I bought a 3 day pass for 2 people. We used the hop on hop off bus the first day to get a feel for the city, not realizing they consider the bus an attraction so you can only use it the first day. So they are selling you multiple days of attractions with no way of getting to them. The Leap card was much better.

My family and I were in Dublin for only one day. We downloaded the app and purchased the tickets with ease. We did make one call to the phone number listed to make an inquiry and the representative was kind and helpful. The pass got us into all of the places we wanted to visit and the transportation was easy to access. Would highly recommend this as a time and money saver if you are in Dublin!

Says to enter order # which I did. Then says to enter verification code. I have no idea what this is or where to find it. I tried the number to the left of the QR code. Didn’t work.

User experience in app was so bad I bought on my laptop. Could not import passes. App hasn't been updated for iPhone X. Terrible UI design. Someone should be fired.

I purchased a three day Dublin pass, and then I came down with a touch of food poisoning and was unable to really go anywhere for two days, I’ve tried and tried to contact Dublin pass and the calls fail time after time. I spent €230 for a seven euro bus ride and I can’t contact Dublin pass no matter how hard I try. It’s a total rip off. By the way I’ve tried calling from my cell, from the phone in the Dublin B&B, and from a Phone next-door at a private residence. It’s not worth it save your money.
