My network ping is very strong 20ms compared to normal network. But I can't enter the game and it keeps showing the weak wifi board. I play other games with no screen stutter or lag. Trash game, I see any game with VNG's hand has many serious errors. advise people not to download this game. it just makes your phone heavier

So I remember I used to have an Android and had this game and it worked perfectly but recently I downloaded it on iPhone XR and it will not even let me start the game, gives an option to play as guest of log into Facebook and I click either of them and it takes me to the same screen which contains the options.

I understand that this app hasn’t had any updates for two years but I have always loved this game. I recently re discovered it and I downloaded it to play but I can’t get it to load. I even set it right next to the internet box but it says my WiFi isn’t strong enough. Can you please fix this? Thank you so much!!!!!!!

This game is amazing and was one of my all time favorite games on my Android, however, it looks like the developer really neglected the IOS version since it was last updated 2 years ago. It’s very sad cause I love this game but can no longer play it on my iPhone. If the developers read this, please get this to work on IOS. You’d get so much business because of how great the game is.

I played this game for a really long time. Even though it had more glitches than any game I’ve ever had. Now apparently after last update, entire games have been wiped out. Not ok. You are ripping people off, and not doing anything to fix it Skygarden team. Fix your game and give people back what your game took!!!!!

This is literally frustrating me I am trying to play the game I have great signal everything is fine and it still is loading for like 3min and it says “press retry you have low signal try in another spot” and I’m over here like wth this is dumb I’ve been waiting for it to load like 30min in total 😠

I used to love this game so much. First it stopped working on tablets now it won’t work on my iPhone. I can’t even get passed the loading page because the buttons are non responsive. The page even loads crooked on the screen. Why even have this app on the store if you’re not going to keep it functional?

Love the game. But it constantly freezes and I have to shut down and restart. Also just bought gems and they didn’t show. Very frustrating. With so many people playing you think they would fix that.

For 5+ days now I have been waiting for game support to credit my in app purchases. They have taken my money and I have provided proof of my purchases but they refuse to credit me what I have paid for.

Trying to put this app on my phone but it loads my data from fb to about 77% and says my signal is too weak or lost. Bummer. Had progressed a lot through this game, a shame I cannot continue.

I played this game for a really long time. Even though it had more glitches than any game I’ve ever had. Now apparently after last update, entire games have been wiped out. Not ok. You are ripping people off, and not doing anything to fix it Skygarden team. Fix your game and give people back what your game took!!!!!

This is literally frustrating me I am trying to play the game I have great signal everything is fine and it still is loading for like 3min and it says “press retry you have low signal try in another spot” and I’m over here like wth this is dumb I’ve been waiting for it to load like 30min in total 😠

I used to love this game so much. First it stopped working on tablets now it won’t work on my iPhone. I can’t even get passed the loading page because the buttons are non responsive. The page even loads crooked on the screen. Why even have this app on the store if you’re not going to keep it functional?

Love the game. But it constantly freezes and I have to shut down and restart. Also just bought gems and they didn’t show. Very frustrating. With so many people playing you think they would fix that.

Love this game but it has so many bugs. The treasure hunt never loads and I lost all my Halloween event points and had to start over :( plus the mine keeps giving me stuff for the blacksmith which isn’t even open on iOS so it just fills up space

For 5+ days now I have been waiting for game support to credit my in app purchases. They have taken my money and I have provided proof of my purchases but they refuse to credit me what I have paid for.
Edit (Response to dev): Already have and your Facebook support team. It’s going on a week now with still no credit. Support is seriously lacking. Took them 3 days just to respond and still have not credited.

I understand that this app hasn’t had any updates for two years but I have always loved this game. I recently re discovered it and I downloaded it to play but I can’t get it to load. I even set it right next to the internet box but it says my WiFi isn’t strong enough. Can you please fix this? Thank you so much!!!!!!!

My network ping is very strong 20ms compared to normal network. But I can't enter the game and it keeps showing the weak wifi board. I play other games with no screen stutter or lag. Trash game, I see any game with VNG's hand has many serious errors. advise people not to download this game. it just makes your phone heavier

So I remember I used to have an Android and had this game and it worked perfectly but recently I downloaded it on iPhone XR and it will not even let me start the game, gives an option to play as guest of log into Facebook and I click either of them and it takes me to the same screen which contains the options.
IOS App Seems Neglected

This game is amazing and was one of my all time favorite games on my Android, however, it looks like the developer really neglected the IOS version since it was last updated 2 years ago. It’s very sad cause I love this game but can no longer play it on my iPhone. If the developers read this, please get this to work on IOS. You’d get so much business because of how great the game is.
