Vine a Cancún por 10 días, decidí comprar el pase go Cancun de 7 días para en teoría disfrutar de todos los días, resulta que no todo es ALL INCLUSIVE como lo pintan 1) Desde que llegue traté de sincronizar mi pase comprado y nada que se daba por el hecho que lo compre en expedía, luego de muchos intentos de comunicación me lograron sincronizar el pase con la aplicación go city 2) entró a ver las supuestas 40 actividades y resulta que la mayoría están fuera de servicio y las que están en servicio para poder hacer efectivo mi pase las que requieren reserva se envía correos y resulta que: a) o no contestan los correos las empresas que brindan el servicio b) las que contestan cancelan el servicio por temas operativos sin mayor respuesta 3) hoy siendo el 5to día de estar en Cancún sólo he podido hacer 1 actividad de las supuestas 40 que puedes hacer. Y esta fue la del catamaran, que en teoría es todo incluido y cuando llegue me cobran, impuesto de puerto ( yo estaba claro que debía pagarlo) 10 dólares por un brazalete de bebidas, cuando a otras personas no se lo cobraron, más el transporte carísimo de 15 Dólares a menos de 5 minutos la Marina de mi hotel. 37 dólares adicionales a lo ya pagado en el pase go de 7 días el más caro y supuestamente all inclusive 4) alquiler de un día de auto NUNCA RESPONDIERON, esto no puede ser porque el mal tiempo no impide que te alquilen un carro 5) sesión de fotografías cancelo por mal tiempo no me dicen cuando me reagendan 6) actividades PREMIUM te toca ir hasta allá por tu cuenta y el transporte en taxi es carísimo! Por ende no estoy a gusto con el servicio y no considero que deban vender algo que en verdad no es como lo pintan!

Big waste of time. Also their website is broken, can’t get discount codes offered by them, can’t download app from the website. Hard to find the app in the App Store because they don’t tell you which app to get.

Why would I even see attractions that not only closed (understandable, covid, pandemic), but also those not included into my pass? With this logic you could also include attractions in a dozen of other US cities and just put stupid red cross icon on them, instead of hiding them completely!

We bought a one day pass and made several reservations to use it the next day. One company went ahead and scanned it at the time of reservation, thereby activating it, so when we got to the first attraction we had scheduled the following day, it showed as expired. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful. We would not have bought a $70 pass at 10pm to use on one attraction that would have only been $17. They could see that it had only been “scanned” at one place. They absolutely refused to help us until they received confirmation from the attraction that we had not been there. However, the attraction is question was a ghost tour that was not open at 9am. We spent a ridiculous amount of our limited vacation time calling, three way calling, and basically pleading for help. We finally got ahold of someone at the tour, after burning a considerable amount of our day, to confirm we had not yet used a pass. By this point, we had missed a different reservation. I think the passes are a great plan, but I was very disappointed in the lack of help.

We found out about this last minute and I am so happy we did. We got the Vegas 2 day pass, did nearly everything it had available and in the end added up the cost of everything we did and we saved $438! Can’t recommend this enough. We will absolutely be using it wherever we travel!

Called to tell them the app doesn’t work and they don’t listen. You cant email for help cause it always throws an error saying my email address isn’t valid. Epic fail on your developer team !

Downloaded this app, bought the Explorer pass, put all the attractions in that I wanted to see and use the pass for...linked my pass into the app and it worked perfectly on my 5 day NYC trip! I only used the app each time I needed to gain entry...while walking into a venue I would open it and get it ready to go before scanning and I had all sites scan without any issue. :-)

Why would I even see attractions that not only closed (understandable, covid, pandemic), but also those not included into my pass? With this logic you could also include attractions in a dozen of other US cities and just put stupid red cross icon on them, instead of hiding them completely!
