Three years.

I have banked with you guys for three years. You’re one of Chicago’s biggest. Nearly every Friday, your app cannot handle the traffic of payday and you cannot login. Your constant issue with this app is login. That’s pretty unacceptable for any app, but when it’s regarding my money, it’s especially unacceptable. Further, my local branch’s ATM is constantly “being serviced.” I am looking at reviews from a year or more ago citing the same issues. Perhaps we should incorporate convenience fees where instead of taking poor people’s money during a tough time like you do, we get to charge you for every time you severely inconvenience us. Your login from a browser only works half the time. Qualify your service or don’t provide it, please.
Log-in issues

As others have noted, this is a junky app. It randomly logs me out, and then says that I have the wrong password. Mobile banking is a big deal, particularly in an era when it is not feasible to go to the bank. Wintrust is going to lose customers if they don’t fix this, starting with me.

This application is terrible. As others have said it has login problems constantly (kind of a big deal for anything but especially a BANK). The fingerprint ID and two step text verification don’t work, and it’s difficult or impossible to access your account. BB&T, you need to fix this.
Worst Bank App

This is the worst bank app I have ever used. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Constantly have to delete and reinstall. There is supposed to be thumb print identification, doesn’t work. When I change to a password, doesn’t work. Then when I request a pin code to actually be able to use the app, when I check my text for the code then try to go back to the bank app the app shuts down. Thereby having to request a new code. Viscous cycle. And don’t bother attempting to call the banks digital customer service, you will sit on hold forever. I actually ended up hanging up after 25 minutes
