In a previous version of this app, you could select multiple pictures to import at once. You now have to manually import each picture, which is very time-consuming. Not sure why this feature was disabled in a recent update, but please bring it back soon. Otherwise, good app.

Taking the picture of the document is much harder now than it used to be, I much prefer the older version but I’m sure I could get used to the new version. I use this app for work so I can’t have It being finicky all the time. ever since I’ve had the app, 1yr + it constantly tells me that I’ve reached my 3 page limit even though I’ve bought the app and I pay for it monthly. Sometimes it just straight up freezes. This app has just become a hassle to deal with, I will likely look for another scanner app if I find that this new version hasn’t fixed those issues.

I’ve been using this app for several years and it’s worked well for my personal use. I don’t use this app often enough to justify a monthly subscription, so I will be deleting it. I would, however, be willing to pay for occasional upgrades if, in the future, this company decides to offer an upgrade that doesn’t involve a subscription.

In general, this application is not bad, it can be very useful when not buggy. Unfortunately, in my experience it was buggy all the time. Each time I needed to change the boundaries of the file, or (every other time) load the file, the application closed and did not respond. The idea itself is very cool and I was glad to find such an application, and I honestly paid for two to three months (at least) ...
closing my eyes on the program crashes, I learned to use it with great care, but when the finished file had to be sent by email or to be saved to the cloud (google drive), the program promisingly reported that everything was done, but in reality no files were found anywhere. Big S- sadness.

Terrible at reshaping images if you are scanning anything that isn’t just a standard page of text. It cuts off everything and when you go to resize it it cuts off all the edges again.

The paper was pristine, flat & lined up. It still came out crooked. Straight camera came out better. Also, for batch processing it is a monthly subscription. I am fine paying a one time fee but this monthly stuff once you calculate the amount is just exorbitant.

Bad slanted scanner, glitches, unfriendly cropping

By far the worst scanning app I’ve used. To crop something AFTER THE ORIGINAL cropping it once, when you attempt to crop a white screen comes up with 4 arrows at the left top and nothing on the screen is showing the picture and once you click the arrow icon, the app shuts down. UNFRIENDLY, GLITCHY, WASTE OF TIME.

When this app is working, it’s great. I pay the monthly fee because I scan a lot for work. Countless times I have come onto the app and it’s advertising to me to buy the subscription. I. Have. It. It then won’t let me scan to Google Drive, as this is a “pro” feature. Which I pay for. Yet I cannot access it because the app doesn’t recognize that I paid for it. I have the receipt in my email and everything.

I have paid for the subscription for the last few months, and every few months another export option becomes unavailable. The button to email it to myself stopped working, other buttons also stopped working until I was only able to export to my Google drive account. It was such a hassle.
The scanner itself worked good, and it was easily able to alter the photos so it was black and white, or color document, or whatever it need to be. But without a good document export option I grew tired of it.

LIMITS YOU TO SENDING THREE PAGES A DAY ON FREE VERSION.
It took ages to load every time I pressed any button. I tapped the email documents button repeatedly and nothing happened so I texted them first and then tried to email and there’s apparently a 3-page a day limit on sending scans.
It scanned things fine but unless you’re just trying to scan a single page, I would get a different app.

This app was helpful when I needed a few scans, but I quickly learned that there was an artificial limit to the number of scans I could make. I had to do a lot of paperwork that day, so I decided to upgrade to Pro for $4. It’s a chunk of change, but it was better than going to kinkos. I was happy with my decision, until my card was charged a month later for $4 more! $48 per year for this app seems steep and unrealistic. I would have been happy to pay it once (or even something a little higher as a ONE TIME fee), but I could not believe they expected me to “subscribe.” What kinds of things do I subscribe to? Not many. Music, because I use it every day. A car payment, because I need a car. A scanner? No way.

Good quality scans. If you scan a lot, I don’t think it’s worth it unless you get the pro version. It has a limit of letting you send three scans per 24 hours. The email option wouldn’t work for me on the free version, even though it said it would be able to.

If you are trying to scan anything that is not entirely flat, say a textbook page, you’re screwed. It takes forever to reformat and if there’s a picture included expect it to look absolutely strange. Don’t know how this is a well reviewed app. Get a different one.

I scanned a five page document, and it did not let me email it. The email option only works for 3 pages, or you need to pay for it. I wish it would allow at least 5 pages to be shared at once.
Otherwise, user friendly and definitely easy to use.

After scanning one 7 pg doc, it told me I must upgrade to send myself the docs this long. Waste of time, right? So then I started over and scanned it in 3 pg sections. But no, only allowed to send 3 pgs a day unless you pay. Don’t download if you’re looking for a quick and free service.

I was charged twice for this app but never get the content or function the app promised. There is nowhere in the app where I can cancel the subscription. I contacted their customer service twice to stop subscribing, but hasn’t got any reply. I’ve deleted the app recently but still got another charge. What a disappointment!

I paid the $3.99 so I could email something I scanned. It only lets me message and save to photos. After trying 20+ times it finally let me “email myself” never received that email. When I try and click on email someone else or any other button. It won’t work. Waste of money.

Typical app / service that waits until you’ve already vested time before telling you that you have to pay do what you really want to do. It will let you waste time scanning 100 pages only to tell you that you can only share 3 pages. It’s a tactic that relies on you following through because you’ve already spent time. Poor design.

I love this scanner. I mean it was a life saver. Literally, but also to me, it’s a total rip off... okay so here’s the thing: only the first scan is free and the limit on the first scan to be free, would be to scan three pages. That’s kind of ridiculous, plus there are a lot of restrictions as to where you can send your first three scanned pdf “free” pages. So in my experience, I had to send a 10 page PDF, and decided wow I love this app alot so I'm just going to buy it! Heres the catch though -_- the full app purchase is a monthly subscription!! Not an actually app purchase and its practically $4 every month. Meh, to me thats not worth it. I’m a college student so I’m pretty broke. So having an app subscription for scanning docs isn't really worth it in my situation. So, I’ll keep the app for the month but I'm definitely deleting it and ending my subscription by the end of this month, it’s a bummer. I honestly really loved the quality and ease of this app. But it’s wayy too much $$ for a broke college student to lose from their bank account every month. And when you think about it thats nearly $40 a year to spend for a phone scanner— just no, not worth it. However, I would come back to the app if it is a last resort and I'm not pressed for time. Then I’ll just have to throw away $4 again.

This app was helpful when I needed a few scans, but I quickly learned that there was an artificial limit to the number of scans I could make. I had to do a lot of paperwork that day, so I decided to upgrade to Pro for $4. It’s a chunk of change, but it was better than going to kinkos. I was happy with my decision, until my card was charged a month later for $4 more! $48 per year for this app seems steep and unrealistic. I would have been happy to pay it once (or even something a little higher as a ONE TIME fee), but I could not believe they expected me to “subscribe.” What kinds of things do I subscribe to? Not many. Music, because I use it every day. A car payment, because I need a car. A scanner? No way.
Scanner is good, exporting documents isn't

I have paid for the subscription for the last few months, and every few months another export option becomes unavailable. The button to email it to myself stopped working, other buttons also stopped working until I was only able to export to my Google drive account. It was such a hassle.
The scanner itself worked good, and it was easily able to alter the photos so it was black and white, or color document, or whatever it need to be. But without a good document export option I grew tired of it.

Taking the picture of the document is much harder now than it used to be, I much prefer the older version but I’m sure I could get used to the new version. I use this app for work so I can’t have It being finicky all the time. ever since I’ve had the app, 1yr + it constantly tells me that I’ve reached my 3 page limit even though I’ve bought the app and I pay for it monthly. Sometimes it just straight up freezes. This app has just become a hassle to deal with, I will likely look for another scanner app if I find that this new version hasn’t fixed those issues.
Quick and EZ

I just downloaded it and did a sample run with the business card. Was amazed at how quick and easy it was without having to go through tons of instructions. Looking forward to trying it with paperwork that I have to send somewhere when I have no access to a scanner or fax machine.
Won’t give me my subscription.

When this app is working, it’s great. I pay the monthly fee because I scan a lot for work. Countless times I have come onto the app and it’s advertising to me to buy the subscription. I. Have. It. It then won’t let me scan to Google Drive, as this is a “pro” feature. Which I pay for. Yet I cannot access it because the app doesn’t recognize that I paid for it. I have the receipt in my email and everything.
Work on customer help.

Started off great but now tells me I’m at my limit for every document I try and scan, it’s my first scan in a week and it says my 24 limit has been used. Rushing to finish a paper quickly I just upgraded to pro, because I needed to submit my papers, I emailed them explaining what happened and asking for my money back because I hadn’t used the app in a week, I got no response and they kept my money. It’s been over a month and a half now. This is very frustrating, poor communication skills on their part. Sad, cuz the app is great when it works.
Does not “scan” more than 6 pages

I purchased this app to “scan” permission slips for my Brownie Troop after they had been filled out; there are 19 girls so 19 pages of scanning. After 6 pages the app would crash. Support was very fast to respond and escalated to technical dept., but there isn’t a fix. It will only work for less than 6 pages. The app was easy to use and I’m sure fine for small needs. Leaving feedback so users can be aware of the limitation and not waste their $3.99 like I did.

It’s just disgusting that it asks you 4bucks monthly subscription when you download it for emergency one time use. Used to have a free version on my pad. Now I even prefer paid App since they don’t scam ya subscription.

I’ve been using this app for several years and it’s worked well for my personal use. I don’t use this app often enough to justify a monthly subscription, so I will be deleting it. I would, however, be willing to pay for occasional upgrades if, in the future, this company decides to offer an upgrade that doesn’t involve a subscription.

Great app. Simple to use. Highly recommended.
I needed to scan a bunch of papers, went through the app store, found a few but they all wanted money after a 3 day trial. Hmm.
Then found this awesome app and within minutes my job was done, email sent with PDF files. Great.
Annoying reminder to get premium, limited functionality without it and $4 a month.

I hate that all these scanners think it’s alright to make it a subscription service to use basic functions of the app. What am I even subscribing for? It’s not like they’re providing new content every week. I don’t get how these things get 5 stars. It doesn’t even tell you you’re limited to 3 scans per day until after you’ve scanned several items and try to export it.

This app works like a charm. It has everything I need from scanning documents to adding a signature and faxing...every detail well thought which makes it perfect scanner app and office assistant for me.

I scanned a five page document, and it did not let me email it. The email option only works for 3 pages, or you need to pay for it. I wish it would allow at least 5 pages to be shared at once.
Otherwise, user friendly and definitely easy to use.

LIMITS YOU TO SENDING THREE PAGES A DAY ON FREE VERSION.
It took ages to load every time I pressed any button. I tapped the email documents button repeatedly and nothing happened so I texted them first and then tried to email and there’s apparently a 3-page a day limit on sending scans.
It scanned things fine but unless you’re just trying to scan a single page, I would get a different app.
Not worth it.

I spent an hour scanning things that I needed for the next day and when I went to save it to my camera roll it said I could only save 3 a day! What app won’t let you save photos to your camera roll??? It makes it seem like the free version has a ton of features but when you actually go to do anything with the scans, it won’t let you! I’ve used much better scanner apps in the past. This one is not worth it at all.

I’ve only used it once so far to scan in some documents for a lease application, but I had no issue. I put 4 stars because since I haven’t fully explored the app yet or have used it much, it’s hard for me to have a full opinion about it.

Good quality scans. If you scan a lot, I don’t think it’s worth it unless you get the pro version. It has a limit of letting you send three scans per 24 hours. The email option wouldn’t work for me on the free version, even though it said it would be able to.
Difficult to add multiples

In a previous version of this app, you could select multiple pictures to import at once. You now have to manually import each picture, which is very time-consuming. Not sure why this feature was disabled in a recent update, but please bring it back soon. Otherwise, good app.

Very convenient and easy to use application. The only thing I want to add on this is I have you can send multiple attachments. I end up sending multiple emails because I can’t put more than one.

Not the best

There is a better scan app out there that you don't have to reshape (adjust the margins) after every scan, it does it automatically. The drawback with that app is that it is in batch mode by default so you have to remember to hit "done" after every scan. Still easier to do that than adjust margins after every scan.
This one gets deleted, sorry!

I love how easy it is to use. Take a pic, scan, and either save or send. I automatically sends as pdf when emailing too. That’s a major plus!

Do Not purchase or download this app! There is great functionality that seems to be available and that’s why I downloaded it. I’ve tried via the app to contact someone. It is disabled. I even went so far as to purchase the PRO version. It doesn’t allow you to email anything scanned. So I learned a 4 dollar lesson today. I’ll try another app. Please don’t waste your time.

I like this app for the most part. After I scan something and email it to myself the file size is extremely large. I would give this app a better rating if the file size was smaller or if there was a way to compress the file size before sending.

Typical app / service that waits until you’ve already vested time before telling you that you have to pay do what you really want to do. It will let you waste time scanning 100 pages only to tell you that you can only share 3 pages. It’s a tactic that relies on you following through because you’ve already spent time. Poor design.

This app is absolutely horrible I have scanned the same document about 10 or 11 times and it has changed the D to the letter O the letter OR to the letter and it reformats changes the columns of the document it scans one way but once you’ve emailed it it looks completely different I’ve never seen such a mess please you are worn do not waste your money on this app

I have used this app numerous times when I’m out and can’t get to a fax machine. No more running out to a kiosk to fax paperwork. Definitely recommend.

I paid the $3.99 so I could email something I scanned. It only lets me message and save to photos. After trying 20+ times it finally let me “email myself” never received that email. When I try and click on email someone else or any other button. It won’t work. Waste of money.

I was charged twice for this app but never get the content or function the app promised. There is nowhere in the app where I can cancel the subscription. I contacted their customer service twice to stop subscribing, but hasn’t got any reply. I’ve deleted the app recently but still got another charge. What a disappointment!

I needed to scan and upload one document. I scanned everything in, and then went to email it and no matter what I clicked it said I had to pay to upgrade to pro. Even the components that weren’t labeled pro wouldn’t work unless I paid to upgrade. Total scam and waste of time.

Crashes every time

I did a trial scan of one document and was happy to pay for the update, but now that I have spent the money for the ‘pro’ version it crashes. The app crashes every single time I try to compile a multi page document.
Every. Single. Time.
So, it is essentially useless. I spent $4 to make the app nonfunctional.

I had this app and paid for unlimited service about a year ago and then they updated the app and took away my ability to scan and would not restore my original purchase just to try and make me pay for a new subscription.
