Software glitch (or maybe on purpose?) takes money away from you every time you collect the daily bonus. Do Not spend any of your money on this. Also when you win big jackpots it will often run an ad and then stop working in the middle of it and you will not get your winnings.

I have played these games for a good while and they were fun. But then recently they stop paying on the features the three scatters would show up but you wouldn’t get the free spins or the links. I have written the developer many times and got no response and no satisfaction I have lost billions and billions of callings just because the games wouldn’t pay off on the features. It looks like these people decided to steal from us to make more money. I could only recommend this game if you want to get poor very quickly.

The reason why I’m giving you two stars, is because I play other games and every time I’ve played them and gotten a bonus the game freezes up. I can’t go to the bonus round , or receive any of the coins from the bonus game. Since last Saturday, 10/31/2020 Ultimate Slots has severely underpaid the weekly bonuses. I completed my daily tasks, 40-50% of my bets were max at level 4000+, and I was paid at the end of the week around 180 Billion in coin bonus, which is extremely low. Over the last several weeks and months when completing the same daily missions (please look into my play pattern) I was paid on average 20+ trillion at the end of the week. Today, my Wednesday midweek bonus was only 20 billion when over the last several weeks and months my midweek bonus after completing daily tasks was around 2-4 trillion. Please fix this issue and reward me the coin bonuses I’m owed. I’ve been playing this game daily for over a year and would like to continue, but this will be my last week if the payout issue isn’t resolved.
I currently have over 125 Trillion in winnings and based on your payout algorithm there is no way I can achieve this number unless I’m paid in the Trillions by completing daily missions with max bets and high level advancing.
If I lose 6-8 trillion in bets during the seven day daily mission period: How do you explain paying out 180 Billion as your end of week completed task bonus? Please fix! Thank you.

First off, I had this app for well over a year, was at level 300-something, had 7 BILLION points, and neither my level nor my points transferred with the app to my new phone. 😡 Tried to play but every night the app would lose every bit of progress. Deleted it, reinstalled, and am now up to level 23. Out of the 4 games available to play, 2 of them won free games and their screens FROZE. The other 2 games play fine. I will not be downloading this app a 3rd time. I’m done.

I play, like most to pass time. Like the games, but the POP UP ADs are way too much! I play silently so as not to disturb people around me. UP comes the pop up and the sound goes thru the roof. Doesn’t matter your silent setting... even with my phone muted, that AD will be heard.
Bottom line..I can’t have that. Silence must be silent 100% of the time. For that reason, I am going to have to not play, or if I do, know that no one will hear me. Wish you could fix this.

I just upgraded to an iPhone 11 Max pro and all the games freeze on free spins. Contacted by email at least 8 times through the app and also posted a not to the developers with no response. 1 game isn’t even showing up to play and another game loads but nothing is displayed but blank columns. I don’t typically write bad reviews as I like to give everyone a chance to respond but this has been going on for weeks. Also lost my daily mission vip status when I moved to the new phone. Guess the developers aren’t keeping up with the new iPhone technology. I’ve spent my share of money on this game but no more.

Games had issues for months. Kept getting to the bonus and it would freeze up. Most of your money is won during bonus. Lost all my money I’ve had for years in two weeks. Emailed customer service everyday and the only reply was we are working on it. No intentions of helping get back what was lost.

I play this game on two devices. I’ve played for about 5 months now and still have not hit the top payout once . I collect at least twice a day on each device the lucky dice feature I’m starting to think it’s a fake symbol on the dice ! The ultimate card feature also seams impossible to complete . I’ve played billions of points between my two devices only to end up with 132 out of 180 on one device and the other device 137 out of 180 . Where is the fun? I thought that’s what this was all about. But you are just trying to get rich and I can’t blame you. I’ve played this game for about 2 months now paid around $35 for this game since I got it and no matter what it never let’s you really win and when you do it’s no where near what you betting only the stars that levels up goes up at .01% which is not a lot.. it takes forever to gain levels and less you buy boosts and I don’t have all the money in the world so just be careful it’s a cool game but you can’t even unlock the next level and it takes you forever to get there

This app is fun to play. You definitely get the opportunity to earn extra coins. Two draw backs: the levels are too long. I get bored after awhile trying to get to the next game. The second is the ads popping up in the midst of a big win. Can’t the ads wait until I finish enjoying my win? I mean come on. I played this slot game religiously for a long, long time. Then one day all of my coins were gone. I have tried repeatedly to get some help from the builders of the game to no avail. So I bucked up and started from scratch. Now several of the games are not functioning properly. If I get a free spin on fortune game it just totally locks up and won’t spin. I can exit and go to another game but if I come back to it, it’s just sitting there with the three icons for a free spin flashing. One of the other games does something similar. Anyway, very disappointed.

Started small then when I won big it froze up. Just like the rest of the games on here if you don’t pay to play they will lock you out. This has become one of my most favorite slot games. You win you lose. The thing is it’s not like other slot games where they give you, points, tokens, money, whatever you want to call it and than by the fifth or sixth game they take it all away. This game rewards you every few hours. You might lose, lose, and lose some more, than all the sudden you’re sitting in the drivers seat with a big win that might let you play all week. I give this game a big 5 star rating.

I am home bound and these games help me to pass the time and I am on a fixed income. I have played this game so many times I can tell what is going to happen before it spins. If that’s not control I don't know what is. I wish I knew what your goal was for the ones who play your game is. We hardly ever get big wins in this game. Then if I get some you take it right away. I hope I am not the only ons who has this problem. Of all the games I have played this is the best I’ve played except for the manipulation of the pay outs on the spins. If you can count how many times that I have played this game or logged into It you would know what I mean. I have had this app for quite sometime so I’m going to make it short and sweet three things that I have issues with this app 1. It is so hard to get ahold or even get a email back to the developer yes I have used a couple curse words but who wouldn’t(people that have had this game will understand)especially when the developer or developers take forever to email you back and when they do they make it sound lik your the reason the application isnt working 2. I have spent my boyfriends hard earn checks on this(which he knew about)game for the developers to just allow this application to take away everything and make you start all over especially if you haven’t played the app for a while and that leads me to 3. I feel like I’m owed or we’re owed(i you speak for people in this same predicament as me)some compensation for all the money I spent because I had two accounts and on both accounts I’ve had to start over so after this review I’m uninstalling app for good. This app might have a few fun games, but don’t give it any money. They will literally just take it and not give you the upgrade your money was supposed to buy. I’ve reported this app and gotten a refund from the Apple store, but they are still doing the same thing. Also, if they respond to my post and say they’ll resolve my issue if I contact them in app, that is a lie (I’ve tried multiple times). Just save your money for a game that doesn’t steal it from you
UPDATE: They responded by saying I needed to send recipients, I did. They did nothing. Then they had the nerve to take my status down again. The status progress bar says I have 5800 until I reach the next status of 500. Literal theft. DO NOT GIVE THIS APP MONEY!!!! Also, if you report the app and request a refund over not getting your purchase, Apple will refund you. If enough people do this, maybe they’ll finally hold them accountable for their theft and dishonesty.

There are so many little things I had liked about the app that made it preferable to others, except limited games. I used to play everyday after work to unwind. The slots now don’t respond quickly to spin and stop, the games are “the same” just slower and more frustrating and the guidelines/ jackpots have changed quite a bit. Don’t really enjoy this “new version.” -3/1
Just tried it again. The game now takes out bet amounts before I push “spin.” Then retakes them when I do push the button (it’s not just anticipating I’m going to spin again but literally steals). Those who weren’t paying attention before, pay close attention now. -3/9
One thing to have a crappy new “upgrade,” another to have a “glitch” (yeah right) that steals the coins so you have to buy more and trust me I’ve purchased plenty when I enjoyed the game. Good luck gamers.

The games were good BUT,, I've had issues since being on about being booted more times than I can remember. I even bought a boost which it had no problem taking money. But in my mailbox I have a ton of chips which I cannot use because when I press collect I get booted. You also cannot play whatever I wish, the game decides for you as it depends on how many chips one has or when I try to adjust that I get booted. Even when I go to change games I get booted again. I contacted customer support & they reach out to me ONCE. I've written in to find out any updates, and zero response. This is why it's a weak1 rating. With chips in mailbox for weeks & unable to get them I’ve deleted app & reinstalled it, issues still happen AND I lost everything, level I was in as well as well over 90 billion in chips in mailbox. Disappointed!

I really like “ultimate slots” the pay outs are good will til you get higher up in levels then it doesn’t pay as good, I like the daily challenges.
But lately when the I think it’s the hourly free coins you get will I haven’t been able to get them will I do till i get to the 4th level an it says needs to download please wait okay I have been waiting now for 4 days an this is the 3rd time I have deleted the game an download again an same thing can’t get the free coins an I was like okay no big deal but it seems like if you don’t receive the coins I can’t do the daily challenge it’s so crazy!

I play this game on two devices. I’ve played for about 5 months now and still have not hit the top payout once . I collect at least twice a day on each device the lucky dice feature I’m starting to think it’s a fake symbol on the dice ! The ultimate card feature also seams impossible to complete . I’ve played billions of points between my two devices only to end up with 132 out of 180 on one device and the other device 137 out of 180 . Lightning rods: Why not take off all of the numbers on the wheel except the 5? That is the only thing the wheel lands on. I have played a long time with a lot of coins, which you can check, and when I get in the bonus, I know it will be a 5. When I get that 5 now, I just quit. You can get 5 in your normal spins. Need to make it a little more exciting by maybe getting more lightning strikes either in bonus spin or while regular spin. Especially, if you are playing 30 million a spin. Like all the others, you win at first and then lose it all. Don’t win much on single hits so you have to rely on free spins and bonuses to keep playing and they appear less and less as you progress. “Big Wins” are rare and what they consider “Big” is not “Big” at all! Bet high and you can spin 200 times and more without hitting a bonus or free spins so you lose everything. Slots are a variation of the same 3 games so really no variety which can get boring and ads are SO annoying! They pop up during the game, if you go to another slot, collect daily bonus, etc. Not short ads either!

I thought there were problems before, bit the new updates really takes the joy out of playing. On most of the games you now have to get six of the bonus symbols. It was 5. On lightning hits they’ve added nothing but cherries and bells. Before you had a chance to get at least the sevens sometimes. I will say the problem of stealing you last spin winnings seems to be corrected. And what’s with this messaging crap naming jackpot winners in games that do not exist in this selection of games offered. I checked the updates in the App Store and none of these games are listed. What the heck! Another ploy. Shame on you.

I just upgraded to an iPhone 11 Max pro and all the games freeze on free spins. Contacted by email at least 8 times through the app and also posted a not to the developers with no response. 1 game isn’t even showing up to play and another game loads but nothing is displayed but blank columns. I don’t typically write bad reviews as I like to give everyone a chance to respond but this has been going on for weeks. Also lost my daily mission vip status when I moved to the new phone. Guess the developers aren’t keeping up with the new iPhone technology. I’ve spent my share of money on this game but no more.

Five of a kind doesnt catch all of the five of a kinds even in the right sequence. Frustrating. Wont spend money to play anymore. Three billion dollars and only three bonus spins? This has to be the wrost slot that I have ever played. When you get into the upper levels there is no chance of playing. It makes sure that you do not get bonuses and if you do get one it makes dam sure walkyou do not win on them. When I finally got one there was not one point given in the free spins. But it did give me a screw you points after all the free spins were done of just barely above my bet. It’s annoying that I have to repeatedly exit out of ads every few minutes and sometimes more than once. Then on top of that, I have sit there for 30 seconds watching an ad that I can’t exit out of and then have to wait another 10-15 seconds before it give me an option to close or it opens up the App Store WHRNNI AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPIN. Some games were ok. However unless you bet Max Bet every single time you don't advance much. Games also tease when you get a large amount of “winning” coins. The games will bleed you try. No more free spins. No more bonus spins. Then if you make lowest possible bets. The percentages also drops and you end up having to spin/bet longer to advance just 1%. The more real money you spend to get “tokens” is a teaser and unless you spend lots of real money, the games are designed to take all your “tokens”. Only good thing is you get tokens every hour so you do have a chance to increase you token pool over time.

Programmers have complete control. They want you to buy. That’s the only way you will win. I ran my bank up to $29 billion and now at $200 thousand. Could not win in any games at any bet. I am deleting after this review. Between all the stupid ads to download ridiculous games. I hope the other game apps realize that you can cancel out by closing the app and then re-enter.
They also change payouts and remove ones that previously existed. When you exchange cards for spins the game locks up when you get your bonus cards

So far so good. This game allows you to win big many times. All other games just take your coins and expect you to keep purchasing coins. The only thing is a pop up screen keeps letting you know you can increase your bet but when I did I didn’t win anything so I decreased my bet and started winning again. I played this slot game religiously for a long, long time. Then one day all of my coins were gone. I have tried repeatedly to get some help from the builders of the game to no avail. So I bucked up and started from scratch. Now several of the games are not functioning properly. If I get a free spin on fortune game it just totally locks up and won’t spin. I can exit and go to another game but if I come back to it, it’s just sitting there with the three icons for a free spin flashing. One of the other games does something similar. Anyway, very disappointed.

I have played these games for a good while and they were fun. But then recently they stop paying on the features the three scatters would show up but you wouldn’t get the free spins or the links. This app is fun to play. You definitely get the opportunity to earn extra coins. Two draw backs: the levels are too long. I get bored after awhile trying to get to the next game. The second is the ads popping up in the midst of a big win. Can’t the ads wait until I finish enjoying my win? I mean come on. I play, like most to pass time. Like the games, but the POP UP ADs are way too much! I play silently so as not to disturb people around me. UP comes the pop up and the sound goes thru the roof. Doesn’t matter your silent setting... even with my phone muted, that AD will be heard.
Bottom line..I can’t have that. Silence must be silent 100% of the time. For that reason, I am going to have to not play, or if I do, know that no one will hear me. Wish you could fix this.

Once again another disappointing slot game. It lets you win at the beginning then makes you lose it all to force you to spend money on the game. Not worth it. And I know y’all are gonna say “you can’t always win” but even real slot machines hit more than these games do. Just a scam to force us to spend money on it. And no the possibility of winning is not the same as you go on, it decreases significantly as in all the other games. Once you hit that 3 or 4 billion mark it’s all down hill after that.

Software glitch (or maybe on purpose?) takes money away from you every time you collect the daily bonus. Do Not spend any of your money on this. Also when you win big jackpots it will often run an ad and then stop working in the middle of it and you will not get your winnings.

I have played these games for a good while and they were fun. But then recently they stop paying on the features the three scatters would show up but you wouldn’t get the free spins or the links. I have written the developer many times and got no response and no satisfaction I have lost billions and billions of callings just because the games wouldn’t pay off on the features. It looks like these people decided to steal from us to make more money. I could only recommend this game if you want to get poor very quickly.

Since last Saturday, 10/31/2020 Ultimate Slots has severely underpaid the weekly bonuses. I completed my daily tasks, 40-50% of my bets were max at level 4000+, and I was paid at the end of the week around 180 Billion in coin bonus, which is extremely low. Over the last several weeks and months when completing the same daily missions (please look into my play pattern) I was paid on average 20+ trillion at the end of the week. Today, my Wednesday midweek bonus was only 20 billion when over the last several weeks and months my midweek bonus after completing daily tasks was around 2-4 trillion. Please fix this issue and reward me the coin bonuses I’m owed. I’ve been playing this game daily for over a year and would like to continue, but this will be my last week if the payout issue isn’t resolved.
I currently have over 125 Trillion in winnings and based on your payout algorithm there is no way I can achieve this number unless I’m paid in the Trillions by completing daily missions with max bets and high level advancing.
If I lose 6-8 trillion in bets during the seven day daily mission period: How do you explain paying out 180 Billion as your end of week completed task bonus? Please fix! Thank you.

First off, I had this app for well over a year, was at level 300-something, had 7 BILLION points, and neither my level nor my points transferred with the app to my new phone. 😡 Tried to play but every night the app would lose every bit of progress. Deleted it, reinstalled, and am now up to level 23. Out of the 4 games available to play, 2 of them won free games and their screens FROZE. The other 2 games play fine. I play, like most to pass time. Like the games, but the POP UP ADs are way too much! I play silently so as not to disturb people around me. UP comes the pop up and the sound goes thru the roof. Doesn’t matter your silent setting... even with my phone muted, that AD will be heard.
Bottom line..I can’t have that. Silence must be silent 100% of the time. For that reason, I am going to have to not play, or if I do, know that no one will hear me. Wish you could fix this.

I just upgraded to an iPhone 11 Max pro and all the games freeze on free spins. Contacted by email at least 8 times through the app and also posted a not to the developers with no response. 1 game isn’t even showing up to play and another game loads but nothing is displayed but blank columns. I don’t typically write bad reviews as I like to give everyone a chance to respond but this has been going on for weeks. Also lost my daily mission vip status when I moved to the new phone. Guess the developers aren’t keeping up with the new iPhone technology. I’ve spent my share of money on this game but no more.

I play this game on two devices. I’ve played for about 5 months now and still have not hit the top payout once . I collect at least twice a day on each device the lucky dice feature I’m starting to think it’s a fake symbol on the dice ! The ultimate card feature also seams impossible to complete . I’ve played billions of points between my two devices only to end up with 132 out of 180 on one device and the other device 137 out of 180 . This app is fun to play. You definitely get the opportunity to earn extra coins. Two draw backs: the levels are too long. I get bored after awhile trying to get to the next game. I played this slot game religiously for a long, long time. Then one day all of my coins were gone. I have tried repeatedly to get some help from the builders of the game to no avail. So I bucked up and started from scratch. Now several of the games are not functioning properly. If I get a free spin on fortune game it just totally locks up and won’t spin. I can exit and go to another game but if I come back to it, it’s just sitting there with the three icons for a free spin flashing. One of the other games does something similar. Anyway, very disappointed.

This has become one of my most favorite slot games. You win you lose. The thing is it’s not like other slot games where they give you, points, tokens, money, whatever you want to call it and than by the fifth or sixth game they take it all away. I have had this app for quite sometime so I’m going to make it short and sweet three things that I have issues with this app 1. It is so hard to get ahold or even get a email back to the developer yes I have used a couple curse words but who wouldn’t(people that have had this game will understand)especially when the developer or developers take forever to email you back and when they do they make it sound lik your the reason the application isnt working 2. I have spent my boyfriends hard earn checks on this(which he knew about)game for the developers to just allow this application to take away everything and make you start all over especially if you haven’t played the app for a while and that leads me to 3. This app might have a few fun games, but don’t give it any money. They will literally just take it and not give you the upgrade your money was supposed to buy. I’ve reported this app and gotten a refund from the Apple store, but they are still doing the same thing. Also, if they respond to my post and say they’ll resolve my issue if I contact them in app, that is a lie (I’ve tried multiple times). Just save your money for a game that doesn’t steal it from you
UPDATE: They responded by saying I needed to send recipients, I did. They did nothing. Then they had the nerve to take my status down again. The status progress bar says I have 5800 until I reach the next status of 500. Literal theft. DO NOT GIVE THIS APP MONEY!!!! Also, if you report the app and request a refund over not getting your purchase, Apple will refund you. If enough people do this, maybe they’ll finally hold them accountable for their theft and dishonesty.

There are so many little things I had liked about the app that made it preferable to others, except limited games. I used to play everyday after work to unwind. The slots now don’t respond quickly to spin and stop, the games are “the same” just slower and more frustrating and the guidelines/ jackpots have changed quite a bit. Don’t really enjoy this “new version.” -3/1
Just tried it again. The game now takes out bet amounts before I push “spin.” Then retakes them when I do push the button (it’s not just anticipating I’m going to spin again but literally steals). Those who weren’t paying attention before, pay close attention now. -3/9

The games were good BUT,, I've had issues since being on about being booted more times than I can remember. I even bought a boost which it had no problem taking money. But in my mailbox I have a ton of chips which I cannot use because when I press collect I get booted. You also cannot play whatever I wish, the game decides for you as it depends on how many chips one has or when I try to adjust that I get booted. Even when I go to change games I get booted again. I contacted customer support & they reach out to me ONCE. I've written in to find out any updates, and zero response. This is why it's a weak1 rating. With chips in mailbox for weeks & unable to get them I’ve deleted app & reinstalled it, issues still happen AND I lost everything, level I was in as well as well over 90 billion in chips in mailbox. Disappointed!

I really like “ultimate slots” the pay outs are good will til you get higher up in levels then it doesn’t pay as good, I like the daily challenges.

I play this game on two devices. I’ve played for about 5 months now and still have not hit the top payout once . I collect at least twice a day on each device the lucky dice feature I’m starting to think it’s a fake symbol on the dice ! The ultimate card feature also seams impossible to complete . Lightning rods: Why not take off all of the numbers on the wheel except the 5? That is the only thing the wheel lands on. I have played a long time with a lot of coins, which you can check, and when I get in the bonus, I know it will be a 5. When I get that 5 now, I just quit. You can get 5 in your normal spins. Need to make it a little more exciting by maybe getting more lightning strikes either in bonus spin or while regular spin. Especially, if you are playing 30 million a spin. Like all the others, you win at first and then lose it all. Don’t win much on single hits so you have to rely on free spins and bonuses to keep playing and they appear less and less as you progress. “Big Wins” are rare and what they consider “Big” is not “Big” at all! Bet high and you can spin 200 times and more without hitting a bonus or free spins so you lose everything. Slots are a variation of the same 3 games so really no variety which can get boring and ads are SO annoying! They pop up during the game, if you go to another slot, collect daily bonus, etc. Not short ads either!

I thought there were problems before, bit the new updates really takes the joy out of playing. On most of the games you now have to get six of the bonus symbols. It was 5. On lightning hits they’ve added nothing but cherries and bells. Before you had a chance to get at least the sevens sometimes. I will say the problem of stealing you last spin winnings seems to be corrected. And what’s with this messaging crap naming jackpot winners in games that do not exist in this selection of games offered. I checked the updates in the App Store and none of these games are listed. I just upgraded to an iPhone 11 Max pro and all the games freeze on free spins. Contacted by email at least 8 times through the app and also posted a not to the developers with no response. 1 game isn’t even showing up to play and another game loads but nothing is displayed but blank columns. I don’t typically write bad reviews as I like to give everyone a chance to respond but this has been going on for weeks. Also lost my daily mission vip status when I moved to the new phone. It’s annoying that I have to repeatedly exit out of ads every few minutes and sometimes more than once. Then on top of that, I have sit there for 30 seconds watching an ad that I can’t exit out of and then have to wait another 10-15 seconds before it give me an option to close or it opens up the App Store WHRNNI AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPIN. Some games were ok. However unless you bet Max Bet every single time you don't advance much. Games also tease when you get a large amount of “winning” coins. The games will bleed you try. No more free spins. No more bonus spins. Then if you make lowest possible bets. The percentages also drops and you end up having to spin/bet longer to advance just 1%. The more real money you spend to get “tokens” is a teaser and unless you spend lots of real money, the games are designed to take all your “tokens”. Only good thing is you get tokens every hour so you do have a chance to increase you token pool over time.

So far so good. This game allows you to win big many times. All other games just take your coins and expect you to keep purchasing coins. I can exit and go to another game but if I come back to it, it’s just sitting there with the three icons for a free spin flashing. One of the other games does something similar. Anyway, very disappointed.

I have played these games for a good while and they were fun. But then recently they stop paying on the features the three scatters would show up but you wouldn’t get the free spins or the links. I have written the developer many times and got no response and no satisfaction I have lost billions and billions of callings just because the games wouldn’t pay off on the features. It looks like these people decided to steal from us to make more money. I could only recommend this game if you want to get poor very quickly.

This app is fun to play. You definitely get the opportunity to earn extra coins. Two draw backs: the levels are too long. I get bored after awhile trying to get to the next game. The second is the ads popping up in the midst of a big win. Can’t the ads wait until I finish enjoying my win? I mean come on. Other than that, I’d like to see more old school games like blazing sevens, wheel of fortune and fire hot sevens.

English sure isn’t the first language for this platform nor do they proof read! Constant misspellings. Are=are, benefits=benefites, the endless pop ups with names above pictures that don’t match the gender of the pictures say to me they are(aer) fake and are there just to keep you playing! Always frustrating to win tiny amounts in free daily spins etc. I guess the goal is for them to continue to make money so I do get it but...... PLEASE proofread and fix the mistakes... they say you don’t care!

So update. I contacted them via email and they responded every time I sent one. I ordered a promotion pack and never received my tokens but was charged the money. They jumped right in and got me taken care of. Thank you guys so much. Means a whole lot to have developers respond and take care of loyal customers. So thanks again.

So far i have been 👌 with this game. For a while there I was tempted to quit playing this game. The payouts were small and not often enough, but they did get better. But now they are getting a lot better. So will continue to play.

Just started playing this game. Graphics are good. Great payouts on the game. You leavel up quickly. Come join in on a great game. I like the game but support doesn’t answer you when you have a question? I can’t seem to figure out why this ultimate bonus keeps saying it loading? So if anyone knows why please let us in on the information please. That’s why I took a star off.
Pop up freak show

I play, like most to pass time. Like the games, but the POP UP ADs are way too much! I play silently so as not to disturb people around me. UP comes the pop up and the sound goes thru the roof. Doesn’t matter your silent setting... even with my phone muted, that AD will be heard.
Bottom line..I can’t have that. Silence must be silent 100% of the time. For that reason, I am going to have to not play, or if I do, know that no one will hear me. Wish you could fix this.

I’ve played many online slots but most give you so few credits that it’s just not fun getting to play for such a short time. This site though gives a lot of free play and the games allow you to win often. This is by far my favorite slot site.

Where is the fun? I thought that’s what this was all about. But you are just trying to get rich and I can’t blame you. What I do know is that since you changed your mind frame and made this all about making a profit everything has gone south for you. You must understand that nothing good comes from something that’s bad. Every frustration and disappointment that we get from playing your game gets channeled to you the owner/owners and putting 102 pop ups/ads so that we make a purchase makes it worse.

App freezes too often

It's a fun game when it works. It freezes when I get a bonus so loosing when I have no choice but close it and start again. Very frustrating.
Thanks for your response. Since I updated the app yesterday, it doesn't freeze up so often. It seems when I get a pop up for another game is when it freezes again. I hope this info helps. I love your game. I am disabled so games entertain me during the day. Thanks again.
Different slot game same bs

Once again another disappointing slot game. It lets you win at the beginning then makes you lose it all to force you to spend money on the game. Not worth it. And I know y’all are gonna say “you can’t always win” but even real slot machines hit more than these games do. Just a scam to force us to spend money on it. And no the possibility of winning is not the same as you go on, it decreases significantly as in all the other games. Once you hit that 3 or 4 billion mark it’s all down hill after that.

Fun when you start, but probably will change like the rest of the “free” slots. After awhile it will stop winning and it will impossible to win so you’ll have to watch video after video in order to get points that you will not be able to win any thing on. But it’s fun till I stop winning.
