I upgraded my phone and now since I have done that I have lost everything. I lost my coins, diamonds, vip rank, my level I was on, my wheel multi tips. I have sent a dozen emails about this issue with screenshots to them and they have yet to respond back to me about this issue. So this tells me they don’t care, but please keep if your are one spending your money on this game. Every morning when I go into the game it starts it all over again. Please fix this issue!

Customer Service is terrible. I bought a new iPad and attempted to restore my game as most games allow you to do. It didn’t work and when I contacted them they didn’t respond. The game on the new iPad now takes me back to the original $20 million every few days.

I want to love this game. I’ve been playing it a good bit, but there’s a weird issue with the bonus wheel that is incredibly frustrating. There are multiple situations, the most recent being less than 20 minutes ago, where I “win” on the bonus wheel yet the bonus doesn’t actually happen. I have escalated to their customer service, but all they do is apologize and shrug their shoulders.
For context: You have essentially 1 bonus spin a day. Imagine getting a “win” but the game doesn’t actually record it? It is inconsistent as there are situations where things work. So with inconsistent results, I think you can see where the frustration comes in.

When I first tried this I won alot then lost a lot. I was upset it took 2 billion. I had it on my other phone and played smarter and used the respin option and the other option that multiplied your winnings. There’s a wheel you spin to get those. I bought extra spins and when you get a half hour respin don’t try for another half hour just use that one up then try for another. Plus don’t use multiply option in a smaller win. Wait till you get a huge win. I’ve really tried studying the Games that pay better and bet heavier on them. Right no I have 350 “Billion” !!!!! Now I can bet heavy. I do not desire connecting my FB account to this game and when I made a purchase and was not credited with the coins I bought I tried to contact customer support to seek a refund. When you click on the support button, it states “you have not set up an email yet”. The only place to set up an email is the FB connect option underneath the support button.
There is absolutely no way to talk to this company unless you allow it to plug into your FB account. Shady as h***. Should be optional not mandatory. Oh well, they got $2.00 from me however if my review prevents others from downloading this disastrous app and losing money too then I feel vindicated. :-)
The game also had several glitches in the past 24 hours since I downloaded it. The glitches caused the game to close on an Apple device.

Sometimes it feels like you can play and play and lose all your money really quick and other times you seem to win all the time. I appreciate the fact that this slots game seems to pay better than the other ones out there. I understand you want to make a profit, but it should be fun and entertaining so you don’t have to keep spending more money to keep going for awhile. I realize slot machines are not designed to pay you all the time, but when it’s play money I feel like it should be a little different and be more fun and not like the casinos.

I really like this slot game. I am debating whether to erase it and stop playing. The reason is clear to me, I play the slots for a period of time and win a lot of coins, 42,000,000. When I go back to play again, whether it’s one hour later or the next day, my winning go done to 20,000,000. I don’t understand why the game does that. I am so upset that I keep saying I am going to erase it. I give the game another chance, and it does the exact same thing...steals all of the coins. I am so frustrated and don’t understand why the game is cheating me out of my coins. If there is an explanation, I’d sure like to know. Although at this point, I really don’t care. I can download another game and not have to worry about being cheated/gypped out of my coins.

Good graphics, some games are enjoyable and you start with a high winning percentage. The more you play the more you can bet and win. Took original 20 million to 900 million and then...
Nothing, winning percentages went from 1 win over bet every 6 spins to 1 win over bet to every 31 spins. Starts out with Big Wins and Mega Wins 6 every 100 spins to 1 every 150 spins. Basically gets you excited the. Wants you to buy credits and quit after figuring the winning feeling isn’t coming back.
Don’t waste your time after the 2nd day. Quit before it quits being fun for you too.
Is there an honest free slots game out there? This developer has several apps and they all do the same thing.
Developer responded with lies, says the odds of winning don’t change. I’m a statistical savant, the odds do change. I’ve used the app on several different accounts and devices and the odds change after you win. It’s a bait and switch game to get you to buy coins. Plain and simple the odds that this is random and not programmed is ZERO PERCENT. Just be honest, we are not fools.

Insane pop ups and videos

The game is ok and fun, but the amount of random pop ups and videos that pop up during your game play is ridiculous. They make it to where when you hit a decent win, a video pops up right in the middle the game. Everything you do in the game a video follows and when you enter the game you have to exit out of 5 pop up ads to even start playing. It hits decent but you will need patience to get through the ads and videos every 5 minutes. Like all these slot games, It eventually stops hitting and you lose it all in the end.

Update: I am still really enjoying these slots. The payouts are reasonable and the graphics are incredible. Keep up the good work. Note: I wish the hourly bonus was larger. $300,000 is small. Perhaps you might consider making it larger as you reach higher levels. That is the only reason I gave this app 4 rather than 5 stars.

The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is i just had to get a new phone and when my old one crashed I had $300 trillion plus in my account, but after entering my UDID # in i only got $6 trillion, why such a difference. Ongoing tech issues... every time you get a bonus/free spins & one spin is a Big Win or Mega Win your booted from the game & lose your remaining free spins. They have other games available in the Apple/ITunes store with the same issues. When I previously gave one of those a poor rating they responded saying they were working on the issue. That was months ago. Funny how the issues are never in our favor. Where's the oversight related to these games. People are purchasing coins in order to continue playing and have no ability to build coins in a bonus when booted from the game.

The game was fun for about two weeks/then the payouts dramatically dropped and it seems like it takes 10 spins to win anything no matter what you bet/and my time watching videos that you’re promoting is worth more than hundred thousand points/you might re-think your strategy because it certainly has failed on making me a customer/I am going to delete your app good luck finding people who waste their time watching videos for 100,000 and taking low pay outs after the first two week.

This slot game gives very little playing time. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are to small. Bonus are a joke get very little back in return for your bet when you get them. You get bombarded with adds got other slots and adds. Bought one time to see how far it would go. Got up to over 3 hundred million ply to have it taken away in les then 5 minutes when I up my bet. The graphics on these slots are great, but I hate it when you level up or purchase coins and payouts decrease. I will very rarely purchase coins and I miss earning them by watching videos. At first they pay quite well but once they have you the pays get limited. One good pay and expect no hits until they have taken back what you won and then some. This is not real money so why not let people just play and have fun. Beware as soon as you get into the top 50 in a slot tournament it no longer pays. Winnings of slot tournament only a couple million so don’t both

I would have given this app 5 stars but recently, every time I win anything & click on continue, it brings up a page to sign into Facebook. I upgraded my phone and now since I have done that I have lost everything. I lost my coins, diamonds, vip rank, my level I was on, my wheel multi tips. I have sent a dozen emails about this issue with screenshots to them and they have yet to respond back to me about this issue. So this tells me they don’t care, but please keep if your are one spending your money on this game. Every morning when I go into the game it starts it all over again. Please fix this issue!

This used to be one of my favorite games. When you get free games and you think you have a big win, the middle changes and you get nothing. Customer Service is terrible. I bought a new iPad and attempted to restore my game as most games allow you to do. It didn’t work and when I contacted them they didn’t respond. The game on the new iPad now takes me back to the original $20 million every few days.

I want to love this game. I’ve been playing it a good bit, but there’s a weird issue with the bonus wheel that is incredibly frustrating. There are multiple situations, the most recent being less than 20 minutes ago, where I “win” on the bonus wheel yet the bonus doesn’t actually happen. I have escalated to their customer service, but all they do is apologize and shrug their shoulders.
For context: You have essentially 1 bonus spin a day. Imagine getting a “win” but the game doesn’t actually record it? It is inconsistent as there are situations where things work. So with inconsistent results, I think you can see where the frustration comes in.

When I first tried this I won alot then lost a lot. I was upset it took 2 billion. I had it on my other phone and played smarter and used the respin option and the other option that multiplied your winnings. There’s a wheel you spin to get those. I bought extra spins and when you get a half hour respin don’t try for another half hour just use that one up then try for another. Plus don’t use multiply option in a smaller win. Wait till you get a huge win. I’ve really tried studying the Games that pay better and bet heavier on them. Right no I have 350 “Billion” !!!!! Now I can bet heavy. Love the games don’t like the interruptions in between play for level up and scratch off not worth the stopping the game please fix this it slows me down other than that rated extremely high. This game has become my go to slot game! I can’t get over how well it has been put together! I have downloaded so many different slot games just to delete most of them a short time later. This is one that won’t be going away anytime soon! I have never purchased coins nor will I ever but this game played right, you don’t have to! Lots of fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great way to pass some time! Great job!
No ability to contact support unless you connect your FB acct

I do not desire connecting my FB account to this game and when I made a purchase and was not credited with the coins I bought I tried to contact customer support to seek a refund. When you click on the support button, it states “you have not set up an email yet”. The only place to set up an email is the FB connect option underneath the support button.
There is absolutely no way to talk to this company unless you allow it to plug into your FB account. Shady as h***. Should be optional not mandatory. Oh well, they got $2.00 from me however if my review prevents others from downloading this disastrous app and losing money too then I feel vindicated. :-)
The game also had several glitches in the past 24 hours since I downloaded it. The glitches caused the game to close on an Apple device.
Fun and Entertaining Sometimes

Sometimes it feels like you can play and play and lose all your money really quick and other times you seem to win all the time. I appreciate the fact that this slots game seems to pay better than the other ones out there. I understand you want to make a profit, but it should be fun and entertaining so you don’t have to keep spending more money to keep going for awhile. I realize slot machines are not designed to pay you all the time, but when it’s play money I feel like it should be a little different and be more fun and not like the casinos.

I really like this slot game. I am debating whether to erase it and stop playing. The reason is clear to me, I play the slots for a period of time and win a lot of coins, 42,000,000. When I go back to play again, whether it’s one hour later or the next day, my winning go done to 20,000,000. I don’t understand why the game does that. I am so upset that I keep saying I am going to erase it. I give the game another chance, and it does the exact same thing...steals all of the coins. I am so frustrated and don’t understand why the game is cheating me out of my coins. If there is an explanation, I’d sure like to know. Although at this point, I really don’t care. I can download another game and not have to worry about being cheated/gypped out of my coins.

Good graphics, some games are enjoyable and you start with a high winning percentage. The more you play the more you can bet and win. Took original 20 million to 900 million and then...
Nothing, winning percentages went from 1 win over bet every 6 spins to 1 win over bet to every 31 spins. Starts out with Big Wins and Mega Wins 6 every 100 spins to 1 every 150 spins. Basically gets you excited the. Wants you to buy credits and quit after figuring the winning feeling isn’t coming back.
Don’t waste your time after the 2nd day. Quit before it quits being fun for you too.
Is there an honest free slots game out there? This developer has several apps and they all do the same thing.
Developer responded with lies, says the odds of winning don’t change. I’m a statistical savant, the odds do change. I’ve used the app on several different accounts and devices and the odds change after you win. It’s a bait and switch game to get you to buy coins. Plain and simple the odds that this is random and not programmed is ZERO PERCENT. Just be honest, we are not fools.

I enjoy planning slots, word games, card games and match 3 games. But I think all games should have a selection that you could state whether you have Facebook or not. I do not use Facebook and it is very
annoying when playing your slots you are taken to Facebook when you hit continue. Also, I do not like games that fill a piggy bank and wants you to purchase the coins that you put in it. I just want to play for the fun of it as I am 80 years old. I think you have the most enjoyable slots I have played.
Frustrating issues

I want to love this game. I’ve been playing it a good bit, but there’s a weird issue with the bonus wheel that is incredibly frustrating. There are multiple situations, the most recent being less than 20 minutes ago, where I “win” on the bonus wheel yet the bonus doesn’t actually happen. I have escalated to their customer service, but all they do is apologize and shrug their shoulders.
For context: You have essentially 1 bonus spin a day. Imagine getting a “win” but the game doesn’t actually record it? It is inconsistent as there are situations where things work. So with inconsistent results, I think you can see where the frustration comes in.

Would love to have more progressive slots to pick from but that is a minor thing research and development can take into consideration. Insane pop ups and videos

The game is ok and fun, but the amount of random pop ups and videos that pop up during your game play is ridiculous. They make it to where when you hit a decent win, a video pops up right in the middle the game. Everything you do in the game a video follows and when you enter the game you have to exit out of 5 pop up ads to even start playing. It hits decent but you will need patience to get through the ads and videos every 5 minutes. Like all these slot games, It eventually stops hitting and you lose it all in the end.

I’m really enjoying playing these slots. They have great graphics and pay decently. I recommend these slots to anyone who likes slots games.
Update: I am still really enjoying these slots. The payouts are reasonable and the graphics are incredible. Keep up the good work. Note: I wish the hourly bonus was larger. $300,000 is small. Perhaps you might consider making it larger as you reach higher levels. That is the only reason I gave this app 4 rather than 5 stars.

The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is i just had to get a new phone and when my old one crashed I had $300 trillion plus in my account, but after entering my UDID # in i only got $6 trillion, why such a difference. And i didn’t get any of the hours I had accumulated to double up on moving up. Please give me an explanation

Ongoing tech issues... every time you get a bonus/free spins & one spin is a Big Win or Mega Win your booted from the game & lose your remaining free spins. They have other games available in the Apple/ITunes store with the same issues. When I previously gave one of those a poor rating they responded saying they were working on the issue. That was months ago. Funny how the issues are never in our favor. Where's the oversight related to these games. People are purchasing coins in order to continue playing and have no ability to build coins in a bonus when booted from the game.

I have other slots on my iPad, but this is the game I win most often on. It’s fun and entertaining. Obviously, you will lose some coins, but you win again, so there really isn’t a time where you just have to collect the hourly bonus (and not play) just to build up your score. Happy

The game was fun for about two weeks/then the payouts dramatically dropped and it seems like it takes 10 spins to win anything no matter what you bet/and my time watching videos that you’re promoting is worth more than hundred thousand points/you might re-think your strategy because it certainly has failed on making me a customer/I am going to delete your app good luck finding people who waste their time watching videos for 100,000 and taking low pay outs after the first two week.

This slot game is one of the top five out there. The daily reward bonus is a good amount to where you can actually play on it for a while unlike most slot apps where the daily reward may only allow you to spin twice on the minimum bet on the lowest slot. This slot game gives very little playing time. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are to small. Bonus are a joke get very little back in return for your bet when you get them. You get bombarded with adds got other slots and adds. Bought one time to see how far it would go. Got up to over 3 hundred million ply to have it taken away in les then 5 minutes when I up my bet. My opinion don’t bother with this game it just to annoying with all the adds for everything.

The graphics on these slots are great, but I hate it when you level up or purchase coins and payouts decrease. I will very rarely purchase coins and I miss earning them by watching videos. This game is real as it gets. A lot of fun and big wins. The graphics are amazing and the chance of winning is very good. There are many slots out there that make you go broke and makes you buy more coins, not this game. It’s very even across the board.

At first they pay quite well but once they have you the pays get limited. One good pay and expect no hits until they have taken back what you won and then some. This is not real money so why not let people just play and have fun. Beware as soon as you get into the top 50 in a slot tournament it no longer pays. Winnings of slot tournament only a couple million so don’t both

I would have given this app 5 stars but recently, every time I win anything & click on continue, it brings up a page to sign into Facebook. I don’t have a Facebook account, don’t want a Facebook account. Wish there was some way to stop this, as it’s annoying and may end up causing me to delete this app!

I upgraded my phone and now since I have done that I have lost everything. I lost my coins, diamonds, vip rank, my level I was on, my wheel multi tips. I have sent a dozen emails about this issue with screenshots to them and they have yet to respond back to me about this issue. So this tells me they don’t care, but please keep if your are one spending your money on this game. Every morning when I go into the game it starts it all over again. Please fix this issue!

This used to be one of my favorite games. When you get free games and you think you have a big win, the middle changes and you get nothing. Ever since this started happening I quit buying coins and will just run out my coins. If you fix it I may be back, but I won’t spend another dime on something that doesn’t work properly.
