For the busy parent
by kayekaye805 on 2021/01/23 17:57
For the busy parent who still hasn’t filled out the baby book for your first, this is for you. I’ve had the best of intentions as we all do, but never got to it, or in enough detail. I’ve been doing Qeepsake for my baby and toddler now for several months and it helps catch the random exciting moments. I also love that when something big happens you can text in without a question prompt. Highly recommend!
Love it!
by BHkiddos on 2021/01/23 15:55
Only been using it for a few days and love it. Forces me to journal about my kiddos and I really love the directed questions which help me think of things to write about. So happy to have found this app/program.
Love Qeepsake

It’s super easy to use and makes me happy while looking back at old photos.

I needed something to help me keep track of my baby boy and this was perfect!
Seems great but unable to sign up
by MarShineon on 2021/01/19 13:32
I tried a few times but the phone number confirmation kept failing.
Love this idea
by StephCon5 on 2021/01/19 02:02
I absolutely love this idea! I’m not good at keeping written journals, so this definitely seems to be an easier way to keep up with our memories! One suggestion is to allow two pictures per post.
Love it
by Ciani J on 2021/01/17 20:55
I tried to do this on my own. However I am a working professional so my time is sparse. I’m happy with the my membership.
Great app for new moms
by Great help! on 2021/01/14 23:03
Great for asking you questions you probably wouldn’t have thought off and allowing your own free form as well to create a baby book in our virtual world.
Great app!
by ChireeG on 2021/01/14 21:18
Easy and fun! I love the questions that are asked!!!
I wish I’d had this years ago!
by Bmpm0315 on 2021/01/14 17:22
So fast and easy to record those precious memories. I love that, at the end of the year, we’ll have a tangible book to look back on our memories and enjoy for years to come. Brilliant idea!!
Wonderful!

Makes it so easy to record milestones and memories.
The only thing that has worked for me
by Listens While Walking on 2021/01/12 14:08
I’ve spent years stopping and starting different ways of journaling/scrapbooking for my daughters and Qeepsake is by far the easiest, most fun, and *most realistic* for me to keep up with as our family grows.

Awesome option for easy journaling
by AliAnn86 on 2021/01/07 03:12
I’m terrible about keeping a journal. I would often think to myself “I should write such and such down so I don’t forget the memory” and it didn’t usually happen. I like that with Qeepsake they text you questions every day to prompt you. And you can add your own little memories too, and include pictures. To me it is well worth a few bucks every month for the ease of saving these precious memories.
So sweet
by C_dreger on 2021/01/04 18:24
I love this app! So cute and so easy to document everything for your baby
Good start- keep optimizing

Love this concept. A few kinks to Work out when using with a partner.
Problem with it working
by Sadsadmommy on 2020/12/29 10:55
I was using this app while I was pregnant and it worked great. Quit using it for a little while but recently tried to open it. After logging in it just frozen on a white screen. Then when I got a new phone a couple of days ago it did the same thing. Not sure how to fix that but I’d love to be able to use it update: The app continues to freeze on my phone or tablet. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling numerous times.
So far so good!
by Marbeam on 2020/12/29 04:02
I’m really enjoying the experience. I’m excited to get my first book. Love the text reminders and the ease of use of the app. I would put 5 stars if the cover was better designed. I almost fell for Qeepsake the first time until I saw the covers and they don’t look great. I finally gave in because the rest is so awesome. I wish we had more cover options or just went real simple with a full blown photo. Right now the cover cheapens the experience with a small photo and a basic type treatment. The rest is amazing though. Please fix your covers! 😩
Exactly what I needed.
by Lili Indra on 2020/12/27 23:41
Qeepsake is exactly what I was looking for. I have wanted to journal for my girls forever, but life always seemed to get in the way. The random questions Qeepsake asks allows me to quickly write (or type) memories of my girls. The experience so far has been great and I can’t wait until I can put them all into a book.
I’m so grateful for this app!
by darcioshea on 2020/12/27 20:59
If it weren’t for Qeepsake, I’d be letting go of all of these memories. I wish I had it years ago!
Literally the only way I’d get a baby book done these days!
by MoonlitMantra on 2020/12/27 17:35
So glad I got this. I was feeling so guilty for not logging anything about his life, firsts and milestones so far but with a high maintenance baby who is a terrible sleeper and never wants to be put down, this has allowed me to log entries for him while he is napping on me or while I am breastfeeding. I wish I got it from day 1 but he is 2 months old now so playing catch up isn’t too hard and I look forward to ordering my baby book when I am done with all my entires!
LOVE for baby memories
by Xx_BillyBobJo_xX on 2020/12/19 16:30
I absolutely LOVE answering questions and adding photos to the entries. Such a huge help when it comes to creating a baby book that I never have time, or memory, to do. Haven’t printed out a book yet but looking forward to it. I’ve never written a review for an app before but felt I had to because this is a great one.
Love it!
by Amaza T on 2020/12/19 15:40
I am absolutely in love with it. I have four children and this is so awesome to be able to keep up with everything. I have been going back through and adding old pictures of my children and then going in and editing the dates. I’m excited to get some books printed and put the children to have them when they get older. I’ve been telling everybody about this. Absolutely love it
Great app / service some technical It issues

I love the concept, the app and how easy it is to use! However I answered 2 questions via text and it was not uploaded in the app.
Best Memory App!
by Dkadrmas on 2020/12/18 19:47
I love how quick and easy it is to document my kids’ memories! I would recommend to all my friends.
Well worth it!!!
by Toilet Bank on 2020/12/18 01:06
Love it some much. Like what a fantastic idea! I love that sometimes I get behind in my questions and I can still go back and edit any of them! I love the questions they ask! And I love that anytime I think somethings cute and I want to remove it I can free write in the app. I have three kids so scrap books are hard with little time. This is a great way to save all your memories big or small for all the kids!
Useful, Convenient, Easy
by the_dixie_angel on 2020/12/15 04:04
I love it because I can text in important events or pictures right away and edit them later, as needed. Wait for a sale to be announced before you upgrade to a membership but it’s worth it!
Fantastic app, with only one annoyance
by Mekanie444 on 2020/12/13 13:33
This app makes it super convenient to keep memories and pictures in one place and asks great questions that I wouldn’t think to document. My only annoyance is that when you want to attach a picture to an entry it will ask you to access the camera, you select a picture, then it adds it to a folder of the photos you’ve already used within the app. When you go to add another picture to a different entry, your only options are the photos you’ve already used, so you have to close the app, then re-open it to get access to all of your photos again, then repeat this process over and over for each photo you want to enter. This isn’t a big deal if you only want to upload one or two pictures, but if you are trying to catch up on a few days worth of entries it’s a little annoying. Otherwise, I love this app!
Beware you could lose what you type in the app
by Div89 on 2020/12/10 07:38
In a moment of inspiration you type up a beautiful entry only to have to leave the app due to an interruption with the intention to return to it later. Well. When you do return, the Qeepsake app will forget you began an entry and take you to the home page, WITHOUT SAVING all your hard work. THERE IS NO AUTOSAVE. This is the case with collages as well. It doesn’t save them automatically! For the money they charge each year, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I hope this news update fixes that. If so, I will update my review.
So far so good!
by lundbergie on 2020/12/06 04:23
I just got started with my 3 kid’s albums and so far so good! Set up was pretty easy for a very technologically challenged person as myself. I’m really looking forward to exploring all the options in formatting. This will be a blessing in our busy lives as I haven’t managed to compile any baby books in the past 8 years. It will be a precious keepsake.
Making memories easy
by lawncareplus1 on 2020/12/04 04:34
I know I always think I’m going to have all this time to make a baby book and print out pictures but truth be told, being a new mama is exhausting. Qeepsake makes it so easy to keep track and send photos. I can’t wait to print out my first book.
Highly recommended
by sam4866701 on 2020/12/03 02:22
After a million journals abs attempts at keeping a daily log for both of my children, this is the only thing that I have kept up on. I love the writing prompts, it’s take the “hard” work out of daily journaling for my children. Thank you so much!!
Great concept but app needs Improvement
by tiff jones on 2020/12/02 03:40
Overall, the app gets the job done. But there are things that are frustrating: if you leave the app while in the middle of writing a post, it disappears. There needs to be a way to view all images that have been uploaded to avoid duplication. Also, there needs to be a way to easily view history without scrolling and waiting for it to load over and over.
The book is expensive!
by Mollyjotx on 2020/11/30 19:22
This is an excellent app… You pay for the service with a monthly/yearly subscription… However, something to consider is that you will have to buy a book at the end of a year or so, in order to have all of your recorded answers saved. The book is about $50 with shipping, which seems really expensive to me, considering I know it’s a lot cheaper to get photo books made on other app services. If you don’t mind the additional $50 per book, this is a great app. 👍
Excellent, EASY journal app!
by 4boys&agirl on 2020/11/29 19:07
I love this app! For years I have felt guilty about not keeping a journal and missing the cute details of our family life by not writing them down. But this is just SO quick and SO easy! And I never forget since it texts me every day. I have only had this for less than a year and in that time I’ve recorded more in my little five minute increments about my kids and how cute and fun they are than I have in the last fifteen years. I’m so grateful for this app! Now I can look back on these days with a smile in my heart instead of forgetting the details and fun we have together. And I love that I can easily add pictures. This is remarkably approachable for someone who has avoided journals all her life and isn’t super technically savvy. I feel like I don’t have time to do the journaling I want to with five kids but because of this app, I do! It’s fun! I love the questions and I appreciate how easy it is to use!
Perfect gift for every parent.
by Glacier1975 on 2020/11/13 00:36
My daughter recommended this for a friend but when I understood how powerful it was I bought it immediately for her. I wish we’d started on her first but we’ll make up for it now. The best “big” gift for parents and perfect for your own family.
Worth it!
by llamaMama416 on 2020/11/08 15:47
I’m so grateful for Qeepsake for making memory-capturing easy, thoughtful and at my fingertips. The whole family helps answer questions now, it’s a fun way for everyone to pause and reflect on our baby each day.
Great if you’re really unimaginative
by latenightsun on 2020/10/31 19:29
Asks the least probing questions ever. I was expecting better questions since they make up her scrapbook of memories to reflect upon later in life. Questions like, “Taken any adorable selfies with ____? Send it here!” Like, if I took a cute picture with my baby I would put it in the scrapbook manually. I don’t need the question to prompt me to do so. The question doesn’t inspire anything in me. The questions also recycle after the first month or so, which was disappointing to learn as a premium user. I feel very ripped off for the amount I paid. Next time I’ll probably stick to a traditional baby journal or scrapbook since Qeepsake doesn’t offer much over that. I like the ideal of a digital scrapbook, but Qeepsake falls short of being any kind of ideal in that market.
Had to Delete
by Chevelle1010 on 2020/10/28 15:00
I had to delete the app because the icon looked like the Qanon logo. Yikes. Good app though.
So thankful!
by jadeanjojo on 2020/10/20 15:22
So thankful to be able to save these memories in an app rather then rely on my memory to keep track of all the details!
Good concept, poor execution
by ngwt17 on 2020/10/19 12:45
I love the idea but there is a lot of work needed on the execution. Pretty quickly, the questions get recycled or are just generic (ie. what did you do today). I expected thoughtful questions to help me keep track of things I might not have recorded myself, but I’m finding I skip all the questions and just record my own milestones which is not the point of the app. Also the app is buggy and not easy to navigate. It loses the information you type if you leave the app mid entry. It refreshes every time you open so I’m constantly scrolling. The other big problem I have is the book output. It is not customizable and the book is really clunky. If I actually printed a book with all the memories and pictures I want to save, it would be hundreds of pages because it’s formatted so poorly. If I hadn’t paid for a year, I would have stopped using this within the first month. Now I’m just using it to record and making my own book on another platform. I would not recommend or use again.
I think you have a glitch or a bug in your app
by courtcourt710 on 2020/10/16 21:03
Hello! I just had this happen once I download the app where I wasn’t able to use my front facing camera it would be black ! But once I deleted the app from my phone the camera is working find ! I think you need to fix this as I now have to go to the website to do anything for my Qeepsake!
Good concept but repetitive questions
by 阿毛阿 on 2020/10/14 06:59
I really like the idea of keeping the electronic journal and make a book later concept. However, the questions are very repetitive(same question would be asked not only more than once but couple times). There is no way you can search a certain question because it is not categorized, you have to go through all the entries to edit the entry. Photos too, wish there is a gallery view so that I don’t add same photo twice. They also sort of force customers to get subscriptions because the limitation of book orders. I don’t like it that you have to get a year subscription at a time. I ended up with ordering a traditional baby book anyway. This is sort of wasting money and time. Would not recommend it to any friends.
So far, so good
by ZLA74 on 2020/10/10 14:34
Just started using app. Very user friendly. Anxious to see how the book turns out.
Best app for moms who don’t scrapbook!
by Amysachievers on 2020/10/06 09:16
I love this app bc it reminds me to journal, add photos and fun memories to an album. I just purchased my first book and it turned out great! I have entries from when I’m 6 mos pregnant to 1 year old. I’m so glad I stumbled across Qeepsake. We will treasure the memories & continue using the app as long as I can!
Love the App

Perfect for Preserving Memories
by kris101sch on 2020/09/28 04:12
This is what I’ve needed to preserve all the precious fleeting moments of my children’s lives! I’ve wanted to do something for years that I can look back on and remember because I know most moments, although special, funny, or heartwarming, I will forget. Not only do I have the ability to do that with Qeepsake, I also don’t have to overthink what to write or worry about never being able to see it in print. Qeepsake sends me the questions, gives the opportunity for me to add unprompted entries, and makes the memory book for me!
Link with fb

Great so far except
by dxliness on 2020/09/21 20:34
I’ve been using Qeepsake for about 2 months now. The questions are hit or miss but having something to remind me everyday to capture memories as my baby grows is really nice. Using the app I find there are a few things that can be improved: 1) the search function doesn’t work (I tried to search by key words but it would always return “no results”). When you have a lot of entries, not having this function is inconvenient; 2) shortly after I switch to another app (usually to pick out the picture or pictures I want to upload), I would lose my progress when I switch back to Qeepsake app. By “shortly” we’re talking about within 15-20 seconds. I had background app refresh on but it apparently can’t run in the background.
Worth it!
by minimizequeen on 2020/09/20 18:42
We are a busy household. As first time parents there’s so much we want to document and save. QEEPSAKE takes away the thinking of what to document by giving us the questions. Some questions are things we hadn’t considered documenting. Can’t wait to order the book. That’s another stress free thing. Not having to spend endless time in perfecting a keep sake book. Totally worth it!
Great app and AMAZING customer service
by everyusernameistaken1234567 on 2020/09/17 19:15
I downloaded this app when I had my first child and used it quite a bit! I loved it! I had the premium membership and I don’t regret it. Also when I emailed their customer service about an issue with my account, not only did they fix the issue, they went above and beyond what I expected. Having such great customer service is everything in my book! I would definitely recommend this app, 100%!!!!!!
Love it!
by Jenn_wes15 on 2020/09/17 07:02
I’ve been using the app for about a week and I am sooooo in love with it! It’s such a wonderful idea. I love the questions that come as a text, it’s so helpful that I can answer them in a text instead of having to go to the app and answer them. I can’t wait to order my first book. I think everyone should have this app if they have children, no matter what their age.

Grateful for this app
by FTM Samantha O on 2020/09/04 05:37
I am grateful to have been introduced to this app. As a new mom you want to capture all the special moments but let’s be honest, I barely have time to wash my hair! This app allows me to capture moments when I am sitting at night nursing or on a lunch break. Being able to text pictures in makes it so convenient. I am no longer stressed about missing these little but very important moments in our daughters life. Genius idea! Thanks so much.
Great app!
by SleepyPA on 2020/09/03 15:32
So thankful something like this exists, I only wish I had known about it from the day my little boy was born! It makes it so easy to answer questions by sending you the texts, and add photos by just opening up the app. And I like how you can add a photo collage with four photos, because I usually have trouble picking just one! It is definitely worth upgrading to the paid version to be able to do this. I also like how I can add my own entries about whatever else is going on or whatever else I want to put in there. I haven’t actually gotten the books printed and sent to me yet, so we will see how that goes. But I’ve been enjoying doing this so far!
Not worth it

Great product!
by The 6 Pack 🚌 on 2020/08/26 21:59
This app has been amazing for our blended family! We have 4 total kids and one of which is an ours baby newborn. It’s been tough to be able to make a baby book and keep every memory up to date. Queepsake reminds us to input information at ease and on our schedule. Keeps everything nicely organized. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone with a baby on the way!
Trouble with the text entries
by Kendi P14 on 2020/08/24 14:54
I enjoy this app, however I have been having problems with the texting feature for entering memories. When I respond to the questions via text, my entire answer does not show up when I view it in the app. So, then I have to go back and copy my sent text and paste it into the app. Having to do the process twice is frustrating so now I just go to the app and type my answers there.
Teenagers love this too!
by LeighB,PT on 2020/08/23 01:57
I’m probably not the typical customer because my kids are older - 12 & 14. But I needed a way to document their daily lives without putting it all over social media. I do the occasional Facebook posts but only once in a while. Qeepsake reminds me to document for them. And the books!! I just gave them each their first book for their birthdays which are both in July. They absolutely loved getting those books - reading what I had written about them and laughing at the pictures. Sometimes I do throwback Thursday posts from when they were little. They really loved those. Anyway - this app is well worth the money. Great customer service too when I was having trouble with my email account. The books are fantastic quality and something we’ll always cherish. I highly recommend this app/company.
App has glitches and the book isn’t designed very well
by Jburke216 on 2020/08/19 02:49
There needs to be far more functionality in the ability to individualize and design the books...the pages are so bare and boring! Also the app has a number of glitches I’ve found. I’ve reached out to customer service and while responsive, there is still no resolution to my issues. Very frustrating! The idea is good but some effort needs to be made to make it great.
Do This...Now!
by RachRachMomma on 2020/08/16 14:02
I really wanted to keep a baby journal for my newborn. Especially since he was going to be in the hospital having surgery within his first few days of life. I took a paper journal but found it extremely difficult to keep up with during the hospital stay and also when we got home. Then, I found this app and immediately knew that’s what I needed! The app is so easy because I it just texts you questions each day. You text back and add a photo if you want and you’re done! But the end product is beautiful! All of your journal entries put together in a memory book!
Great Concept, Not Realistic
by nqrkolie on 2020/08/10 16:03
The price of the app and the book is just not realistic for parents. This is the type of app that really caters to a certain demographic, and it’s unfortunate that the book is so expensive and not customizable. Further, it seems you can only upgrade on a per/annual basis. Why even list a monthly price then? I like the idea of sending texts to gather pics and captions, but I’m thinking I’ll hack this myself by texting a google number I own or something 🤷🏼‍♀️ then compiling it all in a much more reasonably priced chatbook. It’s just not worth the price, period.
Love it

When I had my first baby I bought the most adorable baby book, but I wouldn’t open it everyday to see if the answer to the question came up that day. Turns out motherhood is way busier than I expected lol so while I used it a little, I ended up documenting everything on my phone with pictures/videos and notes. (Not very organized or anything). Anyway, for my second baby this app came along and It’s been a life savor!!! I document everything and it doesn’t feel like a burden or a hassle, it’s so easy and simple. I enjoy doing it and now I have an amazing compilation of memories from the first two years (so far) of my babies life and her sisters as well! Deff get this app, you’ll thank yourself later! And thank you Qeepsake for making this app!
All my parentalsssss :)

Maybe you don’t neeeed this app but.. you need this app ❤️ I loved journaling to my baby while pregnant & having that to show her once she’s older. This is a more interactive way of the same idea. This app enables me to share thoughts, pictures, fun facts, etc.. for my child when they’re older. Or simply as a Qeepsake (wink) for myself. I’m about 2 months shy of 3 years with this app (before it was even an app, just a text service) & I love it. Thank you thank you thank you Qeepsake. From the bottom of my heart. So many memories & heartfelt thoughts, moments that I can go back to that would have otherwise been lost in time.
Such a great idea!
by AlyNicole87 on 2020/08/01 20:39
I am loving Qeepsake and I can’t wait to order a book! I love how you can send in spontaneous posts, almost like having a journal too. Love everything about it. 😊
LOVE!!
by CPean88 on 2020/07/31 16:39
Love this app! I love pictures and I love journaling and keeping track of memories and this is the best and easiest way to do it. I can’t wait to print my first book!
Don't be pay for more questions
by Mrs. Bard on 2020/07/31 08:50
I have made a complaint with the app about multiple questions not applying to the situation we are in and being too specific you can't answer them. Like ” when did you know you were in labor” I was induced! It should have asked a more general question. Like ”how was your labor and delivery affected by the pandemic?” That is something I could talk about. This is a very unique situation my daughter has been born into, and it needs to be documented. I will be canceling my subscription soon if the questions don't improve.
Fantastic memory keeper
by KGalHoo on 2020/07/31 01:51
We all need little reminders as parents and this app is helping me to capture important details about my children in the easiest ways possible- text messages and an app!
Twin Mama Approved!
by Kimosabi1107 on 2020/07/31 00:42
Absolutely LOVE Qeepsake! Having twins the last thing on my mind is keeping up on a baby book. Qeepsake asks questions I wouldn’t think of putting in a baby book and I can match a picture of one of the girls or both to every entry. I LOVE the build a collage option as well so I can put a picture for each daughter to the entry instead of having to pick & choose. I seriously could go on and on! I LOVE LOVE THIS APP!
Easy journal to print for keepsake

Such a user friendly app that allows me to quickly keep memories stored when I am way too busy as a mom to keep a baby book!
Great app but
by Chey 👌🏼 on 2020/07/25 21:03
I wish it wasn’t a yearly cost. It’s a great app but definitely not worth 50 dollars a year.
Excited to finally have an easy way to organize and preserve memories on the go!
by Honhon1985 on 2020/07/24 20:15
I’ve only been using Qeepsake for a couple of days now but have been looking for something to help me organize all of my family’s yearly memories into a tangible book. In the past I’ve used Shutterfly but I love the idea of being able to easily add to my book while I’m on the go so it’s not one big massive project to pull together once I finally do find the time to sit down at my laptop and work on it. I do feel a little overwhelmed trying to back log everything that’s happened in this year but once I’m get caught up it’s going to be so easy to maintain. Best advice is to review what options your plan offers you every once and a while so you make sure you’re taking advantage of all the tools available in the subscription.
Questions issue
by sdklknts on 2020/07/24 00:10
Questions are so similar, some days they never send. And it’s expensive I won’t use next year.
Amazing!
by EnlightenedFitness on 2020/07/18 20:43
I wouldn’t have memories of all my kids milestones in life if it weren’t for this app. The text reminders are amazing to take a moment and preserve their daily lives.
My Input more than a review
by vanessal417 on 2020/07/17 04:09
I am in love with concept. I saw a FB add and immediately downloaded it, thinking this is GENIUS! I loved it so much I even googled the Shark Tank episode to watch and thought the shark fools for not making a deal. I have only owned it for 5 minutes so I can’t give a big review. I started reading others thought and wanted to add my input to the developers. 1. I’m an very artsy and would like to see pre-made backgrounds and graphics I could to add to the books. Something like Shutterfly offers. 2. I haven’t chosen my package yet and I’m disappointed to hear there will be an added cost to print a book and that the offered book isn’t the best quality. 3. My very first question was “What’s Dominics current favorite subject in school?” I found this disappointing considering it’s July and schools out. I wondered if this would set the tone for questions. I know this is a new company and it’s still working out the kinks. I wish it the best of luck and hope my feedback helps.
Such a neat idea
by Lovebug4535 on 2020/07/17 04:09
I enjoy all the fun questions and reminiscing! We are getting a book for her whole first year! It’s amazing. So happy, I would recommend to anyone!

I really am enjoying Qeepsake so far! Just started using it this week. I love how you can add your own entries as well. It would be the perfect app if you could add multiple photos to one entry and no in a collage. If you can do this I haven’t figured out how.
Best App Ever

Loving this so much and it’s the only way to put together a book in this day and age!
Use it for wellness!
by erso2012 on 2020/07/14 18:37
I haven’t done a book yet, but getting prompts about how cute and awesome my kids are right before I fall asleep has really quelled my pre-bed anxiety. I’ve recommended it to others for that reason.
Finally a baby book!
by SingingForest on 2020/07/10 01:08
I’ve been looking for a good baby book since I was still pregnant and just wasn’t completely happy with any of the ones I found. When I finally discovered this I was like “yes! This is it!” I love that it prompts me with questions (because life gets busy and I’m forgetful) and I feel that my data and images are safe due to their commitment to security. These are going to make excellent gifts for the grandparents and a wonderful heirloom for my child.
Pretty big fan!
by Leesh2211 on 2020/07/05 15:36
I’m horrible at keeping up with journaling so this app has been really great for me during pregnancy! The only thing I wish is that it had an option for single parents so that I wouldn’t get the irrelevant questions about my “spouse/partner”.
The. Best. Ever!
by hiopickalo on 2020/07/02 21:38
💚💚 love this sooo much. I have 4 kids. It can be hard to keep up with writing memories, but Qeepsake makes it so easy! Texts you questions, you can text pictures and now has the app to edit or add if you miss something!!!! Score🙌 I have bought it for gifts when someone has a baby multiple times because I love it so much. And I like that they don’t charge per child😉. A perk if you have multiple children.
Qeepsake
by BrittT283 on 2020/07/02 16:16
I just started my journaling and I love it! I have been feeling guilty that I can’t keep up with my record keeping and I know this will be perfect. The only thing I wish the app had is an option that would allow me to add the same entry to multiple kids journals. I like them to each be unique but I would also like to add some of the same memories after family trips.
FANTASTIC way to journal for baby!
by TechSaavyA on 2020/07/02 14:46
Qeepsake is a fantastic way to keep a journal for baby. The daily or weekly reminders (you can choose) are a good nudge for me to enter a long post or even just a quick thought. I answer 1-2 per week, but over the course of 40 expecting weeks, that’s 80 posts—and 80 memories that I absolutely would not write with a photo after the fact. I also LOVE the premium features. My spouse can contribute posts on his own, and I can add memories as they come; like baby’s first kick and spouse’s first Father’s Day. The flexibility means I’m more prone to write more. The app works very well. 2 areas for improvement: I would love the opportunity to further customize the photo book. I like the Artifact Uprising style—it’s a little more high end, so I may ultimately take my content created here and transfer it to another book. If Qeepsake partnered in the app with other photo book providers, that would be ideal, but seems like a simple enough work around for now. The second is on partially completed content. If you enter a bespoke post in the app, be sure to hit the save button! Or it will not be there when you click away to another app, which can be frustrating when you get a call or email. Overall though, extremely happy with the flexibility over other apps and the consistent text reminders to journal. The text feature is perfect for busy parents!
Can’t use it without a USA phone number
by inarts on 2020/07/02 07:20
I am currently working abroad and my US phone number is not accessible. The app would not let me proceed without confirming my US phone number via the text code sent to my mobile. There is no way to add an international phone number either. I find it extremely limiting. I may change my rating and give it another try if this functionality aspect is addressed in the future updates.
Just awesome
by Raxel19 on 2020/07/02 03:45
Thank goodness my sister told me about this. The options for customization, the questions, the look of the book! They’ve thought of everything!! We were too busy and swamped to keep a baby book so I am really grateful for this, even if we started over a year in. Great app!!!
Ability to add more than 1 pic to a journal entry
by lynzersue on 2020/07/01 01:19
As I have several kids I’d really like to just add in one journal entry that is comprehensive of the handful of photos I took. Ex-family golf outing (have ability to add 5 pics took at gold outing to the same entry)
Needs improvement
by laceyclarkson on 2020/06/30 21:08
I downloaded the app during pregnancy, not realizing it would immediately start. The questions obviously I couldn’t answer, and then after my baby was born the questions weren’t age appropriate.
Not getting what I paid for
by CiaraGilman on 2020/06/30 20:11
I paid for the premium account after my free trial period and have not received the account upgrade. I love the features and would continue to use the app if I was getting what I had paid for. My account is still on the lite version even after paying $95 for the year through apple. Very disappointed, have requested a refund.
Love the easy use!
by alyssabr00ke on 2020/06/29 20:58
This is the best baby app i have downloaded so far! It sends prompts straight to your messaging at the same time every day. I can easily respond to the questions when i have time or save them for another day. I love looking back at the journal entries and seeing my album come together. I will be buying a few sets of the journals at the end of each year as my new annual Christmas present for the parents/grandparents. Great idea, great app thank you ❤️
Excellent, EASY journal app!
by 4boys&agirl on 2020/11/29 19:07
I love this app!
Concept great, repetitive questions, expensive book
by fizi1267 on 2019/10/03 22:47
I really liked the idea of it, because I’m so bad at writing things in an actual book. Sending a text whenever something happened that I wanted to remember or to answer questions via text seems like such a genius idea. Unfortunately, as many others have mentioned, the questions are repetitive (how often does the answer to “is your baby a sensory seeking baby” really change? Or I get the question whether baby loves bathtime at least once a month - the answer hasn’t changed). I can upload my own memories though which makes it worth it to me. I was very excited to order a book for baby’s first birthday, but the cost for the hardcover would be close to $200!!!! I don’t even have all the entries in there yet that I wanted in the book. That is a ridiculous price and I don’t want to spend that much money. That’d be $200 plus the monthly payment I made for a memory book that I could have gotten way cheaper, if I weren’t so lazy. I also don’t want to use less entries, because it took a long time to write them and find appropriate photos. So now I’m trying to figure out how to get my answers into an actual online photo book that would be cheaper to print.

I used this app for the first year after my daughter was born - I went with the Premium subscription. At first it was great but than the questions started to recycle or weren’t really age appropriate. Also the fact that you can only have one picture per post was frustrating to me - this is been updated!!! So increased stars. About 1/2 way through the year it stopped letting me add pictures via text saying I had to upgrade - I had the highest level of service which was very frustrating. So I canceled it after the year with the intent to order my book when she was one. I had no idea that I couldn’t order the book without a subscription (I might have missed that)- which I don’t want and now I would have to pay for another whole year and also pay for a ridiculously expensive uncustomizable book. I reached out and Qeepsake was very quick to respond and help me with the issues and also allowed me to order the book without having to get another membership. The customer service was excellent. So with that 4 stars if they can make the books more custom and fix the questions which is sounds like they are doing I would say 5 stars.
Mostly good.
by foo fight555 on 2020/06/04 03:15
I just upgraded to the plus plan at the end of my free trial. I like the questions and the texts. I was excited to be able to add more entries and photos. I opened the app and have found two glitches that are really annoying. When adding a journal entry you are able to change the calendar date. The glitch happens when you are changing the date, the date view shuts after the month adjustment, so you have to open it again to get the day changed. And sometimes it shuts before you finish that. The other problem is that the app doesn’t really stay open if you move to another app. I was trying to copy and paste from a letter my husband wrote. I quickly learned that I had. To copy the text onto my clipboard before opening the Qeepsake app. Then paste it in and save it before changing the journal entry date or it would all disappear. Then to go back out of the app to copy more text from the letter, back into the app and select the edit entry feature to add to my entry and save again before exiting. Really annoying. But I do like the concept of the company, so I will keep it up for the year and see how it goes.
Book is SO expensive
by BethT25 on 2019/04/02 19:30
UPDATE: I received my book. I’m glad to have all of her memories in one place, however the book is so cheap and flimsy. Especially when I have paid $115. It is flimsier than most paperback books, and I don’t think it will probably last very long with us looking through and reading the memories. :( I love that I can type memories/journal entries in Qeepsake at any time. I’ve enjoyed the questions and the app works pretty well. BUT I just went to place an order for the book (I’ve been doing a couple entries per week for my daughters first year) and the book is $170 for hardcover and $94 for a softcover. That is CRAZY! Almost $100 for a softcover book that I can’t even really customize? For example, there are some pages with just one question/response and no picture, and it takes up the entire page because they enlarged the text to a huge font. I would much rather have that small response show up on another page. On top of the crazy price, they charge $15 for shipping. $15 to ship a softcover book? I put so much energy into writing responses all year for my daughter’s first year, and I feel so disappointed that the book is going to cost so much.
Just Amazing!
by DolanskiDan on 2018/08/10 19:25
Wow, I love this app! It is so nice to have a quick way to record precious memories with my baby. I love that while I’m nursing I can write a quick description, attach a photo, and it’s saved! Like most new moms, I take so many photos of my baby! But why? What am I going to do with them besides cry looking at them when I have to go back to work?! Well, now I have a place to bring meaning and life to each photo!! I just can’t say enough about this app, and I’ve told all my mommy friends about it. Two suggestions though: I’d like to be able to add more than one photo to a post. And it would be so cool if while you are adding entries, you could be seeing virtually how it’s filling up your baby book. Like have a digital view of the book you’re creating. It would keep me motivated to continue to write more and purchase the book in the end. Thanks Qeepsake!!!
Great so far
by katinsrq on 2018/05/15 21:48
I think this is a great way of keeping track. It’s easy to upload photos & memories. I gave this 4 stars because I think some of the questions are not appropriate based on the age of my baby. I’ve just left those questions unanswered & may come back to them when they apply. Also, I feel like there should really be a way to load more than one photo per comment. For example I loaded baby shower pics. I’d rather be able to just upload all of them with one comment rather than having to do one at a time with separate comments. One thing I dislike is that the app doesn’t show the date of the photo/comment you’ve uploaded. It says 2 weeks ago. I want to know the date. You have to edit the comment in order to see the actual date. Right now, my baby is only 8 weeks old. I will probably order a book at age 1. I will be very curious to see how it comes out. I hope it is of high quality and resembles a baby book.

Qeepsake - keeping parents of young ones guilt free!
by JamieMacCar on 2018/05/31 23:45
I love this app and have recommended it to many friends and family. It’s a great way to capture the little moments without feeling the pressure to sit down for hours at a time and scrapbook, because what mom or dad of young ones have time for that ?!?! The text questions are perfect because they get you thinking about things you might not have written about or just remind you to add an entry even if not in response to the questions that are asked. It’s also super easy to add an entry because there are multiple ways to do so: text, web based, app and social media. Lastly the designers are constantly asking the users how they can make their product better and seriously take our thoughts and ideas into consideration!
Great idea. Needs work
by Cams2002 on 2020/04/15 19:22
I’m only a couple months into my book, but I’ve noticed a few quirks. First off, the repeat questions are frustrating. I paid for a membership in order to be asked questions to spark creativity. Being asked the same question over and over only sparks annoyance. I realize this is a unique issue, but since we are all on ‘stay home’ orders due to COVID. Questions about adventures we’ve gone on, new things my daughter has seen or what she does when strangers hold her are a little tough to swallow. The questions aren’t relevant in the current climate. I reached out to Qeepsake about this and was told that there would be a change in questions ‘next week.’ I haven’t seen a change, though I have see more repeat questions. There are also issues opening the app on several occasions. When I attempt to get into the app, the home screen pops up with the ‘Qeepsake’ logo for a brief moment then everything goes white. I’ve verified that I have the most current version of the app, so that isn’t the issue. It makes it difficult to notate those spur of the moment memories when I’m not able to open the app. I know I can text in messages, but that doesn’t solve the problem. I also don’t like that I can’t add more than 4 pictures to an entry. Even if they were on the opposite page, it would still be nice to be able to include them.
Concept great but falls short
by FFBeth on 2019/08/28 01:04
Concept is great. I love that I get texts because I’m way more apt to answer a few questions on my phone versus writing in an actual book. However this app has a long way to go. Hire some developers. Reach out to customers for feedback and make the app better! First don’t waste your money on buying the package for your spouse-they only get 1 question and for the first few months they were the exact same question (Yes you may have different answers but remember your book cost is based on pages and I doubt this app is advanced enough to place same questions on one page). Second, it’s annoying how often the app repeats questions. I think I got a question about tummy time once a week for a couple of months. I know the app says they strive to get the milestones appropriate but I just got a question about whether my child was sitting on his own. He’s almost one! (Yes the birth date is correct. The day before I got a question about his first birthday).
Love the Concept
by Sunshine&Sunsets on 2019/04/23 12:15
I fell in love with this app during a trial. I have it set to ask me a question every night after I put my little one to bed, and it is nice to reflect on the day. I purchased the app because I thought it was such a great concept. Unfortunately, since purchasing it I am rarely using it. I find I am receiving many of the same questions I have already answered, and while I understand that babies change and therefore the answer could change... this is not really the case for the questions being asked. I am no longer excited to answer the questions each night as they have become boring and repetitive. I wish I would have just stuck to the free version. That being said, it is a great app otherwise and I do recommend it. But I am just not as excited for it as I was originally was and can’t see myself ordering a book as they look fairly basic.
Awesome app with great customer service!
by nixie0485 on 2020/03/31 01:09
I love this app! I have 8 children at the moment and will have more possibly in the future. It’s hard to keep track of everything and I have no time to put scrapbooks together. I love my babies though and I want to remember everything and have stuff written down so they can read it too. This app allows me to do things a little at a time and to go back and edit when I get a chance. I left a message for customer service requesting an option to pay monthly instead of just yearly in the future and almost immediately got an email where they changed the option where I was able to. I’m so impressed! I hope this app continues for years to come so I can make great books for all of my children!
Best app of its kind
by tra03 on 2019/12/12 21:48
I’m big on “memory keeping,” and have always tried to journal, scrapbook and keep a book of funny quotes that family and friends say. When I became pregnant, I immediately started scouring the internet for questions to answer for a baby book and a good way of memory keeping for the baby. I happened upon this app by happenstance, and tell all Mama’s (regardless if they’re pregnant or have older kids) about this app and how easy it is! We spend so much time juggling life. We all have expectoration a of sitting down to make a grand baby book, but life happens. This app has made memory keeping so easy, and has thoughtful prompts to help along the way. It’s worth every penny, and I’m usually the one gifting a subscription to my friends. Try it! You won’t regret it.
Amazing idea! You’ll love it!
by Kay1209 on 2020/06/20 18:40
You won’t be disappointed with this app, it’s wonderful being able to send in a text with into you’d like to add or remember. I also love that they’ve added a collage section so that you can upload more than one photo to your memory. What I also love about this app is that you can skip as many days as you’d like and still go back and make them up in the app. I take tons of pictures, so when I get busy and miss days, I just match up the Qeepsake memory date questions to my photo library and I’m easily able to catch up on past questions. I’ve done this going back as far as nine months! I also love adding random memories and pictures just because. I can’t wait to order a book!
Love But Needs Improvement
by MrsPeterson1st on 2019/03/31 04:11
I’m thankful for this appt. Such a great idea. Texting is a life saver. Looking forward to some improvements though. I would really love to send Multi pictures at a time, similar to Facebook. Also I would be ok with getting asked SOME of the same questions over again is it were 6 months to a year later, but I have only been signed up with the app for 2 months. For instance I was asked, “What games does your daughter like to play?”. And I answer with what she plays with Dad, then with Mom etc. Then, like a week later, I was asked, “ What games does your daughter like to play WITH YOU?”. And I’ve been asked at least 3 times, “Has your daughter learned anything new recently?”. Which I would understand if she were younger, but she is six. MAYBE once a month would be the most. So more variety is needed.
Love idea/concept - not necessarily questions
by skittleskml on 2019/01/23 11:34
I was one if the people who signed up before they even launched. I now have two children's journals going. My reason for not 5 stars is questions aren't always relevant seasonally or age appropriate and repeat too frequently sometimes. I think in the 2-3 Ive been asked like 8-10 times his favorite color. He was a baby I get does Alexander like snow in August - we don't live in Alaska how about ask that in January or February yet i got no questions about Christmas. Oh the other thing i wish you could do os add more than one photo per entry. When i want more than one, I cheat the system by using a collage maker. Overall I really like. Total lifesaver because I had all the grand intentions on doing the baby book but just never got to it. I plan to eventually order books just haven't yet.
Awesome! Just do it!
by Keena17love on 2020/02/02 13:33
I’ve tried a lot of baby-themed apps in the last year and this one is so worth it!! I paid for the monthly, I get two questions by text each evening. I will say the cost of the book on top of the monthly charge can be a bit ridiculous, but I did wait until there was over 50 entries to include in the book, so the cost was over $60 I believe; might have been $70... BUT STILL, I’m typically a very creative person and enjoy putting together scrap books even, just NOT POST-partum - I was just exhausted every day! Having this app send me a question by text and being able to respond by text was SO EASY! I could add the related pictures in later on... it was perfect! So easy and the product was worth the cost I think!
None of My Children Have Baby Books
by Great For Baby Room on 2019/02/10 08:16
I’m not exactly the scrapbooker and frankly struggle to actually print out pictures to put in frames. As a mom who feels likes she’s trying to squeeze it all into a day but also balancing being present in the moment to soak in the awesomeness of her children, I really appreciate these small reminders to document the special moments. Which most of the time, aren’t even monumental, they’re just full of joy watching them grow. I started with Qeepsake early on, so I give the app 5 stars because I’ve seen how far they’ve come. I know it will keep getting better but at this point, they’re still ramping up, so not everything is perfect but nothing that should stop you from signing up for annual package.
Worth the Wait!!
by neub0027 on 2018/04/12 20:14
I’ve been a Qeepsake user since the beta version... and have always loved it, despite a few small flaws. The Qeepsake support team is so amazing and responsive to ideas and suggestions... I always get a response back within a day acknowledging my issue or suggestion. With the app rollout I noticed a few improvements to the desktop site as well (newest missed questions on top! Skip a question in the text format! Yahoo!). I’ve already edited and added journal entries in the app... which was truly the only thing Qeepsake has been missing. I’m SO thrilled with this release. It’s clean, simple to use, and will most definitely keep me (even) more up to date on my journals moving forward. Thanks Qeepsake!!!
Starts out awesome them keeps surprising you with costs
by Katsmager3475 on 2020/06/24 01:15
After a trial period (which you don’t know you’re in) it all of a sudden goes you need to upgrade or you will be downgraded to only one question per week. So I’m like fine. I will just add stuff manually. Then yesterday I find out I’ve maxed out on the number of photos I can upload for the month. Then just now I got a message saying I have to upgrade to a paid version in order for any spontaneous memories to be saved. Now I’m like I’ve done all this work saving memories and for what...to be forced to pay a monthly fee. If it were a dollar or two ok maybe but this isn’t worth it. I think it would’ve been fine if I had known in advance but it just keeps surprising me with its limitations. I just now got so frustrated with this last message that it drove me to come straight here and leave a review. And I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews unless really bad.
Put an end to guilt
by RachelKhani on 2019/12/02 18:57
Since the birth of my second child I have actually been losing sleep due to the guilt I feel for not recording more of her “firsts” and taking photos of her adorable-ness. The days go by too fast, and while I know I’ll miss these days, I honestly can’t find the time to sit down and journal, print photos, and create the baby albums I dream of. Qeepsake has saved me!! I’m so delighted with how easy it is to use, and I’m already organizing photos and memories for both my children, going back several years! I can’t wait to see the photo books at the end and finally be free of the constant dread that I’m going to forget and miss out on saving the priceless moments. Thank you so much Qeepsake!!
Great app!
by SleepyPA on 2020/09/03 15:32
So thankful something like this exists, I only wish I had known about it from the day my little boy was born!
Best app ever!
by Nikki Misurelli on 2020/04/02 09:17
I absolutely love this idea! I’ve been using this app starting at about 7 months into my pregnancy (wish I would have found it sooner!) but what an incredible way to keep track of milestones and experiences through pregnancy, birth and baby growing up. Totally worth the upgraded plans! Plus is great, but Premium is the best! I love that they send you questions that you normally wouldn’t think about, and what better way to do it than with text messages... it’s genius! And I especially love the feature of being able to upload photos with each memory. I can’t wait to order/print a book!! And great customer service when I had questions!
Easy way to record special moments!
by Tleaet on 2018/10/14 12:17
I was so bad at keeping a baby with my first because she had such severe acid reflux, that I never had a moment I wasn’t holding her to fill it out! I knew with my second that I needed to find something that I could get all the important photos and memories in easily. I always have my phone on me, so this was just the perfect answer!! I love that I can add unlimited photos with little notes and I will be purchasing the expandable book for both of my kids! Love love love! I felt so terrible not writing down the date my oldest started walking in her baby book, but with Qeepsake, I know I’ll have all of the major milestones recorded for both of my kids!! ❤️❤️❤️
Great program and app
by AliLR on 2018/04/11 00:14
If you’re a busy parent, you know baby books are impossible to keep up with! Qeepsake is the answer to this. Get texts/prompts each day to help you remember all the details about your kid. Without the app asking, when would you ever stop and think about what cute phrase they’re saying lately or what phase of “I must have this food” they’re in? The app is great and gives you chances to add photos and memories spontaneously. The Qeepsake subscription also pulls from social media when you use a hashtag. You can turn these memories into a printed book too. Qeepsake has helped me not have that mom guilt about not writing in the baby book after month 7 or 8!
Way overpriced for what you get.
by annab916 on 2020/02/25 14:13
You would think that after paying the $35 annual fee, there would be some sort of discount on actually purchasing the books. My book for the first six months alone is going to cost $91. So essentially for the first year of my daughter’s life, I’m going to be spending over $200 which is sort of insane for a baby book. It’s a good concept but the prompt questions are totally random and tend to repeat. There are also little to no questions based on age/milestones. So I’m basically making all of my own entries which is fine except for the fact that I’m not exactly sure what I’m paying $200 for other than a photo book which I can get much cheaper with a service like Shutterfly that will offer discounts. As a busy mom of two, I love the concept of Queepsake but the value here is way lacking.
Amazingly convenient way to store important memories
by razzledazzlechristie on 2020/06/14 17:07
I hate journaling, but have always wanted a way to remember all these amazing moments with my new baby. Qeepsake has absolutely been a game changer. It’s a incredibly convenient way to store precious memories from these early days that I may not remember on my own. It also helps me weed through all the hundreds of photos stored at random on my phone and pull out the ones I love the most. So many meaningful memories have been saved due to the awesome question prompts. I recommend this to any parent who wants to be able to look back and remember all the little things that made those early days so special.
Better than a baby book!
by Jule424 on 2019/11/15 13:58
This app is amazing. You get a text (or a few a day) with a question and you text back your answer with a picture (if you want). It takes seconds to keep this memory forever! I just ordered a book and Melissa with their support team reached out and had reviewed my book and saw some things that I might want to fix. She delayed the order for me to fix and make it perfect. Most companies would have just pushed the order through without a second thought. She helped me make it perfect and I love reading back through the little memories. Absolutely priceless! I can’t recommend highly enough!
Awesome App
by gleichel18 on 2018/06/06 16:43
I am beyond grateful for the Qeepsake app. I want to record and remember as much as I can about my daughter and her so very many first experiences as she adjusts to life outside of the womb and grows from infancy to toddlerhood and beyond. I love having the ability to do so at my fingertips and so often in the moment (or not long after). I’d love to think that I may one day have the time to put together a baby book. But since I figure it may be a while before I find the time to do so, this is a great alternate option. I agree with many of the upgrades suggested in the other reviews I have read but think the Qeepsake app is awesome for all that it allows me to currently do.
Love!! Paying for upgrade worth it just wish it were all free
by Jess💗💕💙💟💙💕💗 on 2019/09/27 19:29
This is just perfect for me and my lifestyle. I have a baby book but rarely find time to write in it. But on here I can journal anywhere and whenever I think of something. I wish the Digital Age didn’t affect me. But I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t. Being a new mom it’s all about convenience. And this app ticks that box. I can put pics that I’ve taken that day etc and not feel guilty that I’m forgetting to write things down that ill regret later. I’m grateful for this app. The only disappointment was that I order to get more perks I had to purchase the upgrade. So I obviously did so I can have more freedom with entries. Highly recommend.
Great for multiples and siblings
by Roxstar079 on 2018/06/06 16:25
I used this for over a year with my son. When my daughter was born last month I wanted to have two journals, one for each kiddo. I needed a little guidance so I emailed support and they answered right away, very helpful! I get two text message a day, one for my daughter and one for my son; age appropriate for each of them. I also learned if I put both my kids’ names in one entry, BOTH of their journals get the pic/entry. Saves me time and makes it easy. So this is a good hack for moms of multiples; have separate journals for each kiddo but you can do combo-entries :). I’ve bought this for several new Mom friends of mine. Always a hit!
Like it but...
by Audbooklvr on 2019/06/28 18:14
I really like the idea of this app, but for the price I don’t feel it’s worth it. The questions aren’t necessarily relevant with the age of my child. For example I have a two week old newborn and you’re asking me about the favorite places I like to take him. The questions just aren’t relevant with his age and therefore I’m journaling on my own rather than answering your questions. I upgraded to a premium plan so I could add more photos and change the date of the posts for the days that I miss. With that said, I could have used the app Day One or another journaling app rather than pay so much for one year of this one. Like I said, this is a great idea, but the questions need to be targeted for the babies age and go in chronological order for it to be worth it.
Great concept, few setbacks
by soccer9rox on 2019/05/21 06:50
I truly love the concept of this app and it was nice to text responses in during those first few weeks of my daughter’s life. What sets me back from giving this app the full 5 stars is the cost for the app and the inability to answer old questions. You should give the option for paying monthly and not once annually, especially if it was an automatic payment of $3/month like iCloud. Also, I totally understand having only a couple questions per day or week, but I would love to go back to answer old questions. Again, having a newborn I tend to forget to input entries in. I see the text, but forget to go back and then it’s too late :/ The idea of this app is sooo good! With a few improvements it will be amazing :)
Great idea, but a bit sexist
by A.nonomus on 2019/03/30 16:18
I am a working mother and originally downloaded this app to help me remember those short interactions I get with my son. At first I loved this app because it did just that, but the more I use it the more I receive questions that are for a stay at home mom, which is frustrating when I’m not at home with him to experience the things it asks about. Not only that but there seems to be limited questions. I get asked the same question 3-4 times a month. I know the app claims that they update the questions based on your child’s age, but I haven’t seen it. I would say that this app is a good place to start, but I feel that it would require more work on my part to take the data they collected and put it in to something that would be meaningful for my son in the future.
Memory keeping for the modern mom!
by carriebianca on 2018/04/14 02:34
Six months into my daughter’s life I was so busy with her and my toddler son her baby book remained blank. Enter Qeepsake! Using the app I now can keep journals for both kids writing as little or much as I want and including pics. I can go back in and edit or catch up. And it’s totally integrated with their text questions and entries so I can switch seamlessly between the two. Easy to use, flexible and great for on the go parents. Someday I can either print a book or look back at the content to create one. There are some great ways they can expand moving forward and I look forward to it.
So easy!
by LeesyB24 on 2019/11/21 15:18
After my first baby, I realized baby books never get done. I didn’t do my daughters until after she was a year. It took me forever to dig though photos and Facebook posts on my phone, organize them, place them in a layout in an online book and edit/move all the captions. And that book was still over $60 if I remember correctly. I just started using this but already love it. I’m hindsight maybe I should have waited to buy it until he was born so I could have it until his 1st birthday without having to renew another year. But I guess we will see. Maybe I’ll love it so much I won’t mind!
Great app until you try to cancel your subscription
by Rrw0312 on 2019/09/20 20:48
Wonderful app, great service, but trying to cancel your subscription is murder. There’s no unsubscribe on the app, they tell you to email them, and though they are responsive, there are more hoops to jump through. I ended up canceling my credit card because it was just too complicated for me. Amended: customer service contacted me by responding to my original emails, and went the extra mile to help me unsubscribe. They really did go out of their way. While they should still have an easier method, they have a good team who fought to treat me fairly. I will probably use the app again at some point in the future.
App is great, but the book is WAY overpriced.
by KatCole on 2019/03/15 12:22
I love this app. I’ve had it since our little one was four months old and I wish I would have gotten it sooner. However, I went recently to go price out a book and it was over $1 per page! I have 128 pages and the estimate was close to $150 for a hard cover and $80 for a soft cover! I would hope that this changes soon because I’m sorry, but I’m just not in a place to pay that much. And now, because of this, I’m hesitant to add even more stories to my account because I don’t know what I will do with them after. If they could find a way to decrease the price of the book by 50% it would be more enticing.
Good but room for improvement
by freezetagrules on 2019/06/07 03:34
First of all, this app is awesome. It definitely fills a need new parents have, easily recording memories. Major props to the creators. However, I signed up for the premium package so my husband could also contribute...why is it 3 times the price of the next step down??? Mainly my complaint is that I selected multiple questions per day and have multiple children/journals which it sends all at once. So it logs my answers for the wrong journals. I’d love an option to spread out the questions throughout the day to make that problem less likely to occur. I haven’t created a book yet but also more creative/visually appealing options would be nice.
Text plus app = awesome
by Mommybrain2015 on 2018/04/13 06:17
What’s better than texting your way to a baby book? An app to edit, tweak, and add entries. I’ve been a Qeepsake member for about two years and I love getting a daily text message, asking me kwestions about my kids. It’s been such an easy way for me to capture the moments wherever I go. The app has been a great addition to allow me to manage my journal entries. I tended to not use the website but the app makes this so simple. Kudos to Qeepsake for launching the app. There are a few small tweaks to the app to improve the user experience that still need to be made but, it’s a terrific thing to have on hand.
I love this App!!
by MamaKara3 on 2020/05/25 19:25
I only gave it four stars because you have to continue to remind yourself to make sure your posts from social media sites actually go into the journal. They stop without warning and you can't go back to add them in. Other Apps just automatically add your posts. That is very frustrating. I also wish family posts could go into each child's journal instead of me having to put it in just one. Besides that I love the questions. They help me from rambling on and make me answer them. I also love how they arrive via text so no matter what I am doing I don't have to open the App I can just text the response.
