If I fail on my first kick, I get another chance. If I make my first kick, the ball sits behind the goal, and the game does nothing!! Can’t get past it!! Tried for 3 hours off and on now. Will probably just delete, and move on with my life

Now i have just installed this Jame and it goes to Stuck on 91% !!!
I think this is the Apple Store responsibility to check out these things and if the games are not good enough just remove them from the App Store don’t let them just full of the players and raise their time their money and everything please from right here I asked the app all administrators to do something about this....
This is really such a shame that a big company like EA sports and this one that i don’t know the name of the ... It doesn’t really matter ...
But the most important and disappointing problem is that they just :
cannot make a real simple soccer game which is really disappointing and it just drives the players crazy you know you take your time you download the game...
You go through the process you waste your time and then What???

I've placed in the top 10 before and didn't get promoted from expert to professional, but this past week I literally got 1st place and didn't get the gold bag or the promotion? I've always just accepted the glitches and enjoyed the game, but this is bull crap and I'm deleting it!!!!!

Used to be a good game. After the last update there are so many things messed up it’s not even worth playing.
The leaderboard doesn’t work anymore...you never get promoted regardless of position. Your daily “prize” shows up once every few days if you’re lucky. You can add friends and accept friends and within a day they disappear.
Please fix this game to its former glory.

Lol!! It just happened again! 2.2 million, lost my bags earned and my points down to 768,000.. I will just use my cash earned. It’s not worth getting gold and finishing at the top only to loose everything and gain nothing! When I leave the game and come back to play later, my uniform is changed and I have no bags or money. I have contacted the developers several times and they just ignore me. They don’t have a problem taking your money though!!

For whatever reason with the last update everything reset on my game profile I.e. all my achievements are gone all of my purchases don’t throw none of the things that I’ve unlocked are unlocked and for whatever reason even uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix issue. Love playing the game as the go to past time but once you invest and put in work only to lose everything is very disheartening.

When I try to play, it won't let me pass the ball screen. It tells me to pick a ball and once I click on the ball I want nothing happens. Even when I click on the X. Nothing happens. It just stays on the ball screen.
It's always on about 4th game. I download the game. Play the first 2 or 3 games and once it tells me to pick a ball , thats it. I can't play anymore because I can't go past that part. I've already uninstalled and installed about 5 times

Fun game but the chests rarely open anymore. I click on open chest and watch the countdown begin but when I reopen app to open the chest is shows that none are unlocking. Super annoying, especially after waiting 12 hours etc which ruins the game

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! After posting this review about my issue a developer asked that I write another email. I did so 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. If you’re not going to support your users on the issues YOU created by errors with coding, etc then why should I spend any time and effort to play. Original review below....
Sweet game but customer service is unresponsive...I got 1st place in my league and wasn’t awarded a prize due to a glitch. I wrote to cos I and received no response...what’s the point of winning if the game is going to glitch?!

Way to many ads and in app purchase requests. Gets very annoying having to constantly watch videos or decline purchase requests.
Errors and crashes all the time. Promotions don’t work. Need reimbursed all the time. Feedback is very slow.

Developers very rarely respond to issues. Haven’t heard anything in a week.
New update to this review - Fun game but problems are NEVER fixed permanently. New issues always arise. Promotions to new levels never work. Developers Will Not Respond regardless of how you attempt to contact them. Very disappointing as this is a fun game.
Glitch in the matrix

Way too many glitches. Gets stuck during loading
but continues the round while character dances with the ball. Can’t see where I’m shooting from. Wasted gold/money/energy. Don’t think I’ll be keeping this app much longer. Also hit like and follow buttons on social media sites to receive $500 each, but only got $200 in game money.

This game seemed almost boring at first, but after i started playing it days in a row, i started loving it more and more, its so fun and playing people online is seamless and exciting! Definitely recommend

Playing today and if u don’t pay gold by watching painful advideos to buy a premium ball u can never win I played with common balls using all the powered ups and lost 4,000 in game cash only winning 1 time

Would be a great game except it continues to be stuck on the load screen where I then can never start the competition. I have had this happen several times and it says I left the match. I then loose my money.
Decided to update. The game has become unplayable gets stuck now on every attempt. Doesn't matter who's wi-fie I'm on.
Going to add one more thing I had reload the game again this time when I logged into Facebook acount instead of giving me back my medals and my coins earned. It started my on 0. I had over 700 medals and 7k in coins all is now gone. I might add this is after I changed my rating of the app. Very disappointed.

I wrote a nice review before this last update, now it's super glitchy, freezes, and crashes. I have lost money, gold, and matches because it will freeze up and crash out of the game. When I first downloaded it, it was fun. Now it's just annoying....and my network connection and phone are plenty fast to handle the game.

Game is only playable if you spend money each round. If you don’t use your “gold” to select the best ball available the game becomes impossible. Using standard equipment the ball moves in slow motion allowing the goalie to always be there.
In various modes you may be using using 3 different types of consumables most of which can be replenished very slightly by painful add watching for just a tiny amount of necessary resources. Or by completing “offers” that are like scam surveys or making other purchases. In short get your wallet out. Every inch of the game is monetized.

Unlocking a ball doesn't actually unlock it. You have to use gold to actually use the new ball. Plus all of the players in live mode are bots.

Way to many ads and in app purchase requests. Gets very annoying having to constantly watch videos or decline purchase requests.
Errors and crashes all the time. Promotions don’t work. Need reimbursed all the time. Feedback is very slow.

Developers very rarely respond to issues. Haven’t heard anything in a week.
New update to this review - Fun game but problems are NEVER fixed permanently. New issues always arise. Promotions to new levels never work. Developers Will Not Respond regardless of how you attempt to contact them. Very disappointing as this is a fun game.

Fun game but the chests rarely open anymore. I click on open chest and watch the countdown begin but when I reopen app to open the chest is shows that none are unlocking. Super annoying, especially after waiting 12 hours etc which ruins the game

If I fail on my first kick, I get another chance. If I make my first kick, the ball sits behind the goal, and the game does nothing!! Can’t get past it!! Tried for 3 hours off and on now. Will probably just delete, and move on with my life

Unlocking a ball doesn't actually unlock it. You have to use gold to actually use the new ball. Plus all of the players in live mode are bots.

Now i have just installed this Jame and it goes to Stuck on 91% !!!
I think this is the Apple Store responsibility to check out these things and if the games are not good enough just remove them from the App Store don’t let them just full of the players and raise their time their money and everything please from right here I asked the app all administrators to do something about this....

Used to be a good game. After the last update there are so many things messed up it’s not even worth playing.
The leaderboard doesn’t work anymore...you never get promoted regardless of position. Your daily “prize” shows up once every few days if you’re lucky. You can add friends and accept friends and within a day they disappear.
Please fix this game to its former glory.

Lol!! It just happened again! 2.2 million, lost my bags earned and my points down to 768,000.. I will just use my cash earned. It’s not worth getting gold and finishing at the top only to loose everything and gain nothing! When I leave the game and come back to play later, my uniform is changed and I have no bags or money. I have contacted the developers several times and they just ignore me. They don’t have a problem taking your money though!!

For whatever reason with the last update everything reset on my game profile I.e. all my achievements are gone all of my purchases don’t throw none of the things that I’ve unlocked are unlocked and for whatever reason even uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix issue. Love playing the game as the go to past time but once you invest and put in work only to lose everything is very disheartening.

When I try to play, it won't let me pass the ball screen. It tells me to pick a ball and once I click on the ball I want nothing happens. Even when I click on the X. Nothing happens. It just stays on the ball screen.
It's always on about 4th game. I download the game. Play the first 2 or 3 games and once it tells me to pick a ball , thats it. I can't play anymore because I can't go past that part. I've already uninstalled and installed about 5 times

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! After posting this review about my issue a developer asked that I write another email. I did so 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. If you’re not going to support your users on the issues YOU created by errors with coding, etc then why should I spend any time and effort to play. Original review below....
Sweet game but customer service is unresponsive...I got 1st place in my league and wasn’t awarded a prize due to a glitch. I wrote to cos I and received no response...what’s the point of winning if the game is going to glitch?!

Glitch in the matrix

Way too many glitches. Gets stuck during loading
but continues the round while character dances with the ball. Can’t see where I’m shooting from. Wasted gold/money/energy. Don’t think I’ll be keeping this app much longer. Also hit like and follow buttons on social media sites to receive $500 each, but only got $200 in game money.

Would be a great game except it continues to be stuck on the load screen where I then can never start the competition. I have had this happen several times and it says I left the match. I then loose my money.
Decided to update. The game has become unplayable gets stuck now on every attempt. Doesn't matter who's wi-fie I'm on.
Going to add one more thing I had reload the game again this time when I logged into Facebook acount instead of giving me back my medals and my coins earned. It started my on 0. I had over 700 medals and 7k in coins all is now gone. I might add this is after I changed my rating of the app. Very disappointed.

I wrote a nice review before this last update, now it's super glitchy, freezes, and crashes. I have lost money, gold, and matches because it will freeze up and crash out of the game. When I first downloaded it, it was fun. Now it's just annoying....and my network connection and phone are plenty fast to handle the game.

Game is only playable if you spend money each round. If you don’t use your “gold” to select the best ball available the game becomes impossible. Using standard equipment the ball moves in slow motion allowing the goalie to always be there.
In various modes you may be using using 3 different types of consumables most of which can be replenished very slightly by painful add watching for just a tiny amount of necessary resources. Or by completing “offers” that are like scam surveys or making other purchases. In short get your wallet out. Every inch of the game is monetized.

Unlocking a ball doesn't actually unlock it. You have to use gold to actually use the new ball. Plus all of the players in live mode are bots.

After the fifa (Chris Ronaldo version) stoped responding ...
Now i have just installed this Jame and it goes to Stuck on 91% !!!
I think this is the Apple Store responsibility to check out these things and if the games are not good enough just remove them from the App Store don’t let them just full of the players and raise their time their money and everything please from right here I asked the app all administrators to do something about this....
This is really such a shame that a big company like EA sports and this one that i don’t know the name of the ... It doesn’t really matter ...
But the most important and disappointing problem is that they just :
cannot make a real simple soccer game which is really disappointing and it just drives the players crazy you know you take your time you download the game...
You go through the process you waste your time and then What???
NOTHING...
Call IMA and can say about this game is a big waste of time

Would be a great game except it continues to be stuck on the load screen where I then can never start the competition. I have had this happen several times and it says I left the match. I then loose my money.
Decided to update. The game has become unplayable gets stuck now on every attempt. Doesn't matter who's wi-fie I'm on.
Going to add one more thing I had reload the game again this time when I logged into Facebook acount instead of giving me back my medals and my coins earned. It started my on 0. I had over 700 medals and 7k in coins all is now gone. I might add this is after I changed my rating of the app. Very disappointed.

Game is only playable if you spend money each round. If you don’t use your “gold” to select the best ball available the game becomes impossible. Using standard equipment the ball moves in slow motion allowing the goalie to always be there.
In various modes you may be using using 3 different types of consumables most of which can be replenished very slightly by painful add watching for just a tiny amount of necessary resources. Or by completing “offers” that are like scam surveys or making other purchases. In short get your wallet out. Every inch of the game is monetized.

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! After posting this review about my issue a developer asked that I write another email. I did so 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. If you’re not going to support your users on the issues YOU created by errors with coding, etc then why should I spend any time and effort to play. Original review below....
Sweet game but customer service is unresponsive...I got 1st place in my league and wasn’t awarded a prize due to a glitch. I wrote to cos I and received no response...what’s the point of winning if the game is going to glitch?!

For whatever reason with the last update everything reset on my game profile I.e. all my achievements are gone all of my purchases don’t throw none of the things that I’ve unlocked are unlocked and for whatever reason even uninstalling and reinstalling will not fix issue. Love playing the game as the go to past time but once you invest and put in work only to lose everything is very disheartening.

Used to be a good game. After the last update there are so many things messed up it’s not even worth playing.
The leaderboard doesn’t work anymore...you never get promoted regardless of position. Your daily “prize” shows up once every few days if you’re lucky. You can add friends and accept friends and within a day they disappear.
Please fix this game to its former glory.
Game Resets my points lose bags

Lol!! It just happened again! 2.2 million, lost my bags earned and my points down to 768,000.. I will just use my cash earned. It’s not worth getting gold and finishing at the top only to loose everything and gain nothing! When I leave the game and come back to play later, my uniform is changed and I have no bags or money. I have contacted the developers several times and they just ignore me. They don’t have a problem taking your money though!!
Choosing Ball

When I try to play, it won't let me pass the ball screen. It tells me to pick a ball and once I click on the ball I want nothing happens. Even when I click on the X. Nothing happens. It just stays on the ball screen.
It's always on about 4th game. I download the game. Play the first 2 or 3 games and once it tells me to pick a ball , thats it. I can't play anymore because I can't go past that part. I've already uninstalled and installed about 5 times
Glitch in the matrix

Way too many glitches. Gets stuck during loading
but continues the round while character dances with the ball. Can’t see where I’m shooting from. Wasted gold/money/energy. Don’t think I’ll be keeping this app much longer. Also hit like and follow buttons on social media sites to receive $500 each, but only got $200 in game money.

Playing today and if u don’t pay gold by watching painful advideos to buy a premium ball u can never win I played with common balls using all the powered ups and lost 4,000 in game cash only winning 1 time

I wrote a nice review before this last update, now it's super glitchy, freezes, and crashes. I have lost money, gold, and matches because it will freeze up and crash out of the game. When I first downloaded it, it was fun. Now it's just annoying....and my network connection and phone are plenty fast to handle the game.

Way to many ads and in app purchase requests. Gets very annoying having to constantly watch videos or decline purchase requests.
Errors and crashes all the time. Promotions don’t work. Need reimbursed all the time. Feedback is very slow.
Fun but super annoying.
Developers very rarely respond to issues. Haven’t heard anything in a week.
New update to this review - Fun game but problems are NEVER fixed permanently. New issues always arise. Promotions to new levels never work. Developers Will Not Respond regardless of how you attempt to contact them. Very disappointing as this is a fun game.

Fun game but the chests rarely open anymore. I click on open chest and watch the countdown begin but when I reopen app to open the chest is shows that none are unlocking. Super annoying, especially after waiting 12 hours etc which ruins the game

I've placed in the top 10 before and didn't get promoted from expert to professional, but this past week I literally got 1st place and didn't get the gold bag or the promotion? I've always just accepted the glitches and enjoyed the game, but this is bull crap and I'm deleting it!!!!!

If I fail on my first kick, I get another chance. If I make my first kick, the ball sits behind the goal, and the game does nothing!! Can’t get past it!! Tried for 3 hours off and on now. Will probably just delete, and move on with my life

It is unbelievable how fake this game is. If you play online, they all have best balls, everyone you play against is a guest and they all get the same score. Even the emojis are fake in the beginning before you play😂😂 it is almost funny how fake this game is
