Worst game of all time
by nickDSL- on 2020/10/27 08:33
Game is the worst game of all time won’t let me beat the tutorial due to freezing can’t change graphics during tutorial game needs major fixes. Game is too much of a hassle
Horrible.
by memer13 on 2020/10/27 05:28
This game is very, very bad. Here is why: 1. The ads. DEAR GOD THE ADS. The ads are horrible and everywhere. Like come on. You don’t need this many ads. It’s so annoying. All I want to do is watch the person talk about something or do something and I get a Raid Shadow Legends ad. Pyro, Wolf Den, JohnTron, The King of Random, Hackersmith, and many, MANY more. You do not, DO NOT need this much ads. And before you RSL devs come and yell at me saying I should just skip the ads, I shouldn’t need to. I wouldn’t if I wasn’t getting annoyed by YouTubers talk about the same thing. 2. Over used gameplay and poor story. The game play is so overused a boring. You just tap the guy and you attack him and boom he dies yay now do it again boom other guy dies and yay you win now back to the menu yay you get stuff then repeat again and again AND AGAIN. Also the energy thing is bad. No, it doesn’t balance the game. It’s just annoying. Another thing is the story is very poor and not unique at all. It feels like it was made in 15 minutes. 3. Pay to win. This is a thing a lot of mobile games use and it’s sad. It takes forever to do anything and the micro transactions are made in a way that you must buy them to have a good time in game. It’s not good and it’s sad that everyone is doing it. 4. LAG. The game is so laggy. For me at least, and I checked my internet and it’s fine. Summed up, the game is just another bad mobile game that spent to much on ads and focused to much on how the game looks, rather then how it plays. It isn’t a good game. Don’t waste your time on it.

Lower costs please. Faction Level 7 too difficult.
by F-16C A-10C Crew Chief on 2020/10/27 02:57
Costs too much to play. Can’t rank up champions without spending a lot. Still can’t afford a level 6 champion. Already spent a few hundred on game. Can only get one level 7 done in all the Faction sections. Please give us better champions or lower the difficulty. Still no help in game on how to get past high difficult levels. Still cannot complete 13 level in dungeons.
Great game, could use changes
by Chewiholic on 2020/10/27 00:38
It’s a good game overall, but i do hate to see plarium value money over its player base. If we all left, what would you do? What way to support yourself would you have? I get you need to put food on the table, but this game feels WAY too P2W. If you can buy heroes and better items, what’s the point of playing)
This is so much funnnn

This is soooo much fun although they spinster everyone and it gets annoying I really injoy this game I don’t like these types of games but RAID is so much fun
Way too much PG13/R content
by ul on 2020/10/26 15:32
Wonderfully addictive game - but way too much PG13/R content. Roughly 30% of the characters show way too much, and even if you choose to play without those characters, they’re still spammed at you in pop up ads multiple times a day. Plarium would do well to make a version of the game that is appropriate for those who don’t wish to see that kind of content.
Bad game
by fdfhvtaeqq on 2020/10/26 14:23
It is pay to win the only good thing about it is the graphics and they are not much to talk about either you can not just let it set there in auto “grinding” you can only play five levels and you run out of energy and you have to wait a hour
now for our sponsor raid shadow legends
by johnhai03 on 2020/10/26 04:27
raid shadow legends is a game where you collect characters and fight. you can upgrade each individual and make them stronger.
Waste of time, liars, cheats, they want your money.
by TolyNaz on 2020/10/26 02:18
This game makes you go for broke. In game, you won’t have enough silver to do anything. Unless you spend real money, broke again unless you whale out. “Random” shards that give you 99.9% SAME BS characters. They make you spend real money on a game that will not exist in a year or two. HA! Level someone up, oh wait, they’re trash unless you get gear. Cost, more silver, time, and RNG BS that doesn’t guarantee good gear (it’s not even close folks). Watch some YouTube videos of how much money people spend to “progress”. It’s a joke, just like “Olga’s” customer service here. Feel free to delete my review again. I’ll gladly re-post.

Bots on tournaments
by Milltyf on 2020/10/26 01:02
This company is scummy. They put tournaments in the game that is based on paying for items, then they put a bot as the leader so everyone would spend more to try and chase after the win. Terrible...

P2W
by Ismael3pr on 2020/10/25 18:23
Great graphics and fun to play but to get 1 characters to 6 stars is insane. Everything in this game is extremely gatcha (bingo) P2W and would never recommend this game to someone.

by nejiniisama on 2020/10/25 15:42
After playing for three months i loved the graphics and the possibilities with teams i finally gave up when after last event i open last of my shards and got absolutley nothing worth waiting so long. Same like any event before that.. its just way too pay-to-win for me

This games is very asome
It’s ok
by 23445gamer443 on 2020/10/25 02:39
The game is decent and fine it’s just that the game gets boring after a few minutes and I’m the type of person who enjoys mad grinding and adventure so if there was a adventure mode where you can find wired and fun artifacts to forge armor then that would be grate but it’s a decent app to play with and pass time
Ehhhhh

Where are all these legendaries?
by Sirpwny on 2020/10/24 16:14
Boosted summons or not I really just go for epics, as much as it cost to maintain one.. still one would be nice? Also why not offer a package less than 60 dollars for once.
Raid the best game

Awesome game love it
Too money hungry
by Jeff-3675 on 2020/10/24 11:50
I am rating at a 1 star entirely based on why I just deleted the game. It seems like every time I go to the bastion, I get a popup or three to buy a package. They run multiple tournaments and events at the same time, and the only way to fully complete them is to buy packages. But they are more than happy to repeatedly shove buy now options on you. I understand a free to play game needs income to keep going and improving but, the volume of package and buy now popups is insane.
Good game. Annoying and pushy “special offers”
by T1mm3rD on 2020/10/24 10:06
The actual game itself is fantastic, but every single time you login to the game You’re bombarded with multiple offers to try and get you to spend micro-transactions.. after 3 months of playing that alone was enough to get me to stop playing. I wish there was a way to turn off special offers. Having to tap the close button 12 times before you can play is VERY annoying.
Gems were stolen!

I purchased a batch of blue crystals and it only took my gems and I didn’t receive my crystal!!😠
Cmon
by Zedoncr on 2020/10/24 06:26
It’s an average 5 star game to pass the time when nobody gives me space. I waste time and people think I’m a loser but really I’m not. I got a whole swarm of villains and monsters ay!!
It is good but
by hhffgyi on 2020/10/24 01:58
I like it and I can battle it is so cool but it says you have to pay and I want some of it but I can not have it so I might delete this game so before you download this game read the comments whoever you are if you want it and then when you get it you might not want it anymore so look at the comments before you download this game.
So many ads
by TryHauNTeD on 2020/10/24 01:14
Tbh I didn’t get to play the game much because there is constantly ads popping up the entire time you try and play the game. Seriously pathetic how hard this game pushes in app purchases
Its ok
by Hutgtre34 on 2020/10/23 23:41
I enjoyed game a lot at beginning stages, I spent some money on it because I didn’t want to wait. But after a while I see you just can’t get ahead because of a flawed system in match making arena. And I spent hours and money and all I get is trash heroes probably so I spend more out of 5 orange gems I get two epic trash heroes and 3 rare. During a summoning event.

by Raditty on 2020/10/23 08:52
Since my review was deleted, let’s do this again. Game is a huge cash grab. It’s a Ukrainian company that’s pays bots to give them 5 star reviews. Too many things wrong with the game, from an unfair arena to incredibly low numbers of pulling a good champion to bombarding you with ads for you to purchase content in order to move up in the game. If you’re not a whale (serious p2w player) don’t bother thinking that you will move up in the ranks. Overall it’s a disappointment. Let’s see if the next patch will fix any of these thing but I won’t hold my breath and neither should you. Arena has been fixed and the game is much more enjoyable, however it’s still a huge cash grab, free to play players are still left in the dust and the game is starting to be repetitive and boring. You can barely grind enough books to book up your hero’s let alone get lucky enough to pull stronger hero’s. 3 stars.
Great game
by JD smith jr on 2020/10/23 01:23
This game is pretty much another version of Summoners War with better graphics so if you love that game you will love this one
Great game needs more customization
by Blaze stag on 2020/10/22 20:47
I played this game it’s a good game but some thing I seen all of the ads and every single time or YouTube or says it they always say there’s customization but there never is you can’t customize your champions like they said in almost every single raid related content I can think of and I’m just wondering if I’m missing something or if the game is missing something anyway what are the main reasons why I even downloaded in the first place was because of hero customization what is my favorite aspects of any video game

Best free to play game
by Moirawr on 2020/10/22 17:55
I originally left a poor review because I saw 6 pop ups in a row. After playing dozens of hours, that is the only flaw in this game. I haven’t paid for anything and yet there is always so much to do, the various in game currencies are not hard to get at all, if you run out of one currency there are other currencies that allow you to play other game modes like PvP or particular dungeons. There are also plenty of free ways to get paid stuff. My BF got two legendary champions for free! None for me yet but that’s RNG. Since there are so many champions and dungeons there is always a way to progress, rarely will you have to set it down and wait and that’s only if you’ve played several hours that day. My only remaining criticism is the arena matchups don’t make any sense. My highest champ lvl is 40 and I’m regularly matched up against teams of lvl 50 or even 60. Sometimes I refresh and all opposing teams are lvl 30! Where are all the lvl 40 teams and why aren’t I matched against them?
I love this game

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I am so happy with this game the graphics are amazing and so is the gameplay I love unlocking champions and my favorite mode is donguen
Opinion changing..
by Teach of A on 2020/10/22 12:19
So I placed a bad review here because I opened nearly 20 sacreds the past two 2x sacred events and only got epics. Buying shards is my choice and I knew the chances. Raid, you’re doing awesome and these new updates (2.30 included) are making this game amazing. Keep up the great work and I look forward to Halloween!
Genuinely the best phone game Ive played.
by HumanToken on 2020/10/22 10:00
It can feel like a pay to win game but you can see where they make an attempt to balance the game for all players. The game is addictive and though the prices feel outrageously steep the game itself is extremely enjoyable.
Low % Legendaries
by MachoFear on 2020/10/22 03:41

What a dumb game
by ogron2358 on 2020/10/22 01:18
Someone recommended this game to me. It’s a huge waste of time and you’re competing with people who spend way too much money on garbage. The characters and design are cool. Beyond that I don’t know that I’d even call this a game. You click an auto button and watch your characters fight waves of enemies. Cool.

So when i first entered it was amazing i fought it was fun but when i realized that you plarium wanted people to bye stuff thats just frustrating i bought some deals no lego because you want me to bye me stuff what is this a game that trying to make people broke and spending like crazy just saying i love this game but at least i want a few legos and epics and rares. Trying to make people bye stuff is not gonna make this game popular if you make this To earn 200 ancient and voids watch one ad people are gonna love that and cheer. I know people make money from deals and i get that make deals about getting legos for 50$ people are gonna fall in love with this deal bye the way can you guys buff these champions: vala, wurlium, bystophos, ursine iron hide, ursine ice crusher, queen eva and ania

I.LOVE this game. I am very addicted to it it’s a great game. The graphics are amazing and the combat sequences are cool and I love the animations. One feature I think they should add is selling champions. You already can sacrifice champions, why not being able to sell them? I haven’t seen any bugs or glitches yet, but I’ll keep you posted once I see any. Hope you enjoy this game!

by sterbenrpggamer on 2020/10/21 17:03

I’ve been playing the game for almost 3 months and have only gotten one legendary player. I do not wanna spend over 30 dollars just to get a chance to win a good card. Plus this game needs better chances at leveling up your armor because you waste all your money on wasted attempts. Btw maybe if you guys didn’t spend so much on advertising then you could afford to give us what we actually want.

Free to Play or Pay to advance
by jmoney5 on 2020/10/21 03:18
Overall a fun game with a lot of opportunities to fine tune your builds. You can play it for free and go slow or pay to progress and have more shots and getting better champions. Warning it can be a cash cow, have a budget set. Plating for free just means being patient. Just save up the shards and gems and watch you tubers posting content.
Fun but to many sale pop ups!
by HeroicManiac on 2020/10/21 01:12
This is a fun and strategic game. What is frustrating and annoying is the constant sale in game pop ups that show up every time you finish an event, log in or just simply surf through your champions then afterwards a pop up is there! I wish there was a way to turn off those sale notifications instead every minute having them impeding your screen. Customer Service yet to reply. Like I said, fun game if you can get past the sale notifications.
Minor issues
by M1keMarz on 2020/10/20 19:49
Only complaint is that the arena scaling is terrible and it screws you by taking away over accumulated energy, so be sure to use it ASAP

Hard Skip - Don’t waste your time
by IanStone on 2020/10/20 04:50
Stay away. Great graphics designed to draw you in. Plarium does not give a hoot about its customers. Example, Plarium just introduced the forge, first piece of new content in about a year. The forge is supposed to help you craft artifacts. Problem is the forge needs materials and one of those are CodeHammers. Only place you can get CodeHammers is events. 10 CodeHammers are required to make 1 artifact. Plarium gives out maybe 5 in an event and most events do not have CodeHammers in them at all. This is typical. Plenty of resources when they introduce something like fragments and then these resources dry up. Free to play is for the rare very patient person. Plarium intentionally starves you of resources and the further you advance in the game the worse it gets. Business model is draw you in, get you to spend some bucks and when you realize how stupid you were look for another sucker. It seems they spend more on marketing than getting new content.

Pretty boring game
by Blanlanlabla on 2020/10/20 01:51
It’s a very repetitive and boring game. Just after 24h I got tiered of it. You have to spend a lot of time in it and grind and invest a lot of money to get somewhere and then grind some more. The game is nice but the endless grinding wasn’t for me.
Boring and repetitive
by Dv_ous on 2020/10/19 22:16
This game was fun when it first came out but the constant money grab has made it boring to play.
Energy Issue
by DonPhyo on 2020/10/19 20:32
Game is well made but doesn’t supply enough energy for players to enjoy and appreciate more everyday. Seems like this game demands much money just to play some more. They should fix that energy demands. I will never gonna play any games from this company again.
Spam with ads

It would be a great game if they didn’t spam you with ads as soon as you log on sure 1 or 2 would be fine but they choke you with buy this buy this as soon as you open the game it makes you not want to open it to even play spending 2 minutes closing out ads..

Review for shadow raid legends
by Zak.Y on 2020/10/19 01:05
The game is ok when you haven’t finished the story but once you do it’s pretty boring, also it’s almost impossible to get a golden champion even during boosted events I only keep getting purple champions from the golden gems and I’ve been playing for a long time.
Love it

I’m not here to sugar coat it
by How about no?? on 2020/10/18 03:59
This game is a pay to win garbage-fest. It’s the pinnacle of pay to win in its gacha features and extreme amount of making you use limited resources for basic stuff. The gameplay loop is also just ✨terrible✨. It’s extremely boring and I have no idea why people would want to play this.
Crashing
by XxCjxX50665 on 2020/10/18 02:12
I had this game on my phone and I wanted to play on my IPad. But now when I get halfway through the intro my game crashes. It’s done it 2 times already after going through the tutorial. If there is any wya to fix this please let me know. And it says it is compatible with my iPad.
Good game, getting buggy
by Jasonwindy1 on 2020/10/18 00:35
The game is starting to bug out during fights... the characters just stop and stare at one another doing nothing... the game took the energy for the fight it just won’t advance to a win or loss.. your devs need to look into this... you’re scalping your players of resources.
Please stop

Old school RPG
by Bill_G1968 on 2020/10/17 23:34
I truly enjoy this game. The story line is engaging, if a little thin. For a mobile platform it’s impressive. The massive pool of champions allows you to field a dram team suited to your style of play. It can be a slog to get a solid starter team, but things progress rapidly from there. The grinding reminds me of playing the original FF7. It’s tedious, but there is a payoff. All in all I’m thoroughly enjoying this game. Be warned you will spend hours playing!
Great collector/battle game
by Cyrusfyre on 2020/06/10 11:38
I really like this game. It appeals to me in a lot of ways. 1)The art and animation is very impressive. 2) The wide range of characters and champions is great also. 3) There are several different modes of play including campaign, dungeons and the arena. The game is fun. It is challenging and requires patience if you don’t intend to drop a lot of money but I have time and patience, especially during this awful pandemic. Speaking of which they’ve been great about that having given players very nice free stuff including lots of energy to give us all something to do while the quarantine was on in full. I often let the game play on auto battle while I do laundry and just make small adjustments when/if I need to. Really I love this game. I do have a question for the DEVELOPERS. I’ve noticed that the Arena around bronze IV and silver I there are many defense teams with a power of 100,000 to upwards of 150,000 power (once I saw 190,000) and it seems to be due to inactive accounts whose tiers have dropped to bronze and silver but they keep winning against the players trying to get out of bronze and silver so they stay right there acting like a clog for those trying to climb higher. Will something be done about that? Perhaps after so much time of inactivity (say 90 days or something) your defense team is removed from the arena and you must start your climb anew?
About 5 months in..
by Kempdip08 on 2020/04/07 12:03
So about 5 months in the game been around for some of the politics that I’ve seen with favoritism which I’m still a bit upset about.. other then that I do feel that there are things that need to be worked on.. the game needs a buyback system for atleast 30 minutes after selling an item. Another thing That was finally added is more inventory space (thank you if it was added this update didn’t check yet) also content.. I’m only 5 months in but basically almost done with my arbriter quest line barely touching nightmare CB boss but as far as what else to do in the game I feel there’s really not much more to do.. lots of limits as to what you can do and especially for someone like my self that actually pays for things in game I feel we need more.. I know this is a game based off RNG but we do deserve more in my opinion. This game has all the aspects of being one of the greatest game via phone and via computer.. has all the right ingredients just missing something. Hoping moving towards I’m not one of these people that have been playing since launch that are complaining a lot now... I listed what my complaints are and overall the game gets a 4 I want to bump it up to a 5 but once the added ingredients have been added I will push it up to that none the less. Stay safe everyone in this tough time we are going through globally hopefully plarium will dish something back To us.. thank you.
Over all very fun
by Noah100$ on 2019/09/10 05:01
I’ve played this game for a while and think that the developers did a very good job designing it. This game did a very good job at balancing how complex it is and how functional it is. Right from the get-go, you can already understand the core game mechanics. I’m always am finding new strategies, which keeps the game fresh. One thing that has always kept me coming back to this game is the clan boss. In my opinion the clan boss is one of the best aspects of the game. Having a boss that your whole clan can fight was an amazing idea. I think it would be great if they added more ways for clan mates to interact/work together. If I had to complain about something, it would probably be artifact upgrades. This has been improved upon in a recent update (where they now allow you to do auto upgrades), but I feel it’s not quite there yet. Upgrading is based off rng, which I think is fine. The bad part is when you are upgrading artifacts to higher levels. There have been many times when I spend millions of silver on upgrading artifacts when I shouldn’t have. I think that the player should have a higher chance for a successful upgrade the longer they go without one. This would reset after every successful upgrade. This game is very enjoyable and I hope that if the developers reads this it will help them.
Great game, but...
by A-Duck on 2020/07/22 07:01
It’s a great game, no joke. I play this only because my 14 year son old does and he invited me to play, so I’m in for his sake. Points of relatability with your kids, right? That said, 2 months and $150 later, there are some inherent flaws with this game, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. The lower level arena is a complete mess. My next arena challenge AND mission is to simply make it to Silver 1. Not happening anytime soon. It’s full of Level 60 (highest level) x 3 or 4 (not to mention the fact that oftentimes they’re Legendary Champions) that I simply can’t pass as a relatively new player. And, as an entry level player, I lose arena points for losing against these teams that have 3-4x my team’s power rating. Shouldn’t teams like this be quarantined to a higher arena level? I don’t even play the arena any more because even after 3-4 refreshes, I can’t beat a single team, even though I have a lone Level 60. Also, YO. Can we make books a little easier to come by? Maybe make an area towhere you can collect “pages” of books (5 for rare, 10 for Epic, 20 for Legendary?) or something? Digging the game, but there are simply way too many different types of “currencies” to fully max out a particular Champion. Then again, I made the decision to spend $150 over 2 months and I’m all for free market capitalism, but I can’t see investing any more cash that I have to work for just to be cooler with my kid.
Great Game, Terrific Graphics
by aguyapersonnnn on 2019/09/29 05:12
The game itself is amazing. Basically the RPG version of World of Warcraft. The graphics are amazing as well, very detailed and realistic. I can see the blood and sweat and all the effort put into this game. Sure, at first I assumed this game was bad because usually, games that spend loads of money on advertising and sponsoring YouTubers just to advertise their game would be a game I wouldn’t enjoy. This time, I actually decided to download this app, no regrets. If I could, I would give this game ten stars. Maybe the only downside is that the game is part pay-to-win, but you can easily make up for that by using the auto-battle tool. It's tougher without spending money, and this game requires a lot of grinding. This game is a great time-killer and whenever I'm bored, this would be my go-to game. There are literally so many characters in this game. It's exciting because of the many players that actually play this game. If you're reading this whole review and debating in your head whether you should get the game or not, I would highly suggest you to get this game. I can almost guarantee that you wouldn’t regret getting this game, since I didn’t. I was also looking for a new game to play since I got bored of all the rest on my phone, so this is now my game. Thanks Plarium, this is a quality, top-notch game.
Awesome game
by XscalaX on 2020/01/21 23:31
This is a great game. Lots of different aspects to spend your time on but the developers did a fantastic job of simplifying it so you don’t get overwhelmed. Overall it is a very fun game and pretty balanced. I would recommend everyone to give it a shot. There is one really big flaw that I find though and it is with obtaining jewelry artifacts. For example. If you need let’s say an amulet for a high elf faction character. It is already a pretty low chance that you get an amulet. Then it’s a much lower chance that the amulet you get is for the 1 out of 16 factions that you need. To put this in perspective. I have been farming the spider for over a month everyday and still haven’t gotten the any amulets for the high elf faction. In addition I know people who have been farming it for 3 months to no avail. I feel like a great solution to this would be to make the spider drops similar to that of the mastery scrolls. Where the piece of jewelry that drops will be for one of the faction characters you use to defeat the boss. This would change your odds of the right faction from 1/16 to 1/5. I believe this would still keep it a grind to get the jewelry you need but it would at least make it obtainable so that you don’t spend 3 months grinding for something and still never get it.
Great game, could use some changes
by smerd636 on 2020/08/10 09:38
The campaign is captivating, the visuals are great, the diverse heroes are amazing. BUT (big but here), if you want to play this game for its multiplayer, you’re going to have to spend money. I’ve played through 4 of the campaign quests and got I think 1 rare hero. Good luck trying to win battles with common and uncommon heroes with only 1-3 moves. AND the matchmaking system is terrible. You can have level 2 heroes in the arena and face people with all maxed out heroes. And in order to find someone that’s closer to your level, you have to refresh the list of opponents you have choices of to face. How do you do that? Oh, you have to spend gems which you can only get from doing difficult quests or paying money :) To make this game better, 1) fix the high level players being in low level ranks because of inactivity or whatever reason. 2) add more ways to get heroes other than spending money. I realize I just got into the game, but after opening all of the shards from campaigns, rewards, etc. I have like 10 out of the hundreds of heroes and they’re all common, uncommon, or duplicate heroes. Why am I getting duplicates when I just started the game? Needless to say I’m uninstalling after beating the campaign. Again, very well voiced campaign :) but otherwise there’s big glaring issues that from what I’ve read in the reviews have been going on for months
The game itself is fine
by gogo10123 on 2019/08/06 14:07
The game itself is fine and I enjoy it, but there are specific aspects that are just...not player friendly. The arena being one of those areas. You’re supposed to battle other teams but there’s usually only 2-3 teams that are at you level of champions or below. The rest vastly out power you. And if you weren’t penalized for losing it wouldn’t be a big deal-but you are. So the arena is pointless for me. I can maybe win 2-3 battles but after that I’m slaughtered. and you can be attacked while not there and I have never once seen where I got a victory from that. The stats on the those teams are excessively higher then mine. The arena is a joke. The other issue I have is that there is no where to see the rank of any of the characters. And you can’t guess based on level since the levels start over after you increase someone’s rank. That makes no sense, and is deceptive when battling other teams. The pay to play aspect is rather annoying but I get it. However the fact that you have to pay money to unequip a piece of armour from a champion I s absolutely ridiculous. And the amount you pay is horrible. Overall the game is fine, but there are pointless aspects for people who are just playing and not investing tons of money (i.e. the arena) and your leveling progress will be much slower.
Great Game but Needs Improvement
by Deliomerd on 2020/08/22 04:42
This game is a great RPG Battle/Collector with tons of different legends and fractions to chose from when creating your team of legends. A ton of different modes to chose from online and off as well as a beautiful set of graphics and music heard throughout the game. The game does reward you for grinding hard earned legends rather than going for the micro transactions but the micro transactions are pretty rewarding themselves. The store offers numerous generous offers ranging from legends to resources and sometimes a combination of both. Logging into the game loads up 5 or 6 different store offers which can be annoying at times but are offering a lot if you’re willing to spend some money on this game. Somethings I feel like the game could improvement on is a better and more detailed story, perhaps with some side quests and choices which depends on the choice could change the story’s ending in multiple different ways. A lot of the low star legends are reused as a way of it being a different legend but with a slight bit of change to its clothing, color and star ranking and trying to sell them as a “new” legend which is just trying to take the shortcut when it comes to design and development in video games but overall it’s a still a great game and I would recommend trying it out.

Great game with a few minor issues
by abel8488 on 2020/01/19 18:21
The game is great and a ton of fun definetly recommend however... you definitely need to spend real money. Purple shards to summon the good heroes are extremely rare. I have poured around 10 hours into the game and have received one purple hero. The bigger issue is that the lower level heroes (blues) are level capped so they hit 30 and that’s it unless you sacrifice other heroes to level them up but even blues are so rare that at this point I can’t level them up. So you get a point in the campaign where your party is capped out at their max level and you can’t get passed the mission because you can’t level up any further and get stronger. This is ridiculous in my mind and forces you to buy stuff with real money. Additionally the game punishes you by making you spend your silver when experimenting with different gear combos which is RIDICULOUS. If I want to remove gear from a hero I have equipped you need to spend silver which take some of the fun out of seeing how some gear teams up with other and really figuring out how to maximize your party’s efficiency. To summarize, great game but unless you spend real money you will reach a point where you cannot level up your heroes any further and your progression willl be SIGNIFICANTLY slowed. Lastly please get rid of the system where you have to spend silver to move gear around and let me have fun experimenting!!
Raid ripoff!!
by Remvaril on 2019/06/18 15:29
Gorgeous game ! Only problem is like in all these games for you phone , if you don’t spend real money you will not be competitive at all in the arena. It’s hard to enjoy a game that you have to spend money on micro transactions. I have seen where the devs are spouting off something about resource management is a big part of the game and is a major part of the challenge. I call bull -hit on that statement when you can purchase all of the resources you need in - again the micro transactions! Not much of a challenge when you can buy everything you need. Why can you just make a game where the micro transactions are for cosmetic stuff only why have a pay to win game ? If it’s pay to win then stop saying things are a challenge. The only challenge here is the challenge of affording things to buy. Sounds like Real life to me and not a game to enjoy. The devs will say there is no paywall but that’s a lie sure you can get what you need for free but it is going to take you months to be able to really do anything. That is just not enjoyable Drudgery is not fun. I know this because I have spent money after a month of not getting the champions or the coins to upgrade them properly. I’m sure they won’t respond to this review but if they do I am sure they will say I am wrong and can get all I need for free. That is not a lie I guess per say but it will take you forever. You will get bored way before you will enjoy the grind.
I wish Plarium cared about the community.
by Hopefulskater on 2020/05/06 11:32
Besides any minuscule quality of life changes, Plarium has proven time and time again that they only care about squeezing that last little bit of money even during a pandemic. You are not a person to them, you are a statistic. This is a gambling game, through in and throughout. There is very little skill needed, besides gearing your champions for what you need. I really love the character art and how much the community can agree on how awful Plarium is run. I don’t mean to hurt any of the devs feelings, you have to do whatever it takes to put food on the table but at what cost? How much money is enough to get y’all to actually care about how your fans view the game? How long is it going to take before y’all hire people that actually play the game? I have seen countless responses from Plarium employees that are clueless about our problems with the game. I am not worried about the amount of time in between patches but if you are going to come out with one around every month, each update should be a significant one. It isn’t like the community isn’t giving y’all enough ideas for new content, or do y’all want to keep ignoring the community more? The pressure is on now. I do have positive things to say about the game but when the issues with Raid and Plarium are as big as they are, the positives aren’t even warranted.
Best game

There is an OK game and then there’s this game wow I mean wow this is one of the best I am nine about to be 10 and this is better than any other game out there any day I want to give this game some advice This game can’t still get work done because there are many other games out there fortnight is dying down but now you have Minecraft this game is but I think there should be a better way to get rid of the champions A easier Way too well get rid of champions if you can’t get rid of champions easier this game will die down because it will make people fill up with champions forcing them to buy more slotsBut what if they don’t want to buy more socks? Seriously this one of the best games I’ve ever tried but it is just I just need to be worked on a little bit for that one main reason I do not know how to get rid of my champion and half of them are common exactly why would you want that many commons I barely have any more room for my epic or rare’s so please just make like a button that says get rid of champions that big ladders right at the top if you want to get rid of that champion soon I will have nothing but calm nothing but common and I won’t have any room for any crystals to open thanks for reading my opinion goodbye!
Great Game...just grind it out
by slicricflair on 2020/10/03 01:02
I see a lot of people getting upset that this is a “pay to play” I can understand how it maybe feel that way but if you have the time, you’ll get your reward, it’s all about that sweet sweet grind, son!!!! I wish things could be cheaper but I don’t make that much so that’s mostly my problem lol. But there is fair opportunity to make your champions just as strong as the next and I like that because it makes for an equal playing field. Graphics are great and this company always works hard on fixing bugs and as of right now I think the game is at its peak. Especially now that you can craft gear. That’s an awesome addition. One idea that I think would be cool is to make it to where you can fuse shards to get a more powerful one. Like fuse some common shards and some potions or something to get one, uncommon...and so and and so forth...if that makes sense..Obviously without making it too easy to just farm a bunch of legendary shards. Idk..if the company likes the idea they can add their own spin. I just think it might solve a lot of frustration with the whole pay to play deal. Either way I’m still gunna play and it’s a great mobile game that always keeps me coming back.
Opinions and suggestions.
by sharkblood8930 on 2020/06/14 14:09
So this is an awesome game with great graphics. I really enjoy playing this game. It has everything I want. Cool characters. Cool bosses. A cool story. It’s awesome. But there are some problems. I have some sort of bug that makes my game crash after I play for awhile. I can stand it but it’s still annoying. Also the chances of getting good characters is unbelievably low. Sacred shard are gold. That indicates legendary characters. But you have a 1% chance of that. That should definitely be raised at least to 25%. And I’ve used maybe over a hundred mystery shards and a small percentage has been uncommon or rare. Please raise those chances a little too. And it would be nice if you could make the gem mine that takes 1d 2h to get 5 gems way cheaper the 500 gems. That is a lot. And making a clan should also be cheaper. My final suggestion is add a friending system. You should be able to friend people on raid. Also you say that if you send invitations to get people to start playing Raid you will give good rewards. I send the referral link. To three of my friends. But I didn’t get any of the items you promised. It’s not like that will change my overall opinion on raid but it would be nice to fix this. I hope you take my suggestions into consideration and fix that bug.
Fun but major flaws
by RedOwl95 on 2020/02/22 02:21
Okay first I love this game but there are some serious setbacks which make me consider deleting it all together. One is the constant bombardment to spend money to play the game and not a few dollars here and there I’m talking dropping $30 every few days just go up keep your process. That is ridiculous! Also I’m going to spend money I will go spend the money I don’t need to be advertised to every few minutes. An other majorly huge problem is the games use of “energy” and silver coins. You run out of both quickly simply trying to complete the missions and challenges they give you. Upgrading an artifact (an essential aspect to game play)can cost you millions in coins which are not exactly easy to come by. To get coins you need energy but once you run out of it your stuck unless you spend real life money or can complete some quest with energy as the prize. So despite the facts that I like the graphics and “collect them all” style game play, I’m afraid I will soon have to quit this game because my progress will be at a standstill with out spending hundreds of real dollars I don’t have. So sad that this is what games are like now. I would much rather pay a lot one time for a good game then get it free and now have to pay all the time to play. Please ease up on the difficulty of advancement so players without the wads of cash can still enjoy your game. Thank you -Rachael
Sort of disappointing
by Sdw804 on 2019/11/06 00:45
This game seems to have potential. There is a fair amount to do with lots of back stories and characters. The biggest disappointment is that you need to level up characters which takes time and resources only to sacrifice them later in order to upgrade another character. Now that I’ve played this for awhile it needs work. Good luck figuring out multi battle. It seems simple, you pick one to four characters and the characters you pick should be the ones to fight. Not in this game, you can pick four people and one might show up to fight in multi battle. I bet the developers could make this more complicated. I’m sure I could dig through the forums to try and find answers but I have a job. Also don’t bother buying shards because you will need to buy dozens of shards to get maybe one good character. But if you like spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and endlessly farm it has more developed characters then most other mobile games. At the end of the day we, as consumers, can complain all day long but unless the developers of the game aren’t losing money nothing will change. If people stop spending money on the game then the developers might stop responding with robot answers and actually take note of people’s feedback. Plus you can tell they don’t care about the players just look at the last “servers down” gift we all got. What the hell was that about? BOTTOM LINE STOP SPENDING MONEY IF YOU WANT THE GAME TO IMPROVE!
Pretty game
by Leo(1) on 2019/08/12 20:24
Pretty game with good graphics. That’s about it. Drains the batteries, if you don’t want to spend money, be ready for lots and lots of grinding. Long and boring grinding because there’s no skip for the stages that you’ve beaten even with three stars. Too many heroes, not enough space to collect them and you need to have the heroes because there’s an option to fuse heroes and get an epic or even legendary. Heroes are summoned random. You never know who you gonna get. Getting epic heroes not that hard, but legendary drop rate is at best 12% on double chance events. Regularly only 6% and that’s with gold shards of which you may get 6 or 7 in the game unless you’re willing to spend money on packs. Yes there are some events where you can get the shards as rewards, but you need to collect a whole lot of points which means hours and hours of grinding. A 5 star rare armor that you can buy at the market for let’s say 300,000 silver you may get from a certain stage and if you decide to sell that armor, you’ll get only 15,000 in silver maybe. Upgrading armor costs silver. Upgrading is by chance. The higher the armor level, the lower the chance and higher the cost. It could cost anywhere from 5-10 million per armor to get it to max 16 level. You can finish the storyline in 2-3 weeks depending on the time you put into it. After that it’s just about arena and getting stronger to beat some stages that drop artifacts to make you stronger(lol) Like I said. A pretty game.
Fun, grindy, and challenging
by noobsadface on 2019/06/29 19:02
The graphics and gameplay are great and If you dont mind grinding. The game does give you free chances to collect characters from weekly logins and crystals you find, they do require gold to summon. I dont mind grinding with in reason, but to much grinding gets a bit boring after awhile. Maybe its me and other app games do it to, but ive never played a game that requires you to pay gold and lots of it To swap out and into better gear. I can sorta see when upgrading the equipments lvl or possibly skills, even then doing that on all your gear is costly especially if it comes up failure, but swapping gear that you are taking the time to grind and find to help with higher content doesn't seem right. There are a variety of characters you can get and each one when forming a team of 2 or 3 or 4 needs to be geared, but when you possibly find better gear and teammates for the group and you wanna swap out the gear from one guy to another it cost tons of gold. The missions dont give enough when completed. Maybe a few hundred when it cost thousands to swap and level the new gear up. Yeah You can sell lower tier gear your not using but the return amount though isn't much unless you have a handful to sell. Most of the gold i did get was from logins or completing achievements.
Shallow

I really wanted to like this game but there are some fundamental flaws that prevented me from really enjoying the game. First and probably the biggest issue is the amount of energy required to accomplish anything is extremely high. In the beginning that may not seem like too big of an issue but later it starts to really hinder the progress. The way that artifacts are distributed in dungeons combined with low drop rates and high energy requirements make it virtually impossible to get decent artifacts. Unless you are willing to spend gems for energy refills. However, there is no efficient way of replenishing gems except for buying them. The same issues is with every event and tournament in the game. Unless you pay there is no chance of completing events which prevents you from getting rewards that actually matter. Then there is the absence of new content in the game. The only new thing that is being added is more champions. The only thing that is accomplished by that is that it successfully lowers your chance of ever getting a good legendary champion. Every issue that the game has can be fixed by paying money but isn’t that the issue in its own? The game has a great potential but, sadly, it seems that the developers are only interested in what’s in our pockets. All in all a good pay to win game. However, with little content there is nothing to win either. Shallow.
You earned this 1* review, now claim it!!!

The gameplay is very addictive. Visuals are great, especially for a mobile game. Getting to gear your champs how you want is really cool. TONS of champs to choose from. However... Plarium obviously cares much more about money than their player base. Their hasn’t been any new content since October/ November. The updates they push out as “content” are really just patches for bugs with the occasional character balance. There hasn’t been anything new to do in the game since October/ November. Updates are too far apart and too little for how far apart they are. Many of the champions in the game are in desperate need of buffs... only a handful of champs in the game are really great. Some good, niche champs here and there, but many, many useless ones. In game purchases are WAY too overpriced. Summon chance percentages are also way too low, forcing you to stockpile summon shards in hopes of a 2x event if you want a good champion. However, doing this is boring. People play this game because they want to use new, fun champs... not hold on to shards for two months. They recently released version 2.0, which for most games means a vast overhaul of many of the games’ features. For this game? Taking the current features of arena mode and having you do it 3 times... they call this tag team arena. It’s nothing new. What a joke. Overall, fun for a little while. Don’t sink too much time/ money into it or you’ll wind up regretting it.
Great until it isn’t
by Ska Bard on 2020/06/26 00:45
This game has a lot going for it in graphics and diversity of characters. The challenge has been upgraded over time and there are enough game modes to keep things interesting. Where this game falters for me is in the end game play style. Simply put it’s not for me, which is why I can’t give the game max stars nor 1 star. Once you reach the end game, it purely a game of grinding for better gear and upgrading, there’s nothing interesting left to do. The getting of better gear is extremely rng based so it can take awhile as well. What drags this process down is that all you’re actually doing is trying to make a stronger team in order to complete a higher stage (or boss, or arena match) more quickly. Which is all is done on auto. Every time you log on you go to each mode, click auto, collect rewards (hope you get what you want/need) then do it again once you’ve got the energy or arena coins. Theres really no point it playing on manual either in most cases because it’s slower and repetitive, each stage replayed is going to play out similarly every time you re-play it. But some people enjoy it, and that’s cool. After a long while it’s gotten too boring for me however, and the grind to get stronger isn’t rewarding its just a cycle. To each their own, hope this helps either way.
F2P decisions restrict an otherwise reasonably well made game.
by Haldos on 2019/12/29 06:41
One of the better looking idle games but a bit too many strategic creative decisions on players from the F2P model cause friction for me. Upgrade materials are on a daily rotation, so if you just got a nice hero and need “red” potions to upgrade you better hope it’s Friday or else you’re going to have to wait. Getting 4+ star champions is very difficult and getting a non common loot box could take you upwards of a week just for 1 if you don’t pay. The void and legendary versions can be near nonexistent for non paying players (from my experiences) and they are subjective to standard RNG rolling. Every log in is plagued by pop ups to buy things and I spend the first 10 seconds tapping outside the box to try to close them asap. Upgrading gear is also RNG and I have spent hundreds of thousands of in game currency and failed. You only get 15 “auto play” missions per day, so a game like this usually built on having the ability to play idle restricts that so you can’t progress your heroes as quickly unless you buy a pass to double the amount. I understand decisions like this help the F2P model survive and keep companies afloat, but that doesn’t make them enjoyable nor make me want to recommend the game to others, despite the serviceable and otherwise enjoyable game.
Trade champion for champion?
by G.S.jr on 2020/02/12 06:32
I actually like playing this game so much I will get on it to the arena and the clan boss. I had been playing this game for almost three months all and so far been a great game. The one thing that I think could be better to be added to get game or just a good idea is just like you can get the chance to a fusion to get a rare epic or legendary champion. I was thinking how like there so many champion you can get in the game. How about u can do the fusion still but also even trade champion for other? Like since like it’s kinda challenging to get legendary champion and then ended up being the least one you want to get made in a future update it could be add. I don’t know if it would be or not but it would be a good idea to do it. Like it’s would take a rare for a rare or epic for epic and same thing for legendary for legendary, but like only allow it once every update or like once two weeks or month two allow player to try out new champion and to take them actually look at the pros and cons of the champion. Well I will just leave it as that but maybe hopefully that probably gave y’all a new idea to try and make possible at least but also thanks for a great game!:)
Very nice game - good job Plarium...
by PaxTheAwesome on 2019/04/06 20:10
The game is well balanced and is friendly towards the users who prefer to play the game rather that pay a lot of money and cheat themselves out of the gaming experience and call themselves a “winner” (as you can imagine, I do not understand the appeal Pay2Win has to some people). Of course this game will also allow you to spend a lot of money if you just want to skip all the fun and jump to the end game, however at its core this is a gamer’s game and offers you a satisfying charater progression missions and exciting grind4loot dungeons to achieve everything there is to be achieved with hard gaming. And for a smart spender there are some special offers that give you a lot of bang for a buck to enchance the experience, especially special offers tied to events, that first give you more stuff as compared toma standard purchase, second they allow you to progress further in the event, getting even more stuff. In the end remember this is a kind of game that is designed to be played over months and years so don’t expect to do everything and get everywhere in a day (unless you are a kind of compulsive-obsessive type who wants to pay $1000s to skip all the fun)...
Plarium is a bunch of crooks and liars
by Move over Instagram on 2019/08/26 01:25
I can’t tell you how excited I was to play this game. The graphics were great, the storyline was eh, but the characters and abilities were well balanced. All that aside, when it comes down to it the game developers are a bunch of crooks. I’m level 51 and I’ve never summoned a legendary champion. If this doesn’t sound like much it’s taken me 7 months to get to 51. And I play every. Single. Day. For no less than 15 hours. So they recently ran an event where they claimed to have doubled your chances of summoning epic and legendary champions from sacred shards. So I bought a ridiculous amount of them, plus some void and legendary shards. 27 in all..... they’re not cheap. This was real USD. And I used them all during this event. And you guessed it.... nothing. So after this, I’m done playing this game. It doesn’t have any real play value. You can beat the entire story in a day. And once you get to the highest tier in the arena there’s really nothing left. I had high hopes for this game but like many other they have succumbed to their greed and have resigned to get as much money as they can while they can. I know this rant seems like I’m bitter, but if people are paying you real money then you should produce the product. Had I summoned at least one legendary champion I probably wouldn’t be so angry about dropping $100. But nope! they took my money, and gave me trash and they’re laughing all the way to the bank.
Not the best
by facedads on 2020/07/01 11:13
This game truly does look great for a mobile game, but that’s where my praise ends. Despite being a decent afk arena style click and afk dungeon crawler, it’s clear this game was meant to nickel and dime you at every turn. From paying to unequip items without destroying them(?) to having to grind up additional heroes to sacrifice them to continue leveling your main hero (which then resets them back to level 1!!!), this game has every bit of malicious pay to win practices. Timegated energy to do everything, timegated arena, timegated clan bosses. And the awful platinum (the “free” currency) grind is just awful. (Also timegated by energy). This game could be great if it wasn’t run by the most money hungry sharks looking to toss this game aside as soon as the money dries up. Edit: HOW COULD I FORGET THE ADS Good lord, anytime you go anywhere in this game it throws up advertisements in your face, advertising bundles for this “free” game that cost more than triple A full priced games!!!! I’m talking 4-5 intrusive full screen ads that you have to manually click off of every time you return to town. I feel bad for anyone with a gambling addiction.
Money Pit
by eddie_seawick on 2020/07/04 13:29
This game was really fun in the beginning but after a couple weeks the offers start popping up all the time. What I have noticed from this game is it’s not really a game it’s more of a store. 90% of the money made goes into advertisement so develop ways to get ppl to spend more money. The RGN in this game is the worst I have seen in a mobile game .5% to get anything good? Not to mention the gear you get is also RGN so most of the time you waste energy to get garbage items but after you spend 2k energy you might get one item worth it. Like I said before this game is more of a store it has more in game purchases than actual content. They have minor updates and “new content” but it’s just a re-skin of old content with a shiny new picture on it. The customer service is non existent the only thing they respond to is purchases, not to problems in game. They promised updates and QOL improvements but that was over 8months ago. The game itself is ok but this game forces you to look at in game purchases every time you go to the home screen to give you options to purchases something and most of the packs are $100 and not worth it bc like I said if you try to summon for something good the chances are so low you hate yourself for even trying in the first place. This game gets 2 stars bc it was fun in the beginning but not so much now.
Money hungry
by Lord Moruso on 2020/02/15 17:00
So to start out it’s a energy based game. That means when your out of energy you have to let it build up. It’s super grindy. Every character can go to level 60, but they have to be ranked up. So every rank is 10 leveled times their rank. Rank 1 can go to level 10. Cool right? No, because then when you use another character to rank that one up it eats the other character and then drops your new rank 2 character to level 1. So now you have to level him all over . The levels get longer and the character sacrifice even more. If that was not bad enough server maintenance is constantly happening multiple times a day. For 20 minutes at a time so if you get rewards for the daily challenge or whatever crap they offer at the time you can’t enjoy it. Then they are very heavy on the pay to win. Many of their champions are locked behind pay walls and battle passes. These are like season passes but just for the new challenge content. And it’s like 25$. And their packs of other useful things are really high to. So all in all this game isn’t worth spending money on and really not worth playing for free. Matter of fact I feel like they should be paying me to play it. Also they gave away a free legendary character to one guy and a lot of people got mad so they said they won’t do it anymore but it still kind of annoys people that they didn’t get any compensation for the bad move.
Missions/challenges need serious rework
by Twohit09 on 2019/03/21 23:55
This is a fun game and a good time waster. Lots of content and they are very generous with rewards and energy in the beginning. The graphics are fantastic, there are quests/missions/challenges to keep you busy and give direction. HOWEVER, whoever designed the progression for the missions/challenges needs do a serious analysis and revision based on how a player progresses. You can literally spend hours and a thousand energy trying to find a piece of 3* armor with a specific primary stat from the normal version of the 2nd campaign. Normally this might be fine, but by the time this mission is available you have already cleared all 12 campaigns on normal and can easily do hard where there is a much better drop chance for 3* gear. So you end up mindlessly running the same mission over and over and over and over and over just got get a piece of gear that you will immediately sell, and get rewarded with 50 energy for your efforts. All so you can unlock the next set of challenges. Don’t get me wrong, I think the game is great, but with missions/challenges providing direction and rewarding for your efforts, there needs to be some serious thoughts on tweaking some of them to better reflect where the player is at in the game and how useful the achievement actually is...
horrible customer support (non existent), developers nowhere to be found.
by R_HQ on 2020/02/15 03:43
this game released an update a little over 2 days ago now. i’ve been playing and enjoying it for almost 1 year now, despite the many headaches the developers have caused- i endured and continue to play. However, now there is a serious problem with not being able to even sign into the account (i’m one of HUNDREDS if not thousands of players experiencing this problem at the moment). They told us to send an email to their support email team, we have all done that and if we’re lucky then we receive responses from bots- not actual people- that offer NO help to the problem you mentioned and instead offer advice to a totally different problem that is irrelevant. I have made multiple attempts at contacting support or anyone with support to no avail. I have invested thousands of dollars into this game and now am locked out, can’t even do a refund either because it’s been over an extended length of time! Way to go Plarium, you completely ruined a perfectly great game and ruined your reputation with the player base. They are also doing a limited time event which i now can’t complete (for the first time EVER) because of their incompetence! If i could, i’d rather them 0 stars. STAY FAR AWAY UNTIL THEY FIX THESE ISSUES! i will fix my review when the company actually responds to me and addresses my problems i’ve been facing.
App keeps shutting off!!!
by Pink2728 on 2019/05/11 16:36
Like the title says, the app just randomly shuts off for no reason... The last 2 days, Whether I’m doing a regular campaign mode or in the dungeons, I select a level, it takes the appropriate energy points for the level, but before it gets a chance to load all the way up, the app just shuts off for no reason and goes to my home screen... It happens about every 5 or 6 fights... It’s VERY aggravating to say the least... The worst part is it happens AFTER I use the energy points for that level... I bet I’ve lost about 200 points in the last 2 days... Please fix this problem... Other than that, I really enjoy playing this game, but obviously I can’t play it properly if it keeps shutting off for no reason... If it doesn’t get fixed, I guess I won’t play it anymore UPDATE: Now it’s shutting off every 3rd time I go to a next level instead of every 5 or 6... I bet my energy I’ve lost is up to about 250 by now... The frequency of the app shutting off and wasting my energy points, that I worked VERY HARD to get, by the way, is happening more often... Especially since the update, that was supposed to fix these bug problems... It seems like it’s gotten worse since the update instead of better... Please fix this problem now!!!... I like this game, but this is really freakin aggravating!... I would’ve given this game a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for this HUGE problem!
Seems good, tell the paywall
by M00n's on 2019/05/30 15:28
Just a paywall game, after a day of playing the game stops hard, with no way of ever progressing, if they removed the energy thin there would be a soft wall and most people would still play. In order to progress in this game you need to grind a lot, like 30+ fight vs 1 boss to get 1 potion out of 4 to up you stats a bit. But with energy you can only do 10 fights 2 times a day. Unless you pay up $$$. Will be happy to see the US pass the bill to ban games like this, thin we can go back to paying upfront and enjoying a game freely. Where leaderboards are filled with skill players, not who has the most $ Update to dev: I’m sorry let me clarify a bit more on what I mean a paywall is. Let’s say your in boot camp and you have to scale a wall, ok every one has to, it’s doable, but your wall is so high that if I start crawling right now it would take me a week to get 1 stat boost on 1 guy. Now I have a party of 4 I need to do that 6 times for each of them, 24 weeks to boost my team 24 weeks of grinding a boss. That’s if I skip all daily quest ignore all events and missions and focus solely on what I need. Mind you that’s half a year just for a stats boost of 15%, 1 wall down now we have leveling wall, star wall, item wall, and the pure luck of getting a champion that’s any good wall, Sure balance you say. if I have the luck of the gods I’ll have a max team in just over 3 years playing 24/7.
Not very good
by Whatisofdsk on 2020/05/08 14:00
The amount of ads I saw for this game finally made me try it. Unfortunately it’s not at all what it was said to be. It was said to be an action RPG (role playing game) I have no idea what role I’m playing. Following that the champions have no personality or gimmicks to them either. This is just a turn based dungeon crawler. However, the final thing that made the experience the worst for me was come back after each mission to see 3-5 different push notifications asking me if I wanted to buy something. The game of course begins to make upgrading your character harder so you cannot just progress through the story (the little bit of a story there is) and instead focuses on trying to get anything they can from your wallet $2, $10, or up to $100. The games “combat” isn’t enjoyable enough to grind my characters up in previous levels so I can progress through the already uninteresting story. This is what lead to my rating of one star. I’m sure you don’t have to spend money to progress but unless you feel like staring at the same enemies for the next 8 hours grinding away at the xp they drop you won’t be having a good time one you get later in the story where your 1 star campion sacrifices do barely anything for their level and they lock off certain champion that are no longer used from being sacrificed. 1/5 stars is the only rating the can stomach to give.
Great concept and fun but one of the worst monetization orientated games I have ever seen...
by theAlfonzo70 on 2020/02/10 19:11
The game has a great concept and it is very fun but man oh man is it horrid with the amount of transaction the game pushes you constantly. If you do down load it you’ll see what I mean. EVERYTIME you sign on the game bombards you with several ads all saying hey buy this for 20$,50$,99$. But wait there’s more all the tournaments and special events only help players that pay money. The game does give you challenges that rewards you for playing but those are limited and once those run out you literally won’t be able to really get anymore good characters. So I will end with this the game is fun which is why I have it one star but this game will bleed you dry if you continue to play it, which is really unfortunate because this game would be amazing if they just toned it down a bit but they won’t because they are greedy... Edit: its been a few months since I wrote my review above.... please don’t get this game. The company is only interested in money. They promise updates that take months. They are actively trying to put in game breaking equipment and have it only accessible to those that are top tier in this game. You will never be able to be more then mediocre if you don’t spend thousands of dollars in this game. They say this game is free to play.... it’s a bigger lie then saying Epstein didn’t kill him self.
Fun game, but buggy right now.
by Zachkane_18 on 2020/04/11 06:03
I love the game and have been playing for about 4 months now. I’m giving three stars currently because the main attraction, the Clan Boss is super bugged right now... multiple times per battle after the CB attacks and the normal damage is deducted from your champions HP, the fight will freeze for about 5 seconds. This alone isn’t that big of a deal, however sometimes after the freeze your champions will just take a ton of damage, seemingly out of no where and it can even cause champs with near full hp to die, even though the actual attack only took maybe 5-10% of their max HP!!! In battles where this bug occurs, myself and others in my clan, report about 3-5 million less damage per battle. You only get a max of 4 free keys a day, but in reality it’s going be 3 because you’d have to stay up 24 hours straight to get the fourth, so these battle have to count unless you want to spend gems to buy another key... which I highly recommend you not do, Atleast until this big is resolved. The bug is 3-4 days old and the game has gone down for maintenance multiple times since it first appeared, but still no solution. I understand maintaining a game and figuring out bugs is a difficult process, still though, this needs to be resolved ASAP.
Strongly advise new players to stay away
by TXCiclista on 2020/06/25 12:20
I’ve never seen a cash grab this bad. RNG values are stunningly low. Cash is almost required to advance. What’s worse, the systems are out of date so punish new players. The PvP system is flooded with deranked inactive accounts making it nearly impossible to progress out of even the 2nd beginner rank of arenas. It’d be a neat game if it had an overhaul, but it seems like the company spends their $ on CG for the commercials and not on improving the game. EDIT: Dev responded, but it’s smoke. This game is not playable in any serious capacity as F2P. I’ve dropped ~$20 so far and have only progressed because I’m off for the summer (teacher) so have a lot of time to play. The 2nd level of the lowest bracket of PvP (Bronze II) is flooded with inactive accounts of old players with months and months of investments that you still have to beat (CPU controls them) to progress missions. The drop rate for decent heroes is atrocious (I’ve managed to do ~300 pulls so far and only have a handful of “epic” hero. The free one you get after 7 days is not particularly great). The bottom line is that this is THE least-player friendly, most wallet-unfriendly gatcha out there. I strongly advise new players to read up on online reviews and check the subreddit. This game has tons of potential, but in it’s current state, it’s a hard pass unless you’re willing to invest $100 or more to get a decent start.
Fun game, at first
by Darkmoon99 on 2019/08/12 13:48
Final update: after reading through many negative reviews, I have concluded that the developers either use bots to auto respond to complaints, or they scan the first couple of lines and pick out a cookie-cutter response. Whatever. It was kind of fun to start with, but the constant crashes, loss of energy and items, being bombarded with ads when the game launched have all conspired to reduce the fun value to insanely boring. If I could give zero stars I would, not for graphics or story line, even most of the mechanics are really enjoyable, but just for the sheer aggravation of having to restart the app every few minutes and wade through a plethora of ads for really expensive packages. Plarium, you have failed me, and that hurts. Raid was a blast at the start. Battles ran smoothly, lots of energy available so you aren’t waiting to run the next mission, and a nice story line... at first. Then the crashes started, and what was fun has now become tedious to the point that the graphics are the only part of the game that I really enjoy. F2P, but definitely P2W, so don’t expect to be rocking the top tiers without investing real cash. The gem mine is a nice touch, though. Update, just in case the devs actually read this, and it is not a bot... My issue isn’t the p2w part, but the constant crashing of the game. Took it from a fun grindy game to more hassle than it was worth.
Trash
by usemythirdarm on 2020/07/16 19:07
Game unstable. Story mode is short an replay it 3 times. Energy is low also so even if wanted to enjoy game can’t when a board cost 14 energy an you only have little over 100 an that’s after you lvl your account up you don’t start with 100 energy. Also why even have a guild if can’t actually do nothing with them. Arena is broken ranking system is trash also new people have no hope none unless spending big bucks not 10 20$ here an there taking at least spending 100$ month to feel like your making progress. So instead of fixing arena or adding a actual co op or even a duel with clan mates would be simple enough but that wouldn’t make money so guess doesn’t make since. Every game that’s based like this at least has a friends list or at least lets you use one hero from each of your friends for day. Honestly end day your only grinding to compete in arena an that doesn’t matter because you can’t grind the legendary tomes you need to upgrade. And probably biggest complaint is game so unstable that if you take a call or even txt someone game likely to disconnect. Which I’m fine but pretty dumb when use clan boss key an have a disconnect you don’t get key back an your score doesn’t count for nothing. Honestly summoners war is better put together then this. All this game has is polished graphics an character animations
This game is gambling, but not as obvious as you’d think
by mementomori4673 on 2020/07/02 05:16
I’d give this game negative stars if it were possible. I really got into this back in January, playing it daily, and I do admit, it was enjoyable. I spent my fair share of money on this game, but over time, I realized that no matter how much I played and strategized, that I would never get over this “wall” of beating other players who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the game. Whales, are the term used for them, I believe. And the in-game packages and items you can buy have only gotten more expensive, with little need for most of the items included. Do we really need 3 star chickens??? To add to this, Plarium is managed by Aristocrat Leisure Limited, which is a gambling machine manufacturer, which is something I really wish I had discovered earlier. Anyone with lack of impulse control, please steer clear of this game!!! They have lost many loyal gamers with their blatant ignoring of the fans, you know, the actual fans who DID enjoy this game. I happily uninstalled this game about 2 months ago and haven’t looked back. I felt the need to submit this, as a warning to those looking to invest in this time sink, and on the off chance that someone involved in this game reads this and maybe some changes will eventually be brought about. In short, don’t waste your time or money on this game; you’re welcome.
Buy to Win
by Asdfghjkl445 on 2020/03/09 03:34
I get why it’s so difficult to get shards. But playing this game for a month or so now with only obtaining maybe 4 void shards is insane. I get that they make it difficult to get legendary shards so it keeps the game interesting and gives you goals to strive for, but it’s seeming more like it’s a buy to win game. If I spend $50+ dollars I’m able to get one legendary shard that doesn’t even guarantee a legendary character. Overall, the game is amazing. The graphics, the campaign, dungeons, PVP. It’s a very fun filled game with amazing content. If you don’t spend money, you’re not going to be able to get better characters or be able to level your characters. I know if I get a response, it’ll be something along the lines of “it’s your option to make purchases” but at this point, it’s not if I want to level any good characters or have the chance at getting an above average one. I think they should go over this, and tweak it to make it a little easier or a little less expensive. With how much advertising this games gets, I was highly disappointed in not being able to get a legendary character without spending $50+ or having a friend join the game and waiting months for them to grind to level 50. Great game overall.
Good game terrible execution
by Com1t50 on 2020/02/28 20:04
The good: You can play this game for free it just takes patience. The graphics / artwork is excellent! The game can be as easy or hard as you make it. At its core I think of it as a collector game where you try to get all the characters. Can be addictive so beware if you are a spender. The bad: BUGS. It shocks me how unstable this game has been in the last month that I have been playing. At the moment the support function does not work in game for many IOS players. Items including a character I had won for a fusion event (meld characters to get a superior character) disappeared from my inventory so I can’t complete the event. This is VERY frustrating when you spend time and money to complete an event and then can’t easily advise the company and when you do (finally find a place on the internet) advise them via company email you get a canned message that basically amounts to.. oh well thanks for the information and don’t respond to this message because we don’t address individual issues.. I wouldn’t care so much if they told you in the email where to send your issues for resolution. I have seen several people with this and other issue without working support function in game so it starts to feel like a money grab. This is a fun game just... buyer beware.
Good grind, micro transaction price too high
by Sneaky Jerry on 2019/10/07 04:02
If you’re looking for a good mobile game with a decent grind, this is it. The gameplay is good, the visuals are nice, the resources you’re given are more than adequate for sustained play. It’s easy to maintain more than enough energy to play your heart out, currency is easy to grind out while getting xp for your champions you’re trying to level. The complaints I have that keep me from giving it a 5 star are smallish. The one that’s relevant to gameplay, paid or not, is the system you use to summon new champions. Like all the other resources you’re given more than enough, but the drops always seem to lean towards the lowest rarity. Use an epic shard? 9/10 you’ll get a rare instead of an epic or legendary. Same with using rare gems and common ones. Which leads into the second complaint: the micro transaction prices are insanely high for the little they give you, especially once you realize that the epic/legendary shards you pay for will just net you a rare. But, they are paid and aren’t necessary to enjoy the game even after hours of play. All in all, solid mobile game and I’d actually recommend it to friends if I had any that played mobile games.

Advertised as a free to play game it’s not very free. Limited in your progression by pay gates. Since I’m deployed and don’t have much else to do on my free time I threw $100 at it because why not it was tax free..don’t feel like $100 did much 😐 you can earn things through events which is nice but unless you’re spending thousands of dollars you’re not getting on the leaderboards..all events are essentially who has the deepest pockets..F2P players would have to spend most of their adult lives grinding to a respectable level and even after wasting your youth on this game you’d still not have much to show in terms of progress.. Besides the money grabbing and desperate cry for subsidizing in the form of intrusive pop ups for pay bundles it’s an ok game in terms of graphics, story, additional quests, faction wars, clan boss and the like..but still after all that hard work and exploitation of designers, programmers, developers and possible poor interns who can’t feed themselves it’s all for not since they’re worse on the pockets than congress during a budget committee.. I’m sure below the developer will respond with insert excuse or promo here but don’t listen to them it’s a trap 😧
Please read developers

So I recently installed this game and I don’t have many complaints as I’ve only begun to get into it but today I checked the reviews just to see if there was problems with the community and I’ve seen that the developers of this game regularly update the game and respond to reviews and this is where I would like you guys to respond please when I look at the recent updates of the game I’ve seen that for the past month or so every update said the same thing about the new changes that have been added to the game and I don’t understand this is this because you guys haven’t fully added everything in that the update says or maybe there’s another reason but it’s a little concerning and confusing for me because if you guys do update the game regularly and it says the same changes have been added to game for multiple updates are you guys even fixing anything or changing anything with the game again I have no complaints but I would really appreciate some feedback on this situation because I really don’t get why the past few updates say the same things for the “key changes” of the game please respond developers.
Just stay away from this game

Played for a month and change, I fell in love quickly because of the amount of options in champions and ways the game can be played however you will not get that far unless you spend money(a lot), your progress will quickly stifle. Why? This game is made by people who own online casinos and have tailored it to invite your inner gambler. Even if you do spend money your chances at getting a good champion are very low. If you’re F2P you might last to level 30 before you quit because this game is very unrewarding. Trying to get stronger is locked behind gates as well as you can spend countless energy trying to get specific gear that you won’t get until you’ve wasted a mass of resources and if your not n endgame you’ll end up switching out eventually. This game is a massive waste of time, is very unrewarding and the developers don’t care at all. Very support ticket I have filled has been met with generic computer auto reply that not only does nothing to help with whatever original problem you had but also let’s you know if your problem was more serious it wouldn’t be handled. I urge you do not download this game and if you do DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY. Update edit tag team arena is trash lose one battle win 2 and still lose massive points update 2: app keeps crashing mid battle costing me energy

This game has good graphics and a ton of characters. However, the game play is repetitive and you battle the same stages and boss fights for most of the game. You feel like the game changes when you get new characters, but it’s really the same as before. The gacha rate is terribly low for good heroes, and there are clearly heroes which are superior than others. For how much content that this game has, the prices are just astronomically high. You can spend 100$, and your account has not changed at all if you don’t get a good hero. They could charge half price, and you would still be getting ripped off. Everything revolves around them making money. This game has a top tier Marketing team whose top priority is to drain you of your dollars. The developers released an interesting purchase event called“Battle Pass” , in which you complete in game milestones to get rewards with a shiny Legendary hero at the end. They expect you to complete it in 6 weeks, but I guarantee that a jobless person in quarantine couldn’t even complete it. The tasks were so tedious, I can’t imagine the completion rate being higher than 1% for anyone who bought it. Just go to a casino and lose your money in one night, don’t drag it out for months by downloading this app.

This game is very fun to play.......if you have the money to actually play it. In order to play the game you need “energy” and once you hit the mid game that “energy” runs out very fast. I am account level 50 and I have 120 energy, I run a few dungeons at 14 energy per run and am unable to farm for gear. To go from 0 to 120 energy takes over 6 hours. So I switch to the pvp arena and can fight ten times before running out of coins to play it. I run the clan boss two times then wait 6 hours for another key to regenerate. While I wait I go into the faction wars and do a few of those. I don’t have many champions yet so I can’t dive too deep into that. You only get 12 keys per faction and two to three are open at a time. The drop rate for usable gear is pretty low and you also need to spend time getting potions to slightly increase your champions power. It’s very grindy, which I don’t mind, but you can’t even play it. Sacred and void shards, which are two types of shards to unlock new champions, have extremely low chances of unlocking epic or legendary champions. They cost a lot of money to get. Steer clear of this game unless you have some extra $$ to throw around. Yes you can get stuff for free, but it’s a very slow crawl to get to that. Even tournaments and events will cost you money to get the prizes you need.

Bad game
by fdfhvtaeqq on 2020/10/26 14:23
It is pay to win the only good thing about it is the graphics and they are not much to talk about either you can not just let it set there in auto “grinding” you can only play five levels and you run out of energy and you have to wait a hour
now for our sponsor raid shadow legends

raid shadow legends is a game where you collect characters and fight. you can upgrade each individual and make them stronger.

Terrible...

Great graphics and fun to play but to get 1 characters to 6 stars is insane. Everything in this game is extremely gatcha (bingo) P2W and would never recommend this game to someone.

It’s ok
by 23445gamer443 on 2020/10/25 02:39
The game is decent and fine it’s just that the game gets boring after a few minutes and I’m the type of person who enjoys mad grinding and adventure so if there was a adventure mode where you can find wired and fun artifacts to forge armor then that would be grate but it’s a decent app to play with and pass time

Where are all these legendaries?
by Sirpwny on 2020/10/24 16:14
Boosted summons or not I really just go for epics, as much as it cost to maintain one.. still one would be nice? Also why not offer a package less than 60 dollars for once.
Raid the best game

Having to tap the close button 12 times before you can play is VERY annoying.

by Zedoncr on 2020/10/24 06:26
It’s an average 5 star game to pass the time when nobody gives me space.

Cool.

I’ve been playing the game for almost 3 months and have only gotten one legendary player. I do not wanna spend over 30 dollars just to get a chance to win a good card. Plus this game needs better chances at leveling up your armor because you waste all your money on wasted attempts. Btw maybe if you guys didn’t spend so much on advertising then you could afford to give us what we actually want.

by jmoney5 on 2020/10/21 03:18
Overall a fun game with a lot of opportunities to fine tune your builds.

This game is a pay to win garbage-fest. It’s the pinnacle of pay to win in its gacha features and extreme amount of making you use limited resources for basic stuff. The gameplay loop is also just ✨terrible✨. It’s extremely boring and I have no idea why people would want to play this.

Shallow
by Mental421 on 2020/02/13 15:12
I really wanted to like this game but there are some fundamental flaws that prevented me from really enjoying the game. Shallow.
You earned this 1* review, now claim it!!!
by Keithhaskins on 2020/06/24 20:44
The gameplay is very addictive.

Just stay away from this game
by SirKennyTripsAlot on 2020/07/03 13:31
Played for a month and change, I fell in love quickly because of the amount of options in champions and ways the game can be played however you will not get that far unless you spend money(a lot), your progress will quickly stifle.
Only play if you are rich and lucky
by Hotsauçe on 2020/05/09 04:00
This game has good graphics and a ton of characters.
Predatory virtual gambling at its finest
