Don’t waste your money like I did. It never refreshes on time. The profile viewers aren’t even accurate. It lies about who unfollows you and then randomly tells you that they followed you back one day. The only thing useful is the story analytics which you can see for yourself on the Instagram app. Also, my Instagram has been logging me out for “fraudulent” activity. This is the only 3rd party app I use. Stop using it before your account gets hacked!!!

Be aware from this app it may work for a day or two if you lucky and nothing will work unless you subscribe to the pro version. Sooner or later you account will get locked and you may get locked for ever if you used the app again. Dont download it and save ur money.

I do not recommend this app. I originally meant to just buy the pro feature for a month, but accidentally bought the yearly subscription. This wasn’t a big deal though because I did plan on using this app for a long time to track my Instagram analytics. However, the main feature I purchased the pro version for was to see who is viewing my profile, but this app displays completely inaccurate information about that. I had my friend view my profile multiple times throughout the day. Even after the app analytics updated many times, his profile never showed up. I want a refund for this because this app didn’t give me what it advertised. I emailed the support team days ago with no response, even after a follow up.

This app was working perfectly fine for 2 months and I even paid the $3 a month for the profile extra things but I mainly got the app to save IG stories. The past week it has been glitching and I haven’t been able to save anything. Please fix this issue because it’s really bothering me. Thanks :)

When I downloaded this app my intentions were to see those who unfollowed me. When I first downloaded it this app literally charged me like $50 BUCKS!! When I clicked on a button that was suppose to cost me 3.99 it literally snatched $50 bucks and subscribed me for a whole year!!! I didnt ask for that so i was mad about that but I got over it because the products work... UNFORTUNATELY I PAID FOR NO REASON BECAUSE EVERY-TIME I LOG INTO THIS APP .. NOT EVEN 5 MINS IN AND MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IS LOCKED AND I HAVE TO RE CHANGE MY PASSWORD. Instagram is threatening to shut down my account now because of this app supposedly posing as Instagram! So its literally no point of paying for a service YOU CANT USE! This is wack literally

i’m pretty sure this app hacked my instagram account that has 2.8k followers i mean that isn’t a lot but it’s still a lot to me, i’ve been running this account for months and absolutely love it but now i can’t log in because someone is trying to hack it and t only happened after i put my username and password into this app, do not true theses types of apps or if you do use a old account without a lot of followers to make sure you don’t get hacked. i hate this app and will be un-downloading

This app will cause your Instagram page to get flagged for fraud. Everytime i would use the app my account would get flagged and say It was would be suspended if i continued to use this 3rd party app. I had purchased the $39.99 year sub. So i tried to contact customer service several times to get a refund since i couldn’t use the app and never even got a response.

When I try to log in using Facebook, a giant pop up appears that says the pop up is too small to fit and I should make it bigger. It covers the entire screen and it is impossible to hit the log in button. If you click the x on top to close the window, you get kicked out of the app. Since I subscribe, this does not make me happy.

Haven’t purchased the pro but the Ads are unacceptably annoying and on the any basic use app. You click to view an account and it loads for like 30 sec then the ads take another 30 sec. Basically you waste 1 minute just to view someone’s account; something you can easily do on the regular Instagram app.

i downloaded this app because i was using a similar one before and i didn’t love it and wanted to try new ones and then i found this app. right off the bat i saw that some features that were free in my old app you had to buy in this one. luckily the feature i use the most was free but i couldn’t really use it because every time i clicked it i would get an ad. normally idc if you have ads or not but these in particular were full screen and the x was all the way at the top right and since i have an iphone x, whenever i tried hitting the x it wouldn’t work and i tried leaving the app and coming back in like 3 times and the same thing happened. i would love if that problem was fixed. this app overall though i think is good if you buy premium but i wouldn’t bother getting this app if you can’t afford it because you barely get any features and you might not be able to even use them.

I usually love this app but even though I have the pro subscription that renews monthly it’s not letting me use it? It’s telling me I’m not subscribed but when I go to my active subscriptions on the App Store I’m 100% subscribed I’m paying like 10 bucks a month to be able to download and search as many things as I want. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app it did nothing. I tried to contact the owners but I’ve heard nothing

This is one of my all-time favorite apps. 😊 I like to regularly save my friends' video stories (and sometimes re-download my own highlights, since one of my Instagram accounts is just for personal photo/vid storage), so this app has made my life a lot easier.
Initially, I had a technical problem when I upgraded to Pro. I contacted customer service, and Melih Mucuk, the person who helped me, went above and beyond to help fix it. Thank you! 😊

There is a bug in the app which causes it to crash when you try to view things! I love the app it's awesome, I just wish the developers would issue an update to fix the bug! I have to keep restarting the app a few times! Still love it though!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I downloaded the all to be able and see my analytics but it first wouldn’t load them. Then an message popped up saying I had to buy pro if I wanted to see them, hoping this would work I paid 10 dollars for the pro version and when it FINALLY loaded 20 minutes later it had 0 for everything. Even my follower count and following which I am certain is incorrect. I would love to be refunded my 10 dollars immediately. I do now recommend this app !!

I understand a price tag to make this get a lot of money but you have to understand I’m sure there are many more apps like this but for some reason this app literally charges $10 per month or $40 a year. These are the only 2 options!! Please make it like $5 monthly and I will change this to 5 stars. Love the app, the service, and what it can do but this is just overpriced.

I paid a monthly subscription and I never had access to the Pro version. I called Apple and they checked my device remotely. They found out that my device is perfect and the problem is with the App. I have emailed the developer many times and no one replied. Very disappointing.

I used it once just now ! Really cool and since I don’t have the Instagram App , i was worried I couldn’t save and then later repost stories post entries . My other repost app wouldn’t let me save stories post entries , Since I didn’t have the Instagram app on my phone . So yeah this app, * Profile + , lets me . But I only used it once , I wonder if I have to spend money , to have *coins in this * Profile + , to continue saving stories in the future?

I do not recommend this app. I originally meant to just buy the pro feature for a month, but accidentally bought the yearly subscription. This wasn’t a big deal though because I did plan on using this app for a long time to track my Instagram analytics. However, the main feature I purchased the pro version for was to see who is viewing my profile, but this app displays completely inaccurate information about that. I had my friend view my profile multiple times throughout the day. Even after the app analytics updated many times, his profile never showed up. I want a refund for this because this app didn’t give me what it advertised. I emailed the support team days ago with no response, even after a follow up.

When I downloaded this app my intentions were to see those who unfollowed me. When I first downloaded it this app literally charged me like $50 BUCKS!! When I clicked on a button that was suppose to cost me 3.99 it literally snatched $50 bucks and subscribed me for a whole year!!! I didnt ask for that so i was mad about that but I got over it because the products work... UNFORTUNATELY I PAID FOR NO REASON BECAUSE EVERY-TIME I LOG INTO THIS APP .. NOT EVEN 5 MINS IN AND MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IS LOCKED AND I HAVE TO RE CHANGE MY PASSWORD. Instagram is threatening to shut down my account now because of this app supposedly posing as Instagram! So its literally no point of paying for a service YOU CANT USE! This is wack literally

i downloaded this app because i was using a similar one before and i didn’t love it and wanted to try new ones and then i found this app. right off the bat i saw that some features that were free in my old app you had to buy in this one. luckily the feature i use the most was free but i couldn’t really use it because every time i clicked it i would get an ad. normally idc if you have ads or not but these in particular were full screen and the x was all the way at the top right and since i have an iphone x, whenever i tried hitting the x it wouldn’t work and i tried leaving the app and coming back in like 3 times and the same thing happened. i would love if that problem was fixed. this app overall though i think is good if you buy premium but i wouldn’t bother getting this app if you can’t afford it because you barely get any features and you might not be able to even use them.

I usually love this app but even though I have the pro subscription that renews monthly it’s not letting me use it? It’s telling me I’m not subscribed but when I go to my active subscriptions on the App Store I’m 100% subscribed I’m paying like 10 bucks a month to be able to download and search as many things as I want. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app it did nothing. I tried to contact the owners but I’ve heard nothing

I had some issues getting the app to work but after emailing back and forth, I was able to find out the problem. The contact was very quick to respond and helpful. Now it is working beautifully! Well done.

I understand a price tag to make this get a lot of money but you have to understand I’m sure there are many more apps like this but for some reason this app literally charges $10 per month or $40 a year. These are the only 2 options!! Please make it like $5 monthly and I will change this to 5 stars. Love the app, the service, and what it can do but this is just overpriced.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I downloaded the all to be able and see my analytics but it first wouldn’t load them. Then an message popped up saying I had to buy pro if I wanted to see them, hoping this would work I paid 10 dollars for the pro version and when it FINALLY loaded 20 minutes later it had 0 for everything. Even my follower count and following which I am certain is incorrect. I would love to be refunded my 10 dollars immediately. I do now recommend this app !!

There is a bug in the app which causes it to crash when you try to view things! I love the app it's awesome, I just wish the developers would issue an update to fix the bug! I have to keep restarting the app a few times! Still love it though!

Love this app I get a lot from it but there’s a bug with saving posts with multiple photos. I tried swiping to the 2nd photo of a post and saving it but it just saved the first photo. Works sometimes. Should really fix but besides that it’s great.

When I try to log in, using my IG info, I’m told that my password is incorrect, when it isn’t. When I log in with my FB info, the app logs me into my secondary account instead of my primary account.

Don’t waste your money like I did. It never refreshes on time. The profile viewers aren’t even accurate. It lies about who unfollows you and then randomly tells you that they followed you back one day. The only thing useful is the story analytics which you can see for yourself on the Instagram app. Also, my Instagram has been logging me out for “fraudulent” activity. This is the only 3rd party app I use. Stop using it before your account gets hacked!!!

Haven’t purchased the pro but the Ads are unacceptably annoying and on the any basic use app. You click to view an account and it loads for like 30 sec then the ads take another 30 sec. Basically you waste 1 minute just to view someone’s account; something you can easily do on the regular Instagram app.

This app was working perfectly fine for 2 months and I even paid the $3 a month for the profile extra things but I mainly got the app to save IG stories. The past week it has been glitching and I haven’t been able to save anything. Please fix this issue because it’s really bothering me. Thanks :)

When I try to log in using Facebook, a giant pop up appears that says the pop up is too small to fit and I should make it bigger. It covers the entire screen and it is impossible to hit the log in button. If you click the x on top to close the window, you get kicked out of the app. Since I subscribe, this does not make me happy.

I am having problems viewing my profile on it and it tells me that I have no subscription but I have had one since January and it’s just crazy because even when I click on restore purchases it shows that my Apple ID isn’t connected to it but it shows on my iTunes account where it states my subscription is valid

there hasn’t been an upgrade on this app in 2+ months and it’s running VERY slow. i have to close out the app sometimes in order to get it working again. AND I PAID FOR THIS!! it worked fine when i first downloaded but since apple updated their ios, this app has been slow and unpredictable in terms of when it works.

The app is nicely put together. Love how I can pin profiles and the interface is perfect. What I don't like is how we're forced to pay for pro in order to view the stories. Every time I click on a story, the option to pay pops up. The price is also a bit steep for an app of this sort. Not too fond of that.

I am pretty certain that my account was hacked because I put my password into this app.. do not give them your password. My account has never been compromised until today which coincidentally was a day after I logged into my account through this app

Almost lost my Instagram account after downloading this app. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me, but when I downloaded this app i got locked out due to suspicious activity and too many login tries??? (None of which were me). I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

I paid a monthly subscription and I never had access to the Pro version. I called Apple and they checked my device remotely. They found out that my device is perfect and the problem is with the App. I have emailed the developer many times and no one replied. Very disappointing.

Be aware from this app it may work for a day or two if you lucky and nothing will work unless you subscribe to the pro version. Sooner or later you account will get locked and you may get locked for ever if you used the app again. Dont download it and save ur money.
