Any errors regarding in game purchases are not resolved. I’ve made purchases that weren’t credited to my game but charged to my credit card. Attempts to contact the developer via email go unanswered.

This is one of two games I have on my phone. I would give it 5 stars if you would fix the problem of the videos not exiting back to game. It often locks my phone.
Just too darn many videos. Some are watched voluntarily but others are forced to watch. So many videos takes away from the enjoyment of the game. Because of this, I would like to take away another star.
Have never played a game where I won absolutely 0 on free spins. This has happened twice after extremely hard time earning free spends.
The rewards for the challenges are too low. I have to spend 4800 times to receive 1,300,000 or spin on max bet 243 times to receive 12,000,000 points. The rewards aren’t worth the risk taken and should be increased accordingly.
It is absolutely terrible that you have put ads at the bottom of the game that shows continually. Also, trump poll may be a game breaker for me as I don’t like anything trump.
Whatever you did this week, you really screwed up the game. You should fix it back the way it was before 6/1/2020.
Can’t get over how you have totally screwed up the game. Whatever you were doing to improve game, you totally missed the boat. You should go back to pre-05/31/2020.

The only thing that disappoints me is the amount of time you have to invest to get to new levels. You have to max bet everything then still play several games to open a new slot machine. If your game locks up and you lose money plus other rewards let the app developers know what happened to you and they will most certainly remedy the situation. I have installed and played tons of these games and all but one has since been removed. Some have cheap graphics, no or low payouts, functional problems or just a pathetic excuse for a high tech slot machine. THIS GAME HAS NINE OF THOSE PROBLEMS. It looks fantastic, plays well, pays beautifully and acts like a real machine at a casino. The only problem I’ve seen is it doesn’t always return after running a video.

Worst support team and game ever!! I have been playing this game for months and months and last week when I clicked the app on my iPhone it would not open. I then updated the app.....it would still not open. I then deleted the app and then tried updating it again. This time it opened but all my points and gems that I had purchased were lost. I have emailed the support team twice over the last two weeks and have had no response, my points have not been put back, nor have my gems or the cost of the gems. don’t bother with the game when it works it works on it doesn’t it doesn’t and it takes forever to get the issues resolved. there are plenty of other games out there that do not have this ongoing issues.

This is an awesome slot!!!! the designs and all the extra ways you can get money, the bonus extra spins BUT....when trying to get the extra points so you can level up and move on to the next slot on this Lighting Slot when you spin you do not get points for it and the only way to get points is if your spin lands on extra points. Also, on other slots I have played or dl the higher the bid the more points you get okay will Lighting slot only gives 1 point and that’s only IF your spin lands on the points k so I just won a challenge I had to spin 420 Xs to win I only got 8 points and it takes for ever to move to Joppa

Was good in the beginning but the app is unstable and closes down or you loose bonuses on the multiplier. Not able to increase bet unless you achieve levels in multiples of 5. All games play on a similar format and have little variety!
Very generous in the beginning with starting chips more so than others but there is no real challenge here. Not many levels and loosing interest quickly.

Sad to say; I’ll be deleting your app. It was fun but even with max bid. It takes too long to get to open another slot. I’m out of coins. I’m not buying any so that’s the end of that. I hope you will open all slots to pay instead of level up to open them. It gets boring. Wins are far in between and you don’t increase your percentage by that much when it does go up. Downloaded the game a few years ago, I had accumulated over 1 trillion, 819 billion tokens. I recently updated to the newer version (they kept prompting me to do so) and my winning percentage has dropped drastically and the amount ( if I win) is significantly less. Maybe the reason is because I have accumulated this many points and haven't bought tokens from them? Just my opinion,judge for yourself.

Good game gone bad. This was a good slot until the last upgrade. Now game constantly freezes up and then won’t load. I lost almost 10 trillion dollars that I had built up over almost a year. Had to take it off at put in back only to have do it again. Loved it before the last upgrade. Wouldn’t recommend you wasting your time on it now.

Haven’t been able to get into this lobby for over a week. So I just uninstalled and then reinstalled. Now able to get in but I lost ALL my coins. My balance was up in the trillions! Now starting over with only 20,000,000. This is not right! I lost all my coins due to an error on your part??? Wow! What a scam!!!

Any errors regarding in game purchases are not resolved. I’ve made purchases that weren’t credited to my game but charged to my credit card. Attempts to contact the developer via email go unanswered.

This is one of two games I have on my phone. I would give it 5 stars if you would fix the problem of the videos not exiting back to game. It often locks my phone.
Just too darn many videos. Some are watched voluntarily but others are forced to watch. So many videos takes away from the enjoyment of the game. Because of this, I would like to take away another star.
Have never played a game where I won absolutely 0 on free spins. This has happened twice after extremely hard time earning free spends.
The rewards for the challenges are too low. I have to spend 4800 times to receive 1,300,000 or spin on max bet 243 times to receive 12,000,000 points. The rewards aren’t worth the risk taken and should be increased accordingly.
It is absolutely terrible that you have put ads at the bottom of the game that shows continually. Also, trump poll may be a game breaker for me as I don’t like anything trump.
Whatever you did this week, you really screwed up the game. You should fix it back the way it was before 6/1/2020.
Can’t get over how you have totally screwed up the game. Whatever you were doing to improve game, you totally missed the boat. You should go back to pre-05/31/2020.

I would first like to thank you for the amount of credits you give back in this game. It will take you no time to be a billionaire. The only thing that disappoints me is the amount of time you have to invest to get to new levels. You have to max bet everything then still play several games to open a new slot machine. I've downloaded so many apps for the slots and ended up deleting all but two. Generous are you for not having to bid large sums of money to hit a bonus, free spins, or a jackpot.

If your game locks up and you lose money plus other rewards let the app developers know what happened to you and they will most certainly remedy the situation. You can also delete the app and go back to the App Store to download again. Believe me they always remember your name/email address so you will be luckier the second time around. Good luck. I have installed and played tons of these games and all but one has since been removed. Some have cheap graphics, no or low payouts, functional problems or just a pathetic excuse for a high tech slot machine. THIS GAME HAS NINE OF THOSE PROBLEMS. It looks fantastic, plays well, pays beautifully and acts like a real machine at a casino. The only problem I’ve seen is it doesn’t always return after running a video.

Worst support team and game ever!! I have been playing this game for months and months and last week when I clicked the app on my iPhone it would not open. I then updated the app.....it would still not open. I then deleted the app and then tried updating it again. This time it opened but all my points and gems that I had purchased were lost. I have emailed the support team twice over the last two weeks and have had no response, my points have not been put back, nor have my gems or the cost of the gems. don’t bother with the game when it works it works on it doesn’t it doesn’t and it takes forever to get the issues resolved. there are plenty of other games out there that do not have this ongoing issues.

This is an awesome slot!!!! the designs and all the extra ways you can get money, the bonus extra spins BUT....when trying to get the extra points so you can level up and move on to the next slot on this Lighting Slot when you spin you do not get points for it and the only way to get points is if your spin lands on extra points. Also, on other slots I have played or dl the higher the bid the more points you get okay will Lighting slot only gives 1 point and that’s only IF your spin lands on the points k so I just won a challenge I had to spin 420 Xs to win I only got 8 points and it takes for ever to move to Joppa

The only thing that disappoints me is the amount of time you have to invest to get to new levels. You have to max bet everything then still play several games to open a new slot machine. So basically if you don’t mind playing a few games over, and over, and over, and over again this isn’t bad for a slot game.

Was good in the beginning but the app is unstable and closes down or you loose bonuses on the multiplier. Not able to increase bet unless you achieve levels in multiples of 5. All games play on a similar format and have little variety!
Very generous in the beginning with starting chips more so than others but there is no real challenge here. Not many levels and loosing interest quickly.

Sad to say; I’ll be deleting your app. It was fun but even with max bid. It takes too long to get to open another slot. I’m out of coins. I’m not buying any so that’s the end of that. I hope you will open all slots to pay instead of level up to open them. It gets boring. Wins are far in between and you don’t increase your percentage by that much when it does go up. It’s like 2% and sometimes it doesn’t go up at all. Graphics are good though. Bye

I liked the game till I got a new phone. Everything was in iCloud and when I reloaded the game all my coins were gone all 215 billion. It gave me 200 million. Tried to reach out to customer service with NO help

This game crashes and kick you out when you have Free Spins. The worst thing is, when you open the game back, you lost the remain free spins. I got 15 free spins and got none when I open the game again. Not happy with this glitch. UPDATE: still crashing with the videos or when I try to switch to another game, loosing all the free spins left. PLEASE, FIX IT!!

Downloaded the game a few years ago, I had accumulated over 1 trillion, 819 billion tokens. I recently updated to the newer version (they kept prompting me to do so) and my winning percentage has dropped drastically and the amount ( if I win) is significantly less. Maybe the reason is because I have accumulated this many points and haven't bought tokens from them? Just my opinion,judge for yourself.

Good game gone bad. This was a good slot until the last upgrade. Now game constantly freezes up and then won’t load. I lost almost 10 trillion dollars that I had built up over almost a year. Had to take it off at put in back only to have do it again. Loved it before the last upgrade. Wouldn’t recommend you wasting your time on it now.

I was in the middle of my free 20 free spins with over 22 million plus I already had won with 13 free spins left the game frozen up and I lost everything the rest of my spins and didn’t get any of my earned winnings it took me back to the regular game and went forward with me betting over again on another game this was so unfair

Any errors regarding in game purchases are not resolved. I’ve made purchases that weren’t credited to my game but charged to my credit card. Attempts to contact the developer via email go unanswered.
The recent update resulted in me losing all my points. At the time of the update I was ranked #7 overall with over 900 trillion points.
