I normally do not write reviews, but I am doing so this time. This app requires you to pay $0.99 and does not mention a subscription or having to pay each time you save an edited photo. So I paid the $0.99 to download the app and then when I used it to save the photo it’s asking me to pay $0.99 again. I am not sure if that is each time I am using it and I do not want to find out. They did not mention in their description about this and seemed to be a problem other users have been having. Seems like the developer does not care if problem has not been addressed or if they are intentionally not telling people so they keep having to pay to save the photos. Please stay away from this app.

I also have the Touch ID enabled and I accidentally purchased a picture that I didn’t even want and I didn’t even get it! Restore purchases didn’t do anything! Deleted this crappy app

How does this app have so many high reviews?! The compression on the final image ATROCIOUS. It takes high res photos and turns them into pixelated garbage. Do not waste your money.

I too like another reviewer... went to save a photo that I had done in this app and upon hitting a button (no directions on how to use app) I thought would save it to my phone, it popped up saying that my payment was processing! I never got my paid for photo! I turned off my Apple Pay just because this APP is a scam! I’ll be changing my payment info to ensure nothing more happens! What a f’ing joke!

So first, the app doesn’t tell you that payment is required. Upon first glance, the app is the BARE bones. Like, you literally have 4 options (buttons); upload, background blur, exit, and what looks like a save icon, except it charges you to save the photo.
If this app wasn’t so basic, I wouldn’t mind paying. But this app is literally SO bare that it’s a scam for them to charge money for it.

You can’t even realize how this useless app steals money from you in case you have fingerprint set up and credit card added to your iCould.

For square photos Instagram has used 1080x1080 since 2015. This app exports square photos to 750x750 and they look like pixelated crap.

Issues with iPhone 11

Just purchased a new iPhone 11, and having glitches with this app. I am only able to process one image to upload to Instagram, then I have to go back, delete and reinstall the app to upload to Instagram for a new image. Otherwise I get ad pop ups, back to home screen to upload image to no avail. In other words, every time I want to post a new image, I have to delete the app and reinstall. Didn’t have this issue with iPhone 7. Not pleased.

Normally I don’t complain about apps that require you to pay, but the way it tries to be sneaky and trick you into doing it in order to save the picture is not okay with me. I almost accidentally paid for it without even realizing because I thought it was just saving the picture until I read more carefully. If you want the app to be a paid app just make it a paid app instead of trying to scam or trick people.

Ok so it’s a very straight forward app, as it gives you only three options for adjusting the photo; a regular white barrier, a faded light version and faded dark version. I didn’t save a photo of course because when I tried to save my newly adjusted photo it tried to bill me .99 cents, are you kidding me? Hopefully it’s not for every photo you save but I am not keeping this app 😂 best wishes everyone

When Apple did the latest software upgrade for iPhone square crop no longer allows you to post to your stories it just give you the option to post to IG or save to your photos. Will you be restoring this feature so it will have the option to post to IG stories again?

I bought this hoping to square up my vertically cropped portrait images to Instagram. While this app does seem easiest to use and appears to properly add the white bars to the side, there is a 1 pixel black line running horizontally at the top edge of every image I save. It’s not noticeable on Instagram until you get to gallery view, and now my timeline looks screwed up.

I get very good results with minor work there is the normal white background and also I love the blur effects backgrounds which are predefined for beauty and are the best for such square background photos and doesn't provide fancy unused and unnecessary features, I've looked for this to make my Instagram account more unique and this is great for my needs!

So I have the Touch ID connected to my purchases. HOWEVER, for the picture, I was trying to save it since it was my first time opening t and then the payment popped up which I didn’t expect at all. And when it came to payments, I didn’t expect the Touch ID to appear, so when I touched my Touch ID, it paid for when I didn’t mean to pay for it. I was trying to exit out of it. The worst part of it was that I didn’t even get the picture in my photo album. I thought maybe it copied the picture but it didn’t. I assumed that if I clicked restore purchases and go through that process, I would be my paid picture back, but nothing popped up. I accidentally spent money for nothing.
A free option to sizing for IG

Thought this app was free until I started reading the comments while I was downloading it. The developer says nothing else is cheaper. That’s just not true. I have InstaSize, but I was looking for something that used less space on my phone. I generally use it for sizing for IG and that’s all. They have kept updating it to where it’s taking up a gig of space. I haven’t used this app because I don’t want to lose any money. If it wasn’t deceptive I am sure there wouldn’t be so many complaints. Guess I’ll keep using InstaSize until I find something else

This app charged me .99 without telling me until it was already purchased. It charges you for every photo you want to crop. It did not notify in any way saying this before hand. I clicked the check mark to save photo next thing it said was purchased made?! I didn’t even have money on my debit card and i could’ve gotten a over draft fee of $30 as well if i didn’t take care of it soon.

Be careful. It asks you to pay after you upload your picture. I went to exit and I have it tied to my finger print. Sooooo I bought this on accident and I didn’t even want it. So cool....... would be nice if it had an extra button for pay. Not ask you to pay when you hit the upload button.

I’ve used apps like this to upload full sized images with blurred backgrounds to Instagram before and none of them charged me. This one lets you download and “edit” for free, but once you hit save, it wants to charge you?? Heck, you only get three options: white, light blur, or dark blur. There are much better apps out there that give you more options for free.

I also did the same thing, attempting to go home because I refused to pay 99 cents for a picture, it apple payed for my picture. But what’s terrible is I didn’t even get the picture!!!! It’s a good app. But I didn’t realize I had to pay for it. If you download the app and you have your Touch ID set up to your card just make sure you don’t try to upload or save a picture if you don’t want to buy it

After purchasing the app, it worked great for a while. As time went by the app became more glitchy and got even worse. I’m currently unable to post to iG from the app and it has been like this for about 2 months that that I have noticed it. I wish the developers would fix it.

The app does what it says it does. But for a buck I would expect to be able to chose not from just 3 backgrounds. Even black is impossible. Author, no standard solid colors palette widget, really? Also on iPad it always starts and stays in portrait, why?

I tried saving the photo and the iTunes touch ID came up. I had a feeling this app was more of a scam, so I simply took a screenshot of the photo. The quality of the new photo was absolutely terrible compared to the original photo. Waste of storage space and downloading time.

I downloaded the app to try it and when I saved the picture, it says to pay and since my phone is Touch ID that it automatically hit ok which I didn’t mean to do. Then I checked my photo album, the picture isn’t even on there and is nowhere to be found. So I wasted my money on nothing

You cannot save your photo at all without paying. I find this to be misleading because they should just go ahead and charge you for the app to begin with instead of making you feel like it’s free only to find that you cannot actually save your photo or do anything with it unless you pay.

When Apple did the latest software upgrade for iPhone square crop no longer allows you to post to your stories it just give you the option to post to IG or save to your photos. Will you be restoring this feature so it will have the option to post to IG stories again?

I normally do not write reviews, but I am doing so this time. This app requires you to pay $0.99 and does not mention a subscription or having to pay each time you save an edited photo. So I paid the $0.99 to download the app and then when I used it to save the photo it’s asking me to pay $0.99 again. I am not sure if that is each time I am using it and I do not want to find out. They did not mention in their description about this and seemed to be a problem other users have been having. Seems like the developer does not care if problem has not been addressed or if they are intentionally not telling people so they keep having to pay to save the photos. Please stay away from this app.

Just purchased a new iPhone 11, and having glitches with this app. I am only able to process one image to upload to Instagram, then I have to go back, delete and reinstall the app to upload to Instagram for a new image. Otherwise I get ad pop ups, back to home screen to upload image to no avail. In other words, every time I want to post a new image, I have to delete the app and reinstall. Didn’t have this issue with iPhone 7. Not pleased.

Ok so it’s a very straight forward app, as it gives you only three options for adjusting the photo; a regular white barrier, a faded light version and faded dark version. I didn’t save a photo of course because when I tried to save my newly adjusted photo it tried to bill me .99 cents, are you kidding me? I get very good results with minor work there is the normal white background and also I love the blur effects backgrounds which are predefined for beauty and are the best for such square background photos and doesn't provide fancy unused and unnecessary features, I've looked for this to make my Instagram account more unique and this is great for my needs!

I normally do not write reviews, but I am doing so this time. This app requires you to pay $0.99 and does not mention a subscription or having to pay each time you save an edited photo. So I paid the $0.99 to download the app and then when I used it to save the photo it’s asking me to pay $0.99 again. I am not sure if that is each time I am using it and I do not want to find out. They did not mention in their description about this and seemed to be a problem other users have been having. Seems like the developer does not care if problem has not been addressed or if they are intentionally not telling people so they keep having to pay to save the photos. Please stay away from this app.

So I have the Touch ID connected to my purchases. HOWEVER, for the picture, I was trying to save it since it was my first time opening t and then the payment popped up which I didn’t expect at all. And when it came to payments, I didn’t expect the Touch ID to appear, so when I touched my Touch ID, it paid for when I didn’t mean to pay for it. I was trying to exit out of it. The worst part of it was that I didn’t even get the picture in my photo album. I thought maybe it copied the picture but it didn’t. I assumed that if I clicked restore purchases and go through that process, I would be my paid picture back, but nothing popped up. I accidentally spent money for nothing.
A free option to sizing for IG

Thought this app was free until I started reading the comments while I was downloading it. The developer says nothing else is cheaper. That’s just not true. I have InstaSize, but I was looking for something that used less space on my phone. I generally use it for sizing for IG and that’s all. They have kept updating it to where it’s taking up a gig of space. I haven’t used this app because I don’t want to lose any money. If it wasn’t deceptive I am sure there wouldn’t be so many complaints. Guess I’ll keep using InstaSize until I find something else

Issues with iPhone 11

Just purchased a new iPhone 11, and having glitches with this app. I am only able to process one image to upload to Instagram, then I have to go back, delete and reinstall the app to upload to Instagram for a new image. Otherwise I get ad pop ups, back to home screen to upload image to no avail. In other words, every time I want to post a new image, I have to delete the app and reinstall. Didn’t have this issue with iPhone 7. Not pleased.

Normally I don’t complain about apps that require you to pay, but the way it tries to be sneaky and trick you into doing it in order to save the picture is not okay with me. I almost accidentally paid for it without even realizing because I thought it was just saving the picture until I read more carefully. If you want the app to be a paid app just make it a paid app instead of trying to scam or trick people.

This app charged me .99 without telling me until it was already purchased. It charges you for every photo you want to crop. It did not notify in any way saying this before hand. I clicked the check mark to save photo next thing it said was purchased made?! I didn’t even have money on my debit card and i could’ve gotten a over draft fee of $30 as well if i didn’t take care of it soon.

I too like another reviewer... went to save a photo that I had done in this app and upon hitting a button (no directions on how to use app) I thought would save it to my phone, it popped up saying that my payment was processing! I never got my paid for photo! I turned off my Apple Pay just because this APP is a scam! I’ll be changing my payment info to ensure nothing more happens! What a f’ing joke!

Be careful. It asks you to pay after you upload your picture. I went to exit and I have it tied to my finger print. Sooooo I bought this on accident and I didn’t even want it. So cool....... would be nice if it had an extra button for pay. Not ask you to pay when you hit the upload button.

So first, the app doesn’t tell you that payment is required. Upon first glance, the app is the BARE bones. Like, you literally have 4 options (buttons); upload, background blur, exit, and what looks like a save icon, except it charges you to save the photo.
If this app wasn’t so basic, I wouldn’t mind paying. But this app is literally SO bare that it’s a scam for them to charge money for it.

Ok so it’s a very straight forward app, as it gives you only three options for adjusting the photo; a regular white barrier, a faded light version and faded dark version. I didn’t save a photo of course because when I tried to save my newly adjusted photo it tried to bill me .99 cents, are you kidding me? Hopefully it’s not for every photo you save but I am not keeping this app 😂 best wishes everyone

I’ve used apps like this to upload full sized images with blurred backgrounds to Instagram before and none of them charged me. This one lets you download and “edit” for free, but once you hit save, it wants to charge you?? Heck, you only get three options: white, light blur, or dark blur. There are much better apps out there that give you more options for free.

I also did the same thing, attempting to go home because I refused to pay 99 cents for a picture, it apple payed for my picture. But what’s terrible is I didn’t even get the picture!!!! I clicked restore purchases like 5 times and still nothing. There are no other settings and I sure as hell am not paying again. Where the heck is the customer support?!?!

It’s a good app. But I didn’t realize I had to pay for it. If you download the app and you have your Touch ID set up to your card just make sure you don’t try to upload or save a picture if you don’t want to buy it

After purchasing the app, it worked great for a while. As time went by the app became more glitchy and got even worse. I’m currently unable to post to iG from the app and it has been like this for about 2 months that that I have noticed it. I wish the developers would fix it.

The app does what it says it does. But for a buck I would expect to be able to chose not from just 3 backgrounds. Even black is impossible. Author, no standard solid colors palette widget, really? Also on iPad it always starts and stays in portrait, why?

I tried saving the photo and the iTunes touch ID came up. I had a feeling this app was more of a scam, so I simply took a screenshot of the photo. The quality of the new photo was absolutely terrible compared to the original photo. Waste of storage space and downloading time.

You cannot save your photo at all without paying. I find this to be misleading because they should just go ahead and charge you for the app to begin with instead of making you feel like it’s free only to find that you cannot actually save your photo or do anything with it unless you pay.

When Apple did the latest software upgrade for iPhone square crop no longer allows you to post to your stories it just give you the option to post to IG or save to your photos. Will you be restoring this feature so it will have the option to post to IG stories again?

This app requires you to pay to save your photo, but never indicates that until you try to share your image. I went to press the home button to go back to Instagram and ended up paying 99¢ for a photo that still isn’t in my camera roll. Don’t download this app.

If your app requires payment for use, make that clear. Beware! When you upload and click to save it tell you that you have to use Face ID or touch to pay .99. Just be upfront about your fees! There are better apps out there that will do the exact same thing without charging you per upload.

Impossible to share photos without paying and makes it seem as if you can share photos for free by clicking the share button. Instead if you have your thumb on the home button, your money could easily be stolen. Very deceptive user interface

Update: still, there are other apps where you can save your photos without a watermark, FOR FREE, anytime which are UNLIMITED! To the developer who said your the cheapest, I disagree. There are plenty of apps and sites to do this for free.

This app has taken my money twice!!! And all it does is crash!! It literally just takes your $1.99 and leaves you hanging! None of the features even start to work when the app is opened. My phone started spazzing out a few days after this was downloaded. Only app recently downloaded. It was like something was controlling my screen and accessing settings in apps without any fingers close to screen. Deleted and hasn’t happened since.

As I tried to save the first image I placed onto my phone, and a pop-up asking to for $0.99 for unlimited use of the app showed up. I couldn’t save the picture at all, the pop-up kept coming up. This app just leads you to the actual $0.99 app. Ridiculous.
