Some quotes: "It’s like if Blackbox, The Guides, and Device 6 had a baby. And the baby was delivered by a 14-year-old doctor." "I don't remember a game that has made me mad and frustrated...then smile all within the same level." "I think my favorite thing so far is the variety of the puzzles. They're all drastically different which keeps it exciting." "Now, they're saying you've been secretly sent to stump the world with impossible puzzles. If it's got them this upset, I can't wait to play-although I'm a little nervous."

Someone described this as a mashup of The Guides, Blackbox, and Device 6 - which is a pretty apt description. Overall, the puzzles are easier than The Guides, and there isn’t the relentless emphasis on code-breaking from that game. It uses the motion sensor and device settings like Blackbox, but takes it to another level of engagement. It shares some puzzle elements with Device 6 and much of the paranoia as well. I’m impressed with how sophisticated but ultimately intuitive the puzzles are. It’s not a flawless experience however; sometimes it crashes, the soundtrack shuts off, and the controls and animation can slow down or freeze up. A reboot fixes it every time. It’s an ambitious game, and for that reason, I’m willing to overlook some of the bugs.
I can’t run while I am social distancing! :)

Closest To Simulating Escape Room Experience
by writtenintheza on 2020/03/23 22:16
Really pleasantly surprised by this fun and inventive experience. I love escape rooms (and escape room board games) but escape room iPhone games don’t actually capture that experience at all and they’re usually really low quality. This game captures the escape room experience with plenty of inventive little puzzles that give you an aha moment and work in a way you might not anticipate—all while being uniquely suited to mobile. I would love to see more games like this on the App Store that prove that creativity and imagination can more than make up for what I imagine is a limited budget and resources
These Puzzles Are Dumb
by MAN WHO FARTS ON MOTORCYCLES on 2020/02/21 08:38
These aren’t even puzzles, as the solution is usually so wild that you don’t even think about it. On one of these, there’s a “puzzle” where you have to shake your phone to develop a polaroid photo. I spent twenty minutes trying to figure out what to do until I just googled the answer. I’m 18. I’ve never even held a polaroid photo. I didn’t even know you had to shake polaroids to develop them. Solving these puzzles doesn’t take any wit or intelligence, it takes dumb luck or google. The story is alright but that’s it. 3 stars.

by Levislol on 2020/02/10 02:25
This game is complex and amazing and I absolutely love it. However, the only problem I have is that there should be an option for the m file to be used without AR. It’s pretty cool but annoying when I’m playing at night it also just slides away out of frame sometimes. But everything else is amazing. This is actually the first game I buy on the App Store and I’m absolutely impressed.

I love puzzle games like this! So I end up playing a lot of them, but one thing I thought was pretty cool and really made this one stand out was the incorporation of little games within the game, if that makes any sense? You need to complete them to move forward so I'm not sure if I can call them mini games, but they were definitely different from what I'd usually see in this kind of game. Like cryptography and all that kind of stuff. And as someone who is does a lot of cryptography and not a lot of strategy puzzle games, it presented a completely different kind of challenge for me and made the gameplay pretty unique and interesting! The use of AR, while a little glitchy sometimes, also really contributed to that and made the experience even more engaging. The Mona Lisa puzzle I thought was especially cool. Anyways, I'll definitely keep an eye out if there are any more updates in the future!
Physically can not run.
by CwtRiC on 2020/01/09 04:28
I like the game a lot but there should be a workaround for level 22. I am physically unable to run. My iPad is WiFi only (no cell data) so I can’t go driving in my car to get up to running speed. Is there a way to get past this level without running?
Amazing but very vague
by _Game_Critic_ on 2019/12/29 13:24
I love this game but can’t get past the 1st puzzle on the second part. (The SAIL part) I made the complete picture with the sliders. Nothing happened. I checked the hint. It said to make the complete picture. Some other puzzles are like this. Very vague so you don’t know what to do AT ALL. Otherwise very good game!
One of the best puzzle games
by Allie.K.Stone on 2019/12/28 02:45
The Company Game is really a pretty excellent game. It has all the elements of a good brain teasing puzzle set in a spy-like situation that feels mysterious and important. More than just a think this think that game, the Company makes you think beyond the app, sometimes requiring other features of your phone or even you. I’ll admit, I had to search up a few answers. But I love how hard this made me think.
Awesome game!

Best Puzzle Game since Device 6

Title says it all. If you loved Device 6 or Blackbox you will love this game. I’ve been waiting for something like this to come out! I only wish there were a mailing list or something I could subscribe to so I can get notification when the next part comes out. Only two chapters so far.
Seriously?

I have zero (0) positives to convey when it comes to this app. I realize(d) that I hardly represent ‘everyone’ or ‘anyone’ so thinking outside ‘my’ box, I asked four friends (who allowed me to say this here) who are savants in their own right and they recommend I extend my questionnaire or research in order to gauge a broader spectrum. So, I did. I asked: seven highly-educated professors at prestigious colleges around the world, 24 children, 56 self-proclaimed gaming addicts and gamers of all types, 13 grandparents, 17 parents, 36 math, English, musical, artistic, logistical and behavior recognition genius’ and even a few war-hardened veterans (who barely gave me permission to mention them), five game developers for multiple platforms, seven board game creators and their managing staff and 16 pre-school and kindergarten teachers who work with highly intelligent, overly energetic, incredibly intelligent kids and their code creating parents. (The kid’s parents are the coders, not necessarily the educators. Although three of them came from similar family backgrounds.) I even left the app music on in the background to see what my dogs would do. They whined, pawed the doors, began howling .... and I felt like the most awful person in existence. ALL of the takeaway info, statements and general feelings of those queried was: “This game just isn’t fun. Aren’t games supposed to be fun?” And: “Bored.” And: “I played this for a half hour one day then an hour another day, just to give my best feedback and I felt like all the joy had gone out of me.” And: “I don’t get it.” And: “This is a mean unhappy app.” So, Take it as you will. I did my due diligence and didn’t allow my own perspective to flaw my review. Thank you so much to those who struggled through, gave their time, laughed at and got frustrated with me and most of all, are still talking to me. CBD 15APR2019
Great
by Hellowithpiesfordays on 2019/04/12 02:05
The game is amazing. No doubt about it. I’ve only spent money on iPhone games for this and two other apps, but this still was by far my best purchase. I love the whole gimmick and most of the puzzles are truly challenging. However, I’m on level ten of the new SAIL part (which I was so excited to have come out!) and I think there might some sort of glitch, for two reasons: One, ***SPOILER WARNING*** the M File doesn’t work after going in only twice. (Though I’m pretty sure the dev is aware of that because of the “if crash” message that always pops up.) Secondly, level ten is impossible for me to pass. Either that, or I’m being painfully stupid. I’ve gotten no little green dots next to levels, except level nine, which opened the box in the M File. The thing, when I try to translate the dots inside of shapes, only works for the one dot inside of the square. Well, to be more precise, none of the other shape and dot combinations work, except for all those involving the square. ***END OF SPOILERS*** I don’t know if this is a glitch (and to be honest, I hope it’s not, so get I can have that nice “aha!” moment when you figure out the answer) or I’m missing something, but I’ll keep trying. Overall, though, amazing.
Awesome game

It’s pretty good
by musician-in-training on 2018/12/03 20:58
So I got this game a several months and I was really excited about it. I’m stuck on the last level but I’ll eventually figure it out. Great idea, nice use of an iPhone. I really enjoyed the game but now I’m getting kind of bored with it. Earlier this year the developer promised a chapter two or something and it’s been a while and I’m not really seeing any major updates... anyway it’s a really interesting puzzle game, but I’m beginning to get a bit impatient.... of course I’m sure it’s seriously hard to come up with a story and new puzzles and all that. So yeah, pretty good game.
Fantastic puzzle game!

by Brianianday on 2018/11/21 05:18
I finished all the puzzles. I’m ready for the next chapter in the story. The clever use of my phone’s features is pretty cool. If you know how to navigate your phone, you can solve some of the obvious clues. Some puzzles got really tough, but the hints are there to provide *some* guidance without giving the answers. I feel like an elite sleuth! 😊
Just okay

This is the first game for which I’ve ever written a review. I had so much fun and completed the whole game in under 24 hours. I am very impressed not only with the quality of the puzzles, but the variety as well. Every puzzle is different and challenges you in a new way. The hints don’t give too much away but are still helpful. I love that it uses components of the phone that I’ve never seen games use. The storyline is great as well. I can’t think of anything I would change. Looking forward to the next edition.

I really liked the game except for the rather dead end. I thought we were just getting started when I was hit with the “to be continued” ending. For the most part, I like the way the game uses the features of the phone. You just need to make sure your putting your settings back right away, especially the time and date, as that could really cause some troubles if not put back. I am excited for “Part-two,” I’m just not a fan of abrupt endings.

I don’t believe it was truly worth $2. I had a lot of fun playing, but it seems to be a rather short game. It was very interesting and unique to play so I’m looking forward to the next one! Hopefully it won’t be another $2.
Interesting and clever design
by Apex-gt on 2018/11/12 16:59
I’d like to point out, however, that shaking a Polaroid photo is not how you “develop it” and can actually harm the resulting image.
Clever, but way too invasive!
by The Supreme Yoda on 2018/11/12 11:20
I give props to the dev for being creative, but this game is way too invasive. Not comfortable giving a game this much access to my phone, especially when their website has no privacy policy on it.
Broken Puzzles
by 122221ghi on 2018/11/02 10:54
Enjoyed some of the innovative puzzles that used the different features which was pretty interesting. But I can’t get past level 13 because the fourth colored button at the bottom is broken. The puzzles where you try to make all the squares colored was also broken. I was able to beat finish them but I could only tap whichever two squares were to the left and right of the center square.
Absolutely incredible!
by baerrito13 on 2018/10/29 13:10
I never write reviews, but this game is AMAZING. It’s so hard to find games that will actually challenge you like this one does. There are so many different types of puzzles & you definitely put your phone to work! Ever since I finished the game I can’t stop recommending it to my puzzle-loving friends. You should definitely expect a challenge here; you’re going to have to think in ways you normally wouldn’t. The mystery in the lack of instructions really set the tone for me; it’s part of what makes this game so intriguing. All in all, if you love puzzles & you’re not afraid of a challenge I HIGHLY recommend this game. It will surprise you at every level and leave you impatiently waiting for the next chapter! Can’t wait for SAIL!
Impossible to get past one level on my iPhone :(
by Kyle is awesome 11 11 on 2018/10/25 22:53
I would definitely give this game a 4 or even a 5 star but some of the things are impossible to do due to my phone blocking some things like changing my phones date to automatic from manual so it is impossible to pass that level so I feel like I wasted the money on this game and I am incapable of doing anything to change this because of the block. Other than only being able to get past the first ten levels or so it’s a great game and if your phone doesn’t block this (CHECK BEFORE BUYING!!!) then you should definitely get this game if there is still a way to get past the level that would be great or I may just have to email apple and ask for a refund! Good luck with passing all these tricky levels though :)

Simple Privacy Solutions
by JPoirx on 2018/09/25 22:56
**Update - Enter ‘ap1992’ as your name to get past the camera/gps access request. Beware this does change the intended experience. They’ve updated the game description to include mention that camera and gps are required but the website still has no privacy policy page. This kid is gonna be rich, he developed a heck of a game, I’d have given it 4-5 stars if not for the privacy policy missing entirely. _____________________________ The privacy policy is bunk, their website doesn’t list one. I should have read the reviews first and now I’m out $2. If you don’t want to give access to your camera and location you aren’t allowed to play. (Btw I don’t have twitter and your website won’t let me contact you without enabling cookies and JavaScript) After reading the responses to others who complained about this it’s all for gameplay purposes but this should have easily been resolved. 1. You do not need gps to track movement, something people running in place noticed when they couldn’t progress. I have location services disabled entirely and my phone can still record my steps... I’m holding a pedometer! 2. Camera is tricky because it’s for more than simple photos but they have a way to bypass it already so why not let the player opt out at the start with a warning?
Interesting
by Dholte on 2018/09/25 14:55
I find this game fascinating, however I can’t get past 09. I figured out the four names and their order but every time I submit them I can’t pass. I even looked it up and other people have done the same thing as me but they all get access to Morse code. So currently I’m stuck, which isn’t all that fun.

Clever but ultimately invasive
by @timrattray on 2018/09/17 07:52
There are some seriously interesting uses of the iPhone’s technology at work here that I haven’t seen done elsewhere. However, there’s a reason for that: such usage is incredibly invasive. For example, the game will suddenly start flashing your phone’s camera light or require you to change the date/time settings on your iPhone or maximize the volume, etc. I was luckily playing at home but if something like the camera light flashing happened in public it would have been a problem, and having to change the settings of my phone is a bit uncomfortable. Ultimately, I decided to call it quits when the game asked me to “run.” I live in an apartment in a city, and while I tried running back and forth a bit (as well as trying to trick the phone by shaking it, etc), nothing worked. There’s really nowhere for me to go “run” and frankly I have no interest in trying to make it happen. I think it’s an unfair ask of the player, a situation where the game’s cleverness gets the better of it. So, kudos for the concept, there’s some serious outside-the-box thinking here. I don’t think this really works in execution, though.
Good Game

Wanted to let people know that this game isn’t really that great. It really seems like there may be a lot of fake reviews. The puzzles are either frustratingly hard or to easy. The story is cool and the way it feels, but I found myself really thinking it was going to get better so I kept going, but it just kinda got worse at the end. I gave up when there was another lame color click match puzzle.

I REALLY love this game but I’m stuck on the run level! ( I think it’s level 21) I’ve tried everything I can think of. I’ve ran down the block, I’ve ran down my backyard. I’ve ran with my location on and with it off. I’ve even tried it when I drive but the meter still won’t go up!! I have an iPhone 6s (yes pretty old by now) so maybe that is part of the problem? Developers please respond, because I really want to move on!! I’ve had my eye on this game ever since it was on pre-order and I’m so sad I can’t move on. Am I doing something wrong??

Wonderful game, interesting puzzles/concepts , but honestly puzzles like Lies 22 (run) are kinda annoying because they're much harder to do in several settings, may it be in public or too late to go on a jog. Tried to fix it by taping my phone to my ceiling fan, didn't work :/
Amazing
by P2W Mitigation on 2018/09/14 12:50
Amazing game. Definitely some phone functions I had off that made levels a bit harder than they should’ve been. Thanks Polaroid 😂 stuck on 15 and I’m now learning extraterrestrial arithmetic. Probably way off on what I actually need, but now I’m interested in that too lol. Edit: I’m not on the last level. Not sure if I’m missing something or not. I would recommend keeping levels that have already been solved available to refer back to. It kinda sucked having to go through the square puzzles again. Also, I was unable to search for one of the last files again after I’d seen it once. Just makes it tough since I’m not sitting down and completing the game in one try.

I loved this game. Accessible enough that you don’t have to be a pro crypto to solve all the puzzles, but definitely gets your wheels turning. Lie 25 was a little buggy and got a little frustrating but i got through it. Don’t let that turn you away. Totally worth the little cash it costs to get this pleasant and entertaining game.

by Marcus richards on 2018/09/13 01:20
I have played a few levels and some of the levels require to look at it a different way to get the answer. I have yet to Find the Truth, but I will DISCOVER The Truth. I do recommend The Company for anyone that likes puzzles.

Not giving my location
by Mr dr prof patrick on 2018/09/12 17:13
Am not giving access to my location to play the game. Apparently this is required. I was not told until after I bought it. $2 down the drain. Thanks a lot.
Amazing!
by AFieds83 on 2018/09/12 13:21
Just finished the game. Was instantly addicted! Some levels were tough but not enough to make me give up which was awesome. My coworker and I worked together feeling like we were on a real life treasure hunt 😂😂 Cannot wait for Sail to come out! Any hints on when that might be? Major kudos to you on this game!!
Boring
by VanillaNyx on 2018/09/12 06:02
I find it very dull. There doesn’t seem to be much of a story. At least not a very deep one. Not when you compare it with amazing games like The Talos Principle. It forces you to use AR, which gets annoying fast and the hints are so silly, they only tell you what you already know. So if you’re stuck, there is almost zero help.
Privacy concerns
by Illeism on 2018/09/12 03:16
I got just past the username screen when it asked for access to my camera and location data. Not going to happen ever. This is a game and, while those features might make the game more immersive, should not be necessary to play. I would like to play and will not be requesting a refund. Here’s hoping that a future update fixes this issue for us more privacy conscious players.
Wow!

I don’t usually leave reviews... but this game is great. I was worried about paying money but with 4.9 stars I went for it. This game is amazing! It is literally an escape room in your phone. I’ve never seen an app like it, graphics are great, everything just hits all the notes. But I’m worried that level 0 and 3 say completed?..... just adds to the mystery I guess!
I love it
by Kosner-Elite on 2018/09/11 22:37
It’s a pretty good game with awesome puzzles but I got stuck on level 22 the one that says “RUN.” The hint says “follow directions. Be fast.” But I cant finish it. I need help

Cool puzzles topped off with great atmosphere

I was absolutely loving this game, couldn’t put it down, until I got to level 22, which has the simple instruction, “Run.” I am recovering from a hip replacement and therefore obviously can’t run. I’m disappointed that I will not be able to proceed for quite some time now. Would have been 5 Stars if not for this level.
Extremely Intuitive

This is, hands down, the coolest game I have ever played, ever. Making puzzles based on the functions of your smart device was a masterstroke. I binged this game the moment I got it, and now I’m eagerly waiting for part 2. Ill be expecting even cooler puzzles to come!!!
Brilliant

I have completed the game, and it was astonishing! All the mechanics involved with The Company truly stuck with me. Of course, as to avoid spoilers, I will only mention one thing that stuck with me, and that is the use of past files. Even in the first puzzle, you are met with the the word, “Completed?” It catches everyone off guard, replaying it till they find the very thing they missed, only to find the solution in another puzzle. Never will you see a game quite as diverse as this one! Learn the truth for yourself! Good luck!

I just finished it and I really Love I hope there’s more to come!! It’s a really good challenge and it getting you thinking a lot more of doing things differently. I really loved the Morse code part it’s my favorite part. I love your work with the game design it makes me feel like some sort of hacker😹😹 spending a dollar on it was so worth it!!!
Great game! Very engaging
by vaficionado on 2018/09/10 04:40
Definitely a great game, in a similar vein to “The Guides” but making more use of environmental factors and sensors. Big fan of the gameplay and the story, though the story could be a little more developed. Puzzles were a great level of difficulty, most requiring only a few minutes to crack and those where I got stuck would usually come to me in a “eureka!” moment after a few hours. One suggestion - **spoiler alert** - changing date/time settings on a device isn’t great for those of us with corporate integrations that freak out when you do something like that. I had Exchange calendar troubles for days after solving that puzzle. It also might not be the best or most accommodating idea to have puzzles that require physical activity - what about disabled players? Otherwise, great effort and I can’t wait for the next chapters!
Very nice!

because you’ll get nothing else done!!! this game is AWESOME! Challenging, fun, addicting, what more can you ask for?!?! Maybe just some more levels! Great Concept, Great Music, everything a game should be. Would easily have paid $4.99 for this!
Started out fun...
by *Clean* Funny Pics on 2018/09/09 12:35
It WAS fun in the beginning, but when you get to a point where you can’t move on, just feels like I was ripped off. Yes, all levels can be frustrating, but at least there are hints that can help. When that’s not useful and you’re stuck, makes the whole thing kind of pointless. Save your money.
Very Challenging
by Zornbylisma on 2018/09/09 10:20
This game has basically no instruction as to what to do, and some of the puzzles require you to do things like shake your phone or change the brightness of your screen. There’s even one that detects the brightness of the environment you’re in. I find it really cool how it can detect those things on your iPhone, and at the same time a little creepy. I do wish the hints were more descriptive though, as I just spent 2 days trying to solve Lie 8. That’s probably part of the experience though.
Requires camera and location access to play.
by tbradshaw on 2018/09/09 04:21
These features should be optional. At a minimum, this should have been disclosed before purchasing so that individuals unable or unwilling to disclose personal information to the game developer would not be scammed out of the cost of the software.

Very well made, engaging story, and will make you REALLY think. This is a great puzzle game that makes you use the world around you. Very few puzzlers will be this great. It is among the ranks of the room, and please don’t touch anything. Future chapters are also free, and that is just icing on the cake.
Level 22 - SPOILER
by K-Trout on 2018/09/08 19:31
I am disabled. This level requires the ability to run, drive, or be ambulatory in a way that is IMPOSSIBLE for me. I tried to simulate running by shaking the phone. It did not work. I am saddened, as I loved the rest of the game. Please offer an option for the disabled. Thank you.
Great
by Hellowithpiesfordays on 2019/04/12 02:05
The game is amazing.
Awesome!
by polaricwitch on 2020/01/13 16:03
I love puzzle games like this!

Premium Puzzler
by Doctor Rhythm on 2020/04/29 03:00
Someone described this as a mashup of The Guides, Blackbox, and Device 6 - which is a pretty apt description.
Amazing
by P2W Mitigation on 2018/09/14 12:50
Amazing game.
Finished
by Frankie Jurado on 2018/09/06 18:18
***WARNING***SPOILER FREE POST*** this game is flat out AMAZING! I just finished it, and the story is very intriguing. The puzzles are not impossible but they add a depth of challenging that makes you think a bit, and the farther you go the more unique the puzzles become. I got to some points where I was thinking if it was a glitch but no! I was just doing the puzzle wrong! All in all this a 10/10 game, it delivers an interesting and intriguing story mixed in with puzzles that challenge you to think outside the box a little. I’d recommend this to anybody that loves a good challenge and story, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK AND I CANNOT WAIT FOR PART TWO OF SAIL TO COME OUT!!!
Mind challenging!
by indymavs on 2018/09/06 13:49
Do you love mind bending puzzle games? This game challenges you because each level is different and makes you think in new ways. It also utilizes ALL functions of your iPhone in unique and fun ways. And just because you get past a level doesn’t mean you won’t have to re-visit it to help solve a future level. Some levels are easy but many are difficult and I even had to rely on hints some times. This game makes you laugh sometimes, amazes you at other times, but challenges you to think outside of the box all the time!
This is an amazing game
by SonnyB50 on 2018/11/13 23:28
This is the first game for which I’ve ever written a review.

Good game but...

I left a review but not sure if it ever published...anyway just a recap of what I said was on lie #22 when I run the bar slightly fills up but then drops randomly, it doesn’t actually track my movements it just goes up at random times. For example, I can just throw my phone up and the bar will fill up more than when I actually run, I ran for 20 minutes trying to figure this thing out. Anyway it’s a great game but can you please fix this level or just tell me how to run because I obviously don’t know how to.

This is my first app upon hundreds of downloads from the App Store that I’ve give 5 stars too. It was a great game, and was very well put together. It has a lot of hidden things, and is very attention grabbing, I couldn’t put my phone down until I beat it all. I just had to find out what they had planned. I recommend this game to anyone who loves puzzles, especially ones that make you think outside of the box/outside of the game.
Super cool

I normally don’t pay for games but I like puzzle games and this one really sparked my interest. Although, are you really supposed to run for #22? I can’t run because my leg is sprained.. Unless I am missing something, I’d have to wait and see if I can find someone to do this one for me. But there’s no emergency solution option, which would help. Other than this your game has an amazing concept and the puzzles are challenging while still fun.
3 stars.

A very fun an innovative game. It makes you think outside of the box. There are similar games available, but they lack what The Company has in spades. An interesting story. I do have issues playing on ipad pro, but after emailing the game developer, i received an immediate response informing me that the issues would be fixed soon. What more could i ask for

This game has a level of complexity, creativity, and balance of difficulty that is so hard to find. In an App Store filled with many games, I am pleased to have gotten the privilege to not only play this game when it first came out, but with the most recent update, see just how far the next chapter takes the improvements!

Loved it. Great brain teaser.

Wow
by 101GP on 2018/09/06 18:02
One word, Wow! The fact that a 14 year old created this is mind blowing. This literally is an escape room on your phone! The attention to detail and making each puzzle go full circle through the levels all on your phone is amazing. If you haven’t, turn on the sound as well to get the full experience with the music.

Intuitive, smart, extremely rewarding

This game takes a spin on the puzzle genre, making the player think outside of the box, I LOVEEEE it, all of the puzzles are unique and intriguing, the style and layout are both well thought through and minimalistic, I finished it in two days, I cannot wait for the second game!!! <3 <3
Almost Impossible...I’m obsessed
by Valhallaray on 2018/09/06 04:25
I love the vibe of this game - it hooked me from the start. Of course, now I can’t get past level 3. But like any good riddle, I’m sure I’ll find the answer with time and pondering (or else beg for help on r/puzzles). Definitely a good game to make you think sideways. Also, super impressive that it was designed by a 14 year old!
Loving it but with issue
by Disfeltaparoo on 2018/09/07 14:23
The game is fantastic. Its really making me think outside of the box. However, i am playing on ipad and the game does not take up the full screen and the button overlays, menu, complete, and hint buttons are on the play field, making it difficult to read some text and push the blue morse button. Is there a fix to this?
Meh
by MauKatKar on 2018/09/16 00:21
Wanted to let people know that this game isn’t really that great.
Best puzzle game ever

This game really made me think long and hard, and everything about it is just AMAZING. Mad respect for the Dev who made this, and every part of this game is just great. Your use of the AR camera is just crazy interesting, and I love how it took me so long to even think of that. I absolutely cannot wait for season 2.
Amazing if a bit annoying
by Mr Samhhpa on 2018/09/15 04:14
Wonderful game, interesting puzzles/concepts , but honestly puzzles like Lies 22 (run) are kinda annoying because they're much harder to do in several settings, may it be in public or too late to go on a jog. Tried to fix it by taping my phone to my ceiling fan, didn't work :/
Very few puzzle games will rack your brain like this
by zzz acounting on 2018/09/08 20:31
Very well made, engaging story, and will make you REALLY think. This is a great puzzle game that makes you use the world around you. Very few puzzlers will be this great. It is among the ranks of the room, and please don’t touch anything. Future chapters are also free, and that is just icing on the cake.
Very fun, hope mode is to come
by 2694747 on 2018/09/08 02:09
This game is a blast to play, each level brings a new challenge and keeps you on your toes. The only thing that drove me nuts was the faulty logic of level 8. Without spoilers, although it is a common misconception the solution to the puzzle is not actually how the item works. Still a great game!
Unfortunately Ableist
by rmcusc on 2018/09/11 17:34
I was absolutely loving this game, couldn’t put it down, until I got to level 22, which has the simple instruction, “Run.” I am recovering from a hip replacement and therefore obviously can’t run. I’m disappointed that I will not be able to proceed for quite some time now. Would have been 5 Stars if not for this level.

A Great Start
by The Chevy Ferrari on 2018/09/06 04:37
Well, this really got my interest peaked. The puzzles are exactly the right amount of weird where you’re not quite sure what you’re supposed to do, but once you work it out it’s quite fun. Kinda short, but I’m assuming the Dev’s gonna update this one pretty soon. Definitely worth it!
Amazing!
by AFieds83 on 2018/09/12 13:21
Just finished the game. Was instantly addicted! Some levels were tough but not enough to make me give up which was awesome. My coworker and I worked together feeling like we were on a real life treasure hunt 😂😂 Cannot wait for Sail to come out! Any hints on when that might be? Major kudos to you on this game!!
I love the background music!!!
by Sherry Dawn M. on 2018/09/08 05:19
Thank you for the fantastic game! Besides the BGM, the artistic design and puzzles are also amazing. Although it’s easier than I have expected (and it is short), I love the idea that some puzzles need the player to think outside the box. Looking forward to the sequel!
Fun and Challenging!
by Cgogis on 2018/09/06 19:32
This game is like your very own breakout room on your phone. If you like challenging puzzles that make you think a little deeper, you’ll love this game. Different levels of difficulty make it continually challenging. Appreciate that there are hints to help if needed! Let’s not discuss how often that is! Love the game!

3 stars.

Title says it all. If you loved Device 6 or Blackbox you will love this game. I’ve been waiting for something like this to come out! I only wish there were a mailing list or something I could subscribe to so I can get notification when the next part comes out. Only two chapters so far.

So I got this game a several months and I was really excited about it. I’m stuck on the last level but I’ll eventually figure it out. Great idea, nice use of an iPhone. I really enjoyed the game but now I’m getting kind of bored with it. Earlier this year the developer promised a chapter two or something and it’s been a while and I’m not really seeing any major updates... anyway it’s a really interesting puzzle game, but I’m beginning to get a bit impatient.... of course I’m sure it’s seriously hard to come up with a story and new puzzles and all that. So yeah, pretty good game.

Interesting

I find this game fascinating, however I can’t get past 09. I figured out the four names and their order but every time I submit them I can’t pass. I even looked it up and other people have done the same thing as me but they all get access to Morse code. So currently I’m stuck, which isn’t all that fun.
A instant classic

Easily one of the breasted puzzle games I have played before, I was blown away at the “brightness” puzzle, really great game! Great work developer! Also shout out to the no in app purchase policy :)
One of very few that I’d recommend!
by akipfer on 2018/09/24 23:46
This was a blast to play! I didn’t know what to expect, but found it hard to put down! Frustrating at times, but it just made figuring it out all the more fun! :)
One of the coolest games

I love the game but the last level didn’t seem to work I tried to point the phone to the painting on a Mac but it did nothing.
So much fun!

Location and camera required
by atherton101 on 2018/09/18 19:30
They got my $1.99 and I got to the second screen. Can’t go any further if you don’t allow access to your camera and location. No thanks. I regret not reading the reviews first.
This game a is amazing!!

Cant play without giving your location

You cant play the game without giving your location, which I'm not willing to do. You should have made it clear before purchase that this was necessary.
Privacy issues
by Illeism on 2018/09/17 16:47
This game requires camera and location data to play. I understand that it helps with immersion. It should be optional or removed completely. I won’t be requesting a refund in the hopes that this issue is addressed.
Good Game
by Ruth5692 on 2018/09/16 06:49
Currently stuck on level 9 as the spinny thingy is moving too fast for me to make out the words, but it’s been an enjoyable and challenging game so far.
Meh
by MauKatKar on 2018/09/16 00:21
Wanted to let people know that this game isn’t really that great.
I NEED HELP!!!
by Soccer 24/7!!! on 2018/09/15 18:02
I REALLY love this game but I’m stuck on the run level!
So much fun!

Phenomenal Game

Amazing if a bit annoying
by Mr Samhhpa on 2018/09/15 04:14
Wonderful game, interesting puzzles/concepts , but honestly puzzles like Lies 22 (run) are kinda annoying because they're much harder to do in several settings, may it be in public or too late to go on a jog. Tried to fix it by taping my phone to my ceiling fan, didn't work :/
Amazing
by P2W Mitigation on 2018/09/14 12:50
Amazing game.
Just one question...

WHEN IS PART TWO COMING OUT???
Loved it. Great brain teaser.
by Coins are good on 2018/09/13 03:57
I loved this game.
Intuitive, smart, extremely rewarding
by Joe mchappy101 on 2018/09/13 02:05
This game takes a spin on the puzzle genre, making the player think outside of the box, I LOVEEEE it, all of the puzzles are unique and intriguing, the style and layout are both well thought through and minimalistic, I finished it in two days, I cannot wait for the second game!!! <3 <3
Why does it need camera access
by chickenlittle007 on 2018/09/13 01:55
Please allow use of app without having to allow camera and location. Should have option to skip puzzles requiring access. Would be useful to see if you liked the game first.

Amazing!
by AFieds83 on 2018/09/12 13:21
Just finished the game.

I love it

I was absolutely loving this game, couldn’t put it down, until I got to level 22, which has the simple instruction, “Run.” I am recovering from a hip replacement and therefore obviously can’t run. I’m disappointed that I will not be able to proceed for quite some time now. Would have been 5 Stars if not for this level.

This is, hands down, the coolest game I have ever played, ever. Making puzzles based on the functions of your smart device was a masterstroke. I binged this game the moment I got it, and now I’m eagerly waiting for part 2. Ill be expecting even cooler puzzles to come!!!

Best Game Yet!
by EndieGirl250 on 2018/09/11 00:00
I have completed the game, and it was astonishing! Good luck!
I love it😻❤️

Very nice!

I have a question
by fuceduo on 2018/09/10 01:22
I am now at lie 22 which just says that I have run real fast and I DID. Now i am at the gym and literally running holding my iphone8plus in my hand.. so silly I know.. and the bar is very slightly moving even though my running speed is quite fast I thought... is this really how I should solve this? Or maybe I misunderstood.. and if this is truly how to solve then how fast is good enough..?

because you’ll get nothing else done!!! this game is AWESOME!
Worth the purchase
by vaficionado on 2018/09/08 23:42
This is a great puzzle game in the spirit of “The Guides” with a little bit of the environmental/sensor driven concept of “Hundreds” thrown in. I’m a sucker for puzzle games and this one was very satisfying. Just tough enough to keep me thinking but I never got stuck on any one puzzle for more than an hour, tops. Creative use of AR and the story is good, if a little narratively thin. Music is good too - not essential to solve or play, but adds just the right ambiance. Looking forward to the next chapters!

by keltic985 on 2018/09/08 22:00
This game had me hooked from the moment I opened it! It is unlike any app I have ever played! I don’t want to say too much and give away spoilers but this game spills out of its “game” container and starts incorporating the world around you!!

by zzz acounting on 2018/09/08 20:31
Very well made, engaging story, and will make you REALLY think. This is a great puzzle game that makes you use the world around you. Very few puzzlers will be this great. It is among the ranks of the room, and please don’t touch anything. Future chapters are also free, and that is just icing on the cake.
Level 22 - SPOILER
by K-Trout on 2018/09/08 19:31
I am disabled. This level requires the ability to run, drive, or be ambulatory in a way that is IMPOSSIBLE for me. I tried to simulate running by shaking the phone. It did not work. I am saddened, as I loved the rest of the game. Please offer an option for the disabled. Thank you.
Great
by Hellowithpiesfordays on 2019/04/12 02:05
The game is amazing.

Looking forward to the next edition.

by Soccer 24/7!!! on 2018/09/15 18:02
I REALLY love this game but I’m stuck on the run level!

Best Game Yet!
by EndieGirl250 on 2018/09/11 00:00
I have completed the game, and it was astonishing! Good luck!
Maybe wait for part two to play part one.
by Shannon222 on 2018/11/13 20:32
I really liked the game except for the rather dead end.
This was a great game.

Super cool
by Kaj0 on 2018/09/08 14:35
I normally don’t pay for games but I like puzzle games and this one really sparked my interest.
3 stars.
Great game
by Disfeltaparoo on 2018/09/07 15:38
A very fun an innovative game. It makes you think outside of the box. There are similar games available, but they lack what The Company has in spades. An interesting story. I do have issues playing on ipad pro, but after emailing the game developer, i received an immediate response informing me that the issues would be fixed soon. What more could i ask for
Amazing
by franny4969 on 2019/04/06 04:42
This game has a level of complexity, creativity, and balance of difficulty that is so hard to find. In an App Store filled with many games, I am pleased to have gotten the privilege to not only play this game when it first came out, but with the most recent update, see just how far the next chapter takes the improvements!
Best Puzzle Game since Device 6
by Kasey Alexandra M on 2019/05/04 22:04
Title says it all. If you loved Device 6 or Blackbox you will love this game. I’ve been waiting for something like this to come out! I only wish there were a mailing list or something I could subscribe to so I can get notification when the next part comes out. Only two chapters so far.
Loved it. Great brain teaser.
by Coins are good on 2018/09/13 03:57
I loved this game.
Wow!
by WhichWitchGaming on 2018/09/12 01:52
I don’t usually leave reviews... but this game is great.
Wow
by 101GP on 2018/09/06 18:02
One word, Wow! The fact that a 14 year old created this is mind blowing. This literally is an escape room on your phone! The attention to detail and making each puzzle go full circle through the levels all on your phone is amazing. If you haven’t, turn on the sound as well to get the full experience with the music.
WOAH
by Levislol on 2020/02/10 02:25
This game is complex and amazing and I absolutely love it. However, the only problem I have is that there should be an option for the m file to be used without AR. It’s pretty cool but annoying when I’m playing at night it also just slides away out of frame sometimes. But everything else is amazing. This is actually the first game I buy on the App Store and I’m absolutely impressed.
I did it!
by Brianianday on 2018/11/21 05:18
I finished all the puzzles. 😊
Best puzzle game ever
by sun_is_flat on 2018/09/15 13:51
This game really made me think long and hard, and everything about it is just AMAZING.
PLEASE FIX THE M FILE
by Joe-we on 2019/04/07 20:35
please it’s so frustrating trying to use it but it keeps shifting around and doesn’t even appear when you first us it I’ve had to look around for where it is. The rest of the game so far is great but the M file is just infuriating because it’s not easy to use. If you need more information please let me know
A Great Start
by The Chevy Ferrari on 2018/09/06 04:37
Well, this really got my interest peaked.
