I checked out the site and loved it so I downloaded the app to save $10 as advertised. Every time I try to open it, it won’t load. It goes to a green screen with the logo and never goes past that. I’ve waited up to 3-4 minutes for it to open. I’m really interested in ordering but I don’t want to until I can take advantage of the discount. I’ll update my review once I can actually use the app.

I’ve ordered from Panda Hall online several times in the past and been very satisfied with their prices and quality. This is my first time to use the app, and I am very pleased with it. It was easy to use, and very speedy. I look forward to using it again in the future.
Very Slow

This isn’t a real. It’s just their website in app style. Everything is extremely slow to load and freezes constantly. Very frustrating to use.

I absolutely love this app. I just started ordering from Pandahall and have been very happy with my purchases. I received my shipment relatively fast and everything was packaged really nice to protect fragile items. Also, prices are amazing. Only issue I’m having is after the most recent update it says system failure when I try to get on the app. So I guess I will use the website until it is resolved. But I highly recommend Pandahall to any jewelry maker, knitter, crocheter, or crafter. Thanks and look forward to receiving my next purchase.

Would love to get my shipment but it is very difficult to pay if you do not have a paypal account. I was answered very quickly on how to pay with a credit card but it woundn’t work the way they told me

This app is pretty easy to use. I can easily save products in my wishlist and navigating is easy. However. I sure wish there were better pictures it’s difficult to see a lot of the products. I might like to see more suggestions for similar items at the bottom of page when searching.
