I had to record a podcast and I chose to record through a phone call. All the other apps cost too much money for a broke college student but this one worked perfectly for the price, it was easy to use and fast.

Does not display or store any info for the other party. So you have a ton of calls and you have to listen to the recording and hopefully guess who you recorded. Glad I canceled my subscription before being billed.

It actually records both sides of the call, and you get the option to remove discloser. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to make your call in the app. This means no automatic recording on incoming calls.

I mean yeah it records calls, but if you’re trying to be non-conspicuous about it then try something else, when you call through the app as soon as the other line picks up a loud robotic voice says, “this call is being recorded.” Waste of time.

I just downloaded this app and I can’t even verify my phone number. It asks for the number and tells you to click next, but the “next” button is being blocked by the number screen so I cannot proceed. What a disappointment considering all of the positive reviews for this app. Please fix this.

It has been good although my last two recordings were cut short for some reason. I did nothing different. Overall it has worked well though.
UPDATE: I reached out and they had my full recordings and emailed me. Both Christine and Hugh were very kind and professional. I’ll be sticking with this product! My next recording captured everybody. I’ve used them for a podcast. Highly recommend!!!!

Saved my job! Seriously. People. It takes wine seriously minimal effort to figure this app out. Once you get it figured out tho, it couldn’t be simpler. This app is 5 stars. Anything less is from technology illiterate people. Devs. Charge us $1. You deserve it. My HR manager tried terminating me from my job because my father is in the hospital. So far ever since I have downloaded the app it has worked great and best of all, it’s free! The only trouble I experienced was I was on a 1 hour and 15 minute call but it only recorded up to 56 minutes, but that’s okay because I got the majority of the call recorded! Definitely recommend this app!

I have not been able to get the app to work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 4 or 5 times now hoping a fresh download would fix the problems but not the case. Every single time I
- initiate a call then open the app, call the
apps phone number
AND/OR
- I open the recording app, input the number I
want to call, then dial the recording
apps number...
I get an AT&T message that my iPhone is not able to make this call or is not allowed/equipped to make this call. At this time the call to the apps number is terminated as is the number I’m calling.
Your app is AWESOME when it works and I’m really hoping it’s something I am not doing right. I will continue trying to get the app to work, under the assumption that I am doing something incorrectly. Thank you!

My phone app and this app are on two different screen pages so I naturally forget to add in the phone call recorder. Instead of recording a whole 15 minute conversation I’ll only be able to get about 8 minutes. Ofc this can be easily helped by putting the two apps close to each other but then it goes back out of sight when you open the phone app again. Maybe a notification whenever you’re about to call or a something. But other than that, all aces here 👍🏽.

This app is GREAT! It’s easy use and easy to access your recordings. I highly recommend it! Especially when you have to deal with a difficult customer or institution. Other than that the uses are endless.... from someone who might have a little difficulty reminding details to simply getting the information down faster than you can note it... The only call app I’ll use going forward.

When I downloaded this app it’s great but one thing when you call someone it tells you and the caller that the call is being recorded, first if you want to secretly record a call please remove this or have the “this call is being recorded message” as a choice that’s all I have to say

This app does not work AT ALL. After I type in the number I want to call, it prompts me to call Rev at 415-738-2935. When I click on the button to call Rev, I get an automated voicemail message from Verizon saying my call couldn’t be completed and to check the number and dial again.

I loved the APP until ALL of my calls began to become unclear, echoing & staticky on both ends. PLUS all of my RECORDED items just disappeared without notice or warning! We should be able to back up the recordings to a separate cloud or drive instead of having to rely on them to store and save on this app! Is there a recovery option? And why is there no option to set the recording to begin automatically with incoming calls? The beginning of the conversation is always cut off because I have to add REV after I answer! INSTEAD OF THE PHONE NUMBER YOU’RE CALLING SHOWING UP IN YOUR CALL LOG, IT SHOWS THE GENERIC REV NUMBER! NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT NUMBER YOU DIALED JUST A RECORDING TALKING TO SOMEBODY. I have used this app to record calls that have helped me in providing evidence for lawsuits, and it’s a great app for that. However, I live in a one party consent state and am not legally required to notify other parties on the call that I’m recording them, so the new announcement message makes it where they will refuse to say incriminating things on the call when they know they’re being recorded. I’ll give it 5 stars when the toggle switch is added to turn the announcement off.

Free of charge for call recording. I like the app. Just dial the number you are calling and it begins recording conversations that you can transcribe at a later time. I do recommend it for an call recording where you only need the audio and not the video.

So far as of couple months usage its great! Just open app type number to call and bam it connects. No annoying announcement of calls being recorded. I want be able keep my mom voice forever. Also need to record how nursing home treats phone calls from family members to patients.

Rating REV 3 stars so far. Loaded up and tested. Phone call connecting method rather convoluted, it works, but would like it really simplified. REV should create A numbered sequential call display showing where each segment of the call is performing showing the next or remaining step(s) - which would remove most call sequence doubts and speed call decision making. We are not informed about what part of the call that the person being called can hear.
Connection quality was 3 out 5.
(Like someone talking through a door from another room.)
When I tried to edit the call to remove unnecessary content, it did not edit out the content. That needs fixing right away.
Transcription Service is not described well and is basically unnecessary. With the quality of voice recognition these days, REV should be using it for on-screen digital (not human) progressive transcription as the conversation proceeds. This would enhance app. Usefulness and guarantee a higher user volume because of easier sharing capacity.

I have searched high and low for a call recording app that’s intuitive and easy to use and I would recommend to stop wasting your time searching because this app is the best one hands-down. It’s as easy as calling from the app and then merging that call into the call you want to record, and after you hang up the recording is posted in the app. The best part of all is that it’s free, you won’t find a better app than this.

Can’t I just pay for the time I need transcribed? I just had to make a ton of IAP to get myself just the right amount of credits for an 8 minute call. It’s also misleading because the app said my call was going to be around 10 credits to transcribe, but each credit costs $1.99 leading my 8 minute call transcription really cost me over $20.00 when I initially thought it was going to be under $10.00

I downloaded this app and it’s a Trojan virus that takes over your Apple Pay app settings retrieving your cred it card info and will lock your phone unless you click pay I had to reset my phone back to factory settings this app should be removed and the app designer arrested for stealing credit card data.

You should absolutely make a disclaimer in your app description that there will be an announcement that the call is being recorded in the call!!!!!!! There are too many sensitive situations that will be made even more tenuous by that announcement!!!!!!!

Sooooo Easy to use once you understand it works like a conference call. All you have to do is call the number the app provides which is your “recorder” and then call your other party members. I have used this with multiple other members on the call and everyone sounded the same on the recording as they did on the phone call. You MUST MUST MUST remember to MERGE THE CALL so the “recorder” is “in” the “conference call”! Enjoy!!! Also one click of a button and you can email your recording, there is also a feature where you can have your calls transcribed (verbatim and/or time stamped) ... for a reasonable per minute fee. This would be very useful for business or legal proceedings, just ensure you are following privacy laws for recording other people. Also would be very helpful for phone calls with your own Dr. when it is a situation where the prognosis and treatment plan is very involved and family members always want to know all of the details that can be hard to remember in such stressful situations.

The recordings from this app are good enough quality for what I need. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because the process of actually recording the call is a little complicated. The instructions it gives on the app weren’t exactly right.
When I select the button to start a new outgoing call, it prompts me to type in the number I want to call, then it prompts me to call Rev. but after I call the app, it doesn’t automatically put in the number I said I was calling; instead I had to click “add call” and type the number in again. Then once the person picked up, I clicked “merge calls” like it says to. After all that, I usually have about 30 seconds of no audio, which I then trim using the app.
For incoming calls, this was even more difficult because I had to pick up the incoming call and quickly get into the app and select the button to record an incoming call. The after merging the calls, I had to ask the person on the other line to repeat what they said.
Since I’m mostly recording outgoing calls, and don’t mind the process now that I know how to do it, it’s all fine. I just wish the app was a little less complicated

This app is a lifesaver! I am the type of person that gets overwhelmed, stressed out, and easily forgets conversations, almost immediately after hanging up the phone. Since I usually allow my feelings get the best of me, it is hard for me to remember, verbatim, what subject matters are covered during each call. Because details or even 1 small word, like “yes” or “no”, is so detrimentally crucial, during these phone calls, I have to remember, verbatim, what is is said, how it’s said, the context it’s said in, etc., this app is a lifesaver!!
This app is beneficial in so many different ways...I.E.: lawsuits of any kind, making verbal agreements, listing details via phone when there’s no pen or paper handy, etc., this app can be used for anything! So far, in the past three years, this is the best way I’ve found to reference my conversations and any details that I need to be concrete!
I recommend this app to everyone & anyone who suffers from anxiety, gets overwhelmed easily, or just flat out cant remember 1 conversation to next. This app will keep your story straight, it will remind you of the smallest detail, it will remind you of the largest detail, it improves the quality of the way you repeat things to others…

This app works very well for being free but the only issue I have is mainly with the way it works with iOS. Basically it won’t start recording until after you call their provided number, call the number you dialed and then manually merge the calls once it connects. So if you call a business, the recording won’t catch their call sign at the beginning until you hit “merge calls”. Also there is a short period where the person on the other side will not be able to hear you while merging. Works fine on speaker and the provided recording number makes no noise.

Sooooo Easy to use once you understand it works like a conference call. All you have to do is call the number the app provides which is your “recorder” and then call your other party members. I have used this with multiple other members on the call and everyone sounded the same on the recording as they did on the phone call. You MUST MUST MUST remember to MERGE THE CALL so the “recorder” is “in” the “conference call”! Enjoy!!! Also one click of a button and you can email your recording, there is also a feature where you can have your calls transcribed (verbatim and/or time stamped) ... for a reasonable per minute fee. This would be very useful for business or legal proceedings, just ensure you are following privacy laws for recording other people. Also would be very helpful for phone calls with your own Dr. when it is a situation where the prognosis and treatment plan is very involved and family members always want to know all of the details that can be hard to remember in such stressful situations.

This is the *only* app (based on my exhaustive review of every call recording app in the App Store) that does not require a subscription just to record a phone call! All of these apps use the trick of setting up a 3-way call that includes a call recording server as a (silent) participant in the call, which degrades the audio a bit, as with any 3-way call.
The call setup involves 3 or 4 simple steps, and the app reminds or prompts you for each step. When the call ends, the recording server downloads the audio file to the app, where you can listen to it, share it with others, or save it as an audio file that you can edit (different app). Evidently all the other apps figure that it’s expensive to maintain a few VOIP lines and a dedicated PC to do the recording, which makes sense, but not $10/month worth of sense!

I tried 2 other apps from the App Store before stumbling across this one from an article I found on Google. It has a surprising amount of functionality for a truly free app and it is the poster child of what a truly free and functional iPhone app should be — no fuss, clear setup, and no ads. That’s right: I haven’t had a single ad pop up during my use of the app. Not even a pop up to review the app itself. That’s the reason I’m reviewing also, no fuss and distraction free use without ad/App Store review interruption.
*To the developer(s):* can you update for iPhone X and 11 series? I’m able to use the app on my XR, but button placement and use is tricky right now because it isn’t natively scaled. Thanks!

I am a journalist and regularly record interviews (with permission) for transcription and accuracy. I’d been paying for an app that every one swore by but I kept having sound issues with and then bugs in the connection and reliability. (I have Verizon and though maybe it was a carrier issue or conference call quality?) I just got fed up and figured I’d try this one and the sound is just far superior overall. It connects faster. It’s clearer and more accurate in my transcription software so I spend less time / $ on that. I just should have tried this a long time ago. Much less stressed about big interview days now.

I accept that happen to me before when it said recorded message how to save may have been didn’t register right maybe but I still won my case since other party thought I had recorded whole conversation. I’d make sure you’ve registered ® and then give trial run for 10 minutes angry calls don’t last that long anyways but this way you know what happens during call check settings and also laws under settings it give state by state laws 9 or so states require you both agree but one law that stands out is if one person knows and agrees to recording the ( you ) it’s legal that’s why when your services you bought call use that automated message good luck 👍🏼

UPDATED: Resetting network settings on my iphone, then restarting my iphone, fixed the issue! Seems like was an issue with my phone, not the app. Back to being totally pleased with the app, back to 5 stars.

I’ve recently have had to start recording calls due to litigation my lawyer filed against a huge, very old, very powerful and intimidating. Since I was already rattled by my situation it was as a huge relief to be able to record my first outgoing call ever effortlessly on the 1st try. This might be the beginning of a beautiful app. My only criticisms are the redirects to outside websites for legal issues and that the settings section has a choice to add a credit card but nowhere can I find how much I will be charged. I’m sure it’ll work itself out in the next update or I’m just an idiot that can’t find it. Great app!

When I got it to work , it worked great! All calls were great quality and was totally free... thank you developers! (Unless you need transcripts).
However it became frustrating as phone network setting had to be reset more frequently every time I used it. (For it to call out the actual number.). And it’s kind of an inconvenience having to enter WiFi password in again-repeatedly. FIX FOR THAT ISSUE- if you have car play don’t plug in when you this app! I now never have to reset my network settings. : )
New issue for my dads iPhone 8. I myself have the iPhone 6plus with limited storage and never update software. When I downloaded this app and tried using on my dads phone it will not call out the actual number. For ex. The first 415 phone number will appear but the second never appears. Sometimes when I end the call the number will THEN show up. I believe it’s the way the phone setting is.
Can anyone with this phone setting?

I have tried a number of apps that are supposed to record your calls but have found that they are simply lacking in one way or another. Some just didn’t record the conversation, some were hard to use and very confusing and others just didn't have quality sound. And, those were all paid apps. Rev Call Recorder is not only a free app, but the sound is higher quality than any paid app I have come across. I would highly recommend this app. It doesn’t take long to understand how to use it, plus you can be reassured it is doing what it is intended to do.

This app has so far worked really well for me and my new job role. The only downside was that there was an update to the app that doesn’t allow you to let the person know you’ll be recording when it’s an outgoing call. So when the person answers the first thing they hear is “this call is being recorded.” The work around is to use the outgoing call feature and then merge the two. Nonetheless it’s a pretty wonderful app

If you are looking for a free app to record phone calls with out having problems this is the best choice. First try using it and it worked phenomenally. The app performs well, easy to use & had a very good clear audio, & your able to transcribe the call into text or edit or save and download for future use. In my opinion it works better then some apps who over charged people to use there app just to record calls. Gave it a 5 star rating because this app works well with no issues and it’s free that means no subscription or fees you can’t beat that.

I used to use the Rev call recorder app to record phone calls for broadcast.
In the past it worked fine. But yesterday it dropped the call after between 9-10 minutes. It never notified me that the call had been dropped either; I was just in for a rude awakening when I realized that less than 10 minutes of my hour long interview had been recorded.
Stupidly, I tried again. Again, the call dropped about 10 minutes in. Luckily I made a backup speakerphone recording this time. Better than nothing I guess. But Rev has completely lost my trust. Until Rev fixes this issue — and doesn’t just blame call drops on “congested” lines — I will never use this recording service again and I am warning all my colleagues to stay away from it as well.

Rating REV 3 stars so far. Loaded up and tested. Phone call connecting method rather convoluted, it works, but would like it really simplified. REV should create A numbered sequential call display showing where each segment of the call is performing showing the next or remaining step(s) - which would remove most call sequence doubts and speed call decision making. We are not informed about what part of the call that the person being called can hear.
Connection quality was 3 out 5.

When I tried to edit the call to remove unnecessary content, it did not edit out the content. That needs fixing right away.
Transcription Service is not described well and is basically unnecessary. With the quality of voice recognition these days, REV should be using it for on-screen digital (not human) progressive transcription as the conversation proceeds. This would enhance app. Usefulness and guarantee a higher user volume because of easier sharing capacity.

My phone app and this app are on two different screen pages so I naturally forget to add in the phone call recorder. Instead of recording a whole 15 minute conversation I’ll only be able to get about 8 minutes. Ofc this can be easily helped by putting the two apps close to each other but then it goes back out of sight when you open the phone app again. Maybe a notification whenever you’re about to call or a something. But other than that, all aces here 👍🏽.

I was in an urgent to find an app that can record phone call for an interview, and other apps I downloaded required subscription..Finally I was lucky enough to come across this app and I am so in love with it! Not only because it is free, but it is simple to use and navigate!! The set up of this app in very minimalistic and clean, but it has some many great functions. I am impressed that this allows me to record phone calls without time limit and also FREE! Thank you for the developer for this amazing app😊

I’m using a IPhone. It prompts me to enter my phone number then tap “next” to receive a confirmation text however, there is no next button for me to tap.
Okay, never mind. I just had to hit my phone number in the right way so it wouldn’t highlight. It too several tries. I’d like to take this up to 4 to 5 stars. I’m having problems getting the merge button to show up every time but that might my on my end. Sound quality is good. Yes, the merge button was on my end. I didn’t realize I had to wait for the other party to answer.
Overall, I think this is a very good app and deserves 5 stars. The hitting next was confusing but that is a small thing. Maybe change it to hit next or your phone number.
Update, my wife installed rev into her phone (we have the same phone and software) and the next button showed for her just fine.

I’m a journalist who has been depending on this app to record interviews for a year now. Loved the ability to send away for Rev xscription services, which I’ve used for several years now.
Very disappointed to say that I have been burned several times now by the dropped call bug that stops the recording midway through a call with no notice that it is no longer recording. Failed to record some important content I needed while on tight deadlines.
More disappointing is that this has been a known bug for several months and there is no forward movement to fixing it. I’m thinking of taking the $4K a year I spend on Rev services and having transcriptions done elsewhere.

I have not been able to get the app to work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 4 or 5 times now hoping a fresh download would fix the problems but not the case. Every single time I
- initiate a call then open the app, call the
apps phone number
AND/OR
- I open the recording app, input the number I
want to call, then dial the recording
apps number...
I get an AT&T message that my iPhone is not able to make this call or is not allowed/equipped to make this call. At this time the call to the apps number is terminated as is the number I’m calling.
Your app is AWESOME when it works and I’m really hoping it’s something I am not doing right. I will continue trying to get the app to work, under the assumption that I am doing something incorrectly. Thank you!

I have searched high and low for a call recording app that’s intuitive and easy to use and I would recommend to stop wasting your time searching because this app is the best one hands-down. It’s as easy as calling from the app and then merging that call into the call you want to record, and after you hang up the recording is posted in the app. The best part of all is that it’s free, you won’t find a better app than this.

In a doctoral candidate conducting a number of interviews for my research. Using Rev allows me to focus on follow up questions and responses rather than ensuring I type adequate notes. Turnaround time has been no more than 20 minutes. Transcriptions are on point and professional looking so I always look prepared when bringing them to class. Saves me a TON of time. I also work full-time and see many uses for this in the workplace. Highly recommend.

This app just screwed up my entire relationship With my ex-wife! The new update where you do not have to merge calls informed my ex-wife about our conversation being recorded. It announced the call was being recorded to her as soon as she picked up the phone. The whole point about the conversation being recorded in a one party consented state is that the other party doesn’t really have to know! But now she does because you’re dumb stupid app informed her that it was being recorded. There’s not even a place where I can turn that off. Now I have to delete the app. You’ll be getting no stars or one star ratings as far as I’m concerned.

I have used this app to record calls that have helped me in providing evidence for lawsuits, and it’s a great app for that. However, I live in a one party consent state and am not legally required to notify other parties on the call that I’m recording them, so the new announcement message makes it where they will refuse to say incriminating things on the call when they know they’re being recorded. I’ll give it 5 stars when the toggle switch is added to turn the announcement off.

For a 68 year old woman who is not as “tech-no-savy” as I used to be , this program prompts you through each step required depending on whether incoming or outgoing calls. No extra charges unless you want transcription services. Otherwise when you hang up, your recording is immediately available with date, time and length of call. Doesn’t get any easier. And the recording is crisp and clear.

It has been good although my last two recordings were cut short for some reason. I did nothing different. Overall it has worked well though.
UPDATE: I reached out and they had my full recordings and emailed me. Both Christine and Hugh were very kind and professional. I’ll be sticking with this product! My next recording captured everybody. I’ve used them for a podcast. Highly recommend!!!!

I loved the APP until ALL of my calls began to become unclear, echoing & staticky on both ends. PLUS all of my RECORDED items just disappeared without notice or warning! We should be able to back up the recordings to a separate cloud or drive instead of having to rely on them to store and save on this app! Is there a recovery option? And why is there no option to set the recording to begin automatically with incoming calls? The beginning of the conversation is always cut off because I have to add REV after I answer! INSTEAD OF THE PHONE NUMBER YOU’RE CALLING SHOWING UP IN YOUR CALL LOG, IT SHOWS THE GENERIC REV NUMBER! NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT NUMBER YOU DIALED JUST A RECORDING TALKING TO SOMEBODY. The app used to work fine. For the last three months (since May) it has stopped recording calls at 5 minutes, without giving any indication during the call that it’s stopped. It did it in May, and then I read there were “big fixes” and I gave it another shot tonight. It still kicked off at 5 minutes and gave no indication during the call that it had stopped recording. Find another app. The bug fixes apparently didn’t fix anything. Disappointed to say the least.

I was using this app successfully for the last year and I also enjoyed the transcription services and never had a glitch. However I recently recorded a call for work (mid September) and although the call’s date and time are listed in my recording log, I am unable to download it. All of my other calls are there, but I get a “cannot download, please try again later” message. So incredibly frustrating!!! I needed the call for a piece I have due and it is a terrible feeling not to have it. I reached out to their supposed “24-7” customer service several hours ago and still have not heard back.

This app makes it easy to record phone conversations and is very easy to use. After about a dozen recordings it only would record the first 15 minutes of each call, but that worked fine for my purposes. I like the ability to skip backward and forward by 10 seconds, and also speed up the listening to 1.5x or slow down to 0.75x.

I’ve used this app for phone interviews with customers and I love how easy and intuitive it is. Since I like to be able to focus on what’s being spoken, I don’t take too many notes during the call. But I do need to be able to grab quotes, so will also use Rev’s transcription service which works wonders - it’s fast, accurate and makes my life easier.

Impractical for Business Use

From my perspective, this call recorder takes way too many steps to initiate the recording of either incoming or outgoing call. I should be able to tap maximum of two times for incoming call:
1. To open the app and
2. To start recording the call that has just come through and started.
For outgoing calls: having multiple conference calls a day, I can’t possibly imagine having to type a phone number every single time I dial-in, doesn’t even matter if it’s an AT&RT conference bridge or individual/personal number. Bottom line is, this app fails to use Contacts app, it disregards it completely. And as far as my multitude of conference calls go: I can’t imagine typing not just the dial-in number but also access and then security or my bridge’s PIN codes every single time I need to be in the meeting.
A LOT to improve to make this app a value instead of impediment.

This app announces to the calker that the call is being recorded.I am not sure if there’s some new law that requires that but I’ve had to record my phone calls in the past and have found apps that record the call without the other person knowing. The recording does sound good so I did give it a four, however due to not knowing it was going to be announced I don’t feel like it deserve a five.

So far as of couple months usage its great! Just open app type number to call and bam it connects. No annoying announcement of calls being recorded. I want be able keep my mom voice forever. Also need to record how nursing home treats phone calls from family members to patients.

I have often been frustrated by companies promising one thing then changing the deal once they have you in a contract. Then they lie and say they have no documentation of what they promised. Well no more! If they can record for quality assurance so can we. As long as you let them know the call is being recorded it’s all good and they can’t scam you.

Pretty straight forward. Takes a call or two to get used to the interface and how to use the app. Nice to know I can get a call transcribed if I need to. Needed a call recorder for a few customer interviews (so I wasn't furiously scribbling notes), and I'm glad I chose Rev's. I considered TapeACall and a few other free apps, but after trying this one, I don't think I'll need to switch. I also didn't realize I needed the transcription, but for the cost and convience, it was definitely worth it. Will definitely be using this from now on!

Man, this app works great. I am loving it. It takes about 10 seconds to merge a call which feels like an eternity. I need to get into the habit of starting calls with the app I want to record. When I’m already on a call, I say I am getting an incoming call and will be right back. The other app I paid for sucked so I highly recommend. And I never leave reviews, so try it.
Didn’t record my whole call

This app worked well for my test run.
When I needed it for an actual interview, it only recorded 5 minutes of a 13 minute phone call. I checked and it says that the call on the other line (Rev’s number that records the call) lasted 12 minutes. Where is my 7 missing minutes of audio? I know for a fact that some people were able to record phone calls that are multiple hours long.
I also can’t find anywhere that could get me help on this problem. I wouldn’t use again, too risky for anything important.

This app is so helpful as my Fiancé is only ankle to call me so when he does I amAble to record him giving messages to family members then I can actually transcribe them and send them to those family members that is so helpful better than word-of-mouth from me they can actually hear his voice and know that it’s coming from him I love this app.
Understanding time limit

I’m confused a bit, I know how hard it is to find a recording resource that allows you to record a phone call without issues or concerns. I did a 1-hour meeting by phone today, and without hesitation, everything seemed great, merging the call and contacting the individual. By the end of the one hour call, I saw that the recording began on time at 12pm, but it only recorded 15 min. 49sec. of the call... is there an area of the app that explains a cut off time???
Constantly drops during my calls

I have to take notes during conference calls and it can be easy to miss important information. I like being able to go back and listen to the call, if I feel that I missed something. This recorder is constantly dropping in the middle of these calls. I have to keep a close eye on it so that I know when it happens so that I can try and reconnect. It will usually happen around 4-8 times during a call. I want to like this app, but it’s a waste of my time.

I try to record scam calls, but sometimes, when I try to record the call, I can’t get anything but dead air, and I lose the scammer, probably them knowing there’s another line on. I do have scam calls recorded successfully, but since then, it seems they know they’re being recorded and kill the call. I think an option where the call didn’t need to be recorded on a separate line would be better.
