to make.
1. I’m not sure if it’s just me but sometimes after the ads are over the song continues to play, after I exist out of the pop up ad... it’s kinda annoying because if I want to get rid of it COMPLETELY I have to double tap on my home button and swipe up and re open the app for the ad music to disappear. It even continues on playing even if I just exist out the app, so I have to swipe out of it.
2. I do wish the app was a bit more organized and better visuals if that makes sense. I would love to help remake the design of KATSU because it has sooo much potential, and really deserves all 5 stars, if there was a few tweaks and upgrades with the app.
Other than that I had a pleasant experience using this app! I would highly recommend it to any weeb out there! If you guys are annoyed with the pop up ads after watching an episode please consider that it’s better than getting 10 ads in one episode in apps like crunchy roll and stuff. 1 ad after every episode isn’t that bad :) so please download KATSU!

This app is the the best if you’re trying to watch anime with no ads or cuts the quality on the episodes are very good it’s a little hard at first to learn how to use the app at first but you can get a hang of it very fast. I’d recommended this app to anyone who’s trying to find a place to watch anime peacefully. my only concern is when I’m watching anime it starts bugging, It says it’s loading and you could stay there forever, on that page, I learned how to stop it by pressing the pause button “very very” frequently it gets frustrating as this happens every few couple of seconds and could last minutes. It doesn’t always help tho and that’s my only problem with this app. overall very good app and I hope you could fix this a soon as possible.

This app is probably the best anime app out there. It has all the shows you’d need to watch from old to new and others. You get to pick your preference of what server you watch from and even get to pick what website you get the shows from. When you want to play an show you even get to pick the quality of the shows depending on your internet speed. I really don’t understand why people complain about the lag because no ads interrupt what your watching and moreover this is free with everything you could want. The kids complain because it’s laggy but for me it doesn’t lag a lot and also it’s probably just their own internet that makes it lag.

Personally I think KATSU is a great app for all us weebs and otakus out there cause it can help you find any anime your look for like my hero academia, naruto, and attack on titan and many others. There are a few small problems but the biggest problem for me is the search section, when you go to type in the name of an anime you have to get the name exactly right or it won’t find it, and I mean exactly right like you can’t get even a single letter wrong in the anime name or KATSU won’t be able to bring it up, this problem has been very annoying to me which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I really hope this gets fixed because if it doesn’t I think a lot of people will just give up on the app and find something better.

This app has helped me a lot to be able to any anime I’ve wanted to and even without ads during it. But it could improve on a couple things like the interface and add a the feature to be able to resume an episode where you left off instead of having to manually slide through and find where you were. But on the topic of the interface, there isn’t any suggested for you section (which doesn’t bother me that much but it’d be nice to have) or popular section. Also when you search things I think if you are one letter off you won’t get what your looking for which is annoying and inconvenient.

First off I wanna say the only reason why I am putting a 4 out of 5 star is not because there isn’t a wide selection of anime, it is just the way the app is set up.
I got the app because I wanted a wide variety of Anime. And by god, my wish was granted. There is everything you need right in the app!
The only problem I had with the app it’s self if it didn’t say the episode name, and I would loose my place where I was at in an episode many times. It also doesn’t have a recently watched, and many times I struggled to find the show I was watching because I don’t know Chinese or Japanese.
However I recommend this app, it is still very nice and user friendly

The app is really great and have a lot of anime’s a few that I’m watching is One piece, Naruto, and much more. Sometimes it’s laggy but I can just close the app and go back to the episode. The severs are fine and there is a lot more shows that I want to watch. The only problem is watching it because every time I swipe even a little bit it takes me back to the episode. Besides the problem the app is pretty good just ignore the kids that give this app an low rating they are just ungrateful. It also don’t have a lot of ads and when they do you can just reopen the app to close the ads and it doesn’t have inappropriate ads to so just don’t listen to them.

I loved this app when I installed it a few months ago, the modules and everything was just super easy to work with and all, then I ran out of storage and I had to offload a few apps, Katsu being one of them. I had to wait about 2-3 months before i could use it again and when I did it was different from before. The modules were gone and every time I opened the app it made me verify I wasn’t a robot, I didn’t really mind it at first but it got annoying after a while. Also may I add that I can’t watch it like I used to anymore, it takes me to this screen where It’s just different anime’s and stuff, I don’t really mind it but I preferred the way it used to be. I would give it a 4-5 stars but the new things just aren’t doing it for me. I’ll use other apps while I wait for this one to get new updates, or go back to how it was.

ok so, i know crunchyroll is popular and such and has manyyy anime's but honestly i prefer this over it. This app has literally no ads other than at the end of each episode but you don't have to wait and can skip them instantly. With crunchyroll ads were one of the biggest issues for me so i'm really glad katsu doesn't have many. I also like that unlike crunchyroll this one doesn't have limited episodes and you don't need to buy anything. when it comes to my personal choice for all the anime's i watch i use cloud9 but they have many other options as well. ★★★★★ :)

At first I didn’t like anime and this year during quarantine, i said why not try it out and I started watching re zero, demon slayer, and naruto pre shippuden and shippuden. I am really loving katsu because no need to pay and I’m currently very low on money so this app is perfect for me.
There are some frustrating parts about this app, i am recommending an option to give people to be able to filter episodes like fillers which are annoying if they wanna get right into it. I know it may take some time creating such thing since there are a lot of animes with fillers in them like naruto.
Overall, I’m loving the app and i think it is a really good app.

This app is a really good app but then sometimes when I’m trying to watch something it will say I’m not allowed,then when I try to log back on it still want work for like a weak or more. then the main bug is a lot of times when I’m trying to play an episode it will just not load all together and when it doesn’t it will also not load for like a weak or more even. So this is kinda the only problems I’ve seen with this app but other wise it’s a great app perfect for all the anime weebs lol. So this app is really good and everyone should get it, but just needs to fix a few more bugs. ✨✨✨✨

So I’m sure that everyone knows that this app can and will be very convenient for nerds like all of us because it has a wide selection of shows to watch. This is amazing and it exceeded my expectations of it, but I will say that sometimes it doesn’t work. What I mean by that is when you have a new show picked and ready to watch, you get options on how you want to watch it and some of them don’t work or take loads of time to load or neither of them work at all which means you’ll have to pick another. Overall, this app is pretty awesome but the options that don’t work should be fixed.

I’ve downloaded and deleted this app 2 times already. I just couldn’t figure out how it worked. I finally understand how to work the app. There should be a tutorial showing step by step on how to work the app. By the way, I know that there is a link to a YT video, but most people won’t end up watching it.
Other than no tutorial on the app - it’s perfect. There’s no inappropriate ads next to the anime ( which is my personal favorite ).
Another amazing feature is the fact that it lists the anime that you’ve already watched which can help out a lot in the long run.

this app is really amazing! they have ‘almost’ all animes you could want to watch! this anime has all servers which i think is cool. something that bugs me is the audio in ‘some’ episodes but it goes away! i really like how this app is ACTUALLY free and doesnt have ads everywhere, just when you finish watching episodes. everything about this all is cool! i also have to say when you have stuff in your watching list for a long time and never got yourself to watch it , it never works it just goes on a loading screen . but this app works well (besides that—)

If you’re an anime fan and want an easy way to watch, this is the best app for you. You don’t have to deal with ads or paying for a premium subscription, all you have to do is search for what you’re trying to watch and you get the choice of both dub and sub. Very good concept. This app would definitely be a 5 star if the app would actually allow you to watch the shows you’ve downloaded while offline, which is the point of downloading an episode. It will show that an episode is completely downloaded and ready to play, but as long as your not on wifi, the video will try to load indefinitely. Great app, just a couple kinks to work out.

This is a really good app and I enjoy it a lot! But lately I would add an anime to my favorites, and when I click on it it doesn’t want to load. I’m sure it isn’t my internet because i have had it take its time to load and nothing happens, it just stays the same blanked screen. Also, when ever I would leave an anime episode and turn off my phone/go on another app, it would never load again. I would have to restart the episode over and then fast forward it little by little using the 15 sec option. Other than that it’s a very good app I just wish I these bugs can get fixed.

I really enjoy this app because it has no advertisements during the video like Crunchyroll and Funimation, but the ad after the video is just 5 seconds long and it’s amazing! It doesn’t have a buffering problem like Crunchyroll and it doesnt have advertising problem like Funimation! The thing that I enjoy about this app is that it’s completely FREE! You don’t have to pay for anything is amazing! And it have a bunch of anime, more anime and seasons than Crunchyroll or Funimation which is godly like! More ppl should get this app cuz it’s the best anime app I’ve been to!

This is a great app with a wide variety of anime, little ads, but there are a few things that would make this app even better. Starting with when you exit out of an episode maybe make it save were you where? Ive notice you have to watch the episode entirely or remember where you last got off. Another thing is making the set up easier. When I first got this app I was very confused and eventually just deleted it until I saw someone using it and got it again, eventually I figured it out but, it was tough. Anyway, this is an amazing app totally recommend.

This app is really worth it for every weeb/otaku because you can literally find anything on here. This app doesn’t have many ads and such but sometime you can’t close the ads so you have to close the app itself. Something other than that is what the point of getting tickets to download the anime you want if you can’t watch them offline i see that as a flaw in this app because i’m pretty sure if you want to watch ads for tickets at least make able so that when we download the episode it could be offline.

Hi, so first off this app is amazing I love it and I use it all the time to watch anime but I watch it on my phone and I was planning on buying a macbook for school and I wanted to start watching anime on a bigger screen haha. I was going through and saw that this app isn’t downloadable on a laptop and I’m kinda sad about that. I was just wondering if maybe you could make a version for laptops and computers (macbooks too) because it would be amazing to watch on a bigger screen than my phone and I think other people would really love this app as well on a laptop/ computer. This app is actually more reliable than I expected. It doesn’t take long to load and it has almost every anime you could think of. My only problem is that it doesn’t have a manga section. It’s really not a problem but probably more of a request. If the creators are not going to add a manga section any time soon than that’d be fine. Personally I think it’d be a great addition to the app. If there was a manga section I would love a wide selection of genres. When I download manga apps it mostly has Shōnen or cutesy manga and not other types that are more intense.

I love this app soooo much!!! I highly recommend it for all weebs out there. The only thing that I wish it hade was a way to see what your friends have watched. It would be epic if I could just see what friend is watching so I can keep up with them or see their reviews!!! I would love to see a feed as well like Instagram but it would just be on anime reviews and recommendations. Ik this app is for steaming and nothing more but the thought of a way to see my friends favorites would be amazing!!! Besides that this app is awesome!!! Oh and a manga section would be cool too.

I still have AnimeGT the app but in the app there is the manga section aka MangaGT and I have been using it ever since it came out but now that I am getting my iPhone data transferred to the phone I am currently using. This means that everything in this phone will be deleted when my iPhone6 plus data gets moved to this new one meaning all of the manga that I have collected in this phone will be destroyed and the AnimeGT app will be uninstalled thus the app shall disappear forever for me and I would love it if you guys created the MangaGT or something like it in KATSU I would be very thankful

Im soooo irritated like it was alll goood man but no. My day was going to be totally complete till i go to the app click on the recent episode and all of a sudden some super girly anime pops up I thought i was trippin so i clicked ep 949 but I wasn’t so my smart intellect brain told me to click on the recent girly anime and see if i see the recent one piece episode there BUT NOOOOOOOO the girly anime episode was still there I just want to see One piece recent episode is that hard to ask plzzzzz fix that im soooo irritated right now but im overall this app has been giving me the content i wanted.

This app is great my friend suggested KATSU to me and I was hesitant and thought it was scam but now I see that I was hella wrong and this app is amazing I can see all of my favorite shows that I want to see but don’t have access like Seven Deadly sins it’s on Netflix but I don’t have that and KATSU makes everything easier although I do have a little bit of trouble finding seasons for the shows I watch and I wish there was a option to have all seasons just placed right in front of me but I will still give this a five star rating ⭐️ and KATSU keep the anime coming.

This is a great app and everything but I have some complaints. First, sometimes on certain episodes of certain animes, the ‘server’ you could say, I use isn’t there. Is there a reason for that? Second, when I can watch the episode it keeps pausing every few seconds even though I have perfect internet. I can usually resolve it by pausing and I pausing but having to do so every few seconds is hella annoying, especially when I’m trying to do something else too. Please fix this issue!! I really love the app and it’s really great in general besides these problem!

I love this app. Instead of having to pay for a subscription, or having to go to any ad-filled websites, I can just watch anime stress-free, all while not spending any money or evading ads with porn on it, even if it sources from those websites. I don’t have to worry about missing anime, due to it sourcing from websites like gogoanime, so that’s also a plus. The app is not buggy either, which means the dev put an amazing amount of work into this project. No complaints at all from me. I highly recommend this to anyone who hates subscriptions or ads and wants to watch anime.

I love the interface and everything, and the fact that you can watch airing animes. Over all a great app, although I underestimated this app before I gave it another try just to see how great this app is. But I have a couple suggestions, I would like to be able to pick up where I left off on an episode instead of it restarting, another thing I would want is to have like a schedule calendar for when episodes come out. I love this app and for everyone pondering of weather you should get it or not, well as you can see from my review I recommend this app 100%

Honestly I don’t leave reviews pretty often but this app is just amazing they really have every episode of every single anime and if it’s new anime’s updating recently they add the new episodes. The quality is amazing too and this app barely has ads too which is another amazing thing! If anyone is scrolling to check if this app is fake or not it’s not it’s 100% real and it doesn’t access your data or anything, it’s anti-virus too! If you’re an anime weeb like me and don’t want to pay for crunchyr0ll and funanimation then download this app!
The single problem with Katsu

I’ve loved Katsu ever since I’ve installed it. It’s by far the best anime app in the App Store that I’ve come across. Although the only problem I could find was with the “watch next” button. I don’t really pay attention to what episode I’m on, multiple times I have accidentally pressed right under the button and it showed that I last seen episode 1(even though I’ve already watched a lot of it). And when I’m watching a long anime such as naruto, since I don’t check what episode I’m on it takes about 10-25 minutes of finding what episode I was on.

Okay so it’s a great and all app but today when I wanted to watch something it wouldn’t let me, but if I do another episode it would and I find that strange, but when I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, it didn’t work either and literally nothing loaded, when I try to search something, nothing, when I look in the section where you can see the different anime, nope nothing. So please fix this I really want to watch MHA but it won’t work maybe I have to update the modules but if that doesn’t work please fix it!!!

KATSU is one hell of a great app, totally would recommend it cuz of how great it is, but I don’t know if it’s just me but lately I’ve been having some trouble trying to watch some episodes from Hunter x Hunter, whenever I try to load an episode it stays loading for it to then just stop and just freezes up. I would totally choose this anime watching app over other apps but lately it’s been making it hard to watch animes, hopefully that’ll get resolved soon🙏🏻🥺😭

This app is easy to use, NO ads DURING the show just in the beginning. The Ads are 5ish seconds max. There is a huge variety to choose from. When selecting in the beginning, I suggest choosing one of the top three ( Top to bottom ) and choosing the Top option when playing the video (Top to Bottom ). This will make more sense after using the app...
In the beginning, if you avoid the directions it is confusing ( since a lot of people tend to click out of a “NOTICE” screen without reading it ).

This has caused lots of problems even to those I’ve read reviews on for this app. A good 2-5 episodes are fine no lag whatsoever but out of the sudden an episode will either won’t load or buffers a lot and no it’s not an internet problem. I’ve now learned that it’s due to the server being full and many users are using the app at the moment. This is why the video won’t load for those who are wondering why it’s happening. Try again in a few minutes or more and you will see the server fbserver won’t appear because it is full and can’t hold more people.

So a lot of people on TikTok were using this app to watch anime on. So I downloaded it. There were a lot of anime’s that weren’t on my other anime app that I wanted to watch so I added them to my list. A couple day’s later I was thinking about starting to watch one. So I got on my phone and turned on the app. I clicked on the anime and it has this anime girl with horns on top of the screen. So I thought it was just a glitch went to another anime and the same picture I looked at the episodes at the bottom and it said 1 episode. And I knew that that anime didn’t have 1 episode. So I go to the App Store too see if it needs a update. Nope it does not. After a couple days later check up on the app it is the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!

Undoubtedly, KATSU takes the win for being the best, free anime streaming mobile app out of all I have seen. Following the AnimeGTs great app design and success, KATSU does even better than its previous version by implementing many new designs that make the app a whole lot cleaner and easier to use. Through there pop-up ads after every episode, they can be easily be closed after hitting the invisible upper right hand corner, and it is to be expected for a free app. Overall, KATSU is a must have for all Otaku’s and weebs and I strongly recommend it.

If it loads then disappears what you should do is reset your phone or make sure the module is updated and sometimes it will tell you once you log in that a module might not be working and their trying to fix it or that you have to go to a website to fix it this app is amazing I would recommend using gogoanime module and the one below it like animekiss I think it’s called the first and second module that Pop up are the best ones to search anime up on and watch

I like how you can watch everything and any anime you want but if your watching on a tv you have to spam your phone so it won’t turn off cause if you turn off your phone while it’s running on the tv you lose the time you left off on which is super annoying please fix. I also was watching this anime and it didn’t show all the episodes including the crucial part to how a certain item was found in the series which really ruined this app. This app is really good they just need to fix it turning off and losing your episode progress and adding all episodes from the actual series.
