I have sent several text messages to get assistance with the reasoning why I am unable to get my rewards when I hit 1510Level it went from like 800 and some thing and then I didn’t receive a bonus even still to this day can somebody please contact me and let me know what I need to do to receive the rewards it’s not letting it open after 1510 thank you

I am currently playing level 234 and I find this game exceptional. It achieves a balance between relaxation and challenge perfectly! The graphics are really good although a little too juvenile for my taste. Levels are generally winnable with occasional Help from boosters. This is generally might go to game. Love it!

This game is fun unless you try to use a power up to pass a level then conveniently the game freezes so you not only lose a life but you just wasted your time. 😠😠😠

I really enjoy this game. As a 71 retiree, it is so nice to sit down and play a relaxing game. The reason for 4 stars is the political ads. If I want to watch political ads, I’ll turn on the tv. So I will pause playing this game until the election is over.

This game was fun until I hit a game level (Stage 850) that can’t be won. Basically there is a cookie that is positioned in a way that there’s no way to get it to the bottom of the screen. Deleting the game and no more cash for developer Red Rain from this game or any other of their games.

My favorite go to game. Lots of goodies to earn free. My girlfriend and I continue to play only this game. If you finish a game and get a vertical rectangular ad with no way to continue, don’t fret. I found the cure. Flip up to close the game and then reopen it. The ad is gone and you can continue the game. After you get to 8,650 wins, all requests for boosters will make you watch 30 second videos that I refuse to do. I have accumulated hundreds of boosters and use them when needed and no longer tap on boosters which bring up long videos.

When are you going to update this game ?there is nothing new with it.

Only played a few levels. Got an ad that wanted to play. Hit x. It did not close. It took several times for it to register. Not playing a game that it’s ads wont close. Get a better ad provider. The current one is cancer for your game.

Update: Four months later, there has been no response from customer support and no new levels. I would take the one star away if I could! It takes some nerve of the developers to try to sell coin/power up packages when they offer NO NEW LEVELS, NO UPDATE OF THAT USELESS CAT (which seriously has been idle since Christmas!), NO NOTHING! This developer is the worst, which is sad because it is a fun game. Really, I like the gameplay of this app. However, I contacted customer support with a complaint regarding political ads and I never received a reply. I’m a big believer that customer support can make or break a company/developer because, well, customers are pretty important! It’s a personal thing that I do not purchase from an app if I do not receive the courtesy of a response. If I do receive a helpful or kind response, I tend to spend a lot. There are two issues I have with this game, and both have nothing to do with the gameplay! First and foremost, I do not appreciate political ads being shoved in my face, especially in a game! Developers need to remember that a lot of players have strong political views, that gaming should be entertainment and not politics, and that such ads could turn players off. This developer obviously has a deep well of ads they can draw from; they should do the moral thing and stay away from ads that could anger players, no matter how much money they are getting from them. Secondly, speaking of ads, the option to watch an ad for extra moves, a power up, etc. often does not work. It says that ads are loading but they don’t. Yet there is no problem loading the ads that automatically play after each level... I would be MORE than happy to update this review should I receive a reply from customer support. First, I can’t get past Level 1510. Sometime during game play, it switched from Levels to Stages. Now it won’t let me get back to levels to take advantage of all the Chest and crown points and prizes. Second, I can’t send the developer an email because you have to have a certain mail app to send it. Even after I installed the mail app, it still won’t come up. I like the game but it definitely has a glitch regarding the levels and stages categories. If there is a way to get back to Levels, let me know.

It has enough facets to surprise the player and I don’t feel that you are trying to cheat me. The challenges are fair and I love the characters as they walk, run, wheel and spin through each level. This Candy Bomber game is the best game I’ve played in a very long time. I’m totally addicted to it. I’m playing this when I know I should be up doing something. I never tire of it. Thanks for a fantastically wonderful and enjoyable game.
