Got a response from customer service. In a show of concern with my problem with this game, they sent me coins to continue to play. With the coins that was sent, along with a message that hopefully my luck changes, I continued to play only to lose almost every coin in a short time, just like before.
I’ve decided to give this game up. I hate to do it because I truly like playing. But not having, what I consider, a fair chance at winning and growing my coins, it really bothers me and I can’t afford to keep playing.
Good luck to the rest of you who continue to dump money into game.
The developer contacted me about my previous comments. Things haven’t changed much, even with the HYPE of more coins and looser slots, in these virus conditions. I still continue to dump 19.99 plus tax with NO success into this game that I undoubtedly believe is unfair and a money grab. Win a little, lose a lot. Even with the ‘Quest’! I’ve dumped $60 into this game alone and winning is almost impossible. Stretches of losing spins over and over.
I enjoy it, but the cost to play is ridiculous. I just can’t afford to play this game.

I love the games but recently every time I go to collect my free coins, the screen goes black and then closes. I believe one of the ads is not loading properly but I’m no tech. I know it is not my phone causing the issue. Please don’t tell me to notify the support team because I’ve already done that 3 times and no response back from them! I’ve also went to bank 150 million coins and the app closed and I lost those tokens. I also notified them when this had happened and still no response! Please have someone check into these issues. I’m getting frustrated with this app. Thanks

It hasn’t been loading and I tried all kinds of things. They alway put the blame on your end. I downloaded other slot games and played them but somehow it’s my connection that is the problem?
It was my favorite game but every problem was blamed on my phone. Now it won’t load.
But other games work. So I’ll need to move on. I did like the game though
I finally got it to load but I had to delete the games entirely. I thought that would wipe out my account but it didn’t. The game had 10 gigs of data attached to it. It appears that every game you play within the game downloads onto your phone. That thought makes me want to be more selective about the games I play.
10 gigs is a lot for one application.

I love paying slot games but your I have to say is very upsetting. They rolled out buying businesses to earn money. They then dropped the profits of the businesses o ensure you spend more money. Spent 40 billion on a business that has barley hit 10 billion in value after the change. They claim it fluctuates, never has it gone back up. Just save yourself a headache. Like other reviews, I finally got over 50 million and played a game that I played every day and bet 10,000 like I did every time. then I kept getting the buy tokens box when I knew I had plenty but then saw all my tokens were gone.
After emailing about the issue I was told I have to bet my amount each time! WHAT???.... That’s funny considering I haven’t had to do that any other time before I had 50 million. Scam to eat your money once you have it!
In regards to response from company....
I did notify you when I realized that there was an issue with your game and you guys responded by only sending me a portion of the tokens that I lost and then when I saw that there was an app glitch after I lost all my tokens, I was told that I had to actually bet each time I play, which is not something I had to do before I had earned over 50 million tokens. It’s a sneaky way to get all of someone’s tokens without them realizing it.

You are playing with play money. You can’t use your winnings for anything concrete. If you lose all of your coins, you just wait to earn more. I would not spend real money to play these games because unlike a Casino night hosted by a Charity where you also play with play money, you can use your winnings at the end of the evening to try to win a door prize or bid on a silent auction. If you were charged an admission, it benefits the Charity. These games are fun for passing the time on an airplane, doctor’s office or a boring evening but to get so upset about losing play money is ridiculous.

I downloaded this game expecting it to be like all the others. It isn’t! Totally different look and “feel” than most other slots. I’ve put some money into this but hey, it’s my guilty pleasure and well worth the hours of enjoyment. You can also do quite well without buying credits. I especially love the investment part of the game. My only small complaint is it seems that once you invest, the prices of the various properties do not fluctuate as much as when there is no investment at all. Customer service is great and respond in a very reasonable amount of time. Good job 7 Heart!

This game is by far the best Casino game in the App Store. It keeps the interest level up with things like ‘purchasing’ money-making assets like businesses and factories, which can all be done with credits you’ve ‘saved’ in the game’s virtual ‘bank’.
The payout is fair, the games are gorgeous and the layout is easy to navigate.
On top of all that, the customer support is phenomenal. Had an issue with losing my assets when switching phones...they promptly fixed it. Great development team!

The higher your bet the less chance you have to win anything. When you finally do make money and buy properties, the value of them never gos up so you lose money on every investment. If you purchase a chip package, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL i have tried a hand full of times and only successfully received my chips twice, all of the other times i was charged and not given my chips. I had to e mail support and wait two or three days for my chips. This is a scam. I love the game but all of these issues are ridiculous! I understand you make a game to make money but here i am trying to spend a little money to play and i cannot even get that. Lets at least be fair and give people what they paid for. Stop scamming!!! BAD BUSINESS !

I agree with so many of the other reviews here. But also in my experience, I recently started being charged for purchases I did not make. When I noticed the first one I initiated a dispute. My dispute was denied and then I find another invoice. I was charged for another pack of coins while going through the dispute!! Of course I didn’t make another purchase at this time. Dealing with Apple to report the problem was maddening as they assume the user either doesn’t know what they are doing or are trying to be deceitful. I received another invoice again this week!! I don’t know if it’s Apple or the app developer but someone is pushing through charges that are not legitimate. I have deleted this app and recommend you do the same.

I’m kinda confused about all the negative reviews, it’s a free app with fair in game purchases, free credits threw social media, and a capitalistic aspect that allows you to revenue in game credit consistently. The Customer service is by far The most responsive and considerate slot host iv came across(and iv played them all)shout out to phonato you guys killed it thanks for making this epidemic a lil more comfortable.

I love paying slot games but your I have to say is very upsetting. You ask us to complete quest, and we try but you make it totally impossible to complete them because you don’t allow us to vey win very often in order to win at the quest. My suggestion is to allow people a lot more changes to win and to win big if you want people to keep playing your game. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

Honestly I don’t get the piggy bank thing, I won a ton of money and no way to access it.
I reached out on the email that they suggested on the previous review response and I got no delivery if you are interested in just playing as a game and you’re not going to be able to access any winnings the technology is spot on.

I tried all day long yesterday and again this morning. It will go to 95% not allowing me to open game. Or else it says connection lost try again later 009. Now I’m in but unable to play a game. I noticed at the top it says 95%. I really want to play this. I had 3 jackpots when I played last time.

First I spent money and bought tickets and spent half of them then saved the other half and then they disappeared then. I spent a whole lot of money on chips had over 1,000,000,000 and then they disappeared I contacted customer support and they only gave me 20million of it back I sent them a email about that being wrong and they just made excuses of why they weren’t going to fix the problem. I recommend not spending money on this app it’s screwed me over twice in less than a month.

Now that they fixed the notification bug where you could get $250K coins by uninstalling, reinstalling and enabling notifications; I think it’s only fair to point out that the coding in this game limits your chances of winning the higher your level is in the game. I tested this across multiple devices and accounts. The developer will probably come on here and tell you it’s a normal algorithm, but it’s not. It’s designed to get you to spend real money faster. So you do get that casino feel :)

Downloaded and played for a couple days off and on. Got lucky on a couple spins to get over 5 billion but then it was gone just as fast as I got it. Then it wanted me to buy coins that were not even close to what I just lost in matter of less then 30 minutes. I am not going to buy to have even less playing time. When your not able to play not going to buy. My rating is very low for this slot just wants money and very little time to have fun. I just delete it and move on.

This game is good to play during down time. I’ve learned to conserve money and blow it when necessary. It’s a very fun game, nonetheless! The opportunity to buy businesses makes the game even more interesting.

Prepare to spend real money or watch a lot of videos if you want to play this game beyond the novelty phase. The slots do not pay out so there’s no money to be made there. and the return on investment for a business is paltry at best. Couple that with the cost of businesses continually rising, it makes them even less worthwhile. The cost of 1 bakery would take 3 years to pay itself off. 3 years!
Love the premise, but the need for them to get you to spend real money to play the game has outweighed the fun that it could be.
Keeping it fun makes these games worth trying.

After over of year playing this game is that you buy credits (this is an expensive habit, hobby) that when you win a decent amount all the games shut down on winning and there is a steady attrition of losses. All the games turn off and whatever amount of coins you have are used up trying to find a winning game. I think that this is a lucrative addictive business scoffing money up from the public. I’m done with this and wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone.

I have been playing this since it was released. Love all the slots but recently my favorite three games are FROZEN on bonus screens and won’t play. Please update the fame to make everything functional again. Please.... I have sent emails through the contact in the game with no response. Kind of disappointing.

It hasn’t been loading and I tried all kinds of things. They alway put the blame on your end. I downloaded other slot games and played them but somehow it’s my connection that is the problem?
It was my favorite game but every problem was blamed on my phone. Now it won’t load.
But other games work. So I’ll need to move on. I did like the game though
I finally got it to load but I had to delete the games entirely. I thought that would wipe out my account but it didn’t. The game had 10 gigs of data attached to it. It appears that every game you play within the game downloads onto your phone. That thought makes me want to be more selective about the games I play.
10 gigs is a lot for one application.

This is a great game and I love playing it. My favorite part about the game is the Capital, However all of a sudden it won’t let me buy any businesses even though I have plenty of money in the bank. I can’t seem to find anything on this glitch or how to fix it.

On several occasions I would suddenly get a pop up that I need to buy more credits (when I knew I shouldn’t even be close to low) and then see that my bet had been increased to a crazy amount. The first several times I thought I had somehow accidentally hit the + with my thumb but the last 2 times it occurred when there was no possibility of that happening; last time my bet had jumped from $1M to $50M. TOTAL SCAM — STEALING CREDITS. BUYER BEWARE.

This casino app is nothing but a scam to take your money and nothing more. Payouts are pathetic, bonus rounds are virtually nonexistent, and they will hound you to buy more coins nonstop. You’ll burn through your free coins in literally a few minutes and ones you purchase even faster. Don’t be fooled by the 5 Star reviews put on here by their criminal developers. Every “casino” game available runs on the same dynamic. Let people win a little, get them interested, then hope they BUY coins when they lose it all. The difference being in a real casino you have a marginal chance of walking out the door with $$$$. With these games your chances are a resounding 0%. Spend money on valueless coins and that’s exactly what you’ll get.... nothing.

Just like other reviewers said, I tried different slots from this app, to be honest you really don’t win anything or get any bonus games. When they let you win after the 30th spin, the payout is very very little, that’s horrible. They lie saying they made this app for high payouts that’s total BS!!! Everything about this app is terrible, I deleted this app already!
