If you are in the United States, it is impossible to get in touch with them over the phone. Their Covid refund policy is nonexistent. If you buy a pass and your trip is canceled due to Covid, you were out of luck

I ordered London Pass before arriving in the UK. I followed the prompts to enter both the reference number and the verification code; the screen no longer returns to the green cover of the app and it states that it is already verified. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS!!! £109.00 given away with zero return!!

I spent two days in London and so I hoped to see several major attractions in that time. London Pass was just perfect for that. I saved quite a bit of money doing it this way, and it worked flawlessly everywhere I went. I would highly recommend using this app. I was a bit concerned about the low ratings, but I think a large majority of people download the app and are pleased with their experience, and then just delete it once they leave London. I saw lots of people using the London Pass app at the entrance of each attraction and never saw any hiccups. So I’d advise everyone to go with this app so you have everything you need from tickets to tips for each attraction right on your phone! I’m very happy with this whole experience!

The app before the latest update was extremely easy to use and navigate through. The new way makes it complicated to understand what you are getting with your purchase of the pass.
Wrong directions

Several of the attraction direction links are wrong. Had us walk half way across Tooley st and to Druid and the attraction was back the other way.

Worthless

Not only is the app worthless, so is the pass. You have to stand in an hour line for every attraction even though you already bought your ticket and a bus driver refused to let me on because he didn’t have a scanner for the type of ticket.

They changed the app recently so a lot of the info previously on the app became links to click on. Unfortunately I don’t have data in the UK which made a lot of the features pointless and frustrating.

I was a little hesitant using this app based on the previous reviews, however the app worked great for me. Used it at 12 attractions and didn’t face any issues. A few of the attractions even had separate lines for London pass holders. I suggest to take a screen shot of your pass (the qr code). The London pass tracks location to send you offer and for map so it drains your phone battery.
Waste of money

App works ok I guess but the actual value for the pass vs ability to use it- horrible! We paid for 2 adult 3 day passes and so far nothing has worked out as planned. The fact that you wait in line for an hour to see an hour long or so exhibit even in the off seasons is ridiculous- everything closes by 5pm or earlier as well!

The London pass is great if you want to see a lot in a little time! I spent one day in London hopping from attraction to attraction and this saved me about £50. The app worked well enough, but could be improved or eliminated in favor of just sending a direct email containing the QR code.
Go back feature not working on ipad

I just downloaded the app and am checking out the features. The go back feature is not working on my ipad for each section of content. I have to close out the app and start over each time...arrgh!

Used app on iPhone 7 and all worked well. Bugs may have been fixed or just worked well on my platform. I downloaded tickets prior to arriving in London and screen shot them just in case I had any problems. I also printed receipt from email for backup. However all worked in London and allowed us to see many things in a 3 day period without worry of tickets or lines. My only issue was the London Pass did not accurately tell us that Westminster Abbey was closed on day we planned to see it. Also, due to the Jubilee a few places were closed —there should be a rain check system in place if this occurs in which certain locations are extended one day after activation if there is a closure. I’m sure an algorithm could be created to address this problem. It requires detailed personnel to check status of each location each day and log it into system.

Don’t waste your time downloading. Faster finding info online than in the app. You can navigate back to choose an new area. Too bad looks like it could of been a good app.

Can you give it zero stars? Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't get the pass. Every thing is automated so if you make a single mistake in the order process, customer service will simply say, sorry no refund. They refer to it as a "scheme" and it is. See the terms and conditions. The Leisure Pass Group has no address, just a PO Box. Good luck getting trying to complain to a PO Box. Plus, riddle me this, all the reviews but one rank it as one star, but somehow it has a 2.2 out of 5 rating? How do we alert Apple to take this App out of the App store?
iPad Navigation doesn’t work

It’s difficult to give an app more than one star when its basic navigation does not work. Any menu selection that takes you a level below cannot be backtracked. There are arrow there, but they only serve as frustrating decoration and not utility. And since this has been commented in on other reviews, it makes me question the value and quality of London Pass overall, not just the app.

The navigation is still not working. Using iPad 2017 model latest iOS. Once you look at an attraction you have to force quick the app In Order to go back to any other pages. Bummer.

I only bought the pass for the "line pass". I had two days and wanted to squeeze as much as I could by reducing time in line. It's not really a line pass. Each location has two lines; one to buy a ticket, the other to get in. This only eliminates the line for buying a ticket. And with online ticket purchase and nearly every hotel selling tickets to every site, there's no one in the ticket line but the other line is huge and you're standing in it. I would have literally spent half as much just paying the regular price. And everything closed early. It's not Vegas. 5:00pm 6:00pm everything closes. So you can't do 5 things a day. Buy your individual tickets on line or at your hotel. Spend the money you save shopping. And several things are free.

This app is not working properly. When I add my pass and I press the little icon on the bottom left of my pass to Save it as a photo, the whole app closes out. When I reopen the app and continue to my pass, it shows "Error" on the bottom and I no longer see my pass. It's just blank, so ai have to delete my pass and re-add it. Annoying! Please fix!!! I leave for London on 4/21.

Don’t waste your time downloading. Faster finding info online than in the app. You can navigate back to choose an new area. Too bad looks like it could of been a good app.

Can you give it zero stars? Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't get the pass. Every thing is automated so if you make a single mistake in the order process, customer service will simply say, sorry no refund. They refer to it as a "scheme" and it is. See the terms and conditions. The Leisure Pass Group has no address, just a PO Box. Good luck getting trying to complain to a PO Box. Plus, riddle me this, all the reviews but one rank it as one star, but somehow it has a 2.2 out of 5 rating? How do we alert Apple to take this App out of the App store?
iPad Navigation doesn’t work

It’s difficult to give an app more than one star when its basic navigation does not work. Any menu selection that takes you a level below cannot be backtracked. There are arrow there, but they only serve as frustrating decoration and not utility. And since this has been commented in on other reviews, it makes me question the value and quality of London Pass overall, not just the app.

The navigation is still not working. Using iPad 2017 model latest iOS. Once you look at an attraction you have to force quick the app In Order to go back to any other pages. Bummer.

I only bought the pass for the "line pass". I had two days and wanted to squeeze as much as I could by reducing time in line. It's not really a line pass. Each location has two lines; one to buy a ticket, the other to get in. This only eliminates the line for buying a ticket. And with online ticket purchase and nearly every hotel selling tickets to every site, there's no one in the ticket line but the other line is huge and you're standing in it. I would have literally spent half as much just paying the regular price. And everything closed early. It's not Vegas. 5:00pm 6:00pm everything closes. So you can't do 5 things a day. Buy your individual tickets on line or at your hotel. Spend the money you save shopping. And several things are free.

This app is not working properly. When I add my pass and I press the little icon on the bottom left of my pass to Save it as a photo, the whole app closes out. When I reopen the app and continue to my pass, it shows "Error" on the bottom and I no longer see my pass. It's just blank, so ai have to delete my pass and re-add it. Annoying! Please fix!!! I leave for London on 4/21.

Used app on iPhone 7 and all worked well. Bugs may have been fixed or just worked well on my platform. I downloaded tickets prior to arriving in London and screen shot them just in case I had any problems. I also printed receipt from email for backup. However all worked in London and allowed us to see many things in a 3 day period without worry of tickets or lines. My only issue was the London Pass did not accurately tell us that Westminster Abbey was closed on day we planned to see it. Also, due to the Jubilee a few places were closed —there should be a rain check system in place if this occurs in which certain locations are extended one day after activation if there is a closure. I’m sure an algorithm could be created to address this problem. It requires detailed personnel to check status of each location each day and log it into system.

I spent two days in London and so I hoped to see several major attractions in that time. London Pass was just perfect for that. I saved quite a bit of money doing it this way, and it worked flawlessly everywhere I went. I would highly recommend using this app. I was a bit concerned about the low ratings, but I think a large majority of people download the app and are pleased with their experience, and then just delete it once they leave London. I saw lots of people using the London Pass app at the entrance of each attraction and never saw any hiccups. So I’d advise everyone to go with this app so you have everything you need from tickets to tips for each attraction right on your phone! I’m very happy with this whole experience!

Waste of money

App works ok I guess but the actual value for the pass vs ability to use it- horrible! We paid for 2 adult 3 day passes and so far nothing has worked out as planned. The fact that you wait in line for an hour to see an hour long or so exhibit even in the off seasons is ridiculous- everything closes by 5pm or earlier as well!

The app before the latest update was extremely easy to use and navigate through. The new way makes it complicated to understand what you are getting with your purchase of the pass.

Go back feature not working on ipad

I just downloaded the app and am checking out the features. The go back feature is not working on my ipad for each section of content. I have to close out the app and start over each time...arrgh!

Not only is the app worthless, so is the pass. You have to stand in an hour line for every attraction even though you already bought your ticket and a bus driver refused to let me on because he didn’t have a scanner for the type of ticket.

They changed the app recently so a lot of the info previously on the app became links to click on. Unfortunately I don’t have data in the UK which made a lot of the features pointless and frustrating.

If you are in the United States, it is impossible to get in touch with them over the phone. Their Covid refund policy is nonexistent. If you buy a pass and your trip is canceled due to Covid, you were out of luck
App worked as advertised

I was a little hesitant using this app based on the previous reviews, however the app worked great for me. Used it at 12 attractions and didn’t face any issues. A few of the attractions even had separate lines for London pass holders. I suggest to take a screen shot of your pass (the qr code). The London pass tracks location to send you offer and for map so it drains your phone battery.

Several of the attraction direction links are wrong. Had us walk half way across Tooley st and to Druid and the attraction was back the other way.

I ordered London Pass before arriving in the UK. I followed the prompts to enter both the reference number and the verification code; the screen no longer returns to the green cover of the app and it states that it is already verified. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS!!! £109.00 given away with zero return!!

The London pass is great if you want to see a lot in a little time! I spent one day in London hopping from attraction to attraction and this saved me about £50. The app worked well enough, but could be improved or eliminated in favor of just sending a direct email containing the QR code.
