Fax not going through

I purchased several pages to fax important documents that did not get to the receiver. I verified I had the correct fax number and the app says the fax was delivered. I have resent the documents again hoping they will go through the second time, but for now I am out the cost for faxing the first set of documents. I will update tomorrow if the app worked the second time.

Interstates perfect with my I phone. I scanned the pages in another app and when I went to send it gave TurboFax as an option clicked on it. Put the number in and waited for the delivered !!!!

It seems that this product is not not compatible with all modems. I was trying to help my son fax in his vote from out of country end it could not connect with a working fax.. Very disappointing. They suggest I download another app when I reached out for help.

When user has ability to populate cover page (which I did with important information), it should also be viewable as being sent. Paid for 2 pages to be faxed but can only view 2nd page.
If that option is not possible then user should be advised that the cover page will not be accessible for viewing as a disclosure

It’s great to have a fax app that I can use and pay for when I need it. I don’t fax much. I don’t need a monthly payment plan for a fax. I just need to fax once in a while. Turbo Fax is just what I need.

Already paid for the turbo scan app. Now have to add fax app then charged 2 dollars or more if you want to fax more than one page - every time. Which is why people use email and don’t want to pay additional charges for faxing!!!!

I love this app really. It allows confidence of faxing pictures right from your phone . However, I wish it was more functional and flexibility to choose between taking a picture and choosing from your photo album. It can be a pain when you have something in photo albums and something you have to take a picture of, but overall very efficient app! That’s why I gave it 5 stars because you really can’t beat it!

They gave stolen $10 from me because they double charged me and the fax never went through and would not refund me and then it says I have 10 pages I can send since they didn’t refund me so I went to send a fax and they just charged me another 2.98 plus tax

Horrible experience and this was urgent!! They were happy to keep taking all my money for added pages that kept DISAPPEARING- now, suddenly- no one from support will return my emails!!! I’m beyond disappointed- please be aware if you’re using this app on your iPhone..everything looks great, until it disappears...no idea where my VERY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS WENT - I’m concerned I just got scammed!!!

Normally, If I needed to fax something I would have to drive to a place like Staples, FedEx or UPS. You still have to pay to fax, but it’s so easy. You just buy a fixed amount of pages and use what you need - next time you need to fax something you use your remaining pages or purchase more. Thank you!

Great tool - gives me a way to replace my fax machine. Stays on no-cost standby until needed, then quickly does its job to get that critical fax out ... BUT: I wish the developers would enable direct access to my iPhone’s “Notes” app to quickly compose a fax ... and to my iPhone’s TurboScan app where most of my pdfs are stored!

I have been using TurboScan & TurboFax for a good while now. I find them an absolute life saver for the time it saves me & not needing to be attached at the hip with a flatbed scanner or phone line. I bought (on Amazon) an inexpensive (fold it flat) portable bed to get perfect alignment as well.
Who needs an office?! The APPS are wonderful, easy, practical & of utmost quality!!!

This app is a rip off!! I used it today to send two pages. I was so frustrated that I had to send two simple pages in two different faxes because you cannot send more than two pages at a time!! One page was wasted on the fax subject page each time. I am so disappointed!!! Never again!!!!

I love it as of right now! I had to send a fax to get my license reinstated today but wasn’t going to make it before or after work so I downloaded the app, took a picture of the doc and sent it from my iPhone 8+ in less than 15 seconds!!! I got confirmation that the fax had been delivered, although I won’t know if they received it until later, which I’m sure they will, I’m very impressed! It took all of my stress and anxiety away from being in a jam and has me whistling all the way to work! Super, super impressed! Oh, and by the way, FIRST ONE IS FREE!!!!

I have a dinosaur client who insisted I send a fax to them. I was like is this the 80s or something? Anyway I searched and found this app and decided to try it. Seems like it sent the fax without issues and that was amazing. But to send 4 pages it charged me SIX BUCKS!!!! Like come on guys. You don’t have to be so shameless about price gouging. You’re probably trying to go after the senior citizen market who perhaps might be loaded but do you really need to be that terrible with your pricing? Where’s the decency?
Anyway I like the app but will try to avoid using this as best as possible since it’s such a money hog. Such a shame.

I’ve tried several fax apps but this one seems to be the easiest to use. My only beef at first was that I couldn’t figure out how to delete a page from a multi page fax before faxing it. I emailed support and within literally 15 minutes I received an email reply to my question. Very impressive!!
By the way, the answer to my question is simply to long press on the page in the multi page view and delete it from there.

TurboFax has been a great app for my use. It delivers everything so fast. I once got a doctors note to be absent from work a whole week, it was a long drive from my home, with turbofax I just dial their fax number and they got it within seconds. I don’t mind paying a few bucks, if I can just take a pic from my phone and immediately faxes to the person. The best part is I can use it anytime, anywhere all from my cellphone .

It's a simple to use app, works well. Only problem is the faxes are way too expensive, considering that I'm using my phone, my network, my phone plan! I think they should come up with a better pricing scheme that's way cheaper, or make a pro version and have one price to include unlimited faxes. Faxing is almost obsolete so the very rare occasion that you want to use it, doesn't justify the cost. Also like someone previously stated a good option would be to have a cover page. I know that you can just add that page to a scan, but maybe have a generic cover page that is editable.
Not good for all expected functions, because of costs escalating on faxing!

Generally a very good app. It is most helpful when I hold a brainstorming session and want to organize the information written on whiteboards and easel paper. The down side is with faxing, first it’s confusing but even worse is the costa. Just try to send a fax and prepare for a cost shock! Costs are way out of line, $2.99 for one page, and the cost climbs significantly with each additional page.
Like I started with, app is good for somethings and horrible for others. Investigate it before committing to it! Peace!

I’m a lawyer and so I unfortunately still have to fax stuff from time to time. Also unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to use the fax machine at my office. In comes Turbofax.
Super reliable, convenient, easy to use, and the pages are worth paying for if you are someone like me who only sends one fax every 2-3 months.

My sitter isn’t always available to watch my son after school, and I have to fax a note to have him go to aftercare at the school. Our fax machine at work is horribly unreliable, and this has never let me down. The only downside is having to pay to fax.

The app is fairly easy to use and it was surprisingly fast. You do receive a confirmation letting you know that it was delivered. Keep in mind the app is not free. The only improvement I can suggest at the moment is to include an option for a fax cover letter.

If you desperately in need of faxing have to do it from your telephone this is the job, however, it cost a small fortune to use in the per page price. If you can avoid using it and have a cheaper alternative, I’d suggest you do that. Nevertheless I didn’t have a fax and it did work in a pinch.

Horrible experience and this was urgent!! They were happy to keep taking all my money for added pages that kept DISAPPEARING- now, suddenly- no one from support will return my emails!!! I’m beyond disappointed- please be aware if you’re using this app on your iPhone..everything looks great, until it disappears...no idea where my VERY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS WENT - I’m concerned I just got scammed!!!
If I could, I WOULD CHOOSE A -5 STARS - that’s how disappointed & frustrated with this vague app & lack of options to use!!!

I accidentally entered in the wrong fax number and there was no way to stop or cancel the fax from sending after hitting the send option. Kind of an important feature to halt the transfer of sensitive information. Also wondering if I’ll still be charged if it fails to send. Other than that I have been very happy with this app.

This app works and if you are in a bind and have the money, it can fax what you need. You take the pics of the docs and fax them.
However, there are no confirmation pages offered and there is no way to go back and look at the faxed document later. You get a green notation on the app if your fax was sent and red if it was not.

On occasion, even though it is a rare occasion I am in a place when I must fax a document in a timely manner. This particular app is wonderful, quick, and efficient. It provide you a status of the fax and stores it as well.

I would like the option to cancel a fax at anytime. Even when it’s trying to connect. Once you choose send there is no way to stop it if you accidentally put in a wrong number.

I purchased several pages to fax important documents that did not get to the receiver. I verified I had the correct fax number and the app says the fax was delivered. I have resent the documents again hoping they will go through the second time, but for now I am out the cost for faxing the first set of documents. I will update tomorrow if the app worked the second time.

I accidentally put the wrong phone number in the send to field. There is no option to cancel and edit a phone number during the fax send. I finally resent after it aborted, but it was frustrated and is not in FAQ’s.

Interstates perfect with my I phone. I scanned the pages in another app and when I went to send it gave TurboFax as an option clicked on it. Put the number in and waited for the delivered !!!!

It seems that this product is not not compatible with all modems. I was trying to help my son fax in his vote from out of country end it could not connect with a working fax.. Very disappointing. They suggest I download another app when I reached out for help.

When user has ability to populate cover page (which I did with important information), it should also be viewable as being sent. Paid for 2 pages to be faxed but can only view 2nd page.
If that option is not possible then user should be advised that the cover page will not be accessible for viewing as a disclosure

Already paid for the turbo scan app. Now have to add fax app then charged 2 dollars or more if you want to fax more than one page - every time. Which is why people use email and don’t want to pay additional charges for faxing!!!!

I love this app really. It allows confidence of faxing pictures right from your phone . However, I wish it was more functional and flexibility to choose between taking a picture and choosing from your photo album. It can be a pain when you have something in photo albums and something you have to take a picture of, but overall very efficient app! That’s why I gave it 5 stars because you really can’t beat it!

This has been such a helpful app. I don’t own any form of a fax machine, because I don’t fax very often. Normally, If I needed to fax something I would have to drive to a place like Staples, FedEx or UPS. You still have to pay to fax, but it’s so easy. You just buy a fixed amount of pages and use what you need - next time you need to fax something you use your remaining pages or purchase more. Thank you!

I needed to get Re rods from one place t the other before I could get an appointment. Printed release from my printer, completed and got it out with a confirmed sent within 5 minutes. Off my mind and no need to even put it on my to do list.

Great tool - gives me a way to replace my fax machine. Stays on no-cost standby until needed, then quickly does its job to get that critical fax out ... BUT: I wish the developers would enable direct access to my iPhone’s “Notes” app to quickly compose a fax ... and to my iPhone’s TurboScan app where most of my pdfs are stored!

I have been using TurboScan & TurboFax for a good while now. I find them an absolute life saver for the time it saves me & not needing to be attached at the hip with a flatbed scanner or phone line. I bought (on Amazon) an inexpensive (fold it flat) portable bed to get perfect alignment as well.
Who needs an office?! The APPS are wonderful, easy, practical & of utmost quality!!!

This app is a rip off!! I used it today to send two pages. I was so frustrated that I had to send two simple pages in two different faxes because you cannot send more than two pages at a time!! One page was wasted on the fax subject page each time. I am so disappointed!!! Never again!!!!

I love it as of right now! I had to send a fax to get my license reinstated today but wasn’t going to make it before or after work so I downloaded the app, took a picture of the doc and sent it from my iPhone 8+ in less than 15 seconds!!! I got confirmation that the fax had been delivered, although I won’t know if they received it until later, which I’m sure they will, I’m very impressed! It took all of my stress and anxiety away from being in a jam and has me whistling all the way to work! Super, super impressed! Oh, and by the way, FIRST ONE IS FREE!!!!

I love this app really. It allows confidence of faxing pictures right from your phone . However, I wish it was more functional and flexibility to choose between taking a picture and choosing from your photo album. It can be a pain when you have something in photo albums and something you have to take a picture of, but overall very efficient app! That’s why I gave it 5 stars because you really can’t beat it!

I have a dinosaur client who insisted I send a fax to them. I was like is this the 80s or something? Anyway I searched and found this app and decided to try it. Seems like it sent the fax without issues and that was amazing. But to send 4 pages it charged me SIX BUCKS!!!! Like come on guys. You don’t have to be so shameless about price gouging. You’re probably trying to go after the senior citizen market who perhaps might be loaded but do you really need to be that terrible with your pricing? Where’s the decency?
Anyway I like the app but will try to avoid using this as best as possible since it’s such a money hog. Such a shame.

I’ve tried several fax apps but this one seems to be the easiest to use. My only beef at first was that I couldn’t figure out how to delete a page from a multi page fax before faxing it. I emailed support and within literally 15 minutes I received an email reply to my question. Very impressive!!
By the way, the answer to my question is simply to long press on the page in the multi page view and delete it from there.

TurboFax has been a great app for my use. It delivers everything so fast. I once got a doctors note to be absent from work a whole week, it was a long drive from my home, with turbofax I just dial their fax number and they got it within seconds. I don’t mind paying a few bucks, if I can just take a pic from my phone and immediately faxes to the person. The best part is I can use it anytime, anywhere all from my cellphone .

This has been such a helpful app. I don’t own any form of a fax machine, because I don’t fax very often. Normally, If I needed to fax something I would have to drive to a place like Staples, FedEx or UPS. You still have to pay to fax, but it’s so easy. You just buy a fixed amount of pages and use what you need - next time you need to fax something you use your remaining pages or purchase more. Thank you!

I used this when I was in a bind. It was quick and easy. I would have had to spend more driving to a store to fax something. I also made multiple faxes to the same number which is nice since it stores the number!

It's a simple to use app, works well. Only problem is the faxes are way too expensive, considering that I'm using my phone, my network, my phone plan! I think they should come up with a better pricing scheme that's way cheaper, or make a pro version and have one price to include unlimited faxes. Faxing is almost obsolete so the very rare occasion that you want to use it, doesn't justify the cost. Also like someone previously stated a good option would be to have a cover page. I know that you can just add that page to a scan, but maybe have a generic cover page that is editable.
Not good for all expected functions, because of costs escalating on faxing!

Generally a very good app. It is most helpful when I hold a brainstorming session and want to organize the information written on whiteboards and easel paper. The down side is with faxing, first it’s confusing but even worse is the costa. Just try to send a fax and prepare for a cost shock! Costs are way out of line, $2.99 for one page, and the cost climbs significantly with each additional page.
Like I started with, app is good for somethings and horrible for others. Investigate it before committing to it! Peace!

When user has ability to populate cover page (which I did with important information), it should also be viewable as being sent. Paid for 2 pages to be faxed but can only view 2nd page.
If that option is not possible then user should be advised that the cover page will not be accessible for viewing as a disclosure

I’m a lawyer and so I unfortunately still have to fax stuff from time to time. Also unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to use the fax machine at my office. In comes Turbofax.
Super reliable, convenient, easy to use, and the pages are worth paying for if you are someone like me who only sends one fax every 2-3 months.

They gave stolen $10 from me because they double charged me and the fax never went through and would not refund me and then it says I have 10 pages I can send since they didn’t refund me so I went to send a fax and they just charged me another 2.98 plus tax
Great Option for School

My sitter isn’t always available to watch my son after school, and I have to fax a note to have him go to aftercare at the school. Our fax machine at work is horribly unreliable, and this has never let me down. The only downside is having to pay to fax.

The app is fairly easy to use and it was surprisingly fast. You do receive a confirmation letting you know that it was delivered. Keep in mind the app is not free. The only improvement I can suggest at the moment is to include an option for a fax cover letter.

If you desperately in need of faxing have to do it from your telephone this is the job, however, it cost a small fortune to use in the per page price. If you can avoid using it and have a cheaper alternative, I’d suggest you do that. Nevertheless I didn’t have a fax and it did work in a pinch.

Horrible experience and this was urgent!! They were happy to keep taking all my money for added pages that kept DISAPPEARING- now, suddenly- no one from support will return my emails!!! I’m beyond disappointed- please be aware if you’re using this app on your iPhone..everything looks great, until it disappears...no idea where my VERY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS WENT - I’m concerned I just got scammed!!!
If I could, I WOULD CHOOSE A -5 STARS - that’s how disappointed & frustrated with this vague app & lack of options to use!!!

I accidentally entered in the wrong fax number and there was no way to stop or cancel the fax from sending after hitting the send option. Kind of an important feature to halt the transfer of sensitive information. Also wondering if I’ll still be charged if it fails to send. Other than that I have been very happy with this app.

This app works and if you are in a bind and have the money, it can fax what you need. You take the pics of the docs and fax them.
However, there are no confirmation pages offered and there is no way to go back and look at the faxed document later. You get a green notation on the app if your fax was sent and red if it was not.

On occasion, even though it is a rare occasion I am in a place when I must fax a document in a timely manner. This particular app is wonderful, quick, and efficient. It provide you a status of the fax and stores it as well.

I would like the option to cancel a fax at anytime. Even when it’s trying to connect. Once you choose send there is no way to stop it if you accidentally put in a wrong number.

I purchased several pages to fax important documents that did not get to the receiver. I verified I had the correct fax number and the app says the fax was delivered. I have resent the documents again hoping they will go through the second time, but for now I am out the cost for faxing the first set of documents. I will update tomorrow if the app worked the second time.

I accidentally put the wrong phone number in the send to field. There is no option to cancel and edit a phone number during the fax send. I finally resent after it aborted, but it was frustrated and is not in FAQ’s.
