I am unable to restore my purchase on this app. I purchased back in 2017. I sent the company an email along with the receipt. Still have not heard back. I guess they do not care about the people who purchased the app before they wanted started to charge monthly. 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

They created a new app so the old one that I purchased is now gone! You can’t restore and you can’t find anyway to contact them! Rip-off!!!

I had the original app and paid for no watermarks now that version doesn’t work anymore and this one came out and you have to pay monthly if you already paid for in the past you should have to pay for a monthly service the fact that the original app does not work anymore more of a rip off if this company is able to do that who knows what will do in the future never purchasing from them again!!!

I have used the repost app for years (Pro version) and had a great experience with Customer support. I was unable to open the app on my phone and had to re-download. Once I could open the app, my Pro purchase was not restoring on its own. I emailed CS and received a reply (and solution to my problem) within an hour! Thank you so much for excellent support!

I had paid for the full version of this app to be able to repost without a watermark and save my posts. Now with this new update, it's telling me I have no subscription and I need to pay monthly/yearly for it now, which is MORE than what I initially paid for the app. Complete scam, this app needs to be reported.

I purchased this app a long time ago and paid a one time fee for unlimited access and have no watermark. Now that I updated and tried to access it is asking that I sign up for a monthly fee. This is a violations of terms. I paid for a product and just because the app decided to change there model does not change the product I purchased. Will be reporting this to the app store.

I’ve had this app for years. Bought the lifetime watermark removal and was very satisfied at the time. It all stopped working months ago!!!!! Possibly a year ago? And bc I don’t need to use it often, I was thought there was something wrong at the moment and “forgot” about it, until the next time I needed to use it again. I finally decided to take a better look into it bc I’ve been needing to use it a lot in the last couple of months, with no success... and while before, the app just appeared to be “broken”, now it’s completely “off”! Won’t even give me access to what I’ve saved since I’ve started using the app. Files are there, but don’t work. I’m now being forced to subscribe to the app, though I’ve paid for an unlimited LIFETIME watermark removal. If your company decided to move into the “subscription” market, that’s your decision to make, however that doesn’t mean you forget about the sells and commitments you’ve made before. It’s your job and responsibility to honor what you’ve promised when you took my money. And I know I’m not alone here. Instead of making hundreds of customers frustrated and unhappy, and forcing them to find their way to you and your support team (which sounds to be great, from what I’ve read), you should make it a lot simpler by keeping it working. Everyone wants to make money. Your company is choosing to take the chance of having a few old customers become new subscribers, instead of choosing to keep everyone happy and keep your reputation. Greed is a big problem in our culture, more so now than ever before. You sit there and have your meetings about how to make a bigger profit, all while forgetting about quality service, and honor. If you choose to have a business that provides services to customers, your first focus and concern should always, always be your customer’s satisfaction. Beyond feeling frustrated and disappointed, I feel insulted and disrespected.

This app is saving me a ton of time and helping build my social at an increased rate.

I use this app to extract music I can’t find anywhere from videos, and also when there’s a speech I wanna hear often without digging to ig saves to do so, it has never failed me so no complains!!!

I accidentally hit the 3 day trial in which it will automatically charge me after the 3 days. Can’t figure out how to cancel that. It is NOT clear on how to do that at all! Not in my settings nor the app itself! Help!

I purchased the pro upgrade in 2017, when it was one-time purchase. They have since changed their business model to make it a monthly subscription. Obviously they can make more money that way and I don’t blame them for making the shift. But they then broke my functioning app, (crashes upon opening) and although it is an identical name and logo, say that the one I paid for (and can prove with receipt) is a different company.

The app makes you purchases a subscription within the app, but doesn’t allow you cancel within the app. I didn’t know to cancel you had to go through iCloud to do it. I thinks very deceiving to people. Now I paid for a whole month for an app that I only needed to do one thing on, and I can’t find any contact information to get my money refunded 👎
