I’ve really enjoyed this game…UNTIL…I noticed it is ROBBING ME OF BONUS WINS!!!!! In the bonus round it says I need to win $144 million in respins. It said I was 84% there which meant I only needed to win 23,040,000 to complete my “mission”. I won 29 million coins on my next respin & it told me that now I was at 91% complete. Then I proceeded to win an additional $40 million coins and it took me to 98%. I don’t know what kind of math this game does, however, pay attention to your wins and do your own math and you will realize this game is ROBBING YOU!!!! 👎🏼😡😡😡2 stars is only because I really did enjoy playing it before I started questioning it.

I absolutely was addicted to this app and my husband and I played it all the time. We even spent money on buying coins and other items on the app. Im talking hundreds of dollars each! But about a month ago, I tried to make a purchase. It said my purchase was complete but the game froze up and then I had to close it out and go back into it. The item I had purchased was not there. I stupidly tried to make the purchase again and the same thing happened. Then, even more stupidity, I tried the purchase a few more times before I gave up. So imagine my surprise when a few days later, I was billed 80 bucks for all the attempted purchases that I never got any items for! So I did the contact Apple route and I was issued a refund. I first tried the contact us email route on the app and they emailed me a request to send them proof of purchase which I did. But the only thing after that was an email in badly broken English, telling me to close the app and restart it. Like I wasn't bright enough to have already tried that!! Eventually, I just gave up. Figured it was a fluke issue and went about my day. But a few weeks later, I attempted another purchase (yes I KNOW it was dumb!) and the exact same thing happened. This time, Apple denied me a refund! So I once again emailed the company and was, again asked to send proof of purchase, which I did, and after a week, I was sent an email telling me that they put the items in my account and I should log out, close the app, the open it and log in again. So I did this… several times, and the items never showed up! Then the company stopped communicating with me!! So I just, stupidly, gave up and went on with life. So tonight, a month after the last incidents, I once again attempted to make a purchase…. Yes, I know, Im the Queen Idiot!! And once again…. Froze up, restarted the app, the items not in my account. So I turned once again to the company and said that they ripped me off for 30 bucks and its a really crappy way to treat a customer that has given them hundreds of dollars of business and they need to fix their app so nobody else goes through this and that I want my money back. While Im waiting for a reply, I google this app and find out that Im NOt the only one going through this problem with these people! They are ripping off other people who, just as stupidly as I did, eventually let them wear me down enough that they just let it go! But Im not letting it go anymore! They should have their apps pulled from Apple if this is how they are going to do business!! DONT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS APP OR ANY OTHER APP OF THEIRS!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

This game is fun... I’ve been playing for awhile now. It’s fun however in my many hours and weeks upon weeks playing, I’ve yet to hit the jackpots. I’ve spent money and it’s just hard to get wins. I know it the point of the company/app to make money, but I’ll not continue buying coins to see them disappear faster than it took me to buy them. So hard to maintain a positive balance long.

The amount of ads are unreal. I’ve played games with tons of ads but this is ridiculous. Ads after anything you click, after bonus’s, you name it. Even if you hit x to close an ad you get redirected to a video you’ve chosen not to watch. I’ve had to close this game down several times because of the ads it try’s to force on you. It’s pretty fun though if you have the will power close countless ads and sit through long videos you tried to close.

Now this morning, I went in to play the games again and it is still in the black and I can not play your slots ... will someone their please check out this bug & fix it...it stuck on me again before returning to the Lobby!!!!! Made it to level 10 in a few minutes. Game froze up when the task option unlocked. Cleared the game. Went back in the gold miner game unlocked cool. Downloaded it it got to the 100% screen then went to go to the next screen nothing but black screen. X out again go back in and try to load the heart link game. Again gets to the 100% screen and switches screen to go into the game... you guessed it black screen with nothing more loading.

This was a great game...and the word here is WAS. When I first started to play this game it was really fun and even once in a while the game would hit. Than it stopped altogether to the point that I was not hitting at all never so much so that I have stopped playing this game altogether. I know that part of the game is winning/ losing. But at this point this game has just stopped paying.

I really like this game but I’ve noticed no matter how much you have or how long you play you will never hit anything above the minor. So I tap through from another game that states you get 100,000,000 coins for downloading this game. I do it, go through all the screens I can find, +3,000,000 coins is all I can get. There are 7-9 ads to go through way too often. I’ll play for a bit then it will be deleted. Ridiculous.

Playing their quest game. Stuck on same level for four days. This level needed 158million won in free spins. However, rarely hit free spins - at one point counted 750 spins before it hit. Then when it does you win no more than 10 million. Sometimes only win 3 or 4 million. Bought coins and bought boosters to see if that would help. It did not. Never seen a game this bad.

I have played for a long time and enjoyed it. That is until I would purchase a coin package but the app would get hung up, I would not receive my purchase. This happened on 4 different occasions so I reported it, I was declined a refund and will NEVER play any game through Apple that requires a purchase. They can review my account see how much I spent on this game, but still deny my refund.

It will no longer open. All I get is a continual “checking for content update”. I’ve deleted and reloaded. Same thing. I’ve got to assume it was the last update.
I can’t give it a one star because I liked it to much. But a two is about the best I can give it.

After new update game won’t open. Hits a certain % and stops then black screen. Great game i play a lot but I am at end of starry and about to collect my bonus but game wont open! I’ve really enjoyed this game…UNTIL…I noticed it is ROBBING ME OF BONUS WINS!!!!! In the bonus round it says I need to win $144 million in respins. It said I was 84% there which meant I only needed to win 23,040,000 to complete my “mission”. I won 29 million coins on my next respin & it told me that now I was at 91% complete. Then I proceeded to win an additional $40 million coins and it took me to 98%. I don’t know what kind of math this game does, however, pay attention to your wins and do your own math and you will realize this game is ROBBING YOU!!!! 👎🏼😡😡😡2 stars is only because I really did enjoy playing it before I started questioning it.

I absolutely was addicted to this app and my husband and I played it all the time. We even spent money on buying coins and other items on the app. Im talking hundreds of dollars each! But about a month ago, I tried to make a purchase. It said my purchase was complete but the game froze up and then I had to close it out and go back into it. The item I had purchased was not there. I stupidly tried to make the purchase again and the same thing happened. Then, even more stupidity, I tried the purchase a few more times before I gave up. So imagine my surprise when a few days later, I was billed 80 bucks for all the attempted purchases that I never got any items for! So I did the contact Apple route and I was issued a refund. I first tried the contact us email route on the app and they emailed me a request to send them proof of purchase which I did. But the only thing after that was an email in badly broken English, telling me to close the app and restart it. Like I wasn't bright enough to have already tried that!! Eventually, I just gave up. Figured it was a fluke issue and went about my day. But a few weeks later, I attempted another purchase (yes I KNOW it was dumb!) and the exact same thing happened. This time, Apple denied me a refund! So I once again emailed the company and was, again asked to send proof of purchase, which I did, and after a week, I was sent an email telling me that they put the items in my account and I should log out, close the app, the open it and log in again. So I did this… several times, and the items never showed up! Then the company stopped communicating with me!! So I just, stupidly, gave up and went on with life. So tonight, a month after the last incidents, I once again attempted to make a purchase…. Yes, I know, Im the Queen Idiot!! And once again…. Froze up, restarted the app, the items not in my account. So I turned once again to the company and said that they ripped me off for 30 bucks and its a really crappy way to treat a customer that has given them hundreds of dollars of business and they need to fix their app so nobody else goes through this and that I want my money back. While Im waiting for a reply, I google this app and find out that Im NOt the only one going through this problem with these people! They are ripping off other people who, just as stupidly as I did, eventually let them wear me down enough that they just let it go! But Im not letting it go anymore! They should have their apps pulled from Apple if this is how they are going to do business!! DONT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS APP OR ANY OTHER APP OF THEIRS!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Just like all the other slot games. When you start playing you hit big wins, free spins galore, and hit good bonuses. As your level increases the wins and hits become a rarity and the spinning losses or 1/4 of your bet become the normal. Hit big on a low low bet a few times, so you raise your bet for better payouts, and then your luck ends instantly. So I tap through from another game that states you get 100,000,000 coins for downloading this game. I do it, go through all the screens I can find, +3,000,000 coins is all I can get. There are 7-9 ads to go through way too often. I’ll play for a bit then it will be deleted. Ridiculous.

I’ve really enjoyed this game…UNTIL…I noticed it is ROBBING ME OF BONUS WINS!!!!! In the bonus round it says I need to win $144 million in respins. It said I was 84% there which meant I only needed to win 23,040,000 to complete my “mission”. I won 29 million coins on my next respin & it told me that now I was at 91% complete. Then I proceeded to win an additional $40 million coins and it took me to 98%. I don’t know what kind of math this game does, however, pay attention to your wins and do your own math and you will realize this game is ROBBING YOU!!!! 👎🏼😡😡😡2 stars is only because I really did enjoy playing it before I started questioning it.

I am new to this game I was in love with it for the first week, after the first weeks I Keep collection the bonuses but when trying to play the games it just go black and nothing happens. This game is fun... I’ve been playing for awhile now. It’s fun however in my many hours and weeks upon weeks playing, I’ve yet to hit the jackpots. I’ve spent money and it’s just hard to get wins. I know it the point of the company/app to make money, but I’ll not continue buying coins to see them disappear faster than it took me to buy them. So hard to maintain a positive balance long.

The amount of ads are unreal. I’ve played games with tons of ads but this is ridiculous. Ads after anything you click, after bonus’s, you name it. Even if you hit x to close an ad you get redirected to a video you’ve chosen not to watch. I’ve had to close this game down several times because of the ads it try’s to force on you. It’s pretty fun though if you have the will power close countless ads and sit through long videos you tried to close.

I installed this game on the evening of Dec. 25, 2020 and started playing it. I really enjoyed the different slots, only last night at around 10:20pm, it went into the black on another game. Now this morning, I went in to play the games again and it is still in the black and I can not play your slots ... will someone their please check out this bug & fix it...it stuck on me again before returning to the Lobby!!!!! It’s sticking on me again!!! Well, no help or support , then I guess I will uninstall this game and find one that I won’t be having any trouble with.... 🖐🤓😠

This game is fun and allows one to clear their mind and focus on something light hearted. The payouts are good and you can play for a long time, but don’t bet too high in hopes of winning big. Your game will end and can’t start over.

So far it gives us chances to make more coins. The old miner keeps chuckling that make the atmosphere lighter and not as stress full to see all your coins disappear. I like the game so far, just a beginner waiting to see what happens next.

Made it to level 10 in a few minutes. Game froze up when the task option unlocked. Cleared the game. Went back in the gold miner game unlocked cool. Downloaded it it got to the 100% screen then went to go to the next screen nothing but black screen. X out again go back in and try to load the heart link game. Again gets to the 100% screen and switches screen to go into the game... you guessed it black screen with nothing more loading.

I realize that nothing is free and ads keep many of these games afloat but this app pushes the limits. After signing in you are hit with a dozen ads or online purchase. Even in the middle of a game your game will be hijacked by an ad. The ads are long and annoying as they trick you. Much better games out there and I have to think that many of these reviews are bogus.

This was a great game...and the word here is WAS. When I first started to play this game it was really fun and even once in a while the game would hit. Than it stopped altogether to the point that I was not hitting at all never so much so that I have stopped playing this game altogether. I know that part of the game is winning/ losing. But at this point this game has just stopped paying.
I have reached a point that this game is no longer fun.

I really like this game but I’ve noticed no matter how much you have or how long you play you will never hit anything above the minor. I’m sick of hitting the mini & believe no matter what I chose it will always be a mini. I’ve hit the minor but never the major or grand. Besides that this game is awesome

Playing their quest game. Stuck on same level for four days. This level needed 158million won in free spins. However, rarely hit free spins - at one point counted 750 spins before it hit. Then when it does you win no more than 10 million. Sometimes only win 3 or 4 million. Bought coins and bought boosters to see if that would help. It did not. Never seen a game this bad.

I have played for a long time and enjoyed it. That is until I would purchase a coin package but the app would get hung up, I would not receive my purchase. This happened on 4 different occasions so I reported it, I was declined a refund and will NEVER play any game through Apple that requires a purchase. They can review my account see how much I spent on this game, but still deny my refund.

It will no longer open. All I get is a continual “checking for content update”. I’ve deleted and reloaded. Same thing. I’ve got to assume it was the last update.
I can’t give it a one star because I liked it to much. But a two is about the best I can give it.

After new update game won’t open. Hits a certain % and stops then black screen. Great game i play a lot but I am at end of starry and about to collect my bonus but game wont open! Am I going to lose my starry bonus? Help please. Can’t even go to contact us screen. If I lose my30+ billions due to this I will no longer play or spend any money on this game

Started playIng this and at first you could play a reasonable amount of time and wIn. Now the algorithm is set to take all your money quickly so you have to buy if you want to play. You could play in real casino for the prices they want you to pay.
