Many years ago, I could go to the website and print out receipts for my past flights, but they removed this option. Maybe customers were getting their GetGo points from flights they had flown and CP is hoping their customers forget so they don’t have to reward them?? Why else would they remove this option. Now, if I am missing a flight receipt, I have to go into a super crowded office with a notarized certificate of loss with a bunch of other hoops to jump through just to get a receipt for the flight I paid for. Why? I pay for the ink to print it off the website so why won’t you allow your customer access to what they have paid to you? 15 years I have flown with CP. 15 years! Goodbye! Air Asia and PAL allow me access to all my past flights. I’m sure you’ll never even read this.
Broken App Doesn’t Work

The App is constantly giving errors even when updated to most current version. I’ve tried booking a flight over 8 times. I would enter the date for my birthday with their selector and then the app would change it to the previous day, so to have it show up as my birthday is the 20th, Id have to select 21st. It doesn’t recognize my card is AMEX and keeps asking for the wrong card code. Even their website and their GetGo program don’t work. GetGo won’t verify my email address. The website won’t allow me to book. I’ve tried two different dates, at least 8 times and tried to use both my AMEX and PayPal. Keeps resetting to the main screen. PayPal sent me an email saying if I want to purchase click the link and go back to the merchant. Link doesn’t work. This is a joke, their broken system won’t let you make purchases.

Hopefully this update will fix the frequent crashing. Enter all the info and as soon as you hit search, it crashes and you need to start all over. Otherwise ok.

I downloaded the app last week to purchase a trip in the new year and because their desktop site kept refreshing but never fully loading. Well still no luck because the last few days I can’t even get past the search homepage on the app. Server connection errors anything I try to search or login. I’m not sure why this company makes it so hard for potential customers to give them money.

After my ticket purchase through the website I tried the mobile app to check in and save the boarding pass in my phone. Unknown error message pops up when I tried to check in and save the boarding pass through the app. I used the website still to check in and print the boarding pass. Useless piece of app.

This app is embarrassing. It doesnt load booked flights, login and account management is unstable. The welcome page says someone else’s name sometimes. The design is there but the functionality isnt. Theres security issues so i would not trust it to hold my financial info.

What an irritating application. This is the first review I have ever written, all so I can express my hatred for this app. Creating an account alone will give the user endless error messages. I didn’t know my account was eventually created until the next time I tried to create an account, i got another error message saying that the email was already used. Then when I go to log-in, I get an error on the password saying it’s “mismatched”. okay.. So I try to re-set the password, and OF COURSE there is another error message saying that the action cannot be completed! HAAAA is this a joke???? I haven’t even gotten around to eating usage of the app, im still trying to log in 🤦🏽‍♀️

I didn’t have any check in bags, and also checked in online, the QR code shown. But still had to follow the ridiculous long line to get to the counter to verify my passport and documents, it took me over one hour from the end of the line to the counter. I didn’t see other economic airline companies like this. I had good and fast experience with HK Express, Jet star, air Asia. Expect long wait if you consider book a flight on Cebu Pacific

First of all, I booked flights for myself and family. When I tried to refund or rebook, the agent told me that I can’t because they are promo fares! How the H*** it happened. There are no indications or words that it says they are promo fares. I guess when you want to cancel your flight the only thing that they would say SORRY you can’t it a promo fare! BS! I won’t never ever book with this airline! SCAM!

Can’t register properly. Can’t log in as well. Your account gets blocked after “multiple erroneous sign-ins” when all you did was to sign in ONCE. At least the check-in works. That might be all that it’s good for.

Is the low cost really worth such inconvenience? Dates (DOB and most likely your itinerary) changes to a day earlier. Reported this bug, but I don’t even think they tried to troubleshoot for themselves to confirm it and just gave me the run-through of how their booking process works and the fees if you rebook....(no duh Sherlock) “You get what you pay for” is an understatement. Beyond disappointed; never again.

I had taken Cebu pacific in February last year and I had a prepaid 40kg extra luggage. They insisted that it’s not showing in their system even if I showed my receipts. It’s a scam , pls update your system and even making matter worst they would not take me in for the first flight going to Tuguegarao saying I am late boarding but I know I’m an easy prey because they saw all my luggages and no mercy had to pay 15k just to take the next flight. I was so tired and just wanted to get to my destination and had to bite the bullet😡

No food or drink not even water if you want, buy it for an 8 hrs trip & no customer service attendants are just walking like doing fashion shows. I asked for blanket, they say I will pay PHI 330, what if u don’t have money to buy? they won’t provide anything & no credit card please..what the hell.. and it’s really hell flying on this airline. When you book a ticket on this app or the website the price continuously changes if you try to fast-track a booking it will automatically add upgrade fees without your knowledge and when it does booked the price is increased higher than the listed price. I went to the ticket office and there was no sympathy for those they said it was my fault for not backing out of the options that they impose. They also said there are no refunds on any of the options so even though I went to the airport ticket office they just sat there with a stupid look on their faces like I’m some kind a bad guy. Welcome to the Philippines there’s no customer service here whatsoever and they only do with the computer tells them there’s no outside the box thinking so be prepared to get scammed.

At first when I started using this app, it worked perfectly fine. I only needed it to view my passes and boarding passes (and their Q code thing) when traveling. However, now it keeps crashing and i even restarted my phone (I have an iPhone 8+) and deleted the app then reinstalled it. What a shame.

This app is about as useful as its parent website. I’ve been living on Guam for 2 years and for almost those 2 years Cebu Pacific has been flying here. From day 1 you can never book a flight from Guam to Cebu because it will read it as an error. We all know most flights in the Philippines go through Manila, but this stupid program can’t figure that out (app & website). So you have to book a bunch of 1 ways (GUM-MNL, MNL-GUM), then the same for a return trip. PAL this is not an issue, better program perhaps? Don’t you guys ever do a quality check? The reason why I bring this up is because this is the second time I tried to book with you and your website either crashes or doesn’t work. I bought through PAL instead, done with this company, you’re to frustrating to deal with. Fix it and maybe you’ll get my business, but seriously you’ve been sucking for 2 years now...

The old app was bad but the update made it worse. After updating, whenever I click on the app, it's goes to App Store for me to open the app. There's no flight status search. It forces you to register for getgo before you can book and you can't even check existing bookings unless you're a getgo member. Difficult also to add extra baggage. I end up using the mobile version because of this.

It’s either crashing or not working at all with the functionalities we’re expecting from this app. Not bad, but WORST MOBILE ALL of all I’d say.

i really hate this app! i cant remove the seats assigned and naturingang cebu pacific app ito pero pucha wala man lang manage my booking to add baggage or manage any changes napaka walang kwenta palagi pa nawawala yung bookings sasabihin you dont have any bookings kahit meron kailangan pa magrefresh jusmo umayos kayo pucha tlga anyare????
