It’s fun, but it doesn’t pay often, and when it does, then it takes the payouts back- just like a real casino. Lately it hasn’t been giving the extra coins for watching an add. The screen goes dark and you have to log in again.

Took over a year to win big and less than a few days to lose it all playing conservatively. Several times didn’t get coin package paid for. They say it’s a known issue, will forward info to the developers and give you a “credit for the inconvenience”. But it’s nothing compared to what you spent and didn’t get.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their games and got absolutely nothing in return! I understand gambling is chance but every single time is a bit rediculous! They have multiple issues with their games not giving proper credits, not getting tournament credits, along with various other issues I’ve addressed with them and they have ignored me for at least a month! Do not buy games from them because you will experience issues and you will not get a response from them!! If you do, you were warned!! Oh, and I wouldn’t have given a one Star on this rating but it made me put something!! They aren’t worth a half a star!! 😡😡😡

These folks obvious don’t care to response to customers. Love playing these games but, developer don’t seem to response to customers. This game automatically raised my bet and took all my credits, Now to continue playing I would have to buy more credits. What a very disappointing trick to get you to buy credits!!!!

I love this game but I only rate it 2 stars because as soon as you purchase coins you lose it in 10 seconds. Also one of the game suppose to be 50 times (50X) not true that game is not even on board. When you don’t get the coins you purchase they refuse to give it to you they want pictures of the receipt and lots of other stuff which I send to them about 4 times and they keep rejecting it saying to send it again so I just fed up and tell to take a hike. I sill play the game because I love it. Eve thou o lost lots of money.

I enjoy this app because it has a lot of the old school slot classic games to choose from and not all those crazy newer slots with cats, lizards and norse gods, etc. (if you know what I mean)
The biggest problem is with buying credits and customer service. I usually do not buy many credits for these slot apps. I am a Disabled American Veteran who lives on a small monthly pension. So, I don’t have a lot of disposal income to burn through. But, this was a new slot app I was trying and they had a $1.99 deal for 12 million credits. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the credits and thought my purchase didn’t go through, so i tried again & AGAIN! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 12 MILLION CREDITS. Then I come to find out that my 1st purchase did go through as well as my 2nd purchase and NADDA, NO 24 MILLION CREDITS. I emailed the app developers using the contact us info and NADDA! NO RESPONSE, REPLY, CREDITS OR REFUND. Now, I am going to have to contact Itunes and my credit card company and request a charge back since I wasn’t able to find any relief through the normal avenues with the apps customer service developers. It’s a shame that it has to come to this. :( So, be aware when purchasing credits and/or finding any help/relief from the apps developers!!

The games are enjoyable and does have a “real world feel”; however, there are way too many videos. Anytime I’m switching from one machine to another...a video pops up, or if I close out a game....a video pops up. Literally at every turn a video pops up. I understand it’s a free app but I’m not subject to half as many forced videos on any other free app I’ve downloaded. Secondly, when I volunteer to watch a video mainly for the coin credits...I have about a 50/50 chance of actually receiving the credits. I’ve watched several without receiving the promised credit. This alone would deter me for ever paying for anything (as the previous reviewer said, he paid and never received any credits nor a response/refund from the developer). Thirdly, when I click on my inbox to read messages, it doesn’t open. I’ll check both the upper right and the bottom left....it will give me a swirly bar showing it’s doing something but inevitably nothing pops up. Overall the app is enjoyable but I wouldn’t set expectations too high and certainly never make any purchases with real money.

So it’s just barely OK. I installed it and when I opened the App, it offers me 3 million credits, one time chance, for $1.99. I thought I would do it. I approved the $1.99. I wish I had my $1.99 back. It only lets you play certain games until you get to higher levels. Really? I hate that. The first game I played, I was betting 1,000 credits. Then, after some time, it secretly increased my bet to 10,000. I guess they want to sell more credits and get another $1.99. It increased my bet twice while I played the game. That’s total BS. Can you imagine what would happen if a casino did that? Another criticism is the sounds aren’t quite right. I play this as a substitute to the casino. I tried to exit the game and choose another slot machine type. When I did, it asked for a review. I tried but when I selected 2 stars, it wouldn’t let me submit it. LOL. I guess they only want to hear good things. Overall, I don’t care for it. It cost me $1.99 so I think of it as a fee I paid to help others avoid the game. Save your money, save your time. I’m deleting the app and I guess I am deleting my $1.99.

Love the games. Big problem getting credits that you pay for. Sometimes you receive them minutes later, sometimes not at all even though the charges go through. I’ve written to the company about it. They want pictures of the receipts, your player level, yada,yada,yada. Jump through hoops and NEVER hear from them and never resolve the situation. The game has taken my money quite a few times. They know that the app has bugs, they have not fixed them and apparently won’t. No more chances for them to do right by me. Adios.
Writing again to tell you that you are asking customers to send screen shots of receipts. I’ve done that to no avail. You should be able to fix the glitches but you do not. You are stealing! It’s total bull that we have to go through “proving to you that you have taken our money and not received credits”!!! Fix your app or get out of the business.

This is the 4th time I have bought their coin deal for $4.99 and even though it says my purchase was successful I never receive the coins. I love the app. Great variety and great graphics. The gameplay is smooth, but that’s where great ends. I purchased the coin deal twice in a row tonight because the first transaction did not deliver my coins. I figured I’d resend the transaction because there must have been a glitch. There’s a glitch alright and it’s in the developers favor. They got $9.98 from me and I got nothing. This happened about a month ago to me and since the transactions sit in pending for a bit I forgot about it, so they got my $4.99 back then. I play so many slot games that it’s hard to keep track, but I won’t forget this time and I will be disputing the charge with Apple. There coins are expensive to start with and then to have the nerve to not give the players what they paid for is wrong. It’s a shame because I really liked the slots but this one will be DELETED FOREVER!!! I am sick of being ripped off.

After making significant progress on any particular day, randomly get (without cause) a “lost connection“ pop up that results in losing my multiplier value that I worked so hard for. Have left MULTIPLE messages on the app but no fixes. Will be quitting this app. Total waste of time!
I did leave a message on CONTACT US tab several times in the app and now I’m completely locked out of the game!!! Cannot get the game to load at all! All this after working really hard to reach 10x multiplier. Too frustrating. This app seems not only unreliable but also plagued with too many other player complaints to play any longer. Purchased 2 coin packs which said went through and 'you're all set'. Did not receive coins but were charged. Hopefully it's a small glitch you can remedy quickly. I enjoy your game and have purchased coins in the past with no problems. I would hate to delete your game over something like this. Beware!! I love the old fashion single line games, but do NOT purchase any of their “Special” offers for more playing points. I purchased, what would have been a great deal, 32,000,000 playing points for $2.99. I never got the points, so I checked my bank account thinking the transaction didn’t go through, even though it said “Complete-good to go”. My bank account showed the transaction went through not once but 3 times. I contacted the game through the Contact Us on the drop down menu in upper right corner of the game. I never received a response back from them. So I called my bank & they removed 2 of the charges, since I actually purchased the first one even though I never received the points. So Purchase at your own RISK!!! Be FOREWARNED!!!

I went to buy credits, looks like purchase went through, then no credits. You think it is cancelled so you try again and again. Next thing you know you get charged 5 times with no credits. This I Hope is a bug and not a scam, but see others saying same thing. We should be refunded.
You told me to reply to you through the app, but clicking the contact us it says no email setup, no option to add email. I synced my Facebook yet still nothing meanwhile lost another 5 dollars in credits. I see a lot of these post just like mine. You have a bug in your purchase a software. I have now lost a total of $20. The question is since you haven’t fixed it yet with all these complaints, are you doing this on purpose?

Buyer beware, the games are fun and the deals are cheap until you go and purchase them then you do not get your credits that you purchased credited to your account. At first it appears the order didn’t go through but you get an ok your order is set, but nothing. Do not bother contacting customer support they are ghosts. No response nothing. This app would a 5 star rating if they bothered to actually take care of their customers. If you want to pay off the free credits it’s an ok app. My suggestion is if you want to continue to attract people to your app get your act together and fix your customer service response as well as actually crediting your customers, thieves.

Too frequently I get booted off after winning. When I log back on my winnings are gone. I attempted to contact them but could not send my message, I presume because I was playing as a guest.
Thank you for replying to my issue. If I could do this by using the contact button I would. I typed alot of information and then discovered the send button was not lit up so I used the rate us button here. Nothing has changed. We, my wife and I both play and have the same issues. We win and in the middle of collecting our winnings we get booted off. It happens more often than not. Sometimes we get our winnings sometimes we do not. It is very frustrating. They have multiple issues with their games not giving proper credits, not getting tournament credits, along with various other issues I’ve addressed with them and they have ignored me for at least a month! This company needs to fix their processing errors....be cautious and watch to make sure you have credits deposited that you pay for!!! Have contacted them multiple times and went thru my card purchases to find over 10 errors!!! Very fun games, lots to choose from but I have had many purchases go thru my account which I have paid for but the credits never appear for me to use on playing the games plus then my player status isn’t updated. Very frustrating because when you make a purchase you have actually paid for something but yet can’t use what you paid for - the credits to play the games!!

Enjoy the sounds of the slots. Several of the games pay out coins better than others but that’s gambling. Sometimes I watch the videos to earn extra coins but no extra are added. This has happened on many occasions, however, it’s really not an issue for me. I just enjoy pressing the buttons!

I for the second time with 6-8 months apart made a purchase. The money was taken out of my account and I never received my coins. I got a response to sent a picture of my purchase and I did. And I sent pictures of the “Special Deal” that I purchased. After a couple emails I sent my purchase verification and once again, silence. They do not fix the problem. Ever. It is a complete scam because this happens to so many people and they have not fixed it after several months.

I would bet that all the positive reviews are from friends and family members of the developers of this app! Don’t expect any large hits, every time you spin and get two of anything worthwhile, the last will be off by one, either above or below the pay line. They act as though they are paying out real money, but then expect you to pay real money to buy chips, that you’re going to lose in very short order. Don’t let them fool you, there are no “big wins”, they lie. They will say that it’s their algorithm, but they are programmed with set parameters, so don’t let them kid you.

I play on thinking maybe there’s a delay and I run out of money so I then try it again....and nothing ever gets credited!! So I tried purchasing a different amount, $100. Nothing again. These folks obvious don’t care to response to customers. Love playing these games but, developer don’t seem to response to customers. This game automatically raised my bet and took all my credits, Now to continue playing I would have to buy more credits. What a very disappointing trick to get you to buy credits!!!!
Still doing the same thing guess there’s and increase number of players doing the pandemic and you don’t hVe time to fix problems.

I purchd some credits also. They billed me and never delivered. No response to any emails. Their slots malfunction within the software right after u make a purchase, so the reels keep turning to use any remaining credits u have(and NO-I never use the automated betting feature.). Had to turn my phone off to try and stop it from auto spinning, and when I went back into the app, all my credits were gone! I had purchased $120 worth right before the app crashed, so I checked my credit card and they did get paid! No response from customer service-thugs!

I really loved the games and like most casino games went up and down in winnings. BUT I did not receive several tournament payouts and wrote them about it. Also I paid for some chips and never received them either. Took my payment then froze. I’ve written them a couple of times and still nothing. Either they have computer glitches to work out or they are just not paying out. I just hate that I’ve written repeatedly and no response at all. Guess it’s time to move on....

The slots are the most realistic versus most other apps but, I’m tired of making a purchase and being charged and not receiving chips. This forces you to dispute the charges. It occurs frequently. Lately, my request to clear disputes and reimbursement my credit card have been denied. That’s just stealing! Despicable! Apple is no help and told me to contact the developer who NOW wants to credit me with chips. That’s no help as I already deleted the app because they are that bad to deal with. Money down the drain. I actually like playing this app, but when I attempted to purchase additional coins, it would say that the purchase is complete, but I wouldn’t receive the credit so I assumed it didn’t go through. I did this three times and still nothing. But then I got notification from my card that I had spent close to $30! But did I see $30 worth of credit? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! There is a bonus multiplier that you earn by spinning a lot, going from 1x to 30x the quarterly, hourly, and daily bonuses. It takes All Day to get to the 30x multiplier, and when I exit the slot game I am playing to get my quarterly bonus, the multiplier reverts back to the previous multiplier. It can take a couple more hours to get back to the higher multiplier. That is a rip off and Even though I’m home self isolating, I will find another game to play and will no longer play this game and therefore not buy any more credits.

THEN I counted 34 spins before I won a measly cherry. After that, I shut the game off as they have this well controlled. This game is a lot of fun and gives you the experience of older slots. The biggest complaint I have is that there are way too many ads! I understand you have to make money to keep it going but then provide an option to pay to remove ads. It is extremely annoying to have an ad run every time you close out of a slot and there is no way to skip it.

The games are pretty loose and you hit quite a few large payouts but the tournament needs work, in the evenings the tournament count lags up to 15 minutes, I’ve also won a few tournaments and never got the prize chips..

It’s fun, but it doesn’t pay often, and when it does, then it takes the payouts back- just like a real casino. Lately it hasn’t been giving the extra coins for watching an add. The screen goes dark and you have to log in again.

Took over a year to win big and less than a few days to lose it all playing conservatively. Several times didn’t get coin package paid for. They say it’s a known issue, will forward info to the developers and give you a “credit for the inconvenience”. But it’s nothing compared to what you spent and didn’t get.

They have multiple issues with their games not giving proper credits, not getting tournament credits, along with various other issues I’ve addressed with them and they have ignored me for at least a month! Do not buy games from them because you will experience issues and you will not get a response from them!! If you do, you were warned!! I love this game but I only rate it 2 stars because as soon as you purchase coins you lose it in 10 seconds. Also one of the game suppose to be 50 times (50X) not true that game is not even on board. When you don’t get the coins you purchase they refuse to give it to you they want pictures of the receipt and lots of other stuff which I send to them about 4 times and they keep rejecting it saying to send it again so I just fed up and tell to take a hike. I enjoy this app because it has a lot of the old school slot classic games to choose from and not all those crazy newer slots with cats, lizards and norse gods, etc. (if you know what I mean)
The biggest problem is with buying credits and customer service. I usually do not buy many credits for these slot apps. I am a Disabled American Veteran who lives on a small monthly pension. So, I don’t have a lot of disposal income to burn through. But, this was a new slot app I was trying and they had a $1.99 deal for 12 million credits. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the credits and thought my purchase didn’t go through, so i tried again & AGAIN! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 12 MILLION CREDITS. Then I come to find out that my 1st purchase did go through as well as my 2nd purchase and NADDA, NO 24 MILLION CREDITS. I emailed the app developers using the contact us info and NADDA! NO RESPONSE, REPLY, CREDITS OR REFUND. Now, I am going to have to contact Itunes and my credit card company and request a charge back since I wasn’t able to find any relief through the normal avenues with the apps customer service developers. It’s a shame that it has to come to this. :( So, be aware when purchasing credits and/or finding any help/relief from the apps developers!!

The games are enjoyable and does have a “real world feel”; however, there are way too many videos. Anytime I’m switching from one machine to another...a video pops up, or if I close out a game....a video pops up. Literally at every turn a video pops up. I understand it’s a free app but I’m not subject to half as many forced videos on any other free app I’ve downloaded. Secondly, when I volunteer to watch a video mainly for the coin credits...I have about a 50/50 chance of actually receiving the credits. I’ve watched several without receiving the promised credit. This alone would deter me for ever paying for anything (as the previous reviewer said, he paid and never received any credits nor a response/refund from the developer). Thirdly, when I click on my inbox to read messages, it doesn’t open. I’ll check both the upper right and the bottom left....it will give me a swirly bar showing it’s doing something but inevitably nothing pops up. Overall the app is enjoyable but I wouldn’t set expectations too high and certainly never make any purchases with real money.

So it’s just barely OK. I installed it and when I opened the App, it offers me 3 million credits, one time chance, for $1.99. I thought I would do it. I approved the $1.99. I wish I had my $1.99 back. It only lets you play certain games until you get to higher levels. Really? I hate that. The first game I played, I was betting 1,000 credits. Then, after some time, it secretly increased my bet to 10,000. I guess they want to sell more credits and get another $1.99. It increased my bet twice while I played the game. That’s total BS. Can you imagine what would happen if a casino did that? Another criticism is the sounds aren’t quite right. I play this as a substitute to the casino. I tried to exit the game and choose another slot machine type. When I did, it asked for a review. I tried but when I selected 2 stars, it wouldn’t let me submit it. LOL. I guess they only want to hear good things. Overall, I don’t care for it. It cost me $1.99 so I think of it as a fee I paid to help others avoid the game. Save your money, save your time. I’m deleting the app and I guess I am deleting my $1.99.

Love the games. Big problem getting credits that you pay for. Sometimes you receive them minutes later, sometimes not at all even though the charges go through. I’ve written to the company about it. They want pictures of the receipts, your player level, yada,yada,yada. Jump through hoops and NEVER hear from them and never resolve the situation. The game has taken my money quite a few times. They know that the app has bugs, they have not fixed them and apparently won’t. No more chances for them to do right by me. Adios.

This is the 4th time I have bought their coin deal for $4.99 and even though it says my purchase was successful I never receive the coins. I love the app. Great variety and great graphics. The gameplay is smooth, but that’s where great ends. I purchased the coin deal twice in a row tonight because the first transaction did not deliver my coins. I figured I’d resend the transaction because there must have been a glitch. There’s a glitch alright and it’s in the developers favor. They got $9.98 from me and I got nothing. This happened about a month ago to me and since the transactions sit in pending for a bit I forgot about it, so they got my $4.99 back then. I play so many slot games that it’s hard to keep track, but I won’t forget this time and I will be disputing the charge with Apple. There coins are expensive to start with and then to have the nerve to not give the players what they paid for is wrong. After making significant progress on any particular day, randomly get (without cause) a “lost connection“ pop up that results in losing my multiplier value that I worked so hard for. Have left MULTIPLE messages on the app but no fixes. Will be quitting this app. Total waste of time!
I did leave a message on CONTACT US tab several times in the app and now I’m completely locked out of the game!!! Cannot get the game to load at all! Beware!! I love the old fashion single line games, but do NOT purchase any of their “Special” offers for more playing points. I purchased, what would have been a great deal, 32,000,000 playing points for $2.99. I never got the points, so I checked my bank account thinking the transaction didn’t go through, even though it said “Complete-good to go”. My bank account showed the transaction went through not once but 3 times. I contacted the game through the Contact Us on the drop down menu in upper right corner of the game. I never received a response back from them. So I called my bank & they removed 2 of the charges, since I actually purchased the first one even though I never received the points. I went to buy credits, looks like purchase went through, then no credits. You think it is cancelled so you try again and again. Next thing you know you get charged 5 times with no credits. This I Hope is a bug and not a scam, but see others saying same thing. We should be refunded.
You told me to reply to you through the app, but clicking the contact us it says no email setup, no option to add email. I synced my Facebook yet still nothing meanwhile lost another 5 dollars in credits. I see a lot of these post just like mine. You have a bug in your purchase a software. Buyer beware, the games are fun and the deals are cheap until you go and purchase them then you do not get your credits that you purchased credited to your account. At first it appears the order didn’t go through but you get an ok your order is set, but nothing. Do not bother contacting customer support they are ghosts. No response nothing. This app would a 5 star rating if they bothered to actually take care of their customers. If you want to pay off the free credits it’s an ok app. My suggestion is if you want to continue to attract people to your app get your act together and fix your customer service response as well as actually crediting your customers, thieves.

I love to win and have a great time and that was always me being away from home and being at the casino winning or loosing but also missing out on my children and putting in miles on my car I now with this app be at home while I’m being a wife/mother no money loss but lots of fun and more time for my family I feel like I’m a lil girl playing packman or zega I’m a late 80’s baby and I miss having real fun ! Too frequently I get booted off after winning. When I log back on my winnings are gone. I attempted to contact them but could not send my message, I presume because I was playing as a guest.
Thank you for replying to my issue. If I could do this by using the contact button I would. I typed alot of information and then discovered the send button was not lit up so I used the rate us button here. Nothing has changed. We, my wife and I both play and have the same issues. We win and in the middle of collecting our winnings we get booted off. It happens more often than not. Sometimes we get our winnings sometimes we do not. It is very frustrating. If it continues we will delete this app.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their games and got absolutely nothing in return! I understand gambling is chance but every single time is a bit rediculous! They have multiple issues with their games not giving proper credits, not getting tournament credits, along with various other issues I’ve addressed with them and they have ignored me for at least a month! Do not buy games from them because you will experience issues and you will not get a response from them!! If you do, you were warned!! Oh, and I wouldn’t have given a one Star on this rating but it made me put something!! They aren’t worth a half a star!! 😡😡😡

This company needs to fix their processing errors....be cautious and watch to make sure you have credits deposited that you pay for!!! Have contacted them multiple times and went thru my card purchases to find over 10 errors!!! Very fun games, lots to choose from but I have had many purchases go thru my account which I have paid for but the credits never appear for me to use on playing the games plus then my player status isn’t updated. Very frustrating because when you make a purchase you have actually paid for something but yet can’t use what you paid for - the credits to play the games!!

Enjoy the sounds of the slots. Several of the games pay out coins better than others but that’s gambling. Sometimes I watch the videos to earn extra coins but no extra are added. This has happened on many occasions, however, it’s really not an issue for me. I just enjoy pressing the buttons!

I for the second time with 6-8 months apart made a purchase. The money was taken out of my account and I never received my coins. I got a response to sent a picture of my purchase and I did. And I sent pictures of the “Special Deal” that I purchased. After a couple emails I sent my purchase verification and once again, silence. They do not fix the problem. Ever. It is a complete scam because this happens to so many people and they have not fixed it after several months.
Your response means nothing. I already sent all of the information. And now the emails have stopped.

I would bet that all the positive reviews are from friends and family members of the developers of this app! Don’t expect any large hits, every time you spin and get two of anything worthwhile, the last will be off by one, either above or below the pay line. They act as though they are paying out real money, but then expect you to pay real money to buy chips, that you’re going to lose in very short order. Don’t let them fool you, there are no “big wins”, they lie. They will say that it’s their algorithm, but they are programmed with set parameters, so don’t let them kid you.

$150 that’s what they took from me. I tried to purchase some credit. It went through and says your all set. It goes back to the game and my credits are not there. I play on thinking maybe there’s a delay and I run out of money so I then try it again....and nothing ever gets credited!! So I tried purchasing a different amount, $100. Nothing again. Only to later receive an email saying I’ve been charged for each transaction but never got any credits. I’ve tried numerous tues to contact and have got no response back. Hopefully hear something soon.

Love to play these slots. They are addictive and once I start to play, I can’t stop. I switch between machines to see the bonuses and what they pay out. Although machines should pay out the jackpot once in a while since we are not in a real casino and we do pay real money to get more coins if we run low on money.

I love playing the game! It ‘s like being at the casino! Recently though I cannot get the game to load. It doesn’t load past 20%. I have contacted support but no one has responded to my email. These folks obvious don’t care to response to customers. Love playing these games but, developer don’t seem to response to customers. This game automatically raised my bet and took all my credits, Now to continue playing I would have to buy more credits. What a very disappointing trick to get you to buy credits!!!!
Still doing the same thing guess there’s and increase number of players doing the pandemic and you don’t hVe time to fix problems.

I purchd some credits also. They billed me and never delivered. No response to any emails. Their slots malfunction within the software right after u make a purchase, so the reels keep turning to use any remaining credits u have(and NO-I never use the automated betting feature.). Had to turn my phone off to try and stop it from auto spinning, and when I went back into the app, all my credits were gone! I had purchased $120 worth right before the app crashed, so I checked my credit card and they did get paid! No response from customer service-thugs!

I really loved the games and like most casino games went up and down in winnings. BUT I did not receive several tournament payouts and wrote them about it. Also I paid for some chips and never received them either. Took my payment then froze. I’ve written them a couple of times and still nothing. Either they have computer glitches to work out or they are just not paying out. I just hate that I’ve written repeatedly and no response at all. Guess it’s time to move on....

The slots are the most realistic versus most other apps but, I’m tired of making a purchase and being charged and not receiving chips. This forces you to dispute the charges. It occurs frequently. Lately, my request to clear disputes and reimbursement my credit card have been denied. That’s just stealing! Despicable! Apple is no help and told me to contact the developer who NOW wants to credit me with chips. That’s no help as I already deleted the app because they are that bad to deal with. Money down the drain. Awful!!!

I actually like playing this app, but when I attempted to purchase additional coins, it would say that the purchase is complete, but I wouldn’t receive the credit so I assumed it didn’t go through. I did this three times and still nothing. But then I got notification from my card that I had spent close to $30! But did I see $30 worth of credit? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Just be very cautious with purchasing coins from this app. That’s my only negative thing because I like playing the slots available.

There is a bonus multiplier that you earn by spinning a lot, going from 1x to 30x the quarterly, hourly, and daily bonuses. It takes All Day to get to the 30x multiplier, and when I exit the slot game I am playing to get my quarterly bonus, the multiplier reverts back to the previous multiplier. It can take a couple more hours to get back to the higher multiplier. That is a rip off and Even though I’m home self isolating, I will find another game to play and will no longer play this game and therefore not buy any more credits.

The game was fun at first. I bought in app purchases and never received them. I thought maybe it didn’t go through. So I bought several times. I was charged every time but did not receive my credits. Total rip off. Do not purchase anything from this developer. You might get your purchase 50% of the time if you’re lucky. Otherwise you’re just throwing money away. I’m going to delete the app if I don’t hear anything back. Really disappointed. Waste of money. - stars in my opinion. Garbage. Trash. Total sh¡t.

I didn’t read the reviews first. I tried to buy $99 package, I didn’t receive the coins. Confused, I tried it again thinking the first hadn’t gone through. Of course, the second $99 package did not produce the coins. I sent an email to the company through the contact us link. No reply and no coins. So now I’m out $200 without any coins. I’ve played slots for years and I’ve never ever had this problem. This is sad because I really liked the slot machines. DO NOT buy anything from this website.

For the third time in the past week my $4.99 purchase did not work. I sent a claim to Apple last week for TWO back to back $4.99 purchases. Claim was denied......grrrrrr
Tonight it has happened a third time. When I click on the pig the blue circle spins and spins but does not let me break the pink pig for my coins. The app takes my payment but doesn’t break open to credit the coins purchased Over $15 wasted on a ripoff app.

This game could be more fun IF they let you win more than they allow. If you won more you would play more. I won a pretty fair amount and was having fun. THEN I counted 34 spins before I won a measly cherry. After that, I shut the game off as they have this well controlled. The machines are fun as they have a good variety but they need to not be so tight with their winnings.

I Luv the old school slots & all the variety but you should think about letting people win once in awhile! That’s the reason I delete them cause who wants to keep playing & NEVER win. And you definitely don’t ever win the jackpots! Every time I get “watch a movie X2) it shuts down or right before I’m supposed to win something it shuts down. This suxs!! I can’t play for 10 minutes & it’s already has shut down 5 times. Do some maintenance or get rid of it.

Like the game but the add with the women asking the Trump look alike if he wants a private dance and then shows her n her knees is not appropriate. Wouldn’t be appropriate non matter who the guy was supposed to be. Please remove it.
Also the add with the back of the bill showing - they both are advertising the same thing which I have no idea what that is so add not very effective don’t know what they are pitching.

3 times I was charged separate transactions for the 3 times I attempted to buy coins and NEVER received the coins for the package deal I tried to purchase 3 times ( within couple minutes) I was charged each time $2.99 but never received the coins for any of the purchases. This game is a lot of fun and gives you the experience of older slots. The biggest complaint I have is that there are way too many ads! I understand you have to make money to keep it going but then provide an option to pay to remove ads. It is extremely annoying to have an ad run every time you close out of a slot and there is no way to skip it.

Unfortunately I deleted my receipt. I just won’t do anymore purchases. Also when you join a tournament it takes a long time for it to calculate.

The games are pretty loose and you hit quite a few large payouts but the tournament needs work, in the evenings the tournament count lags up to 15 minutes, I’ve also won a few tournaments and never got the prize chips..

I made a purchase for coins and it didn’t give me the coins so I thought there was a glitch so I tried a couple more times and it finally gave me the coins - but then checked my bank account and they charged me for all 4!!! I’ve tried emailing them and contacting them 6 times and no one will get back to me - but they either owe the coins or a refund and they won’t respond - worst slot app I’ve ever dealt with!! Don’t waste your time!!
